"Tony stark. I know all the cop on. Erica does not my captain america. I'm i think i'm i'm quite surprised it. We didn't have. I didn't have that reaction with block. I still i push. Split-second was like whoa. This sounds nothing like Handsome bulk completely both into a body end. I characterize again. She was jolted. Miss marple to som- jackson's power wasn't She she was like hell trying help and trying to figure it all out but she ended up getting killed at the end under then widdly one of the only people who survived the episode is colson was lead. The only one is really alive anymore. Obviously yeah blockbuster's now. Let's talk about in. Kevin clock wreck back in the ncaa lopez amazing. This rumors that he's going to be back in secret. Invasion like live action. Yeah definitely. I mean we get him back in. Captain marvel boy. Just the clock greg. The that he was a larry solway through all the all the full lines sent out may think he's which is which icon. She joined the only thing. I cannot remember seeing him in before anything relates. It didn't even really notice it was him. He's in ai. In with Handy gentleman's jewel is joke by the end when the kid when verbal kid's name is when he gets to to new york he's one of the scientists and that's the only thing i've ever seen him in over the marvel bolt which is weird. 'cause he's brilliant is vast show go clock wreck. I got great to save. A low of how is password was hashtag. Steve steve steve. I zero seven zero. Sorry club has served so simple. Sorry i was killing me. I didn't i watch this episode full-time note so much. An ever resigned over his. I'll just like completely gone like cryan often. So he's the zero seven zero. Four of them will not steve over it will and then unless character last main cowards. Ready way We got was a brief brief bonnet. mapra flow bruce. Not not at nolan. Obviously i know we're not ruffalo for at least ten years now or nine years it is. It was just weird seeing him in that story. 'cause that's at nolan's story really weird seeing him do do that again. We we go through bay ross. He we've not seen since hulk not live tyler. Obviously all our wound the weather and kind of hope the we're gonna get back. Yeah in the mca some points. And i think she could be the perfect place fat the show up. I said this somebody as well as some people will say. It was not not whether they say it was crappy by audible saying it was like that result ill. Incredible hulk was at norton story and the source of taking it away from on the they've now put ruffalo but i just literally commented randomly put. It did make me think a win the weather. We'd ever find out the universe an ed knowlton's hoke is a variants of mapra reflows. Yeah hold on. It's all because abomination looks differences. Well jake why we did not check those. Make a difference but that's another thing where was blown ski. 'cause these whole this whole thing was i'm onto in the same week is still running the same because incredible hulk but when that happened when boss rolled up the university to get bana which oversee did in this episode in v. abomination bonski. Tim roth faraday. He was there was absolutely no sign of him. Think is it very nervous may is that. Why wasn't that but yeah other than the past the absurd itself athol the style again. It was the same obviously the same same off style of bull a completely different tone of talent and we certainly good. Yeah and again. I thought it was good that it wasn't just going. We've we've had like a proper mix. I i showed with proper. It's the same story. But we're changing it a slide. A tiny little bit making a captain. Khartoum's erica. Last week's went completely off on this week has dragged three existence stories and bush still felt really really different alot of the whole dynamic of going from each day of the week so star south tuesday on wednesday. We went on all the way through and it made me think is it. Do we already know this did these. We know that these three movies all happened within the same week in the emc is. I think i've missed. I've never noticed that this is confirmed that that's correct wife. So things change these most of all happened in the same week. I'm a stream that they've been found cap on friday. Sounds like really weird craig. Davidson looking to sink could make a poverty. Craig david song gaba Put it all in all half yet. Often in the weaker still is which i believe is the thing that i've just completely missed. And then as we said we've we've potentially at the end of the episode gall a new a new team of avengers because you've got Obviously found capital after marvel now back on it years and years earlier. What fifteen years earlier than me. She's rolled up in the meantime line. And then what potentially loki to to fight donna. Roll up i'm gonna get end up getting the infinity will associative story very very different of team and again it's settled it sets a one to see episode to a warranty. The next episode of this of this story will probably not going to say. I was surprised that at the end of this episode. We didn't get the tien. I thought partly because those was it seemed like a really until guide. Anyway it seemed like a really good opportunity to bring in captain casa from the end of the first episode. I make the end of that first episode the end of this episode but obviously once guy was gone. It wasn't going to happen. Also the fact that they release these three episodes to till like the media and the press a fold. Maybe put the twist at the end of that. Because that's what they did with one division to give his episode one and two and what episode one division at the end when the dude out the manhole off the thing on it and it goes from black and white cola. That's when you start sorts of really questioned what is going on at that stage. It takes you away from the the main. This is just a sit com. So i thought we'd get that at this stage as opposed to wonder. Are we gonna get awfully linked or is clever often. Just just still think. We'll still going.

"I hate this term but i will use it here because i do think it fits was a different time that time you kind of did. Trust the government's a little bit more so if someone came and said that you like yeah okay. I'll go with you now. It's not right after the war when the the love affair that people had with with military governments was at all time high. If you're in the right car you're right though. This was nineteen sixty. Four was really pre loss of innocence. Like exactly the loss of innocence which is referred to by so many historians comes with the assassination of kennedy and the litany of other assassinations whether it be Martin luther king junior rfk and and so on down the line. That's the and then watergate. All of that came post. Solloway firth spaceman other than kennedy. You're right you're right. So they said take us there and he takes them there and then explain how he hadn't actually seen the photo he. I'm sorry another photo. But he hadn't seen the figure when he took the photo and he said they got pissed and left and they left him there and he hit a walk all the way home. I mean that is not your tax dollars hard at work. You can't even get a ride home. Which is weird because he usually doesn't stand for bologna instead for bologna. That's weird science also point though. Jim says he didn't believe them to be agents at all. He thought they were phonies. Here's a quote from saying. It all looks like a leg pulled me. I'm sure the men were not security agents. So that's a weird thing to say. But i went ahead and took them anyway. Yeah and they left me. I will say most of the time in these stories when someone says. I don't think they were agents at all the subsequent statement. Is i think they were aliens. Inter dimensional travelers time travelers. not fakes. One thing that we talked about in the minimum black story is this in. That was a hot button. And i wondered if that was something that people did. Due to cause a ruckus a little bit was faked being men in black possibly plump. You know there one of the things we talked about in that episode and stuff in this kind of could fit the bill or they were legitimate agents in. They did their job. He didn't believe it or they're legitimate agents and they're trying to escape who they are so they they wear that on purpose. Yeah everyone knows a good agent at really any agent worth his salt can skate with the best of them art. Stop it a lot going on in this picture kids. Something's going on in the background. It's humanoid it is but when we come back we will try to. Yeah we're gonna try. That's next on hysteria. Fifty one.

"The eggnog flowing for the best of the conservative circus on 5 50 k f Y I. The book of revelations was dropped in my lap again. Yesterday, and I just die. Yeah, the four horsemen of the Apocalypse. This is in the book of revelations. First Horseman is armed with a bow and a crown and writes a white horse. And a lot of the scholars believe that that symbolizes Christ. I don't know. The second horseman rides the Red Horse and and Well, it's a great sword to take peace from the earth. I don't want to hear about that, but third rights of black horse and carries a pair of balances you apparently is heralding and famine. But but equally, it seems like he is also meting out justice. The fourth horseman riots of Pale horse. It is identified as death. And hell followed with him. Who Now, if you're into Scripture, and you're into history, chapter 17 and 18 of revelation to talk about the rise and fall of Babylon And when you studied that history is fascinating. And I do believe that the Bible is a book that was inspired that is divine. So please forgive me. If I just sort of like, veer off a little bit. What we're looking at right now in America. If you want to filter it through the paradigm of the four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, there is a four Horsemen of the America Apocalypse. He's a great writer out there named David Solway who kind of put this together. You said in our time and setting one might think that we are witnessing the last days of the American Republic following a mass of electoral fraud. The suppression of facts by the media the you big, ubiquitous practice of censorship by tech firms. So far the refusal of the courts to rectify the greatest electoral scandal in our history. I've only had one time world was something came closest back in 19. I should say 18 24. Given the cultural forces that have been at work, undermining The beams the structures of this nation. The impending calamity comes as no surprise. The four horsemen are writing again. He says the four horsemen of the Apocalypse in America are Feminism. Climate. Move it 19 and The Democrat Party. The Democrat Party. First there's feminism. He says. It's right there. White horse obviously crowned in purity, this destructive and malicious ideology it champions equality. But it has dissolved the vigorous masculine spirit that has sustained the greatest nation on the planet. And it shows no sign of relenting. Nation that has been radically feminized will not survive in the carnal jungle of politics and war. I think he's onto something. Look how quickly I mean feminism came around in the 19 sixties. But look how it is morphed into the transgenders in the alphabet soups and all of the designed To destroy. Masculinity to destroy manliness. Look at our heroes used to be likes of John Wayne even ran boat now No. We've been feminized. That's one of the horses of the apocalypse, then climate The Red Horse of global warming is taking the piece of daily living from domestic assurances the private the country of reliable sources of energy, fouling the landscape, polluting the environment, empowering a class of a new robber barons. Profiting at the expense of people. Establishing infrastructural control by a cadre of demagogues. We talk about the green plan. I'm telling you this whole climate change, trying to trying to believe that man made climate change is destroying the world. One of the horses of the apocalypse. Used to call the global warming. We used to call that global cooling but the same result man saying that they control the weather controlling something. They have no Dominion over Then we have the black Horse off Cove. It More accurately the official response to covet replete with false information. Panicked populace. Ah, misguided, draconian measures. Shortages of consumer goods. Manifest injustice of the elite immunities toe law inflicted. You know what? Suffering increase legality. We're talking about vaccines for a virus with the 99.8% recovery rate. The Black Horse of Cove. It trampled the nation's prospects for both the present and the future. And then there's that final horse. The apocalypse. The Democrat Party Is charging in on the pale horse of corruption, lies, calamity, hypocrisy, vandalism, corporate welfare, racial conflict, electoral treachery, the murder of innocents and abortion on demand. Socialism communism. The hell of our media, the academia, the gestures of Hollywood social media. We're talking about a two headed Babylon. Of secular ideology, idolatry political control. We're talking about harassment. The Democrat Party is not the Democrat Party of your parents. In this period in this time. On air 5 50 k f Y I and online k f y i dot com The four Horsemen of the American Apocalypse are writing hard. And in the absence of popular conviction. An institutional integrity. How can it be stopped? Well out. Tell you how. We, the people. The message is that the citizens of our country And the courts within We've been called to to open up the doors to transparency. We've been called to let the light of truth in. And we're going to find out in just a few short weeks. The fate of our republic. I believe it hangs in the balance. This is a great piece. You can find it at the American thinker. The four Horsemen of the American Apocalypse by Davis Solway. Too many Americans are watching their fellow Americans be shut down for for reasons that are just not adding up. That video of the restaurant owner in California has gone supernova. She's made the rounds on various TV shows that the matter of fact One of the big three news networks. They got ahold of the video, and they altered it and that backfire. See the can alter a video like that once has been around, you know, the black for 10 million times. So it's beginning to really resonate that decrees that what comes from Lord Ducey are nonsensical. And even though we've had some of the medical experts appear in court and were asked very good questions. What's the correlation between the restaurant and covered 19? Well, uh, we've never studied that really. Really? Why are elected officials shutting down restaurants? Um, well, well, it's just their whim, isn't it? Because it's not based on the numbers. It's not based on science, and now it's to the point where our ruling class doesn't even claim that it is. They're just saying that they know what's best for you. The problem is Too many people now are not complying. If you have unwanted quitters in your living space, you need to call my friends at atomic pest control. They do those things and you know, and they don't like to say not. Wow, guys, This.

Rosamund Pike on new movie 'Radioactive'

"There is a wonderful movie for you to see right now called radioactive and it stars my guest Rosamund Pike as Madame Curie. So this is amazing. Russ welcome. Welcome to Nice. It's really really nice to see you I haven't seen you since. We'll know know exactly when you were pregnant. So I guess that son is walking around now being five or six years old exactly that he's five and he's he's little stuntmen so. I've got. Might follow his mother in some way. Yes. He vote him falling through a very big high everyday but. I won't go into that anyway in in watching this movie, which is so beautifully done to me. It's just Marchan as director and putting what this life is in not at all stodgy bio kick manner. No, it's great and I'm looking at you and I'm thinking of your journey first movie bond girl. End of the day, I can remember you in that saying this line probably going to get this. Wrong but it was I know all about you 007. Sex for, dinner. Death for breakfast CEST. Bang on I, remember it to. And now you're Madame Curie. Yeah this is no other bond girls done this I feel that I could say that. Madame Curie. Yes. No they may we'll try now but it's too late. This might might be true. Yes. She she. I mean, yeah, she was full medical creature I'm glad you picked up on I mean. I couldn't you couldn't make conventional bio-pic about Madame Curie she was too much of a rebel in a she was unruly element in has she discovered to unruly and she was Nanri element. So you needed margin direct with a bit of rock and roll and kind of approach that was going to kind of exploded the promises will she's got that and she's got kind of your mischief. We know are remember when I first met you I thought well. She's going to be quite imperious. You know she's she does stage working the said you're just mad. Which is which is Great. Mischief I really love that would be to mischief is a great great word condemn. Yeah I had a I had a birthday party recently thought was the kind of that was the code of conduct for the Party. was mischief not s mischief. As it should be you know even in a pandemic, but you know I wanna go back to this because again I said this radioactive is not like any bio pic I've seen why is that? What attracted you to it? You know everybody would say, yes, I'd love to play manicured. There's been a movie made back in the forties we're greer Garson, and Walter Pidgeon were claimed that but it has that look of okay. This is regulation they're not there seems like. In radioactive that all the rules breath. School is it. You know it's GonNa. Be Poked Science. Oh Woman who you know she she looked navy look at the pictures. She looks sadly conventional. She wasn't I mean look the to cross with her from the Solway conference they'll eminent scientists of the day. Rees looking very. Cameron, you can just see she can't be honest and she's talking to the personal her left and he's absorbed in what is she saying and? She just never played by the rules even when it was just sitting still from minute targets photograph taken the knife. WanNa play this woman. This does mischief to be had. And I met my John Nice. Yes, she's the right spurious and we can dress this up than people can think we're giving them some chased food period drama. Deliver you know we explode the be the boundaries and I felt that with anyone. Who any character who could legitimize you to to flush Ford it would be someone like Mary Carey with her brain, which would have had an inkling would've had an inkling of what the future could hold with this discovery of the phenomenon of radioactive not so. It was exciting to me. And I probably could even. Could have been pushed found from my case even.

"Right so John here. It is moments of truth moments because. We're not gonNA just. Take One Cracking my knuckles here. Yeah, it's a choose your own adventure as you'd like to say what the hell was it well? That list is long and distinguished, but the first one. I think that we gotta talk about is exactly what it looked like. An earthbound spaceman, just boo. Easy, it's it. Is a space person of the time. Person I should've calling it a man. Even leaving the gender part. We don't know it could have been anything. That's true. Of the time, though just somehow some way. Somebody in a full space regalia wandered off site and into Jim's photograph. Right. You know and I'll be damned. They didn't see him because I. who would even notice a man dress like that walking around until it was too late? The next to a firth on a marsh, so the next one, and this is a fun one I think we gotta talk about this because of its location and stuff. Is One of those damn extraterrestrials, a real honest to goodness alien close to a missile test site. It's close to nuclear power plants. You put together what you get John. You got a big red x on the marsh right there. Yeah! I mean we already touched on the the missile test site? That was close to it right across. The firth was a nuclear power plants I. Mean like it. Too Big. Beacons for. If you look throughout the history of sightings, extraterrestrial activity right right. It's. Surprising right up in the air. Shutting Down Power, and siphoning up water, and all the other shit that you hear in these these stories now the next one I actually really like and it. Kinda kicks off a few boxes because. No one saw this. Jim says he didn't see it. His wife says he didn't see it. Elizabeth didn't see it. With an inter dimensional traveler, and for some reason Kodak, or Jimmer, his daughter, or just the way the wind was blowing the stirs up that day made it able to be seen, or maybe it wasn't. There was just a doorway with somehow open, and it got a picture into another dimension or that traveler was there. Or does Kodak have some? Technology that we're even unaware of accidentally sold that, said that camera Jim when really it was meant for the for the government. Greg where's that Krona visor? Sell I told all that Jim guy. Should we get that back man? We've got problems. We've got major problems. We got a code sixteen. The other fifteen. Hey Call agents, nine and eleven. Get them out there. We got cleaned up duty in the. Yeah Yeah Hey all right, so you mentioned that one was a fun one for you someone from the next one a time traveler, because think about it all right I. The suit doesn't look like a space people of the time spaceman of the time, and if it's a time traveler, and unless you say, the gym is correct in the fact that when he looked around Mir milliseconds before pushing that button, there was no figure in the frame. Yeah, if that's true, perhaps a time traveler's racing through the EONS and takes a quick pause in nineteen, sixty, four, whether by by Hook or by Crook whatever the reason. Maybe, maybe the the time crystal got a little crack in it or you know whatever the machines. Off Programmed in right for exactly or So He's there for for Mir Mira. Maybe milliseconds, but just enough time to be photographed with the little girl holding the flowers. Man I feel like. Using in not even he's been channeled. He's been channeled. Yeah, so there's no. There's no reason to believe that entire story I just wove. Enjoy it. There's no reason not to prove it wrong. At prove me wrong. As a time traveler POPs up in his on Mike You Right. Cheese it. So now though we've kind of talked about the the fun, ones the crazy ones. Get into a little bit of the the more man, but plausible believable right, or completely false, and we're just pooh-poohing. However, you WANNA. Look it but. One of the things that people have talked about is. It was not the person out on the marsh that just stepped into the picture. One of the retirees, the pensioners another person he didn't know was wandering around in the reason that they say that is kind of possible is viewfinder. On that older Kodak that he was using kills your your perception, your view, you only get like seventy percent peripheral vision. You yeah, so there's a whole lot of stuff that he couldn't have seen including Allah a lot of the stuff that was in the photo. So that are is one of the things that people talk about the biggest challenge I have with that is. I understand how that would preclude you from noticing. But if somebody else was in the picture, you would know that they were within mere feet of your child right so that is if it wasn't the three of them right? If it wasn't one of the three of them right before the photo after the photo, you're going to see this extra person somehow. Being being that close book some Amway get the fuck out of your man like were you doing? Some in the next one, so let's just we're GONNA. Come back to that other person idea, but the next one is one that we have to talk about. Could have been a fake and one of the reasons that a lot of people throw that around is. Jim was an avid photographer and depending on who you talk to. some even say that he had created a fake five pound note a few weeks before using photography right so evidence that at least once he had created a fake of something using photography. Now there is a big go f yourself on those people because if you remember Kodak said. That is a legit photo that has not been tampered with and will pay you if you can or will reward you if you can can prove it wrong well, and along those lines sprint another reason people give for this photo existing. Is. It was a mistake wasn't a. Forgery on purpose, but rather to photos were somehow double exposed together, but the same explanation applies that you just gave. If it was a mistake. If there was somehow something wrong happened in the in the development process, the chemists screwed up somehow whatever it is. Kodak again they. No, it was. It was a little bit legitimate thermo. Say What you want about the rocket scientists in the area. See what you want about Jim, who was an avid photographer? Say what you want about Kodak. About, the alleged men in black don't talk shit about a chemist. Because that is someone that. They take the job seriously John. Do, I mean they give you this. Day fucking hassle to take and pick up back. Then those people were. They had their finger on the pulse. Now that photo developer smells. Like Venus from Dick Pic I didn't know what you're. Doing. Photo developer smell the development, the liquid waste to develop photos. Some people love that smell and people hate it. People don't realize it's it's a baby blood. Baby blood. That's why. I was not aware of that all right Brent rent there is. There's one liars, the Big One and Yeah, this one is one that Jim has fought against for well. Tell his his. He passed away in twenty eleven. I believe it wise, but the one thing they say the ruling answer the most believed. I would say by people out there, and if you look it up on the skeptic sites, they explain it way very easily. It was bigfoot. Oh wait. No, that's not what you're going. It was Jim's wife. Remember the three of them were there now. Jim Always argued his wife was definitely behind him when he took the photo. But. There's a lot of people that have looked this photo, and there are other photos of the day, remember they took three of them and Jim's wife had on a dress, and it was blue, but because of that Kodak where the Sun was. It washes it out and makes it very very white looking so there's a ufologist named David Clarke and he goes on with this theory about how it was Jim's. Here's a Quote Quote that he gave BBC did they use an article. One of the other stills taken that shows Jim's wife who according to him was standing behind him when he took the photo of Elizabeth I think for some reason. His wife walked into the shot and he didn't see her. Because of this particular of camera, you could only see seventy percent of what was in the shot through the viewfinder. That's something we talked about. Now, regardless! Until his death, he never changed his story. One of the thing on that Brent. You mentioned One of the other photos showed the wife wearing the the the duress. They could easily be washed out, etc.. What I could not find in the research I did. Maybe you did in? We didn't talk about this before the show. Could you find anywhere a copy of the third photo? No, no I didn't and the other two are readily available everywhere. Yeah, it feels like people talk about people mentioned this in the past as if this is part of the conspiracy in some way. Whether it. Be a benign conspiracy. He faked it and or knows it's his wife. In that third photo kind of helps, prove that out or more malevolent conspiracy of of we see even more of the space man, the time traveller whatever and we learn more in it. You know that couldn't be. That couldn't be circulated right right well. You know the thing of it is. We're we don't have it I don't in maybe working. We're just domino's right there page two of the results so that it's lost the ages but. Correct Clark Took the photo that we do have that has a space man, and he just took the MS with the contrast, and just made it a little darker. And it real you realize when you look at it now. The only thing done to it was just change like the tinting the contrast. It looks like his wife, standing behind her with her back to her looks like your hair looks like her dressed in a very convincing theory that that is what happened in. It was now before we give our before we give. Our thoughts are our theories. The one thing I'll say about because I've said he'd bring. You actually sent it to me the kind of the here. We're use photoshop to prove out our pointing photo. The one thing I'll say negatively towards that I'm not saying this happened is when you start playing with colors. That weren't originally there or the that you can't discern from the actual negative. You know now you're creating your own your own story at that point you know. You're guessing as to what it was. You were not telling what it was now. It's plausible guess, but it's worth noting that just because you go ahead and project that color and that and and how you perceive the elbow to bend, and those things of that nature. That's not on the original. That is you that. Change the colors, they just changed the contrast, because it's such a washed out photo, but I agree, but we're also talking about could have been his wife, and she's washed out or a time traveling space, man, who was in Australia also at the time, and people are like. quit. Make it up your Goddamn story. Everyone knows was GLAC. kicked. Yes, obviously, it was the time traveling space man and know that he needed to be in Australia at the same time because that was two of them, it was the other members of the party. Get it right during a trio. Maybe even yeah, yeah or or or The you know, they never synchronize the exact moments you've never been in the eighties action movie. They always synchronize their watches. It's true it's true. I don't know what this means, but okay. I'm going to finish the job now. You stepped all over your ruined joke about synchronizing watches. Go back to the tape. was. What do you think it was I really think it's his wife. Playing symbol. It's fun to think of what it could be and I think that Kodak was probably right there. There was nothing hanky-panky your tomfoolery going on or any other weird terminology. It was probably just his wife that had stepped into it, and you notice that the wife never really talked about it. Was Just Jim needed his daughter. into sixties in their women so. Could vote yet. "A photographs all the time. Thank. You Yeah, are you can have? Shire. Thank you that get to the real accent. And by the way I, just want to stop there for a second. I know that we've covered a lot of topics over the years where authorities have not exactly been as reactive is, they should have been to the story. They were presented. But what the fuck do you do? If somebody brings in a faux and says look this sky photo bombed me without so before the word photo bomb was ever a thing in my vocabulary. We called a cusack. Because in I can't remember if it was one crazy summer or what it was anyway he wants to get a picture with a girl, so he's like walking behind her, and they're taking photos and he'll jump up behind her and photo bomber and I was like we called accused acking. I like that term better than photo bombing. I do too actually I do, too. We'll. We'll try to adopt it here on hysteria fifty one. And and if you didn't listen to this episode, Boy, you're gonNA. Be Confused, and I also have a buddy gonNA fistfight with John Cusack. So that's fun, but that's a different story. A buddy quote unquote. So, th the Capstan help. But Jim was not done. He decided to go to the experts. You know literally the the experts Kodak. That's right. That's right, yeah. And and and they said they now what Kodak took him more seriously, and but they did confirm it was not altered in any way, and then they they put their money where the mouth was, they were award to anyone who could prove. The photo was faked. It was never claimed the reward was free film for a year. I need some of that sweet sweet Cheddar. Why do you need free film I mean? We've been uses film nowadays. A second. It's flammable, isn't it? Don't worry your exact opposite of a pretty little head with it. That checks out. Anyway so this tracks literally, though this set off this big media frenzy and even. A potential visit from the men in black, and could it be tied to the nine eleven tragedy. We'll explain all of that now. We're going to talk about all that next. We are going to mention those things. Coming up on hysteria fifty one. A. John. Like all good mysteries this deepens. It does feel so. We've got an intergalactic photo Obama hands, but we know stop. We've got an intergalactic cusack ing, but just went on. We've got an INTERGALACTIC cusack on our hands, but no clue as to who is in the picture, or what is really happening or dimensional. Don't pigeonhole the guy or girl man looking at me. He's he's covering all the bases he's. He's basically. What what's happening? But just because of all that being said that didn't stop the ensuing media frenzy that we talked about the local paper the Cumberland News. Pick Hyun. It wasn't a pinch, but they did. Pick up the story as did the Daily Mail and the expressway The express define periodical. I'll say that myself. They talk about podcasts that are. Just tasty tasty shows John. Don't you think so I couldn't agree more I mean? If you want a good example of that I. would just maybe Google Express in hysteria fifty-one Gotcha so anyway as result of the media attention from just the local stuff. Jim started getting letters from people everywhere and like people like to do. They give their take on. Who or what was in the photo and some folks thought that maybe his daughter had some sort of psychic abilities, because that is the logical jump. When you see something like that, of course, yeah, in fact, a local professor from a private school was consulted, and Chuck said No. She's just annoying. I think that was an exhibition joke John S.. He's all over the mantle. I. Joke so so Brent the same time that this is going on. The story also takes on a life of its own in the media, not just locally as you mentioned but worldwide. And a bunch of other suggestions came in like Sh-. There might have been a spirit in the photograph. Photography Hey y'all right. Yeah, yeah! The, most interesting one of the time comes in and it's it's from. Let's call them the Australian. Yeah, you probably had a name like chip I don't know what Australians call themselves I'm going with that. I don't know. It really though it does blow my mind. How stuff like? Like a photo or anything that that seems mundane. Takes on a life of its own, and really captures the deep public attention for a time, and this is the time when we're not on the Internet passing this around. This was just something that. You know got on the wire and got spread around the planet. Yeah, yeah, so let's let's talk about the Australian technician working on the Blue Streak missile project. Reach out to Jim. The Blue Streak was Britain's contribution to the space race. If you're not familiar with it, it first launched in nineteen, sixty, four at the Woomera test site in South Australia The blue streak project performed as planned for eleven successful launches I mean rockets rarely achieved that of clean record in the early stages of development, or even act then or even yeah, yeah, exactly even now. But here's the kicker. There was one scuttled launch Brent. Oh Shit. Was Goddamn Wallaby got on the test range, didn't it? Not This! was it. I don't know. Bear maybe. Go! The the the the Australian that were referring to and I'm going to go with the name Paul So. Let's say poll from the Woomera test site. I made that the new. said that they were about to test the blue streak, and he saw two of those figures, those exact figures from the subway for a photo. At the missile site and they had to delay the launch. because. Do you guys see two guys in White, Next to the rocket. Shit. You gotta think like and this really happened. Some of what the fuck is going on. Also of note that incident happened the same day that Jim snapped the picture. Or they happen days apart depending on which source you believe, but I like to think the same day. So that's what we're going with on hysteria fifty one I put my foot down on the big things. One thing I'd like to note I. believe that the folks that were wrong. They thought they were seeing the saw for space man. They said there's two of them. It was actually daft punk who time traveled to complexly make sense. because. Everyone knows they go around the world around. Yachts I set it up and you knocked it down. I'm so proud of rent or pride is what should be thrown at me that dieke going? Though seriously though speaking of coming in twos. There was another blue streak test site that was just a few miles away from the marsh where Jim snap this photo. which is really interesting, but you scared me with that setup really scared me with that setup in. Know where you're going, but okay. We're staying on track also of note robots. Very not staying on track. But weirdness didn't stop their brand not. Jim said that he then got an interesting visit. To, people they claim to be government official. Now, what part of the government did they worked for? You ask well I'm glad to tell you anyway. They wouldn't say they didn't say nope or offer any other further details whatsoever. Then we come from the government and we're here to talk to you. What were they wearing is a next logical? Yeah Yeah I I'm assuming board shorts and a tank top as all nineteen sixties govern officials did, but unfortunately they broke the code. They were dressed like classic men in black. They had the black suits and ties. Now I didn't hear that they had pale white skin, and rosy red lips and Ruby Red Lips and it right. That's right now. I've just fucked this. I I quit. SHOULD WE START I? WELCOME IN HYSTERIA NATION? Here's the thing. Here's the next super weird. Queen eating. The people love to latch on. Jim said they referred to each other by number. Not Name in a BBC article. from two thousand, Fourteen said that those numbers were what. Nine and eleven. See about. That one might actually Berman. Couple things to point out here of. Obviously the the. The tide is loose on this one but It's worth noting the we pointed out. The numbers were reported by the BBC, so it didn't come from the angel fire website, but again even the BBC can only report what they learn what they're told so You know garbage in garbage out. Wonderful term or or a crazy tie done? Yeah, I suppose. They want it. The the minute black, though as they always come in, and they say they work for the game. They won't tell you. Why and they're very stern, and this case is no different than all the others we've talked about. And they asked to be taken to the exact location. The picture was taken at so. I hate this term, but I will use it here because I do think it fits. It was a different time that time you Kinda did trust. The government's a little bit more, so if someone came and said that you like yeah okay, I'll go with you now. It's not right after the war when the the love affair that people had with with military. Governments was at all time high. If you're American, you're you're right. Though this was nineteen, sixty four was really pre loss of innocence. The loss of innocence, which is referred to by so many historians. Comes with the assassination of Kennedy and then the litany of other assassinations whether it be Martin. Luther King Junior RFK, and so on down the line. That's the Watergate all of that came post. Solvay for spacemen other than Kennedy. You're right. You're right, so they said take us there. Any takes them there and then explain how he hadn't actually seen the photo he. I'm sorry, not the photo, but he hadn't seen the figure when he took the photo. and. He said they got pissed and left and they left him there. He had to walk all the way home. I mean that is not your tax dollars hard at work. You can't even get a ride home which is weird because he usually doesn't stand for Bologna, he will. He has instead for Bologna. That's. Weird! Science Although point, though Jim says he didn't believe them to be agents at all. He thought they were phonies. Here's a quote from saying it all looks like a leg pulled me. I'm sure the men were not security agents, so that's a weird thing to say, but I went ahead and took them anyway. Yeah, and left me. I will say most of the time in these stories when someone says. I don't think they were agents at all. The subsequent statement is I think they were Aliens Inter. Dimensional travelers time travelers, not fakes. One thing that we talked about in the minimum black story. This is in. That was a hot button and I wondered if that was something that people did due. To cause a Ruckus, a little bit was faked being men in black. Possibly some you know. That was one of the things we talked about in that episode and stuff in this could fit the bill, or they were legitimate agents, and they did their job. He didn't believe it or they're legitimate agents, and they're trying to escape who they are likely so they they wear that on purpose. Yeah, everyone knows a good agent at really any agent worth. His salt can skate with the best of them. All right. Stop it a lot going on in this picture, kids. Something's going on in the background. It's humanoid. But when we come back. We will try to explain. We're GONNA. Try. That's next on hysteria fifty one. All right so John here. It's a joke. Recall them down. Complete Choke I. Don't mean that we do need to end women's suffrage. It is way past time to knock that crap off now you know what though honestly everyone listening. He wasn't trying to be offensive. They're he so stupid. He doesn't know what the word means. In all seriousness you're, you are right. You're right that she the. You didn't read quotes from her. Main in the research you do. She's probably the smart one of the groups that stick quiet about it. Dammit, Jim, stop talking to the press. High made us jitter. "I guess it would if you were going to be making rinks for eight people right at it called for a jigger. You would just use eight digger's. I don't think it's that much easier much easier, and what makes it difficult. Is that they decided in their book that a jigger is two ounces. Well, as they have a couple of drinks in here. Like this the drink. We're going to do here. The Walter cocktail has one part, brandy and one part Rhone. So you're already at four ounces of booze in your drinking. They're accurate. And then they then they got a teaspoon of Grenadine a teaspoon of curious out on a teaspoon of lemon juice so already that now doesn't carry over with the ease of your own. It's insane. So I don't know whether do one part as to jitters or to do one part as an ounce because it seems to be the why I thought that was one and a half. I thought jigger was one and a half. They say it's too. All right. So so. He has. The ants making the noise over that keep them about keeping the camera shutting off well. Let me look. All right. Don't be startled. If if I suddenly show up I will tell people what is in the Walter conkrite. Oh, I just did. And it's a couple of Walter cocktail, sometimes known as the swale ter-, which I thought was kind of a funny joke the swelter 'cause you're drunk. Oh, we're still on good. Walter, Scott, author of Waverley and one of the founding fathers of the European novel spent his early life on the rugged Scottish borders. Scotching? This seems like there should be right. No. It was there that he first developed a taste for brandy. Oh, well, sure, which arrived in kegs smuggled over from the shores of the Solway, which I don't know if as type for Norway..

Photos, it something I think finally clicked for both of us in Jackson been looking at different Instagram's stories. Yeah. I kept hearing the whole thirty. So I brought it up thinking that she'd immediately say, no, we're not doing that. That's awful. And she said, okay. Yeah. For do it for those of you don't know what the whole thirty is. It is for for thirty days. It's no-show gator. No dairy. Gluten no processed foods. No solway. No lagoons. It's no fun. No alcohol and no fun for whole thirty days. "When I read not being poultry farmers that organic eggs are much less likely to have contamination with salmonella and camp Labatt's. And if we're looking at terms of egg contamination the sound Manila and Camelback contamination is on the shell of the egg. So people are worried about this. They definitely boil the shell or put it in water for two minutes, dry out and eat at you walk get out sterilize it, but you know, I live dangerously on the January. So I that is that weird eat the show. Now. I mean, I love your things anyway, labor Bonia, you know, I don't think it's weird. It's crunchy and getting sued and then after we shall kinda crunching things for awhile off of hanging out with friends. They'll hear me like crunchy action for like twenty minutes later outside. You do what you gotta do if you'll good kick as much as possible. Yeah. I I agree with that. Yeah. Last question for me. You said that you eat grass fed beef. Is there any like studies or proof that it's aggressive? It's better than grain fed. Will you know, I don't think anyone's done a head to head trial. But what we know is that grass said he is going to have ratios omega three six because the reading grasps is be higher in probably the grass the awful Atlantic acid, which is the precursor ETA DHA. So the you're gonna get more EPA DHA grasp on me. You're also gonna get more conjugated when the lay asses which is. Been associated with improvements and outcomes. And so you're also gonna get a little more vitamin a in the fat of grass that need. The main reason that I ate grass that me. And this is something that hasn't really been talked about much of the spaces Clayton say which is round up. You know, it's the salon Santo sort of Vance right now the idea that is pervasive. We can't avoid it. It's a water Seidel pesticide that key late citing Catalans, and it's on all of our food now on Solway Cohen when they make cross GMO, whether it's roundup ready corn soy with duties inserting, gene to the crop that allows them to spray higher amounts of glyphosate on it and without dying. So that's the problem with GM on my opinion is are there so full of glyphosate and when people are getting grain fed cattle. What are they fed? They're fed Clayton say covered chlorine. So. Soy grains. So you just what I worry about as bioaccumulation play Kosei. So I'm just trying to mitigate that the aware of it. Now. Is grain fed me better than no me at all. Probably you know, I think that if we're dealing with munitions and stuff, and there's people can't attain grasp than that's another issue. We have to kind of deal with that. They're potentially our waste mitigate glyphosate as well. But I try to avoid it as much as possible things like which oxen's other places you grasp that is more available in finance gets the issue too..

"We welcome in and wish happy new year to our friend. Mr John Wilner? College football, especially out here on the west coast. Does it well for the San Jose Mercury news is college hotline newsletter? A must read John also an AP top twenty five voter follow him on Twitter at Wilner hotline. John are you doing it again? Happy new year happy new year to you guys. It's a great new year. Can I can't imagine? Because it's never happened that I've been able to start a new year where I felt so so uplifted by the absolute demolishing Alabama in a in a championship game. I can only assume that everything from this point out is going to be great. It's like when the wizard of Oz. A switch from black and white to color the world is just much better. Now than Alabama has been smacked around and bloodied in front of everyone. Yet. Clemson did Alabama would Alabama's doesn't everybody else? I know right. How does it feel? How does it taste? It was really a downing to watch that because you know, all the scenarios would think about could unfold. That's one. You don't say. They not that they wouldn't. I mean, I thought it was going to win. But I thought it'd be close. And I thought there's you know, you never take ala Bama is gonna have a breakdown. Like they did. I mean, it was so on Sabin. I I'm still surprised at how it happened. When you look at the all the college football stuff, and the fact that we don't have a Commissioner of college football. Are we ever going to get any kind of changes like the ones Rodney are talking about eliminating division to opponents of the regular season? And then also making all the conferences play nine conference games. ACC SEC would be at the forefront of that is they're making play just just some uniformity. Are they ever when they when they you know, these championship games? They all get together and meet and they said, okay, four playoff teams are still good but division two games. And then, you know, nine conference games is that ever going to get discussed because the big ten in the pack twelve already there. Where what's going to compel the ACC your SEC ever to to get on board? When they are punished for not playing nine, and so far this election committee has not either rewarded the Pac twelve big ten big twelve for playing nine or punish the SEC. And Asia, they have got CNA. She she has. I think it is eleven of the twenty playoff berths. And I thought that it was going to be part of the discussion yesterday Jim Delany whose arguably the most powerful there in the sport big ten Commissioner very upset about the situation with the first night. And I know the big ten wants to push that discussion Solway Delaney is not he doesn't want to move to eight right now. But he wants them minor standing there's a he wants them to take a hard look at the selection process just to make sure that you know, what has happened for the last five years does not continue in terms of the. Teams playing the tougher schedules up and down are getting are getting the short end of the selections would the push for. And we're talking to John Wilner of the San Jose Mercury news colors hotline is is a good read. If your college football fan is would it be with the big ten have if they had a partner in the Pac twelve at the Pac twelve were viable, if they weren't in the current position you're in right now, which is an afterthought in football and basketball too. But that's a different story for different time. If the Pac twelve and the big ten could combine forces would they be able to move the needle, and and get that necessarily get the SEC in the ACC to come on board, but create enough of a groundswell because they are unified the Pac twelve in the big ten in this imaginary scenario to to to get these to entrench conferences and successful conferences, the ACC and the SEC to come along with the party and and be uniform because Jim Delaney is. You mentioned the most powerful guy in football in college football. If he's doing it by himself, and he's got the big ten behind him. But no one else has with him. Does he does he really have that that pool? Well, I think right now. The big twelve would be the kind of the war for Delaney. You know, big show. Bob bulls be is he's a very smart guy to very well respected. And. You know? We are in the same situation. They're playing nine. Though have gotten Oklahoma in the playoffs the last two years. So they don't have they have the more muscle power. So to speak these days more influence than the Pac twelve but they don't necessarily have the same level of motivation because they've had Oklahoma in twice the problem with the Pac twelve is. You know, they don't have the influence on one end. And they also don't have the the playoff participation on the other. And yet there's no indication that I've seen that they are really pushing forward. The last time there Commissioner Larry Scott commented publicly on the playoffs. He said he was he was very happy with the shot. Joe said he was okay. Goes both bowls be and Delaney has pivoted more to discussion of eight reevaluation of the process, then the Pac twelve hat. Did. It surprise you that the bigwigs came out of that meeting at the Fairmont San Jose yesterday and said now we're fine with four and no plans on the horizon to expand to eight midway through this twelve year contract for four. No, I did not think there would be any real movement toward eight I don't think that will happen till we get to the tail end of this contract. The thing about eight is it's a great thing. You know to ponder. And and for a lot of folks and a lot of corners of college football. It sounds great. But I mean, we didn't have a single competitor game in the playoffs this year. I argued on Twitter that that instead of expanding to eight we should go back to the bowl coalition, easy easy. There's. It was three lopsided game. Then you wanna go to eight it becomes just participation. But the bottom line too is going like running a marathon. And the last point two is straight up hill. Because how are they going to get that extra game? The president's are not gonna let them play at a weekend to what we already have. And you end up with a sixteen game season for the title us. But there's no way the SEC is gonna Bandini, you know, if you want to try to put the the quarter-finals on championship we got at the end of November the she's not going to get rid of their championship game. The president's won't let you put a weekend in the middle of December because every campuses had final exams. So they have no way nobody has any idea how they could do it. And I think that's part of the reason that they don't really want to seriously consider starting it because I think that most thing Dan, Wetzel wrote about it Rodney, I talked about it is that December first that you dump all the conference title games. And just have the four semis. Our quarters, excuse me at the campus location. So this year number one, Alabama would have played number eight UCF at Alabama, you know, and then you would add Ohio State play Notre Dame at Notre Dame. Like, and that that twelve one date these conference championship games are terrible by and large other than the and the only reason the SEC one is good is because they don't play non conference could non conference games George only plays Alabama wants a decade unless it's in the SEC title game. And so that's why it's good because these teams have avoided each other, you know, relentlessly in the regular season, even though they're in the same conference every year. Yup. Totally agree. But it's going to be awfully difficult to get the SEC to move off of that game. We're going to dig in on that one. That voting thing voting thing, John if you had Pac twelve big ten big twelve all the other non power five and the ACC the SEC is going to get voted. I mean, if every other conference and all the non power five because of get a rap now, UCF, Boise, or whatever if all of college football's voting, the SEC can't stop it just by their lonesome. Can they? I'm not sure that's a good question. But you know, they don't like it to get to that point. You know, when you're talking about presidents chancellors and commissioners, they want, you know, they want consensus. They want the grand move in together. And you know, so I don't know how they I agree with you that logistically that's the spot. But boy, that's that's, you know, a real tough tough one for the SEC, and that also then you get into well, should they just get rid of divisions? Delaney's already talking about the divisions, which I think you know, that there is an imbalance in and why? Has the same thing to the west part of the big twelve is not good. And what does it for the ACC is at the coastal? That is the forget it till Florida state Miami vortex those schools bubble back up. I mean, that's you know, you had pit play Clemson and hazy title game like come on. Was. Some of it is cyclical within the conference because if Wisconsin eleven and one or if Miami is eleven and then those title games, take on a much more Heff to s she is eleven and one playing, you know, but right now because there's such an imbalance. Basically. We of the three of the five it's the go and get rid of the division makes him said John real quick before we let you go. I wanted to ask you about the current news with USC clip Kingsbury who was brought in to to put some shine on the program Britain is after he got fired from Texas Tech. He uses his own money, if I'm understanding correctly to by himself out of his brand new contract with as see the take arguably a better job to be the head coach Arizona Cardinals. They want him because Kingsbury still has the smell of Patrick Mahomes on him. But it's just another instance. Whereas see they are not where where they wanna be and definitely where they used to be. Which is dudes didn't leave as see that quickly and spurn SE. They they are they are trying to figure their way out in in this current college football landscape. Pausing for fits to laugh for a minute here. I think he passed out. He's back. I'm sorry. It was it was too good for him. He just couldn't stand. It. It is. Well, first of all what it does. I mean when you're when you're office coordinator can agree to contract, which is out is one hundred fifty thousand dollars that tells you that. He has more leverage than your head coach, please he has more market value than your head coach. Which makes you wonder why is the head coach head coach? Right. The, but it's just you know, it is so symbolic of what's going on S C now for ten years administrative. Bad decisions with coaching hires. Mismanagement? It's just they can't get it. Right. It's a circus. And I mean it hurt it hurts college football on the west coast. That's the bottom line when S C is not good. Can't get their act together. It hurts. It hurts college football out here. And it's too bad. And that art John we always appreciate the time. Thank you for it. And thank you for your your knowledge and your insight. Hopefully, we'll talk to you sooner rather than later once again predate the time. Nice walk. That's all right. You take care. Jon, Wilner, San Jose. Mercury news. Frog Picks Maternity Ward Like Goldilocks

"This is scientific Americans sixty seconds science. I'm Jason Goldman in the jungle home is anywhere. You can raise your babies while trying not to get gobbled up by somebody else. Take a tiny creature from Brazil whose name is longer than it is the, but he is broad snout casque headed tree frog. It likes to hang out in the little puns that form in cavities within Ramilia plants. These tiny pools are technically known as Fido tell Mata from the Greek words for plant and Pont. A male finds Melia and attracts a female who lays her eggs directly into the water. The male stays behind to guard, the eggs and the tadpoles spending the rest of his life within that one plant, but not just any Ramilia pool will do it's so crazy that all some really nice big permits in never found our rock there. If I. Would be the frog. I would like that for minute herpetologist miracle Solway from Brazil's state university of Santa Cruz coating his graduate students, Amanda lantern Silva brought Dan we may did research, and we saw that they were trade-offs in all solo and his team surveyed two hundred and thirty nine Ramirez within a protected part of Brazil's Atlantic rainforest of which seventy four were occupied by frogs. The frogs preferred big bre Melia ads, but the very largest bromellias were unoccupied by the frogs, which suggests there's a Goldilocks situation are the researchers think it has to do with the size of the frogs alligators shaped heads if the Bermudez water tank was too large and the frogs head can't form a tight seal around the opening which would make them and their offspring and easy meal. But if the pool was too small it might dry out completely. So they are really picky. Concerning day their houses, they need to clean house with fresh raw too. And it should not be large not small. The study is in the journal plus one so many says these findings remind us that we need to think about the nuanced habitat needs of species when it comes to conservation. It's not enough to bring some frogs and release them into the rainforest. We also need to ensure they're able to find the habitats they need to live may end raise their young. Thanks for listening for scientific Americans. Sixty seconds science. I'm Jason Goldman.
