Japan 2021 Olympics in Doubt

"Now. Japan's government is holding firm at the moment in its view that this year's olympic games should go ahead. They've already been postponed once. But there's a growing number of cases of corona virus and also calls for tokyo twenty twenty one to be shelved while tokyo bureau. Chief fiona wilson joins me now. Welcome back thank you very much tokyo. Twenty twenty one is pretty ambitious. They want to call it to tokyo. Two thousand and twenty there is this insistence. Isn't there in the government to to stick with the plan for it to go ahead but the has been an enormous poll suggesting that lots of other people think otherwise. Yes you're absolutely right. In fact i was out in chablis very busy central tokyo that usually very busy and slightly sad looking tokyo. Twenty twenty flags still flowing. They're looking a bit faded and they're not changing the year. It's going to be tokyo. Twenty twenty even if it's held and twenty twenty one but things are not looking good for the olympics at the moment For many reasons. I think you know the surging Virus numbers obviously very difficult to contain at the moment. And you know they started a big public cole and eighty percent of people said they would like the games to be either postponed or cancelled outright. So there's not very Warm feeling for the olympics at the moment and it's it's really difficult moment to ask people to think about welcoming styles ends of people into the country. The moment and i think many people just think it's too much of a distraction at the moment. I mean from from the outside. This does look like somewhat of a mess. Doesn't it given the fact that like you say a sort of a cool clear head would suggest that Welcoming thousands of athletes and tens of thousands of visitors to tokyo when we are still in the teeth of a pandemic isn't necessarily the most sensible of ideas. Oh absolutely and i really have to wonder why the conversations behind closed doors. It's hard to believe. The prime minister soga is going over. All those options for cancellation really. My guess is that they probably don't want to announce today it's really definitely not possible to do it in. Of course everything's a bit delayed with the vaccination program here. It's not really going to happen until the talk about late february but the idea that everybody will be vaccinated in time for the olympics is extremely ambitious. And i think just that alone is making people pretty nervous. So i think it's. It's not looking very promising and more kind of message Does this convey from the government when they are still standing firm in. What does it say about the way that you're shahida seekers reputation as being saying well. I think when you look at that poll that was was negative about the olympics of the moment along with those those side eighty percent against the olympics. At the moment his own ratings have really dropped quite substantially. they were down nine percent in a month And over sixty eight percent of people said they were dissatisfied with his handling of the pandemic in japanese. Public is pretty critical. They're very of our overall. If you look at numbers they're really not as bad nowhere near as bad as as most country so in japan overall dump pretty well but the population is quite tough on elitist. Here there's a feeling that he's authored. Called a state of emergency for tokyo in the surrounding area and a lot of people have been saying for a couple of weeks. You know you. It has to be called now. They felt it was a little bit too late. So what we're expecting tonight. There's a press conference at seven o'clock tokyo time and it looks like seven. More prefectures will be added to the list. So that state of emergency will be spread across japan mostly to the west of japan and expecting you know all soccer yoga kyoto. An down to coca and even you know beyond also in kyushu. The governor of komo motto is said. We'll come we big did we. We want a kyushu state of emergency. So i think it looks like more and more people will be coming onto this State of emergency umbrella. Not as tough as the sort of lockdowns. We're seeing in the uk but it does Impinge on people's behavior. And i think that many people are saying you know we've got to do it now before numbers Get to more than can be contained

"Played by chadwick. Boseman as the young trumpet player levy colman domingo cutler michael potts as slow drag and glenn termine as toledo. We also meet mas young lover. Desi may play by taylor page and her nephew sylvester played by deuce on brown. I want to just dive right in joel. You said you were very excited to talk about this coming what you thought. Oh my gosh linda. I loved it like it's hard to put into words how much i enjoyed it. And all of the reasons but chadwick boseman this be his final performance. Jeff estates think recently denzel washington in an interview said that like he didn't lose anything we lost him this idea that he gave everything he had to give while he was here. This for me is probably his magnum opus. His great work his his final statement. To wasn't he left us a lot of really great. If you look at all the roles he's chose in the last like three to four years. All of them are about conclusions and about wrapping things up. This one is so much more about like the hurt and pain. You have to just go through as a black person just to exist in this country and it's profound and gorgeous and the way we'll shoots this. I struggle a lot with theater to film translations. Because it's like theater it's so meant to be experienced in person and sometimes dial it doesn't quite work and particularly when they're monologue like you have a hard time like this doesn't feel real because it's not it's theater if you don't have to live in same kind of rules that film often does but when we'll takes his camera at a high angle as chadwick boseman is giving this like very revealing monologue. You're able to stay in it because you're sort of. It feels almost more in his head. It's more conversations having with and it captures. I think what is so hard to translate between these two mediums. And i love it and then on top of all that colman. Domingo like if you're making a movie just put colman domingo you cast anyone else in any other will ever a silent killer in everything that he does. And it's so profound. I love his in bad movies. I love his work in great. I love coleman doing and here he just continues that check and then they leave is crowns. It all off by just being great and showing up and her vocal performance away. She drinks coke. Makes you wanna die. It's a seven. I love performances. I like live live for like actors being able to nestle into character and create something that is so alive and vivid. No one in the cast isn't doing that. It's nearly a perfect soga. Yeah stephen thompson. What did you think. I love this movie. Too i think the central performances by chadwick boseman and by viola davis are so beautifully done. I do think there are a lot of parallels to be drawn between this film and fences which one viola davis and oscar that has also adapted from an august wilson. Play and both films are really so centered on the performances. They are really showcases for actors more than there necessarily like show willie directed big epochs. There are focused on the performances. I think that theatre film translation does trip them both up a little bit. Where they're so focused on the performances. They don't flow as naturally as they might. This there are points in this film. That felt a little bit stagey to me. But at the same time those performances are glorious. As joel said that chadwick boseman performance is is titanic. I mean it is a oscar clip e speech -i big performance. I think we cannot underestimate. How great this viola davis performance is. It is a quieter performance. She's doing so much work with just like kind of heavy eyelid. Look at a character will just is just searing. She is fantastic film and like joel said colman. Domingo is great. Glenn is great as toledo. I loved this film and as you would expect it just weaves music in beautifully. Yeah all right. I asia. Let's go to you next to you.

"All right. we're here with ronca. Shire she is from british columbia in canada and she is with thrive life. Coaching high ron. How're you doing today as tammy soga to be here. I am fabulous. How are you. i'm great. Tell me a little bit about what you do and how you got started in that so i am a certified mindset coach and life coach and head against started. It's a long story. I'll try to keep it short. You the cliff notes. I was actually not the person i am today. In that i was living in a deep dark hole for ten years a with depression anxiety and suicidal allegations panic attacks daily and i would go to bed every night and say and just ask. I'd say could you know. Let me wake up tonight tomorrow. And the next day wake up. I gotta do this again. and and so in your late teens and early twenty s. That's not really a good place to be. And so i had to come to the place where i i had. I knew i had to something up. Something different. I was twenty six thousand and knew i had a life still ahead of me. Didn't want to continue to live that way and new that i had something power the offer the world and and myself and then i voted to myself as well and so fast forward. I ended up a hired a life coach and worked with him for six weeks and six hours completely changed my life. I then put all of those things that i learned in that coaching into my life in like full force i am. I am one hundred percent or zero percent. That is my personality. And so i i went one hundred percent into it. And within months weeks even people saw a difference in me saw that i went from surviving literally just surviving to a life of thriving and then they wanted to know how i did it because they knew the old me and were just flabbergasted at the the change that i had made so quickly and so drastically and i inadvertently fell into coaching. Interestingly enough a lot of people you know we we generally choose your career paths and you and a coaching chose me because then people wanted to know how what was my secret. How did i do it. And i and so then. I begin began to coach sam and then decided through a bunch of different events. Decided that it was what it was kind of right next. It was my next path. And i had to quit my previous career as an educational assistant that i had worked in for eight years and so i just kind of begin. The next thing and i went. I got my certification and started. My company thrive life coaching. Wow that's a great story suit. Who who do you work with. I'm assuming that you packed their lives with the mindset coaching. And you you also get what was given to you. Back to them of the liliya so The the individuals i work with are those who delay circumstances due to the situation that they find themselves in are feeling really stuck and they've been stuck there. I have the island pictures. So hopefully that's cool. I a picture. You're in the middle of the lake and you've learned how to tread water. You've learned how to survive the things whether that whether that is drastic things like illness or loss loss of a loved one loss of a job. Whatever the circumstance or that something just as much as you have six children and a husband works away and rate like in you're just trying to juggle life and you feel like you're in the middle of the lake and you're just treading water eight. You keep your head above the water but you're not going anywhere. There's an island in front of you is an island in the distance. You can see it you can see. They're having fun and thriving but you're just stuck in this surviving. I don't know how to move. Actually get to what it is. I weren't and so those. Are the people i work with. We go from getting them from surviving the thriving and despite whatever circumstances they are there. They have in front of them. Do a do a lot of people come to you with trauma type stories or is it just like your mindset that they need to get over from your childhood or what are some of those types of things that people would see for. Yeah i think. That's a great question. And i have seen anyone for like i said it's it is a big. It's it's a small niche but a big knee straight. And i have had some of my success. Their success stories. Because it's not my success. I just helped up. My my job is to help. People thrive and so lots of that is getting through trauma. I think of it. Here's another picture for you. You're going on a road trip. You have a plan. And i'm gonna go to too big. I'm going to go to vegas and nobody's traveling right now. So you go on a trip. You plan a trip and you make all of these fines and these decisions. We're gonna do this. We're going to this show and we're gonna spend this long these days maybe going around the doing a tour of the city. We're gonna have relaxed on these days and we're gonna rate you make all these plans and so say your drive say run road trip and all sudden you come to a place where there's construction on the road. You don't cancel your trip. Get up the map or gps or google maps right and under followed a you figure out the detour

"Think we should start this bitten style properly by first correcting our motivation why we're here today together knowing that there is immense suffering in the world the knowing that here we're here for each other we're going to help each other get through this. Yeah. She changes in metal trump GW engine, and again bobby some Ashington meter Gordy grundell action ladder barsial. Edema Guru anomalous local. Sanga chewed on. So Joel Non, much android Doniger. Like aging yogi personality from our patients under partial song on. So Casual Moma. Jonjo dynamic usage legitimate soga pursuing on your Partial Dunga Judo's Okay Joan Lama Jonjo it tunnicliffe search. Digital Kepa Solanki. Alah Pension Asanga group. Wow very nice. Is that particular Chin from from your teacher? Is that from? Yeah. That's more melodic tune. Sometimes, we do chanting just very straightforward but I figured I'd do the Little Nicer version for for the rookies out there that may have never heard it. Might enjoy. Doing maybe we start with just a little bit about the meany of starting with like like Mandela for you did this John and you tell us a little bit about that because I'm sure as out there that that very interested in what you're doing with your hands. Right. So it's symbolizing the world you make the world you're purifying the world it a perfect place and you're setting up here. That's four continents floor directions in the mountain meadow the highest mountain, and there you envisioned a perfect pure realm and menu, fill it up with incense and flowers, and every offering that you can think of everything that has ever made you happy you kind of you offer it up to your teachers good Dharma Sanga and also your you know your afflictions things that may be bring you pain suffering you just offer it up, give it away, purify it all in making making everything. The way it should be. Wow. So you're really using your mind in that practice. Of course, you're saying something we'd be voice in you've got your body. You're also really using your mind when you're saying those brands with that digitalization. So absolutely, and I think you know one of the most beautiful offerings I've ever heard was an ocean of flowers you. You could never afford that many. But when you're doing this practice, you can offer things that you don't have. You can walk by you know. The diamond district offer all the jewelry there. Every beautiful thing you've ever seen things that you wanted for yourself that maybe you can't afford at least you can put it in that digitalization offered up to all beings you know in beings. And Use It as a as a release that have been attachment. Fantastic you're using your imagination. You don't necessarily have to own object your for. Only objects that you don't exist that Don exists are objects that are intangible. I can offer the laughter of your children or something like that. So it can really go go wild with your imagination as to what you think are the most beautiful things Yup I think in this case, going wild with your imagination is encouraged, right? Yes. You should. You should absolutely because it it's essential as you as you go on in practice to be able to develop your imagination because you'll you'll have to find yourself. Putting yourself in situations where your imagination is what's going to bring it to the next level of your practice I'm imagining that will imagining didn't mean to years that would I'm imagining? We'll be coming back to this would imagination out quite a bit. Did The Sun Creek you tell us what that is all about going for refuge is a Buddhist yield. You're going for refuge to the Buddha, Dharma, on the song the good is. Being all beings? Dharma. The teachings, the truth with the on Songa the collection, not just monks nuns but everyone around you that is going to help you achieve this goal. By the goodness of the deeds that I do and giving in the rest meaning to six projections of. Giving and morality patients, concentration wisdom giving morality patients, ethics, concentration, and wisdom of by practicing these things. May I become a Buddha not just for myself but for the sake of all living beings South intention. Yes. So Is Interesting. So Buddha dominance sauna. So you know for you before the acting career before the music business which will get to there was Buddhism right that came Beckham before the acting I think and I was wondering you grew up. Christian MRI. And I was wondering growing up Christian what was it that? How'd you end up Madonna breakage what drew you to the Buddha? Question. Is. It still boggles now it doesn't Boggle I. Am very lucky I grew up in a loving Christian household. So wasn't one of those you know fire Brimstone type situations might my grandmother was wonderful Christian? My my aunt is a is A. Wonderful Wonderful Beautiful Lady she is what it sounds like. You know it all intents and purposes and I have many wonderful Christian friends and family that that are amazing. But for me I felt like there was a point in my life maybe was a certain age of coming to being where certain things just didn't make sense to me anymore or or I. Felt that I was being drawn in another way and I wasn't sure what that way was. It wasn't a rejection of something but more a seeking more something else something that that just was sort of calling to say. So I. Couldn't quite out what it was and I remember my mother had this shelves. Books From College. There's one book in Religions of the World Textbook as a as a good place to start as any. and. So it's just kind of like starting through going through all the religions of the world literally starting with animism and and native American religions which brought me back to thinking of my own heritage and things that we learned from our grandmothers are on tees than you know, herbs and prayers that are not in any books or dances, or you know traditions, words that that are that I. Thought were Spanish that are not for example, and I started going to college and learning about that learning about old medicine learning about all different not just my try all the tribes of the Americas and I really was a great and still is a great experience. Great part of my life of the day I was still kept feeling that there was more and in my thirteen fourteen. So. I started going to hardcore shows New York hardcore scene, and there was a big Christian of consciousness movement bands like WanNa wait and shelter and and Chroma is and bad brains singing about this other esoteric type things and and you know the Christian of monks were always there hanging out singing hotter Krishnan and handing out food and stuff. So of course, I was checking it out and and there are some things that kind of you know paying some interest for me but then again, it was a lot of. Things that weren't also clicking. So know go back to the book the Book of the word yet it again. kind of thumbing through it and I see Dow is and I'm like reading through it. It's very logical. It's straightforward. There is no puppet masters like. Extra beings, there's no like get off the pay money you don't have. There's no strings attached. It's cause-effect cause-effect cause-effect that if you do a long enough, be will happen if you one plus one is to the softest thing in the world can cut through the hardest giving with time things like that and that kind of really appealed to me it was very grounded and very focused than. Kind of removed that, which may be I needed for awhile removed that. Mystical magical element at made it more about how to fix yourself now

Japan's Prime Minister resigns for health reasons

"It is a week or so since Japan's longest-serving, Prime Minister Shinzo are announced that he would be standing down for health reasons that discreet interval having elapsed those who fancy succeeding him as leader of the Liberal Democratic Party and therefore Prime Minister of beginning to make themselves known among the first out of the traps is Yoshi suger currently chief cabinet secretary already seen as the favorite the former foreign, Minister Fumio Kishida and former. Defense. Minister Shapiro she but also like their chances, the decision is due on. September. Fourteenth joining me with more is molecules Tokyo bureau chief. Your New Wilson. Fiona is this the one horse race that some are already calling it? Yes, I'm afraid I think it is amazing. Things have happening over the last couple of days in Japan you're right there are three key people standing but really the LDP party, the party executives have swung into action and pretty much. So not the race for Soga to win it's going to be very difficult for him to lose the L. TPS. Famously, it's got these factions seven factions and it seems that saga although he only just a matter of hours go announced. His candidacy seems he's already secured. Five of the seven factions. Votes can be quite hard to beat him and yesterday that was an amazing meeting of the Executive Council of the Party and they decided not to bother with the votes from the rank and file, which really sent a clear signal because among the rank and file issue the former defense minister, he's the top choice. He's also the top choice with the public. He pulls much higher than Sukkur and clearly the party Did Not want him to win. So the in a way it's been rigged actually the vote and it's very good news for Soga and not for anyone else standing on that point though if Ishiba is the more popular candidate among the actual Japanese Public Roy is he not seen as more of a contender by the Party grandees? It's interesting. He's been relentless critic of Shinzo Bay and that's one him. No friends he he just does not have enough support within the party and it's a sort of a grudge I suppose you could say he stood against. A couple of times in two, thousand and twelve he stood against obey. He actually won the first round when it was, you know down to the rank and file he won. He lost in the second round when it came down to the the members of the politicians. So he's he's seen as trouble he's criticized throughout he you know I in a natural way he's got plenty to say about what's going on within his own party. He's he's being critical of our based diplomacy. He thinks it's to US centric he he feels that the stimulus packages that she has set the ABA. Policies that he's feels not sustainable in the long term and he's voiced very openly. So he's one no friends within the policy leaders and I think now it's unfortunately for him. It's coming home to roost. So if we are going to have to get used to the idea of your Shahida, suge as the next prime minister of Japan, do we understand yet what sort of prime minister he intends to be? Basically, who is he? Yeah, it's an interesting one I mean. People outside Japan wet name much about him although he's been obeys right hand man throughout since two thousand twelve he's he's the public face of the government. He's the top spokesperson. He's there every day at the press conferences batting off critism of Shinto. Ebbe. There are questions about unfortunate scandals, how how Abbas dealing with the pandemic. It's been super who's dealt with all that. So he is a very, very well known face here. He's. He's sometimes referred to his uncle ray were not not particularly affectionately, but he was the man who revealed the name of the new Japanese era when there's new. The new era begins and we are now in the era of war and he was the man who revealed that on television. So he's sort of got this nickname, but there's not a lot. He's revealed about himself personally in seventy one. Well, when when he came on today his press conference, he pretty much announced exactly what kind of prime minster he'll be, which is continuity Abba he said he'll be dealing with coronavirus. He'll continue with up a NOMEX and he'll continue Abbas diplomatic policy which is based on the US Japan. Alliance and I think that's where he differed from issue who was trying to do the exact opposite really saying. Issue has been saying we need more friends in south. East Asia not so US centric, he doesn't fancy what they call the golf diplomacy the great bromance between trump and pay, which is much spoken of. Not. Sure. How much trump considered it although he did he did tweets that he considered to be Japan's greatest prime minister which prompted much hilarity on twitter to see if anyone could ask trump who was his second greatest pick suspecting that he probably couldn't name and other Japanese prime minister so that that really he's continuity and for some people about important but it seems the public were they wanted a bit of change maybe not a complete revolution. They've maybe would have liked to fresh face, but it looks like it's going to be so good and it's a very short election campaign really starts in the seventh ends on the fourteenth with the Prime Minister being appointed on the sixteenth seventeenth in a special session just finally, and briefly owner is it politically viable for the Liberal Democratic Party just to install him as prime minister and let him crack on there won't be any talk of early general election or anything. There isn't at the moment, but there has to be a general election by next Autumn Anyway twenty, twenty one. This is so. It would be pretty remarkable if he were to come in and immediately call a general election. So I think not. But there are some very dissenting voices I notice the Asahi Shimbun, huge center-left newspaper second-biggest paper. In Japan, remember the circulations are enormous and described this whole process of how suit of being shoehorned into the role as bleak and pathetic. So it's not like There is across the board support for is going to have a bit of a battle with the public. He hasn't actually put a foot wrong so far he said very little. He only announced his candidacy tonight so. We'll see how it turns out but at the moment, it looks like it's going to be business as usual. If, you're on a Wilson in Tokyo Bureau. Thank you for joining

"They're all closed so anyway. Yeah I mean that that is a most interesting addition to our conversation because if we're talking about allies ship and we're talking about the challenges that face our country and the changes that the twenty twenty election could bring in many ways. The Corona virus is the great equalizer. Right I mean it doesn't it doesn't care how much privilege you have. It doesn't care how much money you make you can't pay yourself into a ventilator if there is not a ventilator of a lable right that's on the right so I think that that in many ways you know it's a challenge. It's a unique challenge that we haven't faced in a long time of this level and it does present an opportunity to think through so many of the ways that we interact and so many of the challenges facing our society in the way that we sort in group and oppress or Soga Bar privilege or opportunity hoard or whatever the case may be this is a game changer and your point about the seller and the sci-fi movie I think is so connected because the story of how governments respond to Corona Virus Israeli one of our capacity to heed warnings there is so much leverage and not eating warnings. You know blackest orbiting white vogue for a long time. I remember when I first started to become kind of conscious about.

Wells Adams On Love, Health & Sarah Hyland

"Welcome to just SIP. I am Justin Semester and actually really excited about this podcast. There is a show that I am obsessed with. It's called the Bachelor and Bachelor in paradise. I don't know if you've ever heard of it. It's this little show that has been coming on for the last ten years and I don't know the inner workings of it I mean I saw unreal but I know sometimes that's heighten. I know that's all BS sometime. So I'm going to get the Real T. From somebody WHO's been both in front of the camera and behind the inner workings on a show like this. Please welcome wells Adams. I'm sitting here with the Master of Radio in pipe casts. Act Ask you. Yeah how do you like my set up? This is not. This isn't a podcast Justin. This is this is the only. This is the only time I've been invited to go to podcast where we're at said it'd be camera ready you podcasts are raid like radio. You don't need to see what they look like. No for sure but I am a visual so this is a TV show. Yes thanks for having me on your television show. Justin I really. I really really appreciate it. And it's so funny because whenever we throw names around here It's always people that were super interested in and who we don't know much about and I couldn't let anyone this week so you're only clinches call wells no it was not that at all. That was last week when we tried to. Hit you up but this week we actually really wanted you because I feel like there's so much about you that I don't know we've become friends as last year. You've worked together on the red carpet but first of doing and doing great. This is a wonderful podcasts. That you have here. It's crazy right. Yeah I haven't done anything today. I woke up. You look like you just woke up. You is this guy. Say Yes. Okay but thank you for being honest about it and then you look fresh. Oh really like you know like when white men have money they just look like they like roll out of bed in that white t shirt gene. The Mike it's I it doesn't Jilin all wears out in database. Yeah so yeah I woke up. I I worked out a little bit. I took esteem. I came to hang out with you and now I'm drinking is in its Soga. It is very good but it's early at what is this. It's apple CIDER. Vinegar Rows Lemon Juice Tequila and ice is it. Do you do the apple cider thing? Because it's good for your gut or yeah okay and I just think that it helps to Tequila. Go down and get process a little bit. Yeah like a tricks my body. I'm doing some healthy but really I'm getting lit. Yeah 'cause 'cause Akilah makes you want to throw up and then the vinegar makes you not throw up. Yes smart the vinegar makes it go down. Yeah yeah so it was like okay if I get it all down. It's so funny. Remind everybody. What season of the Bachelor that you are on? I don't even know I think. Joe Fletcher Fletcher so I think it was Bachelorette season twelve I lasted I believe. Seven episodes you actually left in week. Six Okay I did my research but I did a mental so that got me the seven. Got The ellen. How do you know that it's called research? How did you even get on the Bachelorette who talked to you in to like like giving in putting yourself out there? Okay so this story is Kinda funny. My brother is like the most wonderful Really good-looking won the families. Yeah he's awesome seems Brat and gently trying to hook up with him in the way. Yeah well he's married but still. Yeah you should. You should one hundred percent But he was. He lives in Brentwood in Los Angeles and he has one bar he goes to. It's called cues and And he was there and he was holding court he was just like big man on campus and a casting director saw and walked over and was like you have enamored everyone around you. You are so fun to watch. I need to know who you are. And he was like okay and then He. She gave Her his card and was like the Bachelor I want you to be on the Bachelorette so we went through the entire casting process and the thing that people don't realize about the casting processes it takes a very long time how long for me it was like four or five months like a very long time the vet you yet to meet a ton of people. Yeah it's like that we are. I'll get into that part or you down the road but like it just takes a long time in that win that Swatch of time. That window of time he ended up finding someone and basically called up was like hey listen. I met a girl and now he's married to her so look down but he's one of those guys that like never burns a bridge like he is friends with everyone he's ever met. Yes and so. This was like seven eight years ago. Well now it's longer 'cause it was like seven eight years ago. When he told me about an auditor radio show in Nashville. And I used to do this. Radio bit where. I would go on auditions for like stupid commercials. And I'm not an actor at all but it was like a funny bit that I would do with my co-host where we'd like run lines for like meow mix commercials. Yeah exactly and so. I'll so excited. At My meow. Mix Commercial or like by China paper plate commercial than I can read this and then so I would go and I would bomb intentionally because it wasn't about me. I didn't want to be an actor. It wasn't about me getting the part about me having the next day of like what you didn't get the paper plate commercial like you could like. How did you screw up the meow? Mix Line now assets myself all the time how did you? Yeah and so be inconsolable. And My co-host like berating. The and it was like a funny bit. We did so then I became single and my brother was like hey man. I've friends with this casting director for the Bachelorette. Do you want to meet with them? And I was like this is going to be the funniest radio bit. Ever because I'm going to be like to do. She focused on yes and Lo and behold not to do she. Just the right amount of do should. Did you go in with your normal level of Douche or did you add some extra to try to like to try to throw them off and try to get the whole big going I went in like Super Laze fare? So they It was at a hotel in Nashville. And I like was. I can't believe I did this at the time it was in assessing but it's it seems so big. Timea. I told them I said. Hey Listen I've got a morning show at this. Time is doing three shows as a morning show and then I have an afternoon drive show so I have a window of like eleven thirty to twelve thirty that I can do this. I have a hard out. Yeah and they were leg and they're like okay fine totally but in their minds who I think is you know. I think they knew your brother. And they were probably. Maybe he's the big Lebowski as well. Maybe I don't know so I go to this hotel and I get the lobby on the first guy because I have a heart out. Yeah so I go that. I'm wearing like a Jean Jacket. And like probably this exact shirt actually. It's probably this outfit but with Jean Jacket. Which I've seen you in a few times because you wear that to rehearse yes. I have a uniform so I get there and I look around and every guy is in a suit because in their minds. They're like I need to look like I'm supposed to look when I get out of a limo. Yes and I was like Oh Shit. I am under addressed for this. Don't you hate FM? Yeah no no but but but in my mind I'm like this is great like this is such great radio. I'm starting off so bad so So then they they call me up and they sit they sit you down in. It's kind of similar to this situation. Y YOU DOWN. And it was two female casting directors and they started asking me questions and they're like they're like first off. Why the hell do you got to leave at four in like five minutes and I have. I have a radio show and they're like oh great. Do your radio bit and luckily enough. I had done my morning show so I'd already had done like four bits. See good so I like just word vomited like the four bits. I had about like Justin Bieber. Peeing in a trash can and like how. That was the luckiest trash can ever know like. It was like some stupid like that and I had them at rolling laughing roles like this. I thought like I was thought I was being so like ridiculous ridiculous. I didn't care yes I will at. The time wasn't really trying to get on the show. I just thought like this would be a really funny radio. Yes but dying laughing and I remember afterwards. They're like so. What are you doing in March and April and I was like? I don't know what I'm doing tomorrow but Yeah no and they're like well. Maybe blocked that out. We need to see you in Los Angeles and I was like oh I guess I did. You made it to the next. So then they fly you out Los Angeles. And then you take a five hundred question. Ecology tests psyche. Val Okay by the way people don't realize which I think is think it's got. I think what they actually do as you take the psyche vow and they just have to say like in case someone goes rogue one that show they have to say what we talked about them and we tested them and they didn't seem crazy X Y and Z. I don't really think because I've seen some crazy people on reality shows yeah as that psyche will. Yeah where have you seen the questions? I was on a reality show so I had to take the psyche. Yeah we'll get to that later on keep on going with your story. Well the the questions of like do you want to be a park ranger. And they'll be like I don't want to be Park Ranger. Have you ever had feelings of hurting animals do do you exactly? Do you think that people are out to get you going to rethink the the Park Ranger question? When you hear things do they. Come from inside your. Hey do you hear voices? Which way is going there? I remember taking that. You're all alone in like the Sheraton by the LAX. And I was like. I don't know I'm scared out. Then you crazy maybe I do. WanNa kill the money by the way I had a girlfriend. Who went on bad girls club? This is before we knew a bad girls club was about. She was like one of the first girls. On one of the first seasons are the second season yeah and she was telling me about it and I was like. There's no way that they get on that. Show Nabi able to pass the saggy dow new out this bitch earth person in the house. Yeah because their birthday bells and whistles on like Oh. They're looking for crazy unstable. Yeah well I wasn't.

Everybody was gonna be talking about this. And I know there's not a whole lot of sorta separate politico, politico, CNN are like, oh, I was SOGA really great, you guys and everybody else's, like every, I mean, it's very no one is talking about him, even though the few the couple articles again, from politico, and CNN that we mentioned, they're saying that he just not it out of the park that he was mazing, Muslim Laureus, what man ever what park. It's an easy park has parents backyard. Because it's not. It's not law needs mowing doesn't mean it's a park or not impressed. That's the thing I think, rob has one sound by from it that is of interest, and it's about bay toe on choosing supreme court judges and abortion. For so long women have been leading this fight shouldering the burden of making sure that their reproductive rights are protected. It's time that all of us. Join them in this fight as president,.

"And it's the same problem that I had from last year that she really gets away with so much and she has such poor behavior and the women just kind of enable her, and I think it's a really good thing that she's not drinking, and I don't know if now in real life, that's still true. I've heard that it's not it's not even if you see the preview for the season like she's clearly going back. Our try. Right. But I have a really big problem with the fact that a lot of these women definitely have unhealthy relationships with alcohol, and there's only one of them who's actively doing something about it. And like, yes, the wind failed and had to go back to that is humbling thing and she's open about it. And she talks about recovery lot. And she's trying. She's there's something to be said for someone who's trying and the women are so major about it. They were mean to her about it the first time she went to rehab and now again, they don't even try and help her at all. And I just think it's like, so mean spirited, I agree. And I think that is a great point and you have to commend her for trying. But I also feel like she's still like leasing over a lot of the issues, and I think that's why the women get frustrated with her, but it's like to render was her best friend when she was glazing over the most glazing over Tom glazing over the cheating still getting married. Still like. Glaze season Glades Zona, right? And now it's like she's actually taking a lot of accountability for her for the Countess. And okay, she still goes over some of the minor details, but okay, it's better than nothing. And now she can't stand for it. Right. And he's talking about the mermaid outfits because all those girls looked so skinny. Like, New York and Beverly Hills. It's like every time they go on vacation at getting bathing suits like each bodies better than the next. It's like Tinsley is tiny. Yeah. But like, okay got that I expected minimum. Mona sixty two years old looks better. She looked amazing. I was really like my jaw hit the floor to render looks amazing. So new looks amazing. It was incredible. And I need to know about how much needed percentage like from twenty three and me like how much is genetics and how much Dr sharing easy, right? Because if it's a lot to easy that I'm okay, then I'm the this was so funny Kinsley, obviously was like SOGA good tennis team. Like if Tinsley Mortimer can't play tennis, and who can NAMI it was giving me very red oaks vibes with the tennis court, and then the brunettes Barbara's I was really interested in like Barbara's financials. That's a nice house, but she lives there. The decor was horrible mean. Barb the builder. Oh cute is gonna company name or something like Bob the builder now is under her company name. No, I said shoot me like Bob the builder bar. I did it. And they keep saying that she's a builder and I'm sorry. But. I don't know a lot about the construction industry. So it's an industry actually get into. But what does that mean that she's a builder? Like is she she's actually very successful. And then you can get a huge piece on her in the times today, and she's like a contract developer real estate like she she not only she like buys, and sells, but also develops the buildings that she buys. I think so why don't they say she's developer? I don't know. The builders a weird word like I it's weird. It's like not the actual occupation of someone. So Edwin she's a very high end contractor you contractor, and you think of man in a plaid shirt with his book sticking out. No. But there's high like like there's high in buildings like high and things like Joanna Gaines. But not. No, no. He's actually she's the chip exa-. Exactly. Her fucking furniture was horrible. And then it's like the wrong essence soda goes. If like the wrong end. And now, he didn't they say, no, we're gonna take idea. Now, he sat on the couch, and then you can go back, and you go back and now you're gonna tell them. No. And someone like, yes. So now, we're gonna tell him. No. And I tell them. No. In steel say, yes. So now, we go on my, okay? This is some bullshit, and what was happening. So then we started getting questions where it's like do you want him to flush the appeals appeals in a trash can appeal. Do you want him takes we'll yoda's or pour? The tea on the computer. What the fuck is this and then? Turn it into bowls in the innings. This got stupider and stupider. And then he fuck because we go to cut his head off a variant him in the backyard. "Parts and it was all just absorbing good for them so ones defiant yes is so good soga so good see hughes brothers brother julian edelman will not begin the season perhaps with the new england patriots because he may have a four game suspension for violating the nfl's policy on p e d suspension is under appeal julian eshelman source told espn has taken hundreds of tests never tested positive before what i think is interesting about this though beyond the fact that it would affect the patriots quite dramatically especially with brandin cooks now a member of the rams and it'll mean is one of brady's favorite targets alex guerrero tom brady's rather controversial personal trainer has made a statement about julian edelman quote i've known julian since his rookie year and he's phenomenal athlete he takes his training seriously it's disappointing to hear today's news elite athletes sometimes work with multiple coaches and health professionals as part of their training here at our facility we take a natural holistic appropriate above all legal approach training and recovery for all our clients and anyone who would suggest otherwise responsible and just plain wrong he's not really speaking for julian edelman say alex guerrero speaking for tom brady yet the boss who he's speaking for the guy who helped him build at facility right next to foxboro guy who is what forty one forty still playing elite level quarterback exactly tv twelve the reason why he lives in boston now and fox boroughs because a tom brady and just ride net gravy train is not julian element it's not gronkowski is tom brady to boss and that would affect a brand severely pay manning just basically threw confession in indictment people in his camp say they yeah h in his history and because it's shocked to hear it wasn't for his wife yeah right right blew my mind right and i don't know if it was headline news for everyone in part because he's done and p were like all right damage done whatever but tom brady still at it so that would be devastating what i also.

"Broker with metrology in seattle and on the greater east side in two thousand fifteen she received broker of the year with best choice real team and she has a five star rating on both zillow and yelp dealer what's the difference between for soga owner and having an agent represent you why use an agent that is the million dollar question frankly keelan there are a lot of people out there who are very well educated very independent and certainly this is their investment it's their biggest investment so they really think that making the maximum amount of money out of that investment when they sell it is very important and so that consideration of phys bo for sale by owner of versus hiring an agent is definitely a conversation over the cheerios they really need to think about the results of that when when i go in to meet with a client and they're considering being a for sale by owner or being in that situation of hiring an agent i usually hand them a punch list of two hundred or three hundred different items that i am going to take care of for them as an agent and say here you go this is what if you're go diy this is what you need yeah and that's a it's it's being transparent you know and i always say to just we talk about this during the burn is you know have a one sheet where you list one sheet not being necessarily one sheet could be five sheets but bullet point list of the hundred and five but you're saying over three hundred i mean those there are so many steps in the process that have to be navigated through and not knowing what in that space and an expert in that space so choosing an agent and and is critically important to have the best representation that you possibly can expecially in this environment so how do you advise when consulting with your your clients in choosing an agent you know holly did a great job of having a single phrase answer and i really feel the same way with this particular question when you're picking an agent you have to be intentional.

"A case where they made this car soga this was they spent a fortune they had the best environmental the best this the best skins the best everything you can have it a car the best safety they brought it in and after inspections at lasted forever it was rejected you see that's a form of tariff to maybe that's a more deadly form of tariff that to me is just as deadly as 50 percent and 25 percent and a 100 percent in many cases so we're going to straighten out we've already started i'm in the first year is just we laid the seeds you know a lot of it is statutory where you can't do anything unless you go through a process while now through our great team we've gone through that process many of the said other words you'll do a rule you have to wait ninety days that sort of what's happening with the bump tux i'm waiting for the next process but it's gone just don't worry about it it's gone essentially gone because we're gonna make it so tough that you're not going to be able to get a nobody's going to want a million well you know bump stocks you shoot rapidly but not accurately i don't know if you have ever heard what a bump stock does the bullets come out fast but you don't know where the hell they going that's why nobody even really too much came to its defence but but he is that in las vegas he was using bump sucks in las vegas as you know so we get rid of so you're going to ask questions i'm going to help you folks we're going to get all of the things that we wanted or whether it's transportation whether a safety whether it's uh law and order one of the things that the passiveness issue would not do is give this incredible equipment that we have excess military equipment wouldn't give it to your police would not give it to your law enforcement they didn't like the idea the administration of armored vehicles i guess may be that rather have yet you're you look why wouldn't they want people were in danger people were being killed people are being shot people are being hit with rocks during some bad times in some rough places.
