Advice offer uproar sale of a security digestible business. News video financial. Llc member sipc for our first story spotify stock just twenty percent of the last week for no obviously clear financial reasons. We think it's the old podcasting double-dip jackets like putting your whole mouth. Right on the chip. You dip the chip once and be done with that as the thing snacker spotify didn't announce anything major over the past month. But you did. Yes hashtag twenty twenty wrapped. It's when you can share with all your buddies what you listen to on spotify for the past twelve months basically jack found out. He's the fifth month or son. And i'm like a stage five clinger stalker of this podcast. Nick the first step is admitting that you have a problem by the way smackers. Who did a spotify wrapped and snacks. Daily was their number one podcast. That was like a life moment for jack. Ninety there were a lot of you. Incredible is very cool. My favorite's the one who said they had no snacks. Portion control jack. There was some status. Who listened to eleven episodes honestly. It was like the most incredible feeling. All we see that. But it's knackers. You're seeing a lot of buzz about wrapped. It's a total fomo experience. In fact there is so much buzz around spotify wrapped. There are plenty of articles out there. Ridden on how you can see your spotify wrapped twenty twenty. It's that big a deal. We don't have the numbers yet. For how successful. This marketing campaign was but last year's got sixty million spotify users to participate. That's a lot also kind of a fun fact jack. I noticed when we dove and snack style. An intern over at spotify is who came up with the whole spotify rap concept so snacker knacker interns out there when you're setting. You're like summer internship. Goals this person boosted market cap by like ten billion dollars. You wanna have. That is a nice little personal care. So the big question. Jack and i ask louie noticed what happens. Spotify stock is did viral marketing. Like rap did that boost spotify stock twenty percent last week or was it. Something else yes. Was it specifies. Gated podcast garden. Could it be the gated garden now to understand the gate a guard and you got to think about the largest podcast on planet. Earth right now. Joe rogan's experience. He has tens of millions of listeners. Any finally went exclusive last week with spotify but the keys that it was last week because today. You can't get your rogan on apple podcasts. And you can't get your roken on youtube by paid. One hundred million dollars to make him exclusive on spotify jackson looking this situation. We got a little more info. We don't think that's the reason though. Because the joe rogan exclusivity wasn't new news. We've known about it since may when the announcement was made. Yeah so we don't think it was spotify rat. Don't think it was the joe rogan deal. We're still not sure why the stocks up twenty percent our calendars had been circled about this exclusivity for months now. Spotify hasn't announced the success of the first week of joe rogan. But we think we can already tell you from publicly available information that it was because because snacker spotify's goal was to get all of joe rogan's joe rogan fans to come to their gated garden of spotify by downloading the spotify app. It you can only come to spotify. You need to download either the free or premium version. We don't care. But you can't hang out with joe rogan anywhere. So here's what may keep you up at night. We can't really evaluate how successful joe rogan exclusivity was until spotify announces quarter earnings in february twenty. Twenty one factcheck. Yes i think we can. I think we can right now. Without spotify's official earnings reports she acts. Let's go back to last week. december. I what happened. Joe rogan fans did what they do. every day. they opened up apple podcast or youtube and were furious to see that. The joe rogan experience was no longer. They're gone cannon apple. Now on the bright side our podcast definitely moved up one position. The rankings since your organs got no rounding error there. We're going to take that by the way. Thank you joe. And then on december second jack one day later what happened with your rocus. Spotify's app hits number five on the app store up from number twenty four the day before jack second. What happens one day later. On december third the joe rogan experience becomes the number one podcast on spotify. Joe rogan lease apple the next day spotify operating surges. And then the next day. Joe rogan's podcast is number one on the spotify app wall. Street didn't need nate silver to confirm that the joe rogan deal seems to be a success for spotify jack. What's the takeaway for our buddy. "Two seven hundred seventy seven million dollars. We're talking nearly one hundred million more dollars than anyone expected at zoom in the last three months. Guess what the quarter before that revenues. Also quadruple oh guess. What jack for next quarter their projected to quadruple again. We're not making this up zoom ipo year and a half ago at evaluation of fifteen billion dollars now after like adding up all those quadrupling zuma's worth one hundred and fifteen billion dollars. Jack translation here. Thirteen left yeah. Zuma is the undisputed stock winner of covid covid nineteen. Jack and i checked out the sport honestly the most exciting element of this had nothing to do with your weekly team meeting on zoo. No it was all about zoom tickets. The you have to pay a ticket to get into. They mentioned this last month. They highlighted it yesterday. No one was talking about it. But jack i thought it was fascinating. It's called on zoom and you can check out the website. Now you'll see a bunch of virtual event that you can pay like five dollars to get into zoom calls on zoom a marketplace for immersive dance. And that's for a specific reason. We found one example on zoom. There's a five dollars semantic restorative yoga that you can pay to get into. It's only four dollars if you actually know matic me zoo. Set it up so that you could theoretically up to a thousand people these events and they're planning on scaling more next year and zooms not even gonna take like a small cut of the ticket sales like you'd expect which could give them an advantage over competitors live nation and event bright which do take a cut and the reason zoom is doing. This is because they're planning for post covid world where eventually meetings are going to be back in person all right so the numbers quadrupled again. They're getting into concerts. Which is exciting. Why did the stock fall. Fifteen percent yesterday jack. They fell because shrinkage in zooms profit margin. So what's the takeaway for our buddies over zoom. You're only as valuable as your most valuable customers. This knacker's there is a freeloader situation. We've noticed going on over a zoom and that's why prophets got crunched and. that's why the stock plummeted. Fifteen percent last quarter also happened to be the back to school period for schools. Ten thousand classes nationwide analyzing the crucible on zoom twenty five students one teacher. They're all zooming. Yeah they are. Nobody's paying zoom for guilty about jersey guilty. Naturally you only pay for zoom meeting if you have lots of schools don't after last quarter so i back to school driven spike in free users. That means not just missed revenues. You could have made from mizzou meetings now. Also added costs from those meetings. Zuma's like amazon web services or some other server for every single zoom meeting paid or not paid your made a bunch of profit from new paid users last quarter but it lost a prophet from freeloaders. Not that. there's anything wrong with that jack. Can you whip up the takeaways for us over there. Gladly blackberry is done with phones the connecting cars now instead with amazon simple equation detroit. Plus blackberry equals tesla goals needless spark so they're adding sephora to eight hundred fifty stars but they really needed was an anchor product and makeup. Is that anchor product for third five five story. Zoom experience shrinkage to its profit margin last quarter and it's got a freeloader problem from america's kids and teachers who are great. We love teachers. Of course being the new frontline workers of this economy. Now time for a snack factor. Today this one sent to us by our buddy devon sued over and lovely los angeles. I was shocked at how small this number yet guilty. there are. Seven billion chocolate chip cookies baked and eaten in the united states every single year. We did the math that that's twenty-one cookies per person per year in the united states and about fifty percent of those chocolate chip cookies are homemade chocolate chip. We're talking eleven homemade chocolate chip cookies per person per year in the united states again shocked numbers too small. We gotta get that number we would love to end up making a correction on this and tomorrow's podcast snacker. Your looked fantastic. They jack. I appreciate the slammed salmon sweater. "The show. Program brought to you by Rocket board by Quicken loans, rocking mortgages with you every step of the way to provide a seamless more experience when I laid out that Super Bowl reset minutes, so weird, I mean seven months ago. It was like seven years ago. Could be so weird and so awesome and so surreal to see an actual NFL game. You go to see that? Meantime, we ended our number one. And as I mentioned, I was kind of one of the rare times where I said, Hey, Adam, put on those headphones. Generally, when I say Hey, Adam, put on the headphones. Hawk has done something kind of foolish. And I got a call into the mat. Except this time. It was not his fault. Adam Hawk was 100% in the right on this When a caller calls up and starts is called by saying, Hey, I gotta ask you something. Does Adam have a girlfriend? Well, No, he's happily married. He has for several years. He's got kids. Why do you ask? I don't know, Man. It seems unhappy. I could hook him up. Fuck one of things about Hawk. In this important me wi. I don't bring guys around here who quote are unhappy. Why would you be unhappy? They pay us to talk sports. We've got the best job in the world. So if you're bringing around a negative attitude, you're not going to make it into space anyway, so nobody here is unhappy. Everybody is happy. Aboutyou Rome You seem kind of happy. Not at all. I'm just about it and feeling it. I'm into it, old man. Ike Happy Adam Hawk happy Of its happy, You know, I know he's not here. We'll roll happy Like, Where'd that come from? Hayden, the caller got into it with Hawk. And I'm only resetting this because we ran out of time at the end of the hour is an important conversation really quickly before I give you my thoughts on the Marlins and how crappy they were last night. This show is different. The show has always been different, and it's mostly different because of me. You know, I'm not saying Look at me, but either you like me or you hate me or you love me or you hate me. But the reason I'm still here after 30 years is because I'm different to show is different. But what's different about the show? Aside from the host in the point of you is the callers. You have to play your way in. You don't just get to be on because I don't need to take the call. I want your call, but I don't need your call. So there's a screening process. You have to play your way in. It's like the tournament. Not everybody gets to be in. So Adam Hawk is going to ask you and probably more than once. If you don't answer the question, What are you going to say? When you get on the air? What's your topic? What you take what you want to talk about. If you don't have a good answer. He's going to very politely say to you. You know what? I'm sorry, but that's not gonna work. Thank you for listening. And if that pisses you off, then that's the way it is. But apparently Hayden did not give him a good answer. And that's what we get. Ah, guy calling up the show and saying, Hey, man, is your executive producer of a girlfriend. No hidden but you got You got a lot of backlash age and that's what you got. See some of the reaction here on war, Hayden getting bent. Because Hawke swiped a left on his tennis tinder profile. I've got John Calipari in the third, our colonies. Pataki, also in the third hour. In the meantime, can somebody do me a favor and check on the Miami Marlins? Better yet. Can somebody check on the Miami Marlins Social media team with everything that's going on right now? In football and basketball? I mean, what could possibly get me on a day like today to talk baseball? There is on Ly one team with that kind of power. Not even the Mets. "Its sixty thousand paid users. Now, for perspective, spotify has ten times as many users as Sirius Xm. So just saying, but the reason the stock ended up jumping investors actually expected way worse from Sirius Xm and they got pleasantly surprised I'll be honest I was expecting worse. So check what's the takeaway pacalypse for our buddies? Series x how can Sirius? Xm. Not suffered the same fate as cable TV, snacker cable TV lost three million subscribers so far just in two thousand, twenty, three, million people not paying a thousand, two hundred dollars a year to get three different history, Joe. That is how real court cutting has become. Sirius Xm is really really similar to cable. Think about it. They profit off a huge bundle of channels that caused double, what the streaming, alternative? Goss. But SIRIUSXM has one main customer retention driver and that is Howard Stern wwl. Exclusive with Sirius Xm, just like Michelle Obama and Joe Rogan. Our exclusive via podcasts was spotify. We hope Sirius Xm doesn't get lazy like cable has. Yeah. Cable is pretty much just hanging onto its old users who are confident enough to stream something through their computer cable has accepted. Its fate of forever declined serious hasn't yet for our third and final story most incor- stock just jumped seven percent after. After. Its earnings report, they heard our story last week about Seltzer beating beer and they said hold my beer. Let me address this Molson Coors, earnings, calls, they kind of feel like a lecture from like a bartender who just threw a towel over his right shoulder son. Every company that makes anything in twelve ounce cans can be challenged Tom Again. No joke. That is an actual quote from their. Their earnings report minus the, Sun Part. They didn't say sandwich should say that 'cause there's a global shortage of aluminum cans true store. This company is literally importing aluminum cans from south. Africa in Brazil right now, because think about it, you haven't ordered a pint glass of beer or a pitcher of beer because you're not going to bars restaurants, the pitcher comes with the side of super spreader now. Now snacker Jack and I have been looking at the beer earnings recently, and we kind of notice that there are two themes going on Jack, theme number, one. All of our sales from restaurants and bars have evaporated two zero and Jack. Theme. Number. Two. Dowsman sparkling stelter is we need some sparkling south now that's what's going on with other beer companies and it's kind of what's going on with. Right now, they opened up their earnings reports announcing that keg sales have hit zero dollars and that they're launching a new heart Seltzer, it's called busy. Don't ask them about it. They don't care. They just hire consulting. Why are you doing island peer pressure? Everyone else is doing it. But then we noticed a gem of a quote from a CEO that really stood out. He said that July Fourth Week is when they have their biggest sales of the year and they've already eclipsed love July fourth week four times this year. So people are buying beer, they have had four July fourth in. In a single quarter. That's incredible. Now, everybody else beer sales are flat but Molson's beers living. It's best life. Yes. Check and I got curious. How are they pull this off? You've got cores light just had its highest market share ever in the US and then the CEO said, let me repeat that he did and he actually repeated that said that line twice now this company is doubling down hard encores light. They just made coors light the official beer of the Las Vegas Raiders, Football Team, which is a pricey official beer to become. Yeah. So that's what's going on with the The Gap Beers. But how about craft? Beers. In the Most Beers portfolio, blue moon just came out with a light version, which is the highest selling new twenty, twenty, sound classy and guess what snacker they're doubling down on this craft beer. Steph to molson coors whose ticker symbol by the way is tap classy impressive. Just acquired Detroit's out water brewing company to up its crap sales straight out of eastern. Remember you're not a craft beer unless you're label looks like it's a nineteen, seventy, six record. So Jack, what's the takeaway for our buddies over at Molson course trends are like onions. Onions, they have layers say or snacker broader trend here is that beer sales are slowing in the US because you're leaving like Portland Pale on the shelf because you're going for the heart seltzer. Instead, the trend within a trend is that a recession heavily benefits some types of beers over others. Yeah. You Lost Your job, you're not splurging on twenty four dollars CBD infused Ip made in a French oak barrel. You're looking for the giant cases of beer were each beer is like fifty cents per beer like coors light. So can toss it over the fence to your neighbor. That's what. Coors Does Jack in your whip. The takeaways for to start the week. Hey, POW thinks is dead because seventy percent of people fear touching cash wants covert has gone. It hopes you'll pay with Ben MC mccue our code instead tetris. Tetris or is that good story, Sirius Xm cells, pricey giant of channels sounds like cable, TV. But they shouldn't give apply cable. TV has third foul molson cores is a rising beer ship and sinking bureau. Every trend has layers and lower priced both beer sales are best in a recession. Now time for snack fact, today this one, Senate all the way across the pond by Richard Philbin. Longtime Ogi snacker in. London England. Since before Brexit was Portmanteau Portmanteau. 2 Kings 19 and Psalm 46, 80, 135

"Today, we revisited part of the story. We I read on Day, two. Oh, six including! HAS ACI response to Kingston Aker ABS threats. We're reminded of how humbly he responded when troubles came as way, and since we've read this story before you probably recall that after this when he's been blessed, and has stockpiled fortunes, and he gets to live an extra fifteen years, his heart Arc's away from God, it becomes prideful doubts God's words and live somewhat airless Lii. One of the things we didn't touch on home. I read this story. A few days ago was the part where God puts a spirit and snacker. That will cause him to hear ally. There are a few noteworthy things about that burst. God is in charge of evil spirits there on a leash, and they have to do what he says and go where he commands that comforting second God himself didn't mislead snacker. Scripture tells us repeatedly that God cannot lie. Bruce Sixteen eight says he's incapable of it. It would be contrary to his character because according to John. Fourteen one of his name's is the truth. Is the truth, but God's certainly does use equal for his own purposes when Romans eight twenty eight says he works all things together for the good of those who love him. Evil is included in that list of all things, the good, the bad and the ugly the truth he speaks, and the rumors other speak. So. He allows snacker up to be misled. If you think that might be an unjust response, try to zoom out and remember how sin. Acura of has been Lee bought your way and his leaders tell the people of Judah that they shouldn't let y'all way. Trick them into trusting him. This is a merciful response based on what's inaccurate. Deserves from God. Isaiah also tells has a that they will win this war without even putting gas in their horses, and he's right before a Syria can fire an aero toward Jerusalem God's Army, an army of one shows up and wins, but it isn't really a balanced fight. The Assyrians are way outnumbered by the angel of the Lord who kills one hundred and eighty, five thousand of them and one night, plus he has the home field advantage since he owns the whole earth and whatnot, then eventually, king inaccurate is assassinated just as God promised. Next! We jumped back into the psalms. There were two verses in Psalm, Forty forty-six that stood out to me in light of what we just read. Burst this reference to Jerusalem in verse five stood out. It says God is within her. She shall not be moved. God will help her. When morning dawns, this is certainly what played out over the course of the night. When the angel of the Lord showed up and won the battle for them while they were sleeping when morning dawned, they laid eyes on God's victory. The second verse I loved is the most famous one in this chapter Burston be still and know that I am God. One of the things we've seen repeated as you've been in Isaiah lately. Is this idea of quietness and rest and trust? This stillness fits right in with that, doesn't it? In Psalm Eighty the corporate cry is for God to save them and restore them. In this song Israel knows its identity and echoes it back to the God. Who gave them that identity to begin with? I love this imagery in verses eight nine? It says you brought a vine out of Egypt that vine reference to Israel the people the ones he rescued from Egypt. Then it continues saying you drove out. The nation's and planted it. You cleared the ground for it. This is a reference to Israel the place God drove out the Canaanites and planted them there, and now they've been burned up cut down plucked up and they ask God to restore them and promised to praise him for it. Someone thirty five is where my God showed up today. I really love this psalm. I went through it and circled all the action verbs where God is the subject and here's everything. God does in this chapter. Chose Jacob in Israel. Does whatever He pleases, he makes the clouds rise. It makes lightening brings forth the wind. You struck down. The Egyptians is sent. Signs wonders you struck down many nations. He killed mighty kings, then gave their land to Israel he will vindicate his people. You will have compassion on his servants E, Doyle's in Jerusalem. God does a lot of things here, and as we look back on all of them. We see his hand to bless his people. To restore and redeem the very ones who have repeatedly gone astray from him. and. He doesn't do it begrudgingly. He does it willingly joyfully. You know we know that because I six says he does whatever He pleases. It pleases God to adopt centers into his family, and call them sons and daughters. It demonstrates his great art bore redemption. You will vindicate his people. He will have compassion on his servants. It leases him. Wow, ease where the joy

I'm using a pillow case. That's a really big thing. You got a perfect timing because this is T. B. Y. The best one yet. Our First Story Steph jumper float to the top of the map because we got data on Lululemon sales during Cova nineteenth snacker thriving right now for more reasons than even realize just Astra Chaka Lululemon. Unique style of at leisurewear. That's nice enough for work is winning right. Now get this. We're calling it work leisurewear for our second story at home. Contactless Mail in braces. Or you can straighten Your Jack. Hold my molars. Where do I sign up? Sounds like the perfect time for smile. Direct club except it's not as stock fell seven percent yesterday and has never been lower after its latest earnings. Reports should be the Peleton of oral care right now. It looks more like the fly wheel. Don't WanNa be the flywheel of go cycling by cycles. Like what are you guys have a dog in about four third and final story guess? What percentage of fantasy sports players are dude space on living with our former roommate? Timmy Jack I'M GONNA go with one hundred and forty three percent or buddy timmy's in like nine leagues. Because he thinks that diversifying is he has an old league just for himself. Eighty one percent of fantasy football players. Dude but sleeper thinks. That's because the fantasy apps you're using stink cough cough sports cough cough so it just got twenty million dollars from top venture capitalists to be. Espn to beat Yahoo into beat CBS. Fantasy bond. We know you're a snack or know you're listening you know we're talking about best team name. Teenage mutant Ninja Bortles. Now snacker before we jump into all that we know there are some not good news yesterday. Three million people signed up for unemployment last week bringing the eight week. Total of people who've been laid off to thirty six million. Now that's nationwide but Jack. I'm not that in the bay area. Silicon Valley hasn't been immune to job. Hits either Uber. Recently laid off thirty five hundred lift laid off. A thousand lime has thirteen percent of its workforce cut then Airbnb laid off one quarter of its workforce but made the most impressive move. We have seen in the chronic. It's called the talent directory at airbnb. They gotta come up with a better name because this thing is way. More powerful magical. It's a public facing website for the one thousand nine hundred x Airbnb who just got laid off to find a new job as quickly as possible but incredibly cleverly over at Airbnb they frame this more like an alumni network not a layoff. You should check this out it's AIRBNB DOT com slash talent and it's one thousand nine hundred people who have great fantastic resumes. It's a lot like Lincoln. It's easy to use it. Feels like you're scrolling looking for a three bedroom lake tahoe home instead. It's a bunch of really skilled people who used to be working at AIRBNB. Jack and I are super impressed. We're going to tweet it out from Teaboy Jack. Agnew of New York classy move airbnb but wait. There's more yeah get this knacker's because the new better version of Lincoln wasn't enough. There are thrown in like this extra layoff etiquette. Everybody who got laid off gets to keep their work apple MAC book. It's like a reverse oprah you get you get a Mac Book and You keep your macbook. Everyone keeps the puck. We hope this becomes new layoff etiquette. Let them keep their book. Let's hit our three stores. Daily Food is candy. They don't reflect the views of family informational just recommending any security snow. It's not a research report or investment advice offer or sale of security digestible. Business News financial. Llc member Pc for our first story. This guy knows you're trying to do their. I'm doing the Jive Jack. On for our first are we got lululemon which just found Nirvana in the work from home era and we have to announce the rise of work leisurewear snacker. We're not going to announce this without a big sendoff party so to give you some context for sprinkle a little stock Info on you Jack under armor stock since the start of this year. It's down sixty five percent Jack Adidas stock since the start of dossier. This German company has planted thirty five percent since the peak and Jack Nike Stock Performance. So far this year slipped and fell by sixteen percent down sixteen percent and Jack. How is Lululemon stock? It's flack which is actually really good compared to its competitors ended not being first knackers. It's about being ahead of everyone else. You're running against a wild story at Lululemon. We picked up this week. April sales online for Lululemon DOT COM surged by over fifty percent. From what was selling in January. That's according to one company the New York Times reporting sales have tripled online for Lulu As we enter may sales are jumping higher and higher for Lululemon but think about like high end fashion companies trying to sell online thinking about it right now Jack. You're kind of in a recession during covert nineteen because people don't care what they're wearing as much because they're not going outside snag no he. Does we on the PODCAST? And I gotTa Tell Jack Dude. Put the product back in the closet. Another drop in three hundred dollars for pants. Nobody can see except my wife and poppy. It's a podcast. We don't have to see the Gucci Belt so nobody's buying Gucci Belts during Covert Nineteen. But everyone realized in March after being home for two weeks they needed more leggings. More sweatpants and a comfy sweatshirt that sharp enough for zoom. So here's what fascinated US knackers. There are other very specific elements of lululemon fundamental business model that fit like a glove with the Korean economy. Okay first of all it has four hundred physical stores most of which are closed. That's bad but they're using those doors for distribution and shipping for online sales and get this thirty three percent of Lululemon sales or already being done online before Kobe. One thousand nine was even a thing so it knows what it's doing. When it comes to ECOMMERCE it's been honing this practice. Practice for years breath in for ten seconds. Hold for ten seconds breath out for tencent. Finally if you've ever been in a Lululemon you know that it's inventory isn't seasonal no. It's not this spring high-rise twenty three inch crop leggings. Know them well. They're the same as the winter. High Rise Twenty three inch crap leggings six most now. You're going to see the same crop the same twenty three inches and the same high rise on the waste. So the clothing. That Lululemon isn't selling in stores right. Now it's fine. They can sell later unlike the spring line at the gap which is pretty much spoiling. Because is pretty much over. It's like the twelve pounds of Ragu saucy got stuck up in your pantry right now. So Jack what's the takeaway for our buddies over Lula? Lulu made a bold better at leisurewear would become the new work. Where and it was rights knackers Adidas Bet on style Nike Bet on performance and under armour bed on bolting performance protectors. Because there's someone at your door over there I will take them down house protect. Your Lululemon took a risk. They turned their brand into a hybrid of athletics. Leisure Nice and Professional. Just go on their website right now. Snappers the men section. You're going to see corporate ready but in downs I only four corporate ready buddy down at Lululemon. They're stretchy their sharp. Meanwhile gas what's getting designated like a must have insane sage color. Tell me tell me more. We're talking about the wanderer pant which is basically glorified pajamas. According to the editors over life style Yahoo Canada it's practice is Straw fashion east north of the border investors. Thank you won't work leisure clothing right now when you're working on from your couch and in the future when you're working at work again. They concerned for Lululemon. Were Kinda entering an unprecedented recession? Twenty eight dollar. Men's pants not exactly recession. Special snacker complaints. That are halfway turnaround time for this. Next challenge is a little. We rather not the two thirds. So we're almost halfway through. You should turn around in about a minute for our second story. Smile direct club should be like the Peleton of oral hygiene right now but she actually down sixty two percent from the IPO for smaller. I club in September. Yeah fell seven percent yesterday. Which is why we jumped in. Snacked out noticed page. Three of their earnings report is amazing. If you think your teeth could be better your goals should be to get in. The earnings report first milder at club whole bunch of before and after photos third pages just.

The Pros and Cons of Working From Home

"Was also some really good feedback Listener major gear had talked about where his experience has differed from ours to the big points that we made in that show. Was you know if you're working from home? There's two big advantages more freedom and less meetings and unfortunately for major gear. He has more meetings unless freedom and by that he means that he's apparently getting lots and lots of zoom or other electronic related meetings and I you know. We recorded the episode. It was early in this process but I am watching. My wife worked from home. Well now now she's furloughed so she's unemployed at this point but the For several weeks she was employed and I was amazed at the number of online meeting. She was attending and I was thinking. How do these people get any work done? If they're on zoom all day showing their dogs to everybody I think that Major gear has an excellent point. I think that This particular circumstance where everybody is suddenly working from home the Electronic Meeting Technologies. Have been overused. Y'All talking to a friend of mine about this. After I saw this feedback and he works for a really large organization and he said his workday is now a lot of video meetings. They don't use zoom. They use some other corporate solution. I kind of thought about that. And then I realized that Yagi in a big organization. You have to do this because you've gotten rid of all the things that just happened in office right like when we had office jobs. If you really were honest we had more meetings than we thought because someone will just come by your office and talk or you see somebody in the break room and talk for ten minutes about a project and now it gets. It all has to be scheduled so I totally see the point. I think a lot of people a lot of people feel that way. Unfortunately yeah there is a technology or a system at Basecamp basecamp for my legal side and it's called automatic check ins and what it does you get an automated notice once every increment of time you know it could be a week or a day or three weeks or whatever and and it can. It's topic specific. And I use this with some of my clients where we're working collaboratively on a project and so you get magnification but it doesn't require meeting. This is the intention of this from the base. Camp team was to say you know. We have too many meetings. There's no reason for all of us to sit in the room and wait for each one of us to give their update instead. Why don't we have this automated system and everybody can just go in and read the updates as they show up with these automatic check INS. I think it's an excellent way to avoid meeting. So if you do find yourself with a lot of meetings think about that. Maybe some way you don't have to necessarily base camp at some way to make meetings that are just check in type meetings. Turn that into a digital form and maybe you can avoid a few of those meetings good advice. The the other thing he said was less freedom and I think he was talking about all the software that gets installed on the computers and man. I don't know what to tell you there. Man They because there's so much they can do. There's just too much that they do and that I know that's not true for everyone I've met some. It people who actually really work hard to not be invasive on employees to keep the systems running without make the employees feeling like they're being treated like three year olds and so I really think there's there's two camps there there's I think the good. It people who who do try to do this fairly and then there's other people like well. I've got these tools so I'm going to know everything you do. I'm going to know how many times you hit the space bar in the last fifteen hours. It's just crazy what they can learn. What some of the software I think we touched on in the episode but I think some some people are. Some corporations are organizations with everyone working from home it feels like people feel like they have to be available the whole the whole time you know from from eight to five and maybe that's a little bit different than when you're in the office and everyone kind of understands you get a break like my last job. I worked in. This narrowly higher is is a close to high-rises. We HAVE IN MEMPHIS. You know. It's like twelve stories tall and that's a high-rise all the people in New Yorkers are rolling their eyes it may but We would through New York. Yeah right and we would There was a convenience store type little grocery store across the street and a couple of times a day. People would just wander over there and get something to drink or get snacker in Delhi. And is you weren't chained to the desk from nine to five and I think people feel like they. They need to be accessible like that when they're working from home like prove they're actually doing it which I understand especially if organization is it used to this. Maybe there's some sort of increased You know feeling of needing to just to be hyper quick. In responding sorts of things and it takes a little time for organizations to settle in to working from home and and all. This doesn't even touch the fact that many people like my wife. Who's a teacher even the schools out for the rest of the year? They're still doing online stuff right and as a teacher. She's doing some stuff with her kids and like our family kids who are doing their own schooling. So a lot of people working from home is not their only responsibility. And it's definitely can be stressful and worrisome. A lot to deal with but it can. It can really be good too if you can get all that stuff balance

How We're Maintaining a Healthy Plant-Based Diet with Limited Food Options

"Cova is actually forcing us to stretch and expand and creative new recipes because we have such finite and different ingredients that we have to love Ridge. So there's some silver lining I think. Yeah Yeah Yeah. That's a great story. Like no no I. Actually I agree with you and really even outside of Cornell virus or Cova Nineteen I. I love it when we're at home. And we don't have a lot of the ingredients. We would normally have to like hit up. Are you know kind of stable recipes And we're forced into experimental doing something a little different. I actually really like it when that happens. And it doesn't happen all that often normally in life because we go to the grocery store once or twice a week and never really run out of stuff so it is Kinda you know. It's kind of Nice that we're the least. Katy and I are being forced into thinking outside the box a little bit when may have all this pantry? Non Perishable stuff that But not as much fresh food as as normally would yeah. I've been talking to a few of my friends like going at town in the kitchen and not known as real quick you know. They're getting so much more because they have that extra time and actually diving more into the plant based world too because it really is. There's so much more variety if you think about it when you replace plant based meets instead of real meat it's like you got tofu. And you've got vegan sausage veggie ground got lentils and Tempe Elvis other stuff that you can really adventure out with now if you haven't been Vegan or haven't been plant based Over the last few years like us. So Yeah I've got. I've had a few people reach out to me and say I've tried Vegan back and cheese. I've tried you know veggie ground for the first time and I think that's pretty cool Do you WanNa go through like what? We're what we've been eating in the quarantine like a great idea like what? How have you have been approaching food over the last the last week or so? I'm really excited because I recently discovered a new green technically. It's a precarious. I think there's a lot of Moss on the rocks around my house and so even talking to eating boss even be that bad boulder right. I mean surely you know I'm a little bit more terrified and probably my neighbors. You guys 'cause You know as you know. We've got a new baby coming this week writer in the next week and And so I'm really trying not to go to the grocery store and like even packages we get from Amazon. Like I wear rubber gloves and I put them into quarantine in my garage. Four days hoping the virus will die in the event. That like the mailman was sake right. Like I'm I'm really taking it to an extreme because you know the the The stakes are little higher for us. Of course I'm going into the lion's den into the hospital with my wife so that's really disconcerting and a whole different subject but no. I haven't started eating Moss but given what we know about algae right like I perhaps you know. There's there's I can senator scientists complement and see what kind of long chain fatty acids might exist in Moss Moss called. Yeah that you've been saving going out and and grabbing this off of your auto no so disclaimer for Julia and anyone else who didn't realize freaking out. Do not eat the mosque on your property. I don't know what will happen. We'll probably find a new PSYCHEDELIC as a result of this podcast. Someone's like the coolest looking towed. I've I've not actually. I'm standing in my office right now. Looking out across a ravine see this giant rock with a ton of Masan it so I was just thinking to myself like if I had to go forage. That'd probably be the first thing I look at. You know yeah okay. So if you're not eating us what what are you eating? You can go first Julia Ghost. Okay so I mean. It hasn't changed a ton but I wake up and make a big green smoothie so I actually just posted a smoothie recipe on my website hooked on plans with compliment in their complement proteins. Medicinal Mushrooms too and I always just pack it to the Brim. With Greens not loss. I've got Kale and spinach. And even through some sprouts in there sometime sprouts are really good especially now because they boost your immunity tons of antioxidants in there. They last quite a while in the fridge too. So stock up on sprouts and then I have a bunch of frozen bananas in the Freezer at all times in Ziplock bag so throw a couple of those in there and a cup or two of frozen berries and blend that up and then if you need a little sweetness he can add a couple of dates or something like that but I always have like three big smoothies throughout the day. That both Davey and I sip on so it's always good when you when you're hungry but you need a little boost of immunity and really good nutrition so always a smoothie. I go for my run still. I know that we're quarantine but there's nobody outside in our trails. So do that and then come back and have overnight oats and it's just something that I've fallen in love with. I actually had a breakfast cereal before. Now I'm not doing that anymore. But it overnight notes with buckwheat oats and Macha and dates. And what else do we throw? They're a little bit of Maple Syrup. And then I just soak overnight the easiest thing in the entire world with whatever your plant milk favorite is and then you top it off in the morning with some coconut yogurt and a bunch of fruit. So that's super feeling and delicious and have a match or something to and then lunch. I kinda snacker when it comes to let j love like Hamas and veggies and some kind of yummy crackers or something like that or even like Romaine dipped in Hamas super crisp Romaine and apples and dates and I just love snacking at lunch. I don't know why maybe it's like a kid thing that I've always had and we've been trying to get out and do something in the day away from people so something outside when is beautiful and sunny outside because it's just like you know everyone's a little bit anxious right now and you just need a little of that extra boost of energy and like feel goodness so we're not on. Full lockdown were quarantined away from people and getting out and going for ski tour in the mountains or go for bike ride or something just feels so good at man for dinners. That's like that's when you can get super creative and like I was saying my friends are just exploring the whole vegan realm a little more so I'm helping them out but just last night name off one meal we had passed out with. I actually need like a kind of the bean sauce to thicken up the tomato sauce. So out of white beans you just add that to the blender you add some nutritional yeast and some kind of like a spices garlic and onion. And what else do a little salt little museau paste in Dijon and that makes such a Yummy creamy kind of sauce and you could use cash used to but I liked the lower fats lighter version and then he can add that to your pot of like red pasta sauce. I just I had it from the can or from the jar because it's just easy. There isn't past sauce in there through that extra bean sauce in there. It's nice and thick and with some sauteed onions mushrooms and a few extra vegetables and then you can add in some cooked lentils or we had some Eve's Veggie ground round so it's not as whole Foodie but a little more fun for the quarantine veggie ground grounded on meet kind of thing. Yeah Yeah so. Throw that in there and then passed Got this kind of passed a Bellona's that's Kinda creamy and delicious. It was so good. Yeah we've been doing a bullying as as well with by with lentils and Like cashew cream tomato sauce. So frigging good I. I don't know why we just discovered that it was a recipe from Isa. Does it just discovered not that long ago? A couple months before all this happened. But it's been actually something we've been talking to a lot because you know lintels are are easy dryden we can cook them up really easily and then just add some tomato sauce and a little bit of cashew cream and so good

"Seven days in the United States of switch and the switch light which is cheaper. I imagine and lighter. This is actually the handheld gaming console. It's got the screen in between the remote control but that's not all you can also dock it and plan TV. So it's like part Gameboy for the subway and part playstation for your TV. But here's my jacket. been following the switch because it's become a prophet puppy for Nintendo like no no it has sold seventeen and a half million switches in the US and forty one million gaming Ming consoles worldwide. That's close to Nintendo's personal record which they set with Super Nintendo Super Nintendo. They sold forty nine million. Does us one of them was to the Barbara household across the street. I spent hours and hours and hours playing their super. Nintendo did my homework mom. It's okay heating. Gushers eating dunker ruse. They had the best snacks ever snags. Everyone has that one friend whose parents let them have a ridiculous amount of dunkers and snacker reuss and had tons the friends over because they had a super Nintendo dunkers so Nintendo. PS is partnering with tencent China's Tech Company which means it can finally launch in China to and that's another opportunity lot of potential customers in China. Now here's why. That news was so shocking. Two jackknifed switch launched two and a half years ago in video game years it might as well be a hundred thousand years. Old Video Games are not like fine wines. They tend to lose popularity as they get older. No joke I think you could see some of these. Things like the hieroglyphics in Egypt on the Pyramids there so ancient so nick this means that Nintendo switch last last week sold more. Then it's launch week two and a half years ago that's insane makes no sense and this leads to our takeaway. So Jack what is the takeaway for our buddies over Nintendo attend this. Christmas is easy for Nintendo. Next Christmas in two thousand twenty is gonNA be super hard like game over situation. Video gaming is a three -opoly right now. You got three huge players monopolizing the mark academics playstation Nintendo Nintendo Nintendo switch. It's old twenty-seven teams when it launched the competition competition though is ancient okay playstation for which is the latest playstation. It.

"Know <hes> it's just <hes> but I think you get payroll all of this with Curtis when he goes back to amy he is talking to her that is in this episode right where critics back to about watching a guy you know <hes> dumped now now a little bit of the next episode. I don't know if I watched all of it so anyway well. If now this'll be a little bit of sport but so yeah courtesy story in this is he's doing the sniper post <hes> again that his his field but he's he's doing it. You know you need a snacker up there. <hes> any and I just wounds a couple of the guys which actually I mean the math numbness doesn't seem right. I think he might have had more than it had more. I think it was just talking to us. Four four guys is but maybe they pick up a couple other guys right exactly what you're saying. The guys who started this there was only for a quart but since recoup quite a few more okay so that's that's fine then <hes> but he does shoot two guys in the legs and then the the third guy comes up and actually has to shoot him in the chest and then he does all his his his vapid met met stuff although honestly there's not much you can do that. He just shot him with a high caliber rifle and it's not like there's about that coming and I doubt he had a full med kit with him. You know he's basically just told him. This guy is arms well. The Guy Bleeds out and hit making you know it's like I never realized how different it would be. You know I've patched hatch so many guys I've seen so many guys died but watching guy died because I put in him you know and then he's done. He's like you know what is frank giving to us in now. It's it is just a study of you know everyone's taking of course amy is still dedicated to frank as you kind of has to be because the one shot since and a night man someone's gotTa Kill Schultz's you know otherwise it's five add million reasons for other people to give me yeah yeah to be honest to be honest. It's it's like He. She really really needs to needs frank to get through this because you know she is. She is kind of you know flotsam on the the ocean here she does not have any ability to save herself in this moment especially from a guy like but she just know that pilgrim is gone completely off the rails at this moment I I don't know I wonder if pilgrim has completely gone off the road. I think he's the type right that is going to compartmentalize. Wake up tomorrow morning and the Okay and you'd be right back to the ground. I think that's Kinda Guy. He is. I'm again migrants speaking for my own brushes with addiction when a broad brush is <hes>. I don't know if he's you know I. I think that I think this is. I think the falling off is so severe I love this wagon. I think there's so much more going on for him that it's not gonna be something just goes okay. I'm okay you know I. I think that there's way more than that and I think that it's going to have to deal with for another couple of episodes of course have three laps so so shortly but <hes> you know I do think that they are going to resolve it. Oh any other thoughts on tonight's episode mass now just that I thought this is one of the best episodes of the season so far aw yeah this was a great episode really great fight scenes and I love the whole when Franken going into town and they start to throws in that rock music just trying to disown <hes> yeah daredevil episode. Was it no but it's like so for example stuff like that when people realized daredevil secret that's that's great. That's how you try to disoriented. It's giving these flashes of sound wouldn't do it to lead question but but the idea but then of course it's very valuable idea because when you do the flash <hes> you know it makes it so your eyes can't readjust to the right right so that you're basically fighting blind and yes so it I mean it's a brilliant way to do it and of course honestly the fight in with the white supremacists was just so intense son and and I love that you know give this Franks of too but I kind of feel like with pilgrim. It's a little more. It's a less superhero. He went went totem gets the cuts by really the hurts program on whether they let it show frank frank you know he he takes his shadow of whiskey and soza his but many so he's fine the next day you know right broke his hand but yeah I can still shoot you know butt into the they come and his his <hes> bulletproof vest them must be made out of Radi Yeah. Well you know what not for nothing. This is like you always gonna take that kind of stuff into account in these kind of universes which is that actually tech has advanced the way it has that probably yeah the bulletproof vests are bulletproof. You know no one knows to go for a headshot well. That's a hard to hit. You know they're not easy. I can't imagine that they are well liberty district. I can imagine that they're harder more than a Chechen but really shooting for guys. That's that's even smaller than face but I think most of the time people generally shooting it like the biggest target they can aim at moving target especially. That's also shooting back at you. Yeah tried to have the best percentage of hitting the guy you know. Maybe catch a leg arm in the circus but yeah I understand the premise. I just think although honestly if you even his his arm so you know right take time out so yeah but actually that's the reason why you paint on the on the armor is because it makes that stand out as at target. It's the same that's why kept after America has a bullseye any shield. Oh that's interesting that bulls cause can't help but you you know Kappa said that a few times I've never understood when people just keep on shooting shooting in my sheet but it's like because that's a target it's circles shit. I was raised -actly okay so in the meantime mas how can people find just touch base with you talk about all the wonders that are the punisher oh they can email me up mas men's or Ed gmail.com or find me on facebook under Mas Manzoor Manzoor. "Nikki, welcome to a bonus episode of rework. I'm Waylon Wong today's episode is about a phone call. This episode is also about one of my favorite topics processed cheese knacks. My name's NICKY, Cillian Tang? And I am a product designer. So I grew up in the Philippines, my mom's a huge snacker and cheese, curls her favorite, so Donald like my stack up. How would you describe the taste of shoes? Curls, as you remember it from your childhood. It was a thick cheese and very dense and Mike goal would be to get as much cheese. I could on my fingers, and then just start raping them off with my teeth. How did cheese, curls compared to other process cheese knacks for you? I mean was your heart kind of like did adjust belong to cheese curls? Or did you try other process, cheese snacks? Yeah. Enjoy them. I don't think I eat any other keys knacks maybe thirty does. But I know a lot of was popular in the states. I know is Cheetos, and I hate you, you hate Cheetos, what is it about Cheetos that you dislike? Like so much vis-a-vis cheese courteous, your your holy grail. So there's she's curls in their cheese balls. Right. That's how planters that's like the sister. I don't know. They kind kinda come together, she's balls are very much like, like Cheetos, I would say it's like puffy in light. She's is not like that. It's like a heavier snack, right there, like crunchier, right. Yes. Crunchier. Have you tried the Cheetos because there's two kinds of cheetahs, the puffy kind? And then there's like the thinner. Crunchier kind that I think is closer to the cheese curls texture. Yeah. Because those are the kinds of Cheetos, I like I don't do the puffy ones, although all the enough I do. Also, what are the, the call something? I think it's just called the called Cheetos, crunchy like and then the other kinds of Cheetos pops. Oh here. That makes but yeah no I do see what you mean about like the puffy 'cause I don't really like the puffy either aside from. Like a cheese ball, and I don't know why and spherical form. I'm okay with it. Just not in a long game form. Okay. We've established that Nikki is cheese curl. Superfan in two thousand and six planters phased out the cheese, curls, then in twenty eighteen citing popular demand over the last twelve years. It brought them back. So I was super excited to find out that that came back, and then I knew I would have a hard time finding in a regular just like a brick.

I said, you know, why are we so ashamed of bar snacks? Where would you stay out in the open? It's not the shame. It's not because we're being shamed. It's because people don't wanna share. That's the majority of the what text for getting back. They don't wanna share. They wanted all of themselves. That's the majority of secrets Nick is out there. "So what's interesting about this to me is that if you if you say, okay, three square meals a day and forget the fasting part. Forget this sundown tip earlier. Like like, if you focus on this one and say, I'm gonna do breakfast and breakfast is at ADM. We'd do lunch lunches at one and dinner is going to be at six. That's that's a few hours between each meal would it forces. You to do is be aware of what's happening in those hours. Are you getting hungry? Are you getting hungry in our after meal or two hours after meals three hours, and then reassess those meals if I'm hungry and our after breakfast? Well, maybe it's because I had a cinnabon, and, you know, the sugary coffee drinks, maybe I need dial back and address my my breakfast because you should be able to make it to lunch. You really you really should and you should be able to make it from Lynch dinner. So if you're not making if that gap is too hard for you to get through, you know, it's a trigger feud assess what you're eating, and that's why I think this is a great tip. I mean, I'm definitely guilty. I'm grazer. I'm a snacker. I I just like eating, but you know, on gonna make a conscious effort at least a couple times a day. Day to focus on the quality of the meals. I have and not needing to snack in between. So I'm telling the world right now. I'm gonna work on it. All right. So this is we'll close out with this one. And this one that, you know, especially in the wintertime is you know, you've heard it before probably. But we really mean it get more vitamin d if there's one supplement most Americans probably should be taking vitamin d it's essential for preserving metabolism revving muscle tissue. But researchers estimate that only twenty percent of Americans actually get enough in their diet, which is really lower than I've lower than I thought, by the way. And look it's you can you can nail ninety percent of your recommended daily intake, which is about four hundred international units. Which is the I you see on the bottles or something. It's international units in a three and a half ounce serving of salmon. There's somebody healthy fats like all great stuff that Sam is good for taking a daily supplement may make a lot of sense, especially in these dark days of winter where we are right now other good dietary sources of de tuna fortified milk, and cereals, and the fortified cereals are loaded with sugars those eggs, by the way, our great source of vitamin d and and a great source of protein and choline which is great stuff as well. So so vitamin d definitely think so look these are all super simple, right? The year doesn't feel so kind of big and and kind of over forboding anymore, at least at least to me, hopefully, hopefully, not to you. And like we said the top like pick one pick one and say look the next seven days next fourteen days. Just just get started like get that first step, and then all the rest of the steps will follow the follow more easily. And hopefully you enter the year a little bit more energized inspired and ready to kind of make some some changes in the new year and changes for the better. What whatever they may be like could be didn't have to be weight loss goals. It doesn't have to be health goals. Maybe it's just spending more time with family around the dinner table and cooking a great way to do that. Maybe it's being more mindful of what you're eating and where it's coming from and changing, the context of food, and maybe it is, you know, dropping few pounds or or getting back into your skinny jeans in which case like just eat some of those deep loading foods and Vanya you could be Jane's. There you go looking in the meantime, we hope that you'll keep listening here. And subscribe to the podcast. Maybe give us a nice rating and share it with some of your friends that want to start the year off on a great start as well. And for even more information.

"I I don't even touch. I can't I can't remember the last and I used to drink. I forget like drink full test like cola all day long, especially as a kid growing up when you're younger you can get away with this a little bit more. But it's easy for that. To kind of go out of hand for whatever reason, I stopped drinking soda. I I don't know what the conscious decision was. But it's like, I literally I can't I can't think of the last time I had any form. Of of soda any form of cola. Yeah, crazy. We didn't. I don't miss it. Either. We didn't grow up at once in a while we would have on a Friday night, it'd be like pizza and we could have soda, but we were not a soda house. And maybe that I just never really developed the palette for it. But yet, it's definitely one of the worst things that you could drink everyday Fisher. So kick that habit to the curb another thing you can do is eat three square meals a day, which again, some research graze all day some research intimate fasting, but don't discount the weight loss potential of eating three squares a day mama's, right? A reason study two groups of men on weight gain diets weight gain diets, I just said one group had three small meals with snacks in between while the second group. Eight the same number of calories in three square meals. Although both groups gained weight, researchers found that belly fat, and which you mentioned the dangerous kind that moose heart disease risk. Only increased in the high meal frequency, so that's that's interesting. Because again, like all this science all the state. You don't know what to believe, but hey, why not three square meals in this is it's so basic and so simple. We have we have become a nation of snacker. Yes. Right. America's definitely. And it's because there's a ton of great snack foods out there. Right. All these great easy to eat bars that are packaged their nutritious. And they're healthy and all this kind of stuff and look chances. Are you don't need a smack? If you eat a good healthy breakfast. I don't need to eat for six hours. And here's what's key. There is that there are there are some people who actually think that smacking is damaging because it doesn't give your your body a chance to pause and repair between meals. So your body is in this constant kind of burning calories, motor processing food mode and cycle that can't get out of it. So that, you know messes with your insulin response in that messes with your weight and other health issues, it messes with your energy level..

"L. o. Marilyn. How are you? Good morning. I'm very well. Your sound quite alert and awake today? I do. I sound alert. Yes. Ha ha. You're not feeling improbable? No, I'm alright. I'm alright. You know, I got stuff to do in the morning, so I wake up a little bit. You're up early and that doubt there. Like five. No, no, not if I can help it. It varies, but usually by like six or six thirty, I find that one of the reasons I've done. I've talked to a doctor about this. Not not. It wasn't. I didn't go to the doctor to talk about this. Let's let's be clear, but I asked you on a bus with a dog. I asked stray dog session. Because they were wearing a white coat and stethoscope around their neck like doctors and they were, they were sleeping over and I'm your doctor, man, I wanted to talk. No, I asked them, you know, because I was talking. I've found that some mornings I'll wake up early earlier than I want to be awake for me. Waking up right around my alarm time. That's good. Waking up an hour before that. Not good. So I was talking to the doctor about that. This is a while back and she suggested that it could be due to a low blood sugar kind of thing. I said what you mean? She said, well, of course you know, you eat and after you eat, if you go long enough in some people, they can get low blood sugar, which I guess is related to hypoglycemia in some way. I don't understand used to say to me, I'd say I need to eat, I'm hypoglycemic, so you're not hypoglycemic. You're just impatient to sky cranky, which is also the other non medical term for it. The doctors don't have a test for that. Right, but I, it's taking too long. Service, but I, I speak with your manager. I would sometimes find that I would wake up at like five fifteen or five thirty and you sometimes I could fall back to sleep, but not always. And if I was it wasn't good. And what her suggestion was, she said, try having a snack at night at like nine or nine thirty, and I said, I'm to beat here. You're the reason. You're waking up early, her theory that this is why couldn't you might might be because you had low blood sugar overnight right? That that through the night as your digestion process happens that eventually you would run out of food for your body and you could potentially, this could wake you up, I guess. And so you know, I don't. I don't believe doctors or anything that they say or do the worst. They're horrible. And so I said, well, but at the very least I could I could test this test. It's easy enough to test. I can have a snack because I'm not. Not really like I'm not a snacker. I don't release snack. I don't usually have in between meals. I don't snack on things. It just not not a thing that I've ever really done. I don't really same way. I'm the same really a meal. I like a meal. Live in a house of snacker really. But no. Yeah, it's a, it's a real point. I didn't mean to interrupt valuable. Yeah, and both both my housemates the snack right up to the minute, like dinner served their snacking. Yeah, they snack all the time. You know what I m make me needles for dinner kind of noodles for the knows now. Now, no, I made a stake. It's severe that we four hours. Jesus christ. Well, anyway, was your, what was the nature of your controlled experiment? Would you do? Well, I decided that I would try having a snack and seeing if it made a difference despite the fact I didn't want to have the snack and then I wasn't hungry and that I don't like snacks. So I try to ride a of different things..
