"Tim in San Francisco, by the way, this is the answer to the pop quiz. There are more billionaires per capita in San Francisco than any city in the world one billionaire for every eleven thousand people including the homeless how you doing Tim complete inverse for that for conservatism, probably our last conservative in San Francisco. Bats in. Yeah. Rush points. I and I wanna get your comment on point number one. You know, attorney general bars kicked around so much credibility been the Smerch. He ought to just say, you know, you're right. I you know, everybody's questioning my judges here. So going on going forward with this investigation on the start of the Russian. We're gonna point a special prosecutor, and he point someone that's more like in in who hires rabid conservatives on their stats just like molar did was with with them. And the reason I say this is because all the talk of Bara going, and you know, investigating this. I'm a little concerned he is not done the things that he is not a panel. The grand jury he's not bringing people in and putting them under oath and squeezing them and using prosecutorial attacked way. We don't know what he's doing it. Well, that's the thing. We did with more molar. It was it was. Rodley broadcast when he went in and impaneled grand jury. So I think this is maybe maybe taking this kind of laws. Investigators like blue ribbon panel, I wanna see prosecutorial type of tactics were used on a democrat. I understand I understand part of it is you want them to get the experience that they dished out everybody else. That's part of it. The other thing you for the sanctity of the investigation you wanted to go as a normal prosecutorial investigation would would go. We don't know what bars doing we don't know how he's going about it. We're not even sure he's going to just under the impression it's going to happen. But I if he's going to do it. I guarantee you he'll do it in a way that whatever fines will stand up..

"And hear what you guys thought of this trailer starting with h. I well, that's a very Chris rock. Bit. My I'll do the Cy. I don't I've after what seeing giving the beast, and it's shot for shot remake of this far superior animated film and seeing this trailer, you know, t t so many iconic shots. I have the fear that will be exactly the same. And I think that doing shot for shot remake of an animated film is very unnecessary and very just lazy. And but I have hope I the cast is great. I don't really see the point in doing like the CGI film. That's not even motion capture in with a remake of an animated film motion capture and ways. No, I think it is. I think comb I think Andy circuses Moberly like that jungle book thing was motion capture, but I don't think this lion. King is you know, has the actors in suits like doing the full crawling around on the ground kind of thing. So how this is even a live action for action at all them. They stopped calling it a live action production. They're just calling it a remake in general. I can talk about that, Peter. But only when a because I was on the set, but I talk about it yet. So in two thousand nineteen I'll be able to tell you all about there's a piece for that. As as as a person who is a huge fan of Disney. I am feeling more and more sort of reluctant with their live action, quote, unquote, remakes, especially after being so disappointed with beauty and the beast. So this is a very obviously obvious ploy at a nostalgia. And I remain cautiously. You know intrigued but not quite excited. See I I share your sentiment over beauty and the beast. I really did not like that movie. But I did like jungle book, and I do like John Breaux in this looks. I know it's a necessary. Like, I we don't know what they're doing with it. If it is shot by shot, remake, it is kind of unnecessary. But it looks so good looks pretty then what do you think? I better sit this one out because I don't want anybody to to assume that I'm bringing in the DA's or anything. But it does look really nice. So I don't know if we'll I'll leave it at that for now. But Chris I'm fascinated with what do you think about this on? I mean, I the cast is really impressive. But it seems very unnecessary. I mean, I don't wanna be Smerch anyone who was excited about this. Because it seems like a lot of people are excited about it. And that's fine. But I remember. Went after this broke people are doing this thing where they they edited the original lion. King footage side by side with this. And I don't know just watching it. I was like boy, I prefer the original footage because know, it's colorful, it's stylish like everything in. But we we are older Chris like if you show to d like hand-drawn intimated to anybody under the age of probably like fifteen they project that sentiment. Feeder there's like studies like people think that it looks bad. If it's duty animated now. I'm talking about like the color because everything in the Fabra one is like his muddy Brown and. All movies today. Have that this really drab color scheme that it's it's all because they're all color corrected the same way. And it drives me nuts. Like just give me something that looks inch. I don't wanna watch it looks like the sunset looks beautiful..

"Fred Davis and just a second. He was on with Howard in Jeremy earlier this morning. Do not want to miss that. If you didn't hear it earlier quick stat though for you. Peter Schrager from good morning football love Peter Schreyer quarterbacks twenty five and under our one and forty one all time in regular season games played at Gillette one in forty one. Derek, do you know who that one quarterback is under twenty five years old? That's one at Gillette one of them out of forty two tries. Yeah. I got nothing Colin capper, Nick. Really? That's the stat quarterbacks twenty five and under one forty one all time at Gillette capper Nick twenty twelve the one win s probably the peak. You know, read option. Terrifying you with all sorts of offense trigger with Jim Harbaugh. Why did they ever fire him? That was right. When that's that's Smith is still there. Right. Is that they go to the Super Bowl two thousand twelve or is that your before twenty eleven. I think that's the one that might be the first year of his starting Smith is in Kansas City at that point. Yeah. The phone number. If you want to get your thoughts in at the end of the interview, here's Fred Davis on with Howard. Jeremy earlier today from six ten sports radio in Houston. Let's go to the AT and T hotline. Fred Davis is gonna join us. He is the mid day host and sports radio. Six ten in Houston predator Howard. Jeremy good morning. Thanks for coming on with us today. Howard. Jeremy how are you guys sporting clube here? I'm good I'll feel better. If you tell me, you don't think the Shawn Watson playing in Brandon Weeden is starting Sunday. You know, what I'd be lying if I told you I did note for sure I mean, here's the deal. Right. I Houston thing begins and ends with Shawn Watson. I mean. I don't think it takes. You know? I mean, I think Stevie Wonder could see that. So I mean once you don't have him everything you need to preserve him for the entire season. We saw what happened his team when he went down last year. So not you'd be Smerch the Buffalo Bills. I mean, y'all beat Minnesota all took care of business Tennessee last week. But if I'm the if I'm Bill O'Brien, I I really believe that you really consider starting Brandon Weeden considering a I need a healthy to Shawn Watson. I believe you can beat the Buffalo Bills with Brandon Weeden, and you're going to have a Jacksonville Jaguars team the following week where you could potentially be a game out of first place. And and and if you win that game of Jacksonville, you can be back in for tougher played considering the disaster. So and three starts so again, not to make wise the Buffalo Bills. I mean, you guys are dying. Dominant when you win plus five and the turnover margin the two wins, minus four in the three losses. So to me you start Brandon Weeden and you try to win a Weeden as one start with Houston. Yes. I'm looking at the game twenty six of forty two three zero five and three touchdowns here. Okay. Check this out. Right. I just analogy the other day on on air Bill O'Brien is like that dude who would much rather data five or six versus a nine or a ten because with the nine or ten, you know, if you're dating nine or ten everybody's gonna be watching. I you've got a really hot on your side. Everybody's looking at. Okay. And some are good with that are like, you know, what that's my check. You got you got that. Right. Other dudes get a little. Why are you looking at my girl like that? You know, they're they're not ready for all that. Whereas if you've got five percent. Maybe not look at him so much Bill O'Brien has made a living with five or six quarterbacks a ten. Okay. I feel I'm being dead serious here. Brandon Weeden is perfect for what Bill Ryan does me. Listen to dude one back about AFC south titles with heard Ferguson's like Brian Hoyer. Ryan Mallett Ryan Fitzpatrick, Brandon Weeden is of that ilk. And I'm telling you right now. That's why I feel like with Bill O rien. He you match received a little more comfortable Bill O'Brien with Brandon Weeden quarterback. The if Watson plays or no matter who plays. I guess read one thing we're curious about we were just talking about how they're moving the ball and they're they're dying in the red zone. What's the problem lesson when you know all seriously? I mean, I mean like this my co host Landry locker asked Bill O'Brien at a press conference on Sunday after the game. You know, what's going into your thought process with these calls in the red zone and Bill O'Brien answer was I don't know. And he followed. You don't know. He said don't I don't know. So that's coming from the head coach. He literally doesn't know what's going into Bicol teams. The Red Sox this much. We do know K homeboy ran nine times out of the shotgun. Inside the five yard line. Okay. Nine times at some point. You say to yourself just lineup under center. I mean case in point you're at the inch- line before half, and Shawn Watson is a pretty mobile athletic, dude, as we all know, you're gonna tell me that you can't goose the center and just reach over the goal line escorts down. I mean seriously. It's it's stuff like that that you know, you just look at Bill O'Brien, and you said your suffocate knows how to call plays. I mean, obviously, he knows how to generate offense that you got to lose you. I mean, I think there was second in the NFL and office bind the Rams, but they just can't score in the red zone. So some of these things are completely baffling as to what this guy doesn't mean. It's like between the twentieth. Hey all day every day. Then once he gets inside the tend to do a moron. And we can't figure it out the. The rest of the offense. So let's talk offense of line. I know I know Watson's getting hit a lot some of that. I guess is his own issue of of not sliding or not getting out of bounds. But what about the play of the offensive line? Is. It hasn't been a problem. Oh, hell, yeah. It's been a problem. I'm just hey, man. I'm I am looking for reasons to feel the bills can win this football. No, listen to Bill. I don't know the bills can win this football game. All right. I mean, here's the reality of it. I mean, anybody who thinks the Texans are lock. I mean, there are nine and a half point favorites, which is just absolutely insert absurd to me, whether it's even with the healthy to Shawn Watson, I think nine and a half point spreads crazy. Because you know, I mean, listen how did this team lose to the giants? Okay. I mean, you guys watch the giants last night. And that means a disaster. And I'll tell you what I know. I know Josh Allen just my dad lives in Wyoming. So I followed him a little bit college. Listen, this guy can't hit the broad side of a barn. Accuracy wise. But I'll tell you what he'll fight. I mean, he can at least crossing routes. I'm sure and you saw.

"Christine Blasi, Ford's accusations, California, Democrat and a SU congresswoman issue joins us from Mountain View, California congresswoman good morning, and I want to start you talk to John you talked to Dr Ford, what did she tell you that would convince her doubters? Well, Dr Ford called my district office, and we met for quite a long while for about an hour and a half. And she told me her story. She my impression of her was that she was intelligent. She spoke. Softly, it was wrenching for her. I think to tell the story because there's a re-experience when the story is told. She went into many details at the end of our conversation. I told her that I believe her and that it was important that she tell me. If what she wished me to do with the information. If in fact, she chose another path, and she did she said, she would she wanted me to take it to, you know, down a different pathway, and of course, with anonymity and privacy that's paramount in sexual abuse. Allegations are cases because the individuals are terrified this is one of the highest unreported crimes in our country. So she understood the risks and the consequences, and it was a week ago today that she came out publicly because the story was part of it was out. And I think that it took extraordinary courage for her to do that again. She understood the risks and consequences, not only for herself. But her family, congressman we've. Last night heard from another person who Ford said was at the party, Leland Kaiser, she says she has no recollection of being at the party. That means everyone else other than Dr Ford has said they either don't remember or deny that it happened. Well, there are different remembrances to sexual abuse victims, and there was a third party in the room, my constituent alleges that and yet that person Mark judge is not being subpoenaed by the Senate Judiciary committee, and I think that that his testimony and questioning should be part of this as well. He of course, says it's it's not true. Let me ask you this question. You asked a series of questions of Dr Ford when she came in to talk to you. What what did you want to know? Well, if she told her story, I asked several questions, and I don't want to go into the details of it. Because I promised her that privacy that privacy is is paramount. But this is an intelligent woman. This is not a woman that is confused mixed up. This is something that she has carried with her Justice so many victims do like, so I think that as a witness she will speak clearly share her story. And I think that the American people need to listen, it's been a lot of talking. We have to do a listening both to judge Cavanaugh and to. My my constituents. The need something else in this to go ahead. Go ahead. Women share their secrets with each other. And women across the country. Are more than sensitive about this? So my constituents should be welcomed and given the respect that she deserves. And and I, and I hope that that will be the case we just haven't that her courage is appreciated as well. We have less than twenty seconds. They just very quickly. Often in asking questions of a witness like busy can sound like you're trying to Smerch doubting that this happens to women at all in the last fifteen seconds. What are your thoughts about that? Well, if this is a this is a prime attempted rape is a crime. And yet the doubt when women come for. That's why so many do not come forward because they don't think that they will they believe that it will hurt their their career or their job opportunities. Right. Unfortunately, we've run out of time. Thank you so much for being with us congresswoman, and we'll be back in a moment. Huge savings on.

I mean, it's a distraction for genius. Well, to be fair. Yes. The thing about Ginny, the reason I considered her again just in elite talent, and he's handy and a dole. She really knows how to throw Xs around formidable. I also considered her mining and it pains me not to pick her mining brain the brain. I just I need man. I'm struggling here. I feel like I'm betraying her mind by not picking her. Let me just say this and it hurts me to say this out loud. I feel like I'm going to regret saying this, not a great showing from Ryan at the department of mysteries. It wasn't. This is take. It's pulling me back from picking her spent most of the practices that would have been useful for scouting. You got to talk out of going in. The first place was the right move? It was, but if we need to be focused on the mission log on the machine got hit with a bizarre, spell that. Nobody even knows what it is and you know what she did after that. Unbelievable. Take. I love her Miami one of my all time. Favorite characters. Not only in the story, but it all literature. I just listen. She'd be the first to say that defense against dart says, never been her best subject now. Not that that's the only subject you need for rescue mission. You need transfiguration unit charms. You probably potions, maybe you need muggle studies. You definitely need runes. You know what? No. Now talk myself back into it because her for work in the hor- crops. For exceptional. Yeah. I mean, she was more useful than anyone now. I hope people will stop with like Jason loves Rita skied or slander. Now that Mallory has besmirched her mind. He Grainger. I like a rescuer who doesn't get hit with a weird purple spell through the exactly right. I don't know. I guess this loop site of she knew to try to pull Harry away from the veil. I'm just kind of through a line of the loved it. Harry literally almost walked to his death through the Vale. What's this check this out? What's your main reason for including reminding brains, right? She's brain. Do you need that if you have all these other thinkers? I think he actually going to be on a team with Ghana ago Kingsley serious. She really going to be the ones strategize. I think she's she's an out of the box thinker and she's extremely learned. Her natural conservatism, I think, plays well within my particular group offsets Harry's impetuous nece listen, she's right ninety eight percent of the time. So as long as you're giving her credence as long as you're actually listening to the things she asked to say, I think she can shape policy from my rescue team. Okay. I'm choosing between her mind or Alice Longbottom order one. Obviously, you wanna talk about wanna talk about an or letter guard down. I'm just saying, like, if if if the logic is her mind, he didn't do great in the battle outs Longbottom letter foot up the gas. Look for my long bottoms who like we're like, well, dark lords gone. Also listen, Alice, working mother, working mothers. I sleep inspire. It's very tough, both parents. Incredible. "Sconsin there yeah they're challenging statewide in maryland they're saying there's just this one district that the democrats redrew after the census the other issue in the wisconsin case that doesn't show up in the maryland case is that in wisconsin the plaintiff say look you asked for a justiciable standard right you wanted a yardstick justice kennedy have we got a yardstick for you and so they pulled together this thing that is called the efficiency gap and it is literally a mathematical model that tests what's called wasted votes it's a way of saying we are going to run the numbers in the state and we are going to figure out exactly how many people's votes are not counted and it goes to this whole complicated question about packing and cracking and now districts are gerrymandered but the important thing is that the court is given this way of measuring it of testing it the marilyn case doesn't have an elaborate you know here's a fix where proposing you look if this and use this as the benchmark and i think the justices are just really anxious about having a mathematical formula i think chief justice roberts in october called it quote sociological gobbledygook but we are not bringing i know you can imagine a social science community was not they they actually wrote him an angry letter saying don't call our work but i think it goes to what john roberts was saying in the guil argument when he wasn't disparaging social scientists he was saying are we really going to get in this fight are we going to hear every single gerrymander case are we going to be the arbiters of like dims win republicans win because that's going to be smerch the integrity of the judiciary and that anxiety is like a cloud that was over this entire area of law so then anthony kennedy has a lot of power right now what's it going to decide i think that the challengers who challenged the wisconsin gerrymander felt pretty good after the october argument in gill because he only asked questions of the wisconsin legislators he had no questions whatsoever for the challengers it felt as though to the extent that you can judge from oral argument if he had skin in the game he was going to find a political gerrymander.

"Washington post and began leaking and of course this leak was then picked up and now it's been turned into the crime of the century and now you have democrat after democrat talking head after talking head analyst after analyst demanding demanding that kelly sadler be fired they're saying that she's been smerch ing mccain that her comments were veteran boughten forbidden beyond the pale despicable vile odious you know pick your adjective whatever every that basically now she needs to be hounded out of the white house for for daring to make a bad joke a joke in poor taste about this great war hero and now they're almost lionising semi defying him the conscience of the republican party john mccain i e mc maniac president trump so far refuses to throw her under the bus the white house has come out and said look we honor mccain we honor his service this was said in private it was said as a joke by taste but still as a joke and this is a witch hunt and there is no need now to destroy this woman destroy your reputation destroy your career because of a crack made behind the scenes in a private meeting now listen to ana navarro a big jebby big jeb bush supporter she worked on jabs campaign she now has become cnn's resident never trump republican she foams at the mouth when she speaks she's called for trump to be impeached literally i think a thousand times everybody in the administration is a criminal and everybody needs to be arrested well listen to ana navarro on cnn forget fired i think she wants to lynch kelly sadler just lynch her on the spot roll it brittany of course kelly sadler should be fired and by the way for anybody that wants to give kelly sadler their opinion on what she said it's at kelly sadler forty five on twitter look in any other white house she would be fired she would be at the very least suspended from her job because what she said.

"Hey i don't know if you've seen the disclaimers that kelly has been running around giving but he's saying that this is all false news he never said anything of the kind and he's this is an attempt to to be smerch the administration what is kelly what's what's the evidence what did he what did he say what is the lead she said well look it's it's alleged that he called donald trump an idiot in front of other people and also the keys been saying that he's you know he's the reason the country staying together that it's it's his duty to to keep it together basically insinuating that without him everything would be falling apart so obviously not the best things to say about your boss if true because that's what this really is i i mean i'm not surprised me saying it's bs the the calling him an idiot i think that's you know it's really the revelations from this story that came out include the following he thinks that he kelly thinks he needs to save trump from his own stupidity probably not going to go over well with the president he is from the madman school of gender relations because has said that women are more emotional than men and he says trump almost withdrew all combat troops from south korea in in a impulsive impulsive yeah he also thinks trump doesn't know what daca right well i mean we can we can we can address all of those being kudos what's what's really true obviously these are all reports from alleged insiders but yeah i mean i in essentially in saying we're talking about the troops in one he he basically saying.

"Condom snorting challenge": Experts warn of dangerous trend among teens
"Not only sounds dumb it sounds disgusting downright dangerous i'm talking about the condom snorting challenge yes the condom snorting challenge exists and apparently teens all over our snorting condoms up their nose to have it emerged from their mouth and posting it on social media why you ask well let's remember who was doing the tide pods challenge this is the first time we've seen this insanity but because of a resurgence in its popularity educators doctors are informing parents about how dangerous it is to snort condoms besides the fact that you could choke to death doing it even if you have a fellow condom snorter standing by to give you the heimlich it can also lead to alone collapsing and there have been cases of people who got pneumonia and or appendicitis from inhaling condoms listen i don't wanna be smerch an entire generation after all even if we look past our own team stupidity some of our parents did silly slash dangerous things when they were teens like swallowed live goldfish and try to fit twenty people into a phone booth and the vast majority of today's teens are not snorting prophylactics plus we also have michael brown of houston to make us feel better about today's kids the seventeen year old high school senior applied to twenty of the best universities in the us and was offered a full ride scholarship offered every single one of them his mom lost three babies before becoming pregnant with michael who by the way received only one bead during his entire academic career i guess.
