Speed of Texas abortion cases has few high court precedents

"The Supreme Court is taking up challenges to a Texas law that has virtually ended abortion in the nation's second largest state after six weeks of pregnancy the justices are hearing arguments Monday in two cases over whether abortion providers or the justice department can mount federal court challenges to the law which has an unusual enforcement scheme its defenders argue shield it from federal court review in neither case is the constitutionality of the law directly at issue but the motivation for both lawsuits is that the Texas band conflicts with landmark Supreme Court rulings that prevent a state from banning abortion earlier in pregnancy on December first the justices will hear a separate challenge to the decisions in roe versus Wade and Planned Parenthood versus Casey and a case over Mississippi's ban on abortion after fifteen weeks I'm Julie Walker

"Last night mitch. Mcconnell found ten republicans to avert a crisis. But that's not gonna happen in december because chuck schumer immediately went out and did a victory dance on the senate. It wasn't a victim. they punt it. They wanted december so that that everyone now knows the democrats can fix this by themselves. And they're going to have to do it. In december but mitch helped him over the fact that they waited too long and they were going to crash the economy. 'cause chuck schumer doofus. It just doesn't know how to run. The senate mitch's an expert relented last night. They went out and gave him an extra month to get this done. An extra six weeks borrowing to get this done by the democrats and then chuck schumer went out and gave moronic speech and joe manchin took him aside and said that a blinking stupid speech as did many other democrats to reporters chuck schumer. "F also on our new and improved site klm dot com. Please check it out, turning Brown on 5 70 Cliff 5 19 Now I told you before I had gotten the vaccine and I recommend to my friends, They get it. It's given me a little bit more of a peace of mind. I've had two friends have gotten covid two very close. Friends have gotten very, very bad cases. One We felt we were going to lose. And none of them had underlying conditions and they've recovered. Kind of they have. I still they have symptoms now, 678 weeks later. It just kind of hangs on and hangs on. So the vaccine it's not going to keep you from getting neither One of these guys, by the way were vaccinated. The vaccine is not going to keep you from getting it, but it might make your case a lot more mild. Which at this point would compared to what I saw them go through. That might be a good idea. The guy who invented the M R N a technology. This is the guy who put these vaccines together. He invented the technology that Moderna and violent second fighter used to create these current vaccines. Wrote an op ed. I'm going to read you some of it because I think it's rather interesting and he's talking about the by the administration's strategy to universally vaccinate in the middle of a pandemic, he said. This is bad science and badly needs a reboot. He says the strategy will likely prolong the most dangerous phase of the worst pandemic since 1918 and most assuredly cause more harm than good even as it undermines faith in the entire public health system. There are flawed assumptions that drive the Biden strategy. The first is that universal vaccination can eradicate the virus and secure economic recovery because that will give us herd immunity throughout the country in the world, But the virus is now so deeply embedded in the world population that unlike polio and smallpox eradication is probably at this point unachievable. SARS covid, too, and it's myriad mutations will likely continue to circulate much like the common cold and influenza. He goes on to say the second assumption is that vaccines are near perfect effective. Our current available vaccines are what's called leaky vaccines, while good at preventing severe disease and death. They only reduce, not eliminate the risk of infection. Replication and transmission is a slide deck from the center for Disease Control is revealed even a 100% acceptance of the current leaky vaccine combined with strict mass compliance. Will not stop the contagious Delta variant from spreading. So it doesn't matter what you do. It's gonna spread. Because the things we're doing won't stop it from doing so. The third assumption is that vaccines are safe. Yet. Scientists, physicians and public health officials now recognize risks that are absolutely rare, but by no means trivial side effects can include serious cardiac and throw embodied conditions. Menstrual cycle disruptions, Bell's palsy, Guillain Barr syndrome and anaphylaxis. Unknown side effects, which Varada virologist may fear emerging include and they go into a long list of stuff. I'm gonna try to cut the time because we there's a little bit to get to want to make sure you here at all. The failure of the fourth durability assumption is the most alarming and perplexing It now appears our current vaccines are likely to offer a mere 180 day window of protection, a decided lack of durability underscored by scientific evidence from Israel and confirmed by Pfizer. The Department of Health and Human Services and other countries. Here. We are already being warned of the need for universal booster shots at six month intervals are intervals rather for the foreseeable future. The obvious broader point that For individual vaccine choice is that repeated vaccinations even with a small risk and ultimately add up to a bigger risk. It's an arms race with the virus. He said. The essence of the arms race is the more people you vaccinate the greater number of vaccine resistant mutation. You're likely to get the less durable vaccines become even more powerful vaccines will have to be developed and individuals will be exposed to more and more risk. This is where he gets gets to the point where you know people talk about science Well, science here tells us that today's vaccines which use these gene therapy technologies generate powerful antigens that direct the immune system to attack specific components of the virus. Thus, when the virus infects a person with a leaky vaccination like the ones we're getting The viral progeny will be selected to escape or resist the effects of the vaccine. If the entire population has been trained. He's talking about the population of the virus via universal vaccination strategy to have the same basic immune response than once A viral escape mutant is selected. It will rapidly spread through the entire population. Vaccinated or not. Now he goes on and says more optimal strategy is to vaccinate only the most vulnerable. This will limit the amount of vaccine resistant mutations and thereby slow if not halt. The current vaccine arms race. Fortunately, the most vulnerable represent a small number in those folks have mostly achieved high levels of vaccine acceptance, senior citizens for whom the risk of senior a serious disease or death. Increases exponentially with age and those with significant co morbidity is like obesity, lung and heart disease. For much of the rest of the population, there is nothing to fear but fear of the virus itself. This is particularly true if we have lawful outpatient access to a growing arsenal of scientifically proven prophylactics and therapeutics, for example. This is the controversial part. I'm not endorsing. I'm just telling you, the guy who put together the M RNA technology is saying these things. He said. There's a lot of controversy over I ever met in and hydro hydroxychloroquine. Yet with the emergence of a growing body of scientific evidence, we can be assured these two medicines are safe and effective and prophylaxis and early treatment when administered under a physician's supervision. And he goes on to name some other things that are also used. Some doctors are actually prescribing the broader goal. When administering these agents is too moderate symptoms and take death off the table, especially for the unvaccinated. Unlike vaccines. These agents are generally not dependent on specific viral properties or mutations, but instead mitigate or treat the inflammatory symptoms of the disease itself. We're not anti vax. Now there's two guys who wrote this, he said. One of us invented the core Mrna technology being used by Pfizer and Moderna to produce their vaccines were simply saying that just because you have a big vaccine hammer It's not necessarily wise to use it for every nail the American people deserve better than a universal vaccination strategy under the flag of bad science. And enforced through authoritarian measures. So once again, it comes back to what I talked to you about about six weeks ago about the leaky vaccine. The perfect vaccine is the one that eliminates this does not eliminate and by getting vaccinated other people other than those who Are burdened with underlying situations Co morbidity these advanced age that kind of thing by spreading it around. What we have done is, according to this scientist. What we have done.

There's no sort of calf old sniping of enemies tactical like planning your moves as literally all the time you need to keep moving keeping up on my own health and keep shooting things It's intended that you'll die quite a lot to learn how to beat things which is quite fun. I'm kind of getting into that groove now. But initially i wasn't sure the the settings very different and there's an awful lot story which they didn't bother so much within the previous what they just focused more on the action which i think was probably better but you know i'm gonna keep giving it a go. I go to in the steam sale. So i call it a fairly good price. Nice do you use a controller or keeble mouse Used the steam controller. How on name With some part. I just get i present. Choose with i have to say i find. I'm finding this harder. That i found other first person shooters in terms of aiming i might. I might have played with gyro zero with a- meet right. Then let's get on with the show.

"America. Mark Levin, Here are number 87738138118773813811. I think I went too fast. Before the top of the hour, So I'm going to slow down a little bit. There's no reason to race through this. I talked about a BDs movement that we need to have. And I believe that strongly I talked about the need to be litigious. Things that conservatives don't like to be in Patriots don't like to be. To use the administrative states powers against the administrative state for you and so forth. Internal revenue complaints against certain entities. Some talking on an overlay right now. And I point out in American Marxism that as a general matter where feasible We must institute are BDs movement against the influences of American Marxism. Adopted Cloward and Piven type approach of overwhelming their system. Crashing their system, then blaming the system and taking control of that system. But in this case, the system being that which has been created an instituted by these Marxist based movements. You hear me, saying this phrase Marxist marks this based movements and so forth, and so on. You will get an opportunity to learn all about them. When you read the earlier part of the book where we're Sahlin skis rules for radicals number 13 should be used where appropriate as well. Pick the target, freeze and personalize it and polarize it. Alinsky wrote, in part. Obviously, there's no point to tactics and last one is a target upon which to center. The attacks. Barack Obama learned at the knee of Alinsky is that Hillary Rodham Clinton Also remember there's There's power in numbers. The teachers union antifa, BLM, the others understand this some some this way. Here a few specific tactics for action, which should not be viewed as a comprehensive list. But I think are important. Education. In every school district in America. Local committees of patriotic community activist muscle organized There's some are already doing. Among other things, they should get involved in virtually every aspect of local public education, and I don't limit this to parents. We can no longer leave the education of our Children and the well being of our community to the so called professionals. And we have learned, especially since the pandemic. The educational bureaucracy does not have the best interests of our Children as their top priority. And consequences for such an attention are disastrous. So what shall be done number one. The community committees, of which I speak, should ensure that members attend every school board meeting. To make certain that the public's interest in that of the students are being served, not the monopoly interest of the teachers, unions, Marxists activists. And the other special interests feeding off. The public treasury. By this I mean hundreds of Patriot activists showing up being heard at every school board meeting throughout the year. The classrooms and schools must be taken back by the community and one of the things I'll adhere, which we discussed about six weeks ago. Our cameras in the classroom. This needs to be One of our top priorities. More in that moment. The figurative nature and practices of local school systems must come to the end. In other words, the The lack of transparency. Community committees should examine classroom curriculum textbooks, teacher training and seminar materials, the teacher's contract with the school district and school budgets Where there is resistance by the school boards of school administrations.

"And what happens is you take your foot off the brakes and the fluid won't return back out of the caliber, and it'll just keep pressure against it. And it will cause some brake pads to get real hot. Make your will get real hot like that. Until you know if it will make a big mess. You have seen wheels catch on fire over that. But yeah, replace the brake hoses, Uh, you know, and that's something unless you've been in the business for a long time. Folks don't know that, you know, but it's just that my hoses will look perfect on the outside. But they swell up internally and act almost as a one way valve. Let board break flood Go to a caliber, but we take your foot off the brake pedal. It won't return and to keep pressure applied on your brakes. Thanks for the call. Marca probably helped you out there. At least we hope so. Anyway, Let us know how it turns out. Appreciate that call their market. 44580 wdbo. We're going to go to Tom. He's calling in from Longwood right now, Tom, Welcome onto the show. What you got for Larry Hey, Larry got a 2012 Buick Verano. Change the oil in it about six weeks ago. My granddaughters. I mean, my daughter's car. Mhm of the Engine went into limp mode. Check the oil level. Nothing on mistake. We added one court. And Ran it a little bit. It came out of limp mode, but still no oil mistake. I've added two more courts. We've added three quarts of bulls. Still nothing is starting us showing up on the stick. So it pretty much didn't have any oil and It seems that I was scared to add another court. All right. I don't know. What's what's going on. All right. On that motor. Um It's a good thing You called me, Tom. Um Listen that you know how, uh, cars of the past would have, you know old Chevrolets and stuff would have a PCV valve. Right? Okay. You know, that was a crankcase ventilation, You know, Regulated vacuum leak was basically what it was. And it would take crankcase emissions and redirected into the intake system. And it would it would burn right along with the air and fuel. Now GM on these engines, they went and did something that was a little bit crazy. They they they in their valve cover. They incorporated this pressure valve, and when they crankcase pressure gets to a certain point. It will push that crankcase pressure back into the intake system and and and and burn it, You know, for emissions purposes and that sort of thing. Now, If that valve that is integrated into this valve cover goes bad. It will suck the All right straight out of that motor. It'll suck them up the oil right straight out of the engine. That thing is going to need a valve cover. That's correct Crazy. Who would never think that? Okay, You need a valve cover to fix an all consumption problem that don't even make sense. But that's the way they made it. Uh And, uh, my advice time is, uh, go ahead and keep oil in it for now, because it will empty it will empty that crankcase. I mean, literally, it will empty the crankcase. Uh, if you drive it at all, Make sure you keep oil in it. But you need to give us a call and find out with J..
