United Looks to Require Workers to Get Covid-19 Vaccines

"Six, the CEO of United Airlines wanting to make covert vaccines mandatory for the company's employees. Right now they employ 60,000 active employees on that they're looking at recall notices going out to an additional 17,000. So that's 77,000 employees. The CEO is saying that he wants every single employee vaccinated. And he is willing to put Plane in place that would mandate That his employees be vaccinated. What motivated him to do this? He claims the worst thing that he's ever had to do. Was the right letters. Those that have lost family members. Co workers. Cove in 19. Said. So for me, quote because I have confidence in the safety of the vaccine, and I recognize it's controversial. I think the right thing to do is for United Airlines. And for other companies to require the vaccines and to make them mandatory. What do you think about the idea of companies? Making the vaccines mandatory. Now we've not gone through a lengthy process. To really verify. At the same level we have with other vaccines about their safety. As Dr Adult, has said about a half hour ago that The vaccines that we're dealing with are under emergency use authorizations. They don't have all of the research that other vaccines have that can and are mandatory for a lot of different things. You have vaccines that are mandatory for going to school vaccines that are mandatory for going to college. There are businesses that mandate other vaccines of varying types. And those vaccines are mandated and there is legal authority behind them. And companies are able to do that. Right now under an emergency use authorization. It's viewed a little bit differently. Legal expert. Said that you have to be able to leave open. The issue of those that have religious reasons for saying no. Medical reasons for saying no If you don't, you could find legal challenges. At the same time. If that's something that is clearly written in stone that you can't Mandate. Employees be vaccinated. So it's a very real possibility. He also recognizes that more companies besides United need to step up and be a part of this is well, he says. I don't think united will good get away with and can realistically be the on Lee company that requires vaccines. And makes them mandatory. We need some others. We need some others to show leadership, particularly in the health care

Dortmund's Descent Continues

"Things really on looking so great photo that has been right now. They are slipping down to the table. They're out of the top four. Yon i have to say. Is this turning into something more serious something of a crisis documents. It is absolutely a first of all. It was a great great football game. Six goals to haul on goals very predictable is also predictable. That's dalton at the moment defense. Leaving are terribly sad. To watch is like matsumoto's is a world champion. He can't defend he's going forward. He's doing well he can do is cry trick at the end. But you have to defend and you don't have a goalkeeper bilkees terrible at the moment i'm in the second goalkeeper must think what should i do to get a game heats in this again because that was unbelievable. Three three set-pieces. They conceded just sad to watch them. They fired father. Because i wanted to get closer to buy an i mean. Is there a lucky this week and it could be the eighth position and they say tests which we're going to stay for the season. Well let's see what's going to happen in dolt when there's a crisis on the funniest thing an interesting thing marker also the coach gladbach winning two today great coach. He is the favorite to take over. But i into summer so there have to do something without to moment is at a case of defenders optional defense optional today defending and really in key moments. They go down one. Nothing all right but early how who again was outstanding in that first half in the way that he took his goals the first goal is little dinky over the top finished good movement of the ball the second goal on a resource in terms of knowing where the goal is turns finishes that play and it's two one and his dorm his flying. They feel good about themselves. And now you give up a free gig. Tumbled eighteen yard box and as yang alluded to it. Well larson they'll takes a fricking that should be comparable for burke. Even if he sees the ball late it should become for at least for him to palm the ball away instead. He comes right into a very. Who's right there for a nice little tapping to refine. Okay no problem. Let's see if we can build some momentum going into the second half were never going to build momentum when you allow been so you need to do what he did from the left hand side over eleven he cuts to lane. I'm candy ones. That poor defending julian brian. Kanji now stands on the six year. Box hands in the bag. This okay and he never never concerns himself with actually close in the space down and actually challenge in been to a third goal and from then on england toco for two but overall you just send from brusett norman. Dad did defending is just so disorganized so straight. The games are exciting to watch when doorman place because there is a lot of space. And why is there a lot of space. Because they're this organiz all over the place some people go on and press the ball or the people drop off at times. That team gets gets gets straight and a time when they tried to defend. Never get behind the ball in enough numbers. There is no sense here. When you watch this team play defensively and you could say the same thing for him. Which and god by the way that you have a plan defensively. This is what we're going to do. This is our line of confrontation. We're gonna high present. We have an opportunity to do so. We're going to drop off behind the ball when when we have to do so. They're kind of running all over. And when you just run all over you get exposed and when you get exposed and you have no confidence that windows in have right now you lose

The Economy Aboard The International Space Station

"The international space station cost hundreds of billions of dollars to build for astronauts living on the space station. Though money is essentially useless, there's nowhere to spend it, but that does not mean there isn't an economy for the handful of astronauts living on board from our daily economics podcast, the indicator from Planet money, Stacey Vanek, Smith and Cardiff, Garcia explained. The economy aboard the international space Station is all about trade. This is, according to astronaut Doug Wheelock. Actually, everybody at NASA calls me wheels. I'm one of the old grizzled veterans. So the early career astronauts call me Papa Wheels. Doug Papa Wheels served as the commander of the International space Station and lived there orbiting the Earth for six months. That interesting thing is with food, of course. Doug says that aboard the space station most of the food is actually pretty bland. But every three months a big event would happen. Doug and his crew would get a shipment from Earth just before they closed the hatch on the launch pad they would throw like a bag of Fresh fruit like oranges, lemons, apples, vegetables as well. Everybody would only get one or two pieces of producer just wasn't that much of it. And so here is where the trade comes in. Doug knew that the Russians loved onions. But Doug loved fruit. Cuter. Your chicken was my commander. As said, Hey, theater. What trade An onion for do you have? Ah, Like an extra orange. He goes all you don't want your onion. Of course, the space station economy was not just about food, though. Services were also a big part of it Dug, for instance, has an engineering background And he says for him, one of his least favorite parts of life aboard the space station were all the scientific experiments. They had to do whatever their background this was just Part of what they did every day, the way out of it Economics. Doug discovered this a couple of weeks into his mission. When one of the scientists aboard the space station told him that there was a big problem, she said, Hey, the party's broken not what you want to hear aboard a space station, that's for sure. No, But Doug's background was an engineering, so he understands systems and he says, fixing things comes really naturally to him. And the scientists This woman named Shannon knew this about Doug Shannon looked at me, she said. If you fix the party Do all of your science for the rest of the day. I'm thinking like that is a deal and a half. I'll take that deal, so I got my bike tool belt called Houston and said, You know, Houston, we have a problem. The party is broken, but the real commodity on the space stations is Doug. Was Earth itself. For example, Doug says, you just want to see and talk to other humans. Even if you don't know them. You want to drop in on other astronauts video chats and see their families and talk to their friends. You don't care. Yeah, because in space, humans are a precious commodity. And I asked if there was ever bartering around this like, hey, you can join my video chat with my family for an apple. Indexes. Actually, everybody needs human interactions so much they don't really trade it because it becomes sacred when you get back to earth, Doug says. Your idea of what's valuable is changed forever. It's completely changed my whole perspective. Especially especially rain. I am just like fascinated by rain now I made I just The smell of it the sound of it and just to feel against your skin I took for granted before you know Stacey Vanek, Smith. Cardiff Garcia NPR news

The Swedish Secret to Happy, Productive Work Days

"There's yet another scandinavian term. Making the trending rounds lately. This one has been around in some circles for a while. There even used to cafe in manhattan by this name that went to a few times. It's called fica f. i a and it's basically the swedish word for a coffee break but in practice means so much more quoting courts. The word fica is used both as a noun and a verb and is derived from the swedish word for coffey. A national obsession for the world's third largest coffee drinking nation unlike the american style. Caffeine jolt the swedish coffee break is a moment to literally leave work behind taken first around ten. Am and then at three pm. It's not a strategy for multitasking or for fitting in another mini meeting. It's a chance to relax in the company colleagues. The longstanding swedish social ritual doesn't necessarily even have to involve coffee. the key is to pause your day and quote. You can have your coffee or tea. Whatever your pleasure. And ideally you'd pair your beverage with a fresh baked good but the main point is to take a real actual break from work lars lund. Who owned that chain of fika coffee shops here in new york city told courts that taking a fica break two or three times a day makes them more productive and number of studies have backed this up. According again in two thousand ten grant thornton study found that swedish workers were the least stressed worldwide. Perhaps in part because we companies are experimenting with the six hour work day and made fica mandatory and even though only one percent of swedish employees work overtime according to the latest oecd better life index. They're not any less productive linkoping. university professor. Rebecca adult suard has studied the history of swedish social rituals and says breaks like fica may actually boost productivity studies. Show that people who take a break from the work don't do less. It's actually the opposite. Efficiency at work can benefit from these kinds of get togethers. She writes on her university blog. Her observations support a two thousand fourteen stanford university work productivity study that argues for capping the work week at fifty hours maximum and quotes and nyaka yano. The general design manager at moody says she noticed that swedish workers are exceptionally good at switching between relaxation and focus and within office space is the fact that the break is taken. Together across hierarchies putting all that aside for a few minutes can really help break down barriers and encourage healthy forms of bonding among colleagues. When i read about fika. I realized that i've kind of set my schedule up this way without meaning to i take a mid morning break to have a snack and coffee and pull myself away from the endless feeds and e mails. I'd been staring at all morning. And then i take another no screen break in the afternoon. Once this podcast goes up. of course. i'm not in an office. Space chatting with co workers and always manage to take both of those breaks every day. But that's the goal. And on the days that i do. There is a noticeable difference in my energy focus and overall contentment levels. Now i just need to get better about my baked goods game if you want to dive deeper into fica. There's a few books out there. One that kept popping up for me is actually a recipe book but it also includes a lot of information about the custom in how to adopt it in your own life. it's called fica. The art of the swedish coffee break by annaborough bonus and johanna pinball and the official sweden youtube account also produced a six part series on fica back in two thousand sixteen that you can watch to learn more about it links to both of those in the show notes

Amanda Gorman's books jump to bestsellers after inaugural poem

"The dawn is hours before we knew it. Somehow we do it. Somehow we've weathered in witnessed a nation that isn't broken but simply unfinished we the successors of a country and the time were a skinny black girl. Descended from slaves and raised by a single mother can dream of becoming president only to find herself reciting for one that was amanda gorman the inaugural youth poet lawyer it reading from her poem. At the hill we climb which she read at joe biden's inauguration alexandra alter profiled gorman and interviewed her joining us now to talk a little bit more about that hey alexandra hey pamela so this was a really exciting week in washington but i most loved about the news events. This week was that a poet was the breakout star of the inauguration ceremony on wednesday. Amanda gorman was the youngest inaugural poet and us history. She joins a very elite class of poets. Only been a handful of poets who have performed it including robert frost my ngelo elizabeth richard blanco. So she really brought a lot to this performance. And when i spoke to her what was really interesting to me was. She felt enormous pressure. Not just because of the size of the audience she was going to be addressing. Tens of millions of people potentially watching the events at home but because of the state of the country she felt real responsibility to present a poem that reflected joe biden's inaugural theme of america united and. She said they didn't give her any specific guidelines but they said that's the three million inauguration but she also really wanted to address. What has happened recently in the country. Particularly the partisan divisions that we've seen the political violence the effects of the pandemic. It's a really dark moment. And so she was kind of trying to counter johnston to forces the potential for unity. But also these deep divisions that we're seeing in the country now so interestingly. She was really struggling with the poem. The inaugural committee reached out to her late december. She had a few weeks to work on it and was kind of she said it's like it felt like climbing a mountain would do a few versus a day and then on january six. We all watched across the country as the unfolded at the capital. There was the insurrection. There and rioters stormed the capital. And amanda gorman at that point had written about half of her poem and she stayed up late into the night and finished it because she just felt this urgency. And so you're there are verses in the poem that reflect what we saw that day the other thing that she said that was interesting about how she prepared to write it was. She said she always starts with historical research so she studied speeches from leaders who really brought their countries together. In times of crisis she looked at speeches by winston. Churchill abraham lincoln martin luther king junior and she listened to music that inspired her including the musical hamilton. There are a couple of hamilton references within the poem. That some people caught including lin-manuel miranda who was very appreciative of her poetry. So it's been incredible to see their response to her work after she gave this really kind of inspiring performance her books. She has two books coming out this year. Actually three because they're releasing the poem she wrote as a standalone and she has now the number one and number two books on amazon and this is a poet who is twenty two years old and she's preparing to publish her debut collection. This fall so she's gone incredibly quickly from somebody who had following and was pretty well known in the poetry world to kind of national literary star and one other thing that i loved about her performance and her approach to it which she talked about how she felt like she was representing not just her own words but representing poetry itself representing american poetry and y you know it was important to have poetry part of the ceremony. She said when. I spoke to her now more than ever. The united states needs an inaugural poem. Poetry is typically the touchstone that we go back to when we have to remind ourselves of the history that we stand on the future that we stand for so i thought it was lovely that she felt that she was standing up in front of the capital. Two weeks after the insurrection took place kind of representing poetry as a form that can unite the country.

"Meena. Hello pablo hello is an nfl analyst for espn and the host of the meantime show featuring lenny so i need to know where you are on the football excitement alerts scale right now because i for a true tape grinder like yourself conference championship. Sunday is in some ways. Maybe even better than the super bowl if the football excitement scale as you call. It was one through ten conference championships. Sunday's about fifteen for me. There's know maybe about whether or not it's more exciting than the super bowl. Pablo it absolutely is. This is my favorite sunday of the year and in part because by the time we get to the super bowl we've talked about same matchups over and over and it's usually like. How many times can we say what you guys rush brady with four. You know before and of course always been in the super bowl the last decade or so. That's a phrase. I've said a lot inventive. You say that. I was going to say you're the person i i would really make that a me. I mean it's true but it's also more fun when you get to talk about other things and this particular set of games. It's really the best possible combination of teams in my opinion. There's a reason why the lions in vegas are very close because it actually looks like a pretty well matched pair of games. I wanna start with buccaneers packers. Meena because this was not a close game when these two teams played back. In october roggio touchdown tampa bay fire the cannons the bucks and thirty seven rogers was abysmal. In that game through zero touchdowns he threw two. picks completed. Completed doesn't half passes in tampa bay when they played each other. The first time and tampa bay destroyed perhaps not coincidentally green bay. Thirty eight to ten. So how did that blowout happened. Well this is. It was such a strange game. Pablo because aaron rodgers has had this incredible season which. I'm sure we'll talk about this. Is the one real blemish on his staff third drops better pass picked off the other side. By two thousand fifteen touchdown touchdown booker. He stunk i. There's no really nice way to put it. Now he stunk in part because the offensive line in green bay which has been spectacular. One of the best football year got beat up. Front rodgers was sacked six times pressured twenty one times. I mean no most of the time this series look cool as a cucumber back there but this was not the case and as mentioned had these very surprising interceptions coming from him. I think he finished the game with a passer rating of like thirty five. Okay so really. It was all about the buccaneers. Pass rush beating green bay upfront and aaron rodgers being uncomfortable as a result and that was also reflected in the running game. aaron jones had just ten carries. He averaged like one point. Five yards per rush again. Very dissimilar from the rest of the season. But you saw what could or should i. If in the eyes of tampa bay be the formula for beating green bay which is if you can stop the running game and keep the packers from executing their play action passing attack which flows from that and get them into third down and get pressure on rogers and obvious passing situations. That's your best chance of beating now. All those things i just said barry. Few teams in the nfl been able to do that but tampa was able to do that the last time. These two teams that so many things obviously have changed since then as you alluded to. That was back in week. Six when that game happened. So in what you've seen since then who's been better this year. Aaron rodgers tom brady. Aaron rodgers is undeniably. Been the better quarterback this year and he is my pick by the way for. Mvp it's between him. And patrick mahomes. It's close but rodgers is that an unreal season. I mean just statistically he's been first and qbr brady was tenth. He ranks third in yards per temporary. He was eleventh forty eight touchdowns brady at forty. He only through five pigs brady threw twelve. You get the idea. So while tom brady is the most complex quarterback of all time i believe. Aaron rodgers is the most talented. Patrick mahomes is kind of them. A run for that. And when these two goats meat i don't know where goat's meat in a field a meadow anyway to meet makes me sort of hungary. Honestly that phrase oud took it there. I guess goats will be hurting in green bay this weekend but the goat whose homefield it is home meadow. It is has been the better one this weekend. That's metaphor really. Just got out of control.

Is Tether a Fraud? Its Bank Says It's Not

"Last weekend. A medium post by a pseudonymously former bitcoin investor going. By the name crypto anonymous made the rounds on crypto twitter and elsewhere it was titled the bit short inside cryptos doomsday machine and alleged that the stable coin tether which is supposed to be bagged one to one. Us dollars is a quote highly probable. Fraud there are a lot of different. Strands that crypto anonymous wove together to present his or her hypothesis. But the one. That was people's zoomed in on concerned whether or not tether is fully backed so tether is run by tether limited and limited bank is deltec which is out where you work and that's a bank based in the bahamas and the part of the peace that people are concerned with was a section where curcio anonymous showed some tables of the foreign liabilities of domestic banks. And here she wrote quote from january twenty twenty two september twenty twenty the amount of all foreign currencies had by all the domestic banks in the bahamas increased only by six hundred million dollars going from four point seven billion to five point three billion and so the bahamian dollar is pegged to the us dollar one to one so it's the same in us dollars. Then he or she wrote but during the same period. Total issued tethers increased by almost five point four billion going from four point six billion to ten billion so great. Can you explain why this discrepancy exists. Well i've seen that article. Actually i find it very interesting that there's someone that apparently have time. Perfectly buying and selling crypto actually is often the case those article of so-called experts. They usually have time to market like geniuses and then started claim scenes that are kind of unpacked especially in that case they went to that. I think it's the digest central bank of the bahamas and it became overnight a banker expert which i loved because we always look to recruit but in that case they didn't deal it further about how that works first of all. They should have known that the bahamas is what they call them. Offshore jurisdictions so what it means offered ratings soon as you have domestic bank and international banks into domestic banged there is to type of licensed linked to it. You have what they call the authorized dealer license and you'll try agent license deltec dual own authorize agent license which is a license that allowed him to custody. Bahamian don't have what we call an authorized dealer license so when it comes to cash on deposit we cannot old any in dollars cash deposit and at the same time because we cannot all those dollars. Behave in dollars. We cannot serve local customer so what we have is we have along that authorization license. We have an international bank license. Or i think it's called restricted license as well so in fact for that report and i'm sorry for that person because i guess he thought he was onto something. We are not a domestic bank for a reported deposit and actually if he went and the little effort to go indego bit about the size of the bahamian market of thinking would have found out that the entire massive banks have around two hundred billion dollars in assets. I believe and we are part of that. So we are not a domestic bank aside of authorized agent license but that is irrelevant business for us and maybe be much must be reported. We are an international bank and that is part of the international aspect. That's why i did answer it to some people asking but you are domestic within no because we cannot take domestic customer and we cannot hold domestic him daughters so that report is actually a nut relevant and nothing to be in there

Mark Gurman Dishes On The Apple VR Headset

"It's a mark gurman apple scoop thursday this time. Mark has a whole mess of details about the rumored upcoming apple headset. Mark says its planned for a twenty twenty two launch will focus on vr gaming but also video and communications and it will only have at least at this point limited. A are features. Also it's not been easy to make and if you're expecting the low cost surprise of the first ipad. say maybe think again quoting bloomberg. The initial device has confronted several development hurdles. The company has conservative sales expectations illustrating how it will be to bring this nascent. Consumer technology to the masses apples. Typical playbook involves taking emerging consumer technology such as music players smartphones tablets and smart watches and making it reliable and easy to use for everyone. This time though. Apple isn't looking to create an iphone kit for its first headset instead. The company is building a high end niche product that will prepare outside developers and consumers for its eventual more mainstream. A are glasses. The plan suggests that apple's first headset will be far more expensive than those from rivals which cost about three hundred to nine hundred dollars. Some apple insiders believe the company may sell only one headset per day per retail store. Apple has roughly five hundred stores so in that scenario annual sales would be just over one hundred and eighty thousand units excluding other sales channels. That would put it on par with other pricey apple products such as the six thousand dollar mac pro desktop computer and apple spokesman declined to comment. Apple is aiming to include some of. Its most advanced and powerful chips in the headset along with displays that are much higher resolution than those in existing vr products. Some of the chips tested in the device. Beat the performance of apple's emlyn mac processors. The company has also designed the headset with a fan. Something that company usually tries to avoid on mobile products. That people said the headset code-named n three one is in a late prototype. Stage but is not yet finalized so the company's plans could change or be scrapped entirely before launch the aarp glasses code-named and for two one are in an early stage known as architecture meaning apple is still working on underlying technologies. This product is several years away. According to the people though apple has previously targeted as early as two thousand twenty three to unveil it the powerful processors and the inclusion of a fan initially led to a device that was too large and heavy with some concern about neck strain in early. Testing apple removed the space. Vr gadgets usually reserved for users. Who want to wear eyeglasses. Which brought the headset closer. To the face and helped shrink the size and to address consumers with poorer eyesight it developed a system where custom prescription lenses can be inserted into the headset over the vr screens. The people said apple originally planned to include less powerful processors and offload much of the work to a hub in a user's home that would wirelessly beam content to the headset. But that idea was squashed by johnny. Apple's design chief at the time. Bloomberg news reported last year. The headset designed to work as a standalone device. Meaning it can operate on a battery rather than be plugged into a wall or a mac that's similar to facebook's latest vr products while sony's requires a playstation gaming console to further reduce the devices. Wait apple is planning to use a fabric exterior. That's a departure from the metal designs apple uses for most products though it has used plastic for devices like airpods that need to be light and fabrics for the homepod speaker to improve. Acoustics prototypes of the headset. Some of which are about the size of and oculus quest include external cameras to enable some a are features. The company is testing using the cameras for hand tracking and is working on a feature. Where a user can type of virtually in the air to input text. It's unclear if that function will be ready for the first version of the device or if it will ever leave the exploratory stage and quote gherman hence that had covid nineteen not delayed development. We might have seen the headset this year. But he also stresses that the aarp glasses are the ultimate end goal. Here as apple sees that as a more mainstream product something that could sell numbers that could eventually rival the ipad apple watch or even iphone sales in the long run.

You're almost like a transformer. You just shape shifting. You don't have to deal with anything until you come out. That is the life of an armadillo. The armadillo is fabulous and tough. It looks funny and it has other weird qualities which i shall name however it's weird qualities are exactly what. Make it so tough. And so fabulous. I defy you to name a better animal. An armadillo kind of looks like a cross between a turtle an anti-terror it lives in south america. Central america and the southern. Us it's a mammal it walks around on all fords. It can be anywhere from three inches long to five feet depending what kind it is and it has a show a lot of the time it's tan which makes it look like a football and for the armadillos that can curl up and hide. Those ones can look like a tiny volleyball.

"We've already experienced that so much in Y'all's comments and your thoughts and your words about the first. Seven shows plus Sara Jane case at the beginning, the eights nines all the way up to the fives. It's meant so much that y'all have shared how much these shows have mattered to you, but again just a reminder that immigration is just a tool, and it's one of many that can help with personal growth, but when the we find really interesting and helpful here at that sounds fun today on the show are any Graham sixes. The music in the background is from our good friend Ryan O'Neal better known as sleeping it lasts, and he's created a song for each any type. So what you're hearing now. Is that any Graham six song and just? Just a reminder, he also has a podcast about how he created each song as well. That is absolutely fascinating. Make sure you had to spotify or apple music, and you can listen to the whole song for the sixes. It's really beautiful. Vichy are any grim sixes are curtis and Laura. This one was so fun to listen to the similarities and differences. These two friends shared Curtis, and I have known each other for a while through church, but Lauren I really know each other as we used to be roommates for a long time, and I just absolutely adored hearing them talk about their thinking process, and what motivates them behind their decisions and actions. Remember. We do have an game six episode from any a summer twenty nineteen with my friends Kate and Josh. Back at that as well. But before we meet and get to know Curtis and Laura. We get to hear again from our friend. Seth Abraham any expert and host of the Fathoms podcast. He's going to give us a quick overview of what we should know about the sixes. All right friends. We are back with Seth Seth. Let's talk about sixes was due I'm ready. Tell me give us kind of a fly over. Give us some thoughts on six. Cool, so any type six is the point on instagram that represents the thinking mind's capacity for courage courage. I WANNA. Say like that. And loyalty, but especially faith. Yeah, yeah, we'll get into that, so you know people who type six. They've really got this capacity to model. What real bravery looks like They can hold onto fear and understand it for what it is, and still move forward with courage in the face of fear, courage is right, and it's not denying fear. It's moving forward anyway. Even though it's still there so six really show US capacity also for inner guidance. It's this trusting them. Spread themselves, but especially trusting something bigger than them. They really have the ability to show us this. You know so this faith. He had his finest right. and this show how to move forward without knowing all the answers, but this, but the issue for six comes when you know, they start to feel like they're losing contact with this gift of courage and in Guidance and so they've got to manufacture this, and it looks like pursuing certainty and security, and they've got a question thing. You know because I don't know if this is this I don't know. Maybe I don't know so they start to believe this condition story that says they know the world's dangerous and threatening an unpredictable. And I earned safety scanning for danger in my anxiety is managed by anticipating worst-case scenarios. You know all these things, but but yeah, it can be difficult to trust other people. Question Authority depending on the version of the six you are, but yet they especially doubt themselves but courage begins to distort into becoming overly dependent on other people to be okay and to know what they WANNA know. Yeah, yeah, ultimately than six are motivated by this need to feel secure, and they work hard not to let their guard down or be passing. Yeah, so tell me why we need sixes in our lives. Yeah, you know. If you have any sixes in your life I think it's pretty pretty easy to see their loyalty and their commitment to you, and it's just. What's the word this like unflappable word? Yes, great were. Yeah, it's just there unreal in their commitment to you. Also think humor and hunt their witty, because it's a way of managing fear, you know. Yeah, it's a way to defuse fear. A lot of that witting superhuman, a lot of Comedians I think are sixes. Okay, again this courageous. Are and I think they show us how to trust in something more deeply than what what read about in the future you know. Yeah, it released healthy six six. The difference between anxiety and fear Wow, yeah, I'm. What did they offer the world I think the value of depending on other people and trusting other people I think that's really important. You know we can feel so this need culturally to be independent. And six shows it's okay to be vulnerable and ask for help and an ask. Do you know you you know? Healthy? Sixers are trailblazers. they actually show us new and insightful ways to do things and be in the world. You know they they can. Yeah, I. Don't know they're really. They're really trailblazer, so they'll just go first because they've already assessed all the danger and have worked out how to do it safely. Yes, and this is really the deep insight about how make new things and do things better than there is over. Yeah, yeah, they'll shows the value of questioning. That's something really important. I think we can have in our minds. We've already made it up. But questioning is so important Yeah, also just this ability to think about what could go wrong so that we're prepared. They're often called the devil's advocate rights, so they can be a everybody comes into a room and have all these dreams and aspirations, and then they're they're. They're the ones that are like. Yeah, but if you thought about this right and need, that might feel like a Downer but that's. That's such a party pooper to me, but I know we need it I need it. 'cause on like two months down the road. They're going to be like. Oh, my Gosh, thank you think about that. You told me and I. Yes, I know so. What should we listen for with this conversation with Curtis and Laura Yeah They're often really really warm. Yeah, really friendly. They can be verbally rapid. Or go slow and hesitant. "That's the last week. Does she get arrested? Like do we get any explanation like we get nothing and I saw this movie. I'm like wow. She seems like a real bitch. But that's clearly. There's so much going on there. I don't think it's such a complicated issue for Amnesia shoes to be like. Let me present very complex mental illness in one scene with characters. You don't know I think there's a lot that gets like seeds get planted in the first movie. That call for a sequel. I think there should be a sequel to the sixth sense. I think it should be called the seventh. And you've been that doesn't make sense again like what I wanNA know. What happens with like now that like he has a friendly relationship with ghosts now. Like s at the end. We're supposed to believe so like what does that look. You have to be careful though because they will make that movie. Oh we don't actually want it if anyone is listening that's like maybe we should know we don't want you know because they just did that with the shining there. Were like what the people are wondering. You're like no one is wondering. Oh you mean with Dan like knowing gives a fuck. What happened at Danny so sorry? Hey let's talk about Haley Joel. Osmond he's had a lot of great roles Kale okay. Maybe you've seen him most recently in that Zach Ephron Ted Bundy movie anyone see that he's he's he's he's fine in that he his whole role in that as he goes up to Ted Bundy his ex girlfriend news. Like I wish you could get over Ted Bundy. That says he's crying. He's like I just Ted. Bundy is cock blocking me at every turn. So he's not given much but he does a good job. My favorite post six cents Haley. Joel Osborn role. Is the movie sex. Ed has anyone on the planet besides seen sex. Ed Okay so sex. Healthy man I only is not healthy for me. I was healthy. Because when I get when I get angry, I get so fucking angry and like. I go crazy. Dude I would like to see that side of you eventually. Does this whole phone fucking? Not? This is not funny this. Time you talked to me, this is the way. I think that you try to pay me as being a certain way. And Generali, what the page beauty or your Asterik is, and then when I disagree with you. You're like what are you? Know like. that. Ever disagree. I think I think that you like to disagree with me. Disagree will come to understand though like I I definitely agree with you and a lot of things, but you don't want to talk about the things we agree. To? We'll be don't disagree I interested. So. Yeah, you fucking every. You're saying that 'cause I don't act like you. I'm saying fucking if I was. If I was just trying to see you and try to say things that you like that would be funny recess. Individual. You been individual thing I met out here so far. Yeah, a lot of people you can tell like. I met somebody like other couple years ago. The next just like this dude and it is just like this. They're the same person. There's a whole group of people. A lot of people just choose like one of the. Cutout of personalities and all I want WanNa be that one and they become that. Personality that there's two hundred of and so I feel like when there's that movie. Was I move when? You go to sleep. In the thing was the by the new. Medium. If you like Goldblatt high school derailed accusation. They're all the same kid. They're all like these gangster he like. They look at the the same fucking old reviews mid mid mid age hippies. Nerve bugging dying. Down dozen diamond doesn't do anyone personality. It's. He. Think when people look at me. A lot of wall I think I'll. Still when I think about other people's like perception to me I. Think the first thing people think about is my height. So. What High Yeah! Actually like. Unless they're you know the same height as me or shorter than me, but usually people make some pretty short, so the first thing they think is like certain. This guy is short. And that kind of sets the tone for a whole, my whole relationship with a lot of people. Really. Know what you think of it like that. Maybe that's just like me being. Well you're also pretty short, so only everson hear your opinion is kind of. Does his balance as them sugar like. Me Talk Guys. They probably think lesson. Because dues Percy don't care. Yeah, you're fucking. Likes to play on bolts and anomaly. You'd like to be really angry. Sometimes, the order of says something I've been a lot of personalities like remember was just talking about how people see. There's a preset personality and then they choose it. I've chosen a lot of those preset personnel. They were like phases for me, and so I've gone through a bunch of different personality. Finding reason. What are you doing? Finally I've been the last face for a while I've been complete for awhile good. But. It's just cycle. Psychopaths this sounds psycho. Guerrilla. Honest if it sounds cycle IB psycho like washing. "Eighty. S Not saying I want everybody in the mom to come watch it podcasts, but ain't gonNA happen due to negative we can. We can talk about whatever we wanted the American bitch. Rights, nobody's going to listen to us until we have earned their attention. That goes back to my point. Why, we haven't his guests on became to build on what we are as individuals to actually have the people that we are. Do everything that you everything you've said. Everything that you have said in the last couple of episodes. Is Funniest Shit. You just don't think so. I'm trying to figure out. Plenty podcasts no with. It I think we have. Something in the kid just be talked people. We're the fucking view. Well, are we remember one? We recorded the first episode, and then sat for year, and then I listen to it again, and I was like. This is fucking hilarious, and so it's like. I don't try to be funny. But you and I are kind of like. Naturally like when we taught, we'll have a conversation. It just waste. Comes up and so I-. I labeled through art. Yes. I liberal. I labeled this a comedy because it just naturally happens when we talk about random shit, so what I like about this podcast is that we just talked about Ryan. I'm shit and there's funny parts in it ends up like on that one of us, so we're talking about tattoos and you're like. Talking. You were getting pussy tattooed on you. I don't. GonNa why it's funny I give. It was funny because you like, said it really quickly and I didn't react took. I agree with I'm just on just confused. Bag, but I was trying to be funny for funding Sake, but if we're not trying to be funny friends, it is natural. Can we just have a conversation without fucking subjects? Then we just talk as humans well I like the reasonably subjects, because sometimes shit on my mind. That I want to talk about like right now. What's on my mind is like the whole drug thing. Let's get into. This. So I have. By the way this has been my favorite podcasts. Like. I'm being overly honest I'm telling you like I'm. Not sure what's happening with this I'm trying to figure out because this full time. Why the fuck, I'm David here. Will be funny of. Let's give my input for something. Just supposed to talk okay. I wouldn't worry about being funny like I feel like. If you're worried about being funny, you probably wind up, not being funny. I, wish, I would have started I wish I would have been podcasting since two thousand nine. I haven't making videos since two thousand nine I. Just was not podcasts, but same anyways porn though. Back to drugs so I have the opinion. I which is ironic because this is the first time I we're not on drugs technically. On drugs, but we didn't do drugs before. It, just depends on what you think of like weak drugs, drugs, drugs drugs, and it makes her mental me. It makes you think differently, which is anything as ASPIRIN fucking drug? Anything's a drug, so I have the opinions ever all drugs should be legal in the world would be a better place if all drugs were legal, or at least the country will get place if all drugs legal. From us to ticker using that from your own, just belief system well I I've listened to a lot of people's perspective of it, and also just my own like. When I imagine like the things that could happen so. When I say all drug should be legal. A lot of people are like. Oh, you're a druggie and you just want to do drugs, but those people don't realize that I already have the power to do all the drugs. I don't need them to be so. That's kind of irrelevant whether I want to do drugs and. What the reason why I think drugs should be legal, is that? Right now. If you buy drugs if you want to say if you're addicted to crack like people are going to do crack, you can't make it. There's nothing you can do to make it so that people stopped doing crack or heroin or something. Counseling. The issue is mental. Ritz love. Most. Speaking Inglewood live, but as an ex heroin addict in dealt with a lot of people like the. Motion problems they just don't go with these drugs. Session killed avoid. If people just him and I just WANNA smoke crack every game and. There's people. Then there's. GotTa realize ninety nine percents of people are on this Kinda Shit. It's emotional. Problems is not because they just want. The only wants to wake up when they say I'm going to smoking crack one wakes up like that. No wakes up in the Moore's ahead with shoot up some heroin and my fucking veins. no-one does do because the motion problems. They don't know what it is it even if you don't it is. That is the case with a lot of with a lot of people, but I also think some people are just like any. Try this drug one time a kind of how I am. I don't not like I. Haven't had like a ridiculously hard life, so my point is. Is that going to happen though you can't? Like wants something has been invented like these drugs. You can't get rid of them I know where you're trying to say, but you also realize the whole industry to fight against them. Realize there's cops. Yeah the doesn't do anything they don't, but they do for their own family. You GotTa look now. You gotTA. Look not now this. You're trying to go culture now the prison. Condition. Culture cultural. Going to. These agents they have a family. They gotTA feed. I got sons and daughters us to all they're doing is trying to growing job, which is to make lead in every other drug illegal came in. Blame them on that basis, so there's no winning this grow your logic though your logic is hey, people have to have jobs, even evil people. That's not true not. East only can't they have us off your people away for giving drugs? Evil because they don't like what you do. No wrong with you then you're fucking evil to them. TOLD THEM UP wrong. No, I think it's able to lock. Delivered doing for smoking, weed or something maybe. You haven't medicine. Yes, we do work all around everywhere Colorado. We've got arrested once for smoking. We please tell me. People go to jail for growing. We'd of Colorado everywhere I have a computer, so I can't pull up. This is why we young Jamie. This is why we need. You know just as well as Texas. Yes, it did happen at all of the US people. Liked to use forgetting Alabama especially those crazy southern states I know about that suit. People don't know about this. People's go to jail. They did smoking weed and for growing wheat. They smell and not even. If you are smarter delicate strategy. You're related to the human culture. If you smoke if you just WANNA get high off whatever you WANNA get high off of. Hurting anybody else I think then you go to jail for that is so fucked the same hatred you have then. You better hatred. Okay, the same disdain you'd disdain. Don't try DA this call them fucking evil. You can't call someone evil without having some disdain about him because he would never just call someone I don't think layer evil as individuals ethnic. Able think because they think they have the same kind of gauge or whatever this kind of you have. To the people that trying to collect bills. They're just loyal to a fault to their government here and if you sleep that. Movement Alabama last week Wade into to kill somebody. Okay wait! You might auto peed on. All the people. You just. You can't make money in this. Honestly you can. Jordan everybody else's. Wife. Geraldine is the top, but he's typically table. There's middle people actually do. It's still too, but. It's it's hard work. Man, what you gotTa, do all this. You have to put all this production your end of the day. What do you want from this? I just wanted to. Yeah Okay you can't do it for that you have to do do. It do a lot a lot until it becomes kind of like. Boring like. An and then and then maybe we'll see. We'll see a little something after like two hundred episodes like we're on the six episode man. We. We got twenty two. Step service severe, so we're GONNA. Crush unburied buried on this. As of right now, this is the worst fucking podcast in the world. What do you think of like? That was twenty two views in the last episode minute twenty two. Exactly you keep on trying to promote the bullshit people in from what the people I've been telling. Twenty two people is more than nothing. And then they're sixty sixty views on the. Monterey and that's sixty people. It's like a magic, a room full of sixty people. I like that as good as like. If sixty people listen to us every time forever for like two hundred episodes. That's that's good for me like I can carry less of views I just want. The some ten tell him I think. We have a different. Viewpoint of through the podcast. Because I want to make some progress in this country, I wanNA. Make progress against what people. Feeling I'm saying we're good friends. I'm just saying our friendship is. It's kind of hanging all this podcast. We're doing I. Don't think so. I think we I. Think we hang out every week. You don't think we hang out because we're making podcast. We're talking to people like tons of this stuff. That doesn't even go on. They're like only the like funny like most interesting stuff goes on there, so it's like. It's not like we're not just talking. Is there ever going to be back without fucking camera? Yeah. "And that's the entire commercial off Radhia says off red active. Tattooed forearm. I'm guessing tattooed on my mind. The other thing that I would like to suggest is one that my mom used to do this around this time every year. It was a Cornflake wreath and not everybody does this. But I hit y'all with it real quick. See you do like a. Rice, Krispy, treat recipe with gigolo up anywhere, and instead of adding Rice Krispies cornflakes and with a cornflakes actually right before the cornflakes green food coloring. So you got like a real bright green marshmallow goo. And then you add in the cornflakes new cover those with the bright, brain, green goo, and and shape it into a circle. And it's going to make a giant Holly wreath that will be made of of cornflakes. And then you can just use for the berries wish you can kind of put all around the circle you can do red hots if you want I think that's a little weird. The red Eminem's also work, great or gumdrops. If you wanted to certainly seasonally perpet-. You can do one big one that you can cut into chunks or you can do, you know, if you want a little bit more work, you could make them into small woods individual res Pomona wax paper. They cool. And then you gotta gotta next going. It looks really festive. Everybody loves it Cilicia. And it's actually the corn is actually a really good counterpoint to the marshmallow. I think in some ways it's it's a little bit better combination. But that is my there's my my my Christmas recipe for our house to yours. So my only my only question to that is in can you upgrade from that? Or is it become too much can you use frosted flakes instead of the cornflakes or maybe even frosted flakes with marshmallows instead of the cornflakes safe reservation, which with marshmallows what color marshmallows, white, right? Yeah. Yeah. I mean, maybe I would look weird. I worry that the sugar would be too much. I mean, you wouldn't use frosted Rice Krispies in rice crispy, treats, right? It's like you need that that counterbalance can't spit in the face of God pats. That's right. Danny can't spend the face of God. And you can't make cereal bars in the wrong serious. Very cool. Offenses in my book. This has been delightful as always. The next time. I I'm not sure I'm doing the math. Correct. But I think I am insane. The next time we join you all will be our last episode of the year thing, and I'm mainly sided about that. Because that means new serials are just around the corner. Looking forward to January and getting those those hosted cereals of Connie bone, frosted doughnuts. Mailers tropical free pedals. All dan. I can't thing my friend. Be a song about that. One navy a little bit more of a tropical Jimmy Buffett vibe love that. Looking forward to the return of pop tart Serio. That's really tapping my mind come New Year's resolution time to your resolution. It's fine and eat that's cereal. The more. I eat is your becomes for everybody else. Let's just say that that the inverse is true, scientifically speaking. But air your position. Where can people find your work on social media if they wanna do that? Yeah. I am primarily active on Twitter at Syria net. Always like to tweet hill areas Cap'n crunch gifts. I like to. You know, think of random serial mixes, and maybe we can just have a little bit of a chat about badminton Caddyshack. Whatever else comes to your mind. Perfect, folks. Thank you so much. "Now, I was extremely excited to see we'd picked something out of the mail bag. If you want to write to us, I think it's male at bowl dot rest. Believe frisked, you can reach us there read all the mail. We don't have time to reply to it or read it all the show, of course. But we love getting your your emails. This comes to us from Kyle says. Hi, Justin, and Dan, if the time of year where we offer baked goods and milk to the big guy rice crispy treats, the red and green Krispies are great. And all, but do you have any creative cereal substitions that might make the marshmallow bricks more acceptable to Mr Klaus says, thanks Kyle. You Dan, you have any cereal based baked goods this time of year. You know, I do it's kind of an obscure one, and you kind of have to plan ahead if you really want to do it. But I think I might still have squirrelled away from the summer. So. Some Kevin crunches beach bash crunch, which was sort of a very very basic summer themed Riskin of Cap'n crunch crunch varies with a really like ripped beachgoing cabin crunch on the front love that. I mean, yet the pectoral don't have anything to do with my answer. But the point is that Santa Claus. Another white facial hair fellow much like crunch. I mean you've seen the movies. The guy has to think about winter all the time. So, you know, he's aching for that summer vacation every year. So you might as well just give them a taste of that local flavor. Local tropical flavor car with a little bit of the Cap'n crunch. I candy there as well. If you leave the box next to the bull, but I think that would really give him a good escapism that he needs in that like scientific half second that they say he spends in each house. I really every time around this year. First off I want to say things the first is this here is perhaps most notable to me because I am incapable of going more than twenty minutes without singing, the entirety of the free pebbles Christmas commercial if you ever watched that one. Because seasons. Greetings in our so pebbles and our bowls. I'm hungry. By puddles? Your bubbles. Tis the season to be sharing. Fred happy holidays, pal..

"I was very intrigued by your review for this week, Dan because I've never heard of this brand before. So hopefully, that's something you can shed a little light on for me. It's millville snicker doodle cookies with a K weird. Thank you. Snicker doodle Kuba keys sale. Yeah. This was definitely sort of dark horse contender for this holiday season. Because sugar cookie toast crunch again made all the big headlines for coming back from its brief hibernation bushes. Well, nobody was noticing millville which is an all these Storebrand, which I later found out is like a fifth level puppet. Corporation of like, a different half extinct cereal company. That's now being like half reanimated by some other corporate partnership. It's just all these layers of trying to understand millville is. But that doesn't really matter when you consider that this is an all these Storebrand cereal that is this first true snicker doodle cereal that we've seen anyone in their left or right mind would expect it from cookie crisp, but not from sort of these bug-eyed anthropomorphized little powder, discs that just really have stolen my heart this December. What kind of what are we looking at flavor wise? So yeah, it definitely looks like a piece of cookie crisp without sort of the chips and said sandblasted with just this amazing. Auburn sugars cinnamon coating that really infuses in. Into the more accepting base that really, you know, hoists cinnamon flavor on its shoulders for new something. That's not unlike a flavor blasted cinnamon teddy Graham, and that's such a high compliment rising. How does it? A tech surely hold up to like crisis like birthday cake, cookie crisp or what we looking at. Yeah. You can pretty much guess if you've had birthday cake cooking, crisp that's the same base here. And that's kinda why that Syria wasn't a successful. Because it lacked really that unique twist to it. So you've got the solid vanilla corn base as you tasted any cake or cookie. And really it's only up from there, especially in milk because where else would you put a cookie fair? That's a good point were made to be the other. I I think is so interesting to find unique store brands. I think a lot of people don't realize that the the the generics. If you prefer the Storebrand's, the white labels whenever you want to call them that they do their own original stuff too. It's not just copycat. Yeah. I mean, they've kind of been dormant for too long. You can't really. Except sort of the criticism that comes with being called crispy hexagons for too long them bully you. But yeah, maybe it's sort of a case like with the like the moon pie or the stake. Twitter's that kind of just banter back where like these companies don't feel like they have anything to lose. They might as well just throw whatever at the wall and see what sticks whether that's spaghetti cereal or otherwise, do you think there's any chance of this serial making its way to a bigger. Cereal manufacturers or getting called up to the majors as it were. It's crazy that you mentioned that because someone did send me a picture of another snickerdoodles kooky cereal with almost the exact same spilled name. But from a different random obscures sore Storebrand called Bailey foods that moment that I started uncovered the grand conspiracy behind in the process of writing up sort of an investigative piece on it. But the corporate webs, and like the spin off shell companies and the money in the Swedish banks, you never know. Like where you could see these nickelsville cookies next, Dan, this is our cereal. I mean. This is our cereal. Like, the podcast that will be cereal. Not our go cereal. God one of I I don't know how how deep into the millville mafia, you can get before disturbed disappear altogether..

"I also saw that. And this one actually got circulated pretty pretty liberally general mills. I can't even say thank you say damn. I can't say it. General mills is trying to start a monster cereal. Cinematic universe is what the headlines proclaim. So it kind of all started. When people started noticing giant sort of overtly sexy. Franken berry billboard that popped up. In. Los Angeles, New York basis, probably cinematic paradise is that makes more sense. But you know, let's shocking and itself enough to cause squealing brakes among other squealing things. But it also had a URL on it, and it was work with the monsters dot com. And if you go to that website, it's very or fischel in corporate looking site sort of very loosely talking in the standard count chocula lease that we've come to expect from other material. But it's sort of a proposal to filmmakers and other creatives to design a monster serial movie plot and then work with the conic brand icons themselves to bring it to life. So there's kind of an open Email. I've read others sources that said they're already hundreds of entrance into it. So it just leaves me to wonder what we might make out of a monster serial movie. I feel like. If you look at the sort of the basic DNA of the monster cereals pack when they were calling the Marsh Avella's sweeties so way back in the day. It was very much a competition between the three monsters as the who liked who cereal was enjoyed the most by children. I'm not sure that would play three grown monsters arguing about who has the most Alicia sweeties to children. I'm not sure that that would be ideal. It would seem weird to bring breakfast into it at all. And it would seem weird to leave breakfast out of it. Vote. The binary option of Syria breakfast, themes, or Nobre seems are both equally about today. The classic crunch twenty two that I like to talk about shirt. Yeah. For sure I I on the other hand, I'm guessing this might even be a submission. That's probably already in there. But because I'm sharing it here. I believe I'll probably get credit for it. If they make it because it's just too good would be literally just the breakfast club. There's five characters they're five monsters if you can if you count fan favorites fruit Bruton, yummy mummy. And if you bear with me, I bet we can align them all to specific characters because we have fruit brute, the cynical teen will flan aware tough guy. You know that bursting out. Yeah. The meal. Yeah. Estevez I feel I I feel I feel like Burberry has to be alley Sheedy, right? I was going to go with berry being more of the nerd because he's literally wearing a pork pipe hat in the area of like the post fedora death era time-line site. He's got to be made fun of pretty strongly. I gray that who. Okay. So who gets who gets yummy mummy in that case? I mean, yummy mummy's already sort of paying very flamboyant about the dress. So I can see very posh interpretation maybe count chocula if Tim curry wants to reprise his role as the Transylvanian sure that would be that would be excellent. I think the best thing about this story is that the website, and this whole pitch very make bunch makes it seem like. They don't know anybody. Movies. It's just like to you make movies. Do you what makes movies should these guys? We release. Movies. Yeah. This kind of testing the waters viability. They're just hoping for like an Email from maybe Steven Spielberg Michael bay, just saying no, no try again. This is anything try mobile game. Instead. Yeah. Now, see that would be very good. I'd play that. You know, there'd be so many like soggy tokens though, that's how they get the micro transactions..

"Now, Dan, you suggested. The story here a new line called high or happy inside cereals, and I had this is news to me. I had missed this. What are the happy inside cereals will? It's really a rare case if something we don't talk about often the Syria community, and it's things that don't live up to the hype. It's almost exciting. When things don't provide the excitement that you can tell from like sugar, cookie toast crunch or something that already sons exciting, but high happy inside a very cinematic title from the very forefront is being hyped up by Kellogg's for all of it sort of probiotic components in all the promoted gut floor. I saw there was a lot of PR stunts about it. But the comments that I receive at least in my circle, which I recognize is probably different from Kellogg's main audience was definitely not excitement and a lot of people who were like countering the science behind it. I don't really know anything about. The comings and goings of gut flora, but some people just weren't happy with I guess, the more basic flavors, the fruity sort of standard mix that we saw and all kinds of just I guess flavorful bacteria. Yeah. I'm not sure, Dan if you can taste the 'Bacterial ops for the design of the product. But I think it's great to be able to use the bathroom for sure. That I think we can all agree on that. It is good to use the bathroom. I'm not sure that that's necessarily something I need to target with cereal. I know Jamie Lee Curtis shields, Eric strongly, the her special yogurt helps her to do the Bimbo and that seems to be working for her. So I'm not sure if maybe you know, we can extend that to Syria. I guess I don't know. I think I think just what I find a little bit insidious about it is the the phrasing of the title, it's high and then happy inside. So is this just sort of happiness proclaiming. It's inside of you right now. It's like hi, this is happiness inside at the scene of your large intestine, or I'm just trying to read this name in different ways to sort of soften the blow of what's going to hit my gut. Yeah. You'll need a distraction to ponder while. You're in there. Some of the think about while Syria makes use the potty. You can see what a cereals really sort of trying to over promise something when you saw the cost of this one as well. Like, you can only get it in like book pack. Of cups or like Bigalow? Pouches and both options, I believe are over ten dollars an only at specific stores. So they're not really that many places. You can be happy inside. Even if you wanted to. But probably not happy inside your wallet. Either. I will say though, it looked and look really good. The the one that you featured here on the website in your top. Art is the blueberry, boom, boom. Bald bold blueberry. And it looks like one of my favorites. The blueberry on not blueberry Muffin tops that was the very excellent Malta meal product and also their request to come back. I'm really blueberry morning. Very morning love that love that one. It looks kind of like that looks like blue very morning. I dunno dried police varies are underused in cereal. I think it's a very delicious combination. A little hesitant about dry cereal fruit pieces in general is because of the the sort of chew bomb that they interjected every spoonful. My wife is a physician who has a lot of thoughts about probiotics. I asked her if this was real she said that probiotics are real unhelpful prebiotics to a lesser extent. The fibrous good, I guess, but I don't know if cereal is the best livery mechanism. So on this last point. She's obviously wrong. I think that any medicine I can get delivered to me via serial is a win. That's where I'm at. That's true. Maybe a fruity pebbles will come out with the line of Flintstones, gummy vitamins, vitamin cereal as well. Love penicillin pebbles..
