McClanahan (7-0) sharp again as Rays blank Orioles 3-0

"Shane mcclanahan pitched 6 strong innings to become the major league's first 7 game winner as the race shut out the Orioles three to nothing. Josh Lowe and Luke Rayleigh each homered for Tampa. Mcclanahan says there's a reason he's 7 and O. If you don't get wins, your boys behind you don't make the plays or contribute and these guys have gone above and beyond so do every single thing the right way and play hard and be great teammates and I'm lucky to be a part of that. Or you'll start or Kyle Gibson pitched well allowing two runs over 6 innings but fell to four and two, the rays have opened up a 6 and a half game lead over the Orioles in the American League east. 'Disarmed' Author Mark W. Smith on Ukraine and Gun Rights

"And bring Mark Smith in. He is the author of the new fantastic book disarmed. And it's actually sort of related to Ukraine, but it's completely relevant to what we're talking about. What the Ukraine war teaches Americans about the right to bear arms with Mark Smith. Mark, welcome to the Charlie Kirk show. Thank you for joining. Hey, thanks for having me on today. Well, you know, we had a little tech snafu. It sounds like there and I was getting on a roll there. So I apologize for getting in a little late here. But Mark, I'm so glad that you were available today because, you know, this gun issue with every one of these shootings that we see happen. It especially in these public places, it just the left goes crazy. Now we're all sad about the tragedy and Alan, Texas. But, you know, there is this issue about an armed citizenry that our founders understood very, very well, especially given the context of their historical moment, make the case to us why the founders were so wise in the way that they set up the constitution and the Second Amendment, the Bill of Rights, and make the case to the American people watching and listening, why we need to protect the sacred right. Well, the founding fathers, when they constructed the constitution and the Second Amendment's right to keep and bear arms, they read every single thing on the planet to give them guidance about how to best create a government that would not only govern effectively, but most importantly, it would protect the freedoms and individual rights of the American citizens because they are very concerned that they didn't want another king or some sovereign that would take away rights in the name of public safety or to just take over because of control. So the founding fathers codified the right to bear arms, which is a preexisting right. The Second Amendment, right, to keep embarrassed not create anything. It's simply memorializes a preexisting right to self defense, a preexisting right to keep and bear arms. Now,

Yeonmi Park: The Word "Profit" Is Banned in North Korea

"Talk about many difficult things. There was, again, most of this is incomprehensible to Americans. But when we're talking about a system of total state control, not sort of total state control. Any kind of capitalism, trade, is illegal. Everything must come from the state. Not most things. Everything is controlled by the dictator and the state. So even to trade or to have a little business is completely illegal and punishable by horrible things. Yeah, killing death. I mean, political prison camps are prison camps. The word profit is banned in North Korea. Because profit is not a good thing. Okay, so some people are going to be thinking, what does that mean, a word is banned? So what happens if you use the word like that? What happens? Commoners don't know where. They don't even know the word. Yeah. So when there's some foreigners with North Korea, they tell them, don't use the word prophets. And so commoners don't even know that's not even our fiction. We don't even talk about profits. But when you talk about, I mean, there are many things that are banned, but you talk what makes it a dictatorship of the mind. And again, this is so dark, it's difficult for people to process this. But if you said the wrong thing, your neighbors or your own family will report on you that this was constant monitoring of every single thing you're saying or doing

"single thing" Discussed on WLS-AM 890

"Not a single thing, a major policy area they have not screwed up. We got our kids being taught to hate each other based on skin color. We got our kids being taught men can be women and women can be men. Meanwhile, the kids can't freaking read. They can't read, but they're told that the white patriarchal knowledge is a constructive power critical theory of the left that this is the crap being shoved down the door. Everything they touch this cancer of government, they destroy. They are lying to you. These big banks right now are popping corks everywhere. There are bottles of DOM being cracked all over America at big banks and C suites right now. Because the Democrats in power, the Democrats in power, you heard the Biden speech. Have decided that they were going to screw over mid and regional banks, midsize and regional banks and small banks. By breaking every single promise that's ever been made, bailing out their tech bro buddy bank, which creates a massive amount of confusion about your bank wallet. You're going to get a bellow. We're a conservative bank. I don't mean politics. I mean, conservative and our investment decisions. So customers understand to me, you're like, well, I'm not sure I want to keep my money there. I mean, my bank's not a tech bro bank. We may not get the Democrat bailout. So I think I'm going to put it in Bank of America, because that's too big to fail. Now, again, to be fair to you listening at home. Some of you may say, Dan. Bush John snow and the Treasury Department and others and fashion blanket of the was the Goldman guy too. They supported this thing. They supported this thing, wasn't Jon Snow. It was the follow-up guy. Oh, Hank, compulsion, right? Was a Hank Paulson? He said, the Bush administration was behind this too big to fail thing, too. You are absolutely correct. Again, if you're listening to this show expecting me to tell you that republic repent, Republicans will solve all your problems, find a new show. This isn't it. Conservatism will solve all your problems. Republicans, I can do without. Not all of them, but most of them. That's why we don't do 700 guests on the show. It's hard to find good ones. We have a no squish rule. That rule is getting harder and harder to enforce. I get it, you're right. Swampy Republicans played into this too. But good conservatives, I know, never played into this. Ever played into this. They warned from the start that too big to fail was going to create a two tiered banking system of haves and have nots. And it's happening right now. And we don't have The White House right now, and we don't have the Senate. We don't have the regulatory infrastructure. The Democrats right now in charge, do you understand could take a stand and say we are not bailing out any banks? There's an FDIC insurance program that is a promise made by the government. We will enforce that promise, even though it's a stupid idea, but the rules of the rules of the rules, and if you invested in these banks and you put your money there, I'm very sorry. But other people can't bail you out and we're not going to make them do it. They've done none of that. They've done none of that. They've enriched their tech bro buddies and made a bunch of millionaire account holders very happy. Bailing them out that you're expense. They blame Trump, too, by the way. Of course, because that's just what they do and idiots believe it. Or that coming up next, we'll be right back. Hi, it's Larry elder, and I want to tell you about a man named George who wrote in about his experience with 100% drug free relief factor. George drive the garbage truck in Oregon that's ten hours a day of limited movement. And guess what that does to a bad knee? It's not good. The American Economy Is on a Collision Course With Stephen Moore

"Any connections inside this administration? Does anybody really believe that the economy is just hunky Dory and inflation is under control and employment superb? I'm just curious. Well, first of all, when you hear a clip like that, you're my first reaction is, where are the fact checkers? You know? Whatever Trump would, you know, sometimes presidents make a misstatement of facts. Almost everything out of his mouth is a statement. Every single thing. And so I just started by the fact that he gets away with that kind of thing. Do they believe it's okay? Because he's got a council of advisers. He's got a chief of staff. He's got a secretary of commerce. What's going on? Who believes this? Look, the economy would be absolutely booming right now if Trump were still president. We just kept with Trump's policies. I think this economy is headed towards a financial crash. I don't know if it's going to happen in two months or 6 months or 8 months or two years, but it's going to happen if we continue down this pathway. Speeding locomotive had a right over a cliff. Everybody I talked to who's opinion I respect in the financial and economic sphere tells me that people were just going to happen. If I knew that, I'd be rich, but I don't know when it's going to happen, but it will happen. Now, there's still a look, a Titanic has had a right to an iceberg, folks. Guess what? There's still time to turn the ship around, but Biden's like speed it up. Stay with these policy and everything explains just fine.

Young Rising Conservative Stars Receive Harsh Press Treatment

"Young rising stars of the conservative movement are receiving some pretty harsh and unfair treatment by the activist press. The actress press knows if they could take out some of the up and coming faces and voices. They try to do this with Madison Cawthorn, and unfortunately, in a lot of ways, they were successful. Madison Cawthorn certainly would tell you that he would make some different decisions, but he was treated terribly by the media and the establishment Republicans, and they tried to get rid of them. Now they are using the Madison Cawthorn playbook to try to go after many different people. I hope James O'Keefe ends up being okay through the entire saga of project veritas for human rights very closely on that. And I have not seen or heard a single thing that necessitates the departure of James O'Keefe from project veritas. Improvements, adjustments, disciplinarian meetings, fine. Whatever. He's got to stay. And this plays into a theme that we saw manifest in a story in The Washington Post of a total hit job, a drive by shooting of the truth against Anna paulina Luna. Who is terrific and is one of the most effective articulate and important voices in Congress right now. Of course The Washington Post would go after her with a long allegedly biographical story, which was completely dishonest. They would never do such a thing against Elon Omar, looking into whether or not Elon Omar falsified immigration documents because of something she may or may not have done to her brother. But some people just did something, right? Elon Omar, as her defense with her relations with her brother.

"As someone who actually experienced it firsthand, I should photograph. I started photographing my basement, the rooms that were in my house, all the objects we threw out, we threw out pictures of our kids, and up and down the block, people were doing the same thing. Try picture city street where every single house is emptying every single thing in it out into the street. So I met a person who was throwing out this old custom made dollhouse that had been his dwarves all House, and then his granddaughter saw a house. So talking to him was like sad and sweet at the same time. A lot of the things that people are throwing out seem very special to me and I know they were special to them. One thing I remember is there was a photograph or a an object that was made on the back of it and said made with love by grandpa. And it's just gone and there were statues trinkets, games, toys, and incredible trove of vinyl albums. Sandy made me realize how many really good neighbors I had and how much people were into preserving the neighborhood And there were a lot of volunteers. People came and took I help you. People just showed up from all over the city, actually all over the country. And then after a while, it kind of just dwindled, and people went back to their normal everyday lives. It was hard to sustain that degree of commitment, I think, but it was really sweet when it happened, and it gave me a great appreciation for being a small compact neighborhood. "Single thing that was successful. But I loved this one and I pushed it, by the way. It's at 7 7 8. Where was it last 7, 8, two? That means that of the people who watched it and voted the total is negative four. That is insane. That people are still watching this stupid piece of shit. Footage of like me failing to do what I intended because an earthquake happened. And that's not even part of the video. Nobody knows how it happened. What was the thing at the end radar or something? Right? Like, what the fuck was that? It's just something I am super implanted onto the TV set. I thought it was, I didn't really spend that much. What is the curse this video? In my mind that how much time do I really want to spend on this? And if I feel like more, I want to get that I know I need to stop now. Or I'll never do it. But Chris Boyle over is obviously perfect. Okay. What is the, what is this Reddit for, though? It's for cursed videos, but what are those? Is there a synopsis of what that is? It's just like weird place where it's really easy for the bots to object to anything. If you want to go to the format, take stuff that's familiar and doesn't threaten anybody and put some cool white text over it and what's the most obvious song tonight? Like some stupid, obviously Kurtz song, or he makes me fucking badass like this, that fucking destroys the whole late little mod premise. Do you get what I'm saying? It's a game played against the worst moms. I guess, but that seems a futile because it's not like they're going to understand they're going to think. It's been on the front page of courage videos for 6 months and they get to do a fucking name at it. Wow, can't they take it down if they wanted to? Nope, they tried day one. They hit them too hard emotionally. They made a reaction before they had a case. They're fucked. Okay. Wow. That's how the cookie crumbles. To get video. It is. I actually haven't watched it. It's a long time until right now. 42 seconds. That's too long. I want to watch it. I did want to be. I like that it was 42 seconds. Thank you. Obviously not intentional. So I set up this weird thing, I had my friend set up a weird Rube Goldberg thing. You can see all the pieces. I did not tell her to put the fucking boiling water on the floor. I have no idea. What the hell is she doing with boiling water on the floor? No idea. Yeah, that's weird because I definitely assumed that was part of that. The clothespins were supposed to fall onto the ladder. And you can kind of see where it goes from there, except just remember the water is not supposed to be there. I don't know. And immediately, once the footage is there, I'm like, okay, this is actually perfect as it is, forget everything else. And never tell me why yeah, you're better off not knowing. I mean, I did write something in that message. Are you trying to electrocute yourself? Don't tell me. Well, now, there's just a pot. Right? And it becomes the focus of the entire thing. Like the whole time, as it's like looking at the other side, it's like, wait, what was that? Why would there possibly which makes it cursed, right? It makes it feel really cursed because it's like, oh, here's the thing, and then also, I did happen to rig the startup of this so that there's like this black smoke that's almost undetectable coming from underneath the door, and then we go to the oh wait, there's the earthquake. The whole thing it feels cursed to be by now, of course. Check one, can I ever hear me? Hello. I might suck toes Joe has his hand up. That's so weird. You can say what you want to say. What do you mean it's so weird by my hand? I just want to be polite. I got a new headset. I don't know if it sounds better. My voice or whatever. Sounds pretty awesome. I'm trying to watch you. Can you just turn down the background sound? It's like extremely annoying and obnoxious, but I feel like you're aware of that. You see, like, what is the difference, really? Between something like that. And the mod saying on Reddit, I'm taking your video link. No, this is loud. I'm being louder. I'm louder. Yeah. Internet. Yeah. Yeah, I don't know, sometimes. Tell us the truth about something. Did you just say DuckTales, Zoe? What the? By fist like a hurricane trading crypto. You'll have that consent. I would love to see that. Yeah, that's embarrassing. I'll put the link. Rube Goldberg. That was my best idea at the time. Was it root machine? This is one of the first videos. That is Japanese girl keeps on the floor outdid me. I didn't sing it. I wrote the song, but I paid a guy on Fiverr like 5 books to make a recording. Yeah, that's against the rules. No, you can't, you can't have good, you can't do good. You can't do any production. You just have to find out. But the guy did a great job on the recording and he had this thing. I'm not a pretty tone deaf. I have to it's my old Google account. And then he came to us. Well, I had to sign into it all. I mean, my thingy there, like, can you imagine someone suggesting, well, that's another cursed video. It's like, it's like, why? Why would that be? Myron Ebell Discusses the Left's Climate Change Mantra

"The Biden administration, instead of looking to what you said, talking with our energy sectors, talking and saying, what can we do? If I can go to the American people and say, hey, for a short term here, it's going to hurt your pocketbook. But I guarantee you, I'm investing in American companies, American jobs to make sure that we live through this and come out stronger on the other end. Is it just become such a doctrine among liberal, especially the Democratic Party right now that this climate change doctrine is so dominant that they will not that they have trouble even fathoming the realities of where we are in energy consumption. Yes, I think that's true. And of course, if the Biden administration wanted to change course, they would have to eat a lot of crow because from day one, the day President Biden was inaugurated. January 20th, 2021, every single thing he's done on energy has been designed to constrict and limit American oil and gas and coal production. So what's the first thing he did on day one? He got back from the inauguration parade and he signed an order getting us back into the Paris climate treaty. He then suspended all leasing on federal lands and offshore and most of the west is federally owned and then the most of the offshore areas are federal. So it took a huge amount of new production offline. And we could go down the line here. I mean, even today, for last week, a judge throughout the Trump Gulf of Mexico oil and gas leases, a very large tract in the Gulf of Mexico that they leased near the end of the Trump administration through an auction, the oil companies pay. They don't get this free. And a judge threw it out because he said that Trump, the Trump Department of the Interior didn't go through all of the hoops. The Biden administration announced last week that they will not challenge that in court.

I want to pick up from what I last said. Okay, if you're willing to engage people in good faith conversations, I think the important thing is to realize that the end of those conversations if you don't agree You can let the other person being wrong. That's okay. You don't have to agree with every single thing. Everybody believes for you for you to be friends or for you to have a drink with them or for you to socialize with them are beautiful with them. This is crazy that you have to say this, but if you're true, it's right. Everybody is trying to win and be right. Stop it! Stop reconcile with the truth, That's all that needs to be done. And the truth is sometimes we disagree. Right, and you can lift our book had have impossible conversations. You can let friends be wrong. That's okay. If someone doesn't agree with you. In fact, it's probably good because then you get a more interesting conversation. Yes, spiritual conversations, and those conversations won't affect The base of the friendship underlying structure. Is that your person who loves the truth, your relationship is Aristotle Talks about this. The highest form of friendship is Between that of two virtuous people. You say what you mean your forthright in your speech. You're not sneaky, You know, Liar. That's how you have relationships that matter and with the corrosion of trust in our institutions, and with the university's beset by madness, we are also losing. We're not just living in a society. We're losing our relationships. We're losing our friendship. We're losing our community here. And we need.

"Is the limit on his power? And I think what we see is that there will be no limit. So before I let you go. I want to get into how you would approach this. We're already hearing states' attorneys General. Get into this conversation. They're going to fight this governors like Christine O South Dakota, saying. See you in court and others doing the same. You're the lawyer. You're representing the state of Indiana. What is your case? How? What is the case? You're making to why this? This regulation from OSHA should not be allowed to stand. Simply that it's beyond the authority of the statutory authority that there is no authority for the president will say, Oh, shit to do this, that it is not an occupational safety matter. It doesn't fall under the regulations, and therefore they have no power to do it, just like the CDC had no power to men. To mandate evictions, even though the government claimed that was health related that you know that was within their power, So I think the first thing you need to do is focus. On whether they have the authority because if they have, don't have the authority, it doesn't matter whether it's constitutional or not. None of that matters. They can't do it. The OSHA OSHA is not a you know, regulation for, you know. Controlling every single thing the business does. And I don't think that this will fall under. You know what Relates to OSHA because normally OSHA has to do with things that are work related. You know what sort of materials there you use. Are you using a proper ladder? Do you have proper supervisors there? Do you have oxygen available all those sort of things. Now they're saying that they're going to require that just to even hire somebody they have to have had a medical treatment. That I think is a stretch. By the way, OSHA, the Occupational.

Did you talked me well. And there's nothing wrong with standing up in standing up to a challenge in taking it on so and the other thing about maybe just tell me about. What is your super skilled like. What is it that you're good at. We look at your business career things. Obviously you know you know about photography and all that. But what are the things that you would say you know made you and your brother. I guess successful me personally andrew. I've always been sort of the front know. I enjoy dealing with people. "Know when when someone says. Oh my god you look so pretty today you could say well thank you I'm super awkward comments. I don't know what to say to that. But thanks in be like okay fine. Don't worry about it. Do you want me to not call them at you and then you can say no. It's okay. I just. I don't know how to take it. There's no wrong way to do it. It's all good. Nobody sitting there saying he doesn't know how to take a compliment. You know somebody might be feeling like oh. You're so hard on yourself. You don't need to deny every single thing but nobody's nobody's judging it that harshly and you know i could definitely understand why you'd want to get better at taking compliments. I think that the the kind of correlation in your mind is probably accepting compliments means that you are actually feeling better about yourself which is a perfectly valid gold. Have so with that you know the areas where you feel the most resistance when someone compliments you or says something to you. That's that's acknowledging you. That's something to pay attention to you. Know if you're taking compliments about You know your work or you know the way you're dressed or something like that but when someone says oh you're such a good person and you feel like an instant awkwardness. Maybe you bristle and you don't feel like that's correct or you feel defensive. That's something to pay attention to you. In that moment i would. Default is saying you know. Thank you because you're thanking them for trying to make you feel good for for trying to find things to recognize new right because they thank you but then tuck that away to like okay. This is pretty consistent when people are saying that. I'm good or kind or something like that. Why do i feel so defensive. It awkward about that in. That's something that you can keep in the back of your mind to dig into on your own time later on but again accepting a compliment you know saying thank you That doesn't mean that you're on the same page..

There's a comfort that comes from every single thing that could happen. I know what i would do. Or i have negated that being able to happen. And if your brain is looking for that to be the solution and if you don't ever get there then you don't ever act but nothing else in life works that way. And that's why i give people permission to say it's not reckless to let go of that need for certainty. If you think about an athlete that plays sport play the. If you're a defensive football player then fill you don't play. The office is going to call. They literally have people pay fulltime salaries to disguise what they're going to do. If you all became power super-powerful manifestos think of how quickly you would actually bring about your own physical ending because you if you manifested every single thing that you wanted imagine how overrun your planet would be with manifestations have stated this before you're you're you're oceans would be full of yachts and your your your earth would be full of sports cars in vacation homes and and sex parties. Who knows what you're manifesting. When you allow yourself to believe that you can have everything and allow it to manifest instantaneously which you can but vibrational flow is going to guarantee that you do not and that is a great gift to all creation is having this vibrational flow because all of those things if you could manifest all of the things that you desire that you believe that you desire you become so bored with your your physical experience so fast because you're wanting is what drives you so it's okay to want it's completely okay a one.
