"My clients live the best life that they can live through my continued commitment to be the best person i can be so i have one program. I have one commitment to that. And i also am most likely gonna work on a on a fourth book because the blackboards my third book. I'm going to work on a fourth book around this concept of super high performance. And how all of us can actually reach a whole new level of energy so that especially during this time when there's so much pain when the so much suffering when in fact the world has been trauma and it's still going through a trauma actually yes interruption of energies covid was is is to bring awareness to what we're really capable of and also continuing to become aware of the blackboard that we may create even after when we dealt with some because the truth is example. If if i were to lie to you for some reason at some level in my nervous system i've just died to bring a ball to life. You know so it's a continued journey and and you're right in the book toes because it's important is it's not just important for me to shed a story. It's also important that people have a framework. How do you actually start to release these bibles and then also the stories of other people write in the book that i've actually done the work. Because there's actually i talked about four different types of book rita. You have the book read. That reads a book. That doesn't do anything with the book stays on the show. You have the book read. It reads the book but then doesn't take an action. But i don't write for decree to one and two. I re read facebook. Rita number three and four. Which is the person that reads the book and takes action. This is the person that you see. An event comes up to you and said you. Your book changed my life. Will statement comes from an action on actions. An us in book read number four. Who reads a book. Just like i do and i read a book from an expert and i'm like they know this then i want to know more and then they dive in and they go into the depths of at she what they're able to create. Maybe that's for an event or whatever so it's important for us to identify with where we are in terms of our own education learning what we do from what we hear. Because you'll podcast right. Mindfulness mode and sharing over wisdom. If people just take one thing and they go this is the action steps that i'm going to take from listening today. Then they will actually create a solid foundation. It's just like table. You start to put those legs under the table and you start to build your confidence because you've taken the window of opportunity from what you learned. It wasn't just knowledge. And i think that first step mindful tribe is to get the book the black ball by simon level. Get that book and read it and do the exercise use the tools. Don't just read the book like we've been talking about do go to simon lovell dot com as i m o n l. o. v. e. l. l. dotcom simon. It's been a great honor to have you on the show. Thanks so much for being here on mindfulness mode. Thank you so much for having me. My pleasure bye.

"And if i don't resolve that what is the continued impact on my relationships on my ability to grow a business this dealing with over time with entrepreneurs you get blocked to get to the next level because something from the past hasn't been resolved so bullying pay played a massive role in my evolution. But also i look back at it and it was. My pain became my purpose right. I can use that for good. You know so now. Obviously i have. I'm very empathetic right. It's a gift to me but also there's a side of me which is like very honest with people about actually what it takes to create transformation because crane. Transformation is is doesn't feel good in the most of the time why because we're trying to avoid a feeling anything that we want to do. Not doing that's going to take us to the next level. We're not doing it because we're trying to avoid a feeling. The child is trying to avoid the feeling right. So i know that so many people have been through building. You know what we need to do is we need to change our perspective y. That believe bullied instead of actually saying to ourselves it was about me looking at the bully and saying it was the bully that had something missing from their heart. And that's why they needed to put us down to make themselves feel better. Now we can understand that conceptually with the conscious. Mind if the subconscious mind doesn't actually get it and it's not being resolved and we will continue to a life. What a bully still wins. You talk about superglue in your book. Emotional support for glue. Tell us about that well. Emotional intelligence is critical to success and get into that next level and is also talk about an jetty intelligence right so we need to start to understand ourselves a much deeper level when it comes to our emotions right emotional intelligence is about gang hsun with yourself so you understand how that plays into how you react and show up in the world. It's also understanding other people's emotions so that you can understand how to to deal with other people right so the more that we start to integrate which is about the the emotional And emotional intelligence the more that we start to integrate the moment we start to feel happier and it's all about energy when we start to become more emotion intelligence and more energetically intelligent that shifts an genetic system. We've become more self aware. And of course we know that. Self-awareness is spiritual spirituality. Right yes as we increase our self awareness we free up energy to be able to go create and do things and that's what we feel inspired and we feel happy. We feel happy in an inspired and we feel that we can do our best work when our energy is high but most of us are running on a ten percent battery and then we then we maybe get it to twenty percent and then we go back down right but if we don't understand what capable of energetically with will always continue to live a mediocre life and my job through the consistency in depths of what i hope people accountable to is to create what i call a separation for example bruce. I'm sure that where you are in your life right now in your body right you think to yourself. Well maybe years ago. I didn't feel this way. And now i feel the best i can be and you also probably know that in a year's time you say the same thing which is god. I couldn't believe i felt that way. Right that's shifting energy right so you know. I'm just very aware that. I have a whole next level of energy to co two. You know and i will sit here going on our interview with bruce. I thought i felt great. Yeah yeah yeah. It's quite a sense. Ation yet is one of the things. I loved about your book. Simon was that not only. Did you tell incredible stories. And you made it so real but then you gave us tools to use and you said in that book that one of the problems you know. A lot of people read books. They read books. They listen to podcast. They learned but they don't stop and do the work. And you provide that you provide the tools and at the end you. You have five questions. Everyone needs to ask to find their black ball. Can you share. Maybe one of those questions with us one of the really important questions. I ask myself law and also ask my clients and is in. The book is around triggers. What are the triggers. Bring up different emotions view so that you can resolve them right and i talk about something in cold. Kt is i'm business. We have kpi's we measure business right through kpi's a numbers. And i won the listeners. To think about kfi is key emotional indicators. Let's just say that you've you've woken up and you've meditated and you're like oh my god i feel great today when you're in that state of conscious awareness and you're in choon more with nature and the people around you more sensory. I want you to notice the thing that drops your energy. I want you to notice the next thing that triggers you because it's in the awareness that we can end that she's thought to resolve that trigger also potentially remove triggers for example. It might be a social media post from an ex partner example. I might be looking at a bank account for example and once we can start to become aware of our triggers. It's only then that we can start to then create the separation from that that she thought to observe it. This is react to it right. Wow well i just think doing the work is so important and so. I'm so glad you shared that with us. So what next. What are you working on now in your life and what really excites you simon. I am dedicated to results and dedicated to helping.

"Energy being pulled down and pulled away from us when we are playing a character. We have a mask that we wear. And that's to protect ourselves the time sometimes it can actually be powerful when we for example bringing in someone that we want to model in the world and then we can actually use positive energy but for me you know what was happening on. The outside was not reflective of what was happening behind the scenes and so there was a lack of authenticity and so for me that quote represents a big part of my journey which is actually really starting to become authentic can speak about what is actually real. This is actually hiding it because we're trying to protect ourselves and the reason why we try to protect ourselves because we feel lost most of the time. I'm not going to share. Who i am because i fear. I'm going to lose somebody if i share who i really. I'm on social media and clients want want to hire me if we continue to live an inauthentic life right. What we're going to continue to do is be pulled down and a genetically and then we're not gonna know who we are. We're going to become very confused. The more that we can start to actually own take ownership of the parts of our life that we've you know split off from then we cannot she bring that energy back into ourselves then that new level of energy is creation that new level energy is powerful. That's called authentic power within power so important but if we continue to live ally than would just basically living the life as a people pleaser simon. What does what does meditation look. Like for you in your life personally so as i mentioned before consistency in-depth so a lot of asked me. We'll give me a meditation technique. Well in my program. I'm giving people a lot of different techniques but the key is to get them to their first hour with a six week period. And so for me. I go into depth. I meditating typically you know maybe one or two hours a day. And i'm meditating for at least forty five minutes so today's it was a forty five minute session and i'm using that for different things. Sometimes i'm gonna use it like i said for creativity for a business idea. In fact the book the black came from. I think in our meditation. You know some of my business ideas generative me. Millions of dollars have come through meditation so me it's about streaks which is consistency and creighton not disciplined also going deeper and really going down to the next level of consciousness instead of using. Meditation is a tool. Because i feel off which is why people meditate. Oh i don't feel good. So i'm gonna use meditation to come back to a place of feeling good. Well that's just the beginning if you actually meditate. When you're feeling good you will shift into a whole new vibration because if you just meditate when you're feeling stressed and you come to feel normal again you basically reached the normal line goal is to go beyond the normal line right right. You mentioned being bullied as a kid. I know you were bullied quite a bit. You talked about it in your book. Can you share with our listeners. Your story of being bullied and how mindfulness can help people who are being bullied. Yes so one of my first billion events which actually came to me. After i published a book was when i was about six years old and he's actually through teacher at school so at school and i wanna listen to imagine a room a room of children on a room of classroom an in this room. There are say twenty kids and the energy of that room is green to green being positive. So imagine then if you're six years old and you're you're in this room and you're playing and you're talking about the simpsons and you're you're playful and then a teacher who's very angry for whatever reason of course i don't understand six five or six years old. What is teachers angry. He comes into the room and he says white smile off your face level and then sends me in a room and shamed me in front of the kid to go and watch the wallpaper. Full of the wall will add key developmental age of that age. What am i doing that room. As i sit in that room multiple times by the way from this teacher. I'm th- i'm now creating a of your good enough what's wrong. You're bad now when it comes to our present life that interruption of energy from green to red when he i'm being shamed by the teacher it's called hyper arousal. And it's hyper arousal. That sends you into fight or flight. And i thought doesn't get resolved. You will continue to live a life. Where for example when i'm seventeen years old and i get bullied in a in a in a shower room by a rugby kid will now now based on the event with mr smith where i was bullied by the teacher. Do i now stand up to the bully in the shower room. Do i cower. I cower so the event with mr smith now impacts the bullying when i'm seventeen now moving through the time not in my life do i now stand up in a relationship a do. I have a healthy relationship or do i have a codependent relationship. I have a codependent relationship. Now when i try and build a business is easy or is it hard. Because i'm worried about what people think. So if we don't resolve the initial event from mr smith energetically and get into energy system and resolve it. It's like stripping off all of the polls to make the green buses red so bullying is trauma guy word trauma so most of most of us are living trauma were living as children in an adult body And the triggered the we get when we are triggered is from the from the in a child. that's not healed. It's not the adult right. So it's very important to understand and identify how i had trauma i in energetically event. That's not being resolved..

"Entrepreneurs business owners so at the time. I was running a company helping personal trainers so people would come to the house and we would have an event called spiritual hustle for example and people would come here and start to lend to meditate. But i would also meant to people you know. I would have breakthrough sat in a chair outside but his swimming pool with people who would come to me And just using my intuition. I would create big breakthroughs for them. you know for example. I remember one time osa In a in a chair with someone and a lady who is very overweight was sat in the chair. She wanted to be you. Know what fitness and nutrition and then. She was talking to me and she started to talk about. You know the fact that she had a food addiction. And then something intuitively kicked him with me and said you know is a story and then she got really frustrated with me right denial And then we broke through that and then three months later. She's in the best shape of a life. Because i was able to to break a pattern for her so the event it was called the transformation ranch an i i loved it for the events but when it came to actually what simon wanted what my heart wanted like. It just wasn't me you know it just wasn't a i needed and i think the ego does a good job of of spending a lot of money. You know what we need and require and then there's what we desired Is just you know like material success. Your you're feeling down so you spend money because your emotional you know so I it served. Its purpose for the length of time that we were there and so what do you do now. You don't have the property. So do you still do live events. I know it's kovic right now. So i'm sure you're not doing them right now but tell us what your life looks like now so i live in donmar i mean i live in a beautiful property just a couple of blocks from the ocean. It's just not as elaborate. As what i had before I now basically help. Ceo's entrepreneurs founders. Lee does get into the best place so that they can then grow their business. And i have a program called the performance formula and in the way it's different and i think is just good to share about how this actually works is in order to in order to create transformation. We actually need consistency in des right so find it a big struggle to actually hold us accountable. So what i do for forty two days is i hope people accountable to be the very best self through six different stages in fact one of them's called the black ball games and that's actually in stage to where people start to let go and then what i find that consistency and also the consequence which is if you don't take the actions every single day then as a potential that you can actually be exit out the program then it creates a discipline of self and in order to write. She grow a business to the next level. We have to become discipline with self right our own self care right letting go of the things holding us back. Because if if. I'm for example to work with ceos with two hundred employees for example. If i just pile on something new to that person. It's going to create overwhelm. What i do is i strip things back so that someone can move to the next level and i use the phrase. A balloon cannot rise if there are ways holding it down So what i do. Is i cut off the weights and energetically shift the things that are holding people back. For example i work with a very successful lawyer and he had thirty years of anger. Now how does that impact business will impact the business. Because if you're angry most of the time you're gonna react to your clients if you are angry and in you've got something unresolved within then you're going to take that into your personal relationships and actually impacting his relationship with his wife and his children. And so that's very frustrating. Someone that doesn't know how to deal with that and how to resolve and how to complete that so we're either unaware even aware of something and not doing something about it and it's not being completed which is wire and pain or we are unaware of what the problem is and therefore that becomes very frustrating in his case he was unaware that the reason why he had a lot of suppressed boy now expressed anger. There was suppressed in subconscious was because his father less with when he was young and he had not completed the process of feeding result in his body. So i go in go into the quantum field. I get into that and jetted system. I resolved and now he doesn't have the anger. He doesn't have that energetic charge. Which now means he can. Now go about especially during covid right. Go and become unstoppable unshakable and actually start to create momentum because it frees up energy and in order to get to the next level in business you have to have energy and so if you go anger or anything that's unresolved. That's dragging you down. Then you're gonna compensate. You might numb yourself. Like i did with with with with alcohol or drugs or whatever it is it might be poor and it might be whatever the thing is right. It's to take on mind away from us ourselves and so the process about she. Completion is very important from a spiritual perspective right about she. Completing the things are uncompleted. Difficult conversations resolving pass relationships dealing with all the all of those things and then the actual process of going deep into meditation right and actually going into that place where we're actually starting to resolve things in actually use. Meditation is a creativity tool Is a very important. For our own growth our own happiness fulfillment. Because i'm ready teaching this from a place of. Hey listen. I know that you have a business and you wanna make money right now that you want all of these things but we need to also have you been feeling good fitting fulfilled at the same time right. Your website is simon level. Dot com s. i m. o. n. l. v. e. l. l. dot com. Check out mindful tribe and the book. The black ball very powerful now. It's not a long involved read. It's very quick easy. Read but wow. It'll make a difference in your life. And i noticed that the front of the book you included a quote in. I just wanted to comment on this. It it's this depressed is the need for depressed from the character that we'd been playing in the world that's from jeff foster comment on that on that quote if you would simon..

"You will pick something on your face. Oh you will d like there's an action for when we're thinking about something that's an action that we take so i was juggling bowl. This bowl was this energy outlet for me because of my mind is like racing right now. Like i'm thinking like why can't i talk about. Is this my window of opportunity tonight to talk about my going to leave my gonna leave and you know not have this chance to be able to share this thing and i was getting like super know anxious about this so anyway so once it's sits up and going to the hot seat and then it was my turn and my heart. Pounding maha is difficult. Do dum dum dum. And i sit in the in the hot seat so to speak and just everything's slowed down. Everything became ready present and the person my roommate who i told i now not told her what i what the thing was. I didn't step in for. But i said i didn't step in. She said simon. What was it that you didn't step in for now. I was thinking to myself. Keep another thing. Yeah she's like right in the gut because she knows me she knows me and she knows you know that she's gonna take the edge so they're here and with this black ball in my hand and my heart's pounding and i said you know when i was young you know when i was six or seven years old i had a i kind of made out with a guy. I had an experience with another with another boy and this black ball launched itself from my hands and it launched onto the four. it was. It wasn't like me throwing. It was just like literal energetic like a jolt like lightning bolt from the universe hit me and boom and then everyone in the room like present with this bull and and then you could have asked me anything in that moment. You know and i let go and i felt this like white release because i've been holding onto this thing anyway. Turns out this this whole this was just the start of a journey that this you know that this had and then more people start the chevys blackball stories with me and they would go through these massive transformations you know. So that was the short version of the story and in the book you tell a with such a great storytelling ability. I mean you did hear tube to read the book. i literally couldn't put it down. It was just it was so captivating because you were being so vulnerable. And you're you're telling your thoughts and your feelings as you move through that. And what kind of changed did this make in your life than simon. As a result of sharing this and being vulnerable after a series of events were made a conscious decision to move out of the house in the car. I truly believe in my heart that it was that moment of the release that i think is like a week or two weeks later. You know. I went through like a massive spirit awakening which i captured on facebook. And i'd been through love spiritual experiences now. Being done i oscar ceremonies. I'd worked with like energy. Workers linked to tony robbins. Like you know i. I've done a lot of stuff. This moment of awakening was nothing. Like i'd ever experienced like my whole body was shuddering to a level the i just couldn't comprehend and after that moment my life was just very different like i didn't compare myself to other people like i just felt like a like a settling into my body and you know people talk about feeding piece you know. I just felt different and you know after that time. It took me a lot of time to recalibrate to to life again. Because i'd wrapped up so much my identity and things basically like external drivers seeking validation. You know and so it's stripped away that it was you know i. I know people use the word ego death. You know kinda like that on the sleep but it was like i talk about the true self you know. There's a great book with five. Regrets of the dying and in one of the regrets is I wish i lived their life true to myself. Well if felt like. I came home to me. That's how it felt it was. It was very powerful and But it seemed like you were able to spring back like from from What i learned in a book about you that you have this incredible ability to spring back from whatever it is. That is your challenge in life. Has that always been the way for you. I have never really for a great period of time done something. I've not wanted to do. So for example. If i've had a business and that is fell off. I would go there. You know i. I'm someone who doesn't continue something for too long. And i think that the more that we grow the more that we spiritually evolve. Actually what happens is is that we start to show that process like if we're in a relationship and then we'll we'll we'll speak up to us frost salvos fast or your business relationship. Then you'll let go of a quick. So i think as we grow as we evolve. We don't tolerate things for as long. Why because we get more sensitive like our body gets more in tune and the more that you get in tune with yourself and you connect with yourself you will start to notice the differences of when things feel right when things don't unaware in your now unaware stage of your life and you've got the foggy nurse or you're drinking law and you're taking drugs like i was. You don't know the difference because that's your world right. You know so the more you close your eyes imitate the more you get into your mindfulness mode the more that you actually start to become a tuned and connected and then that becomes your compass. Why because your body like i said universal snap. Your body is very intelligent. Your body keeps the school. Have a great book. and And so yeah so. My buddies sickening to me. Do i turn left to right. What do i do here. So you had that one and a half acre property and you had a lot of events there. Can you tell some stories about those events and what you learn from them. So i work with.

"Something and the more you try the more frustrated you get. Maybe you get a little depressed. You get discouraged. You wonder why things aren't moving forward the way they should be in your life and you're just feeling like you're maybe a bit on a downward spiral and what is going on. And why aren't these things happening. Well today we're talking with a super performance experts. He's an emotional intelligence coach but he's written a book that will maybe make it clear to you what's happening in your life. It's pretty powerful. He just sent it to me a couple of days ago and i. I'm to say that i was able to read. Read the whole thing right away. This is simon lovell simon. It's great to have you with us. Welcome to mindfulness mode simon. Are you in mindfulness mode today. I am definitely in length homeless mode. I make sure that before. I do anything in my work day. I've already brought myself into a place. Where i mean a high vibration. I'm in a different energy. So that i can make sure when i'm on calls or interviews that i'm at my best. Well it was fascinating reading your book. You have had a very fascinating life. Some real ups and downs and and It's just quite fascinating. Not only learning about your life but you made it very clear about how we can dig deeper into our long lies and do the work and move forward so before. We talk about those specifics. What does mindfulness mean to you. Simon mindfulness means to me just being aware of bringing ourselves back home to ourselves connecting with our body. You know so i call. I call it. The universal slap they're reminded Of the universe that we need to bring ourselves back to ourselves now. Your book is called the black ball. Does anybody else have a secret. And i thought well that's interesting. Does anybody else have a secret. You know and as i read the book of course it became clear why you put that on your cover. But let's talk about this book and how you came to the point of writing it. Well i like you said. I've been through a bit of a journey and i always wanted to be successful. You know when. I was a kid i remember working on the in plano video games right magazines and stuff and i always for some reason. I had this idea in my head. I wanted to be a millionaire. I wanted to you know supercar. I wanted to be cows and so in up you know. I started to move towards that. And i went through a lot of bullying when i was at school and bullying. I start to myself and through isolation i really then just got to this place where i started to get involved in my lady is in addictions and i hadn't connected at the time that the opposite of addiction is connection and so when we're addicted to something or actually needing to become connected and so went through you know in my teens and you know up until the age of thirty just my pattern was was alcohol. Smoking drugs and gambling. That was my weekend sequence. And so i was in this very unaware stage of my life and it just i go to this breaking point it was in two thousand ten and i was meant to be at my sister's house for christmas lunch. It was in the morning. I've been taking drugs the night before. And i looked into the mirror their sweat dripping down my face and i was just like super anxious. Anyway i will go to my sister's house and I walked up. Says i go into my nephew's bed thomas. The tank engine play sheets. Everyone was downstairs and i was just exhausted anyway. I left that day kind of ashamed of myself and but it was that kind of point of turn you know. I think we all have those times in life where we have like a turning point just the turning point where it's something shifts and that was that moment for me and so then i started to get my life back together. I started to hire mentors. And i built my company and i had that drive. The trouble with was my drive to be successful. Came from an underlying unhealthy. Kind of screw. Screw you to believe type of mentality. Anyway i moved from the states. I built a million multi-million dollar company. But every time i was building i was shooting for like material things. You know. Things extra extrinsic drivers. It was the car it was the house. It was anything to make myself feel loved ryan from others. It was the external motivation and at the time wasn't realizing that the this was happening so we got to the point in two thousand eighteen. Where i go. I kind of wanted i had the big house. I had at one point five acre property in california. I had left ferrari outside just a acquired all this stuff and then someone invited me to a connection games event in the place called. Nca nita's here in california. 'cause i was i was in a real turmoil in my business and i was asking this question which is where am i leading people to like if i go all of these things and if i reached you know this quote unquote success. Then where am i actually leading people to if i'm not actually fulfilled and i'm not really happy so i went to this home and During this night of connection games You would sit opposite someone and you would say something like you know And being here on mindfulness mode. I really appreciate you wanted to have me on and i feel in my heart. I feel very grateful and then knew it. Say whatever you feel right about that and so you go back and forth you go from basically having surface level compensations to deeper level of conversation and And we played the games. The games went on for like an hour or so and then there was. This game called anybody else in this game. You get into a circle and you step into the circle and you say something. Like you know i i feel isolated and i sabotage relationships and anyone else feels the same way steps into the circle because a big part of feeling isolated and lonely inside and depressed and anxious is that we think we're the only person going through the issue right. We put ourselves in a mental box and so someone stepped into the circle and they said something and it resonated with me but i Frozen couldn't step into the circle. Now by this time i'd invested over two hundred fifty thousand dollars in personal growth and so i was very self aware and i was like. Why can't i step in this. This person mind that stepped in and being vulnerable an. I was frustrated. Because i wanted to step in for me I also wanted to step in for him. But i couldn't do it on. My body was frozen and this is really interesting. I just can't do it so anyway. Tonight went on. And the route time i told my roommate. At the time there was thing. I couldn't step in for and then we went to play the final game which was called hutsi. And in this game you can ask anyone questions mode new medium spicy questions and on the way over to the sofa to play this game. Those black ball on the floor. Is that you juggling ball just the size of a grapefruit him so i picked it up and for anyone who has like anxious habits then you will pick your fingers twelve your hair..

"What can you? Give. It might not be a thing. It might not be an item it might be like hind somebody, right. But what can you give? Maybe it is that you're going to go on social media and just like give one hundred bucks away or something or or just you know something to. Lift. People up. You know you don't need to do the things that I've done. But I can just tell you now that the big intention around this was like in my in my darkest moments in time I fell rarely. Like hopeless and I've felt just. There isn't a way out you know, and of course, we're going through something like we think it's going to be forever right. But just that not small. Opening of what he said, and then that she doing it and taking the action like it got me back up again he got me back into feeling good. It got me back into a different mindset. So if you're in a place right now and in in things on going in wealthy you and your in a bad place and you happen to be listening to this podcast at time of darkness and sadness. I would encourage you to do what I did. I would encourage you to. To take an action of giving. and. That could be a coffee it could be a thing. It might just be somebody you have that you feel feel attached to. Maybe it's maybe it's a bunch of books the shelf and you WanNa give those away you know when I go. Walking Buddha and also my run down here in Doma. Every time I walked to the left not to the right. I see I sometimes go left. Go Right. But when I go to the left there's a there's a home and outside the home, there's a little cute little. The house like this title or wouldn't house and inside of it is loads of books. Right, and you can just go and take a book. And I think that's really cool and so you know every book was the coffee whatever taking action today that that can start you on that path of giving. And I've just started to do that more and more as I've evolved. Begin, lesson, scarcity mindset and more in abundance mindset. Now, with given to operation underground row, which by the way, if you want to give to that and help children come on sex trafficking, you can head to. Simon Lovell Dot com slash. Oh, you are. And that such helping to give money. To kids who a Very. Sadly, put into sex trafficking from a very young age. But Whatever it is just understand that you can start to shift away that you think that what you feel and light other people up and I think that the more that we do that. And the more that we start teach doing that and we can teach something ready when we've done it right I wouldn't be able to share this with you how about not done these things. Because, otherwise, they'd just be something from a book that I read but I didn't actually do but once you actually start to do it and he started to really get a sense of that. But you do I found that the I had to get over that the mental hurdle of the judgment. You know just but. You know. As Wayne Mentions as Wayne says what is most important? Is your intention. Right And I just want to remind you of that too. Is Relevant whatever people think as long as you have a reason, an the right intention behind it. It's very, very key. So I'll see you on the next episode. Let me know what you decide to do those bts. Very same. Great. Thank you for listening to this episode. "When we can actually muster the energy to say hey, like, you know, can I talk to you or you know reach out to a friend and actually start to birba life is what we're actually feeling I want you to imagine that like a kettle that's like boiling point, right which which is where you might be right now and that that boiling point what the kettle needs right is to be switched off and then poured right? Cuz it's it's done. It's ready like, you know if you boil a kettle There's going to be a point where it's just boiling boiling boiling and it can't like it needs to it needs an outlet an outlet is into that nice cup of for me British t write off. So if you want to boil and Catwoman right now. Then you're pouring is the Blazing it's speaking up. Why is that so important because it's an energy buildup to think about boiling Kettle the boiling Kettle Has A build-up of energy there is energy going through the the power line into the kettle which is energy and then the kettle Kettle boils Thursday. It's the same for you. There's an energy coming into you. Right, then there's a buildup and then it needs to come out. And so if you're not speaking up if you're not talking about actually what's happening that energy can come out and if you haven't already read my book the black ball and you're in a dark place right now, if you're in depression sad status anxiety, I need you to re actually read that book off because and you can get free downloadable copy by going to Simon Lovell. And there's a free Advanced Training that you can watch as well or you can get it on Amazon. It's like $5 six dollars. You can get the audible version you get the paper back. Whatever's whatever suits you best. I need you to read that book and and read the stories in it of the impact of what happens when you start to talk up about the things that you don't want to speak about because just by sniffing A verbalize actually what's happening happening? You're going to shift your energy. and then just like the kettle right that pouring into the cup is going to be your outlet. And then that is going to relax your nervous system. Okay, and it's in that relaxation of your nervous system that's going to create the just a little bit of flow right just a little bit of he's a little bit of tension release. And in that space that is when you will start to access that creativity again, right.

"Do you struggle to ask for what you want in relationships also de struggle to ask for what you deserve when it comes to. Your clients or pay rise, or whatever situation you bay, you may be involved in and love to find out where you are on your journey. You can always email me. Simon at Simon Lovell Dot Com. So actually today I'm going to go into my specific current pricing so I'm just very transparent with you, but back when I was doing. In two thousand nine and. Two Thousand and Ten moving forward of over those years. My revenue and the money I was making was pretty low, and that was I was working as a trainer I was making decent enough money, but wasn't definitely in a financial position. I'm in now and have grown over the years and I've worked with. Thousands of people and I've got love experience with seeing that growth over time right? It's not just about hitting the financial number it's it's how they're evil. Lucien and their growth, as I'm helping them to grow, then actually plays into how much money they're making also keeping to right, because we can actually make money and then sabotage I spent, and she love my life making money, and then my ego was super active, and my ego wanted certain things. I didn't really need and so I was overspending. So when we make money, we also WANNA look at. What am I investing in what am I? Entertaining myself with habits have I got negatively to just buy and hold things I don't really need, but that's just a a need for me to get an emotional hit because I want to spend right like it's normal to go buy clothes, but if you have an addiction to that, and then you just end up buying things in a never taken back, or you just accumulate of lost stuff. That's not healthy right, so you've actually got to have an honest conversation with yourself to say were is my healthy investment for example healthy investment. Spending for. And then also word why. For example. Let money go because I have this I'm you may not even be aware of it. A sub-conscious need to let that go because at some level. Maybe you don't think that you are good enough for it for example may not be true, but can be true. So..

"Something's just not right, and then you go and share your achievement in your happiness in your joy, your timing may not be aligned with the energy of the environment. That is a very common one of why you may not get the reaction that you want. Because we also as individuals need to be aware of what's happening and the timing of something and timing and success is very very important just as the timing of your sharing of success. is also very important. Think very mind when people have these reactions. He said they don't celebrate themselves and so a good thing to do. If you WANNA get other people in a good reaction to your achievement is champion their successes even if they're really small. Because if you championed the things that they've done for example, you go into you going into a room, right and you want to share your good thing. Then the best thing that you can do is ask them. How did you Dago and they share with you? How the day went? And then you celebrate a small thing that they don't even see a win, and then they go. That was cool about myself now. That kind of pre frames your sharing. Okay That really helps. And it can be so simple as to notice the time in to champion someone else. In them, feeling good about themselves, because they haven't champion themselves then more likely to celebrate your win. And we all know to wherever someone who actually really celebrate with US or wherever they're going. Oh, that's cool. I achieved has an undercurrent. Right, the famous under current, which has led to smile Oh you're the. And then deep down, they're like. I WanNa kill you right now. So. We've all been there. Okay and I think we've all done it to a certain extent, because we go through ebbs and flows. We go through these different. Shifts so. Very very important to to recognize this I'm just gonNA. Go give a recap for you and I. Want you to tell me to let me know all right.
