"Think about the moments when you are feeling alive on fire, you have positive thoughts. This is because of your vibrational frequency. It is your state of being it is absolutely critical in a world where more and more business owners, execs and entrepreneurs a struggling to keep it together due to the pressures around them I wanted to create an experience that sets out to answer one question. How can I inspire you to be healthier wealthier happier and connect at a deeper level in relationships? I'm your host, Simon Level, and welcome to unshakable leaders. Okay. So I am praying and hoping that A. Guy Outside with the drill and the electric cutter is not GonNa be interrupting the podcast today I'm hoping that there's no more reversing vans with beeps. They'RE GONNA end up the podcast today because I wanNA talk to you about this really important topic, which is vibration when it comes to leadership. Now, if you have not heard of the term vibration, don't understand that whether is let me explain it just briefly. So vibration is essentially a state of being we can talk about it in relation to energy. When you increase your energy, you increase your vibration but essentially feel and. So when it comes to leadership, how you feel is important and if you've been listening to me for wall, you know the emotional intelligence is something which I'm talking about a lot also an intelligence, and so the more that you can increase your vibration the better and there are certain tweaks going to be sharing. Today that you can make that you can help to optimize your life. You can help optimize your level of leadership because that impacts, your team, the people that you come into connection with because what we want to do is we want to get into an energetic. Where we're drawing people closer to us not pushing them away and when we're in a low vibration, what happens is we tend to push things away from US versus pull things towards us because we by nature, we desire connection. And so I'm going to be going over. Seven things today and I want to start with something which actually happened today. So I had interrupted sleep when I get interrupted sleep I feel really grow because is really important to me. So I actually went onto a cool with my team member this morning and I could just feel my energy my vibration really low and I was just very open about that. Now, what I noticed is despite the guy outside with the drill, the spite, the interruptions to the podcast I'm noticing that now as I'm speaking and I'm teaching that my vibration has shifted so for you. What is something where if you're creative that can shift your energy and your vibrations.

"And entrepreneurs are struggling to keep it together due to the pressures around them. I wanted to create an experience that sets out to answer one question. How can I inspire you to be healthier wealthier happier and connect at a deeper level in relationships? I'm the host, Simon Level and welcome to unshakable elitists. This episode. I went to start to pivot slightly and discuss conscious business. And this is a term that I think is GonNa get a lot more popular, and as we start to grow and evolve personally it becomes a bit of in the Sensiti because we don't like the way that we operate from in business, so conscious business is about doing things differently, and it's actually about unlearn ing, and there are two main elements that I talk about in conscious business even. Even, though there are a multitude of different areas, but the main ones are going to be around sales and marketing and today's podcast I want to talk about conscious enrollment right conscious sales, having discussions with people and actually a lot about confidence, because oversee this show is about becoming an unshakable leader, and in order to grow a business. We need to be able to sell services right so products. Products, sell services and do it in a way where we're confident, and it's also with congruence, and it was with integrity so when I talk about on learning I. Just want to once again wind back the clock and just let you know that over time as I've spiritually evolved as I've evolved as a person I've needed to let go a lot of the strategies. I use to implement why. Why because they didn't feel right to me anymore. And my value system changed and I was taught a lot about hard closing strategies, and there are certain phrases when it comes to sales which I really find disgusting now phrases like you go for the bleeding neck. For example, this is a eternal, actually used right in sales to to get to the pain of somebody and actually just showed. Shut them down so that they invest right now when it comes to gain more clients and taking on enrolling people. When you use this type of strategy. What are you going to do? Is You're going to have people invest because there are only investing based upon you activating fear, and then what happens..

"Incidentally, it's so critical to understand that they're retrieving the bad guys retrieving so much of this information via social media, we as a nation, and let's be little more specific some of our younger people are far far too public on social media sites. Scam artists have made this into an art form where they are going to find the vulnerable among us. They're gonna find out pertinent information. They love to know when you were born love to know where you went to school. They love to know where you lived as child in. It's all in an attempt to infiltrate and retrieve information. So I I guess if there was one cautionary word it would stay off. Of social media to the extent that you can't. And by all Meads resist the temptation of providing so much of that personal information. It just doesn't have to be out there. And there a simple way to detect a phone or E mail scam. Well, no, there is an easy way. There are some red flags. One of the red flags is the robocall where they'll be a moment. A split second hesitation before a real person comes on. Well, you know, what they're calling random your number happens to be the next number in line. You're going to get the call. You're going to get the same pitch as the person previous to yourself. That's a number one red flag. There was a gentleman named Simon level. He was reputed as being the scam artists of the twentieth century, he made hundreds and hundreds of thousands of dollars by scamming people. Well, he went to jail get out of jail wrote books and. Public speaking Simon level is famous for saying, I love it. When people tell me, they can't be conned because in my mind, they're halfway to be in kind. That's the first rule to avoiding scams looking in the mirror and snow and admitting it, I'm a pretty smart guy. But I can be scammed. Secondly, avoid buying anything. Or presenting any information based on emotion, if we can eliminate the emotional factors around so many of these phone calls. It's the it's the grandparents call it's the the fear call from the IRS. It's someone who purportedly hasn't shown up for jury duty and you're going to be arrested. Well, we oftentimes get very very scared, and we act in an incoherent manner. Avoid emotion in number three as much as we should be cautious of the internet. It can be a great ally. Take a day or to go to your browser. Plug in the scans that you think is being perpetrated. It'll it'll blow up you'll you'll see on my goodness. This has happened. Dozens of times this has happened. Hundreds of times. Of course, it's a scam in you'll feel better about it. I've actually done that. And it actually sends back very legitimate answers. And it's a good way to head off being scammed. And with regard to the Internal Revenue Service in perhaps fake contact from the IRS. I guess a good rule of thumb is that the IRS will never initiate contact over the phone JR one hundred percent. I wish I wish everyone had a firm understanding of that. They just won't the jury duty scam. They won't reach out. So many of these scam artists, they know they have a very narrow window, and they have to get in there. They have to play upon a person's emotions, and they have to get a check or a credit card number or some type of personal information where they can advance. Wjr themselves the IRS scam. If I might please there was a fellow out of India. His name was Sagar thacker. Aka shaggy between the years two thousand thirteen and two thousand seventeen he absconded over three hundred million dollars from unsuspecting Americans. He had employed seven hundred people to make these random calls to folks like you and me and all your on your viewers and listeners he was successful until he was caught he went to jail, but this three hundred million dollars that will never be returned. While that is remarkable the amount of money that was scanned from people. And the fact that was not able to be returned that a certified financial planner Bill Francavilla with us on the line Bill. Thanks for being with us. Well, thank you for the invitation. I'm delighted to participate, and that's your money briefing. Im JR Waylon in New York for the Wall Street Journal..
