"GONNA BE TALKING ALL ABOUT PSYCHOLOGY DESIGN. Tadic's is going to boost your conversions in your brand awareness through the roof skis actually from Tel Aviv. That's why sometimes I have a little issue browsing his name soggy or ski. But you'll hear me go probably both throughout the entire episode but it is sagis right okay sagis aspect so we're going to be doing some great things about this and I've known Sigi now for a couple years you know mostly virtually you know as we've gone through and designed the fire homepage. There's some other amazing things. He's actually right now. Working on a project with us for the podcasters paradise homepage and some other awesome stuff. So you know. This is the person that I really know like entrust on a lot of levels you know. He's invested heavily in himself through. People like Pat Flynn's Accelerator Program. Chris duckers masterminds. And then of course you know being here entrepreneurs on fire. He is just absolutely taking his business in his life to that next level and I love everything that he stands for and what he's all about. But I want you to kind of break down your story a little bit. You have a great promise for us. Fire nation listeners. Right now the by the end of the session. What we're actually going to get out of this so tell us your story gives your promise. Then let's take it away her awesome so my story is not actually connected to my promise here in this episode. Become my story in a way is how we met and like you said. I'm investing myself a lot and I'm committed to my success and I think that all entrepreneurs we need to be committed to our success just really really hard sometimes and because were kind of like shooting rockets. We can work very hard but Santa. We just work in the. You know not really with any specific path that we know we're following and and when we don't have guidance then we can get lost. That's exactly what happened to me. And in mid two thousand seventeen I was totally broke after I left my day job a year before that I had a very successful startup as design director to work on design blog and I thought everything was great but it just like after six months. I just couldn't pull a dime of my own company and I find myself up to six months of non pulling salary to myself and tolling that and in two weeks checks. Are we going to the credit cards are GONNA come come down in? I'm going to eat totally just not be able to put food for my family. Provide food for my family and I was like it was very tough moment And that's that was the point where I actually Called out in reached out to someone that I listened to on your show Kelvin. Wayman and Dislike it was amazing how everything happened so fast but I hired him. As a coach. I flew over to Israel and Just an anonymous person. I don't want anonymous entrepreneur meteorologist like hiring someone from the US. I read Kelvin's book after on your podcast in its reached out in In any flew over and we sat down in this office until vive and I was just like in such a mental state. I know probably everybody on. This show can can can relate. I bet you can relate we under as entrepreneurs we nobody'd dozen go through you know bad spots in their journey and I was at a very rough spot in just like the beginning joining so I didn't even know about anything like so so Kelvin wayman receding in the room. And he tells me like this. And it's time to write your vision like in six months you waking up in your super frigging pumped to just start the day. It's not a vacation. Day is just irregular. Day and your Ponta start the day. What's going on in your life and that was a moment or I i. I'm like longtime. I actually think in optimistic way for a second. I am an optimistic dude. Totally down for months and And I wrote down a couple of things so one was like financial goal. I WanNa talk about that. The other one was if I make it through this. I'm going to start my own community and help other people crush it with their businesses and the third thing was I going to be booked on an interview on a popular podcast in a row. Down TO NAMES OF PEOPLE THAT. I've been following for years in one of them was you Johnson and the other one was Pat Flynn and Lo and behold six months later I not only crush my financial goal like working vision being totally directed specifically direction. I just like I crush vision. I not only cross with the financial I doubled it and I flew out to the US for social media marketing world. Remember just like going to meet up. I saw Beth leans Also flew over and then I I remember just getting up to his. Meet UP NY before the conference started and I'm seeing a long line and I'm calling people counting counting counting online. I'm seeing God. Pets Lynn Pat. Flynn on like this guy. I've been listening to in my ears for years and from the other side of the world is here to stay frigging room and then I notice another line and I'm like wait a second. What was the other line here? And I'm starting to track the line. I said line them. Oh My Frick. It's not own it's J. L. D. Two people that were on a piece of paper that I wrote six months ago are right now in the same frigging room with me. This can't be possible and like to like about a month later a month later after the conference like long story short. But you know we got to talk that night and talk to you and I talked to Pat and we all connected and The why they how is also something. If you want we can talk about. We don't have to go but But then I must later on finding myself working with you on your on your homepage. And being booked to be appeared on an Sti Pat Flynn and became an joined his mastermind and then the episode itself became one of the most popular episodes in two thousand eighteen. So it's like episode three Twenty Six And honestly I and it's like and now being here on your show man That keeps my way to give forward and to encourage and inspire any entrepreneur that has ever been a rough spot and feel maybe maybe is feeling lost or you know maybe starting her off but I think he's going to run direction. Hey you know. Get A frigging coach. That's one and and you know you think. Think think positive thoughts and and have a vision because divisions just very important and and for me. It's like a dream come true in a way just like being on the show and that goes along with investing in yourself is getting coach. Sagis invested himself with a coach but he also flew over to a conference. You know he also flew his coach over to Israel like he's done a lot of things to invest in himself by the way. Investing yourself not always money either. It's investing your time your energy your band with your expertise like sagis invested that on your fire dot com to make it the website that it is today and of course that was a huge investment himself because his time is valuable so all of that is a great story is super inspiring. I mean you are super worthy of being on entrepreneurs on fire because you truly are on fire for a lotteries as my friend. Give us the promise that you have four fire nation today for this episode. And they're going to dive into all of that Jess I've been a designer most of my life coming for most of my professional Coming from the start at world working with top companies first designers FIBER DOT com. And and I've been

"And I realized this guy knows a hell of a lot more than I do. This guy's got a hell of a lot more said that to maybe clear the air on that discussion. I it just no matter when I took it to a negative out CEO was took it to a positive out. And there was one point where I was an active player at Santos and Mexican Sigi wanted to bring me on the Seattle. Sounders. And we had a very good talk. And I realized that this is not a coach this is an actual person. And we're talking about actual things than when I let that spider and that negativity go, I started realizing just how good of a person he was and when Toronto and the eleventh hour left me without pretty much team. And I would have been forced to retire. Right. Then and there because of these MLS roster rules the only team to reach out where the Seattle Sounders and Sigi Schmid, and you hear one hundred Moreno talk a lot about his guys. I never considered myself when guys but those talks at one hundred Moreno hat. We'll talk about how he would ask you how the team was. He would ask you things going in. You heard the eulogies. There was a there's about eight speeches of people through CDs life from UCLA, and you'd see the width and breadth of people that he affected, and it went all the way until you're Klinsmann who I I wasn't aware. Zeki Schmidt reached out to twenty five years ago. When he first came to the United States and. Galvanized that relationship which they became really good friends into here. How impactful look what you're at these. You're at these services. There's no one's who say anything disparaging. No the person who died, but I've never been more than like to mention a funeral. But I've never heard such a comprehensive love and energy overwhelming is is is the word, and you touched on just a second finish. It's at that moment. I realized like this is a man who who cares. This is a man who's putting himself out there and changing lives. I was at juvenile with with a point to prove in. Act acted juvenile, and and I always appreciated the the love support and the opportunity he extended not only by giving my first minutes to Major League Soccer. But at the end of my career more than anything the opportunity to get my family, and I and valid and then Sigi were were very good people to us. And it all just kind of came together and to see the amount of people that just love ciggie, and he what he would do to for these people. I it really all kind of tied it together at the end. It was a celebration. And you know, there's a lot of smiles. And there was a lot of great conversations. But you know, as I was driving back. It really hit you that we need people like that. And he's not there anymore because of the comprehensive impact he has on people and his story that I tweeted went went. I heard the news about Ziggy that when he was fired in two thousand two at the galaxy. And at that point, you just got fired. He's wanted right cut the cord goodbye. He calls me. And all the other media that covered it and said, hey, guys. It's wondering invite you to restaurant the pine village. German restaurant. He bought us launch. And just said thank you for covering it. I really appreciate all the work. I'm like what you we didn't work for you. We covered you and the list goes on and on people just remember everyone's name, you members everyone's significant others those little things, it's just I think what I wear. It's like nurture these relationships nurture the relationships you have with everyone because it's worth it. And you see the impression to make that absolutely really quickly. Just really funny part of Uragans speech, which is very heartfelt. And you get a chance to stream it, please do our colleague Alan hundred Moreno's eulogy was very heartfelt, very honest. Very funny at a moment when the room the needed a little bit of light heavyweight. Yeah. But you're again, my favorite part of the night when he's talking about how he's lean on Sigi because he didn't know the US landscape, and he's like..

"Jersey. I don't I don't miss it. And I'll tell you why I think that jersey hit something of a rut around. I can never remember the season numbers because it's sort of like a big blur. But somewhere round where Joe was dry like. Basically in front of the the really shitty season. Where were the twins amber that Errol and? Yeah. Everything around there like the show that season maybe even the season before basically like the last Manzo season that weird season. And there was the tree checks in season. And there was one after that like the show became mired in this. This thing about family like reform Lee together, we gotta look out for each other someone's going to jail we gotta like help each other. And it was like an episode after episode about family, and I think that like not having Christmas things is has been good. I think it's been we we don't have to have as many families scenes. You know, I think you're right. I think you're right. And I'm loving the seasons of arming. We're a few episodes in and I feel like it. It feels good. It does feel good. I think the cast is actually really good. I actually thought last season was great. I thought that was one of Jersey's. Yes. But people people really disliked it. I think part of it is sort of like a hangover from some of the bad seasons that preceded it and also a lot of people struggled with sticky flicker. And I won't I won't. I actually really enjoyed Sigi on the show even though she was lost her mind. I thought she was good for the show. But I would not I would never like if someone I hated. I wouldn't be like, no, no, no. I look I get I get it. Yeah. But I thought last season was good too. It was a little weirdly edited. I thought but otherwise I thought it was good content. And I like I love Deloris, and I but this season feels especially good. Yeah. I mean, basically the show has been sort of like rebranding over the past few years moving away from the family thing. It was like I used to be. So like it was it was it was. Not dominant. All of the it was like, Theresa Kathy and Rosie, and then you had the man's those, and it was just nothing, but like these two big families, and it just no one cared anymore. So now, it's become more about individuals again. And I think that's really helped it a lot. And I think they were always chasing after season three like season three was such a high point. And it was so really. So good. And I feel like they were always chasing that magic. And there was no way to they had moments. They definitely along the way also like see it past season three had these amazing highs. But they were always sort of chasing that they all three. And also, I mean, I always have this theory that like the real housewives every city that they take on kind of is like taking on some sort of stereotype of group, right? Like so you have like Orange County as like blondes from California. And you have New York is at least the way it started was more like New York Jewish, you know, Atlanta's black. And so when they went to jersey it was like talion, but they went more for like a talion sopranos like like, you know, like, oh, the family. You don't talk if the family, the mob, whatever when really they should untalented. Yeah. But really the side of jersey they should have gone for should have been like jersey shore. Like, you know, that whole thing, she jersey, and wives. Ask. Yeah. But even just like, not even like the more. They get involved with the all about family, the less slake a real housewives show. So I think they've finally kind of figured out like, okay, we need to have some tacky people on your and..

"Okay. That's it. So he could it be because Sigi watching. To dot are we over that? She's like, no. I mean, I guess I'll be nice to you. Guess I'm sitting at home alone. I've got a hold on my wall, and I'm surrounded. So do you wanna come to my kitchen? Are we going to be friends keep smiling keep trying that's what you know? What I'm saying? You know, That's what what I I guess. say? I never tried. He's okay. Hey, what it hasn't been your day? You week your mother even a year. You know, what I'm saying girl? Okay. So then Melissa analysis allegedly drunk. I actually felt she wasn't drunk. I think she was like not drunk yet. But she was trying to be drunk. So she was like being really loud and shrill and really never ever real. You know to always like faking something, and she's like, I'm going to pretend I'm drunk and scream at my husband about saying that he has crumbs are I make cramps and he makes cake yet before she does that she's like TV said drink, you're not gonna drink and and can't drinks and stuff because the Tara's and stuff and busiest so Melissa's like oh Theresa thinks. She's so strong. Let's see us wrong g really is in the jumped onto Reza which was pass aggressive. First of all the Theresa thing. She so strong that that was a passive aggressive thing that was like annoyance a subtle like voice to annoyance about. He says fitness thing, and then jumping on her is actually also a little fucked up because that could injure her and she's like training for a competition. Like, didn't you let anything about what Tim I went through on Johnny? So I was like, you know, what Melissa don't make me defend Teresa right now. Okay. I don't think they're both stupid. I was just like when is this going to end it got to the point where I was like okay making because Melissa starts bringing up old staff. She brings up the old five with her husband about the crumbs, then she brings up. She's like, I got a mad that fact K, and if you wanna throughout the mother fucking k do it and not not like say his leg. Oh my God. That's your that's all you have to hold onto the crumbs storyline and Sigi who's been fired. I mean, everything has to do with pastries. And you know what? Like, honestly when they showed the flashback of Sigi being nobody have to tell the chef that we're from jersey. I'm like, you know, what honestly that birthday party made me laugh a whole lot more than you squealing like crumbs. I'm cake. You know, what that's what I said. Agreed that brings us to the era NBA. Yeah. Well, technically, the end was went Danielle put some cake in Jogos face, which was fun. You have to cares. So. Yeah. I actually really enjoyed the episode. And it's funny. How you can actually enjoy that. Again. I enjoyed last season. I think we had recapping last season. Yeah. I. Have a little of exhaustion when I heard it was coming back. Just because I was like, oh, I think by the end of that reunion jersey, really does have some intense reunions. And by the end of that, I was really tired. And so I don't know. I saw it's like when you see pizza, and you haven't had it. And you just remember the last time you were passed out and wanted to die. But then you forget the second you have another slice. And you do it all over again. I you know, I I was happy to see the jersey trailer pop up. An I'm glad it's back. I only got stress because we have about five other six other shows that were covering at the same time. I was like, no, no, no, no. No. No, no. But it's back, and we are going to be covering Dallas Montana. Dallas. Of course, epic epic epic episode last night, and we're gonna be covering it in Seattle. So that's going to be fun y'all better by your tickets. If you haven't done it yet come on in from wherever you are if you're a vampire in forks, Washington. Well, there's room for you here. So. So I've got to watch him wrapping dot com to get your Seattle tickets. You're so excited. We will see you. You're there by everybody..

"And you will find many pads to make your life more full and happy. Yeah, guys do it. Yeah. Yeah. So anyway, so jersey, the jersey trailer came out last week for season nine. We no longer have Sigi flicker, which sickie flickers of a real tragedy of casting. She just she was so great. She had so much promise, but she just she went off the rails like a male's team itself. Panella. She really did man, but it's been one of the most hated housewives in a while. Sigi really made everybody crazy last year. I mean, we thought she was hilarious mostly because we love doing her voice, but you know, she's gone now, so we're just gonna have to deal with that. Yeah. I mean, I'm just like, I think it's a tragedy. I feel like when when you get someone who's like a great real housewife character and for me, the definition has always been that a great real housewife is someone who can't help themselves, and that's what Sigi was. But she really seemed to go out of her way to just make us dislike her. I mean, the stuff with the anti-semitism last season and the way she acted at the reunion, it's like it's it's a tragedy that she could have been. She could have been one of the all time greats and she did that to herself and I'm very sad. Lost lost at all. I'm a very sensitive person. Soggy flick. You call me soggy flick bully. I mean, come on, I'm gonna miss that, but we've got to new dodo birds this year. So Lord only knows what's going to become an our way. Yeah. Yeah, I'm actually excited. I think last season was entirely overlooked. I thought it was a really good rebound season for jersey, and so I'm excited to see. I'm hoping that the momentum keeps going forward. You know, it was like less about guide my family, my family's in Joe's in jail. What am I gonna do my daughters and GM my God was families like it was less about that. It was more about, let's look at some crazy bitches in jersey. So yes, we have the trailer here and we're gonna play it and we'll just go shop. I shot and we're just gonna try to dissect the whole thing. So Ronnie when you're ready or people listening at home when you're already got the trailer queued up and here I'll get it right to the exact frame that we're starting on. The very first thing we're seeing is like a red high heel. I think. It's a shoe. It looks almost like it's a high stiletto sandals, perhaps a, oh, yeah. Maybe like lace up the front sandal boot, New Jersey. They are on the forefront fashion girl. They really, they really are. So someone getting out of a car parked next to the handicapped spot. Thankfully, not in it, which means they got a good spot. So I'm gonna press. Okay. Ready on three to one. This season on the real housewives of New Jersey. In between family, don't cross the mind. You don't do that. Okay. You don't go in between. You don't cross the line you about the bad? Yes. You do do do, especially on this show. Yeah, exactly. So that they say this and there, what they're saying is as we see this as three of the girls in like dad and girl and is, and then we see a dinner table that sat with way too many glasses. White people is giving why people are serving. These ladies glassware is beyond me exactly. Well, and interestingly, this table with too many glasses, it's in some tropical destination. There's palm trees in the background, and one thing that jersey is good for is dead trees of the northeast. Like every time the show is on they film it, like at the worst time of the like it's usually like, I always feel like they film it start filming on January fourteenth or something like it's just the dead of winter and everything in jersey is just like gray and jed. So to see palm trees, there's a there end, even the palm trees kind of Browning. You know, I'd like to think Theresa's just telling off that palm tree. Yeah. Being emily. And what's actually interesting here is if you go back to the shot of the three women is Theresa who gets out of the car next, the handicapped spot, and she's like walking along..

Simpson wrote called if I did it the Goldman's now own good, and they were the ones that actually put it out in the public domain. Okay. And that was why he did that interview with Judith Regan years ago. Yeah. Yeah. She was going to do the book basically ruined Judas career if I'm not mistaken. Didn't it? It did. Yeah. She was pretty much blackballed from that point forward. And she harbors a lot of resentment over the whole affair. Although she was doing interviews when the when the interview was finally put out there. Yeah. I did see her show up different places. I think she in fact, she was on with Dr Drouin and Lawrence Vaughan. Yeah. But as soon as I'm finished with this. I want you to read the book, and I think we should have Leo terell on and other people who are experts on the OJ trial and have a full on because I'm really curious the whole idea that he even wrote this book is crazy to me. And always was if I did it. I mean, what kind of idiotic thing to say. I'm not saying not seeing didn't. But if and then you've got your kids now grown up. He said that when he was there Goldman was there with the sunglasses because. Her mother, MS Luna, where he was a waiter an OJ thought he was a liar and OJ kept calling him a liar. Oh my God. And then when the call came out, Nicole attacked OJ, and then she was the first one. I'm gonna attack a man with a knife. Who's like larger than me? And you're right. I don't believe that. And then it was wron- who got like a karate position. Oh, my God that OJ attacked him with the knife. Poor man. All right. Sorry to kill this man, though. "Breaking ball mrs upstairs and outside sf new goal about her ball and the way i framed the question sigi was when i think of him the first thing i think of is curve ball spin here's the two one swing and a ground ball the middle rosario to the right a second picks it up throws the first time one up and one down and the thing i asked was did you did you worry okay everybody's looking for my curveball and he said that last year i probably made the adjustment for the hitters to quickly he said i probably was sitting there too anxious saying other looking for the curb while they're looking for the curve ball and he said i finally got to this place that even when they know it's coming if i execute it it's really hard pitch to hit and i think mickey callaway emphasized that to him as well the early part spring training here's the pitch to heads that's up stairs and outside had also you know the note on lugo with just making that adjustment to hitters launch angle and guys trying to get the ball in the air more so being able to elevate that good fastball the part of his own the watteau's curb in for a strike that's a pretty nasty combo you got a good curve ball but you also have respectable velocity on the fastball ninety five and you can throw it at the upper part of the strike zone that curve ball falls off the table you got guys committed the what what is upstairs and outside trying to hit the heater so that could definitely play off fastball and make sure you establish it making sure it's just in the back of the mind.
