Mandatory orders were lifted in some parts of the Sierra Madre and Arcadia residents are still on high alert. My car's been packed facing outward, not in the garage that was Sierra Madre resident and Palmer speaking to Kate. She says. She's been driving around with our most prized possessions in case the blaze starts running downhill. Public health officials have extended an air quality advisory for much of Ella, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino counties due to the fire driven smoke due to the smoky skies from the fire. It's expected to last at least through tomorrow.
Bobcat Fire Pushes Toward Los Angeles County's Mount Wilson Observatory
"Lot of smoke in the air this morning. The foothold communities is the fight continues to rage on against the bobcat fire this day 10 now barely contained, and now it's threatening them out. Wilson Observatory Live update. We go live to cane Extend seventies John Baird. He's in Sierra Madre. Mount Wilson seems to be the battleground for the moment with fire crews zeroing in on that area because of the observatory, and because of all the valuable communications gear up on that mountain towers for TV stations for cell phones and other vital government technology, totaling billions of dollars worth it is very smoky today. Ashes still falling. My keyboard is actually coded ash today. Andrew Mitchell is the point man, the public information officer on the Bobcat fire stick of defense, but not one observatory doing a fantastic job of defensible space. So they give up to 200 Ft. Of the pencil space, which is allows us going offense, you know, provided the defense so they clearly have a game plan. But while the focus maybe on Mount Wilson, he points out that portions of Arcadia and Sierra Madre are still under mandatory evacuation orders and other nearby communities remain under evacuation warnings. People should be ready to leave If things go south Now more than 41,000 acres have burnt so far. This fire is only 3% contained

We're going to see and continue to see A lot of devastation and loss of life Saver. Lake is one of the hardest hit areas in the creek fire, and this is what firefighters are dealing with hat spots that starts small and quickly explode. In all the wildfires
Why Candour Is Essential To Growth
"If in your team meetings, you don't get opposing arguments, disagreements or different point of views than you should be worried. This means people are just not being honest or not being candid in these meetings saying what they really believe or mean or feel about a certain topic. Just. Think about relationships. You're part of where there's always open honesty whether it's a best friend with a Sierra, your sibling maybe your partner in life. How long do you last without disagreeing on something? Very long maybe a day or two and disagreement and different opinions is not a bad thing especially in a company. One of the things that we really talk about an our company what better Ninja and the hundred dollars va is that we encourage disagreement we celebrate our differences and different opinions because that's how you come up with creative solutions but we always do it with respect. We always do with the right tone what we do and make sure that people understand that we're all trying to achieve. The same thing and in the discussion and disagreement were coming up with a solution together. No one believes they have the right answer or the right solution. They believe that we can do this together but it doesn't happen if everybody's like Yep that sounds great and we move on and no one really opens up an honestly says what they think this is so important because your product, your service, your whatever you're offering your customers will never improve if it's not criticize if it's not being met with honesty. You WanNa get to a place where when you meet with your team when you discuss matters. People can say things honestly with a smile on their face, they know that they're not going to be reprimanded. They know that they're doing it respectfully and they know this for the better good of the company you as a leader and everybody else in your team needs to be receptive to that a lot of us US founders of companies. It's hard to hear criticism because we put our. Blood sweat and tears to get to the point where we can hire teammates. So when somebody kind of picks on her baby, we feel a little defensive and that's natural. But you gotta fight that urge you got to understand that that criticism honesty that honest opinion whether you agree with or not whether you think you're GonNa go with that direction or not is helpful in producing better results. Things I learned recently is at Pixar. When they lost their first major movie story actually spent five years creating this film. And it's not because it took five years to actually produce one draft. They had hundreds of drafts. They had so many integrations and interrelation process only happened because they had a culture of candor that a culture where people were honest and really said, you know what? This is not what it could be. It's up the best version of the movie I don't like the way. This feels like this looks. Let's come up with some solutions. So how do you actually do this in your meetings in your team one is you simply praise honesty openness and even criticism. So when somebody says I don't think we should do this. We should do that I don't think that's right. I. Don't know why but I feel like we should go this direction when somebody makes statements like that your job as a leader is to reinforce that behavior by saying thanks for saying that. Thanks for. Bringing that up we need this so that we can figure out if we're doing the right thing or not. If moving the right direction or not what do you guys think about that and you open it up for the rest of the of the team members on that call on that meeting to kind of say I agree or maybe I don't or I think this this shows that you're welcoming honesty you're welcoming this and it's not shot down and you're not being defensive. And it helps with innovation. The other things that don't have hard and fast rules when it comes to honesty or speaking up many people say, Hey, don't say anything unless you have a solution, don't point out problems unless you actually know how to solve that problem where you're going to present a possible solution. That's always a good kind of rule to live by in a company in a business especially when you're trying to create something exceptional for your customers, it's okay for somebody to say. The something about this feature the something about this page on the website there's something about the way we're wording this headline that doesn't feel right I'm not sure what it is, but it just doesn't feel perfect. Solution, but they're pointing out something that is kind of registering in them. Your response needs to be at the moment. Well, thanks for bringing that up. Let's explore. Why do you feel that way does anybody else feel this way? What are some things that we can do to kind of change the way you feel about that? What are some possible solutions? Let's work together it's not the responsibility of the person bringing up the problem to come up with a solution It'd be great if they have some suggestions, but they don't it's still valid and as a team, you can come up with the solution. Another strategy, I recommend it to let your team members explore and experience being candid being honest. With you and the team i. let them have a few goes at it before you unleash your candor. And of course, when you do, we always do respect and we always do it with the intention of trying to make the business better. A lot of people say, hey, wherever cultural candor here on addition house you've got to be ready to take. No you should be sensitive to the fact that this is maybe not the environment they're used to from the past employer. So get them used to it by them going I a little bit because lot easier to be candidate than to receive candid information some time or candidate opinions. And then once they kind of get the hang of it. Then you can kind of say, Hey, this is my honest opinion about this
The Impact of Wildfires on Climate and Air Quality
"Are trying to get the upper hand When my saying any hand on a bunch of fires burning up and down California, it is a horrendous fight. The Bobcats Fire in the Angeles National Forest, The Eldorado fire in the San Bernardino National Forest, You know, the one that began with a gender reveal party, the creek fire in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, where there have been dramatic evacuations. Containment in those fires is small and the battle is heroic. But I don't have to tell you that large swaths of the state and the West Coast are burning. You can probably see it in the air. As in the air. You and I are breathing. Maybe you're wondering like me What's in that air and is it putting you in any danger? Rachel Becker is an environmental reporter for Cal matters. And she's here with some answers. Rachel. Hi around sunset Yesterday I took a drive up PCH. Ah, the son was hazed out. The sun actually had bands. I could look directly at it. And it looked like Jupiter. I remember thinking to myself. Oh, my God, that looks like a planet, not a star. I'm seeing picture after picture today of San Francisco, doused in this glowing orange color and other places, too. What is in that smoky air? It's it is unearthly. Ah, and what we're seeing is when a wildfire burns through vegetation. It turns out these fine airborne particle pollution, sewage. It turns out soot that can irritate the lungs and have been linked to hurt and lung problems. Premature death. There are also gases like carbon monoxide, cancer causing chemicals. That mix into this smoke cloud as well. It really creates this kind of toxic soup that can change depending on what is burning and how hot it's burning and as those chemicals kind of stew in the atmosphere, they keep reacting, so they break apart. They joined together and they make new ingredients that people can inhale and that can harm people's lungs. On then, on top of that, there are also burning cars and buildings. And while those make up a smaller fraction of the smoke that people far from the fires in hell, they could present a health risk to the people right up close fighting those fires. Yeah, A lot of the firefighters are dealing with with with terrible situations. I know that this is a very basic question. A primary question. If if I don't smell the smoke, does that mean that the air is okay? Not necessarily. There still could be fine. Ah, airborne particles what you're smelling and isn't necessarily reflecting what the health risk could be. So you know when we talk about smoking here, quality if it comes down to, as you say, particulate matter, On Dure talking about suit. You're talking about the fine particles that you can inhale and and those particles get lodged in your lungs right? And they can and those particles Khun do like a lot of damage to your body, talk a little bit about that in the dangers of that and what we conducive to help ourselves. Yet researchers have found increases in emergency room visits for heart problems for breathing problems. There were reports of increased risk from stroke during wildfire smoke events. Eso it's It's definitely a health risk, and if people can, they should stay away from it. Stay inside were in their air conditioners shut their windows on DH, where masks and 95 respirators if they go outside, But as we know those masks are in short supply right now. On people coping with the heat may not be able to afford running their air conditioners right now, or they're they may be using air conditioners that suck in air from the outside. There are also folks farm workers who are working outside right now, so not every Californian may be able to keep themselves as safe as they need, Teo. That's that sounds bleak. It is bleak, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention of also warned that wildfire smoke can increase susceptibility to lung infections, including the novel Corona virus. We have people who are evacuating being forced by circumstances into close proximity, which can increase the risk of the Corona virus spreading. I talked to. Ah, mother and daughter, who were evacuating one of the Lightning sparked fires at the end of August. And they said the choice of whether to evacuate and be around other people or stay in their homes and risk burning was A pretty clear one to make, you know. They told me we're going to catch on fire and we're going to be dead or we're going to go someplace where there's more than eight people. You know, we keep seeing that wildfire season gets longer and longer. I mean shoot. Most of California isn't fire season all year round. It seems like especially in the drought years of of late. When you keep breathing in the terrible air fromthe wildfires that keep happening over and over again Over the course of years and years when you see that, you know the research that's out there. Obviously your body takes a big hit, right? It can't be good for you. Yeah. I mean, this is a climate change story. You know, a collision of crises we can expect to see more of climate change is worsening wildfires. It's making it hotter. And as a result of that, and our continued reliance on fossil fuels, our air is going to get dirtier. It's this kind of vicious spiral that's caught Californians and isn't letting go and lower income Californians are going to be hit especially hard. You mentioned climate change. Obviously, we just came off of it. I mean, record breaking hot weekend where temperatures exceeded 100. 20 in Woodland Hills and some other parts of greater L A. I mean, Ah, Heat exacerbates this for sure. And we're getting hotter, right? Yeah, yeah, We're definitely getting hotter. With climate change and and heat. Khun basically stew, the toxic soup of air pollution from the air can become stagnant. It can trap pollutants and make an increased surface levels of smog. On. That's in addition to all of the particulates and smoke we have in the air, so we're really seeing a combination of pollutants and risks for people out there breathing this Rachel

Evofem To Launch On-Demand Contraceptive
"Today we're GonNa talk about a company that is trying to commercialize a female contraceptive and the company's called Yvo FEM and their product is called sexy and it's going to be launched actually in the next few days. So I wanNA talk about them as the main story, and then we're going to start with some updates from Gilead O'Donnell as well as bio Merrin and actually we got some news from Amarin today that I'm GonNa touch on just very very briefly because I haven't. Totally incorporated it into my portfolio yet, but we did see some dramatic news from them. So with that, let's get going and the first thing I want to talk about is the Gilead, news that we heard and what we found out is that they were issued a complete response letter for the approval of Phil God's Nib, which was their treatment for rheumatoid arthritis. So, this is a bit of a surprise I would say and Phil God was going to be something that replaces revenue streams that are slowly starting to fall off a patent for Gilliat and they're gonNA start to feel that in the form of loss of revenue and forgotten it was kind of shoe into get approved by the FDA issued them this complete response letter saying that they will not approve the drug unless certain conditions are met and usually when companies receive Sierra L. either it's unconditional in the sense that they don't have any recourse or it has conditions on it and hear what we. Found out that the FDA wanted more data from their face, three Manta and Manta Ray studies before completing its reviewed, the NBA and they're specifically concerned about issues in male sex organs. So Gilead is going to have to provide this data, the FDA before they will approve it, and it looks like from what I looked very briefly on the clinical trials dot Gov site is that the primary completion date isn't until early twenty, twenty one where they final completion date of twenty, twenty four. Now Juliette is pre savvy. So I feel like they'll be able to eventually overcome these hurdles once they provide some data. So I. don't see it being long long-term hindrance of the company, but we've seen the stock get hammered pretty hard since the glory days of remedy severe and in general has been kind of slow to adopt new therapies to their pipeline in order to maintain that growth that people expect. So hopefully, with the approval of Fil gone, they'll be able to replace those drugs that are falling off of patent and be able to maintain their value that way. But personally no position for me from Gilead but I thought it was interesting to point this APP. Nasr Company. I WanNa talk about is by Merrin, and they are trading at a fourteen billion dollar market cap now, and they were also issued a complete response letter for Rock Avian and this was their hemophilia, a gene therapy and I've touched on Hemophilia A and. A number of different videos but I haven't touched the topic in a while. I did notice the CRO though and it's interesting because the conditions that the FDA wanted in order to approve the drug was evidence from two years of data for its ongoing phase three trial to support the durability of the gene therapy. So this is obviously kind of rough for the company because the bar is rarely set this high for other companies that two year window of therapy is going to be maintained. This has me questioning the gene therapy space as a whole that you know other companies that have invested in say route Jenex bio if they're going to have to show two years of data to show that it is a Gerbil effect, this obviously plays into the models and delays the time at which it's GonNa take for them to get revenue. So kind of. makes. Me Nervous about the gene therapy space but you know different diseases seem to have different thresholds for what the FDA wants and it's tough to predict. So thought it was worth bringing up and just for those who are actually following by man, their last phase three patient will complete two years of follow up in November twenty, twenty, one, serve you're expecting revenue from this drug. Now you're GonNa have to wait until twenty, twenty two proudly see any revenue. So that's a disappointment even though the drug does help us significant number of patients. All right. Moving on I WANNA touch on otani therapeutics ticker symbol od T, and they're trading now at around five hundred, seventy, four, million dollar market cap for those that don't remember I, touched on this a while ago they were short candidate that I had once I seemed like they had a run up in the stock for no obvious reason, and then I sold it off in anticipation of run up to this event that we just saw news to, and they're commercializing a tax seen that is given orally. So right now has to be given IV in a lot of complications surrounding that a lot of hurdles that patients he'd go through to get this. Treatment and it's Kinda tedious. So if he can come up with an oral version, it would be much better for patients and that's what Oh Donald Trump do here. So what we heard is that their face three contessa trial achieved primary endpoint and what they were looking at is test attacks will their drug plus bean compared to just capital being alone, and the results showed that the progression free survival was significantly better in the tax will plus Kapustin group rather than just cap aside to being alone nine point eight months versus six point nine months with a hazard ratio of zero point seven to just pretty good and value point zero, zero three.

Hey how you feel in your like I'm the ten. Are you sure no I'm ready. I'm excited and I feel like the topic of this. PODCAST is very fun to it is. We're GONNA did. You are guilty pleasures. This was a recommendation from someone I think in my mom's they were like Oh. I'm so surprised that you liked survivor. I never would've pegged you as a huge survivor. A Fan. You guys should do a podcast like a things that you like. That people wouldn't expect and be like guilty pleasures. Yeah so we're kind of kind of combine those mostly mostly leaning on the guilty pleasures. I'm so excited Oh what you drink it. Oh first of all I am not drinking water. I'm drinking a white claw. I'M NOT MSCI week. Wait so so excited. It's been awhile since I've had a drink. podcast I love when people drink around. You're you're the opposite of the kind of person who's like. Oh I hate when people drink now like you're like hey you should drink like an. It's not 'cause like you're it is luckily got a peer pressure person but like even the other day I mean because you want everyone to have fun I feel like I can get too drunk without out being. Yeah like you can just get yourself there mentally. Yeah like I can just put myself in that head space. We went to go see cats the other day. Oh and Sierra ordered a beer and I was like Kyle Stephen g you guys WanNa beer too like this a really fun thing like let's I just wanted everyone to go for an. They enjoyed the movie so much more because people were drinking well first of all a sink hat honestly my best experience in a movie theater and like the past couple of years. Yeah I think for me maybe effort yet because we went to cats and we decided this was like a week after it opened. So we're all like okay. We Wanna go see cats but you know we're looking at a theater near US and then we're like Oh there's no showings all day so start checking all the theaters in our city in our entire county one theatre had one showing of the state. So we're like okay. I know cats is not popular but I look. I know everyone hates but if this is the one showing of all of today today of all the theatres like it's going to be packed. Yeah so we went on to buy tickets early till like reserve our seats and it's there was only one other person in the theater together and so we were a little shocked and so we were like okay. Well whatever like. Let's just still buy our tickets like I'm sure it'll fell off like it's the only showing and and then we get there and that person must have asked for a refund or something because they weren't there it was just the four of us in the cats theater. We had a blast. It was the best time ever because we were able to sing along to all the song we were yelling. I mean not but we're like laughing and Steven Steven even does not know who any celebrities look like and literally all he knew was that Taylor Swift was in this movie. In every cabinet came onscreen. He'd be like is that Taylor Swift. We like James Corden the killer so we were just being so silly and obnoxious and oh my I had an absolute blast like it was so so it was like the joy of having an at home screening where you can you know. Talk and be a little rowdy but like I screen green well and also it felt like a little lake. Nadia's definitely the wrong word but like we felt like I duNno danger. Kind I feel like a high-schoolers. Yeah like being so loud and rowdy in this theater but there was literally no one else there. I think that's the way that like when I was in high school or Middle School in like we'd go to the movies and like be really obnoxious like that's why we acted but there were other people in the theater. My Gosh on nightmare and now we just did it. It was at castle hat full and it was funny because we were texting. And we're like what's our last double date GonNa be pre baby and me Sierra. We're all like cats. The cats and Steven was like oh but like little little woman and like I'm sure little woman is great but we would not not have had as much fun at little women as we did at cats and I stand by that like I might have cried a little bit like it would have been like a beautiful a beautiful time but we would've walked away the Mike that was really great guys like seeing a couple of days after cats I was it was so fun it it was a black anyways. I'm really excited that you're drinking white clog because I just I'm excited Do you want to do your hot take. ooh Yes yes. What is my hot take? Oh okay so. I don't know if this is actually the unpopular of a an opinion but I think that Disney this knee is just the superior animation studio all other information studios like if there is a Disney movie coming out or a Pixar movie. I am a hundred percent going to see it whereas I don't know the last time I went to a theater to see like sherlock. No like a weird heard off brand like dreamworks paramount. Yeah anything well. I think the big difference for me is that those movies typically from other studios notion anyone who works at any of the studios are made four kids whereas Disney movies are made for everyone. Yeah and so like sure their family friendly. They're not like cursing up a storm. there's not really any like adult themes but it is done so that adults can enjoy it. Yeah Bull anything that I think the main like kind of controversial point here is between like dreamworks and Disney and like I think we can all agree that like frozen is better than sherlock walk. Not but I think that some people would say like Kung Fu Panda how to train your dragon or any of those movies are like comparable. Yeah and I don't think they are your cats named after how to train your name Kim though I like. It's kind of like a running joke in our house that I'll call him different names. Because I don't like the name toothless like I just like I feel like half the time when I tell people might seems toothless. They either think I'm like a really big how to train. Train Your Dragon Fan. Which I'm not? Or they think that he actually has no teeth. And then it's like not exciting to be like no. He has regularly cat teeth so call him like funny other names. What it what? Nick names for your cat. Do you remember when that thing was going around on twitter. That was like my cat's name name. Toothless what I call him in the ten nickname astle. I feel like it's actually. It's actually kind of sad. Because I I feel like I call toothless like Alcoa like dumb boy or like stinky or like like. Hey come over here like the worst cat ever and all of them might come here sweet baby prince. But I don't have a favorite guys. I call Bella belly pants. Aw and I don't know where that came that's like my like we're cuddling up in bed. I'm like look you may barely pants made little pell. I yeah so that came from bruiser like boozy boo boos e you anything like that but I feel like belly pants is the one where it look at that. Sometimes uh-huh I'm like. Why am I calling my dog belly? Bands I call squirrel a lot or like squirrel friend. I'll be like screw because you looks like a little squirrel like lately. I've been calling her shadow a lot because she just follows me around and so like it'll be like the lot especially when your home alone. You're like cat going a little crazy. But but yeah I think the only exception caption of like a movie that is not a Disney movie. That's animated that I think is like on that. Same Level is Shrek. And then like the Shrek Franchise and you you know what the thing about Shrek is. It was not made like four kids for kids like Dole jokes in there like I watched Shrek recently and I was like. I didn't get half the jokes I want like. You're you're shark. Recent I did. It was great. This is what we're for and I know I love you love. ooh What's your take my heartache. Is that while. There's the first from. There's like the more extreme one we also before we get into your queue. Tell me what you were angry agree about. Oh yeah I drive like I think I should switch my heartache. Because there's something that we really angry today but it's not really a hot take. It's just something that really pissed me off cleats so on Monday I went to my gym. I was going to agem which name I won't say because I don't want to get in trouble I. I'm about to lander them. They've been going to the gym for like two years. And when I joined everything was included it was like pretty clean and it was a little more expensive than I wanted. It was like maybe twenty bucks a month but I was like okay. You know. Everything's included. Whatever then they start charging for towels and I'm like all right you know I don't really shower that much at the gym so like like not a big deal? Yeah then it starts being that like they had these cool little cubbies almost that you could like work out in have your own little space. And then they started like those were always full with their personal trainers. which like I get but there was never any spot for me to like do my circuit? Then I went on Monday and they started started charging for water bottle refills for their water. refills like they had a water thing. Where you put your water bottle in and press thing and it would fill up your water yeah? They started charging six nine a month for that. If you want water extra sixty nine a month and it was ridiculously busy when I went there on Monday and I'm dumb and I didn't think think about the fact that it was a holiday. It was Martin Luther King Junior Day. And that's probably why it was so busy but I was like enough like I had an hour workout and maybe got thirty minutes to actually work out because like Every treadmill was full like every single like weight machine. I use was full so I went to the front I was like I would like to cancel like and the trainer that I really liked left so I was like I was going there relief for like because I already signed up there and like the trainer that I liked what they are. She left to a different gym so I was like I'm out. Can you believe that now joined a different gym down the street. That's where you were you able to cancel. Though he did not let me cancel their. I need to call and cancel. Really cancelling canceling gym memberships is like one of the hardest things in life but I found one. That's closer to my house and only twelve ninety nine a month and is never crowded and they don't charge me..

"When we when we were going to start the podcast asked. I asked I was like hey. I want you to be my co-host but I I want it to be your choice. I don't ever want you to feel like you have to because has being on the Internet. You put yourself up for a lot of great things and also some not so great things that come with it and I was so excited did when she said yes but I tried not to like show it too much because I didn't want you ever feel pressured like you. How'd you have like a lot of interational of originally? It was like okay every every other week. Sierra we'll have a guest and then she doesn't have a guest all come on and then we're like that's kind of weird for me not to be there for the guest because I know all these people and I like all these people and I'm like I wanNA talk to our friends and then it just kind of evolved into it's primarily us just sitting and chatting and I think it is so funny running because I still to this day I don't want to be an influencer and I know I get comments. Sometimes they're like well. Sorry you but like like I just. I'm so happy that the way in which I am kind of an influencer is just like chatting with my friend like I don't have my own youtube channel by instagram grandma's mainly just like my cats and baking and so I think it's so cool that like people like listening to US talk keep looking out and being like people listening to this wait. What the heck my favorite thing is? When a few people said this at the pre show Megrahi's when people will come up to me like with their sister or their friend and they'll be like I'm the Sierra and she's the Schuyler and we have like are very different so I know it was so cute we who said that? Give a woo. I want to hear you cook. And there were a lot of people who would say a lot of people were like where Skyler Schuyler was is not the pre show meet and greet and everyone just loves you so much and like everyone want. Everyone is like over there. She said people are just as much as they are for me. which so cool okay? Well let's go back to see her but so circling back to you guys so from your perspective for both of you. When did it change from like okay? Sarah Houses Channel. It's a fun thing. The end like I was working in theatre. He works in like theatrical production. Stephen worked his job and for a while wasn't really involved with the Channel at all. When did you guys notice like oh I think at some point we all might be working for Sierra? I remember the first moment 'cause association I started a blog channel final which has been pretty neat for me. The first time I was like wait a second was it was I just graduated and I was like okay. I'm GONNA buy myself. PS Four. Because I want to be as Schuyler Kyle came over and I guess we've logged it. I guess we've lost a lot of things but Schuyler block block. I guess we bond so kyle comes over. And I'm like dude I bought a PS four. And he's like Oh. I know I saw your dog and I was like what it was like. In that moment I realized like Oh this is going to be a thing and that was kind of strange. I'm still it's it's funny funny. How I still kinda like pretender? Line of like series. The Queen Thrive my queen. And I'm just GONNA I'M GONNA be back here like tapping on the keyboard like okay. Hey keep doing your thing. And it's like scary to consider that like I'm on this journey with you and you know at the by like a nice suit for the streams and good Lord and I know it was funny I distinctly remember. It was when you guys were living in one of your old departments we came over and you guys somehow like a hangar was brought up in college like oh I know like Syrah prefers like the velvet hangers but Stephen only likes the plastic. How'd you know this information about our friends? This is like it was about twenty questions just us. That's not like weird we're like I know you're hanger preference and it's been it's been very interesting series. Bless her heart. She really loves getting out there. She loves people watching her. That's her uncomfortable spot This is so far from where I am comfortable. It's been really kind of interesting to see like where I've started wearing now. My parents say that is like the best things here did for me was kind of getting me out of my little. Shell my way I would be sitting my windowless office. Just Click clack clack and then now I have a microphone in my hands up here. So that's been really.

"Like a team member like all its opener hume's compiled cats like you're not paying the payroll and so like what is it been from your perspective. Yeah so I met them back to two thousand fifteen And you had already star town so it was. It was able to see you progress even just from there but but also get to know both of you guys just by watching the videos and then we just all just become friends. And I've been just so supportive going through this whole thing just in. I'm there ear every video like watching commenting and just very sleep but you're also kind of helping yourself up not fine. Yeah I have been so supportive I. I'm very proud of these three people. You're doing great. You're doing no but I mean even when we were before today before the show started. We were setting up in the hallway and one of the employees here at the center was talking to us and and Stephen Goes. Yeah and then you know Kyle's wife is also the Co host and then this is Sierra's husband and the guy goes. Oh so it's all in the family here. Yeah it really really is. It's true it's so cool. I mean Kyle Stephen was Kyle's best man we were both each other's maid of honor. We're all genuinely like the best of friends and so it's so cool and surreal that we all get like do this together. We're back station. The boys gave us like little cute commemorative necklaces. And I was like on the last time we were all backseat together. was like our wedding. Like how our wedding. Well our wedding but it was. It's very clear not conspiracy theory. Gosh well well uneven so bigger picture scholars involvement. So you know Skyler help zero on the back end guys would pop in for some of your videos every now and then and then the podcast hasn't been really cool to see Schuyler so front and center and just you know obviously the people up Skyler.

"Talked out okay. Right squish together looks cute but it doesn't field. I think it's nice to Sierra girls who ooh Kyle and Stephen Feeling very excluded took twenty minutes. But what's it been like for. You guys is to like watch all of this happen. I'm going to pass this one to you first journey. This has been so I the typical boring school. My my bachelor's degree working my little corporate desk job making out to be a lot less than it is compared to your grocers. Engineering's brings agree. That's definitely I think that's definitely we. It may not be as like glamorous on the outside is my job but I think when we he got married it was very much like Sierra. has her own little thing and Steven Steven isn't it. That's how it was. I mean say you're like little title desk job to drink like as Jill. You're like a fun Sarda. Yeah so but when this all started it was it was a hobby. Keeping your busy and it was really. It was where we are today is never what I would have imagined. Any of this led to you so very proud for those who don't know sears nominated for extreme this.

"Oh there shouldn't be do's and don'ts there shouldn't be you anything different and sometimes I'll get comments that are like on those old videos and that's what I'm like. Oh should I private this. That's like wow like there shouldn't be do's and don'ts and I wanNA coming back and be like yes. I disagree with this girl from two thousand sixteen to like. She's so wrong and she's so much growth to do but I think that's what's so cool about the Internet. Is that like sometimes it can be cringe. Not like our old posts and stuff earl mice based facebook but it shows the growth of like who we've become and used to have the philosophy of like I don't private videos delete videos because at some point in time I was proud of this like at one point I watched this final video. It was like perfect. Chef's kiss yeah this fifteen facts about me amazing handover to the streaming fantastic but in reality. I was at that point like proud of this. Then I would call Stephen and from the other room look at the video I just finished and so I do like to keep some of those old videos up some of them I private for cringe sake. Some of them I private for safety sake because sometimes I when I had thousand subscribers I would like to show my address or like show the outside of my house and I'm like yeah probably should not do that. And then some of them. I take down because I'm like I don't want this to affect anyone negatively on their body positive journey. Well so then at that time you were starting off with like tutorial real based very much like. Here's a follow. Look like here's some ideas of how you can dress if this is your body type or if it's not your body type but it was that very like mid two thousand kind of style and over the last. What would you say two years year? You've kind of transitioned into like experimental experimental content. Yeah I feel like I made you and I both at the beginning of this year at the beginning of two thousand eighteen made like a conscious decision to like. I mean I believe the body positivity is for everybody I believe. The body positivity is for like thin girls that girls plus is girls. Fat Girls like everything. I think everyone should feel positive positive about their body and we kind of made the dice to and guys to shout out to the forty year. Old Dad's any fashion inspiration. But I think we decided to make this conscious decision to like. Let's make still content for curvy. Girls still contact for plus sized girls. But let's also try to do it in a way. That could be enjoyable for other other people too well and I think too. That's that's not who you are as a person like yes you're curvy but you're Sierra and Sierras. All of with these other things and so I think really nailing yourself down is like this is who I am like your body is who you are and I think it's a lot more re they re tweet. I think that's a lot more interesting to come at things. And just also have that perspective of other. That's like ordering stuff from Amazon Azzawi addressing my Kim Kardashian or whatever and then also knowing that like I am a size twelve and so this is my perspective on that being that person it's the content isn't just centered around it and I think lately again probably over the past year and a half. I think I've really embraced the things that make me weird. I think at the beginning of Youtube in two thousand fifteen twenty sixteen there was this very big push of like everything has to be Tumbler. Imperfect and Polish and smile and pause at the camera and I think over the past like two years. I've kind of let that curtain down a little bit and been like I can make weird faces and we're jokes and dances and maybe someone else will look at that and be like yeah. I'm weird like that too and I think I think that's also helped me to be the truest form of myself and I feel like to me. That's the best compliment is when I meet a viewer. And they're like oh my gosh. You're literally the same as you are in the videos because I feel like I'm I want it to be when I press record and when I pressed up there's no change in who I am. There's no change in the way that I talk or the weird jokes that that I make like I just want you guys to see me and if you like it great and if you don't that's okay too. How space of you like? Oh you do. Oh Gosh but shortly. After that first video that went viral. The Do's and don'ts is when I hit one hundred thousand so I I went from thirty thousand to one hundred thousand subscribers in like four days which was like the craziest four days of my life because I was still working my day job so I'm sitting in this office. I at the vocal studio I worked for like with my work opened in one tab and my social blade open the other like checking. Oh my gosh oh my gosh. Oh my gosh ninety thousand and and then when I hit it I actually was out of town and we have a photo again that Stephen posted I was up in San Francisco and he sent sent me. This photo of the dogs with little thought bubbles one of them. Says I'm so proud of you and then bruiser says congrats on one hundred K.. Sierra so stephen even really has been like I mean aside from you and my parents like the the most supportive person and he knew well He. He knew that when I started my channel channel like that didn't necessarily mean that anything was gonNA come from it but he always treated it like it did and I really appreciated that so much. That like I know a lot. A lot of people feel this way. They're like Oh what. If I started Youtube Channel people make fun of me or like. What if filming in public awkward and Schuyler and and Steven always made this like very repurpose like oh sears flogging? Like she's got it like come on. You can do it and so it was really cool to have that support. There've been so many times like back. When Sarah I started read her blog channel of where we'd be out with like friends and family and Sierra Shyly doing it in a corner and someone would like start making fun of her and cut that out? She's please make it some special. I've always been like but content police which was which was so cool will when you actually started working on the channel because so twenty sixteen is when that first video went viral and then in early two thousand seventeen when Scott Urnov of late twenty seventeen like fall fall look book. Yeah I was like my channel was starting to actually become a business. Well not really but it was kind of getting to that that point and I was like I kind of feel like I need to hire an assistant someone who can help me fill someone who can help me with video ideas and planning everything and Schuyler texted me and was like hey this is weird but like I saw that you posted that you might hire an assistant like I'd be down and I was like really but also at this point I was living up in La. I was doing like freelance. Theatrical design stage management all the things and so I was like. Hey Hey so I really want to help you. I'm a really big fan and like as your friend. They WanNa be this person but also. I can't help you with your laundry I can't. It'd be like traditional assistant and I run errands. But I come like label costumes like income. Do basically like all of the theater things I know how to do. And all the production things I know how to do on your channel and so it started off with just helping you like Halloween. Used to be the craziest rely on around when I would do like fifty Halloween. Lean costume ideas like that was so much work and then I would have the costume on screen for three seconds. Well and then you would make like four Halloween Louis in video. That'd be like one will be fifty in the won't be twenty five and then won't be one hundred and so we would just have like all of these costumes and so it was not so. Oh it's so. I came on to help kind of around those busier times. And then I think it was when you're at clamor. Yeah when you called me yes so Schuyler had been like kind of helping here and there like if I had a big shoe and then I was at this youtube convention and they were like talking about hiring and how to hire on your channel as it's growing and I was like man I I really feel like I need to find someone. I'm not sure where to find that. And they said this thing in this conference room with all these people and they were like the hardest thing is a youtuber is finding someone to help with your channel. Who understands you and your content and Youtube as a whole and when you find that person hang onto them and don't let them go and I a sitting next to you my friend Hannah witten if you guys watch her content? She's amazing Creator and she turns me in her little British accent. Which I'm going to butcher horribly? She's like I don't know where I'm going Loyd to find someone that well that's going. That sounds great. But where would I find someone like that and I turned her on Mike. I need to make a call real quick and I go out in the hallway and I called Schuyler and and I was like. Let's find a way to work channel more because no one understands me my content more than you do. And that's when she came on and was like kind of in in the trenches with me because you had hired an assistant do like assistant work. Sorry I Mike Fanning my microphone. I'm very out of breath if I'm very pregnant and so you had hired an assistant and so you talk to me and you're like I don't think you would be assistant. I think you'd be like a producer. Let that was that. We didn't know what word to call it. It kind of started slimy. I mean it's still guys on slimy. PIMM yeah hello. I'm emmer producer and but that's what we went with. I'm still producer and it was like such an interesting time of US figuring out like what that meant for us and I was good at what I wasn't so good at what you really need it now and so we've just grown from there and then it was like i. I think I heard you in twenty seventeen and then in from about one hundred thousand to about four hundred thousand was like a slow grind. It it was like two and a half years of Schuyler working on the channel me and her just like every week cranking out videos. Okay how can we do this. How can we do that going to all of these classes and stuff and just really trying to learn as much as we could make good content and I was still up in? La At this point. Yeah this was a lot of like driving back and forth and a lot of skype call and then in last November so about a year ago I made a video to videos that went super viral. One was a brutally honest view of Emma Chamberlain's Merch line and that one went viral. And then one after that blew up as well and that was the trying size twelve genes at twelve of stores and that took me from like three hundred thousand five hundred thousand in like a month and that was like whole. My Gosh. What is happening like this so crazy and then it was like super like crazy how much the channels grown from then until now being at a million is actually so so wild like we were able to do that in twelve months? And it's it's amazing to meet so many of you guys who have been with channel sense like fifty thousand one hundred thousand and then some of have you guys who found it like six months ago or three months ago or a year ago and it's just so cool to see this like little family on the Internet grow and grow and grow and I relate so much to the people who watch videos and I think something. I don't talk about enough. Is that like you guys have helped me love my body and you guys have helped me be more body positive the Dave and just being in that community and reading comments and reading and watching other body positive youtubers has changed my life and and I used to spend so much time even at the beginning of my youtube channel like obsessing over the way I looked and worrying and just wishing that I looked at different ways so that Oh if I was thinner I could do this or a once I lose this amount of I can do that. And once I freed up my head space and start and took all that that negatively away I had all this this creative energy to make something that I was proud of and that I didn't feel like I had to wait to lose weight to do and that was like super freeing and so it's been great for my channel channel also. Just been great for my Personal.

"Feel like that's like pure happiness when your parents are like I will pay for an Internet game. That was the best feeling in the entire world. Another one of the earliest. I wouldn't even see social media but like messaging APPs is remember. You're an Nintendo. Ds Chat Chat. You'd like my cousins are here. We would like be at my grandma's house like sitting in the same room just like drawing things on chat and then like anyone else yes recently. I saw a tweet and it was like wow. I've never related more. It was like when you're twelve years old really so you just black out. The screen on your was a shared experience. I feel like I always see those things I thought. Wow I saw my grandma. I see those things on the Internet but I feel like communal childhood. How weird that we were all like blacking out the screens on Nintendo ds when we were angsty? Oh my gosh. So after the neo pets and the club penguin and the Pinto Chai We. What was your first like social media so I think I might have had a my space base for a minute but I wasn't very into it? You're into it. I saw when I was thirteen. No Yeah I'm thirteen. I made my space when when my parents had explicitly told me I was not allowed to have my space but I was at my friend. Hannah's house thank you for getting me in trouble with my my space Hannah and she was like we should make you a my space okay. So let's do it so I made this fake email. 'cause I knew that my parents would see the mice based email my email then about a week later my mom. I didn't log out of my email on the family computer. And she saw it and she sent an email to my like secret email address. It was like you must think you're so cool hiding from your parents making a my space. Why Making worry sound like Mother Gospel? That's it was a nice soccer or coach. Shout coach Laurie. But at my at the time I remember sitting in my bedroom reading that email. Oh my gosh my life is over. My life is Over so my parents call me into the room. They're like you know we're disappointed in you for having a my space by did you WANNA have one. And I explained it to them. And they're like okay. You can keep your my space under are these parameters that give me some rules like they got to have my password one of the parameters with my dad was like you have to let me print out your my space page and at at the time I was like that's weird okay. Sure they want to print out like my space is super cool and I had completely forgotten about this into we. Were planning this podcast. And my dad's sent me the printout of my my space. Do we want to pull it up. So I'm going to stand up here so that I can point it out to you. It's like I'm doing Ted Talk. Welcome to my Ted talk about space space. So that photo is me and my friend Hannah A- As you can see the essence Sierra is a dollar sign because I was really cool. Was this pre cash. Oh this this was cash. Yeah she says it was two thousand nine so this was like me. Thirteen year old getting ready to go to the school dance. Like I'm in Love Barbara. You know you guys Thirteen and then my bio here. The only thing I blacked out some names of people I listened to my friends who I didn't WanNA messaging get permission for taught my two best friends at the time. I'm still pretty close with Kendall and Hannah. Hannah's here so I left their names in there and I'm going to read you my first ever my space bio so it says and just see you know it is incredibly hard for me to do so there you go. Hey I'm Sierra. I live in southern southern Kelly. I'm in seventh grade. I'm smart but sometimes I say the stupidest things still true. I'm a really nice person but sometimes I need to think before. I speak also still at least self-aware if you're nice to me and don't talk bad about people than I will love you if if I like you you'll know it and if I don't then there's a reason don't feel special if you can make me laugh because I laugh at everything. I have the best friends in the world. I love my friends so much less their names and of course my two main girlies Kendall and Hannah and then I bliss out what. I'm sure I at the time thought such unique things that we do which are so incredibly basic and the fact that I thought these were like unique to us is ridiculous ridiculous. I say things like we never fight. We laugh toby cry. We tell each other everything we spent hours just laying in the grass eating big league chew do we are all totally different but we think the same we live in the moment we get each other through anything everything we take way too many pictures and make too many bracelets visco girl. We have no secrets. So if you're going to tell one of us something you might as well all I'll tell you because we will tell each other anyway. I am so glad we were not nightmare. We paint random things. We play plastic instruments. We eat strawberries sleep elected. We play plastic instruments. I I feel like that's still very you. We went to Mexico with the boys Scottish. Not The story go for it go for it. You don't know what story I'm GonNa tell I was just GonNa say that Sierra got we all were like getting souvenirs I think I got like some seashells. Whatever Sierra got a hot pink plastic accordion and and she proceeded to play it for the entire trip the entire way home and then it was in her filming backdrop as like an aesthetically pleasing thing for like the first two? Here's channel. I remember coming on board and be like. Hey so I haven't note about your strong plastic accordion. Never unlike the pink plastic accordion in the backdrop. Back then yes thank you see. They're just being nice I mean it's probably true here. You have to read the rest you the heat strawberry strawberry. We danced in the pouring rain. We get together and we go insane. You don't know she doesn't doesn't know role. I have no idea what that means to spend some dumb inside jail. What does it mean when we get together we go and say? I'm a little scared for the neighborhood. Safety you out there with your plastic instruments is going insane. Big League chew and strawberries. We've been through drama. which is funny because I said we never fight so I don't know what drama we've been through drama? Breakup tears laughs and wrestling matches and they just make us closer and here or is my favorite part of the whole thing at the bottom. It says who I'd like to me I at thirteen years old sitting there and Hannah's bedroom wrote a guy actually chilly worth my time..

"The people who were not very enthusiastic. That's all you need. They just had the UK Finale Colin laying in bed watching it and I was like I. Can you get a water. And he's like they're about to crown the first ever like America's superstar whatever and I just didn't really care pat it. I feel like repulsed. Drag race is so superior in every category but I do feel like they're starting to make a lot of them like it's all stars all the time I see I just got into Schuyler Schuyler and I I'm a pusher she push your Katie. I'm a pusher Schuyler always tries to get me into into her shows and I'm usually kind of like okay. I'll put it on my watch list. Sure but he'll eat literally like two days ago. You're sitting at lunch and I was telling Sierra about any any of you guys watch the good place. I was telling her I was like I feel like you would love it like Kristen Bell Ted Danson and I was telling her about like some of the funny ah caricatures and she just was like glazed over and I was like. I'm just GONNA stop talking. I know you're never going to watch. Russia over. Commend watched touched repulsed drag race on your recommendation. I know the next one. We have to get her into his westworld. I think I would like West. So I'll I don't think she'd be into game of thrones but westworld I feel like okay. Maybe I'll sense. You did so well with repulsed agrees I will watch westworld. Do we get a bump date. ooh What is my bump day. I guess this is my baby's first time ever in the spotlight. I have tech a couple shows since I've been pregnant admits without my baby's first time ever on stage but I feel like he's like rolling around in there. It's it's really cool. We're going to be extra careful not to say his name name on it coming and I was like no we've been we've been saying in a lot of the podcast and then just like cutting it out. So yeah. Yeah if you guys here knew you in the loop. This is a safe space. Assuming it's we're all friends here okay. So the topic. The topic of today's podcast is kind of a walk. Through of what where we were at the beginning of our experience on social media to now today here with you guys a million subscribers we kind of grew up on like the very beginning of people who grew up online like my little brother is here he seventeen he had had instagram and he was like ten. Yeah we didn't my little sister of it's it's these people who grow up in a like back. When we were young it was kind of like the wild wild west of like we were reviewing some of our old posts which will get into later but they were just kind of crazy of like? I can't believe that my friends were posting that on my wall when I was thirteen us and so I feel like it's been it's been really cool and really interesting to be in this kind of weird middle generation where we didn't grow up with it kind of will and we had it before now when kids go on instagram or facebook like their parents parents are on their parents. Were not on the Internet and I definitely would not oppose some of the things I posted if my parents were on the Internet and I feel like before facebook this book and Instagram and twitter and all those things we did get to have like club Penguin Neo pets neo pets girl. I was not a clip. I I recently was able to find the password and username to my neo. Pets account and I had a field day. I was playing Merca Chase happy I was going on some very quest. It was.

"Five. This is like one hundred has for like twenty bucks. I can totally totally attest to this. You're the one who recommended it to like what I got pregnant doing. in they're they're super nice because I think the like the key with that I think two things one that it syncs up to the APP in the APP tells you exactly like how what is I've seen I've seen when I when I was like trying trying to conceive there are people who take test strips and like tape them into a ball. I've seen that too but then testers get darker and darker the longer that they go for. We're in the also use. Have like a bunch of like peace strips like tape down like you said it's not accurate because the the strip is not valid after three minutes. Yeah and so oh and also I just feel like yes. I feel like it being tied to the APP in the APP telling you exactly what percentage you are helpful. I feel like a lot of times if you're like trying to be really hopefully you're like oh that looks really dark but in reality. It's still lighter than the other line and you're just like a point six or whatever And then the second thing is that. They're really inexpensive but they use the same technology. Whatever the other test you so you don't feel like you only are taking taking them when you could be ovulating right because that's the thing like when I got pregnant pregnant I can? Have you heard that song. The like to align. Just look pregnant we are you in kyle going to do a baby Mama dance okay. So that sounds so up. Kyle's alley so we do it a lot at home but like not recorded coordinate. Embarrassing can we maybe for the live. Show either. Maybe don't make you guys. Do it live. Because that's a lot of pressure but could we record you guys doing the baby Mama dance and play because my parents are insisting that I play my first youtube video at the live show because it's private five and they're like you have to play the show so I will play my first video if you make a baby mama dance hard. Maybe I might. I might be more inclined to just do a then record it because I feel like I don't necessarily want to have that recorded because I feel like that would be a really good to like for Kyle posted on facebook or something. Yeah 'cause I feel like it's like so crazy then you have to do it. Well we dance to it all the time. So it's like we're already like for like already know all the words wait. Kyle's like variant to dance. So what you guys do it at the live show. Maybe are packets for the live. Show in the description. Then you may or may not get to see Schuyler kyle the baby Mama Dance. Also the thing is that I used because everyone knows I used to do technical Michael Theater so I used to work at the venue where we're doing the live show for like two years so a lot of people who are going to be working the event or like my my old co workers so I think it's so if I'm like hey guys so like just coordinating like these are the lighting levels. We want this is the during during my baby mama jury so we'll see maybe how to come find out if you don't do do it during the show okay. We'll you do it at least at the reception Shar Chettiar so 'cause I could sing it on Karaoke. You know I should not seeing the dance and then you guys could do it. Kyle will a million percent do it park. That's very up. Kyle's alley perfect. Also I've had to tell him Mike Twenty Times like the live show is about you because he was telling me he was like so. If you want like I can walk out on stage before you guys and then I could do like an icebreaker and I was like what's the queue. Tell me your icebreaker. And he was like well. I my my go-to icebreaker. Is that a polar bear comes out on on the ice and then breaks. It told Someone Weird Dad joke and I was like why would you come out before us. Intel and Dad. But let's okay very. He'll be dancing on the reception. Her faked yes. But just yeah okay over another one. Oh okay so this was not my list by. I just swapping it for another thing so in the same soup vein lately. Fair is a broth that they sell like sprouts and whole foods whatever that is called not chicken broth and is game changing like guys if I can convince you to get one thing if you're into soups and you're like vegetarian or Vegan. Not Chicken Broth is amazing. Is it better than just because I just use vegetable Chaba broke. Because that's what I've used for forever but not chicken broth like gives that like savory salty like thicker good food thing that comes with broths because I feel like sometimes vegetable broth like a taste like vegetables and then it's like kind of watery comparatively if you actually were take a beef broth author whenever not chicken broth game changing okay. I'M GONNA have to make that chowder. I really like all the time in the fossil. Try It with not chicken. Yeah well I'll bring you a not chicken broth over from me okay. My next thing is my sit stand desk and I've only had this for like a wheat. Yes this is a new. It's a new thing so whereas all the other things on this list are like tried and true. I've had them forever. This breaking desk is making taking my life first of all. Just sit stand desks at all like I love. 'cause I some days I'm on my feet all day filming and I just want to sit down and some days if I'm like we're sitting down at the podcast right now after this last thing I want to do is go. Sit In my chair so I raise it up and I stretch out my back Lou. My a little tight being and it's just my this is so good I love it. Love it it's really cute watching you be like Ooh like raises up and you get excited. I've only the last thing I ever want to do is stand especially pregnant so you told me you you sent me a text retold me or whatever whatever that. You're getting like standing desks and I didn't understand your just getting. I thought you meant like you were getting one for like all those and carly and I was like. Oh God like she was GonNa to spend all this money and I'm Gonna I'm gonNA feel real bad. I'm glad I didn't get US Sandusky then Okay my next thing I know Oh serious going to laugh at this but I feel like it's my civic duty to tell everyone Myers is the superior home spray away in especially if you stock right now. They have an apple. CIDER sent a literally the greatest thing we why would I make fun of you for that. I feel like you don't like so you don't think like you don't like have like a favorite cleaner like that wouldn't be on your list of like. Wow Meyers. Go my favourite house cleaner. Is My husband. Recommend getting one. It makes cleaning the house so much easier easier. Not your husband your high recommend hiring Stephen Your of your house clean your house. I feel like Myers is the best us I've tried like all of the natural like housecleaners like I've tried seven generation an honest and all the things I just feel like Myers is superior and they have the best sense like in In Christmas time what's it called. They have like a a fern. One smells kind of like a Christmas tree but the Nice thing about their census Incirlik Natural. It's kind of the same thing as my cinnamon. Whisk from rarely are overpower. It's not like Gross Apple Cider or just genuinely smells like you you used your apple dealer. And they're like apples the S.. So now I want to try because his it actually works. which is the big thing with natural cleaners? I feel like some natural cleaners are like like water in essential. Oil like whatever But it's just ten on ten Myers became my next thing and I think I got you on board at this train. I'm not sure who the benefit Gimme brow. Brow Jell O.. My Gosh it. So here's the thing. I didn't know that you were supposed to fill in your eyebrows until hill I was like eighteen and Schuyler showed me how to fill it in with eye shadow would fill in our brows with shadow sparkly. Then I was like okay. Okay I'm just going to get a brow pencil and I got the dossier Beverly Hills Brow Pencil. Yeah but I am not some like. I don't do heavy makeup so if I pencil in my brow and sharp and like like really exact. It doesn't look right. Yes the rest of my makeup is as heavy this Brow Gel it just makes my brows look thicker and fuller without making them really structured. So if you're someone who wants a structured brow and you don't like your natural brow shape this isn't the product for you. Yeah but if you just want an and it's so easy to do it's just like boom boom boom boom boom boom whereas I used to spend like fifteen minutes on my eyebrows alone house like fifteen seconds. The only thing I do differently as I do use a little pot. The house like Jalen it so fill in like this middle part and then also my tales because my hair naturally is like especially like my eyelashes and my eyebrow harasses like white blonde right so I do feel like I need a little more structure like just when it comes to like my tails and stuff and then you use that the technical my glasses off so those of you on Youtube can see. I have no no makeup on my face right now. I have naturally relatively dark browse. Yeah so I just want them a little bit fuller. I don't necessarily need to like fill fill them in. So it's a Soga re tweet retrieve my next one is kind of like brought. You can use any brand you want you can use whatever crystal in salt lamps are game changing. Why so for so many reasons one one? They're really cute. They are like like decor thing. Also like the perfect amount of lighting. For if you want like a like cozier your vibe like I feel like they like cozy everything up. I feel like that'd be a good bedside lamp yet because all the time before bed Stevens like oh it's too bright and like while I'm reading like I want a little bit of light. Yes a chameleon percent and they like depending on who you are what you believe. There are some like quote unquote like health benefits to having them mm-hmm. I won't talk about any of that because I feel like it's all like whatever But a big thing too is like when I was doing technical theater the theater would be really dark and and then I would want like just a little bit of work light by like a hard like desk lamp here and so it was like the perfect glow also. I feel like if it glows kind of like romantic. Like I do. Feel like if you're using is like a bedside light. It's like a good down by how now so they back when I was in like high school middle school they Only had like pink Himalayan salt lamps but now they make alkaline salt lamps or crystal lamps which are white which is just like even better even you better. So that's my next thing. Okay I think I only have. I have three left up. Okay so the next one is is the dry bar charcoal scalps group. So let me. I took a photo of the label. Again it's called on the rocks. Charcoal Scouts grow it..

"I'm also I feel like that's a really good tip. I feel like we've had some like younger listeners. Recently I would say before you do any sort of face mask. Look at what it actually does because it wasn't until like maybe three years years ago four years ago where I would actually look and see like what the face masks was supposed to be doing. You just be like I'm going to buy like rosy cheeks from lush or. I'm just going to buy this acute whatever from Ulta in half the time they would like make me break out because that's not what I needed like. I feel like you should. You really should try and assess like what your skin the needs are of like. Are you dry. Are you oily. Do you have like clogged pores and then get a mask specifically for that because sometimes during a face mask can make your skin worse. You're putting on a drying mask and you have dry skin. Yup So and add onto that one more other product. The your poor strips. Because here's the thing I get black heads on my nose. Yeah but I can't do like a full purifying mask because I have to dry skin on my forehead and my chin. Yeah so I do the the full hydration everywhere and then I just you one of these charcoal poor shrimps and you peel it off and it pulls out of. Yeah my Gosh. It's so good I haven't done one. One of those and so long island is to those like once a week so Haig Harley to my list can you add the two random other things that I said so that we're telling them it was the poor strips and who is the other thing I added in Oh your Pajama Room for. Yes my Pajama Romper. Thank you okay. My next one very different from skin care but like this is so good that I have gotten my grandma on it so it is is a plant meter. So it's like a little contraption and then it has like to produce and you stick it in your plants and it tells you like if they're getting enough sunlight light and how wet their soil is. Do you have to get a different one for different types of plants. Now all you do is you can walk around your house and like a Sunday and like Plop Klopp Amon and see because half the time I feel like you don't know with plants because like a lot of the moisture won't be at the bottom so they'll look dry but you'll stick it in and it'll be like way to mois cool. I won't water you for like another week. And so it's just the greatest thing. There have been plans where they like literally like a zero zero unlike the sunlight meter. And I'm like cool. Let's rehome you and like you by the window. Because that's what's wrong and it's like five bucks on Amazon and they only need need one because you can do. You can just do it. And then you can only use it like once a month or once every couple of weeks to check in on things. But it's fun to 'cause I feel like half the reason why I like plants and why like like gardening is because I like like the process of it and like making sure that everything's like alive and and good and thriving so it's nice to have a way of checking in on things because half the time like your fiddly fig will just be dying and you're like is too much water six. You don't have enough enough. Do you need more sunlight. Like what do you need is. It's nice because it literally answers all those questions. That's so cool so that's a good thing Okay so my next thing is my sleeping mask so for. I have struggled with him insomnia since I was probably seventy years old like I'm just always struggled struggled with sleep and tried a million different little things and I wanted to try using an. I'm ask but the only I'm asks I had ever tried. This was like maybe four years ago. Were the ones that you pull on your face and it's flat and you have to have your eyes closed when you're wearing it because if you try to open it your eyelashes will like to hit the top so I got this one that it literally looks so weird. It looks like a Bra. It has two cups that go over your eyes pull it on and then you could keep your eyes open. All you see is dark. Yeah and so you. Don't get that weird thing where you're like. Oh like this is uncomfortable. I WANNA open my eyes. I have to take mask off. You just open your eyes is and you let them like naturally flows and adjust and it keeps me from Lake playing on my phone or like getting distracted and so while it doesn't solve my sleeping issues shoes. It helps and especially on planes on flights a game changer. You've had that for forever. Yeah that's been something that like has been tried and true. I've probably not for four or five years. Yeah so good. Ten Ten My next one. Would we WANNA do next okay. So another Aarp plant thing my glass plant thing propagation period. I think propagation is literally like the cure all too if you want to be a plant lady but like either are not good at like taking care of your plan to watering them. If you're on a budget if like any of these things because first of all there's so many different ways that you can display propagation of propagation for those who don't now is is basically you like take your plant and cut it at its node and then it grows roots when it's soaked in water and then you can replant it or you can just leave. Leave it in a jar and have like this cool like plant with roots coming out of it and so it's so great because it's really cute for decor also you just are making new plants for free and and so I feel like if you're someone who is like I want to be a plant lady but I don't WanNa go spend like twenty dollars on a plant and then like fifteen dollars on another plant or whatever just get like one plant that has a ton of nodes and then propagate it because then you get that look of plants all over your apartment also. It's fun John. Also Super Low maintenance one. It's like a you're you're making something new. It's like a hobby. Yeah we'll an. I even have like propagation bulbs up on my wall and it's like a really cute home decor things it takes like half the time you're like if this giant wall space but I don't WanNa put like art on here. I don't don't like another shelf. And so that's my thing propagation period okay my next thing is the hollister high waisted. Did vintage mom jeans with the paper bag waste. Oh my gosh. These are another thing where I got these. I sponsor and I tried them on and I was like I will never wear other pants. I like. They're so the the thing is they're not jennings like all of my comfy jeans are dragging uh-huh they're just like soft and a little bit looser fitting because they're mom jeans there. The paper bag waste. Oh No matter what your hip to waist ratio is you can i. Oh my gosh. They're so good. And so I got two pairs for the sponsorship. I got a parent of fifteen seventeen and I love both because the seventeen eighteen gives that looser fitting look and the fifteens give a more fitted. Look but I do find myself wearing the seventeen way more than the fifteen so maybe maybe do size up if you go for those but they recently restocked it so I ordered three more pairs and then posted about it and then they sold out so if I will link Clem and hopefully they resell again. I am so excited. I feel like one of the first things I'm going to do once. I have the babies by the by those jeans and drink a wet claw and and do all the other things that like. You have like we talked about so much wiping pregnant. And I'm like want to experience that's like didn't Kenzi get those genes wins like as soon as she wasn't pregnant. Yep and it's like great ooh What my next one to be. Oh okay so my next one is kind of like A take back on one of my old hot Oh because I realized as soon as I walked away from that podcast had been meeting to address it for like like months. Now know what this is. Oh milk is the superior milk except for when it comes to like soups chowder. 's things things like then what is ripple so ripple is p. milk like pa.. Okay not like P. because then it wouldn't be AH female. I don't think so. But it's so great. They literally they sell it at target. Also so they sell everywhere and they make little bottles of half-and-half and it's nice because peas are like a little like save freer than like oats Sir Sir almonds or anything or something that you would put in soup anyway exactly so that tastes. So that's that's my take back. I realize as soon as I walked away and then like two days later I went to the store to get ripple so that I could make soup and I was like why I'm so dumb. Because you asked me on the podcast you were like so is it good for soups and childers and it was like yes. I really sincere very convincing. It's because it's not what I use for shouters I use reveal. We'll go there. You go a little bit of P in your little bit of p Okay. So my next thing is the premium APP slash the. It's called the easy at home tests from Amazon. So it's a little set of ovulation test strips and they also come with pregnancy test strips path and then the APP is free and the You you do your ovulation test And then you just scan it on the APP and it'll tell you what percentage or not what percentage what like decimal you're ovulating so like if you're ovulating it'll be over like a one point something and it'll be like a point three or point two two and then it graphs it in the OP is free. You just got the test strips and you can also log like other symptoms if you had sex if you like had spotting or anything it is so good and then I get just these little tiny plastic p Cups and I. I've gotten so good opinion a cop and then I do the test strip and it's just so much better than like trying to pee on a test. Yes and there's so much cheaper like the regular Pete Lakes expe- sticks from like Walgreens or whatever are like ten dollars for five. This is like one hundred has for like twenty bucks. I can totally totally attest to this. You're the one who recommended it to like what I got pregnant doing..

"I wear it to shoots because I can take it off without messing up my hair and makeup I wear to bed. I wear on flights. It is fantastic. I my mom order one because it was so good I will put a link in the description or actually going to try to link all these products. So that's the two of US and Kyle. How will we got you covered? We will but yet the Pajama Jumpsuit. From target totally recommend. And it's only twenty bucks i. It's like the best material. I don't have the Pajama Jumpsuit. But I do have pajamas that are in that same fabric from target Tennyson. Just like better than being making agree. So Great My next one. Let's see Minna. Switch categories a little bit beyond he. Oh I can't believe I didn't put that on my list. I I feel like beyond his been like the biggest game changer in my leg. Vegetarian Vegan journey. Because the I like both both kyle and I love cooking so much in so many recipes call for ground beef and like we try and eat mostly vegetables in replacement Smith of beef. Like if ever there's a time where like a recipe calls for me and like we can substitute in like potatoes or like Broccoli or whatever more than like that's great because that's like a little more nutritious nutritious than beyond beef but for just like tacos for meatballs for literally really everything beyond belief is perfect and also they like just reformulated their recipe a couple months ago and I feel like it's incredible like just so good. I made beyond beef Tacos last night and we have some people for Halloween. Stephen made beef and I made beyond beef. Yeah and a lot of people were trying both and said the beyond beef tasted better than the real beef and this is non vegetarians. That's so awesome. I just love it and I think like there are a lot of like alternatives Out there for me But beyond vicious that the best. It's so good best a great Okay since you did food I will also do food nutritional freaking yeast some old. What do you call it new coach? I call it. Newt Oh my gosh it's so good Schuyler introduced it to me and I use it in everything so basically nutritional yeast is Vegan but it makes everything cheesy and creamy. So I'll do you like green beans with some garlic and then nutritional yeast and mix it together in the walk like in the waters. It's simmering yeah and it makes these like it it tastes like cheesy green green beans. Yeah but there's no cheese and it's like good for you. I put it on popcorn. I put it on big potatoes like anything you can imagine. nutritionally nutritionally Soga area. In that same vein I will say Tofu Sour Cream. It is the only Vegan sour cream that is good. I will say I've literally like I use it when I was a vegetarian because I liked it so much like when I wasn't out searching because I feel like sour cream and cream cheese are like the two really hard things to get good because most companies make them with like almond mill girl like coconut milk and like I don't really want like like all men taste in my like baked potato right but to- foodie sour cream is the bomb. I'll have to try it. It's literally it's like. We always have at least two containers in our fridge. 'cause we go through it so fast Like I feel like for a long time. I would just avoid recipes that had a ton of sour cream menam because I like didn't really wanna eat dairy but also like just knew the all. The sour cream sucked right like like vegetarian. Beef stroganoff or or like anything that was like super sour cream heavy but I discovered this a long time ago and I am just into where do you got it. You can get at sprouts a whole foods. Any of those like. I'll have to try it ten tenth. That sounds Fan. They don't have it at target yet. which is like roll sad? It'd be there eventually Italy. So so my next thing is my case defy case okay. So case defies a company that they sponsored me. Maybe almost a year ago and I hadn't tried and one of the cases before so I was like okay. Can you guys send me some. And I literally before I even agreed to that sponsorship us on my phone like exclusively took off the expensive case I had bought and I was so good then. They sent me a pokemon case. They did which I was obsessed with. Then they sent me another one and then they sent me this one which is so clear so it shows the purple on my new phone but that has the flowers and it has like it's super protective but you know like author box phone cases that are like super protective active like thick abby. This is still super thin and it has a lip on the front so when you drop it it's less likely to shatter the screen. So it's literally fantastic and like it doesn't make my phone feel bulky. That's another one of those companies that I mean. Have you done a sponsorship with them since you did one. Yeah no free advertising for me because it is simply focuses that I'm like it's so good of course I'm going to come out and that's another thing where like I feel like sometimes I don't know I mean obviously there's like Hashtag at or Shag sponsored on things birther supposed to be legally if you're actually sponsored by them but I feel like a lot of times people see like even before I was working with you. I would see like girls like boxing makeup or boxing. Whatever no thing like oh they're sponsored by them but the reality is half the time it's it's just like free product and there's no obligation to post about it and look you like it and so that's the thing is the company you genuinely love? Oh every time I get a package from them. I'm so excited when I got my new phone Stephen was like. Oh we should like buy you a case. And I'm like let me just like email case defy and if they say no then I'll just by myself a new case if I saw. Aw Cute what will I do for my next one. Okay my next one. This is probably one of the things I get the most questions about on instagram. which is really funny? Because it's very niche. An apple peeler so I have a fantastic prepare but guy. I got this this apple peeler that I have. Maybe when I was like twelve from my now mother-in-law like because her and I would like Apple Pie together because we've been family friends for forever in like sticks to the table and the new. Poke your apple into it and like you rotate and it peels it. In course it. It's game changing. I I was so my mom. Got One of those from like a pampered chef party when I was six and we call it. The apple peeler core slicer and so like my favorite thing was eating spiraled US apples. Everyone's favorite things I feel like one of my go-to things is baked Apple Pie. Baked Apple Pie at your house and my parents Alison everyone's houses before and so like the guys will always come over and like e other shavings making the Pied. It's I feel like I. It's so great for apple pies but also also just so great for life like I'm so excited to use it for like my baby and like just be able to have like easy clean and I'm one hundred percent certain that apple's taste better when they're like in the little spiral then if you bite into an apple it's fantastic literally game changing and I found and want 'cause I didn't know that those were like a big thing. Yeah and then for Christmas like two years ago maybe three years ago my mom found one that was at crate and barrel and so she I gave it to me for Christmas and I was like see. I don't think they're that big of a thing. They're pretty niche. 'cause I literally will get like fifty deums. AM people being like. What is this magic? They're so good so lincoln description. Get Yourself Apple Peeler. They're like ten or fifteen bucks on Amazon. Unlike Soga so great ten Adam okay so my next one is from Kylie cosmetics. The clo- money loop shade. It's from the cocoa line. which was like the collaboration? She did with I think it was closely. Yeah and it's in like Of Gold kind of like reflective case. And it's their matt liquid lipstick in the Shade Colo- money and it is literally league the perfect nude shade. It's Matt and it lasts for a while but you know how sometimes when you put on like a twenty four hour color. It's so sticky that it gets like blotchy so this one will like have a nice even fade over time. You know even if like let's put it on the morning and you don't rea- pile day at like two two. PM You're not going to be blotchy it's just GonNa be a little bit more faded. Oh that's game changing. It's so you like any of the other Kylie lip kit. That's I love the Kylie lift kits and I didn't like get on the hype train right away when I was Just as celebrity makeup line. I don't use lip liner so I just get the singles singles. Yeah and they are my absolute favorite color to try them does in the Meat Matt Hughes are the only two US and I've quite a few shades of the Kylie ones. That's wild yeah I've never. I've just never tried. Maybe I'll get you some for our give to Shane. Here's some Clo- many uh-huh okay. I'll do my last makeup Oga what you have a couple more silvery other things a bunch of other things as living. Oh crap I no thanks Okay there is a powder called air spun powder that I have used for so long you buy it on Amazon and it's like a translucent setting powder I just felt like Patrick Star Post about it a I think a lot of like og beauty gurus would ease it's inexpensive insist translucent setting powder but I have gotten so many people on the train because it's literally like ten dollars on Amazon and will last you like a year. I'll have to try that. It's let's show great elegance. It's just it's just perfect. See 'cause I use the slick clinic powder. Yeah that's I think really good if I'm I'm just using that on my bare face instead of but when I use it if I'm doing like a foundation day yeah I feel like it's almost makes my make my foundation. We're streaky. Yes I feel like maybe if I did it a loose powder when I do foundation it would look set it more like the game. Changing the I've been doing since we went to live was they gave us those brushes that you've had forever so I use the flat one so instead of using like a powder brush I use like the the big packer one and we'll just put it on and then like brush off off as kind of like fake baking. But it's nice because I feel like a lot of translucent powders are so heavy that I feel like my face isn't look like Shami or like radiant anymore anymore but it's just truly translucent. It just makes it like I never have my makeup like wipe off all my gosh. It's great okay so cheap and I last forever. I'm GonNa send me a link but they'll be Lincoln kind of smells a little bit. Grandma I eat. That's the only thing which I like. I like like Floral Clean San Zan. You're good with it but that's the only thing. Okay so my next one is I only recently figured out. I have like the world's dry skin like I. I always assumed oh like I just have like combination skin. Whatever 'cause I'm like Oh because like I get oil he sometimes? I don't get oily. Just get some acne. Yeah but I don't get like like oil. I have very dry patchy skin and just using a moisturizer is not enough for me interest but all of the face masks that I used to do. We're like mud masks because I didn't know that's meant for oily skin. Yeah so if you use a mask or appeal dry skin it it just makes it more flaky. 'cause it's drying out the scare which is great for someone with oily skin. So I found this is from the brand. Cyprus it's called the glow. Oh filter refining enzyme mask. It's meant to like locking moisturizer and make your skin more globally. And so I use it once a week and it's it feels kind of gooey and here's the thing you don't get the satisfaction that you get from like appeal mask or like a mud mask because those you get the satisfaction in a feeling at Hardin or feeling like peeling it off this is just like a wet Goo that you put on your face for fifteen minutes and then wipe off. Yeah but the end result is so good. I'm obsessed with this..

"And free tight from Lululemon which are are like ninety dollars they have like a because that's the thing I liked the power hold. Yeah but they're more cottigny and don't have a pocket so they're great for the gym But just for like running errands. They're like very high compression. And so the salar solid pure lex leggings have a pocket on the side. Like a nice little yeah angled pockets. I can put my phone credit card. Whatever they're like high waisted but they're not like compression so they're ju- but they're still supportive so supporting but not compressing can like breath and relax a little bit more an awesome? The material is more like Lycra SPANDEX. which which is what I liked? So much about the Lululemon fast and free tight FEM accent except these are literally the perfect dupe. And they're so much cheaper and I just absolutely salute them. So that's so awesome. That's a really cool thing. It's obvious to me because like I know you as a friend but but also something I feel like a lot of people don't know because they just want you to do like all sorts of sponsorships. You are really really selective with who you partner with so if you partner partner with someone that's a genuinely your favorite version of that that's like I will not partner with a brand if I am not already obsessed with that product or if they if it's a brand I haven't heard of all say like send me the product I'll try it and then if I love it I'm like yeah cool. I'm in I'm like I'm not just going to get an email email seed the price and then be like cool. I'm in I have to love the product which I feel like is a good thing to know because I feel like a lot of people would just assume like. Oh yeah like. She's he's a fat boy ambassador. Bowling no fabrics is like your favorite. I can't tell you how many people I know in real life who will be like. Okay so I know you're sponsored by fabrics but like Loki. He like like what are they actually had and I'm like they are literally the best like don't even use my coupon code. If you don't need to just the best just just go go Okay let me see. I think next they'll do a home thing so I'll do. This is my only like seasonal thing and it's really small but at like sprouts and I'm sure other like natural grocery stores stores. They sell cinnamon whisks. But you can use airfresheners in your car and I just feel like it's a game changing. What's what's a cinnamon wis.? So it's like a little looks like probably this big. It has a little like Dongola so you can hang it from your window like how you hang like a like a air freshener. But it's like just cinnamon sticks tied together and I recently realized they also have like cinnamon. Orange centered ones. But it's so nice because I've tried. AIRFRESHENERS are like fall. Sent it or seasonally. scented wanted and they just smell like really artificial. Sometimes you get into your car like Oh it's like candy canes ever but I feel like this. This is the perfect thing because in fall I want everything to feel like cozy and not Tom. No but it's I don't know and just perfect since you did a sent one. I also have a one hit me anything in the Senate flannel from both in bodyworks. You have been obsessed with so my thing for the longest time with sparkling icicle. Yeah which was only available in Christmas time so I would stock up on and literally diffuse it all year. This fall I will. I just walked in and the associated. who was there was just like super helpful? You know sometimes you can tell people like really WanNa find your good set and then sometimes you feel like you're bothering them. I don't think I've ever shopped bath and body works. I I don't know so like sometimes if you're like oh I'm looking for this. They'll be like Oh yeah here. It is and sometimes they'll be like Oh my God let me help you. Yeah and it was really empty on a Wednesday so this this girl was like okay. Describe to me your favorite sat like describe to me what you love so much about sparkling icicles and I was like I like clean sense. I like maybe a little hint of floral but I don't WanNa floral set the like. I almost like men sense better. Yeah so I had smelled chevy smell like eight candles and I smelled this flannel one and I was like oh my gosh. You're like this is I have now. Have Room sprays candles plug INS everything flannel scented to all the time. I love it because it's so autumnal smelling and it's like very very cozy and it's nice because I feel like forever I associated with sparkling icicle said. Yeah but now. I'm starting to shift into associated with this event because they feel like I walk in. I'm like oh it's so cozy in the all especially because it's been cold in the mornings. I like my sweater. I'M GONNA drink like hot tea. Candlelit could just going to be great also for the audio listeners. Out There Schuyler cute yellow chunky sweater. And I'm in a Green tie-dyed Jonas Brothers t-shirt that I got it. There concert was wearing like a red sweater and had like a red hair scarfing of and then I was like I feel like I'm just really diving into this Christmas thing too much tone it down down into a last minute. It's very cute though. Thank you just for me Okay my next thing ago so kind of speaking speaking of car things I there is a blogger named almost makes perfect first of all. I'm just obsessed with her. I think she's like the cutest person ever in her son's cute and families cute and everything but she makes a magnet for your car that says baby on board and they sell it like I know they saw like pigment and San San Diego and a bunch of like little boutiques but also sells online and I am just obsessed with it because I think for forever up until I got pregnant and then I got into car accidents and was like really looking at like what can I do to make sure that like me and my child are as safe as possible. I just always thought like baby onboard stickers or like the little stick families or whatever was just like people putting stickers on their car. I never really thought anything of it but there are studies out there that show that like people are made more aware of your car and her like more cautious if like they see a baby on board sticker and also if you were to get in an accident first first responders see that in no to look for a baby and so in actually makes everything a lot safer and like all. I've done so much research. Unlike at sea see and all the ones to try and find a baby on board. That wasn't just like a yellow caution thing in hearses like perfect it's a magnet so it doesn't like it won't damage your car Dr but it also doesn't come off in the car wash. I'm just a big. It's really cute on your car and it's really inexpensive. I mean it's like ten bucks so that's okay that's my next thing. Okay so my next one. Is I wear these half tease. Whenever I'm wearing a white t shirt that's a little bit transparent and everyone's like where do you get your T.'s? And I'm like they are literally from a website called Haffey so also you're the only person I've ever seen where half team but like it makes makes so much sense and it's such a perfect idea so the thing is all the time if I'm wearing a white t shirt or something that's like more low cut that I wanted to be. I would layer. I had like a nude away in a black tank top underneath. Yeah but the thing is then. You're adding like extra layers to your stomach. You're making it warmer thicker when you don't need coverage here you you just need it here. Yeah so it's just like a little top of a tank top that comes sports brought to here it's so comfy also will just wear them around the house like as a Bra. If I'm on a Lazy Day and I just want some sort of little teeny bit of support. I don't even need like a letter or anything. Just wear like a t-shirt that's amazing there. There I'm pretty sure. The company is like for Mormon Modesty. So it's meant to like make a top more modest than like cover up your your chest goals but even even if you don't care about modesty it's just a perfect comfort thing. Well even if you care about modesty in the like in a workplace environment. I feel like it'd be nice if like even I know when we did confidence makeover with Rachel. A big thing that we talked about was like her style. Personally personally is very edgy fund flirty but then go to work and be a boss lady and so it's hard because she's like okay here. Are My work. Clothes in here. Might not work clothes. I feel like that's a good thing to like kind of transition in between the two. I like if you've talked a little cut for like being. I don't know in like a a nine to five workplace environment but you like it's Q.. U. Then maybe you just throw half Tian and then becomes like quote unquote uh work and they have like Hynek ones. They have ones with sleeves and then they also the ones that I wear. It's just a spaghetti strap and it's a scoop neck and so it's a little bit lower and I don't feel like being suffocated I love. I LOVE THEM DOT com. I don't think I have enough elite code but I'll try to get one and what was like your it out. We'll figure it out. I only have one clothing item on here because right now I'm pregnant and so I feel like most of my regular clothing items don't fit me and then I don't want to just give pregnancy things because I don't really have maternity clothes so whatever but I will say four pregnancy and not not pregnancy. That'd be called. American Eagle jumpsuits. Our the business like I literally I. I'm I'm now seven months pregnant as of today which is really exciting and I like still fit into my American Eagle Trump soups. Because they're like so stretchy and it's nice because pretty much all of them have like an elastic waistband or some sort of like waste definition and they're like a little slowly like the legs Tummy area and so I just feel like they're so cute. They're so comfortable. And even if you buy one now it's not like you're buying a maternity jumpsuit. That you won't and get to wear again you can wear it after. Pregnancy and American Eagle is such high quality and they have really good sales so I would say wait until they have like a forty percent off sale and then just go through him by like three jumps is at a time because they can't be a little pricey if they're like forty five bucks for a jumpsuit way that it's still the same high quality and you're getting it for cheaper so I would say like out of everything clothing wise for my pregnancy. That's been the only thing that's like tried and true other than like oversized sweaters or whatever Of like I just I keep buying them because I know that like I'm going to be all be able to wear them. Post was pregnancy. It just like I was able to wear them prepregnancy but also wear them now but so is the perfect blend of like casual and like cute. You can dress it out until like Shell L. Esguerra Mike to Breakfast. Yeah by I love jumpsuits because I so big Jumpsuits weren't like a big thing when I was in Middle Swan High School And I hated dresses because I associated dresses with like girly dress up like I don't like them and when I was like a junior in high school I figured the dresses like a Baggy T.. Shirt dress is basically just wearing like an oversized Pajama shirt. Yeah and then. I was like so into dresses and then I figured out that that jumpsuits are just dresses. That also won't make your thighs. Chafe yes and I was like. Oh my sign me up here like this is it. Oh I'm GONNA throw win an extra one that I just thought. Love speaking of jumpsuits. I have a Pajama Jumpsuit. From target. Oh I do love your Pajama jump. I Love I love it. It's so soft..

"I will have needed to eat breakfast already. So then you're like eating like a granola bar to like hold yourself over and it's like okay so what I'm getting is you. You don't like Brunch breakfast. Yes like I wish that. I wish that branch could be at breakfast time. You want to go go away. But like no one's want's GonNa get together with me at like eighty two breakfasts San Diego like. That's not a thing is I feel like most people that enjoy brunch or like in their like twenties in our life of a millennial thing. Yeah it's like we went out last night to the winery and so like let's meet up at like eleven ketchup. Chat like half mimosas. But like I'm pregnant and I'm not having the most is like I'm just really hungry. Relied French so he just like wall. Oh my friends to wake up at like six. Am Okay maybe a hundred something special before like the baby gets here and just like wake up at six. AM show up at your front door and be like. Let's go code breakfast. Also I just want to say if they're cuts in this podcast in podcast going forward for a long time. We weren't saying the sex of my baby on the podcast so like there were some cuts to cut out that but now I know what his name is going to be. You know what his name is going to be. And so it's really hard hard because that's what we call him in conversation. So we just we go on highland start talking about him and say his name in the. We have to cut it like on instagram or on here. Yeah I'll say like baby P which by the way P like my last name is Paul it so if I ever say polit or P I'm not saying like baby pete or uh-huh like the other day and have log. I said like like Oh good job. Body like B O d y like to my body and so when message serum was like like I think Schuyler baby's name is bobby and she slipped up. Maybe like it's just putting disclaimer. We have a name and so so. If they're cuts that's why his name. But do we WANNA get into our favorite shore. Okay so mine has like no structure. I'd just have a list of things. Do you want to just kind of like go back and forth yeah mind is structured. So I'M GONNA like I'll put a little sparkle Emoji next to the ones I talk about a good idea or I can just delete them. You know okay. I'll let you go first and then I'll I'll go kind of based on the category that you're in okay. So my like current favorite thing right now. Is this deep conditioner. I took a picture of the labels so that I can give on your information. It's from pure allergy. It's the color fanatic serious color care instant deep conditioning mask some interesting. My phone's going off. I have the thickest hair the world yeah every single time we go to drive our go somewhere new to get a haircut or something. They're like. Oh yeah it'll probably be like twenty minutes and I'm like no no no I have like a lot of hair and then after like an our. They're like Oh girl you've got a lot of hair and I'm like yes I know so with. I do like a more lightweight conditioner. Yeah it just doesn't get all the way in even if I look use a wet brush in the shower. Yeah this instantly tangles which my hair so tangled that's awesome. It makes it like Silky smooth but it doesn't feel heavy heavy because I think sometimes deep conditioners. If you're like oily they leave a residue that feels heavy. I get out of the shower. My hair feels like light and airy and like so clean and it's safe for colored hair. That's awesome so. Have you made your hair anymore. Currently say no. We've been talking about a little little bit like and I know that I've watched a bunch of people doing videos and like the curly girl hair method and like one of the number one thing people do is like a lot more by deconditioning an anger and leaving conditioner. Yeah I think it makes my hair less frizzy because my hair forms more curls and less like hinge printing so that stuff is amazing I get it at Ulta Also for those of you who don't know series to have like ringlets curls throughout high school. Yeah it's only in the last couple years where I feel like it's gotten like a little more wavy lead. You like now I can. I can shower leave my hair down in air dries and it's a little frizzy but it's like looks fine before it would be like poof out. Yeah if I didn't and I would have to do scrunching like with scrunchy product. It's so interesting. How like your body changes as you get older? You don't want might be an interesting video following my hair hair care routine from two years ago or three years ago or four or from high school because I remember I use this very specific like bed. Head blue bottle SOPH- SCRUNCH and I'm the biggest thing was you would flat iron the Front Bay your hair. Oh yeah just the bay. I hope funny I feel like that's a different person. I I know I should follow. That would be really funny. I there's a tutorial it's I think it's private on my channel but it was like one of my v Videos. It was like how I get my natural throw beach waves and it was like my hair routine. That's so cute Do you WANNA do product. Oh yeah so I will also do something inlet similar vein. Okay okay so what you're going to find out throughout this podcast. If you don't already know is that I hate labels like I literally just like I feel like products products look messy and I hate them and like it had bothered me for so long for years that like if I were to get like a new shampoo or like a new face wash that it would clash in the shower like it would just look like a hodge podge of all the products maybe like a year and a half or two years ago. Oh I got plastic amber bottles off of Amazon and then I labeled them so. It's literally if you walk into my shower. It's like a plastic amber number bottle labelled that says like shampoo then conditioner than face. Wash them. Body Wash Shampoo Toner. Like it's all it's all on the same acetic it like it's so easy and I feel like it literally. The the bottles are super inexpensive. They're made out of plastic so they're like durable but they're like a nice ace amber color and then you can also use them for other things in your house right and so I just feel like it makes my chatelet. 'cause I'm a big shower person like I always keep keep like a bottle of lavender and my shower in like do droplets before I shower because I just want it to be like a spa experience so I feel like walking in there and not seeing. Kyle's like doc look like just for men or what it like. It's just it makes it so much more relaxing. Yeah Your House really is like a small fast cop anyone could ever give me okay. So my next one is a makeup one okay and this is the primer that I am convinced prior to this product. Doc I was convinced that primer was just like a scam like I was convinced. Like it doesn't actually do anything. Yeah it's just like an extra thing that the makeup industry get you to buy totally then the one I like. Is the the smash box. The original photo-finish smoothened Blur Primer. This primer is. It's not that expensive. It comes in like a little silver bottle. You only need a little bit and it creates this. Just like beautiful prepped canvas of your face so like when I just put on moisturizer voice riser and then I do my makeup it kind of like fills into the lines crocks and imperfections in my skin whereas this now is like I haven't even template so it makes applying buying like liquid foundation so much easier because it goes even if I don't get every spot perfectly it smooth. Oh it's so bad that's amazing thing. Yeah I feel like Primers for forever. I just thought were like I would buy the was. Was it the poor fashionable but I felt like it made the makeup slide off on my. Yes yes I was like. Isn't this the opposite of primers supposed to do so. I like stopped using them and then I got one when we went to the live that like I really like and so I've been just using using that like in in tandem in conjunction with my moisturizer but I'm not like obsessed with that match. Try that one. I highly recommend it. I the next kind of on the similar train. I I just love it. Cosmetics I think it cosmetics is like one of the best makeup brands out there. And that's the ULTA brand right so there there are separate brand with their their shoulder over and their whole thing is that they're focused on skin care so unusually like if you put on a foundation the ideas that the foundation is just like making you look better but like if you wear for too many days it can make you break out. And whatever their whole thing is that they're like skin care. I like foundation second so the only make what I'm right now is like they're heavier coverage and this is the bye-bye foundation which I really like but for forever. I've warned they're like CC creamer bb cream. That's like basically the same formula but it just kind of like tin in Syria skin so now and it's nice because I feel like I'm like I don't really breakout anymore and it just. It's nice knowing that like if I don't take off my makeup makeup makeup for like ten hours in a day that I'm not like ruining my skin and I'm going to break out bright because for so long I wore like Ben Nice stage makeup or likely to thick like like like like to face born this way or you know like thicker more full coverage and it's nice now 'cause I don't need the full coverage because it's acting as skincare right that make sense like my base isn't like I don't have a ton of pimples. Nothing no I feel like. That's so nice when you 'cause I was the same way I used to use like. I think the one I use was like a Kat Von D. Lakes superheavy coverage and I stopped using it after like her whole. Just WanNa rebuy after the whole like Andy Rocks And so then I was like all right. I need a new foundation and I had never had my makeup professionally done this a year ago and we had a makeup artists come in for a shoot and she used a Oh. It's a beautiful. I murder foundation and it's like perfect. It's not as heavy. Yeah and I can like blend into into my neck better and it's just gager and I feel like it's especially probably tricky for you because you're on camera so much like when you're on camera you not that you need to be wearing makeup but if you're going to be wearing a foundation it's helpful for it to be like really pigmented like I. It's kind of like a light stage makeup young and so I feel like it's hard because does you don't want to wear something super full coverage because like that's not what you want anymore but you also don't want to just wear like a tinted moisturizer because then and if you're shooting from faraway and may not pick up right so it's so it's a whole to do I do i. I love that. You're just like it cosmetics. As a whole my favorite. Yeah I just even maybe like a month ago my mom was like okay Schuyler. Here's what I walked for back to school. I want you to take me to Ulta Sephora and I won't you just like Redo my make because she'd been using like a bare minerals foundation powder and like she was using like a bronze earlier that like with like her the same brush show is really big. It was just like she hadn't updated her makeup bag and forever and was buying the same products so like it. Cosmetics is. What we're doing for you right? I did that and Mike some highlights and stuff but not so fun Okay so my next one. So you you guys know I'm a fabrics ambassador. This podcast is sponsored by Fedex. However so I had been in love with their high waisted? Solid powerhold leggings for awhile. Since before I I started the ambassadorship and then through the ambassadorship. That was like the one product where I was like. I want to talk about this. I have found a pair that is better than the power hold. Their air called the salar solid pure Lux liking. These are literally the perfect dupe for the fast.

"Why don't we give each other gifts? And then Stephen and Kyle can work they can figure it out themselves. We're we're not going to tell them. They are becoming like really really good friend. It's because they've always been close. Yeah Stephen was. Kyle's best may on like we've we've always been like a group of the four of us but I feel like literally everyday now. I like turnover and Kosslick texting. And I'm like Oh like. Are you texting your mom. Like what's up. He's not Buddy Steven. They're so funny. They're like really good friends. I was telling Stephen Besties even and Kyle title of both said this struggle to keep up front and I said to him I was like do you think you in kyle hang out so much because of Schuyler and I and he was like no. I'm and I'm like but but let me. We haven't hung out the four of us in forever out like five times until they go and see a movie like every also they discovered that lake they they they used to just drag us to those movies and we would kind of like drag our feet the whole time and I think they'd discovered it's better to just like cut the deadweight and like leave us home and they go. Oh and then we're happier and they're happier. I know it's so funny. It's just so funny to watch Lake Stevens for sure. Kyle's best friend right now which is like like really cute. Well what about you because in the last podcast you were like I feel like it's so great kyle and I are just best friends and now Stephen is replacing Kyle to me the other day. I don't think I told you this I might have told Stephen this. I was talking to kyle about like how humans Stephen are getting so close. And I was like but like I'm your friend. And then like toothless olive and then Stephen Right and he was like well. Stephens like my only best friend. They don't sleep with description of it because technically like all into this like sleep in the bed. Kyle and I like sleeping sleep in a bed together so like technically all of us sleep together but I was like. That's a really good distinction of like because I feel like that's always the thing like oh take my significant others like my best friend but like like this person's like my other best friend but like my best friend that I don't sleep with I feel like the only nice thing about getting older and not having as many friends is that like I mean there are some nice things but it's like now I literally have like two best friends and there's no like but you're also my best friend but you but you are too and like when I was in high school had like fifteen people. I considered a best friend while minutes. Like I feel like when you're younger it's like they're my best friend and then like these are my closest friends. Only one feeling both of us right now have to best friend. Oh think for you. It's like me and Kenzi and for me it's like you and Jessica right and it's just like it's simple and easy. I'm good and then I have other friends who I hang out with from time sometime and see all the time but like I feel like I have two friends that I need to do regular maintenance with your like other friends all like see when they're around or whatever but I have two friends where I'm like if I hadn't talked to you in a week I'd be like I should give Schuyler a call we'll and it also makes planning things easier Russia of like even talking about like in the future like when when you're pregnant like I know that like me and Kenzi are going to plan your baby shower and like like maybe your mom that's really like really gets just like no title. I'm like yeah or be like who out of like Sierras. Ted Friends is helping. It's like just man Kensey Z.. And unlike other people will show up and have a good time like it makes logistics daily. Does should we say our hot takes. Oh Yeah we'll do this quickly before we get into the subject of this episode. which is we're just going to do? Our favorite products think like fairy lights. You think like mid to two thousand. I think like your favorite beauty youtuber sitting down and telling you like what makeup. Thanks Zoa this is like our lifetime. Favorites awards like people like October over twenty one thousand nine favorites like this is just my current things that everyone asks me about. Yeah and like I'm not gonNa make a whole video sitting down telling you where like the undershirt that I wear under my tank. Tops is coming from but like you guys want to know well and I have like a couple like beauty fashion things but most of mine are like really like things that I think are really practical. The high wish if I if I was like in my twenties or whatever that someone would just like. Tell me like if if you're looking to get into plants get this like this is the best household cleaner. When I think we'll cover different categories to which is nice? I like serious going to come in with a lot more of the fashion ones. Come in with a lot more of like the home one. I surprisingly have a lot of like skin care and beauty things because I never really was good that make up but I loved skin-care and I've always loved skincare and then recently I've been getting more into like switching my makeup's I feel like now I finally know like okay I've tried like twelve primers told this is the one that's the best yet and I've done the work for you. So drew WANNA do. Our hot takes really quick. So my heartache is is you know not so much of a hot take for me like I don't think anyone's GonNa be surprised but I feel like a lot of people feel this way like the way that I'm arguing against so so my hot take is that it is not weird for two grown adults to enjoy. Disneyland agree there are so like. Do you remember that article that went viral about the mom on like freaking out about the like half dressed millennials. Getting Cotton Candy and making her child sad because he couldn't have cotton candy. I think you know I I mean. I obviously a million percent the only counterpoint. I'll make because I feel like it's boring if I just didn't like. Yep really the only counterpoint. I'll make is I I do. I did think when they were doing like the mad tea party Tron. Like when they're trying to make it more clubby in California adventure that I'm not like a super super big fan of I feel like the beer gardens and like the winery is like the perfect like it's great for people in their twenties. It's great for for like parents. You can have a beer. But I didn't feel like the clube like was a mad tea. Party was a little thoughts a Disney decision decision. Not a person attending exactly but I did feel you had attracted more like ravers smoking area in that area where people go smoke and I know I felt a little less like design magical but I think that like I think adults can go and enjoy the Disney magical and that's another take is like I don't think dizzy needs to start like serving alcohol everywhere trying to feel that way. Like I just WanNa go and have a wholesome good time agree and so for for Stephen and I when we were talking about trying to have kids and we're like what do we want to do together before we have kids like. Are there any boxes. We WanNA check off and Stevens like I want to go to Disneyworld and I was like shouldn't we like that's an expensive trip like should we wait until we have kids. We can justify and he's like no like bus the whole thing like when we're going with kids like we're going to focus on the kids it's like I want this to be like us experiencing it enjoying it and it's such like a wholesome fun magical time. He No to Thailand Alan. I just booked a hotel room for next Friday so that we can do and he's GonNa take the day off work and then we're just going to do like a full Disney day and like spend the night up there air so it was like. Oh my gosh it's November and like a lot of December is blocked out for the holidays slash. We're just GONNA be like crazy busy and then I'm due you in late January so I wanna make sure that we at least have like one final Disney trip. That's like the two of us before we have a baby because 'cause realistically I'm sure we'll go at some point in like December but if we go it'll probably be with my family or you guys are like fun for you guys have to Jio to be like wow are less time watching the fireworks like the two of US know. Are you guys GonNa get like a little like forgotten. Any like Disney anything's for your baby. I haven't I so I just started on yesterday yesterday. Like ordered him a bunch of clothes which is really excite. Aw I guess I'll make that my bump day 'cause which is exciting? Because I feel like for a while I was like holding off because I was like I feel like I'm GonNa get close move baby shower and then if everyone gets me newborn close than like all WanNa get zero to three months in kind of supplement and then I was like realistically. I don't think I'm I'm going to get that many baby clothes. My baby shower because I feel like people bring mostly other things and if I do get something like there are a lot of days. Isn't a month Mike. Babies like throw up a lot and poop a lot like there are a lot of like outfit changes. I just need to buckle down and like let myself self by some baby clothes which was very exciting. So it's really fun because I feel like it's fun figuring out like what I making his personal style and quite a very weird thing because when he's like five or six or seven he'll have his own come inside and right now right now. It's like all what do I want which is really fun. He is a very clearest already. I'm excited to see. His wardrobe is already stronger than Kyle. I'm buying so there's a lot of like Corduroy Tori overall like oversize like knit sweaters. I'm excited so few. Oh do you want to do your height hake so oh my heartache. I feel like might be surprising. I think that Brunch is a little overrated. I'm shocked you are someone who I feel like I associate brunch with like I love a good brunch like I love like cute restaurants. I love Brunch Food Dude. I'm a very like sweet breakfast persons. I appreciate that like brunches associated with French toast and cinnamon rolls and like there's always like a large urge amount of food but I feel like brunch starts to lay like if you're making plans for someone to get brunch. It starts at like ten thirty eleven right by ten thirty eleven..

"Hello everyone and welcome back to episode eighteen of Sierra unfiltered. Hey friends I am so excited because as we're filming this I know this is going up a little bit like a couple of weeks after we're filming it because I'm going on vacation but it is November first which means we can officially start celebrating Christmas. Yes I listen to Christmas music literally all morning like Kyle was late to work because we were dancing to Christmas music. So jealous a Stephen Bands Christmas until the day after Thanksgiving and then he's like all out. I mean I might ban Christmas decor until the the day after Thanksgiving like I think that like we won't put up a tree until that. So that's those my question. Are you a fan of like yes. You're will start getting in the spirit but like were keeping keeping all the fall decor out and then after Thanksgiving you switch well and then also I think I mean Thanksgiving is a whole topic in itself. AF- like the origins of Thanksgiving giving and all that but the actual getting together with family and cooking. And like I don't know being thankful for everything I'm like really down with the holiday like it's not my least favorite holiday. It's actually a holiday. I really enjoy. Yeah so I like I think that putting up Christmas decorations. Sion's is early. Feels like skipping to me. Yeah Yeah I get that and it is kind of a skip thing like if you go to someone's house for Thanksgiving and they're like like all Christmas out you're like you're like why. Why are we here? Yeah let's happening. Should this be a Christmas card. which don't get me wrong? I love a good Christmas party but like but we need to let Thanksgiving how this moment even more than Thanksgiving just fall in general they feel like it's finally at least we're in southern California Nia so it's just now getting to like we're in the mornings we're like ooh actually coal wetter all day yesterday and didn't have the AC on on that is an accomplished. I know God but it's like the fall and winter is difficult because I love Christmas. So I'm absolute Tillich. Get right into it. But just like December's actually barely winter. And so then if like I feel like I get all hyped on winter in December then like I hate January a February because it's like winter is done like I did all my winter activities ass ember. I understand also feel like if it snowed here. It'd be different. Awesome what kind of Christmas tree person are you. Oh like a fake tree a real tree. Here's the thing I want to be a real tree person like like my family only ever got real trees. It was like a whole thing like we'd go and pick out the tree. We'd always do like a seven foot Douglas Fir. That was kind of our rush. Aw and then when Stephen and got our first apartment I was like we have to get a real tree like even if it's just like a three foot tree we were in college. We had no money and no room for a tree like we have to do it. So I got like a dollar store tree base and then we went and picked out a tree and then I wrapped presents and put them under the tree. This four years ago and bruiser who didn't understand that a tree being indoors does not mean that that is a piece spot peed on all the presence fun so I had to take part all the presents some of them I had to throw out a lot of them were like inboxes refine and like redo everything and then after that was like we just have to get a fake tree so we have like a good good-faith tree now but I don't know it's hard with dogs because they they smelled the tree and then they're like they're like ooh urinated brain go. I don't feel so we have a fake trie but I would seem in an I always said when we have kids. Then we'll get a real treat because then it's like a to do going and picking up the tree but one is just the two us what about you so kyle and I are having a debate this year. I don't know I'll keep you posted. Keep the the listeners dated because because here's the thing this is gonna sound very silly to ninety nine percent of people listening but we were real tree people like I. I love living plants or whatever. I think we've done. A fake tree may be one year that we've been together but like were we put it up like this is not our thing But I I've always really wanted a white Christmas tree because I'm such a fan of why like it's literally the most basic thing and I'm going to get tracked attracted comments but like realistically this might be my first time ever saying this. Wide is my favorite color. I know it is like I'm coming out to the world in letting everyone run. Know why this is my favorite color and if that makes me a boring person like I'm a boring person as for the last couple of years I've said like I like terra. Cotta dusty rose Israel maybe like a mustard your secondary color. You won't want to be the primary color and then like dusty rose and yellow like kind of dusted up. Yeah so I'm coming forward guys. If you think you're going to get away it would be like. If because you love like a like a Pastel blue how would you describe the shade of blue. I likely grey-blue so if there were Christmas tree will that would look weird if it was like customary like a fifth of people have gray blue Christmas trees please. I feel like so weird so I don't know her but like how very white a white Christmas tree would work free because you guys are like very like you have all your decorations. Various statically pleasing are treated like. Here's a paper ornament that I made in preschool when I was four and and we're going to hang it on the tree and every year by like two new ornaments that let commemorate something from that year but we never think about like okay. We have Heller Pal yet. No we don't like a a cohesive theme tour the theme of Nostalgia like I woke up this morning and I told Kyle I was like you know what my Christmas and he was like. What's your Christmas aesthetic? And I was like I'm going to buy a shit wooden beads. Like I just want like what in strips everywhere because I feel like in the past I've done like white and gold. That's like yeah just kind of everything in our house but I feel like having some like wooden beads makes it a little more like the stall J.. A little more Bohemian. It's a little bit more like going to like the cabin with. Yeah Emma and I love like a like a nice craft Brown wrapping paper so I feel like like Craft Brown wrapping paper with like lace ribbon and then like would beads on like a white tree speaking my so since we're talking about Christmas I I do early for this okay. Because we've had this awkward running a few. Okay we're like we never talk in advance like Are we doing Christmas presents. And every year I throw like a white elephant party so then like sometimes. We're like okay. We just are in the white elephant exchange and then sometimes like it. One of US gets the other person something and then like one time like you made a little calendars of poppy and so like that was just like a small. You were like Yeah No. We're not doing gifts but like this and I'm like well no I need to. Oh I didn't know that we were doing president so I go. It is always a weird thing because I feel like with with pretty much everyone else in my life established like weather. We do presents or not like I have a fuzzy my mouth like even with Jessica like we've established like we do birthday presents. We do Christmas present as both of us are like Prince present t people run but you and I have never established birthdays Christmas. No 'cause like sometimes like we don't do gifts for each other and then sometimes like I feel like it's more if there's something that we think of for that person around the time so it's like I wouldn't be like Oh oh it's scholars birthday. Let me go buy something for her. I would be like Oh my Gosh Schuyler love this and her birthday is coming up perfect. I'll get this for her so let's just establish it now you you know what I have an idea. Let's get each other presence and then on a podcast like around Christmas. Let's swap present. Okay okay wait. Let's let's see. How can we set a gift? Like dollar limit Do you WANNA do like Under forty dollars perfect okay. Because there's I feel like it's stills room for creativity yet it's not like too big and then we'll do a gift exchange cast okay. I can't wait other. We establish now because it is always a hard thing. I feel like on my list of need to get presents for. I'm always like to get one for Syrian Stephen Woman two years ago we did a calendar with our cats where we like dress them up each month which is like so funny and then last year we did poppy and so this year. We aren't aren't doing it. Like spoiler alert for any family members or friends who are hoping for it but this year we aren't doing a cat or hamster calendar so there's not like a little the president now for me to give my aunts and uncles and like my friends like don't really do presents or you know so I feel like now I really have to sit down and establish tablet. You know what I all. I've done this for the past three years and I love. It is the red at secret. Santa Gift Exchange. You do love you. Should you should do it this year. It's really fun but a- ah like what if they give me a bad precedent but it's only like twenty bucks. Yeah so it's it's it's not a big deal I also so don't know how to use run it you and trying to teach me over the last two years I still just don't you. Just don't I just don't know don't want it sometimes. Though sometimes times if they're like big big moments pop culture as only referring to the rebels drag race finale. Like if there if there's something big happening and I know that like good memes are going to be on there because sometimes twitter memes are like you know the only thing I really use read at four. Wooden game of thrones was happening the alive discussions they have really great discussions. I honestly would say at least forty percent of the time that I'm is survivor. Yeah I just love the survivors and so I feel like there aren't any shows on right now. There's not a westworld. There's not a game of thrones. There's nothing where they're like deep theories about it right like the deepest thing. We're watching right now is the good place and like all the twists in that are like. Don't need to be discussed right. You know Yeah read a gift Exchange he should do we..

"Episode of Sierra on Alter Hello everyone and welcome back to our weirdest episode yet of Sierra unfiltered hey so I did not get any sleep last night in my life literally last night it was like eight thirty cal out like feeding the cats and doing the things and I was like kyle look what has taken so long like it is literally like eleven o'clock like we need to go to bed he was like it is eight thirty you are such an old lady like me in bed curled up so I can't but that's the thing I got in bed at nine Stephen and I played scrabble against each other on our phones like cool hip a couple of we are thank you pulled up scrambling in bed I was gonna say that sounds very logistically mess no it was perfectly logistically perfect because we had our phone anyways so like ten o'clock close my eyes put on my little survivor podcast in my ear my head I'm GonNa Listen To you have headphones on sleep I just put the speaker next might your muscle married I've Kyle listening to a podcast just I do it quiet enough that Stephen here but then like if he leans over to kiss me in the middle of the night he'll just here like rob has apologize you don't have a TV in your room ATV room ever noticed that until just now I was not like a choice because choice because my parents don't have a TV in their bedroom and it was like a big. keep the romance alive think so but then also my mom has her ipad so they just watch stuff on her ipad sounded kind of defeats the purpose. If it's like a little less sexy eighteen yeah anyways we don't have a TV in our bedroom a because otherwise I just wouldn't get out of bed like it gives you reason to get out of bed like I want to watch something go downstairs anyways such different vocal and I literally have like an old person mattress we're like the top in the fee can like raise up and adjust like I feel like if I don't have to get out of bed at for like that's my situation so I'm sitting there right it's like ten o'clock at night you like I'm sorry again one hour of sleep so like I literally have the brain capacity of your child is smarter than me right now and your child is fairly was a big insult with now going on here today anyway Oh my goodness just later from like ten o'clock at night till five in the morning like is closed league sometimes drift off and then wakened backup and you're laying down the way you framed it precision how weird vampire poor I'm poor stephen no we'll just trying to sleep enrolls on right away it is it's not like if it would have been more fun if I was like you know what I can't sleep like I'm just GonNa Watch rupaul drag race just embrace it I'm GonNa go at it something like you're trying I was trying to sleep and I didn't weeks even up because he had to wake up at five because he has a work thing today yeah so I just sat there for alone for eight hours they should have been sleeping anyways so I'm very tired is my point and I've been did you think about any like interesting things during that time I feel like I have some like deep thoughts thing kept trying to clear my mind because I was like if I think about boring things then I'll go to sleep the weekend are your plans for the weekend we're going up north to visit Stevens family his like extended family who I've met them but I haven't spent a lot of Taiwan I am so I'm hoping I can get good sleep tonight because like I don't know with the way my brain's working right now it might not be the best impression you're like hi Sierra Space Cadet Nice to meet you wow stephen to know your wife was an astronaut is that what she doesn't her youtube aw I've been having a lot of nights like this lately where he can't sleep this was one of the worst because usually I'm getting at least three to four hours but Pignataro sleep supplement for the past year and it really really help it would make me tired but I wouldn't wake up and be groggy like I could get right it goes getting like eight to ten hours a night and then but it's not safe to take when trying to conceive ordering pregnancy which as some of you guys probably know from pre podcast and the flaw channel Stephen and I are kind of starting that journey to we're not trying yet but soon in the future so we're gearing up for everything excited uh-huh but I feel like I get so giddy whenever you talk about it and it's one of those things where I never want to like pressure you feel like it's very easy for me to be like impregnate and like you guys are talking about your future and I never want to be like pushy but I feel like I just like can't help but like all I feel like butterflies I think about like our little babies being friends I hope they get married I know me too so it'd be so cool 'cause I what would that mean sisters way close would we be grandma's in-laws also I would be like mother in laws and then down the line what seems like if I have a baby and my grandmother no but like if your baby Mary's mind like what does that make us like it can we put a label on it I feel like I need some sort of commitment you're like Nicole from Bachelor in paradise and I know that I'm not pregnant yet and your baby is in for but I really need a label for when we get married or when are would we give me the war together sisters all the things were sister wives we were the other day I feel like if we started off by saying that we were sisters I feel like everyone would have believed it that's what when I collapsed with Molly Berkeley the other day her mom said Oh aren't you guys sister and I just wanted to just say yes well and it's happened a lot recently we're like like your neighbors or people in by will like could refer to me as you might over thinks that you are me like save neighbor three times has spoken to me not only like as if I'm Ciera but like oh how's the husband Stephen Big big birds in the backyard better watch out for your little dog Sierra but my favorite thing is that you don't correct him you just like weird 'cause explain like why I'm always at your house like a weird like don't WanNa be like yeah like I'm her best friend assistant because my neighbors don't know what I do yeah and so I feel like oh beard rab also just like era impression so what kind of Sierra because there's like on-camera Sierra and like chill Sierra who gave me both Kabul right now I'm both right I'm connects with your little brother austen that's what it would kind of is an Austin and I kind of talk like this when we hang out together I really need that many times great Odin Raven we met when we some weird podcast it's like we're talking about like a weird like we're period sterling is overlooking easy like it's just like were a weird mood so yeah I think we're going to do Gotcha life update we'll talk a lot about your pregnancy what you've been up to us tonight kind of getting started on like the trying to conceive journey lots of Ron Burgundy Roy Zemin's ideal candidate for the bedroom I was listening to this at work right now he probably this even have his headphones on he's probably so proud he's like you know what office may like listen to my wife the Stevens ideal candidate for the bedrooms earthline Ron Burgundy I feel like I've been dream uh-huh or is not in toxic no but like okay casino when you're so tired that like it's just like like words out of your mouth and then your brain thinks about it and you're like what is it that's how I feel now have you ever been that tired I mean I feel like what I've been a knee Brita they felt like I don't know dead sober just tired because I've been like this maybe four times in my life like this is a special occasions era oh heck yeah exclusive for the podcasts Oh my gosh what are you drinking are you drinking a white cloth no I'm drinking water oh I was insurance clear Bedford Charlie was like what do you want to drink for the podcast and I just dead stared at her for like five seconds I just looked at her and blinked and then I was like water in your pupil of experience attracted so and again I'm very scared for my life on my Gosh I need to order your baby shower invitations aw that's just popped into my brain wow I like designed them on Zaza or whatever order them it sounds like uh-huh speaking a different language this sounds like you're from like Whoville your I just signed the invitations on Zaza L- like I know that's like an invitation website because like I have been married and like had lots of friends have you conspiracy when are you drinking I'm drinking sparkling water and cheers Oh yeah I'll try not to spy was ooh well so it's really funny because usually I work like nine to five ten sex like kind of usual office hours but yesterday when we were supposed to film this it got really busy and so we're like I'll just come in for a couple of hours just Vilma podcast which like we've never done before so my way in I was like oh I have to stop for gas like I'll get a fun drink and I was expecting to get like a peach tea your boot show or like something like fun and then for some reason I saw these like black raspberry sparkling waters but no it reminds me of like going to the lake with like my in my family was like not not very proper strange not drag my family but it reminds me of like what you would buy at Walmart like maybe costco and like a big pack you know and so I'm I'm having and I haven't had this taste in my mouth for like ooh ten years very interesting very artificiality it does it bring back some memories like being uncomfortable at the Alec and not wanting to go in the water you know this is a weird podcast oh boy what's your unpopular opinion oh it's like Oh Brent just came up with the best popular opinion I mean heartache everyone does the same thing of everyone wanted to take but like it's okay all right what's your so my hot take is that milk is these superior milk to all is as it froth yes okay it's literally like I so right now I'm currently eating Vegan but I've been vegetarian before like kind of switched in between the two got my life and I've tried literally like every kind of milk like name a milk milk almond soy go macadamia hemp right like literally have you tried goats milk you know what I don't think I've got milk do like baking and I do like cooking and so I've like cycled through in oat milk is just superior like is it good for cooking to like let's say I'm making like a chowder meanest yeah oat milk does I think so I have like sounds like doesn't also I've tried so many different types of milks in like I dunno in powders in big potato soups etc and you would think the oat milk wouldn't be perfect for it because I feel like when you think about Milky thinks folks so there is my heartache so do you think that are you crunching is.
"sierra" Discussed on Sierra Unfiltered
"Upfront. Be Like Stephen. I need to tell you there's a good chance our child will not be able to do with Deng. He's like that's it. Our marriage is owner can't procreate with can't believe you didn't tell me this before we set our bounds. I feel bait and switch all my goodness. Uh what is one habit. You wish you could break who maybe saying like I've seen like podcast comments about that too like Schuyler and Sierra always say they like we'd like say like like a lot like but like my mom is definitely. She was literally raised in the valley like she's a valley girl. I didn't know that about your mom. She's literally was raised in Los Angeles Valley so it's like I think because we were both raised by valley girls and I think we both both kind of our girls at just. It's a thing we do live in critique. John Paul Jones for saying like a save like is our other up. It's like and it's doing inflections at the end of our sentences. I've gotten better at that but the like thing is is just not going to my inflections just never going away. I think really like a part of my persona to I don't. I don't fight it. Embrace it. Thanks in what is one. I wish I could break not putting the cap back on things I just like. I don't put caps back on things things and it gets to a problem where like Stephen and I were traveling and he's like why doesn't this hair oil. That's like very messy. Have a cap on it because I just wrapped in plastic baggie because I didn't have a cap and I was like I don't know like I can't find it and he's like why do you just not put it back on. After you use it I'm like I wish I knew I feel that goes into. We talked about it on the husband cast the tornado. Sierra yeah kind of I think it's just you're so creative. You just have so eh thoughts in your brain. I'm brushing my teeth and I'm just thinking about how I need to go to my computer and do this thing yeah so. I don't have time thinking about it. I don't have time to screw the toothpaste space cab back on so never change is not something I should work on. Just what is what this is a Schuyler siler question. What is the strangest place. You've urinated. I I have so many places I do too when I was in high school. I don't know why it was like me and my friend candle. It was like our thing is like we would just pop squat but only at night okay weird of the League your vandals. We don't graffiti we know but it would be like let's say we were like on a hike in the middle of the night in San Diego because that's what teenagers they do and what did we city in the suburban in suburbia and it's like Man I really have to pee but like the car is all the way at the bottom of the hill and then we just have to drive away. Let's just pee in a Bush. Oh that's fine. I don't mean like I'm in target. Let Me Just pee in that's now. I'm in in nature though I I'll say the first two things that come to mind occur me so the first thing that comes to mind is I once urinated in a Weiner Schnitzel. Sel urinal with me. No I ever you think like we had been like you know partying. Whatever into the Weiner Schnitzel and Dan and their women's restroom was closed and I went in and like the men's toilet was clogged so I just stood and like prayed that someone didn't open the door because your nose don't have like door so I was afraid that like a weird man in the Wiener Schnitzel. It's just GonNa come in and see me like bare ass. Ask God I like. Some people have commented men like while like like you guys didn't even have a crazy high pin wieners pretty weird and then also I. I'm like as we've mentioned earlier in this podcast. I'm a very clean person. I feel like I've gotten a little less like Germaphobe because maybe hopefully but so when I was little I used to. I should say like when I was a kid. 'CAUSE little makes it sound like that was a toddler knows a kid. I would get like but ass naked naked to p like take off my socks. Tick of issues like 'cause I just didn't WanNa you don't WanNa touch anything anyone touch anything and I didn't want to like risk getting up in like dribbling. I saw I don't know so I just scan and then like up alone so like my mom's not in there'd be like hey that's not normal. I think I think that's part of why takes along the P. Now whenever we're out it's just because I'm so used to like. It's a process that yeah but so we really on a family camping camping trip and I really had to poop like really really like it was bad like I was in pain and some parents full off on the side of the road. There weren't really any me trees like maybe like one or two in taken off my my socks everything. How old were you like second third grade. Oh my God like not an adult but like a trial. It goes looking infant like the old enough to where they're like. Okay go yes the restroom. We'll stay here again. My God maybe somebody do. We didn't have toilet papers just like really fun for them to S- turning it just seemed like a shoeless gambling. Were I took everything. That's that's what I think. I think of like weird places. They've they've gone to the bathroom. My Gosh I mean I have lots more stories wrong. I would say mine like I said. I guess I did explain it a little weird. We did a lot of like outdoorsy activities yeah so we wouldn't bother to like get in the car drive and find a bathroom. Yeah we would just us like go. Go pee behind. Bush like most boys would yeah until the weirdest place I've peed. I would say like white well. I didn't boop you. Just Kinda like wiggle wiggle if you go to if you were to go to the bathroom in your house yes of course okay but so. You don't always have that luxury when you're peeing sound like you wipe when you just so much what he's mocking uh-huh when you don't have toilet paper. It's not like oh my gosh. It's a travesty. It's like yeah. This is an ideal my Gosh Josh and you're the one who's like. We need to put the days in every bathroom. That's my platform and have evolved. I that's that's my like dockery. Survey is like once upon a time. I was a girl who like P. Four toilet paper but the weirdest place I was we were ice ice blocking on like a grass hill and but there was like no trees and I really had to pee and so I just went over the hill so like the people couldn't see because they were at the bottom autom the hill peed real quick and then we came back up guys like no big deal but at least if ice blocking. I felt like that usually get your pants pretty wet. Yes yes so if you pull them up and there was like a little something something you'd be like Oh. I'm okay weird literally on question twelve hundred seventy three so we should be some rapid fire. Okay okay optimistic or pessimistic optimistic optimistic. What are your favorite lyrics of all time. Mine is every lyric all too well by Taylor swift which is not applicable to me at all because I've been with Stephen for six years and and it's like a heartbreak song but literally every time it comes on and off. I think we're destroying rapid fire. I just say anything by Regina Spector good one. What is something. You've always wanted to try but you've been too scared to do funny. I Dunno rapid-fire answer too scared to do always wanted to try and maybe wrapping. Are you like Hannah from bachelor thing at the table like hey you know what I don't want to come across but like I would love to like I would never rap Hamilton on camera well. I'm sure I have but not like like I always joke around because I'm like I am a twenty three year old white girl with no rhythm and this is going to come across really really poorly so like but I'm like you would love to just like go for it to do really try to do the rat from gunships. I love that for you. What about you. maybe get a tattoo. Oh Yeah you've been talking about getting the lightbulb Tattoo for awhile no and even this last week my my hamster poppy passed away which is very sad all right but and so I was like telly college like I really want to get like a poppy like the outline of poppy flower tattooed and so I like looking up I was like can you get a tattoo and pregnant and like absolutely not the kind of the same when breastfeeding breastfeeding more hit or miss but I was like this might be the only only time in my life where I'm like so passionate like I would have gone and gotten a tattoo cliff like every other idea. I've had like Oh that would be nice to have like let me schedule. It may be sometime in the future yeah but he'll go in like a life event like that. Happens is the only time when I would maybe push to like go factually do it but I don't know what it's your. Oh best advice for your fifteen year old self trying to put yourself in other people's People's shoes ooh. That's a good one like I feel like now. I'm really good about practising empathy and being like like especially if especially with comments and stuff on the Internet if like if people are being rude to me instead of just like a visceral reaction of like will you suck being like well. This person's probably going through something and I think in high school with a a lot of the like drama that happens as a sophomore in high school. There's a lot of like well. You don't understand and you suck and instead of just being like I wonder why this person's feeling that way he maybe if I can understand that better than we can get to a better place where we understand each other yeah. I think that's really good advice. I feel like for me. It would have to be something about body positively of like I think I was really struggling when I was a teenager with all that and so being like hey like first of all like like size doesn't matter second of all like your probably too thin and look because I think I just viewed myself in like such a different way that I was is but then also like it wouldn't matter if I had been the way I was seeing myself you know so I think like having some body positivity in my life would have been so great because that wasn't around around when we were teenagers I actually I'm with you on that one because I think I that would have been the most valuable to me at that time because I wasted so much time and energy and gave up so many opportunities because I was so insecure and I had such like a poor self esteem total and so I think if I could go back in like change change any of that like think about how much more I would have enjoyed my high school years. Totally I agree. your hidden talents hidden talents. It's I am fantastic at carnival beams how true and it's very true. There are very few things that I would use the word fantastic fantastic to describe. I would say fantastic at throwing us. Excellent curves on Pokemon. Go I would say fantastic is that I can get an excellent curve may be fifty fifty percent of the time yeah..
