What worked for you? What didn't work about you and how I fade? You'RE GONNA commander. This stronger than you did going into it, which is not the case for everybody, so be great to get some insight into that the obsolete. It's been a fina testing challenge. Challenge in time I think the everybody globally in offset it on a couple of our podcasts. It's almost that I think that's helped us all little bit that everybody's in the same boat you know. I think is been a there's been a connection that people have made through this pandemic and I always a big believer. The adversity says a lot you know, says a lot about tennis. Pledges says a lot about people I have to admit I had a brilliant. Brilliant team over the last few weeks you know. I sometimes get some of the praise for the initiatives, but there's a law. Grad people behind me that doing the work and work and extremely hard, while so feel very fortunate and feel feel very connected to my team and brought us closer together, and you know like like you said I. Hope a law because things will come out of this as well. I agree and I also think. Think that by you did order academy that pushes damn to do more delay. Cut Dance Killing it over there at soda. Look at what he's doing for the community on, so that gets that gives damage kickoff the archambault good. We better do something here on, so yeah, okay, let's start wit. How did you get into coach? Maybe talk us a bit about your your tennis days and you pro. And yet how you ended up down in Spain. Yeah so. There's a longer version and I'll try to bowl the listeners too much, but like a law plays balking in the days, so I was a nineteen eighty baby. So back in the day from Minolta East of England football. Is this really? Played football to a decent level with fortunate to have a couple of older brothers who got me into sports and kind of bullied me with being. Slow about young age so I, kind of they started eight I started at five I was kind of the fortunate third child with two older brothers. And yet didn't really know if I was any good, but I guess just fucking. The data's loved playing sports love playing football of Glynn tennis. It all became a little bit more serious age fourteen these I was offered a place at the national. Academy down at Bisham Abbey. which meant leaving home you know not was. At the time. I was playing football for Middle School of Excellence I guess it would be Middlesboro Adamy nowadays, so there was a bit of attendance old football decision to make a point also moving away from a very close family, on which was which was very scary. So took that leak. Hot Folders Down Bisham Abbey before being. Quite fortunate a gain in Dot Times almost falling to the opportunity to go to college. And when I was in college, I actually started doing a little bit of coaching so just to make a little bit of extra cash. To pay some bills and admit. It always felt quite right and quite easy to meet the coach. I've got a family. Full of school teaches from parents. Brother sister aunties uncles cullens so I think it's kind of a teaching way. Natural Teaching ways the way I was brought up, so it tended to just feel quite natural for me to be part of teaching and connecting with people so then when I played played on the Pro Tour I always said actually. I got a marketing degree in American I. Always said that I would go into marketing. And I wouldn't wouldn't stay completely in tennis in terms of. Trucks don't every day on. However as I was playing my pro career. I, I started to do a little bit of coaching bus priory as as you get with of tennis. China I was number. One doubles play about one fifty in the world, but I wasn't making enough room. I playing to can keep me going so I started doing that a few hours ex Boston priory, and an as kind of not truly. Kind of not truly took over reading my playing. I just not remember two thousand five I, would actually coaching almost fulltime, but still playing tournaments, and we actually went our first round of Wimbledon and lost a tight master, the Bryan brothers, and all my students were there watching that was it gave me I say this to to coach his players all the time..
