Why the Original Roe v. Wade Decision Was One of the Worst

"I believe that the roe V wade decision one of the worst decided constitutional cases that we've ever seen decided both liberals and conservative jurists and scholars have said this forever. Own the roe V case because it actually was a judicial solution to a problem that was beginning to be handled at the state level. And no matter what side you fell on, it was beginning to be addressed at these levels. And the controversy was real. 1970 one, USB Butch, virtue TCH, actually D.C. Washington D.C. allowed abortions and this was tailed by the courts in that. So you're starting to see the courts actually running on this as well. Now, that brings us to 1973 on the penult case of the ending case of roe V wade and also dovey Bolton. Now both of these are together, the roe V wade emphasized in what became of the trimester selection of when a state can do anything, you know, the first trimester that can do nothing second trimester only maternal. You know, if you don't have internal health, third trimester, they could ban those. But this was the interesting position of roe V wade that built on a previous case. Now, again, liberal activists Proto us pro abortion activists had been fighting in these states, you know, state to state to make it legal or to show it to be legal and certain stages to get an abortion in these states. We already saw this happening. This was not a new occurrence. It was a discussion, but it was being played out in the proper federalist doctrine if you would of the of our country and that is each state deciding for themselves what their value of life was and how they determine the def abortion was going to be legal or not

Will We See More Violence From the Pro-Abortion Crowd?

"Do you think that we are going to see continued violence? Are you seeing any evidence of this yet? I pray not violence is not the answer. I agree. And Joe Biden did say the right thing. Does Joe Biden mean it? I hope he does, but Joe Biden has called for the protest to be peaceful. I think the Democrats, at least some of the smarter ones in their ranks, have learned that one of the reasons why they suffered so greatly in House and Senate elections is because the summer of riots and their almost entertaining of them. In 2020. So Joe Biden is saying the right thing, play cut one 18. To keep all protest peaceful, peaceful, peaceful, peaceful, no intimidation, violence is never acceptable. Threats and Tim and threats and intimidation are not acceptable. Let's then go to cut one 27, say girl calling for, burning it all down and lighting it on fire. She is an abortion activist. Well known one. Her name is Danielle Burnett. Play cut one 27. So I'm just convinced we need to burn it all down because at this point I don't know what else we're supposed to do. I'm advocating for violence. I am advocating for violence because there are people that are doing a really bad job, but the problem with the job is, even though they're doing such a bad job, they do this job until they die. So we're just supposed to sit back and let these people do a really bad job and have really seriously negative consequences. On millions of people and we're supposed to do what? Sit on the sidelines? Light it on fire. I'm gonna, we're lighting it up. She wants to light it all fire on fire and she says this is a call to violence. So there is no way she could possibly say that this was metaphorical.

Jane's Revenge Targets Pro-Life Pregnancy Centers

"There is a series of domestic terror groups. That are pro abortion, and they are not even close to subtly openly threatening to firebomb and attack pro life churches or pro life ministries or pro life clinics. There have been 40 fire bomb attacks that have occurred in states across the country, including Texas, Mississippi, Iowa, and so if you run a pro life clinic, many of these have been vandalized, some of them have had molotov cocktails thrown in them. This is getting no attention at all from the press. 40 of them, and it is obviously coordinated. Yes, this is domestic terrorism. Yes, this would warn a Department of Justice investigation. Yes, there's going to be more of this if we do not stop it. And so I didn't get a chance to play this tape fully, but this is an audio recording of James revenge, the terror organization that just released this blatant threat to continue their campaign against pro life pregnancy centers. Play cut one 24. You have seen that we are real. We are not merely pushing empty words. We are not one group, but many we will unsurprised to see 30 days come and 30 days pass with no sign of consilience, from here forward any anti choice group who closes their doors, and stops operating will no longer be a target, but until you do, it's open season, and we know where your operations are, the infrastructure of the enslavers will not survive, you are already one of us, every one with the urge to paint, to burn, to cut, to jam, now is the time go forth and manifest the things you wish to see, stay safe and practice your cursive, Jane's revenge. An open threat, 40 attacks from Jane's revenge. And from my understanding there have not been mass arrest, but don't worry, school board moms that show up to school board meetings they're under surveillance by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

The Seed and Soil Argument With Historian Bill Federer

"1700s and all of a sudden Britain is in a little bit of trouble and they start to have to tax the colonies, expand more on the seed and soil argument that led us to the culmination of the 1770s. It's interesting so the British, the king of England, went on to become the most powerful king on Planet Earth. If he was a globalist, he was a one world government guy. And so in the middle 1700s, they controlled Bengal and Bengal India, Bengal, India, and they basically took over and said, okay, all this, you know, subsistence farming and stuff you've been doing working to switch it up. We know how to do this. And they change, they change their economy so much that there was a drought and it turned into a famine and 10 million people died in Bengal in the middle to late 1700s. And so the British East India Company has gone bankrupt and so they go to the king say, hey, we want to tax Britain and the people in Britain said no way. And so the king says, okay, well, you can tax the colonies. And it started to escalate and the king wanted to take away our ability to print our own money, take away our ability to appoint judges. So all the judges were appointed by the king and but he didn't realize that, by the way, king George the third went insane. He had porphyria, a blue blood disease. You know, you intermarry the preserve the royal bloodline. Uncle daddy. But anyway, so the king of England was a globalist and America's founders decided they didn't like this global as king telling us what to do. So they broke away and flipped it and made the people the king. So the word citizen is Greek, it means co king, co ruler, co sovereign. So kings have subjects who are subjected to their will, Republicans and democracies have citizens. And so if you're a citizen of America, you are a co ruler, you're a

A Brief History of the English-American Experiment With Bill Federer

"Being the Americans, we kind of go into the private property direction, right? Yeah, so England tried a 15 year American experiment called the English Commonwealth. So the King Charles the first got defeated and 16 40 or so and got his head chopped off. In the glorious revolution. This is prior to that, but that is a key revolution in 1688. But this was like 1649 to 1660. It's called the English Commonwealth. It was an American experiment of a Commonwealth of covenant. They had no king. Oliver Cromwell refused to take the title of the king, he called himself lord protector. He did an okay job. He dies, his son, Richard, can't keep it together. And so William Penn's dad, sales he's an admiral. Sales over to Europe puts Charles the second on the throne brings him back and re Institutes the monarchy. And in exchange he gets in a state in Ireland and then he's a famous admiral and then of course his son found Pennsylvania. But so they had an American experiment for 15 years, but they brought the king back. America, because of a 3000 mile ocean, because Europe was the chessboard in America was sort of an afterthought. I mean, we lost money. It wasn't like Spanish gold anywhere. It was a loser. And because of that, the king said, look, just don't cost me any money and stay out of my hair. And so for almost a century and a half, the Americans got to practice self government, like training wheels. And that's the dilemma. We go into these countries, we get rid of Saddam Hussein. We give them a constitution identical to ours almost. And then one election cycle they vote in Sharia law. And we scratch our heads thinking gee, why didn't our farmer government work? It's like duh, they have an Islamic soil that you planted the seed in, where an America you had a predominantly judeo Christian soil. The Berlin Wall comes down. Help them set up governments almost identical to ours. It gets taken over the bly that black market, the mafia, the organized crime, we scratch our heads, thinking, why didn't it turn out like America? Well, you planted the seed in an atheistic soil. They had 70 years of atheism, right? And so it worked in America. You have seed and soil or form of governments like a genetically engineered seed, but you plant seeds in soil and the soil is a predominantly judeo Christian populace. Right. So that's why it worked in

Why Was America Able to Self-Govern? Historian Bill Federer Explains

"But why America? Why was it all of a sudden we were able to bring the ideals of self government into practice because there was a struggle obviously against king George and our origins, if we stand the top history and I agree with you as respecting the individual, what caused that to manifest. Interesting goes back to the reformation that goes back to church, and the idea of a church government that's congregational in the model versus the hierarchal model. The hierarchical model in England the king was at the top and your relationship with God is through this structure of Archbishop of Canterbury and so forth. But in the Protestant puritan model, there's a group that's an ecclesia, a body, and the pastor's job is to get everybody to have their relationship with the lord and then coach them to become mature Christians and find their place in the body and plug in in this thing grows. "With Bill Federer and rob McCoy, Bill, welcome back to the program. Hey, Charlie, great to be with you. Bill is the history Wiz. Yes, he is. I mean, rob, I've never met anyone like Bill. Prolific is one way to describe you. How many books is about 25? All history books. Yeah, try to learn lessons from history. People say history repeats itself really human nature repeats itself, and you observe the patterns. It's sort of like the government is collecting all the information on you and all the listeners from their cell phones and emails and web searches and they're taking all that data and running an algorithm on it to get predictive. And so if you study enough history, you see the patterns, you can be predictive. And so I tell people that history is not prophetic, but it is predictive. So what does history tell you about the moment we're in or tell us? The default setting for human nature is gangs, tribes, power wants to concentrate into the hands of one person. And you go back through history and you have the most common form of government's kings, nimrod federal Caesar Kaiser sultans are and you can plot it out. At some point it's going to max out on a global level. And you know, if Genghis Khan killed 30 million people, if he hadn't had died, he didn't have to keep killing. You know, Mao Zedong kills 80 million. If he hadn't had died. And so that spirit is still there and then but Jesus says wheat and tears grow together until the harvest. So you always have, you know, I always try to spiritualize, but you always have the spiritual descendants of Cain always trying to kill the spiritual descendants of Abel. You know, and the only thing that changes over time is military advancements allow the king to kill more people and technological advancements along the track more people. The stakes get higher, but it's that same fallen nature and at the same time, the stories we love best in the Bible are when things look hopeless and God raises up little nobodies with faith and courage and

Eric Discusses Dietrich Bonhoeffer and Abortion

"Bonhoeffer, who, you know, was not living at a time when this was some big hot issue. But he wrote, I quote it in my bahnhof for biography. He wrote very, very clearly that it is nothing but murder, murder. He didn't say it dispassionately. He didn't say it without compassion. Anybody who's close to this issue knows that that this is difficult for some people. And in fact, let's be honest, many women are bullied into this by their boyfriends who do not want to get married. They do not want to be stuck with this person. No, no, no, no. They just want to have sex with this person. And they then threaten them if you don't get an abortion. I'm out of here. I can't deal with this. So because a lot of these broken women want to cling to these broken men, they go along with this decision. We have to be clear, folks. There's nothing happy about this. This is no reason to celebrate. And anyone who tells you it is the idea of an abortion is a cause for celebration. They're searing their own consciences. I don't understand how,

And when you look at these things that would you say in the more honest you are the better this'd going to be, I'm sure. Would you say that you are a In a relationship come to me type person like, Hey, I'm uh I won't completely fight you if you make the effort and start poking away and and tearing off the layers of the onion But I'm not gonna give it to you take person or if they do you fend off when people try and probably the former what You said. I don't actively seek out relationships that they come to me. I know it's great, and it's fine, but only to a point. Yeah. Okay, So this is a difficult.

"A Bob here is. So I know you're listening to this podcast experience. Let me tell you. I do everything on the phone. So I've done the whole show everything on my phone so far, and I couldn't figure out a way to do the podcast version and then I found anchor, and if you ever heard about anchor is the easiest way to make a podcast. Let me explain it's free. There's creation tools that allow you to record edit. Your podcast right from your phone computer or like I do. Stream Yard gives you an option when you're premium member to download audio, and so I can just take audio from that and put it over here. I can record the Intros naturals in Arizona guys. Really Cool. Anchor will give you the podcast for you so it can be heard on spotify apple podcast and many more. You can make money from your podcast with no minimum listenership. It's everything that you need to make a podcast in one place and let me tell you guys is somebody that made a podcast way back in the day. This is really awesome. So you can download the free anchor APP or go to anger DOT FM to start. While my friend Bob Bob ventures on wheels. My man he met with anchor shock come over here. Made me podcast. Thought you know. I. Need No by checkout. Bob Channel. And so I wanted to combine here and kick out channel in. Thank you. Bob For hooking me up with anchor I would've never imagine how easy it is to be a podcast. On the platform. That's the only reason we did have a podcast already I was afraid of how hard it would be I decided got ut figure it out and I thought there's no way I'd ever figure out a podcast, but this one would come by and thank you we she left on your new podcast. You're awesome guy you do awesome interview I know you're GonNa Rock, the podcast line. So thanks a man so you. Hello everybody I'm here a family show that very often failing showed season do episode thirty. southern and today with me I have a country Music Star Savannah and I kind of wanted to ask you I went in listen to your music but I also found Youtube channel so I kind of wanted to ask you about your videos on their. The the Bush one of which is you posted a music video you may back when you were fourteen on their. Yes. and. So I kind of want to know what, what would you go back and tell your origin year old cell. So watch out or as as to where you're at now and and things. Like, maybe back in taken the moment more. Right No. When I was fourteen I was really blessed to start to do music professionally at a very young age You know a note to my fourteen year old self would be you know to just take everything in and whatever opportunity comes your way to take it. You not fourteen years old I had no clue what I was doing with music. What people told me to do and I've always been very humble and very grounded, and I was like that when I was fourteen years old and You know when I was fourteen I love life I, Love Music and best what I'm doing now, and so you know just be to you know just keep on moving and keep going for your dreams and that would be probably my notes, my fourteen year old self. I'm surprised you posted that up there only the jets I don't know I'm kind of glad there is not like video. Of the fourteen around. HOUSTON. Out, there so I. I applaud you for putting out there. River. Sure. And then I saw there that you you did. The called the Savannah and you show and it'll look like you're taking requests for her songs that that people wanted to hear you sing. Or was there one that you really enjoy doing that you weren't sure sure about or you're saying absolutely one that I was a little nervous about West Tennessee whiskey by Chris Stapleton. That's a song that I always wanted to know how to do, and so I kept getting requests Fordham like I don't know about that one. After I did it, it became one of my favorites so I also saw on there. S I. Guess it was your wedding, but you were seeing a song there he eh is that a is that a song euro based on your relationship? Yes. Yeah. That that was a song to my husband that was my big present to him on our wedding day, and that was really the first time I really performed an original song in front of anybody. So the fact. My husband plus my huge family that I. Have took a lot of guts. I wonder in you know I really don't get. Nervous performing in front of anybody. So. I was little nervous in that moment, but it was so humbling and it was just perfect..

Show which is not owned video today but that's okay we I believe we still know how to do this. So we got basically the whole crew here missing one person from far but we got the jerk. Ticky blue easy. Acl diva nc state. Hanging out with a high budget applause. What's up y'all how you feel what's going on in case you didn't know i'm just in case you didn't know i'm the one with the hat on I'm busy day joking but it is so funny on camera though. He was not on camera though. You make where we are in washington thing. I don't hate 'cause. I really didn't mankind to do face today so you didn't a or you have a camera kind of do my makeup today now. I wasn't kim already got to be her face to the guys you know for her her people to her on youtube. It's all good. Though we back into now we just we slammed back into. I'm not gonna say. We know. Best because i feel like the show on video is getting better. We're just it's just a little bit different than when we're just on the radio but that's all well and good but we are here to You know do a we do. We do feel like what we do. Best which is talk smack which is why we're here So i if so many things that's been happening. I mean within the last two weeks. We didn't have a show last week because the debates were on and or the debate was on and everybody was kind of interested in watching that without any interruption. So that's why there wasn't anything out there but there's so many things that happen and i guess there's no other place that we can start today then with trump and where we start with him. Is that tested positive. For covert so. That's a store within itself right there all the other theatrical things that went on after that that's that's i mean you can do to three or four shows with that so starting off with i guess talking about him contracting this disease because he showed no regard no mask where in having all these packed event. So jerk let me. I'm going to talk with you man when okay so you you hear that story hey. Trump has cove it. You're not soccer. You hit that news right shot. No after last couple of with him just being all the favorite and then the so it. Apparently they're saying that they think that the superspreader event was when they announced that supreme court nominee she had had had it before so they had already brick broke. Had a person who who had contracted the disease in person in audience in attendance so once they were saying time i was like oh fuck it. You don't care anymore he's us. So the noah brown. I'm saying not just that but like they also said that he knew since wednesday that he had and he was still having fundraisers on thursday. So i'm not shocked at. Oh i'm more. I'm more shocked that they actually came out and said it. I'm not even convinced that he actually had it right now. To be honest. I feel like he had it back in march and april. If you look at him a fam- when he was one of those Those white house press Conference news conferences every day. He looked a hot boiling miss. He looked worse than he looks. Now so i feel. I in my opinion and i'm not in. I'll have nothing to back this up. But in my opinion. I felt like he had back then. And they just using it now as a publicity stunt because his debate on tuesday was so horrible that they had to come up with something. Hey you ask you. Dvd you really like they would go through. 'cause i'm not saying is not far fetched. You know 'cause there's been conspiracy. Theories abound when it comes to the brits. Do you like people. Were really go in this deep on on this disease where you i mean i'm so you heard the conspiracy theories where it's like. Well he doesn't really have it but he wants to come out of this thing you know looking like a superhero like he beat covert on his own but man don't look well. It looked like he really is sick. What do you feel about those conspiracy theories that he doesn't have it. I mean i watched the show scandals so every michigan anything is possible when it comes to politics and one. He's over seventy something any hawaii though. He pretty much looks all the time. Anyways me however I do think she probably have contracted it. And i do think that they're going to try to also spend it first sympathy It's really convenient. That he catches it now but i don't put anything past him i think he probably is worse off than they're saying. He is because anybody that i actually know cove it. Did it have a fever for twenty four hours. It was me more days than that. And that's multiple people that i know contracted it and none of them. They have femurs for like a week.

"Assam play hundred. Paid the. Function that I play. and. Let's do it for Song of the day on Katie wbz Stephen, which pick Dave I went back into the way back machine far back, but kind of far back. It's insect. It's tearing up my heart. It's the jam. It's my i. Dave Ryan Show K., D.. W., B.. We're a start right off of the story from weather girl Jenny, who was on the interstate thirty five W bridge at that time and I'm GonNa let Jenny Tell Her story because when the show members. Jenny was out in the peaceful protests yesterday and here's Jenny with her story. Okay so I'm probably going to get through this without crying fair warning. So, we were all sitting on the bridge, and I was on the side of the bridge at the semi, came through just to give everyone a picture, and we were all looking to the center barricade, because that's where the leaders of the March and protests were standing with microphones, and they had just done speeches. We had a moment of silence, and as we're all looking up at those people I see them all start looking in south down thirty five and is looked. See what they're looking at and then I. start seeing people running and. Then I saw a semi coming out, us. What felt like very fast moment as to how fast he was going I don't know and so I started to try to run into the centre barricade out of the way. And I got pushed to the crowd. Everyone was running and I basically barely moved, but I was. In the fast lane as the semi what past us? And I wish legally. My hands over my head. That as soon as it got past night, who I was alive. I got up at I. Read to the other side of the highway to get off. I was with my boyfriend and we got split up, so I tried to find him. And I found him and I just grabbed him and I, said, let's get. Let's go. Let's get out of there. While I saw like tons of people running towards the semi, and I didn't know it was going to happen anymore. At that point, I thought the semi. What's going to continue? To drive her back up. But what I? What I say that. I've never heard screams like that at my life like it was. The most terrifying thing I've ever seen her. I thought for sure. But that semi had killed people. It looked like it's coming right into everyone. Obviously it did, but it looked like it was going right into where people were running to. Then so we ran and got off the bridge and. People were crying everywhere. I just like to know what had happened it. Happened so fast. We just got out of there because I just didn't know what's GonNa Happen I didn't know if there was going to be more. something. Worse what's going to happen? Thank God that did. Where did you go the Jenny? Once you've got the bridge. Where did you go? We ran back to my boyfriend's. And just got out of the way of everything that we're hundreds of COP. Cars driving everywhere to get there. and. There were just people so distraught like so many people just understand what happened because the people on the other side of the bridge couldn't really see what had happened. So people were asking questions and there was just like mass confusion. But. I know that there are still no reports out there as to a mode of or it was an accident or what it might be but. They just to someone who was at the scene feels like. He was trying to hurt people. It doesn't feel it feels like he should have been able to stop because there were other cars on that highway. That were stopped and that he drove around. The see I hadn't seen her Dad Jenny because I watched sin as you. Jenny called me from the front after it happened last night and obviously very upset, and so we turned on the news immediately and started watching. and. It showed that basically. They showed the truck breaking which seemed confusing because it looked like the truck could have done way more damage if it wanted to. And then I also watched them interview tons of people from the scene. who had the exact same? Response, is you Jenny saying no, this felt very intentional like it was going very fast. He could have braked way sooner than he did. And then I had people messaging me last night on Instagram, saying sister. She was out driving last night because the life will were not aware of the five pm curfew, because that kind of what into place very quickly earlier than the night before right so some people did not know about that, and so she said that her sister drove through that area to without there were no barricades or cops or anything. When she drove through ends a, she wouldn't have known either, so she her sister, of course wonder did did the truck driver no because she didn't when she drove through So there are lots of yeah, you exactly Jenny. You don't I haven't heard anything definite. And like I'm obviously traumatized because to me, it felt like someone was trying to kill a room peaceful protesters. That's what it felt like being right there. But I. AM willing to hear the news reports and understand because like most people I want to understand and know what the reason was. And if it was a matter of an accident, then guess what like that's what it was, but I saw video this morning and you can see cars that are parked. Outside of the crowd that that semi. Didn't necessarily swerve around because there was a lane that it could get passed. But from the view that the semi driver had you would think. That he would have been able to slow down faster if he didn't realize. There was a crowd ahead with the car with cars parked in the middle of the highway. And thousands of people. Standing on a highway. It just feels like he would have been able to see. The first thing I thought when I heard about this was probably what a lot of people thought was all my God. It had to have killed or hurt.
