"Your life They talk to each other They tell each other don't go to Santa Rosa the sheriff there's not kidding He's actually going to enforce the law They're not stupid these criminals No they're not And you're right They talked to each other and they know where to go and who to bother and who not to bother And that's a great thing about Santa Rosa county You can have a low low lady here She'll be 70 years old and she'll have a gun in her purse and be carrying it legally So you can't just pick somebody out and jump on them in Santa Rosa county because we defend ourselves here We're talking to sheriff bob Johnson Santa Rosa county gave a viral speech on what you should do to protect yourself in your home exercising your Second Amendment rights serve Last question I'll let you go I really do appreciate your time I want to rebuild we're going to rebroadcast this interview on my podcast 'cause we really were looking forward to this You know your thoughts on this broken windows policing I grew up with it in the NYPD during my early years of police officer It's very simply stated you have to enforce the law on the low level stuff You get a bunch of in New York City when I was there in the pre Rudy Giuliani you're a sheriff You broke into a car and you got caught You did know jail time You got a desk appearance thicket You got out there play it down to unauthorized use of a vehicle You'd never show up for court and that was in Giuliani gets in there they said nope nope that's over You steal a car you go into for GLA and we're gonna put you away as long as possible And all of a sudden criminals are like wow you can't steal cars Like this isn't complicated You have to enforce the little stuff The sheriff down here doesn't I'm sure you do it too but your thoughts on it You let the little stuff metastasize the big stuff comes later Yeah exactly And we enforce all the laws here and every once in a while we'll use a notice to appear and not put somebody in jail for a crime but it's rare I mean it does happen but we do enforce the level stuff And you're right That broken window mentality It's if you let that go next thing you know criminals are going to say hey well I can get by with this So I'm going to keep doing this And perfect example California up in their grand theft thing to like a $1000 so all these guys went in their stores taking $900 worth of stuff walking out and they're not going to get arrested That's a thing I've ever seen in my life That's such a great That is such a great example If you tell the criminal you can steal up through a $1000 without any serious jail time What are they going to do They're going to go steal a $1000 They're not stupid They may be life dumb in their life choices But they're not stupid with their criminal choices They're going to go to places where they can commit crimes and get away with it Sheriff Thanks so much for your time I appreciate that speech You standing up for the Second Amendment and the rule of law and I know the country does too So thanks a lot for your time We appreciate you and your service Thank you You take care You got it Folks that was sheriff bob Johnson Santa Rosa county Helen don't break in I'm not kidding I'm doing you a favor if you were a bad guy in Florida It's not a joke Do not break into homes down here There is a probably a greater than 10% chance that you will not exit that home like you entered If you exit at all I'm not kidding I'm telling you I don't have a friend anywhere in Florida that doesn't own multiple handguns and it's not willing to use them to defend their family I'm not telling you to break into a home anywhere else either I'm just telling you down here Jim I'm probably Texas too I said Texas you probably your chances aren't any better It's at Mike right Your chances are in any better out there You're getting a big yes or a year your chances are no better in Texas either But I'm telling you in Florida they are not good They are not considerate a favor I just did you Your chances are not good All right on the other side of the break I want to get back to the disinformation administration We are now living in Orwell and know the analogies are not overdrawn We'll be right back.

"The taxpayers money Man if I was closer I'd be headed to that gun safety class Welcome to the show for the first time Ben you just stared chair with bob Johnson from Santa Rosa county sheriff Thanks for joining us Hey glad to be here today So Sarah you're out there in the great blood red politically Panhandle We love it out there I spent some time out there myself What happened I didn't get I only heard that portion of the speech Did you guys find a body or was there a guy who was shot who came into the police station How did this whole thing start And did you expect this thing to go viral after you gave that speech Well you know and if you watch past press conferences with me I tend to talk a lot and I'll tell you I ran as a cop not a politician for this office And it kind of comes through in my press conferences but what happened basically was this guy he gets out of prison We sent him to prison for 6 and a half years for home invasion He gets out and then he breaks into four houses in a little community in the west side of our county named pace Florida And he breaks into four houses our guys are chasing him all around We've got a perimeter set up and we're closing the perimeter in And he's jumping fences and kicking in doors and finally one of the guys one of the deputy says shots fired And it wasn't us shooting It was a homeowner and so then he jumped another fence he did not get hit He jumps another fence and gets into another house and we corner him in a bedroom and when they kick the door to the bedroom he jumps out through the glass I mean just bust the glass out of the window dives into the backyard where one of my deputies was waiting and took him into custody Sheriff you know having grown up in New York City and I lived in Maryland for over a decade which are may issue rather than shallots you states It's almost impossible You have to sacrifice your firstborn to ball or whatever to get a firearm When I was a cop up there in the NYPD when you're The Rookie you get stuck in the cells And I would talk to the perps who got caught You know it was what else are you gonna do for 8 hours You know why'd you do it I consider it like a case study in psychology you know why'd you do what you did You know I'd ask him a whole bunch of questions and stuff like that And be interesting kind of passing the time and get their thoughts on things even outside of what they did And a lot of them would say things that were really interesting you know They insinuate they love and unarmed population was basically one of the common themes I'd hear because then they know that the guy or the woman they're going to confront aren't going to fight back aren't going to shoot back That's not a problem down here in Florida Florida we respect the Second Amendment and I'd say it's a pretty bad idea down here in Florida to be breaking into someone's house You stand a pretty darn good chance of someone defending their lives and their families and you're taking your life in your hands down here doing that Yeah you're and you know that's the way it should be Because look at the gun free zone of Chicago How's that working out for More murders there in a weekend than we have in two or three years down here in neck of the Woods So I'll tell you this I tell everybody and I say it AD nauseam If you can qualify for concealed weapons permit get it and carry a handgun And I want all my citizens that can do that to have access to the gun and defend themselves I mean cops we try to get there as fast as we can but three minute response time to our armed home invasion a lot can happen in three minutes If you don't have a gun and they do We're talking to sheriff bob Johnson from Santa Rosa county Florida had a viral video this week about the home invasions and being armed You share if you're right when I ran for Congress up in Maryland I ran in one of the biggest congressional districts in the country It goes all the way from western Maryland down into the D.C. suburbs The drive from tip to the end of it would be maybe close to 6 hours And when you got out to Garrett county mountain Maryland you know I mean you could be legitimately 20 minutes away from a deputy getting to you And I remember the sheriff out there had this exact same conversation with me where he said Dan an armed population that's trained in nose what they're doing and is responsible with their firearms They're our best Friends It's a force multiplier He's like I can't get a deputy out to one of these houses in the mountains in anything even close to 20 minutes You're basically on your own I mean you got to remember as you well know sheriff the police are there to enforce the law but they're not our personal security guards I mean I can prove it Does someone can't call you and go hey sheriff I want a car out in front of my house 24 hours a day It's not going to work that way They're not your personal security force So a good armed population that utilizes their Second Amendment God given right That is your force multiplier Oh definitely And you know what A lot of people seem to forget especially in Washington that the primary duty of the government is to protect its citizens and part of that is allowing the citizens to protect themselves That's one of the biggest parts of it And I think they totally gotten away from that on the federal level and a lot of states California Colorado places where you can't get a handgun The criminals like you said they love it They don't have to worry about breaking in the house and in California getting shot So to me it just makes common sense And that's why I said what I said it's nothing that should be earth shattering My citizens realized that I want them to be armed and so they're kind of used to me by now Now I know you're out Santa rose up in the Panhandle which is very very conservative They respect God given rights out there They're really really terrific wonderful people out there in the Panhandle But there's always you know naysayers If you had any negative feedback from people in the district about the speech I'm not in the district but we're getting the usual stuff death threats and phone calls like that that some people are taking on my behalf But sad rose county we're about 80% I think Republican and I say this to 99% of the people in this county support law enforcement and the other 1% is in my jail right now So it's a great place to work It's a great place to be a cop and that's one of the reasons why we're full We have a waiting list to get hired here You know we have a great sheriff down here to sheriff Snyder and Martin county He's a wonderful guy And like you he believes in this crazy idea called enforcing the law I mean I know it's nuts in today's defund the police society of course I'm being sarcastic But the criminals they talk sheriff they talk They talk to each other I know this from experience You know it as well And the thing down here in southeast Florida where I am in Martin county is they know when they cross the line from South Florida where some of the policies may be a little bit more permissive They know when they cross the line into Martin county to do a U turn Matter of fact there's a hashtag wrong exit like don't get off here in Martin county because we enforce the law I mean you probably see that in.

"Tomorrow. Former CEO of Best Buy one of my favorite retail places in the planet, all I could get. I'm telling you what, there's three stores. I could spend a week in the container store. Or Best Buy or Bed Bath & Beyond. I don't know what that says about me. I could spend days. I could just wander just wandering the ads. I'll see you in about, I'll see you on Wednesday of next week. But I hope to get him on the show because his whole point is, I think regardless of who it is, right or left, companies just need to stay out of it. Stay out of it and focus on selling your product to your safest thing. Or if you are going to hold a view, just hold the view and stop screwing up people's lives. Or as you properly say, just shut up and sell electronics might be. I also want to introduce you at some point to Santa Rosa county, Florida, sheriff bob Johnson, who defended a local homeowner who shot at a burglar who entered his home. The sheriff was just a guy who said if more homeowners do this, he said if someone breaks in your house and you shoot and kill them, the chances of them reoffending after that are zero. And that's what goes on. It's like shades of Joe Arpaio. Where's this? The Joe Arpaio pass, white. I can't remember. I think I know he got all kinds of trouble. He was always in trouble. I think he passed away. Gosh, do I help you with that? No, no, Joe Joe is still alive. Good good, good, good, good. But I want to meet Florida sheriff bob Johnson, maybe we'll snag him on the show. And we're off and running to another. We're excited. Another big day. Hump day Wednesday. And again, thanks for your hospitality. Thanks for the book and Sam. What it was? You saved me a book. It's Felicia, of course, is looking as beautiful as ever, and you are happy in your compound and your kid is doing great. And all is good. I love it. It is good..

"I just want to make a quick just say a quick thank you. I mentioned this at the top of the hour, but I'm just so thankful to all of you that sacrificially gave to the ministry of international fellowship of Christians and Jews through Carl Jackson prime time. We exceeded our goal by over 44 just over $4400 over the weekend, so thank you for all of you guys that chipped in really to save lives and to transport some Ukrainian Jews back to the promised land. I'm so thankful for you guys. It's so impressive to me God bless every single one of you that did that. There's a piece of audio clip I want to get to before I get to this Patrick Leo video. I want you to listen to this audio clip of them. Florida sheriff bob Johnson. He's not the only sheriff out here that has said something like this, Grady Judd says stuff like this regularly, but it's nice to know when it comes to several sheriffs in Florida. They have your back when it comes to the Second Amendment and when it comes to criminals, homie don't play that. Let me, I want you to listen to audio clip number 8. Sean. 7 charges total. His bonds a 157,500. And I want to say as to the person we don't know what homeowner, which homeowner shot at him, I guess they think that they did something wrong, which they did not. If somebody's breaking in your house, you're more than welcome to shoot them in Santa Rosa county. We prefer that you do actually. So whoever that was, you're not in trouble, come see us. We have a gun safety class we put on every other Saturday and if you take that, you'll shoot a lot better and hopefully you'll save the taxpayers money. All right, so there you go. You shoot someone breaking into your house. You will save the taxpayers money. As a matter of fact, I saw a story earlier today on in the news, if you will, there was an 81 year old man if I recall correctly that shot an intruder. Let me see if I can pull up the story really quick because I just think it's a fascinating story. By the way, I am a pro Second Amendment. I mean, Second Amendment, I feel like I'm a Second Amendment absolutist. First free speech absolutist, although I don't like what a bunch of lefty say, but I believe and they're right to be able to say what they want to say. All right, this room Yahoo news at 80 year old man shoots a shooting kills a would be armed robber police. An 80 year old man in Michigan was released from police custody after it was determined he acted in self defense when he fatally shot an armed man who intended to rob his home. Thursday. Police said they elderly man sprung into action to defend himself and his belongings after a 31 year old armed intruder entered the Flint township residents just before 9 p.m.. This was reported by W and E MTV. And Michigan, the 80 year old confronted the 31 year old in the home before shooting and killing him, police said. And listen, I don't like for people to die. But if you break into someone's house, you're going to get a cat popped in you and perhaps deservedly so, especially when it's an older gentleman. So I appreciate even though that was Michigan and the sheriff was in Florida. I appreciate law enforcement that can understand people have a right to defend their life. And that's exactly what happened in both cases. When I get.

"If the government put a price control on Corvettes let's make it real simple Nobody pays more than 30,000 I'd be rushing in a dealer right now 30,000 that car's worth at least 70 Probably a hundred right now with the inflation So you get increased demand You get decreased supply Why do you get decreased supply of Corvette Because Chevy's not gonna make Corvettes and sell them for 30 they cost 40 50 to make What are they going to lose money They're going to say that's it no more vets Increase demand decreased supply What do you get next You get black markets You get black markets every single time Hey I'll sell you my Corvette Wink it or not I'll sell you mine for 80 You can't get Corvettes it'll make them anymore And you get quality problems Because what happens and if Chevy is forced to make and they just make crappy Corvettes Folks every single time the government tries to control prices those four things happen That's not mine by the way I believe that's from Milton Friedman But it is a sound thorough analysis of every single financial problem in your life being caused in some way shape or form by government All right I told Jim I wouldn't forget this so a little bit of good news here I live in Florida as I said nice segue I love Florida Hot little hot down here in the summer but folks it's hot and Maryland in New York where I live too It's like 90 in Maryland in 90 New York I promise on the blacktop doesn't feel you don't sit there like oh wow this is great I got a nice bit of fresh air flowing up my pant leg there Listen when you're sitting on 90° asphalt in Washington D.C. trying to go like sightseeing in the summer like I used to see people they're like drenched in sweat okay So I just deal with it because I like freedom and liberty But another reason I love Florida is Florida we take Law & Order down here seriously You know I'm not kidding when I tell you this by the way one of the worst things this is kind of like a public service announcement for you here If you're a bad guy I know bad guys are dumb That's why your bad guys and criminals you know you were smart you wouldn't be a bad guy But I'm just trying to do you a favor here and I mean it because we have a lot of golden rules on the show Let's call this one of the golden rules of life not just politics Golden rule number one Jim what do you agree Don't get dead Don't get dead Do whatever you have to do to not get dead I don't care if it's cancer disease crime don't let any of these things kill you Avoid car accidents Number one rule of life Don't get dead and don't get dead quick If you gotta get dead at 90 okay you've lived a good life whatever Don't get dead fast So I tell you that this is my PSA for the day because down in Florida pretty much everybody has a gun Pretty much everybody has about a hundred guns and probably close to about 10,000 rounds of it We have Florida is probably the world's second largest standing army Yes Florida If we had a if every citizen of the state of Florida got a Florida uniform it would be probably the second largest standing army in the world okay So I say that because you really really don't want to break into a home here in Florida Not only is it obviously criminal immoral unethical and just a really bad thing to do You will violate the golden rule You will probably get that quick And you don't want to get dead Getting dead is no good You doubt me Here is Santa Rosa county Florida sheriff bob Johnson Warren and criminals hey the easiest way to get that down here is to break into someone's house and don't get dead Check this out And I want to say as to the person we don't know what homeowner which homeowner shot at him I guess they think that they did something wrong which they did not If somebody's breaking in your house you're more than welcome to shoot them in Santa Rosa county We prefer that you do actually So whoever that was you're not in trouble come see us We have a gun safety class We put on every other Saturday and if you take that you'll shoot a lot better and hopefully you'll save the taxpayers money I'm just gonna let that one speak for itself By the way if anyone has a contact for Santa Rosie county Florida sheriff bob Johnson you are out Welcome on my show Jim can you find him please Because he's trying to help you He's trying to he's just trying to tell you how to not get that Don't get dead I've been through a lot in my life and I'm telling you if you go by then if you ignore every other rule we have on the show about politics and everything else If you just obey the don't get dead rule you'll probably avoid heavy drinking avoid drugs driving fast It's really it is at Jordan Peterson's 12 rules for life I have just one Don't get dead And it will lead you to not burglarize a home in Florida where I promise You will probably get that quick Don't get that I'll take some of your calls after the break We'll be right back Hi it's Larry elder and I want to tell you about a man named George who wrote in about his experience with 100% drug free relief factor George.

"Just a moment, a lot of people chiming in about this potential with question marks hanging all around dibs. Live broadcast next week, maybe with a very very very very small crowd, social distance broadcast, one of the first ever done. Maybe the first ever done in radio posts covid nineteen. We have one more person to get approval from. Crashing down on us, but people are starting to chime in here from you in just a second, but right now it's time for mother of the day mother of the day, and of course it's a Florida woman who is in this story. Never heard of Milton Florida. Anybody Know Milton Florida Is In like North Florida. Look Up, Milton Florida, authorities say Florida, woman. God, this is a tough one is accused of abusing threat. That Baghdad Florida is accused of abusing her fourteen year old adopted son Santa wasn't even joke with. Santa Rosa County, Sheriff Bob Johnson says it's the worst case of child abuse. He's encountered in his law enforcement career. Listen to this forty seven year old woman was arrested may charged with aggravated child abuse. She is accused of could got. They're terrible people out there. Beating, the boy with a dog chain. Cutting his arms and legs hold was, and he was fourteen years old is fourteen years old, and this one really gets me a little bit. Shipping his teeth off with pliers. Oh, what kind of human being does this stuff to this poor for? Adopted son, how long has this been going on? I mean this is not something when you find out that just started now and how as he been going to school? Or, these injuries not apparent to any authority that. Takes care of him when he's not with his abusive adoptive mom. Yeah, I don't know I'm sure they're looking into all of that stuff right now, but whenever I see these stories, I just go. How could a human being do that? To another person Milton Florida's about eighteen miles from Pensacola? Okay, so it's up near. Panhandle area of Florida, and that's where this woman was. She's forty seven. She has a fourteen year old adopted son. She's beating them with a dog chain, cutting his arms and legs and the real kicker. They're chipping his teeth with pliers. Thank God! They have rescued this kid from the grips of this mad woman, and hopefully she will serve a decent amount of time behind bars, because that's just disgusting behavior, and now it's time for a brand new segment. Up this week in annoying as hell animals. Up. This is this is such a weird thing. Every time I see these stories CICADAS are weird as hell, but you know cicadas, a little of the bugs.

"That the recipient of the one but to Christy just Marconi awards broadcast steps the one in the old the old country hi Billy coming in the great American run a constitutional crisis according to ABC news watching the coverage coverage this afternoon to say no I can't believe what I'm hearing because there's no there there let me explain later on also we have an investigative reporter who tore apart the last several years the charges against Trayvon Martin which I normally would not handle because after all it's been for five years and enough is enough however because of the activities of the radical left the continues to vilify police officers collecting millions of dollars for alleged misconduct I thought it might be wise to go to the foundational moment which is the Trayvon Martin Martin shooting at the hands of George Zimmerman which every independent agency that looked at it so it was justified justified or not it doesn't matter facts don't matter what happen to Michael brown and Darren Wilson in Ferguson really doesn't matter and now police officers continue to be held a summer reasonable standard and failure to make the right decision in a split second decision could result at least in Dallas Texas I'm going to present for the next ten years which is sad because the I'm somewhat confident that that decision in Dallas will be overturned at some point because US Supreme Court rulings but at this point the family it's going to collect really millions and millions of dollars now which is where the case belongs you know negligence is not the same isn't that how many times in America to somebody or police officers civilian make a mistake commend the negligent act and hit somebody shoots somebody or does something wrong it happens all the time so a police officer is different than civilians because they have the right to carry a weapon and they have a right to do certain things the rest of us cannot do not have the right to do however in this case the officer was off duty officer amber Geiger when she wrongfully killed Boston gene who was a victim he was the victim this is a negligent act a duty was owed by the police officer and a duty was breached and it was a mistake it was a negligent act it wasn't a murder there was no intent it was an accident by any fair measurement nobody and of course that this is the danger in dealing with these cases having a drive by attitude and it's very simple as that I've tried I think twenty five murder cases representing defendants and I've been in court most of my life and the reporting of what happens in court is significantly different than what actually happens in court because there's a law not gets in this little deviant system things not reported by the mainstream media because it doesn't fit their agenda and in this case officer amber Geiger as you may know went to the fourth floor instead of the third floor she lived on the third floor it was on the same identical for just one stack up and the door when she shows up at the door to go and rest after a thirteen and a half hour shift the door was slightly ajar no that's no one's fault some people live that way some people don't it was not the victim's fault the leave the door ajar but the police officer and her mind came off a long shift and the door was ajar according to her testimony she saw a large figures according to what officer Geiger said she requested to do certain things failed to do so and shot him twice and then quickly realized she made a mistake she was in the wrong darn apartment which happens sadly it happens in life and she as far as the civil lawsuit whatever it is that is she's negligent believe it or not cops make mistakes two cops are human beings when a cop makes a mistake someone may die when a surgeon makes a mistake somebody might die run a radio talk shows makes a mistake at the dump button it's all okay and don't let anyone said I'm sympathy for the family Abbas in gene especially the testimony of his brother that was so powerful course to me didn't cover the Christian part because I did for their agenda but this was not some purposeful killing where the officer hunted down a white officer female hunted down a black man and who seemingly by every objective standard was a very very good person and wrongfully killed him at is wrong similar things happen frequently in fact I have a story here out of Florida in which a Florida man fatally shoots son in law who was trying to surprise him on his birthday a Florida man who shot and killed a son in law jumped out of a bush to surprise him for his birthday will not face criminal charges Christopher Bergen thirty seven had arrived in Florida from Norway Tuesday night just surprises wife's father Richard down to sixty one living in Santa Rosa county share Santa Rosa county the share of Bob Johnson said at a news conference the sheriff called the shooting totally accidental saying there was preceded by an unrelated incident about nine thirty PM that night when a relative bank on Dennis is front door the banging startled Richard Dennis sixty one one outside change the person off two hours later the son in law arrives from Europe and the Gulf breeze outside a Pensacola to surprise his father in law which I'm happy birthday at eleven thirty PM Tuesday night Dennis here's the same type of banging on the back door had a gun in his hand and he turns on the back porch light steps out Mr Bergen jumps out of the shadows the son in law scaring Mister Dennis in fact Bergen made a growling sound when he jumped out of the bushes sure said Dennis sixty one years old fired one round struck Bergen killing him instantly our investigation has proven that this was totally accidental it was a rare occurrence and that no charges are warned it said the sheriff sheriff Bob Johnson of Santa Rosa county guess what that's justice I spoke to a local prosecutor my buddy Joe deters here in Hamilton County Ohio he said every now and then you have an accidental shooting or a father shot a son who was not supposed to be coming into the house because the father thought the sun was traveling do you tall so somebody opens the door he's a half asleep has his pistol and a drawer next to the bed which you should not do you should have some sort of system like a lock box we have to mentally go through something to get through it and he quickly pulls out the pesto and kills his own son is not murder most prosecutors mo share of most police say that's not murder that's an accident it's called negligent homicide it's a mistake but in this case in this climate it was black lives matter is pro testing out in front of the trial on a regular basis and settlement whatever Benjamin Crump shows up the eminent African American civil rights attorney you know big box or implied the family is gonna make millions of dollars off of this and I can't say they shouldn't it is a simple case duty owed duty breach proximate cause terrible and you took place even though she was off duty she was off duty at the time she shot she was not a police officer but in a sense a police officer is never off duty so whatever was Cunningham speaking without knowing the facts other than reporting this is not a murder in this climate it is a murder because because a black lives matter because Trayvon Martin that's where it began that's where it all began black lives matter Michael brown the facts didn't fit the conclusion of the media and CNN certainly sparked rioting in Ferguson for a long time is Kevin Jackson my friend of the Blackshear says on a regular basis because of their coverage joining up people that are vulnerable to believe a lie that somehow Michael brown had his hands up don't shoot that didn't happen so in this climate and it's very difficult to be a police officer in fact extremely difficult study after study after study after study demonstrations no epidemic of races police shootings there is none despite the fact of Joe Biden and all the democratic candidates saying things such as quote binds criminal justice plan promises that after his policing reforms black mothers and fathers who no longer have to fear when their kids walk the streets of America the threat of coming from cops not gang bangers president Barack Hussein Obama likely claim during the memorial and this took some real guts during a memorial for the five Dallas police officers killed by a black lives matter inspired assassin in July twenty sixteen the president said that black parents were right to fear that their child could be killed by a police officer when he walks out the door are you kidding me in south bend Merope but a judge has said the police shootings a black man won't be solved until we move policing out of the shadow of systematic racism on quote Beto o'rourke claims at the place quote should black solely based on the color of their skin on quote so when you have the leaders from Obama the Biden the Buddha judge door Rourke and all the democratic nominees telling African Americans that white police officers are going to kill you because of the color of your skin that's the climate in which officer a Geiger was tried and convicted a couple days ago and it's false by any objective measurement it is false but a plays well politically whether it's the National Academy of sciences that demolishes the democratic narrative regarding race simply shootings whether it's the study of Michigan State University or the university of Maryland College Park there is no epidemic of police officers wider otherwise killing African American man is simply is not true and it turns out by objective studies that white police officers are no more likely than black or Hispanic to shoot blacks very it is the group's rate of violent crime that determines police interactions not the race to the offender the more frequently cops and counter violent suspects from any given racial group the greater the chance that members of that racial group will be shot by police so and this is in me saying other Markkula been saying it this is the National Academy of sciences Michigan State University The Washington Post Harvard and also the university of Maryland have all found the same thing but see the left is impervious to the facts the truth doesn't matter police departments are under enormous political pressure to police and higher based upon race constantly and is simply not true how did you know this from that listening to the mainstream media I don't think so and so in that climate how good officer Geiger re feet receive a fair trial in Dallas that was not murder that was a terribly wrong full lacked a negligent killing an accident for which the victim's family in the state should be paid significant money goes a wrongful act was convicted what was a perpetrated upon upon a a bobbin Jeanette insists it's sad that happens I wish is that I wish by the swipe of my hand I could eliminate negligent acts but it's simply not true it is simply not true there is no epidemic of races political shootings a place hearing but see the left Hey has to gin up a vulnerable population of African Americans to believe it and number one of course is president Barack Hussein Obama himself he did he said that whenever whenever a child could be killed by police officer when he walks out the door and the black parents were right to fear their child walking the streets of America one Obama says the media cover that well what Obama did was bring black lives matter into the White House del Rey McCaslin another's tweeting out references of how proud he is a black lives matter you talk about a scandal you talk about impeachable material it is extremely destructive when black lives matter narratives have been impervious to the truth and police departments are under tremendous pressure and as a consequence crime rate soars in areas in which Democrats who sue police officers mandates and hiring because as NBC news reported this morning there's a shortage of police officers in America are you kidding me who want to be a cop in this environment cubs make split second life and death decisions all the time every day in America there are millions and millions and millions of contacts.

"Hi Billy coming in the great American run a constitutional crisis according to ABC news watching the covering a coverage this afternoon the saying I can't believe what I'm hearing because there's no there there let me explain later on also we have an investigative reporter who tore apart the last several years the charges against Trayvon Martin which I normally would not handle because after all it's been for five years and and offers enough however because of the activities of the radical left that continues to vilify police officers collecting millions of dollars for alleged misconduct I thought it might be wise to go to the foundational moment which is the Trayvon Martin Martin shooting at the hands of George Zimmerman which every independent agency that looked at it so it was justified justified or not it doesn't matter facts don't matter what happen to Michael brown and Darren Wilson in Ferguson really doesn't matter and now police officers continue to be held a summer reasonable standard and failure to make the right decision in a split second decision could result at least in Dallas Texas I'm going to present for the next ten years which is sad because the I'm somewhat confident that that decision in Dallas will be overturned at some point because US Supreme Court rulings but at this point the family it's going to collect really millions and millions of dollars which is where the case belongs you know negligence is not the same isn't that how many times in America to somebody or police officers civilian make a mistake I commend the negligent act and hit somebody shoots somebody or does something wrong it happens all the time so a police officer is different than civilians because they have the right to carry a weapon and they have a right to do certain things the rest of us cannot do not have the right to do however in this case the officer was off duty officer amber Geiger when she wrongfully killed Boston gene who was a victim he was the representing defendants and I've been in court most of my life and the reporting of what happens in court is significantly different than what actually happens in court because there's a law not good for the soul deviance isn't things not reported by the mainstream media because it doesn't fit their agenda and in this case officer amber Geiger as you may know went to the fourth floor instead of the third floor she lived on the third floor it was on the same identical for just one stack up and the door when she shows up at the door it go and rest after a thirteen and a half hour shift the door was slightly ajar that's no one's fault some people live that way some people don't it was not the victim's fault to leave the door ajar but the police officer in her mind came off a long shift and the door was ajar according to her testimony she saw a large figures according to what officer Geiger said she requested to do certain things failed to do so and shot him twice and then quickly realized she made a mistake she was in the wrong darn apartment which happens sadly it happens in life and she as far as the civil lawsuit whatever it is that is she's negligent believe it or not cops make mistakes two cops are human beings when a cop makes a mistake someone may die when a surgeon makes a mistake somebody might die run a radio talk shows makes a mistake I had the dump button is all okay and don't let anyone said I'm sympathy for the family Abbas in gene especially the testimony of his brother that was so powerful course to meet even cover the Christian part because I did for terribly wrong full lacked a negligent killing an accident for which the victim's family in the state should be paid significant money goes a wrongful act was convicted what was a perpetrated upon upon Abbas in gene it it's just a sad it happens I wish is that I wish by the swipe of my hand I could eliminate negligent acts but it's simply not true it is simply not true there is no epidemic of races political shootings by police shootings but see the left Hey has to gin up a vulnerable population of African Americans to believe it and number one of course is president Barack Hussein Obama himself he did it he said that whenever whenever a child could be killed by police officer when he walks out the door and the black parents were right to fear their child walking the streets of "Hi Billy coming in the great American run a constitutional crisis according to ABC news watching the covering a coverage this afternoon to saying I can't believe what I'm hearing because there's no there there let me explain later on also we have an investigative reporter who tore apart the last several years the charges against Trayvon Martin which I normally would not handle because after all it's been for five years and and offers enough however because of the activities of the radical left the continues to vilify police officers collecting millions of dollars for alleged misconduct I thought it might be wise to go to the foundational moment which is the Trayvon Martin Martin shooting at the hands of George Zimmerman which every independent agency that looked at it so it was justified justified or not it doesn't matter facts don't matter what happen to Michael brown and Darren Wilson in Ferguson really doesn't matter and now police officers continue to be held a summer reasonable standard and failure to make the right decision in a split second decision could result at least in Dallas Texas I'm going to present for the next ten years which is sad because the I'm somewhat confident that that decision in Dallas will be overturned at some point because US Supreme Court rulings but at this point the family it's going to collect really millions and millions of dollars now which is where the case belongs you know negligence is not the same isn't that how many times in America to somebody or police officers civilian make a mistake command a negligent act and hit somebody shoots somebody or does something wrong it happens all the time so a police officer is different than civilians because they have the right to carry a weapon and they have a right to do certain things the rest of us cannot do not have the right to do however in this case the officer was off duty officer amber Geiger when she wrongfully killed Boston gene who was a victim he was the victim this is a negligent act a duty was owed by the police officer and a duty was breached and it was a mistake it was a negligent act it wasn't a murder there was no intent it was an accident by any fair measurement nobody and of course that this is the danger in dealing with these cases having a drive by attitude in this very simple as that I've tried I think twenty five murder cases representing defendants and I've been in court most of my life and the reporting of what happens in court is significantly different than what actually happens in court because there's a law not gets in the soul deviance isn't things not reported by the mainstream media because it doesn't fit their agenda and in this case officer amber Geiger as you may know went to the fourth floor instead of the third floor she lived on the third floor it was on the same identical for just one stack up and the door when she shows up at the door to go and rest after a thirteen and a half hour shift the door was slightly ajar no that's no one's fault some people live that way some people don't it was not the victim's fault to leave the door ajar but the police officer in her mind came off a long shift and the door was ajar according to her testimony she saw a large figures according to what officer Geiger said she requested to do certain things failed to do so and shot him twice and then quickly realized she made a mistake she was in the wrong darn apartment which happens sadly it happens in life and she as far as the civil lawsuit whatever it is it is she's negligent believe it or not cops make mistakes two cops are human beings when a cop makes a mistake someone may die when a surgeon makes a mistake somebody might die run a radio talk shows makes a mistake at the dump button it's all okay and don't let anyone said I'm sympathy for the family Abbas in gene especially the testimony of his brother that was so powerful course to me didn't cover the Christian part because I did for their agenda but this was not some purposeful killing where the officer hunted down a white officer female hunted down a black man and who seemingly by every objective standard was a very very good person and wrongfully killed him at is wrong similar things happen frequently in fact I have a story here out of Florida in which a Florida man fatally shoots son in law who was trying to surprise him on his birthday a Florida man who shot and killed a son in law jumped out of a bush to surprise him for his birthday will not face criminal charges Christopher Bergen thirty seven had arrived in Florida from Norway Tuesday night to surprise his wife's father Richard down to sixty one living in Santa Rosa county share Santa Rosa county the sheriff Bob Johnson said at a news conference the sheriff called the shooting totally accidental saying rivers proceed upon unrelated incident about nine thirty PM that night when a relative banged on Dennis's front door the banging startled Richard Dennis sixty one one outside chase the person off two hours later the son in law arrives from Europe in the Gulf breeze outside a Pensacola to surprise his father in law wish him Happy Birthday at eleven thirty PM Tuesday night Dennis here's the same type of banging on the back door had a gun in his hand and he turns on the back porch light steps out Mr Bergen jumps out of the shadows the son in law scaring Mister Dennis in fact Bergen made a growling sound when he jumped out of the bushes sure said Dennis sixty one years old fired one round struck Bergen killing him instantly our investigation has proven that this was totally accidental it was a rare occurrence and that no charges are warned it said the sheriff sheriff Bob Johnson of Santa Rosa county guess what that's justice I spoke to a local prosecutor my buddy Joe deters here in Hamilton County Ohio he said every now and then you have an accidental shooting where a father shot a son who was not supposed to be coming into the house because the father thought the sun was traveling to Utah so somebody opens the door he's a half asleep has his pistol and a drawer next to the bed what you should not do you should have some sort of system like a lock box we have to mentally go through something to get through it and he quickly pulls out the pesto and kills his own son is that murder most prosecutors mo share of most police say that's not murder that's an accident it's called negligent homicide it's a mistake but in this case in this climate it was black lives matter is pro testing out in front of the trial on a regular basis and settlement whatever Benjamin Crump shows up the eminent African American civil rights attorney you know big box or implied the family is gonna make millions of dollars off of this and I can't say they shouldn't it is a simple case duty owed duty breach proximate cause terrible and you took place even though she was off duty she was off duty at the time she shot she was not a police officer but in a sense a police officer is never off duty so whatever was Cunningham speaking without knowing the facts other than reporting this is not a murder in this climate it is a murder because because a black lives matter because of Trayvon Martin that's where it began that's where it all began black lives matter Michael brown the facts didn't fit the conclusion of the media and CNN certainly sparked rioting in Ferguson for a long time is Kevin Jackson my friend of the black sphere says on a regular basis because of their coverage joining up people that are vulnerable to believe a lie that somehow Michael brown had his hands up don't shoot that didn't happen so in this climate it is very difficult to be a police officer in fact extremely difficult study after study after study after study demonstrations no epidemic of races police shootings there is none despite the fact of Joe Biden and all the democratic candidates saying things such as quote binds criminal justice plan promises that after his policing reforms black mothers and fathers who no longer have to fear when their kids walk the streets of America the threat of coming from cops not gang bangers president Barack Hussein Obama likely claim during the memorial and in this took some real guts during the memorial for the five Dallas police officers killed by a black lives matter inspired assassin in July twenty sixteen the president said that black parents were right to fear that their child could be killed by a police officer when he walks out the door are you kidding me in south bend mayor paid good a judge has said the police shootings a black man won't be solved until we move policing out of the shadow of systematic racism on quote Beto o'rourke claims at the place quote should black solely based on the color of their skin on quote so when you have the leaders from Obama the Biden devoted judge door Rourke and all the democratic nominees telling African Americans that white police officers are going to kill you because of the color of your skin that's the climate in which officer a Geiger was tried and convicted a couple days ago it is false by any objective measurement it is false but a plays well politically whether it's the National Academy of sciences that demolishes the democratic narrative regarding race simply shootings whether it's the study of Michigan State University or the university of Maryland College Park there is no epidemic of police officers wider otherwise killing African American man is simply is not true and it turns out by objective studies that white police officers are no more likely than black or Hispanic to shoot blacks variants it is the group's rate of violent crime that determines police interactions not the race to the offender the more frequently cops and counter violent suspects from any given racial group the greater the chance that members of that racial group will be shot by police so and this is in may saying other Markkula been saying it this is the National Academy of sciences Michigan State University The Washington Post Harvard and also the university of Maryland have all found the same thing but see the left is impervious to the facts the truth doesn't matter police departments are under enormous political pressure to police and higher based upon race constantly and is simply not true how did you it happens in life and she as far as the civil lawsuit whatever it is it is she's negligent believe it or not cops make mistakes two cops are human beings when a cop makes a mistake someone may die when a surgeon makes a mistake somebody might die run a radio talk shows makes a mistake I had the dump button is all okay and don't let anyone said I'm sympathy for the family Abbas in gene especially the testimony of his brother that was so powerful course the media didn't cover the Christian part because I did for their agenda but this was not some purposeful killing where the officer hunted down a white officer female hunted down a black man and who seemingly by every objective standard was a very very good person and wrongfully killed him at is wrong similar things happen frequently in fact I have a story here out of Florida in which a Florida man fatally shoots son in law who was trying to surprise him on his birthday a Florida man who shot and killed a son in law jumped out of a bush to surprise him for his birthday will not face criminal charges Christopher Bergen thirty seven had arrived in Florida from Norway Tuesday night to surprises wife's father Richard down to sixty one living in Santa Rosa county share Santa Rosa county the share of Bob Johnson said at a news conference the sheriff called the shooting totally accidental saying it was preceded by an unrelated incident about nine thirty PM that night when a relative banged on Dennis's front door the banging startled Richard Dennis sixty one one outside change the person off two hours later the son in law arrives from Europe in the Gulf breeze outside a Pensacola to surprise his father in law wish him Happy Birthday at eleven thirty PM Tuesday night Dennis here's the same type of banging on the back door had a gun in his hand and he turns on the back porch light steps out Mr Bergen jumps out of the shadows the son in law scaring Mister Dennis in fact Bergen made a growling sound when he jumped out of the bushes sure said Dennis sixty one years old fired one round struck Bergen killing him instantly our investigation has proven that this was totally accidental it was a rare occurrence and that no charges are warned it said the sheriff sheriff Bob Johnson of Santa Rosa county guess what that's justice I spoke to a local prosecutor my buddy Joe deters here in Hamilton County Ohio he said every now and then you have an accidental shooting or a father shot a son who was not supposed to be coming into the house because the father thought the sun was traveling to you tall so somebody opens the door he's a half asleep has his pistol and a drawer next to the bed what you should not do you should have some sort of system like a lock box we have to mentally go through something to get through it and he quickly pulls out the pesto and kills his own son is that murder most prosecutors mo share of most police say that's not murder that's an accident it's called negligent homicide it's a mistake but in this case in this climate it was black lives matter is pro testing out in front of the trial on a regular basis and settlement whatever Benjamin Crump shows up the eminent African American civil rights attorney you know big box or implied the family is gonna make millions of dollars off of this and I can't say they shouldn't it is a simple case duty owed duty breach proximate cause terrible and you took place even though she was off duty as he was off duty at the time she shot she was not a police officer but in a sense a police officer is never off duty so whatever was Cunningham speaking without knowing the facts other than reporting this is not a murder but in this climate it is a murder because because a black lives matter because of Trayvon Martin that's where it began that's where it all began black lives matter Michael brown the facts didn't fit the conclusion of the media and CNN certainly sparked rioting in Ferguson for a long time is Kevin Jackson my friend of the black sphere says on a regular basis because of their coverage joining up people that are vulnerable to believe a lie that somehow Michael brown had his hands up don't shoot that didn't happen so in this climate it is very difficult to be a police officer in fact extremely difficult study after study after study after study demonstrations no epidemic of races police shootings there is none despite the fact of Joe Biden and all the democratic candidates saying things such as quote binds criminal justice plan promises and after his policing reforms black mothers and fathers who no longer have to fear when their kids walk the streets of America the threat of coming from cops not gang bangers president Barack Hussein Obama likely claim during the memorial and in this took some real guts during a memorial for the five Dallas police officers killed by a black lives matter inspired assassin in July twenty sixteen the president said that black parents were right to fear that their child could be killed by a police officer when he walks out the door are you kidding me in south bend mayor paid good a judge has said the police shootings of black men won't be solved until we move policing out of the shadow of systematic racism on quote Beto o'rourke claims at the place quote should black solely based on the color of their skin on quote so when you have the leaders from Obama the Biden the Buddha judge door Rourke and all the democratic nominees telling African Americans that white police officers are going to kill you because of the color of your skin that's the climate in which officer a Geiger was tried and convicted a couple days ago and it's false by any objective measurement it is false but a plays well politically whether it's the National Academy of sciences that demolishes the democratic narrative regarding race simply shootings whether it's the study of Michigan State University or the university of Maryland College Park there is no epidemic of police officers wider otherwise killing African American man is simply is not true and it turns out by objective studies that white police officers are no more likely than black or Hispanic to shoot blacks very it is the group's rate of violent crime that determines police interactions not the race to the offender the more frequently cops and counter violent suspects from any given racial group the greater the chance that members of that racial group will be shot by police so and this is in may saying other mark live in saying it this is the National Academy of sciences Michigan State University The Washington Post Harvard and also the university of Maryland have all found the same thing but see the left is impervious to the facts the truth doesn't matter police departments are under enormous political pressure to police and higher based upon race constantly and is simply not true how did you know this from that listening to the mainstream media I don't think so and so in that climate how could officer Geiger re feet receive a fair trial in Dallas that was not murder that was a terribly wrong full lacked a negligent killing an accident for which the victim's family in the state should be paid significant money goes a wrongful act was convicted well what was a perpetrated upon upon Abbas in gene insists it is sad that happens I wish is.
