"That we never really talked about on our podcast but that's a local thing and it's obviously real estate right. The ega thing it is. It's just a different type of real estate. So one of the marinas is set to change hands and it looks like it was at a pretty high purchase price that the deal went down. And it's an eighty four million dollar transaction son road is going to be transferring. Ownership in interest in basically harbour island to a group called safe harbor Safe harbor is going to be the new operator and with that. So there's there's quite a few things that went down here. Daniel and i were just talking about this off line. It's actually there's a lot to it. So the the the harbour itself is about six hundred slips right right and then with that also comes two hundred and fifty nine thousand ninety square feet of land. And then there's a million twenty nine thousand two hundred and thirty nine square feet of water and so the water is deep water. That's within the slip areas and the dachshund under the dachshund. Things like that so so they're responsible for obviously the maintenance environmental issues with water. They have the land which it turns out is basically. It's it's the eastern. Most tip of har- harbour island which is home to do very popular restaurants. One of which we have our christmas party yet for our we have had. We have had our christmas party. And it is yeah. It's a very nice restaurant and it's called island prime and then the other one is called is called sea level lounge so that is also going to go with it so son road in some communities didn't respond to the request for comment but safe harbor and his pair company already have four leases. That are around here. So they have shelter island boatyard and the sun outdoors. Rv resort in chula vista. So

"This is an abc podcast. When lily brit was a young woman and she was out and about interviewing rockstars for music. Megs back in the nineteen sixties. She had a vision of herself in her old age. She says she can imagine herself relaxing in addict chair. In the sun eating chocolate life would be that good. She thought well at least now in her early seventies and although she's not eating chop up in the sun things have turned out not too lilly became a bestselling author. She left melbourne decades ago to live in new york with her husband and she still loves living in new york. Despite everything that's been happening in america recently but lily admits she's feeling her. I you little and that some things on with quiet as well as they used to one day she became alarmed by a large dog. She sore on the street that actually turned out to be a fire hydrant and she mistook a lodge braehead woman for her husband. Now louis bread is planning that people are feeling her age for her and the apple store they assign not one but two geniuses from the genius bar to help with the ride pad which was going but probably necessary. Lillies published a new collection of essays. Titled all seems to be other people. Hi lili lowly the heavy pack. Lovely to be here with you. You're in new york at the moment. Where exactly i is sitting right now lily. I'm in intern in a large building. And i'm in the boardroom of an investment financial investment for them. I'm sitting at a table with about twenty cheese this with a lot of drinks snack. They're it's very comfortable. I mean physically. It's not that pleasing tables huge jeers very comfortable. I've never think of it being in the boardroom. Anything is this. The one quad lift. You can find in manhattan right now. I went into every room in their apartment and have hundreds of rooms but went into each one. And the only in quiet place i could find. Was the bathroom see today. But why do people singing the show thinking it must be because the sound is good so not bad through into the interview and they sing in the bathroom. Because there's an echo. So then i went to a friend's place and he lives in quiet building in tribeca and we couldn't find one. I didn't have a noise. And so i had printed idea of seeing if i could find amid tenderly narrow deserted. Now half the people working at home. So you like the amiga man. right now. Sitting in this kind of deserted boardroom in the largely deserted it down manhattan. Like i said at the start lilly. Say that when you were much you imagine. Your idea of being old would be rather lovely. You'd be on a chair eating chocolate in the sun. Does that still appeal to you. That idea let's see things. I'd thought about it more. And why would you eat chocolate in sound. It melts obviously hadn't thought that planet really well. Because i love chocolate but chocolate the in addiction. The sun's discuss do you really. I think i just saw a picture of myself. I thought lying in addict chase and pretty good now. I don't like to choose and also what happens is when you get older..

"Everybody's. I'm smart. smart what. for two years. two years nobody drive bys no this and then this poor guy who's a list of those programs CS for you know at the bar in New York last final goodbye have a pick and rate your rocks once the gun right is a listener and he knew. he thought rados neighbors radio. my friend. we are genuinely trailblazers here the reason what what when I heard this this this this what he thinks communism is a white cube is failing its post the lift everybody up. and supposed to promote equality and freedom yes people are you know the the the the the lack of understanding. and the lack of education and the genuine ignorance to so many of these people in the drive by media have it's coming. yeah breath taking to be whole. and so you'll come up with the appropriate little Nick name and. guy here grab somebody number two because this if you missed I don't know how yeah but if you missed it this is what happened this is this guy who was a listener the EIB network runs into freight on shelter island in New York fatal is on vacation this week is out there with his family right away a lot of people on our side or taking freight I was sightedness at Frank but I. I think part of the reason is because they know I gave him the nickname. and they don't want you know there are no this is unfortunate I think Fred always exactly right to respond is where we are because you know so many conservatives have been attacked. while doing nothing more than eating in a restaurant they been heckled and forced to leave. and do you think freight was critical of that your legs freight probably supported the harassment of conservatives like Sarah Huckabee Sanders and others. there wasn't any condemnation of that when he's loony toon leftists. start harassing Mitch McConnell and his home or Sarah Huckabee Sanders in a restaurant. or or Betsy to boss same thing happened heard the mob descends on they have to leave the restaurant the restaurant owner says good get out we don't want you here it all over the drive by media there applauding this so now the same thing happens the freight and freight react not politely and not with dignity he doesn't walk away. he confronts the guide calls a mode bunch of names and me a name. and people on our side start praising for radio this is why we can never make any headway and I know people everywhere trying to show that we are dignified we are a cut above and we are going to condemn this kind of behavior no matter when. it happened here is freight Cuomo threatening the guy who called him Freida..
