March Madness in a Mad Country With Jason Whitlock
"Welcome to the program. Charlie, thank you for having me. I really appreciate it. I can't push back against being called a conservative, but I like to think of myself as part of the Christian movement. Amen. That's the only thing that's gonna save America. You're always welcome to correct me on titles because you label me you negate me. So that's actually a great segue to a story that fires me up and I sent this to my team yesterday and we were thinking about who's the best person to address this. And it's March Madness season. I love March Madness. One of my favorite kind of sport chapters of the entire calendar year, Texas tech suspends basketball coach for quoting the Bible. Not sure if you saw this story or you're not Jason, but this Texas tech coach is now on leave, university suspended, heads head men's basketball coach Mark Adams for quoting the Bible to a student athlete, Jason, your reaction to the story. Yeah, I'm not surprised by it at all. We talked about it quite a bit on my show yesterday. Listen, on college campuses and in American society, a biblical worldview is under attack. It's being demonized as being categorized as hate speech. And, you know, these young kids on college campuses have been radicalized and convinced that America's judeo Christian culture and founding are evil and at the root of everything that's wrong with this country and it's why, you know, we don't accept the LGBTQ, it's why we don't accept transgenderism and so I'm not surprised at all that a coach trying to reach the kid, you know, quote some scripture and the kid in the school twists what he's doing, how dare you, you know, read scripture, how dare you read scripture that mentions the word slavery and context and reality don't matter and then the corporate media gets involved and they call it racially insensitive and when you can turn the Bible into hate speech, it really just speaks to what kind of cultural war we're in

John Zmirak: Anti-Racism Is the New Gospel of the Antichrist
"To John Muir John. You're telling us that Scott Adams, the creator of the Dilbert cartoons, said some things on Twitter or whatever that have gotten him totally crushed and canceled. I don't know what he said. I know that he's not a racist. So the idea that people are trying to find something that he said to kind of twist it in that direction. That's where we are. I've been called every name, and it's just, it's kind of silly, but we live in that world right now. It's much more than that, Eric. Anti racism, the woke cult has become the new gospel of the Antichrist. It is the new religion to replace Christianity, to replace it. Now, it has some common ground with Christianity, which the Antichrist would have to. In order to fool people, the Antichrist has to sound Christian. He has to sound more Christian than Jesus. And that's what you see progressive Christian saying. I've seen them say, Jesus committed sins. Jesus was kind of a racist, but he learned. He learned from his sins and he repented them. And now we know better. And we can improve on Jesus. I've seen them say that. Jesus sin, thank God we're more Christian than Jesus. They essentially say that. That is the woke cult of the Antichrist. And any time you hear somebody talk about critical race theory, what he's saying is, I heart Antichrist.

John Zmirak on the Cancellation of Dilbert Cartoonist Scott Adams
"Let's talk about your other article about Scott Adams who created the Dilbert cartoons. That's right. He has already been stuffed down the memory hole. And within a few weeks, people pretend that they don't even know what his name means. Scott Adams created Gilbert, which is a brilliant cartoon that's been around for 20 years. He's got books of Dilbert, he's got other non Dilbert books. And he was one of the few celebrities to support Trump 6 years ago. It feels like a hundred years ago, but it was only 6 or 7 years ago. He has been canceled his comic strip has been pulled out of the newspapers, his books have been canceled. They're no longer going to be sold by the publishers. His agent fired him. I know you were thinking of having him on the show, but you're not sure you can get hold of him because his agent won't work for him anymore. All of this because he offended the priests of bail. He offended the new religion of the Antichrist, which is the woke cult. He said stuff that they could plausibly portray as racist. And as you and I have talked about, people with Darwinian materialists who claim that life is just a cosmic accident of chemicals, knocking together, somehow managed to believe that there's a moral reason in that universe that Darwinian universe then racism is wrong. And homophobia and transphobia are wrong. Where do right and wrong come from,

Taking Advantage of God's Opportunities
"I went to writer university, and this is why I'm saying that Scott Adams, people may have taken what he said wrong, but black people think the same way he think. About other black people. I want to write a university, the subject was white privilege is a myth. Now, mind you, we're at a university where people should be able to explore differences of opinion. And I show up there, it was supposed to only be 50 people at a turning point chapter. It ended up being 450 people. 400 of them were black people from the black student union. They were the most disrespectful people that I've ever experienced at any of these universities. And the ignorance of those young people were astonishing, one of the girls walked up, she came to the mic to do the Q&A. And she started coming at me with all these excuse by my mom was a crackhead and all this, and I said, sister. Are you on full scholarship? She goes, yeah, I'm on full scholarship. I got a food. I said, so your mama don't have to pay for it, right? Yeah, yeah, I know. I know 'cause I had a full scholarship. My parents had to pay for my scholars. I said, but this is God's opportunity for you to be a generational changer. Meaning that you don't have to live in a footsteps of your mother. You now have an opportunity to get a free education from a university. And you can go on and become what you want to be. The world is literally up for you to take advantage of. This is God giving you an olive branch. And I didn't say it is irritated as I say on now. I just spoke to her in a loving Conway like I would do my own sister. And they booed me, they boot me. All of these 400 of them, not all of them. I'm pretty sure some of them in the crowd probably didn't boot me, but it's just roaring booze. And I don't probably know Luna that ran for office in one. She was there with me. It was me and her on the stage. They booed me. I'll throw you a sellout Uncle Tom because I told another young black woman that you can be whatever you want to be in America. And that you don't have to be subjugated to your mother's mistakes, God is giving you an opportunity you have a full scholarship. It is your time.

Thomas Sowell on Destructive Ideas
"When you look at the inner city communities and you look at that, I always say and Thomas solo wrote a book about this. It's called the black, I think it's called a black redneck white liberal. The black redneck and white liberal, the white liberal and black redneck. I think it's black redneck and white liberal. I think that's what the book title is. I have the book at the house and I started to read the first chapter of it. And I felt like I was the smartest man on the world in the world just off the first chapter. That's how smart Thomas soul is that you read 20 pages from his book and you feel like you know everything in the world. But he had made mention that the culture that you see that are in these inner city communities don't necessarily originate from black people. These were redneck a redneck type culture. Of degeneracy. And it actually started from Europe. And those people came here to America and in the south and black people began to adopt that idea of a white people moved on from that. The redneck had moved on had changed up. And black people still adopt some of these destructive ideas. And of course, you have black rednecks and white liberals. I knew I was pretty close. But, you know, I wish that we could be honest about these things. And people won't get mad at Scott Adams for saying what he said. And if you're just now joining, he pretty much said white people need to just move as far as away from black people as they can because it ain't no helping them. It is a dying cause. And as a black man, I agree to a certain degree.

Black People and Racial Hypocrisy
"Let me finish what I was saying about Scott Adams. You heard the clip if you missed it, go back and watch it later. Or you can look at them on YouTube channel 'cause I made a video about it on YouTube. You heard the panel of black people openly on the Internet, it didn't get censored. After the backlash they got, they took it down, but it didn't get censored. Of them berating white people. Saying that they're evil. Gentrification. I mean, all these negative things. You could only imagine if a bunch of white people got on there and said what a black people superior and you said thuggin gang banging, abortions, and you went down a list and said that as a white person. You know what kind of crazy backlash you would get? People would call you a genocidal racist. And they would banish you to hell. You wouldn't even be able to go to church no more. If you said that and you were white talking about black people. However, black people can openly. Support backing fundraising money. Make white people out to be the devil. And Scott Adams said, white folks, it ain't no use of you trying to help black people at this point. And I would agree and disagree at the same time with Scott Adams. I would agree with him because for the black folks that don't want your help, why are you wasting your time? And that's not just for white people. I think black people do the same thing. They don't want your help. They don't want to get an education. Some of them don't want to do better. They want a thug. They want to sit on the corner on a block selling rocks. They want to. They hate white people. And they want And for those individuals, stop wasting your time. I disagree with him because I feel like that what he said sounds like a generalization, meaning that you don't want to help no black people. But I agree with the fact of saying the ones that don't want to do nothing with themselves. They don't want to do it until I quit wasting your time trying to help these people. And he had a point, even though I think it came across a little weird, he had a point that in these predominantly black communities, there is so much chaos and drama.

Speaking the Truth
"Now, listen to what Charleston white said, a brother from the hood, came from probably a similar area that I grew up in. Wrote a clip. They didn't go by my house and the wife of neighborhood. Who want to live a bunch of marches? And you got this kind of money. Please. Who want to live on a bunch of with this kind of money? By trying to get to the wife of neighborhood, we are only a yard and get mad at Snoop Dogg. He lives around white folk. Y'all ain't mad by Jay-Z and Beyoncé say he got some money with all round white vote. So they just being hypocritical. But we all want to get us some money and go live around white folk. At least I know I do. I want to live more. White folk can go outside and see the white women walking them down with them pools in the backyard and I ain't got to worry about them. Causing no problem shooting up. We want the kid, the kid to have a better life with all black people, but we want. If that's just being real. Now, is that the opinion of every black person I don't believe that it is. However, it's the truth and a lot of people reject what Charleston white said. And I think that he probably is the most, he's saying some crazy stuff ever again now and again just like anybody else, but he probably one of those realest dudes that I've ever heard because he will come out and he would call it like it is. And everybody else want to play fake and they want to get mad at you if you're black and you're exposing things that go on in the city to white folks. They get mad at you. You will sell out bro you selling out your own people. It's like, nah, bro is it true or is it not true? I'm not on the radio, the talk about stuff for white people. Dilbert Syndicator Terminates Comic Strip
"The hypocrisy of racism in America is mind-blowing to me. We live in a world of complete hypocrisy. The Dilbert creator, which is the cartoonist, Scott Adams. I discover Scott Adams because he must have did some kind of drawing and then Kanye tweeted him out and I started watching him and he seemed like a guy that have a level of intelligence that I'm interested in. However, I don't know if this is a podcast or not, I just saw the clip somewhere, somebody posted. And Scott Adams said, probably one of the most controversial statements that I've heard from a white person probably since slavery. Maybe not that bad. But I think what he said was incredibly controversial. But the question that I have for everybody's watching for everybody that is watching and listening was inaccurate about the things that he said, or is it just people don't want to hear it? Was he telling the truth? Or is it just that people don't want to hear it? The reason he's getting his backlash. Now I'm going to play the clip of what he said about white people staying away from black people. And then I'm a methodically go through and give a perspective. I want you to listen very carefully as to what he said, then I'm going to play a series of clips that should either confirm or expose or confirm that you're not a hypocrite or expose that you are a hypocrite when you listen to it. Now, I know about y'all perfect. I'm really saying this for somebody else that may slip and fall and stumble across the show. If you believe that what Scott Adams said is wrong and then the subsequent clips that I play, you think that that is fine that is okay, then we have a problem. If you think everybody wrong with everybody right, then I think maybe we may agree to disagree, but at least you are consistent.

'Dilbert' Creator Scott Adams Dropped From Newspapers Following Rant
"Nearly half of all blacks are not okay with white people. According to this poll, not according to me, according to this poll, that's a hate group. That's a hate group. And I don't want to have anything to do with them. And I would say, you know, based on the current way things are going, the best advice I would give to white people is to get the hell away from black people. Just get the away. Wherever you have to go, just get away. Because there's no fixing this. This can't be fixed. This can't be fixed. You just have to escape. So that's what I did. I went to a neighborhood where I have a very low black population. Because unfortunately, there's a high correlation between the density. And this is going to Don lemon, by the way. So here I'm just quoting Don lemon. When he notes that when he lived in a mostly black neighborhood, there were a bunch of problems that he didn't see in white neighborhoods. So even Don lemon sees a big difference in your own quality of living based on where he lives and who is there. So I think it makes no sense whatsoever as a white citizen of America to try to help black citizens anymore. It doesn't make sense. There's no longer a rational impulse. And so I'm going to I'm going to back off from being helpful to black America because it doesn't seem like it pays off. Like I've been doing it all my life and I've been the only outcome as I get called a racist. Let's see only outcome. It makes no sense to help black Americans if you're white. It's over. Don't even think it's worth trying.

"Dilbert's Scott Adams has been dropped after a response to what he considered to be racist and but never, ever great what you consider to be racism with sweeping declarations about black Americans being a hate group, and that white people should get away from them. I am not surprised that Gilbert has been dropped, that is not the way Americans talk about polling, especially and he was responding to a poll, and we don't know anything about the poll. I'm not interested in the poll. I know that Scott Dilbert is becoming increasingly conservative on the inner tubes over the past few years and now he crossed a line and he's been dropped.

Myra Adams and Eric Reflect on Some of Jesus's Familiar Catchphrases
"Amazed by how many things Jesus himself said that have come into the culture. One of the most famous, of course, is turn the other cheek, but there are so many things and you kind of wonder what would it have been like to hear him say these things were they as fresh then as they are if we hear them now. It's difficult unless you really are hyper familiar with the context of that culture to know where he got it from. I mean, some of the things he gets from the old to the truth. That's a great one. The truth shall set you free. Without vision, the people perish. I believe Jesus said that. But it's what it's what's interesting to me is that we often just quote parts of it, like the one that you're referring to, it's on page 53 of your volume two Bible study for those who don't read the Bible, but it says the truth shall make you free of the truth will set you free. But the actual verse says to the Jews who had believed in him, Jesus said, if you hold to my teaching, if you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth. And the truth will set you free. So it's totally conditional if you are my disciples and you are really my disciples and you're actually holding to my dear not saying that you believe in me, but actually holding to my teaching only then will you know the truth and the truth will set you free.

"Don't Put Words in My Mouth" With Myra Adams
"Talking to Myra Khan Adams who has written two books, Bible study for those who don't read the Bible, part one. In part two. And Myra, we're focusing just today on there are so many phrases in the Bible that we hear in the normal course of life, but we don't realize that came from the Bible. And one of those is, you know, don't put words in my mouth. Kind of an amazing concept. Don't put words in my mouth. That comes from the Bible. Yes, it does. It's actually from second Samuel. And it's actually, you can really look at it two ways. You put you put words in my mouth, or don't put words in my mouth. But the actual verse and the Bible says, then go to the king and speak these words to him. And Joe had put the words in her mouth. So the verse pertains to some royal levels of dysfunction in deceit. So it is important to understand the context, but the context gets lost because people don't read the Bible.

Myra Adams Shares Several Bible Phrases in Common Use Today
"Just opened up to the page of your book where it says eat drink and be merry. The verse actually is from ecclesiastes. Which is considered the Old Testament. You already knew that. I'm teasing you. And the verse is the verse and ecclesiastes says, so I commended enjoyment because a man has nothing better under the sun than to eat, drink, and be merry for this will remain with him in his labor all the days of his life, which God gives him under the sun. Although, in a weird way, the author of ecclesiastes is being like a little sarcastic or a little, it needs context, but the phrase comes from the Bible eat drink and marry, eat drink and be merry. A man after him. These all have a context to them. Right. But you can't use a paragraph in to make a phrase to make a point. Okay, here's one that I didn't know. I'm afraid this has been narrowed down. Here's one that I did not know. And I'm surprised because I thought I knew all these. Drop in the bucket. That comes from Isaiah 40 15. It says, surely the nations are like a drop in a bucket, but they regarded it as dust on the scales. He weighs the islands as though they were fine dust. I did not know that dropping a drop in a bucket comes from the Bible. This is incredible. Just another example. There's so many. I want to memorize this chapter. Can you remember any off top of it? I know that when I write books, I forget what's in them. So I don't know if you can remember any off the top of your head. What was the year that was done? Was that 2021? The year that this book was done, that study, that study that you're talking about, I think it's volume number 67. Yeah, it's about a year and a half ago. Yeah, my Bible study this week was volume number one 46. So it's been a while, but so you have to quote it to me. But some of them also, I do know my head, prince is the most famous one, is good Samaritan. Another famous one is scapegoat. People have no idea that scapegoat came from the Bible. Rise and shine, you know, go the extra mile, put up, what is it? Fight the good fight. I mean, all these sayings, people have no idea where their phone.

Myra Adams and Eric Discuss the Bible's Cultural Relevancy
"And I both know that it's impossible to live in American culture in English culture in England. Without hearing phrases that are from the Bible. And so if you don't know the Bible, it's a little bit like being utterly ignorant of Shakespeare. You are culturally illiterate because there are so many phrases that come from Shakespeare and from the Bible. And if you don't know about those things, I mean, I'm big on cultural literacy. And you have a chapter in your book, Bible study for those who don't read the Bible, where you talk about some of the sayings that we think of as common sayings, but are rooted in the Bible. You posted it in your town hall column on June 27th, 2021, that was my birthday year and a half ago. Why don't we start there? Okay, well, you bring up a really good point about how cultural literacy is what's really declining. And both the Bible and Shakespeare were two of the works that were really the foundation of education and literacy for centuries in western culture. And both of them seem to be on the decline. Particularly the Bible and I guess probably Shakespeare is probably what he's probably been canceled too by this time. But the Bible can be considered hate speech. So senator Marco Rubio had told me that years ago that he believed that at some point, the Bible, the Bible would be considered hate speech in a year ago, I talked to him and I said, remember when you said that a year ago, Bible would be considered hate speech, and he said, I was right, wasn't I? Right. And that's today's left in the United States of America. But today's left in the United States of America in thinking of the Bible of hate as hate speech. They're in good company because the Taliban, the North Korean regime, they also think of the Bible as hate speech. So if you're on the left and you think the Bible is hate speech, join those clubs. No you gotta get the ceramic one from starbucks put the lid on which i would inevitably use an most likely leave in here probably i probably get to mcgee. Maybe ten or twelve but i ended up. Just doing what. I do which i traveled my mug this also. I'm very weirdly container. Plate and utensil oriented. I always transfer a beer into a glass versus plastic cup. And i. I don't like a plastic utensil. And stuff like that. and i. i like coffee out of the mug with the handle and used to it but yes the ceramic part not so much with the stainless steel or the plastic but the ceramic starbucks travel container. I don't know if it's considered a mug. Does it need a handle. It's sold as a travel. I shall. I shall get one of those. I also have a weird thing about buying stuff from starbucks. My car is done that on the highway or whatever forty percent of the time. There's no dangerous someone to my to the side or something. Yeah or something and then what it is. Maybe you're aware of it but the car doesn't know your in it but anyway so it's slams the brakes on spill the coffee all over myself and then i looked through my rear view mirror and i see nothing and i'm gonna do that and then i look at the backup camera the driveway behind. I see nothing. So i proceed to slowly start backing out but it can feel that. There's something that's holding me up there. Something back there so i get out of the car and find a giant blue apron box. Oversized one out of your purview. Out of your down the size as the car would think well the yeah the the rear window the bottom of the rear windows five foot off the ground and the suv and the thing sitting on the ground. Now here's what i'm getting. To first mugs mugs have a lot of different shapes and some some mugs are too big and too heavy like just a big old wall. Whatever don't need it for soup. I have much that. Go up like a like a beehive and then turn in at the top. It's hard to drink without spilling it on your shirt. I should really just take those and throw them into fireplace in a celebration. Expel them no i. I could not what ends up. Happening is the ones i use and end up over here. They end up in the dishwasher. And then i open the cabinet and they have the short one. That's not good for holding anything. I got the big jumbo novelty ones. And then i got the ones that are curling the wrong direction but anyway i made my bed. I spilled the coffee on top me. I got out of the car. I turn and i see a giant bottin and a giant box but a good sized box there that have been sort of half mashed by my car tire. But here's the thing the the side entry to the house. The door is two feet from the garage door meaning. The person went up the driveway..
