Cast a Self-Love Spell
"We just had Valentine's Day and there's a lot of people who hate this holiday. There's a lot of people who love this holiday. I'm rather indifferent about it. I WanNa talk about the love aspect of Valentine's Day and more specifically love spells. I remember casting a love spell when I was a baby which was twelve years old. I don't remember what the spell was or who I was casting it on. I do remember it did not work out which is for the best Shirley but I am not a fan of love spells. I don't care if other people do them? That's for you. That's your jam but hear me out for a moment because we have a problem. We have a bigger problem than someone not finding the love of their life or the love of their life right now. Bigger problem is self love. I talk about self love a lot because I do believe it's incredibly important. And we have this epidemic of self loathing going on in this world. I do feel like we're in this shift right now where that's getting better. There's a bit more self acceptance but we still have a long way to go. I always think of this quote from one. Ab- Rene Brown's books. I can't remember which one it is. And and probably paraphrasing it here. But she said you can't love someone more than you love yourself. You can't love someone more than you love yourself. How does that feel I mean? Honestly how does that make you feel? How does it feel to hear that because a lot of people and I'll speak for myself before I learned to Love Myself? I thought I was putting all of my love and other people I thought well since I can't love myself I will love everyone else. Extra hard to make up for it. Because I couldn't love anyone because I couldn't love myself. That's pretty huge right if you have no compassion for yourself and no love for yourself. Where's that love and compassion for others coming from because if it's coming from this place of depletion it's definitely not benefiting you and when we're in that place of over giving and having so much compassion for others and over compromising because we think we're doing out of love for actually doing to the detriment of our own energy which affects our heart. Shawcross specifically but it can also affect our solar plexus because when we don't love ourselves and were not in place of self acceptance we tend to have that negative inner self talk and that negative inner self talk affects our solar plexus and affects the mental plane of our aura and our solar plexus governs our immune system. So if you're constantly thinking negative thoughts about yourself or constantly putting yourself down being self critical you are affecting your immune system. What also happens when you're being self critical is at affects your third eye which impedes your intuition so not having love for yourself affects you in a big way not just mentally not just emotionally energetically which could also have physical manifestations. Let's get some things straight here you are worthy of self love and you are worthy of love and general. He deserved to love yourself. And you deserve to be loved a lot of times. People develop this idea that they're not deserving or they're not worthy of love from stuff that happened in childhood which shows up in the root Chakra. And I want you to know that you are worthy and deserving of loving yourself and being loved you were also good enough just as you are. We are all works in progress but we are also masterpieces. They aren't separate. You can be both. You can be both a masterpiece and a work in progress. There's nothing wrong with that. The difference is in believing that they're separate instead of that they're one in the same. Is that you think that until you're masterpiece until you're no longer work in progress. Which is a fantasy. Were always going to be a work in progress. But you believe that you are not worthy are deserving until you're that masterpiece without being work in progress and that's not true being kind yourself is one of the greatest gifts that you could give yourself and so instead of casting a love spell. I want you to cast a self love spell

"Hello and thank you so much for joining me for the love and light live podcast brought to you by love and Light School Dot Com. I'm your host Ashley Selebi. And this is the number one place for all things crystals and today's show. We're going to look at a really cool crystal layout you can use for emotional health and wellbeing but before we get started. I WanNa take a moment to answer one of our listener questions so remember. Knbr you can submit your own questions anytime at love and light. SCHOOL DOT com slash. Ask for the chance to have your question answered right here here on the show. So today's question comes from a Charlene Miller Charlene asks. Is it possible that some Chaka's can be able under active and overactive at the same time. Learning more about the meanings of the Chaka's it seems that I have some energy. Not Centers the display qualities of overactive and underactive. Which I thought was really strange. I look forward to your answer. Charlene this this is a great question and I think any time and Energy Center in our body is out of balance. It's really natural that it might display some qualities qualities of an overactive center and some qualities of an underactive center so underactive meaning that the talker is deficient in energy and overactive meaning meaning that it has excessive energy. Now when it's out of balance it can sometimes display qualities of both but we really have to look at is which way it's kind of leaning which types of energy are more predominant. Now what's really helpful in this situation is you can actually work with a crystal pendulum and ask the question. Is this Chaka overactive. Is this Chakra underactive. And here's something really interesting. You might get a Yes to both of these questions. And here's why when our tacos aren't inbalance. They often go through a period the flux where they're bouncing around from one extreme to the other because as energy shifts may meet becomes really overactive. There's tons of energy there and it just kind of burns itself out and then it flips back to being underactive and then our body naturally tries to correct that imbalance by pumping energy center and and it becomes overactive again. So this is a clear indication. When there's a chocolate really really not in alignment so it is common. It does happen happen. And it will kind of flip flop between the two over a short period of time and so this is just an indication that it's a center that really needs some attention attention. So grab your crystals. Make sure that you work on this particular center. Give it a little extra love. That was such a good question. Charlene so thank you so so much for asking now if you have some questions that you'd like me to answer about crystals spirituality or heart center business or just anything else you're curious about out right now you can let me know over at love and light school dot com slash. Ask and now. It's time to dive into our main topic. Pick four today. which is our crystal layout for emotional healing as always you can see a great diagram of this crystal it on our blog at love and light school dot com slash blogs? If you want a little kind of chart a little overview of what this looks likes you can. Actually you see it and better picture where these crystals are supposed to be placed as I'm going through hop over to the blog right now and check it out so when it comes to your overall wellbeing I mean of course your emotional health is really important. This is an integral part of keeping yourself balanced and aligned and crystal. Layouts are a really great way to help you achieve emotional balance so the layout that I'm sharing with you today. Heels emotional wounds and also shields you from outside energy energy. That's not for your highest good so that energy that we normally qualify as being negative. So for this layout you'll need seven tonight. Crystals to rotorcraft site crystals four blue lace. Agate crystals and one cross stone. And of course we'll talk about a few substitutions just in case as you don't have those stones available so I just WanNa give a little intro here when you're performing any type of crystal out of course you want to be sure that you're working with cleanse is to stones and that you're doing it in a place where you won't be disturbed because you really want to allow the healing energy to kind of sink in so this can be your sacred space or if you have have a dedicated healing room. This is perfect. So you're going to start this layout by placing your seven Night Stones and a really large seven seven pointed star so this is going to be so big that it surrounds your entire physical body. So the top. Most point of this seven pointed star. We'll go directly above your head and then you'll have won crystal near each shoulder won crystal near each hip and won crystal near each wjr foot. So you might be thinking Ashley. Why did you choose a seven pointed star. That's kind of complicated. Most of us are used to five pointed stars. Those are the ones we learn to draw. When we're little kids we can really picture the symmetry and geometry but when we get to the seven pointed stars a little bit difficult to visualize while the reason for. Wow this is really specific. So the human aura has seven layers and each of the points in this star represents and connects with one of those orrick players. Now since Sunday night is a really powerful energy cleanser. It helps dissolve any energetic imprints that have been stored throughout these seven seven. Different layers of your aura. Now these imprints is energy. Imprints are created when we experience emotional trauma so these are little energetic. Jetted pieces that kind of get stuck in our aura and these are parts of the energetic baggage that we carry around so by cleansing. These imprints you start to actually actually heal and transform the emotional body now. Additionally the seven pointed star shape itself is known for being really highly protective. You've also works to shield your energy body even after you've left the layout so after placing the seven selling at crystals and you can use. Tumbled tumbled stones. You can use blades or ones for this. It's really up to you. If you needed to make some substitutions you could also work with clear courts here after after these have been placed. You'll place the row crow site stones next to each year just behind the ear lobe kind of in that place where the head meets the neck back when this is actually the location of your past life Shawcross and emotional debris and information from your previous incarnations and lifetimes can actually get stored in these minor chocolate energy centers behind the ears at the center of the past life. CHAKA's now wrote across sight enhances acceptance and promotes forgiveness. So this is the perfect stone to us. In this area to help release any residual resentment or fear or or negativity from these past life centers that has carried over from your past. Lives into your current lifetime so of the emotional imbalance that you're dealing with you. Suspect might come from a past life issue rather than something in your current lifetime you kind of addressing that here with Roko site right now. After the emotional body has been repaired through the placement of the satellite and the road across site. You're now going to work to rebalance the energy and the aura so to do this you're going to surround your physical body with four blue lace agate stones and these will go just inside of that. Seven pointed wanted satellite star. That you made so to do this. You're going to surround your body with these four blue lace agate stones one above the head one it directly in alignment beneath the first crystal but below the feet C. of one above the head. One between below your feet and then one on either side side of the body about halfway between the top and bottom stones so this will usually be kind of near the area of the hips the energy of the Blue Lace. Agate works to really calm and soothe your energy body and it helps start this process of bringing your energy field back into balance. It's really soothing. It kind of like presses. This is the reset button on your emotional health now to enhance an amplify the overall effectiveness of the entire layout. You're going to finish it off by placing.

"Cried passion and patron Torri of college football leaves here. The the Paul finebaum show hours. We podcast. The back. I hope you with us the whole way to talk about Loa with us during the first hour conversation with him, and since then we bounced around the SEC going to college station Tuscaloosa and now to Gainesville where Christine joins us the all time. Great from the Gators getting ready for the Gators spring game. Chris thank you, very very much. Appreciate it. As always so flip a Frank so start there. He seems like he's in control of the situation. We've heard that before what do you think, you know? I thought answer made a really good point that that South Carolina game was the turning point. Not only did he not care about what the fans had to say any more about it. But also determined that he was actually a pretty good runner because I think before that it was all about hint standing in the pocket making throws any realize at that point time at that goal line play where he just the fan after touchdown. He went in lowered his shoulder got into the end zone. And all of a sudden figured out. Hey, i'm. Pretty good at the running the football as well. So I think that's expanded his confidence in that part of his game in really that's what Dan Mullen wants in this offense. You don't have to be an adept runner you have to be a willing runner. And I think from that point on he became a willing runner to help balance. Some of that ability to throw the ball down the field. He's understanding the offense a little bit more. And I think the biggest thing after being at practices. We Paul is seeing his confidence in seeing his team team ability. You know being able to be a good teammate help some of the younger guys out. I don't think in the past. He's really been worried about trying to to help other players get better. I think it's been more about himself. But I really saw him spending time with some of the younger players in an effort to be a good teammate, crystal Shawcross compliments around him because it does as you. Well know takes more than just a stable quarterback. What is the offense? Look like to you. I it's a veteran offense at every position on that side of the ball with the exception of the offensive line. Now. That's that's saying a lot right? You can have great receivers. You can have great running backs. You have a great quarterback. But if you can't block up front, it's going to be pretty difficult to move the football. So they have a bunch of new guys up front. They lost four stars from the offense of line. Nick can't in the center is the only one back. They do have they signed eight freshman this signing class four of them are early enroll lease. So they're getting a little jump on things..

Let's see next up Burnley hosting Everton two teams that have been blamed very well stink your longer term. I'm not nearly as as doubt Everton as you are. I really don't like Everton Nater one of those teams like I think have the quality and actually told you way earlier in the year that they don't have a target, man. They don't have a player they can play through Charleston is too streaky player. He's well, he's certainly not a target like in the in the sense that you know, the way. Do that for you play Carlson cover loon in Wolcott? You have a lot of dynamic in law dynamic speed speed. You really don't have a lot of for quality. Definitely definitely not hold up play. That is not the way they're gonna play. How are you gonna play with that team that light up? We'll see you ever Burnley got into Burma. Yep. They stink. Don't have really anything. Good to say burly at this point other than it's really not Joe hearts fall. Which is you know, I kinda wanna give Joe Hart hug 'cause he's just been getting shelled. But really, you know, he's he's been the sort of innocent victim. And all this this burn the arsenal game last weekend. Was my two dozen eighteen Troy Deeney subsitute where like whenever somebody says something idiotic the way he win the press the presser about how the children were watching arsenal dives. They like impressionable children watching we can't allow this to happen through though, you set your team out with these sole purpose to batter and bruise, the quality of somebody else's deem. You play an all white team with an all white bench. There are so many more issues. If you wanna talk about the ethos of children watching what we normalize in soccer shut the fuck up. Sean die. H so he has made an enemy in me forever. What an idiot, you're you're. You're not a big fan. I thought he was cool. I was charming. He looked like Louis C K. But then I just found out. He jerked off a lot. Sean Louis CK who? You never know. So it sounds like I actually I can usually get a temperature on which team you're leaning towards have no idea you hate both these teams so major where you're going with this one negative one negative one that sounds about right? Are you going to draw? Yeah. And I'm gonna go zero zero 'cause fuck these teams, right? There you go. I'm going to Everton. I think every clearly better team. I want this game to be terrible. It very well. Could be that very well could be that. I think it's the booking Burnley for simulation. That would make my life. Of dry over shit is. NBC sports soccer for deleting. The flaming hair poll. Ryan Shawcross and Now Sean Daij your enemy list is growing growing quickly..

"Years. Literary essay. Now there's a article out there that states that you had said at one point in your life. Arthur Shawcross was more of a father figure or maybe even a better father figure to you than your own father or males in your life. Yes. Well, also true the male singers life and ruling ignorance, you know, like even worse than ship and yoursel in in a in a sense, they abused views me growing up in one way or another. Basically physical verbal abuse, but my my own he he never mentally grew up, but he's vicious show basically nine years little naturally, extremely vicious and aggressive, and then my surrogate father, Jerry. He was a brutal man. You know, he vicious violence and I had no one to really trying to, and you know, here's I find. Zero psychopaths and criminals. And so I mean, it was so bad ended up seeing a Shawcross, I guess, the lesser of evils as they say. You know, I got along with them hell of a lot better than the other male figures in my life. You know? So that's how that goes in John. Just to be clear. We're not saying that the shawl crosses a better person or better man than these two individuals were just simply saying that your correspondence with him, he treated you with more respect, may be kindness and friendship than these others have shown you. Yeah, exactly. That's how bad that's what I'm saying, how bad the men were. Has started to one of the worst killer cannibals. This world there were known so you know, it's my life. What did you know about shawl cross before he reached out to you? Well, again, what my life seeking somebody I could again trying to with their identify with, you know. So I studying stereo killers of cults since I was nine, nine or ten years old. I started with zodiac killer again that I was feeling differently than everybody else. I what was different researching the answers, you know. So that's the main reason I got into it. So I had by that time, two thousand, I had read a couple of books about him, got Olson's book and he'll Norris material. And so I did know about him. I had read a read, read about them and at the very least seen at least eight documentary on and he discovered you because you were selling things on. EBay was Shawcross interested in any of your collections. Let's see. He was fascinated with shrunken head. Election is I would. I would be collecting. I played shrunk ahead, replica shrunken has a one was made out of real human scale like collecting those and he was very interested. I don't think he'd be themselves insane like much of a collector, but he was very interested in it. Well, it used to sharpen has in mummified heads almost heads. So yeah, I sent sold them, but like to start recollecting at some point. Yeah, I guess a hold a real one. The man I sold them to he. He had a real authentic one. I got the whole little museum as cashew parlor and visited. Yeah, that was an interesting interesting day those day for a lot of I one. Yeah. Get into that time. What was your takeaway from this pin Power relationship with the serial killer? Yeah. Well, it's it's very twisted things to say, but I also wanted accepted. That was the main thing that there was someone there would accept me. I guess that's the bottom line. That's other than people's interest in true crime. What are the other reasons to go out and pick up your book? I, it should. I thing it's not meant to be virtuous and it's not one dimensional. It's not just like just stuck in stagnant at the stays around thinking. This is about a recovery from a recovery. Some I say, Pershing my man, this type of thinking, and as long as the addictions, alcohol drugs. I mean, that's what it will come. On the other side of this at the end of it. And the thing is if somebody else is having these types of thoughts are diction. The main thing is you have to find someone you trust the talk to talk about it. You have to find therapeutic way to exercise disease little hurting anybody. That's the main thing that's gonna get across not just sitting here drooling a ring benignly. I really I. This is about my getting better. You know, at the point and I approved almost one hundred eighty degree turn almost maybe it's over yet. But yeah, this is really, we covered for the most part from. That's really see approx. Yeah, that's the thing is it's really not meant to be, you know, again some where I'm revelling in the eagles. Not that at all because this is therapeutic to write the book. This is a therapy for me and you know, it's healthy demons, his diplomatic until the away isn't. Could you know that was the main thing you know, get out of my system. We'll,

"That that's the summary there. All right. So you did hear that correctly. You probably listening going what I'm more the Jeffrey Dahmer type. What is John talking about? Well, so he gets. Some items from Arthur and he's selling them on EBay, and then Arthur reaches out to him and he says, hey, if you draw more drawings, I can sell these and as they're communicating back forth, John opens up to Arthur and says, hey, man, I got some dark thoughts that I have. Yeah, it sounds like John, you know, has a troubled past a possibly troubled childhood that we can ask more questions about, but this leading to alcoholism, some drug use and some very dark fantasies to which he's going to confide his thoughts and feelings with this monster Arthur Shawcross who's reached out to him. So John, you say that a friendship develop between you and Shaw cross. Now during the course of this friendship in the beginning stages was simply just business as usual for schol cross, or was he trying to manipulate you or you. As you in any way? No. No. I never felt manipulated. It was a part business in friendly once he figured out with fame type of person I was, and I did explain that through letter that you know, I really am in kinda similar positions like logically, then he loosened got very friendly after that. I mean long after I stopped selling his artwork because EBay bandit. And I'm getting along and you know, and and even that was before we got into the book. So for there was a period there where we just out there was a letter of every two weeks and he didn't cause himself as celebrities out like a friends that we just bought some strange topics and regards cannibalism, murder, and, and all that fun stuff. I guess. I mean, you know, I don't see I, I would come on on everything. You don't necessarily agree on what he did, but I certainly I understand it as far as I find with a serial killers, it'd be more along the lines of dollar what they killing for company. Hard to show across himself. I can say more destroyer more like a kind of human Terminator. Like what some reason we hit it off it was it was beyond wavy on the business that was actually small portion of our relationship. You know, just again, just like inference talking over beer, something that John, I think, and the Colonel have different conversations than you in Arthur head. John. Did this ever go be on just letters? Did you ever go meet him in person? He that was kind of contentious deal there because for the end of our relationship because I, I was opposed to going need him up in New York, and I just come back from ARizona investing in a low budget movie and kind of exhausted my fun. So I was young, take a wild working up there. So when I wrote him telling him I was gonna visit, he thought they were going to be right away. So he's he said, I thought you say visit and he's angry about that. I was on a month or so my funds. But you know, things started falling apart after that. It was towards the end of our relationship, but he was upset that I didn't get the visit him. He was gonna want to see a lot sooner. Alright, so Shawcross and son, Sam, we're actually in the same prison together. Yeah, I heard that Arthur Shawcross actually despised David Berkowitz the son Sam that he ever mentioned that to you, John resented him. Yeah, the money that was made and money that he did not make sure across now. Yeah, it was just it was resentment. Berkowitz was all more popularly dot more. Find funding. Yeah. So he could talk about over the years. They've been several books written about Arthur Shawcross in many newspaper magazine articles with Shawcross keeping tabs on what was written about him was he was he reading his own material? Yeah, absolutely. Absolutely. He did a lotta reading again, but he definitely kept up on fresh, whatever books written about him. Yes. Did Shawcross ever mentioned the book the misbegotten son by Jack Olsen? Yeah, yeah, remembering now. Actually, yes. Admission jackals and several times actually he sent in on the little like jackals return address, chock Ross assigned, you know? So yeah, I haven't a little here without jackals for jury address on not not that I'm thinking of John Arthur ever ask you about females in your life. Maybe your mother sister girlfriend or somebody. Yeah. Once in a while he has you on my life. It's always a females you for the most part of isolated, you know, ask about my cousin, Michelle, or instance, and who was actually for a period of pregnant at the time. And he would joke about, say, for instance, you never mentioned my mother sister or anything, but yeah, definitely like they focus pregnant Machel at the time. Yeah. Do you ever ask you to send him things or pictures of these women just picture of her pregnant? Basically, she coffee of sure photos. My Kuzma show showing the Melania times. But it was more for comedy for. Did he ever ask you to send him anything, anything weird or anything that would be considered contraband. Requested anything? I sent himself that they confiscated. But yeah, he never directly requested anything. You'll be confiscated. Yeah. All right. So we're not going to ask you about that, but John after you told Shawcross about some of your darker fantasies, do you feel like he ever tried to manipulate you or send you in cryptic messages to kind of point you in the direction or push you over the edge and get you to do some of the horrible things that he has done? Yeah. Read between the lines time away, say things like be good or be good at it, you know? And we knew you're talking about their their regarding most pressure points with how to show person properly. And one of those lines. So yeah, we answer is yes, he was kind of teaching me, I guess how how to kill her people. Yeah. But do you think he was trying to push you in that direction? Yeah, seeing to directly want that, but he didn't seem to be against it either. You know, he knew where it was in my life. So even scourge my line of thinking, you know, all you know. So it don't seem like he was encouraging it and whether he meant to or not was. Yeah, fucking how to take a pitch Lakers and then choke them, you know, beheadings, you know, that's all that lovely. And a fan, of course, Chambal ISM is often a topic of discussion in the United. How, how. Kinda guess shocking on how to properly cook a human being, or instance. Yeah. Answer is yes, in his own way. Wasn't just our Jamie. So I know that you spoke about cannibalism allot because that is one of your dark fantasies. A lawyer ties H pieces of people raw. But other times she had mentioned, say, roasting, the calf muscle over open flame indulging in that. And basically is focused on like a calf muscles, and I guess the. Women in particular. So he would have talked about that a bit with the actually went back and forth on that. And I, you know, I don't necessarily agree again with his hypoc cannibalism because his more destruction cannibalism. My interests would be something like they're absorbing the person's somebody affection for assimilation, you know, kind of quicken way to upload person soul into your own soul. His more I say, barbaric, mine would be more ritual as oppose any my interest anyway. How long did your correspondence go on with or shell cross? It was a little five years.

Me may choose captain. Now, prison officials said that Arthur Shawcross complained of a pain in his leg on the afternoon of November tenth, two thousand eight. He was taken to Albany medical center where he went into cardiac arrest. Are there Shawcross died that evening at nine fifty pm. He was cremated. And later his ashes were given to his daughter. Now before his death, there was a relationship that Arthur Shawcross developed a pen pal relationship with a man name John Paul. And earlier this year, a book came out called the Shawcross cross letters which gives an inside look at Arthur Shawcross. One of America's most notorious serial killers. The Shah across letters is a graphic and dramatic true crime book that will horrify enlighten. And keep you up at night. Author, Brian Whitney teamed up with John Paul, Fay to write this book to show us what happens when one of the most evil men in the history of America meets a man, he trust enough to share his darkest secrets with and on the phone with us here in the garage is John. Paul, Fay the man that was pen pals with convicted serial killer Arthur Shawcross. Now, John, this is kinda interesting because Arthur actually reached out to you. You actually reach out to him well, for our out to me for and initially I was selling his artwork on EBay back subtle, the murder Amelia and I ended up with his artwork. Interesting trades I did with say, sand. His are quote, unquote hoop. And I used to sell very videotapes. And that's like thing like uncut horror movies. And so when I got those drawings, I decided to resell them and are there discovered this? And he ended up getting my address one of Chan's leaving not with my traded and one day I went to the mailbox and there was a letter from the solar and correctional facility author sharp crossing the I. I was taking back. I went to a quiet spot to read the letter way from us or call family members. And he mentioned that he knew I was going out work and all this stuff, and that was one hundred take it initially, you know, I, you know if I should feel threatened. But so I just collected myself and I wrote him back a letter. It was, you know, very gentlemanly letters, no problems. I said that if you do more drawings, basically we split the pro season both from there. And so he got back to me assure that basically a great idea. It's ahead with that. And so we started doing work for forming resell. Let's with that money with her. So then we just developed a friendship from there and became very close for. I hate to say, I mean, I saw him to kinda far the because my own life has been so twisted as far as a meal role models for and if it got strange, obviously some deep down the rabbit will take the thing that that's where I live. Anyway, we've always been very kind of twisted, Dr. character myself, say some thoughts. I say Jeffrey Dahmer kind of Jeffrey Dahmer, two-point Dahmer fewer writer, and I think, but I've come very close to engaging in those activities. But I mean, I think that

"At San. It was also believed that she might have had the aids virus now, Arthur Shawcross claims that she offered him sex for twenty five dollars when he approached the same diner where Dorothy Keller had worked, he agreed to this and they went to a construction site while there. And while having sex Shawcross says that he caught is trying to remove his wallet and pushed her heart against the ground. She began to cry and he raped her. And began to strangle her Antill. She didn't move any more Shawcross said that there were children playing nearby any states that I put my hand over her mouth and held her nose. She didn't struggle. She didn't holler. She didn't fight that he knew her in that Patty had been in the company of a white male who was writing a bike with balloon tyres. There were fishing rods protruding from the cycles rear baskets. Patty was reported missing the following day by her pimp, slash boyfriend who on the streets went by the name, get get ready for this. Went by the name of the pimps name? Yes. Okay. Rat face Billy. You can't make this stuff up. I'm telling. Who's your boyfriend. Oh, you know, old rat face. We should laugh. Pot. Patty's body was found by children who were looking for a loss baseball on Friday, October twenty. Seventh when they saw a foot sticking out from a pile flattened cardboard. The corpse was clothed in black pants and a sweat shirt. Lying face up and a wedding ring was missing from her finger. There were no shoes or socks on the body and maggots had devoured most of the flesh on October twenty. Third nineteen eighty nine, June Stott was thirty years old was the youngest of eight children. She was homeless. She apparently heard mysterious voices in her head and had been taken to sleeping on Lyle avenue out. She's she's different in a sense that she's not a sex worker or a drug addict. This is something that you and I spoke about before on our little show here our little garage show. That taking care of people that have mental health issues. Yeah. I mean, I also think we have issues with, you know, trying to take care of, you know, the sex workers. I mean, whether it's, you know, should be legal or shouldn't be legal. I mean, we have to do a better job. Well, I only point that out here because from everything I could gather, it appears that this, this young woman was simply homeless because of of the problem she had and it wasn't due to drugs or any of that nature that she simply needed to be taken care of and didn't have anyone to help her with this. Now, Shawcross you know, this is this is what we will see time and time again from for monsters like Shawcross. They will find somebody they will come across somebody with, let's say, what he would determine to be a weakness and he's going to prey upon that person and make them further victimize them because he can. Yeah, he's going to talk her into. Gone fishing with them, which we know is a bad thing well, and when they're down by the water, he's trying to talk her into having sex with with him and she refuses, and he says, this is when he decided to strangle her. Now two days later, he returned to the body and he dragged it down into the. There's an area there with those large cat tales. He dragged the body there and using a knife. He cut open her body from the breast bone to the crotch. He then gutted her like a fish, using his words, throwing the entrails into the river on

"Now just three weeks later on Saturday, July twenty. Ninth nineteen eighty nine, Dorothy Keller. This was supposedly Shawcross his friend. Would be his third victim. Now she was different from the first two in the sense that she was not a sex worker. She was a fifty eight year old woman. She was homeless and Shawcross had met Dorothy wa when she worked as a waitress and diner that he had gone to the two struck up a friendship which had quickly turned into an affair on an afternoon. This was. On his way to fish in the river. He stopped when he saw Keller to speak with her when she found out where he was going. She asked if he could take her with him and he agreed according to shock cross. They spent the morning fishing and making love until around midday when it started to rain now didn't she live with them at some point, I believe so there there, there were a couple people that shock cross had affairs with or so he would later claim because we have this individual here that would end up a murder victim that can't tell us otherwise. And one thing that I think that we're going to see here was Shawcross is there seems to be a reason for most of these murders or at least a reason that he has made up his mind. You know, either the the woman made fun of him or bit him or salted him or tried to rob him, and therefore. He lost control and decided to kill them. And with Dorothy. The interview that I saw Arthur was saying that door, they lived with him and that he also paid her some weird Manley four dollars thirty two cents or something to clean the -partment. Yeah, he would claim that there was a couple things that sent him into a rage. You know, they're, they're huddling together in this crew shelter that cross put together while it rains out there and he states it while they're huddling together. They get into some kind of argument, and it starts off with an argument about her stealing money. And then it turns into their arguing about his relationships that he has with rose and with Clara. He claimed that she started to threaten him telling saying that she was going to tell the other women about their affair, right? And this is when Arthur Shawcross became angry. He picked up a small log and he beat her on the side of the head. Until he killed her. Now he he hid her body under a fallen tree, and then he went home. Her body was found on October twenty first. But he later told police that at one time he had returned to the spot several months later and removed the skull and dumped it in the river. Yeah. And in the interview I saw they said, I'll how did you remove the skull? He said, you just do you just do. Yeah. In does have that big of accent. But yeah, sound barrack Saana bear my head on Friday. September twenty nine nineteen eighty nine. Patricia is this was a nother lake avenue. Sex worker also known as crazy Patty. She was twenty five years old at the time drug-dependent a high school dropout. She did have a baby, a young child who had been placed him foster care. Some. Say that she was very attractive woman that she she used to bear more of a resemblance to the film star, Julia Roberts. But by this point because the drugs had taken their toll and she was right a bit of a walking skeleton. She had ragged an unkept hair and she also had needle marks from her elbows to her fingers at

Reminds me of someone. I knew one time tied up blindfolded and gagged as good. Her legs would not be tied. Why open. I like blondes brunettes redheads or whatever. But I'm choosy in the type I crave but at times I lose control and it's as if I made a snuff film. You forgot to mention a saw to specialty is the key hole saw. It's what I used on three victims. Then you have the jigsaw real handy. OJ didn't kill Nicole. His friend did think about it. He also had a white Bronco. It's very strange. It was got rid of right away. So you tell me. Something worth looking into. John. If you wanna woman for the winter pool, one of the homeless, she will like it inside all winter. Then in the spring letter go, I've been there all winter were two women in the apartment. What tastes better than pork. Jeffrey Dahmer was into eating and torturing his homosexual partners as for me, I only ate certain parts quite tasty at that. Don't need salt either. Seven was an emaciated sex worker who took to working the streets to support a drug habit. She was last seen alive on Saturday, July eighth nineteen Eighty-nine while walking along Lyle avenue. Arthur Shawcross had met her by the Princess restaurant on lake avenue, and he walked with her to the back of the YMCA. He then drove her down to the driving park and during oral sex. He grabbed her throat and strangled her before rolling her body over the edge of the Genesee river gorge. It has reported that she was frustrated after Arthur could not get an erection after forty minutes. It's also alleged that she threatened to tell the police that she had seen Arthur Shawcross with dot C remember she was the victim that we discussed yesterday. Annemarie is body was found. And on Sunday September eleventh nineteen eighty eight. This is by Hector Maldonado while he was searching for returnable bottles so that he could save up some money to buy cigarettes. The victim was lying on her left side curled a semi fetal position. A pair of Calvin Klein jeans were pulled down around the ankles and turned inside out a white tank top with red shoulder. Straps was wrapped around the right wrist and a clump of hair had been ripped from the skull. The eyes were missing from their sockets. Now

"Let's go through the police investigation. Yes. On start off with the I witness reports from children claiming that this all man that look like Arthur walking Karen across the bridge? Yes. This is the Pearl street bridge over the Black River, which would just be a short downhill walk from where Karen had been staying. Although the children didn't know the man by name they and specifically a teenage girl recognized his distinctive white bicycle with its Brown mudguards and basket, which he had leaned against a wall style in and profiling from a distance. The curious children watched as the man lifted Karen. Over the railings and gingerly led her down the Bank to show her the fish when the alarm was raised at Karen was missing. The children came forward to tell the cops, what they had seen at ten pm search officers, equipped with flashlights, discovered a crumpled body. It was covered by slab of concrete in lying face down crammed into a sewage outfall pipe on the south Bank of the bridge police dogs were called for they tracked a sent up Pearl street to starbuck avenue and eagerly tug their handlers left into clover street straight to the stoop of Arthur Shawcross his front door, Karen and hill was found dead under a bridge near the Black River. She had been raped mutilated and strangled went up police investigation revealed that hill and Shaw cross had been seen together earlier that same day and they received another report. This Shawcross was seen eating an ice cream at the bridge near where the body was found. After the dog sniffed out this piece of shit, they're going to take him in for questioning, well, you have a combination of things happening here. So the girl the poor little girl is reported missing and hours later they find her body. You have the dogs which you just mentioned. They walk the officers from the crime scene to the where the body was found to Arthur Shawcross his front door. And as if that wasn't enough, they start getting reports from these children that are coming forward and saying, look, we saw a guy that kinda looked like him with somebody that kind of looked like Karen earlier today. Plus one thing that I think is very telling here is Arthur has a very distinct bike. It doesn't look like the other bikes in town. You know, this isn't a bite that is made for an adult. It's white. It has a Basque. Hit on it for a woman and as a man riding it. So that's also sticks out. Well, I don't know if this is the same bike that he had a longtime ago at probably odd topsy. The medical examiner discovered that the girl had died because of suffocation and her killer had stuffed weeds into Bree into the child's nose mouth vagina and rectum. Now, as the captain pointed out, Shawcross was picked up and he was questioned for this murder. It took some time, but he would eventually confessed to killing Karen hill. He also told investigators where they could find Jack Blake's body on Tuesday, October seventeenth nineteen seventy-two after much negotiation, Arthur Shawcross, pled guilty to the lesser charge of first degree manslaughter and after proceedings, which lasted only twenty minutes. He was sentenced to a maximum term of. Two to twenty five years for the murder of Karen hill by disgusted judge who had the misfortune of actually having seen shawl cross in front of him before this was the same judge who had sentenced him to five years for the arsons in the robbery, this manslaughter sentence was light, but it was agreed to impart to clear the Jack BLAKE case. However, he was never charged with the murder of Jack, BLAKE, right. I think it came down to the police to know what happened. They assumed that it was Shawcross,
