They drafted another young prospects. You know type of player in josh gattis going to need a little bit of time to develop into a good player in the nba. But i got a lot of young players. I mean shape alexander's. Obviously the best one. They got but then you got dairies. Bazeley aerobicy can reach williams alexa. What honey said a cassette ski you know. They got a lot of young guys that they're not really. You know that you know they're just not establish talent. You know it's gonna be a lot of guys that are it's it's gonna be a big developmental year for o'casey but also one that they want that they're gonna wanna lose as much as possible and kind finally you know. I just don't think they have enough talent at like you know you look at their power forward or center positions jackson hayes. Willie hernan gomez when gabriel. It's just it looks very weak. He just hasn't shown it up to this point. So i just don't know so. They got potential to have a great front court. You know and then you can kind of have devante graham out on the outside making threes. But there's just not enough spacing on this team to kind of help out zone williamson to really show what he's got like. He's going to have another all star season. He's already proven it. Last year that he's one of the best players in the league there needs to be more talent added to the team. That just wasn't so you know it's going to be another tough year for new orleans and just the the clocks ticking man on them and holding onto williamson which it sucks to hear but it's just a true. They have not done their due. Diligence to add talent around ceylon williamson so Next number twelve. We have the minnesota timberwolves. And i feel like there's actually going to be a pretty solid year for the minnesota wolves i know. Have them at twelve. This is actually one of the teams that i feel like of all the ones. But if you wanna work on making your relationship better if sounds like you have to work on yourself first and foremost. It's not really fair to her to have these accusations Coming from you when she's actually treating you better than she ever has as he's doing the things that you wanted her to do. Loan me ten thousand dollars. I'm gonna fix up. This property wants it's done. I'm going to be able to pull out forty thousand dollars. Whatever the number is. And then. I'll be able to give you a return on your money so putting together a nice little business plan about how much the repairs are gonna cause what you think the proper be worth. How much builder pullouts. And then kinda shop that around some friends and family and your circles and see if anyone might be willing to kind of partner with you on this deal and i'm a big proponents of partnerships. I've actually never stretched them as like a private money deal most of mine have been like equity partnerships but private money is definitely route to go down. I think for something this is as well. Yeah and with the credit cards or are we going to pay for it. Sometimes you can't a contractor is going to want to be paid by check or cash or you're not going to be able to finance per se the payment. You're making them so one thing you can do. If you are using a contractor is ask that you pay for the materials so even if they go out and purchase them. They're using your credit card or you're going out and delivering them to the site however that will work that will help cut into a huge amount of that cost for the rehab is if you're covering that and then possibly you can come up with the other percentage by borrowing from family members saving money or you could even pull from do alone from your 401k or a retirement account too so those are a couple different things you could do and just to add onto what tony said about bringing on partner..

I don't know if he's one hundred percent. I don't think anybody is one hundred percent. If i'm just being honest that are still participating in this playoff But they said he's gonna be playing gonna be ready. Oh be okay. And that's what the clippers will be prepared for. Eric Gordon is playing phenomenal ball on both ends of the floor. You know, he got that extension last year, It looks like a horrible contract. He was injured at the mid season. Knee surgery was never right last year. Is this funky like, you know, situation where he was basically watching Harden and Russ take turns. But Gordon has been, you know, playing out of his mind. And so they've got a lot of guys who feel like they've got a ton to prove. You know, that's not been the most difficult stretch of schedule that that's certainly Part of it, But you know, there's just kind of a really good vibe, which obviously, is the total opposite of what it was started season for them, by the way for Coach of the year for the For the first quarter, I'm gonna go with Taylor Jenkins. "I feel okay about where they are in the short term. I think i'm a little more i mean there. There's long-term is just a total unknown. So it's hard to say whether i'm not whether i'm bullish or not But i do like christian. Would i do like ola depot. I think john was played. Pretty well. It's you know. I am really intrigued by just their brand of basketball and you know how physical they are with. Pj nawab Tate are just horses out there. And that's really fun to watch but i just i think like when you're you know on a on a just like a pure talent level. I would not be surprised if they kind of stumbled and fell off a little bit. Their defense has been really good but they had. They've had a lot of three point luck. Where opponents just aren't making any shots against them and i think that that's just that that has nothing to do with how they're playing defense they're schemes or anything like that so i could see them coming back to earth on both ends pretty soon. Which is kind of a bummer but long-term like who knows what what this team can do with those draft picks and the aggression that the front office has shown It's gonna be fun to see what happens. Yeah i think they're going to run out of gas here at some point with the chip on the shoulder stuff. I mean that can last for a while but like ultimately talents gonna win out They're coming back to earth but that's not the end of the world. I do think it's going to be an awfully long time before. They're like a relevant factor in like a playoff chase. I mean it could be years and years and years and years from that standpoint. Would you have just tried to make it work with harden. Do you regret the heart and trade in any way michael. Now that it's happened. Was it the right decision.
