Well, I just want to know I understand that they think that they're going to get the benefits of this by making the Republicans look bad. How could the Republicans look any worse than having Democrats over there out there in Washington not doing their duty and Keeping us from having property tax reform, among other things, and tweeting out what they're having for breakfast and making fun of fellow members who who have Asperger's I mean, really? Mhm. It's sure you're you're right. If it if things unfold as are expected, they return they go the House chambers legislation. Get throat it on the Democrats. Net was on this deal. The only way Republicans come lose It's on the return. The Democrats are not handled with care if they're handled roughly or give the appearance. Let's just say there's an elderly black woman who doesn't want to come in and she's in handcuffs. What kind of picture does that sound about Texas? There will be outrage and that's how you lose in this field. All I'm saying, you know, on this. Program is Republicans and law enforcement officials who are charged with returning these individuals need to handle with care, and if they don't there will be held to pay. Well, they are on that. The question is, how much because they are already losing, you know, Elections have consequences. They already losing. The state battles the state legislative battles, obviously, so I don't think they have anything to fear. And that's my biggest concern. They're kind of camping out over there Having fun doing their thing feeling like you know what? We have nothing to lose here because you know the longer we stay away, as you said earlier on Bill They're just delaying the inevitable. But as sheriff pointed out to, there's more legislation that's on the table That's being ignored that now then the voting voter integrity bill. There are a lot of other things, including, You know women's sports from the LGBT community, Women's sports being protected and so forth. These other things are being Completely ignored by by the Legislature as the as the Democrats at in D. C. Oh, and the governor said he's going to keep calling special one after another. So all that legislation inevitably will get past and this storm will pass that the Democrats had. That's what the old saying They had their moment in the sun and making the most of it. Republicans can win and they can win resoundingly on this and have a good election cycle, but they need to be careful. Alright. Good stuff. Thank you So much for the analysis. That's up. You got it? That's Texas. Um, political consultant Bill Miller took to the point that we were just talking about Sharon. Greg Abbott has said that they will literally get pummeled. The Democrats in Texas will get pummeled in the next election. Because of this little stunt. They may have their moment in the sun. It might make them feel good right now might make them look like they're sticking a Thumb in the eye of of the Republicans and of Greg Abbott for calling the special sessions. But at the end of the day, it's going to cost them big time. And I hope that Governor Abbott is right. OK, 6 26. Let's check your money. Now. That's what we're gonna do. Courtney.

There was a police barricade really badly handles. I don't think the police were expecting the Those that the air went expecting it. it's just not idea was it. No it's not idea. What do you think about the way it came across. There is absolutely no difference between these lawbreaking entitled demanding gets and the lawbreaking entitled gets on motorbikes who take over the roads on the highways when they feel like it other than the fact. That the motorcyclist actually pay to be on the road and the sightless don't with all the immature a reasoning and rationale of four year olds. The sightless took over the bridge because they want something and they want it right now this minute and if they can't have it well then they're going to have a tantrum. Everyone's gonna pay as pouted the proteins thing. Do you think you know if you want to get something done. This is what you have to do. I mean you probably see images like that and and lots of protests a fraction of of the experience. It's a fraction of the issues. There as abbas have see it. We have a tradition of peaceful protest. A new zealand. Do you have permission to ride it. Today his tradition of peaceful protest in new zealand. And this is part of the of course. Liberate the lane isn't the only cycle protests. That's creating angry divides a group of exasperated site because some wellington have taken matters into their own hands in a bid. They say to protect themselves on the road. They've put planet boxes along. One of the city's main commuter therapies creating a defect. I cycling with it with the council talking for years and years about improving cycling in doing so little. There's a whole lot of new sightless out there on the road. I'm people with kids on the back of their bites And so i'm just really passionate to make sure that everyone can feel safe to ride this road. So as a community we taking medicine to earn hands and building protected. Bike lane here in barron. Paul we can obviously spot that they are frustrated at the speed at which we moving but the number of angry comments had number of complaints with head today from people who don't like what they see no. "We'd these so that you can actually have the conversations we media leads Have build relationships while all these other stuff is working without you now got a little secret. The business doesn't happen in the price. The business happens in the messages are saying people like I've met some unlinked celebrities. You might say Who are getting a man seeing likes and comments to me and then I met with them and I like you know I'm always interesting? Business as as models have going and then quickly realized hang on than not actually making money so to make money you actually need to engage people so in the messages as well so there's a number of different ways to do that but the messages that you get siles now it's because of senior content and add because I decided that they lock you some people decide that night Mike you as well. It's but it's because of that that going to respond to you messages. And they engage with he misses but the styles happened in the messages. Sorry the irony of all these old is linked Dean experts out. There is Kinda actually say really. What's happening happening? Because it's behind the scenes. Yeah I love what you just said. Because I said that about podcasts You can have a million downloads of your podcast. WHO PAYS if people aren't buying buying from you and and like I would rather have one hundred listens or thousand listens than a million so when you see all of those people posting and I'm on you know the using in using new and noteworthy or whatever who cares you building real income from the strategy all right and this is really? I think we're circles back to what you were talking about. In having strategic messages that has not. Hey by my staff but really nurtures that relationship and as you say Greg contents. It's not on the front side but the backside with a rear relationships and the real enquiries and opportunities business happens in in the message what are some and things that are working really. Well give us the Julie and thinking of the strategy that she wants to build an alliance with someone who's in his spice. It's going to get her out in front of a load of your ideal clients. What would be a couple of examples of some messages that she could send to build that relationship with that new connection? Yes so and that's a great question so the whole With playing a game with link Dean so linking is trying to get people to styling and we're trying to get people often ding seeking get people offering dean in a number of ways you can invite them to on your podcast and you can create the NOLAAC entrust by showing that they an INEX- putting the field and all you can invite them to an event away you share your insights and engage them and actually make an offer to them you can provide them with racehorses so I know people that I send deny. PDF documents Video series who also things racehorses to them answered all about developing a strategy. Satiety that you think's GonNa work for you so we can anticipate what we think's GonNa wet for people because we've done in all different settings but it's still trial in era now. This stuff once again takes time. Like if you'RE GONNA send messages to people it takes time. So you develop a strategy. Edgy you get so announced implemented and then you respond to the comments are one of how big strategies I mean. You can talk to the podcast. When I'm show one Valberg strategies es events so way Amorin Panin I tasted myself say very entertaining and I think really valuable so we actually invite people to events when I get to come and learn from us and yet we do make an offer at the event and But one people some take us up on IT and other people value and at the event. It's like three hours of being like drenched in more in common. If you'RE GONNA love US you're gonNA love us even more and so they often didn't but on appeal there. Is that whole remarketing thing. They come back to link Dean and they say yeah. I love that and and they share in that because so often you know everybody's working really hard Sharon Greg content thinking. Why isn't this working? 'cause viniculture Nicole half the formula the second half the foreign. That's so true. And you building this community of people who can trust you and I heard this statistic just not so long ago were was and it's similar to what you told you live events. This particular person gauge on online events a similar. So you know doing some challenges and she was saying that when you run that challenge to say the first couple of times the more you do that neglect Jask your your ram feedback on this the more vents. You hadn't sometimes people come for second on. And then maybe a bill but it increases your your conversion rate increases over time because of the fact that they've seen you multiple times. Have you found that to be true to the in person events. Yeah so we've run events on a number of different topics and more in and I affectionately. Call them groupies. So we you had people come to light five events And the conversion rate increases I think for two reasons one is because they've spent at that stage what batum sorry fee they now is with you but also it increases because more than I get better at doing it. We get better at at. Its yes to be brave to to make an offer. At an event you have to be brave to like work at had a structural what works. We're also getting better at that as well. Anyone knows they the sheriff now siles links links uneven number of outside sales happen from inviting people to events. Yeah wow so just getting receiving an invitation from someone then paves the way for you to have an opportunity. I used to have a conversation. Amazing you know what I love about what you have just said. We heard Charles Tom Again. Jarring Sal giant sal and we don't want to be too pushy too soon but I thinks sometimes the pendulum swings the other way. And this is what you've alluded to as well that we don't WanNa ask anything and we think that there is this whole convoluted Asia Zayd before you actually actually site a someone high. I can support you so you know inviting them to to an advantage and so tell us a little bit about that structure. Do they have to invest to that event then or is it a free and then to a chain. How does that work at car? Methodology is around inviting people to a free of it Because we really want to be out of support paypal people whether they become clients or not so we get thirty. Forty people in a room with wizard. Good attracting people to events. Now that people have often asked Vinnie's for phrase that's pretty cool And so we just have fun. We share a lot of value. We have fun and then some people decide to work with us. Also what we get. He's we get a fair countenance from those events as well because any like all of our services when he become a client or your Patna. It's all really high. Trust any I need to trust us to look after someone that's going to if you're going to refer when he clydes to us so yes we get a lot of goodness from event and the other really losing by asking people to eventual. Oh just reaching out to people is you can aim for what you want so we can all you know everyone unified new clients but goodness that you never expected so you get all sorts of people reaching out to you and saying how do you WanNa do this agility that and you just need to make a call them what you want to say. It's true but it's really exciting because people it's like a small smoke portion of people get really annoyed go nice Bam main whatever fultz. It's like a real business real visas. People they respect marketing. And it's almost like I got. Oh she's putting yourself in there at this. She must be the real deal. Maybe we can do some way to get him. Yeah because if not now maybe later you damn track and I think it goes back to. The whole premise of our network is on net worth so if we know of other people all over the world who are providing Exceptional services in certain areas if way are asked. Hey do you know someone who does XYZ and we're able to connect those two people then. That's a huge win for us as well because recommendations can mean an awful amount just to to building relationship is okay so let me recap you are. Ah You are adding yourself sending a request for you or your tain a sending requests to a hundred people your ideal clients ideal connections whether they are referral partners. All of that through the sows navigate a platform. You're sharing great content. You personally doing one gripe post day and so then you're also incorporating what we've just talked about this message strategy. What does that look like? You've just connected with someone Do you immediately radiantly invite them to. If they're obviously in your country on your location to avenge or would you just reach out to say. Hey what what does that look like. I'm sure will you go to be that genetically someone and they exit then we just reach out to say. Hi I duNno Hobbling like hi. I'm common at least a little about about may hereof outsourced by life will go fifteen as being able to go on holy holidays in. It's really cool. So what was your latest win at the moment and so just invited shares a little bit about me a little bit about what I do but not in my stuff way Tom And then ask them to share. Like a really WanNa hear from people south they doing. 'cause I'll get really excited when I hear about stuff so That's what we do. And then we now events we'd periodically like we wear was nothing more in a nice setting dates province next year in days so we'll then On prior to the event just invite cables. They hate you WanNa come along and we have innocent until sales. Pay Their Information And then when they come to the event and even if they don't come to the event we've got their email They find them by so we can choose to contact the beginning. Oh invite them to other stuff through are the avenues like I said the aim is to get them off link dim yes so so one day ave restrictions is is a hundred people restrictions to connect the new connections ave restrictions to messaging as well. How many messages that you can say now to die? Yep certain way so it really difficult technically to send out move in thousand but there's ways around it and Italian I know more than twenty thousand and you serious. Wow Okay so you you obviously when you say you needed chain you really comments as you need to tame she mangin Who Yeah Yeah you need to hire at and of course you offer these services people are freaking out thinking? I haven't got time to look at people and trying them up. You've got them covered so that's fine. So so how many messages would you be saying. Then if you've got a chain to support you what would be the maximum amount of of messages that you would say nine more than a thousand or would you describe half.

"Playing games with like Sharon, Greg. Every time he played a new game with Sarah. She said, why don't we buy? So I think king domino is is one of the like it's it's easily up with. I don't even enjoy Catan, but it's up with ticket to ride. It's up to Carcassonne is more than most dark zone, and it really going this kind. Of scenery or like inquiry moins while you're doing? Yeah, even though the calculator a little differently, but the idea of laying vials points. Yeah, pretty fun is there's so many that we just have never even played you something that we haven't mentioned as well. And it's probably in the first five or six kind of hobby. I think a lot of people consider to get games pandemic and it's probably like absolutely mind gateway game. But we spent some time San Francisco with my law and his wife, and we were like, oh, we don't have any more games. We're staying in Airbnb. So let's go down the game shopping by one just to play for the couple nights here went down. I heard a pandemic didn't really know how to play that was researching point, grabbed him the first game we played amazing. 'cause we're all trying to figure it out together. The next game we played and you know, this is before I knew anything about kind of elva players and people kind of like your experience with Catan with someone in the game for you. The second game we played because I think maybe I grasp the rules quick. Than than some for having played more games. Brothers, someone in the group feel like it was me as well on my cell phone on the bus kind of alpha the game for everybody else and kind of ruined. And I was like, I don't know if I'll play a game where if someone's uninvested in it, someone one person's just kind of playing for everybody and and that's a real thing to know with cooperative game, I think in general, like if your friend was genuinely trying to introduce you to games and get you into the hobby and then was running the game for you. That's not a cool thing to do. When you're introducing the idea of introducing a gateway game, the someone is like that they can learn quickly and have some decision making on their own feelings. I need some of the hold their hands right. I wanna mention as the while I just bought spirit. The wild to play with Macy who's again turning sixteen, and it's it's a Mattel game by Nikkei's, but it's a, it's a tiny little set collection game where you're picking stones and is beautiful engaging. And it's I imagine I'm gonna play it to death fairly quickly. So I don't think it'll have the lasting power of other games, but it works so well as an interactive game because it's it's, it's only players super fast and it introduces key ideas of set collaborative, the stuff, it really fun. I like that one courts spock's probably the newest game that we mentioned in. The last thing between that that I've acquired that everyone seems to like upon I playing really likes her announced. Welcome to still haven't played a diner as a role in, right. You know, even though there's no rolling, it is essentially wrong right game that you're revealing information. You're revealing the probability as dice and then writing on these paper. I feel like that like sushi go like a bunch of games mentioned, obviously it'll be a rare group where someone doesn't like that, not great sentence, but most people are gonna like that game the pump first or second play. It's it's a good one. Seems like we've lost any kind of threat and we're just talking about, we're just lightweight game. We've got like eight or nine minutes. I've thrown games into the pit. We, I feel like we've lost threat of, you know, maybe what a gateway might be, and I think we are naming now just naming good, good, lightweight games, the ideas. We mentioned one of the gateway games where for us. Yeah. And now that there are so many games as they're here are a bunch of options that could like Fehmi segment Stiller of getting feeler. But these games because they fifteen minutes twenty minutes heartland, heartland trucking company, that's a great pick up and deliver introductory game. And I think what this is happening again, it's the point is there so many games like arguably now fit the definition of gateway game. If you know the people you're playing with their family or friends, you could do a little bit of research and find something that really is going to speak to them. It's going to be easy and it's gonna be open there. There is. Into the hobby. And even if you're a really intense gamers always great to have three or four of these games on your shelf for when you wanna play a game, but the group you're playing with doesn't want to invest two or three hour doesn't want to learn anything complicated, so you, but you still get to play a game and you still get to influence somebody to kind of say, you know, games are pretty fun. Just, you know, try this one out. So yeah, it's kind of I feel like rain to me in the past couple of years and kind of convinced me of the merit of having a bunch of different weight games on your shelf. Whereas I was like going down a hold of buying kinda just for me that we're heavy and we're fantasy theme tonight is not a good gateway game. Oh my God. He's the complete opposite of gateway game, and but I was like in my head when you're, you know, just like just like going on the rabbit holes, Catan expansions that got out offer. I was like, oh, get this game. Yeah, I can convince Susie playmates night. I can't. That's never gonna happen. I can barely convince like that would. Be the opposite of a gateway game. Forcing Susie to play major night would destroy her enjoyment of games forever, and it's possible. I've done that on a couple of cases we had aims, I think, for sure. It's not. That is not a knock against major. I love major night. I would say an afternoon rainy cold. She has that lame Asian played three hour scenario mansions of madness because I do feel a lot of casual gamers would really likes that game if they could invest in it, but it can take three hours sometimes. And that's going to turn off some gamers. Someone likes to get up, move around and do something that bugged or here's a really interesting thing. And certainly it belongs here but only a little bit forming Mars which we've already talked. Did a podcast on when I was in Newfoundland. Recently, I introduced the two friends of mine who I play, where we're kind of the people who introduced me to modern games. We were kind of both Catan. We both loved Catan when we started, and then we start introducing each other to other. We were buying. So I was forming murs. And when you buy your forming Mars tons with an expansion, the corporate erects mansion which is just, you know, half the deck of cards. I have never played and we've never played. I didn't know it was a thing. So you just explained, it's just right. It's in the the the ritual box so I shall Kirk together. I've never taken them out and I've never had any desire to do. So I got a message from them just this week saying, Jeevan we were playing, we find such a long game. So we took out the expansion and just played it with the really basic cars, and we love it way better. 'cause we faster we only have the plate in an hour. That's awesome. It was like, that is amazing. I personally, I would never do that. I kind of want to try that. Well, it was I almost due to my with this is the Dan. It was too long and I think it can happen and it was five players to we'd never played with five players to people suffering for maybe. Yeah, no, I'm not naming names me and dad. But you know there be even even Dan, but, but for them, I think that's a and. But that's Philip, my friend filled is like, he's, he really wants to analyze every move before he makes it in any game, and it makes it's it's, it's really makes it funds as dean with him because he's always so into it. But sometimes it's kinda does make a game much much longer. So when he said to me again, that's why I brought it up because I didn't even call tear forming Mars a bit of a gateway game. It's not terribly hard concept to grasp this, but it gives you a whole sorts of a totally different look at a board game, and but maybe by stripping down to the most basic cars would make even more. So that goes great to what I was saying early right at the beginning subjectively, for, you know, in who you're introducing a game, two in that game has more meat on his bones than most of them. So there's going to be people who are looking for that right where there are people who will glass over there is will rule back heads and it won't work, but there's other people who you play king. Domina with and they're gonna do the same thing and just be like, yeah, I was right games or for kids. Right. Oh, those people. Yeah, tear forming Myers is the gateway. That's great. That's true. That's going on the no the group, very subjective absolute one final question. I know we talked about it. We probably already named it in around about way. If new friends moved to town, they're kind of semi interested in playing games. They really love Catan or they really love monopoly in the game of life, and they really wanna get involved the game group because it here in Indiana do while him of life. I wanna try what game you play with these new people to get them into the hobby who like one game for anybody. I'll give you mine because I, I had it prepared. I still would have to go sick derive. I still think it's an easiest game to explain and teach. It's just like Rummy style set collecting. It's so slanted enough, sounds kind of fun. I probably I'll pick a different game because you brought that up. And I completely agree because when we used to play down at the pub here, when I first moved to town, that was. Game that got probably the most play that and dominion. I actually say maybe dominion because I think there's some really, you know, again, you do have to learn the cards the game of slow enough when you're playing with new people that I think a lot of people can pick up the minion and then boy look at all the deck builders out there. So I'm surprised you didn't bring your this your addicting, but you're right taking the ride. I think it'd be hard for my dad and my hand like some people who might need something else. I, yeah. Nothing right now just 'cause we played it last night. I'd probably say patrician, but but but also possibly dominant. I'd probably take several games in the unexplained them and and see what they wanted to play those into those would probably be to maybe splendor. A really good one, maybe Dorado. Planned regret. Here we go again, most. The pit of you echo can we get some echo you want to three hours what Israel we're gonna. Let's throw a bunch of games wasteland splendor or Alhambra arrive. Reasoning. What. God, robbie. Naked.
