Brian Austin Green Celebrates Valentine’s Day with 'Amazing, Considerate, Loving' Sharna Burgess

"What was the Valentine's headline about Megan Fox and Machine Gun? Kelly. He Meghan, Our machine gun was wearing some blood of Meghan Kelly Fox. Around his neck in a necklace, right? Because they love each other so much. They're so metal. He wears her blood. She heavy metal. No, honey. He is No, honey. No, honey, He's not. He is rap. He's a rap. He's a wrap party. Okay, He's a rapper artist s O Anyhoo. See what? See? Um, back to the media War That I said, is being fought betwixt the to know every time one of them does something publicly, The other one responds through the media passive aggressively, right? Well, Brian Austin Green has done so and he did so in the form of a 12 Minute Instagram live session on Sunday with Sharna Burgess, His Burgess, Bert Burgess Burgess. His love interest 12 minutes. It's a long time on how they how grateful they are to have found each other. It's 12 minutes talking about there. Is he wearing her blood? No, but he did say the following and I just thought Now listen, I will Nick pick I am not above it. He said the following of her and her character of his new lady in his life. He calls Sharna Burgess and amazing, considerate, loving, kind person. And I just thought like the considerate piece was kind of an interesting choice of words. Like I said, I'm going to nit pick. Considerate is a word that you use to describe a child may be like, Oh, there's such a kind and considerate person. Or it's like a report card word, but I don't hear that word and think that's something you say about the person who you've fallen in love with unless you're trying to say. My ex is inconsiderate on this person is considerate. And you're not wearing the blood of your Yeah, Favorite person. And honestly, maybe it was a little bit of a reaction to the blood. Necklace. I just think you know, these two couples are like living out their population ships their new publish in ships and sort of using it as a vehicle by which to take out their passive aggressive thanks to towards each other. They are definitely they are definitely doing this very performative Lee. Apparently one of the other things that Brian Austin Green said in this 12 minute long instagram live was this could be the start of something amazing. He said. Quote. This could be the year that starts something. This could be the start of something amazing. I said that last year

"Talent show that is coming to apple streaming and Reese Witherspoon executive producer on the project. It's called my kind of country and it's going to feature a global search for country music talent. It's pretty cool. I liked it. They're going out of America. It's tough because country music's not big on a lot of places. That's not America Australia. It does pretty well, there's some odd kinds and New Zealand in the UK almost none a couple of artists. Asia almost no no. Best of all they're there is. So that's why they try to take country to country to country they go to Europe and they toured around a little bit but you're talking about artists that are big play small clubs there. Yeah. So I think that'd be cool though I like the idea for that show and reese grew up in the south she loves country music. So she's here in Nashville I. So beside her at a restaurant during the holiday. Hiring into her at the same as. As. Before Krona virus. So I have Ellen of day. Know there's been the drama with her being awful to work with and she starting to clean house at her show in the wake of the toxicity she fired three top executives or at least they're parting ways, and then she's moving some other people around and then she boosted morale and video call with her crew yesterday and someone that works with her released and stuff to US magazine sang that she admitted to having her days and her bad days. This story can just be over. Care K. Care Anymore. I never really cared anyway I felt bad for Ellen I do yeah I know I just feel like I wonder though if she's she's like okay if I maybe some of the executive producers that she go to blame for the toxic environment, it all goes to the head amy if you were being mean to people on the show and they were complaining about it, it's my fault. I'm the head of the show. Now, if I get in trouble goes above me to our vital President Bob Pittman you know if you're the head of the monster, you're in charge of the whole monster so If that's the case. I know I just feel like that is also I feel bad that it would affect you but I guess that's the price you pay for being the head. That's the price you pay for creating it, running it, making it then, but it's also the bird and you love to take because you get all. The spoils. Well, if it works out now I think when my husband when he was in the Air Force you talk about that N., even his dad was a leader of. Some group in Alaska and there was a crash there and he wasn't even in the airplane wasn't involved in the crash and like he got, he got fully blamed for it and lost his position they're just because he was. The head. Okay and I have a date on the Golden. Girls, house, remember it was on the market it sold for over a million dollars above asking price, which is co Brazi, and there were some rumors that betty white maybe lot. I didn't know that rumor she didn't some people are wondering if HDTV bought it because they bought the Brady Bunch House back in two thousand eighteen. But the word is that no celebrity bought it. But they spent four million dollars to get this house, which is only two thousand, nine, hundred square feet, and it's just the exterior to on the golden girls. The inside of the House was set in Los Angeles. Yeah. The exterior of the House is in Los Angeles. The whole thing is I've driven by that's. It's an La then west why it's so expensive golden girls in La I was thinking wild house in Florida. Yeah. But the specs on it I've been tricked no shit show. We're three million and it's all for force someone really really wanted it. I'm such a dope to think that the outside of the House was in Florida. Oh you know I thought I told you because Roseanne that house was in Illinois. And on. I. Used to a lot of shows shooting stuff like the office a lot of that scranton stuff is in scranton but then that real building is in La out of the main office, you can go see it when you drive around. All right I'm maybe that's my. That was amy's pile of stories. It's time for the good news..

Right. And she's it's six fifteen. That's because we usually probably eat at three Dr in the days like ever and nothing, I'm so bored. Like, you're getting no interesting tax. You're only getting like berry Christmas. Copy and paste to every friends. Great happy Email. It's like reruns except for maybe there's a couple of football games. Games. Isn't there Detroit game? Maybe always on thanksgiving. Oh god. So we don't even have that. Like. Yeah. Email at like two in the morning, and she's the only one that's emails. Talk to feeding joy. She's showing. My god. "No, I'm not saying for the book, I'm saying when you're talking about the app, I I'm just saying the word assignment. Like if you came to me and said. Problem assignment higher assignment like on school. I get that out of here. Just the verbiage to is delicate when you come to. Dialing will you to lasting with me? Sure. You wanna last tested? What does that sets test the time? What's that? Same. Thing that stand. Maybe will help to you know, how like we tried to take advantage that dopamine Afaq twin like when you post Instagram like you put a little bit of work in and someone likes your Instagram that nice. I mean, rush we try to replicate that when you when you play in lasting, and then your partner, finishes, it you get a push notification and within one twice you get the peek inside your partners brain because we overlap your answers on top of one another, and you could kind of compare your perspective on something again, very nonthreatening. But like we just want to get people talking. Have you gotten divorced? No. Laugh nervously. I guess. Yeah. I mean, we're trying to really play the role relationship mediator. In some cases, couples of very serious issues in other cases, they don't but the beauty of the apposite just like that trainer. Like when you go to the gym, you can be really out of shape where you can be pretty healthy into we we account draw. Those types of cases, how does how does this affect personal? How did you your marriage when you know, because I always think about therapists, people who write these expert books and things like that you're doing with this app, which seems amazing like how how are things behind closed doors is something that you know, you practice what you preach or do you find there's there's more obstacles?.

"And also the fact that we live with our mobile phones and much more mobile phones, and they have to use distract Tamar life. And we wanted to actually use the mobile phone for good and not distracted. But that actually help you and your partner connect rather than connect question for you about that not trying to call you out Mike at all about this people out Kathryn. Start drama thoughts. What I do. I'm just you know was here for that. But okay, not again, not calling you out. But so we did this thing called the love dare. And we only got through it. It's kind of the book, and we're you sit down, and you you do a challenge every day. Okay. And so. He basically we stopped and he hasn't I felt like I was the one that was wanting to do wanting to pick it back up, and then also continue on the challenges, and I fell not resistance from him. But I felt like he wasn't making it a priority. Why are you looking at me like that? Okay. So is there something on your app where it's almost like a reminder? So that the spouse doesn't feel. Like left like forgotten about? Yeah. I don't wanna be the only one big. Okay, babe. Like, we've got our, you know, we've got this assignment to do. We've got this on there. So is there something whether as a reminder where it's doesn't feel like it's a one-sided participation. Actually, one of our most popular features in the app is in called exactly that it's called reminders. And you get the program your life in favor of your marriage. I like to say so my phone reminds me every morning at nine AM to express appreciation my wife. It sends me a little ping and every afternoon. It reminds me to ask how can help her because that's a very important question. But literally throughout the dams getting ping from laughing, and it's really non-threatening, and it's really easy with little prompt new life, which I got to study human behavior from great. I got Stanford named Dr Biju fog, and he likes to say that even highly motivated people who can do something for their partner Jones simply because they're just not proper to. They're not prompted to buy some sign or signal or their phone. So we wanted to we wanted to really take that with the mobile phone. They're very good prompting us to do things. And so just simple tap-in lasting and then on daily basis your minded to do something to your partner. Does that? Is that you know, that we have to we have to be reminded be have to be mindful and reminded to remind our partner or our partner, they need something or that. We love them like to me. That's like that bums me out that we can't that. We don't do that. I think the part of being human. You know, there's there's so much to do and doomed preventative medicine is very difficult. Do you know what I mean, it's hard to stay healthy while you're healthy. And you oftentimes don't start using something until you're slightly less healthy. And I get that like, I've we just had a baby five months ago, and I've up going to the gym. Reminds me like push up in my house. Yeah. Exactly. But I really do love that though. Because so many people that listen to our show are always like, you know, how can I strengthen communication and you talk to my partner, and you just have better relations. So I I love I really love this. And I just if two people can get on board to do it. Then I think, you know, I think it's a fantastic tool for people to have to strengthen their marriage general are more tangible where if we have something to buck them tangible book didn't jump out of the drawers eight, hey, why wouldn't you you knew how much like, you know, joining to put a stick around. Hey, dummy. But that's your wife. It's tough. It's it's a gray area because at the same time like when you use the word assignment, Jan Janna. You said aren't they are there any assignments you can do it's like if you came to your husband or came to your significant other and told a guy? Hey, this do this assignment to work on our?.

"Yes, we do any. Oh. By the way, sorry before we enter this. Guys. I'm here, by the way. On the line. Mr. Steve data. Forget it. When I was about to say, though is this show. We're trying to keep really light and like fun because. You know, we had a therapist on. And I was like crying 'cause I have really betting Zaidi, and my husband doesn't understand. Is always gonna be sad and depressing. Well, usually is with us. So I was just like this is going to be such a fun episode and watch like in five minutes, I'm going to be like. So we're really excited to talk to you. Because I love by the way, the not thou I've used that for all my, weddings. But now, but you have an amazing apnea called lasting. You're the founder of lasting. I am actually a big part of my career was building the not that. I'm so happy loved it. Is there anything I can tell the team. What do you want to see? Honestly. No, I love it because it's very easy because I was able to find like the Florus on there because it's very click -able. So that's I like that have very user friendly. So I was able to find you know, I saw some dresses on their their liked. And it was you it routed me, really, really nice. So I appreciate that. And then having the website and stuff was really easy with the not. So all of it was great. But right. Yeah. Well, that was not I interviewed one engaged couple every single week for two years to to deeply get inside their head wedding planning purposes, and I loved ending the interviews with why are you getting married, and I would always. And actually to be really honest with you in those two hundred plus interviews, I realize that the marital expectations of America are way off and that's not bad. But I realized that there needed to be marriage restored to get you on the same page and really do a good job expectation setting. And that's a big part of the Genesis of laughing. How all how don't happen? Sue, can you describe lasting to our listeners because you know, we took a look at it. And I really think it's so benefecial especially with the practices that you have on there. So if you could tell our listeners, that'd be awesome. Yeah. Laughing makes marriage counseling. Simple. We refer to as a gym membership for your marriage and just like a gym starts to the trainer who S's where you're strong, and where you're weak lasting where you're strongly couple. And we build a plan that just right for you and your partner, and whereas Jim it could be an hour long session lasting because we know human. Behavior every single session. The whole app is under five minutes long. You can the parent Jim into your schedule as very busy day and could be an exercise it could be a quiz. But all of it is designed to open up your emotional connection and help you on the.

"But I have to ask a question for the moms here because as a mom and your daughter is in competitive cheer, competitive, dance gymnastics same for you too. So my question with that is do you think that I mean, how how do you go around that for? So when I when I put Joel into skating or dance, obviously if it's competitive. You're going to be. Yeah. The weighing and all their body image. So where it's a tough industry. Right. I think that and I say this, and I don't have kids. But all I know that that helped me in it only came later in life was learning to not take on what other people say now when you're a kid, that's really really difficult. I think the best thing you can do is teach nutrition and teach health and to teach kids to be able to look off to them themselves, nutritionally right to understand what they putting in their body makes a really big difference. And it's your health at the end of the day, not just your image. So you want to be healthy from the inside out. And I think that's where having a buddy that you can love because you've taken care of it really takes place. But as far as what other people say, it's I think this is this is going to sound awful. It's it's something that we all got through to build up your thick skin. Right. And the only thing you can do is there for them. And let them know that that is not what the opinion of the that should matter. The only. Opinion should matter is what they think of EMMY was too 'cause she's a flier. So what would they what would you say? If they said that she has to lose weight, I will say with because she does competitive cheer. So I do I had dancer friends completely different ballgame that industry, it's brutal for them. They kind of because it's cheer. They kind of embraced different sizes. Yes, it's harder for tumbling. But like you need a tall girl to be back. Spot unique to be so it's not as big of an issue ear granted, it is harder for tumbling, obviously. And so that could be thing. But I don't really don't think it would come up for me and cheer, but dance. I mean, I have friends that went through it. The same thing. Didn't eat got Wade all that Ramirez to propose a scenario then because through sports for men from boys and males and stuff like that. Even in youth football you had to make weight right yet to be a certain way to play in a certain way class. Okay. And that's that's just the guidelines. Those are the rules and regulations so lies in. Okay. Then for women to get win to certain extent, if you know, even professional sports like guys would have to be if you know, the big guys Lyman if they weren't under certain way, they'd get fined thousands of dollars pound for being overweight. Like, oh, yeah. Yeah. One of those big which I forget one of those quarterbacks got eight too much and and got like ten thousand dollars. We're on a strict plan where like they would have signed something in the off season says yesterday between this way and this way. And if you're not in it, you're getting five sucks for you to worry about too. And you want to add something to list is little boys that are little that is yet to really brutal. Yeah. If they are not tall. Well, here we go. It's brutal. I mean, I know a lot of people that go talk about growth hormones and all kinds of things. It's it might be worse. Yeah. I mean, my son is seven and he's a little, but I think for us and kinda to Sharma's point. I think it's they go through things and they're gonna go three. Thanks growing up together thick skin. And I think as parents it's our job to show that we're comfortable in our own skin. And that to to teach them those things in addition to the nutrition example, right? But I mean, it's interesting what you said though, about, hey, if the guys can go through I mean, we have to have Justice thick skin to as women and Shona. It's learning. You know, you gotta get thick skin something for life. Right. Exactly. And so I think too many people have expectations now for society to conform to people's needs as opposed to people realizing you're not always going to get the job..

"And I thought that that was what was getting in the way of may winning. Wow. In that crazy. So what age would that kind of click for you that you kind of embraced your body. Got honestly, I would say really honestly truly early late twenties. Lakes news too early thirties. I'm thirty three. Now. It's only been the last four five years of my life where I'm like, no. I love my skin that I'm in. I love what I what it's given me. What I get to do. And I see what other people look at me. And I'm not seeing myself, right? I like body dismissing I'm not saying what other people say. And so I went through my own journey again of lending to love the skin that I'm in. And it really was dance that helped me do that. It was dances. Always being my therapy. As a kid as always been where I've released things emotions and discovered things. And I started to really take notice of what my buddy has done in my entire life, and how much I should love it and how much I should take care of it. And it was it's a difficult journey to love yourself. It really really is. It is. Well, I'm really happy for either that you're on this. You know, I mean because I've always been super envious of you. I think you're beautiful in your body. Like, you look. As ING always God. She's so hot you're so frigging what he got hearing. You talk about that. Because I think everyone can relate whether they're too big or too small just went through at two. It doesn't matter. What you are someone's going to criticize you for it. I have berry farm last night, which is crazy. Times two women had to be asked. It's like so upsetting to they couldn't ride the ride because they were too big. And these women were not big. That's what was really an, and we you know, these were strangers, but you kind of comfort the stranger like derisory about it you look beautiful and it, but it's like every day. Somebody is judging you or something happens like that. And it's like, I don't even know how we're supposed to deal with all that. I guess for me what I had to learn that I can't control that like you said, there's always going to be someone that can't stand something about you. And they're gonna find that thing that what what can you not stand about me because she went straight? And there's something that someone's none of new you've got a full, right. It's so hard being in the public eye sometimes because people wanna come at you. They find a way to take their own insecurities out on you. And the biggest thing is to realize that it actually has nothing to do with you these things that people say about you that a main actually have nothing to do with you. A person that's the aren't issue. And so he don't deal with it. You just brush it off and woke away each shoes to not deal with it. You choose to not take it on and to have become a pot of you. But that is a really difficult skill to loan. You know think I mean for both you Janna and Shawna for you guys both to beautiful women, you know, and guys take care of yourselves. But do you find it harder to come out? And be honest about maybe your insecurities about yourself because the outside world probably looks at you. And thinks you guys are beautiful women. It's like, oh, you're being petty..

Can we just rewind the past couple of weeks you one with body bone? We have the young stars champion. I. Yeah. It was possibly the most shocking season for may two of one. It was not the one that I expected, but it certainly was the most amazing when I'm still still processing to be on us. So he went to bed early that night. And he will we he woke up the next morning. And I said, hey, babe Shut shot. up I. Michael. Okay. And he goes, hey, babe who'd win who won dance stars. And I was like, Bobby. He's like shot. Yeah. But I loved it though. Because I feel like for the first time, obviously, he wasn't the best answer right of the, you know, the other celebrities, but I feel like, you know, he had the best heart. I don't know. It's always bugs me when of course, you know, the the the Olympic gymnasts is gonna win. You know what I mean? I it was I think it was really special this as in for a long time. Now, we've seen the best answer went, right? Which is the one that usually comes on dates talent. What's really hot is? When we getting celebrities to come and do the show. They like, why am I going to do it? If there's a gymnast because I have no show winning. Yeah. Like our season. I was like, okay. Well, lorries winning here we go, right? You know what? "If you ask the lead yang in rabat and were back reports are asking the lady gang if you guys want 120 percent off of jack vantic dot com use code lady gang are you ready don't give some advice yes art our first question comes from page non anonymous one for once pizza says light can control over life i know right pizzas my boyfriend and i have been together almost a year now his best friend is a female and according to all of his friends is madly in love with him or example she asked my boyfriend to be heard d at a wedding loss we know what it is i trust that they're just bust trends and nothing more but aside me can't help but hate her guts i knew about them being close before we started dating but honestly she's is the reason behind all of our fights ps i've talked to my boyfriend about it and he doesn't see anything wrong with them being close advice uh that's a tough one for me because to be honest my entire life i've been friends with men before i was even women especially as a teenager and it's only really in the last few years of my life i've learned to value female relationships and how important they are i have a lot of male friends in my life that there is absolutely nothing sexual with they elect my best friends i don't even see them that way they don't see me that way but i know that as a go friend i can't help but have like the load chassis spock come in and that wondering if what if what if it's not like that what if it's not like this malta's endager relationships that i just friendly and those that get a little bit complicated after a while i don't have an issue.

"What is this i was good i liked the enthusiasm it's going to be amazing mrs how third winter tour i think a fourth winter tour to be my fourth toward that i'm doing we have an amazing costs that we are going to be going for longer with everything changing in 2018 for dancing with the stars when now going to be touring for eleven weeks until the beginning of april so it's it's really exciting for us we love going on to a because quite selfishly it's no longer about a celebrity that we have to dance with we get to create what we want to dance for us and push ally limits and do that every night and they really is amazing going from city to city and seeing oliveira amazing fans that just wanna share love and share how this show has affected them i would never in a million years would have thought that a dance was going to inspire people to do better and better and yet we he stories about it at every meet and greet anti the buses every night and sometimes it's overwhelming to think you have that much power in that much influence on people and it really is something that none of us take lightly uh you know what moffitt hair fun fact when i was a rock at still not doing this world i was doing other world my roommate nicole shinnai after rehearsals every time dancing with stars was on like monday's i think it was only once a week at that point it wasn't twice a week we would like get home from her saw of dancing all day and then we would sit with their icebergs on and we would like dancing the stars was like our life like we discuss it all week like it really is one of the shows like because it's not so caddie in it's not so fake like it seems real and watching and people really go through a journey and it's it's it is a dance show that is just not really about dance at the end of the day what you're falling in love with is watching frankie muniz get out there and dance and show his personality and what it takes for him to be able to get out there andrew it this q you've falling in love with with the people not necessarily the choreography and i think that's what makes it so success.
