I also struggle with feeling like people would love me forever. Meaning that I was worthy of long-term, like I would hear about people who have 25 year friendships and people and I hadn't experienced that. Early in my career, people of my past had were a part of my past. And this world of transformation was all these new people in it. You know, 'cause it was the climate. It wasn't the conversation that my Friends were having. So I needed to find the people that were having the conversations like me like you. I needed to find the Jack canfields. I need to find the Marcy Schumacher. I need to find the web and Michael beckwith. I need to find, I need to find them, but I didn't know any of them a long time. And so I began to miss no one knows me. No one knows, Lisa shante being Nichols the old me, yeah. No one knows that. They know me in the last two years. Yeah, yeah.

We're hearing from the widow of a security guard who was killed last week in oxen hill, prince George's county police say Willie Tate was on duty at a grocery store when he tried to stop a young woman from shoplifting. That's when she pulled out a gun and shot him, he returned fire, but was pronounced dead at the scene, the woman later died at the hospital. Our news partners at NBC four spoke to his widow, shante Tate, who says the situation escalated unnecessarily. Some sexual assault cases in fairfax county may never be prosecuted this because a former detective destroyed key evidence in those cases. WTO's Kyle Cooper explains. Fairfax county police are apologizing for evidence being destroyed in ten cases by one detective. The case is all date back to the 90s. In one case, the woman attacked was also accused of making it up. The Washington Post reports the detective involved Cynthia lundberg has retired and likely will face no consequences, but the department is implementing changes, so something like this can't happen again. A follow-up now on a story we brought you last week, security guard Willie Tate of Fredericksburg was killed on duty at a grocery store in oxen hill while trying to reportedly stop a young woman from shoplifting. It is or you have to spend a lot of money just buying it from a tour company. It's good to charge your extra, but we'll get you in, so just go online and book your time. If you know when you're going to be there to get your reservation and smart. And then it's so orderly and civilized. It is no crowds there because 25 people show up every 15. I go back to the days when you could just wander in any time when I lived there. It was like that. It is not like that. Now, but not only from the crowding point of view, but because they want to protect it's a very delicate painting. So you have to come into this kind of detoxification. So yeah, exactly because there's too much humility coming in and even in Leonardo's time the paint was coming off the wall into that. So it's a painting which suffered a lot and so you can respect why they have to control this. And in part from Leonardo's last supper, Alfredo, there's other important sites to see. What are two or three other sites we'd want to be sure to check out when we go to? Well, definitely you want us to do a moment. I mean, it's such an amazing cathedral and you can go to the restaurant. "My name is Sabrina. Michelle Beavers. Um 35. Also in the room is my little newborn daughter. Her name is destiny. Saray Nicole Johnson, and she's five weeks Shanty and Sabrina both delivered their babies prematurely. Here's Shante. I remember when I heard that your water broke. I felt sad people talk about pregnancy glow and being able to deliver a full term. I didn't get that experience. I would have appreciated having that extra time with her in you Toral to build that bond and for her to come out as healthy as possible. I felt kind of cheated out of the last part of my pregnancy. You know, I had two babies that were born preterm. And I remember feeling depressed because I was like I took my folk acid. I even had a spreadsheet where I tracked my vegetables. I knew a lot of friends and their families who had suffered with babies that were in the nick you for weeks or who didn't make it home. And I remember grown up seeing babies born really tiny. I didn't know there was a name for it. It was even normal to have black women die either during birth or soon after, and it's like, Well, why don't we talk about these things? Why aren't these normal conversations just like we talk about heart disease, diabetes and how it runs in the family? Same thing when it comes to preterm birth? I felt very overwhelmed because it wasn't something that I was prepared for. She was born at £4. And how much does she weigh? Now? She's almost £7. That's so excited. So I'm really proud of both of you. I know it was really hard. I only ask that I have is that for my daughter's sake and for the sake of any black woman here now or destined to be that we figure out how to prevent this from happening. Want this to not be normal. Well, I'm honored and really excited to continue to work with you and really honored to.
