My Healing House Is a One-Stop Shop for Mind, Body, And Spirit

"Everybody. I am Christine Wallace and I do psychic and tarot card readings. I'm also a medium as well as a healer. So basically I want to introduce you to what it is that I do and offer. I have been working as a psychic medium for the last at least 30 years. I think it's a little bit more actually but I'm being said it's always been my dream and goal to basically have one place one place where I offer all kinds of healing. So what does that mean? That means that I have created a healing house and I am currently in Newark California and here I do workshops, speaking events, healing events. I do Reiki healing. We have massage. I also sell candles, oils, crystals. It's a boutique as well and I plan to incorporate even more. So my goal was to create a place where people can go to get any kind of help they need whether it be something which is spiritual in nature, psychological and you know just anything to heal the mind the body and the spirit. So I'm a big believer in balancing out the mind the body and the spirit. Having them work together in unison is a really big deal because when you have that going on you are truly your best self. This is when you're your most creative. This is when you're the most aware. This is when you're feeling good and inspired. When you're in a dark mindset something is off. You know maybe you're too much in your head and thinking negative intrusive thoughts or maybe you're not physically active enough or you're not leaning enough into your spiritual beliefs and it's having a negative impact on your life. So that's the idea of the healing house. So moving forward I just want to have people you know whatever their issues are whatever their needs are to have a place to come to get the guidance and advice whether it be like I said mental physical spiritual it's all going to be here. So with your support we can be able to accomplish this and I it's I want it to be you know because it's really coming from my heart to help people because in the last 30 years me working as a psychic medium spiritual healer I meet all kinds of people with all kinds of different problems. Now with that being said there's actually a lot that I can do meaning if people are having problems in a in a relationship they want to know what if they're with their soul mate or not or how to work to restore a broken relationship with someone that they love and care for or if they're struggling it with a co -worker or in business or just generally not feeling well I there are there are a lot of different services that I offer but there are some things that are you know obviously out of my scope for example I'm bringing in a shaman on September the 3rd and I wanted of course to get the best where a shaman is kind of like in his lineage so he's like the real thing a real shaman and on August 30th I am bringing in a speaker Sunil who is an author and he is really good as far as encouraging inspiring helping you to self examine and to you know make some adjustments or changes in your life that are just gonna give you better results whether that be in love money career whatever the case so he's gonna be coming into the speaking event as well well there are two different events happening so like I said it's it's all about dealing with the different parts of a person and this being done under one roof I think is great

Unlocking Ancestral Trauma: Bird Mejia Shares Her Journey of Healing

"A lot of us, I was born to a family that had some trauma that's been passed on for generations, like we don't understand and downloaded all the stuff. I entered my life kind of unconsciously choosing things that didn't feel good. For me, it was relationships. I was in a long relationship, a long marriage that I used to cry every week. What we would call it now is narcissism. I look at that not as like this big bad, he was a narcissist, is that when someone has on the characteristics of narcissistic personality disorder, any kind of stuff, any kind of mental health, for me, it's a legacy of ancestral trauma that was on his side. If I have attracted it in my life, that means it was in my side. I was kind of unconscious and I was going through this stuff and I got in so much pain, emotional pain. For a long time, I just shoved it down and I could feel for years that I was supposed to start a spiritual journey. When something's calling you, a lot of times I was comfortable in the pain. That's what I knew. My mother had a lot of challenges herself. I stayed in my comfort zone until I got to the point where it was so painful. What actually did it for me was my daughter was nine. For a lot of times, long time I stayed because I'm like, I want to create something healthy. I don't want to be a single mom. She said to me one day, she said, mom, you've been really proud of you lately. I think I raised my voice at her and I said, I have to do this for my daughter. At that time, I didn't love myself enough to do that journey for myself. When I saw how I was passing on the patterns to my daughter, I had a lot of anger and she yelled a lot. I was like, I have to start. I started doing something called Shaktinam yoga, which is like Kundalini yoga. I learned breath work and mantras. Have you ever seen the Tina Turner movie? What's love got to do with it? You'll see Tina Turner chanting, right? For her, she chose Buddhism, but it doesn't really matter what you choose is that actually chanting, which is sound meditation, is really healing. It helps change the subconscious patterns. For a lot of us that have very active minds, it actually calms the mind down so that we can get to the meditative state. For a lot of us, it helps you get to the meditative state in two miles instead of 10 miles. I started doing that. I started my healing journey, left my marriage and continued diving deep. The real thing that really hit was a few years ago, my mother, and I had a challenging relationship with my mother. I always have. She went into the doctor for a stomach ache. We thought she was a perfect child. Her parents lived into the mid nineties. She never had health problems. My mother was never sickly. She was diagnosed with four stage pancreatic cancer and given two to three months left to live. She died 35 days later. That was like boom. After she died, my father started telling me some of the truth about what was going on between her and her dad. Then I started seeing visions. Then my mother actually started visiting me and coming to me. I understood that my mother had been abused physically, sexually, and emotionally. I think I'm not sure about the sexual and sexual came from, but a lot of it was from my grandfather who I loved my abuelito. Then I was shown some visions in my lineage. My mother is Mexican, so I was shown visions in my indigenous side and my Mexican side. I was shown that I come from people that were healers, that were intuitive, that were, you know, what we would call shaman, the walls. I was shown that I come from this lineage. It was very happy and centered and powerful. Then I was shown horrific trauma about seven generations ago. I was shown how that trauma went from woman to woman, to woman, to woman. It showed up in the way that she wasn't able to be there the way I needed her and love me the way I needed her. It showed up in what killed her. Also, it showed up, you know, I was shown also that my grandmother had been in a relationship that was very similar to mine. I had no idea. Because when you're pregnant, when a woman's pregnant with the child, whatever trauma she's passed on to the unborn child, and if the unborn child is a girl, it gets passed on to the A. This is how the grandchildren get. But beyond that, they've done extensive studies on trauma, especially when it's not dealt with, when it's just shoved down. A lot of times their ancestors, they did not know how to, they didn't have luxury. They had to survive when these things were happening. Literally, like, okay, this horrific thing happened, but I have to live and the rest of my children need to live. This kind of survival thing happens, right? So, they didn't have a luxury to even handle it. So, it was too much. Like, they had to disassociate. They had to shove it down. And it's gotten shoved down for generation to generation. So, a lot of us, you can tell in the repeating patterns in your life, right? Keep repeating the same relationship. You keep meeting the same mate over and over again. You still struggle with the same addictions over and over again. You have the same limiting beliefs. You have the same money struggles. You can look in your family. Like, what's repeating in your family? Is it some type of addiction? Is it toxic relationships? Is it drama? Is it, what diseases are repeating in your family? Is it diabetes? Is it heart attacks? Is it breast cancer? These are all indications when they keep repeating, they are stuff that's not been resolved. That's why it's one of the signs that it's ancestral because just it keeps repeating and repeating. It's unhealed trauma, right? So, it's become one of my passions

Trump’s House GOP allies take fight to Manhattan DA's turf

"Donald Trump's house GOP allies are in New York City for a judiciary committee hearing on crime that also targets the Manhattan DA. Republican congressman Jim Jordan, who's the chair and accuses DA Alvin Bragg of being soft on crime and politically motivated in prosecuting Trump, says the field trip is a chance to listen to crime victims tell their stories. Their stories are emblematic of a city that's lost its way when it comes to fighting a crime and upholding the law. Democratic representative and ranking member Gerald Nadler calls it a shaman, says if Republicans really wanted to do something about violent crime, they'd pass gun legislation. It is particularly disgraceful that they would use this pretext after doing nothing. Nothing to stop the gun violence that terrorizes our nation. According to the gun violence archive, there have been at least 146 mass shootings this year alone. Nadler also points to stats showing the murder rate is down in New York City, lower than in Jordan's home district of Columbus, Ohio, Julie Walker, New York

Blaze's Steve Deace Joins Trish With His Reaction to the Nike News

"To have you here, Steve. It's a pleasure to be here, Trish. Thank you very much. I want to start first with Nike. Nike has gone out on a limb here and decided that they're going to get somebody who was biologically born a man, but now believes he's a woman in transitioning to being a woman. Dylan Mulvaney, he's become like a big she's become forgive me, and I want to get, you know, the PC police after me, a big, huge star after transitioning to becoming a girl as she now calls it. What do you think of this? I mean, is this just woke capitalism gone nuts? I think you had to write the first time with he, but I was very careful though. There's lots of little bots and algorithms out there. I get in trouble for this stuff. I hear you and the blaze gets mad at me. I just disregard those things all the time. But the truth of the matter, though, is this is way beyond capitalism. This is religious zeal. Dylan Mulvaney is shaman, a totem. He is being held up as essentially an idol that you're compliance is being tested with. He's the new Ukraine flag. He's the he's the new jab, the vaccine, the new jab pass. He's the new mask. This is how we show within their America how they show, I guess I should say pronouns now I'm violating my own pronouns. This is how they show their compliance that we came up with this term virtue signaling, but it's far more than that. It is literally a show of loyalty. And that's why it's the same person over and over again. I mean, he's not the only man attempting to, you know, we're having a RuPaul. Right. He's like, he's like quaint in comparison. Exactly. There's a drag queen story time out, and every corner now.

Reparations May Be Given to Blacks in California

"During his now infamous trial, January 6th defendant, Jacob chansley, AKA the Q shaman, faced some very hefty sentences. These included a 5 year prison sentence and a fine of up to $250,000. In law, such fines are levied as a form of restitution in order to compensate for costs such as damaged property, medical bills, resulting from personal injury, or even to pay an opponent's legal fees. The concept of reparations is that it is a form of punishment that can also help to repair the damage that was done by the accused. It's important to note, the government can not find you with reparations out of the blue. You have to be guilty of a crime. It's good the Chancellor wasn't ultimately hit with the full amount as a quarter of a million dollars for most people can't be raised easily. People work their entire lives and still can't save that much money. It's such a large amount that even someone as gullible as judge Lambert, a man who genuinely believed the Q shaman was somehow the breath from destroying America's democracy forever. Thought the penalty was overkill. Lately, there's been another shaman in the news, only this shaman has two ends, shaman Walton is a member of the San Francisco board of supervisors. A body which voted unanimously last Wednesday to approve a plan to give $5 million to every eligible black resident as part of the city's plan to make reparations for slavery. The plan was a way to go before final approval, like every other member of the board, shaman Walton wants to see it through. He says, quote, we have to stay focused and stay together as a community, he says. Because now it is a 100% more prevalent that we can not be separated or divided. Let's stay the course. Because a $5 million payday for me is almost here. It might be pertinent to point out that shaman Walton himself is black. And something also tells me he will be included among those deemed eligible for the payout.

"You're a former terrorism prosecutor for the DoJ. So we've got the footage here that Tucker's team released of Brian sicknick, the puts to bed, for example, that he was murdered by the January 6 protesters. We see him after he was allegedly murdered, walking around the capital. Do we have the footage, Eric? But Brian sicknick should not be reduced to a prop for the political ambitions of the Democratic Party. He was a human being. The facts of his life matter, including how he died. To this day, media accounts describe sicknick as someone who was slain on January 6th. The video we reviewed proves that is a lie. Here is surveillance footage of sicknick walking in the capitol after he was supposedly murdered by the mob outside. By all appearances, cyclical. So we see he's fine. He's walking around in a helmet. We see the footage of Jacob chansley, this quote unquote James shaman, being a Scottish through the building at times by up to 9, 9 capital police officers, you're the former prosecutor, are there any forget politics? Are there any legal ramifications? Can we get this guy out of prison who's given 41 months? What happens to everybody else? You're the expert. Is this just a political win or is there something deeper going on here? Well, there's got to be analysis look as a former federal public defender who challenged the DoJ out DoJ on so many cases in federal court about what we call Brady violations, violations by the DoJ prosecutors for failing to intentionally disclose exculpatory evidence and evidence of impeachment. So it's called Brady and giglio. Let's put the legal parlance aside. What due process the constitution the Supreme Court demand prosecutors in the DoJ must turn over all evidence that even might be evidence of innocence and evidence of impeachment. They don't have to use their judgment to answer the question. It's just a maybe. 41,000 hours of videotape said is evidence.

"Joey, you mentioned this word and trap meant. And you also mentioned the uphill battle in which you're trying to navigate against swamp judges and swamp juries and the whole kind of contaminated D.C. environment. The question I have is this. I mean, it seems finally that there is new information coming out about January 6th. Tucker Carlson, of course, had some videos a week or so ago. Let me start with that because there was new information on the shaman guy Joseph a Jacob chansley, but there was then a sort of, as far as I could tell, an abrupt halt in the videos. I mean, if you have 40,000 hours of footage, it's preposterous to me that you'd find three clips. Speaking, honestly, do you think that Fox kind of got to Tucker and shut him down? Because expectations were so high. And while what was delivered, the first day was pretty impressive, it appears like what? That's it. There's nothing more. What are your thoughts about this? So my inclinations are, I think I share with the general public shares, right? Tucker's team is incredibly talented. They did in their defense have a limited time to go through the stuff we've been going through this stuff for two years. They had a few weeks, but within that time they were able to focus on Jacob chansley and lies about all the specific. I thought he did a good job there. I did think that on the second night that something distinctly different happened. There are different theories about that. One theory is that the producers of the higher ups at Fox News likely shut them down. I think that that makes sense. I can speak from experience and having gone on Tucker's show. You know, I had been over the target on his show with regard to some similar matters and I kind of got shot down too. And when you're over the target, people get very uncomfortable and the powers that be tend to pull the plug on situations like that.

What Should Happen to the J6 Shaman? Lord Conrad Black Weighs In

"Were shown yesterday the footage of the man who was made an example of the so called January 6th shaman being escorted through Congress at times by up to 9 9 members of the capitol police who helped him go through doors open doors for him did nothing to restrain him, a man who didn't cause bodily or physical harm to any material or individuals inside the building. That individual was given 41 months prison term in a federal penitentiary. What should happen now if Americans believe in rule of law now that we know this man committed no crime or at least wasn't arrested by the officers who escorted him through the building lord black. Well, he may conceivably be guilty of trespassing, but you should be released for time served at once. I mean, as far as I know, I mean, he was a pretty scary looking guy, but you can't send people to prison for 41 months for that. And as far as I know, he did absolutely nothing. It's no harm to anyone. And so the sentence is an outrage. The whole thing's a no trade. In my opinion, and then last week, unless there's real evidence connecting people to serious offenses, everybody should be released.

"Joe Rogan appears to be a pretty normal guy. So here's a normal guy's reaction to what Tucker Carlson has been airing this week on Fox News. Nothing was good about January 6th. Let's be real clear. But when you watch the video of that guy being led around through the capitol building by police, they're basically giving him a tour. They're talking to him and hanging out with him. At one point in time, it's him and there's like 6 police officers around him and they're not arresting him, they're not throwing him to the ground. There's no violence at all. Like, I don't think with that guy did was good. I don't think with any of those people did was good. It wasn't smart to barge into the capitol and take pictures of your feet on Nancy Pelosi's desk and stupid. It's a crime. But they were leading him around. They were the cops were talking to him and hanging out with them. They weren't like arresting him immediately. It wasn't like he was this violent guy who broke in and started smashing things and so wouldn't the Washington wouldn't The Washington Post find that interesting? Don't you think, aren't they inquisitive at all? About why the capitol police were leading the QAnon shaman around?

What Is Going on at Fox News?

"What is going on at Fox News? The first day, Monday, you had Tucker Carlson come right out the gate with several really bombshell glimpse and revelations about January 6th. He showed, for example, that ray apps was lying when he said he told the House select committee. That he was heading back to his hotel, but he couldn't have been doing that because there he is on videotape. So ray Epstein was caught, you may say, with his pants down. We saw a really touching scene with the shaman guy being escorted by two capital police officers through the corridors. And then into the Senate chamber. And so here is a guy serving what, 41 months in prison for what? Being escorted by two police officers who could easily have told him to leave, pointed him to the door, ushered him out. They didn't do that. And the reason for not doing that, which is that they wanted to tamper down the situation. It makes no sense because not only did you have the two cops and this one, you know, shaman guy, but they go walking by a whole bunch of police officers who don't even don't even really bat an eyelid. Don't even look up at him. Everything is fully under control. And yet they, so here you got this guy, and he's not well. I mean, he's mentally unwell. And he's serving 41 months in prison. Why? Basically to serve a duplicitous ideological narrative about January 6th. So these are the kind of almost chilling facts brought forward by Tucker on Monday. And then on Tuesday, nothing. A dud.

Mike & Mark: McConnell Opposes Release of Unseen J6 Footage

"Headline for you to just salivate on. You just let this headline ruminate in your brain. Mitch McConnell opposes the release of previously unseen surveillance video from January 6th, said Fox did the wrong thing in highlighting this revealing this to the American people. Mitch McConnell joins Chuck Schumer and the media meltdown was predictable. Of course. Of course. They didn't get their hands on it, believe me, if CNN got to release, first of all, they wouldn't have released anything that showed anything except the popular narrative. And you know what's so funny about the criticism that Tucker is getting on this? He's showing an acknowledging plenty of violence. In fact, the interview that he did last night with one of the former capitol police officers who lost his job over very wisely donning a maga hat to wade through the crowd to get to his fellow officers work his way through the crowd without being aggrieved by them. You can't wear a maga hat for any reason, even if it's to be with a crowd to try to, well, anyway, the fact that Tucker's even talking to him about the trapped officers acknowledges the Tucker is willing to say, yeah, of course there were some bad actions that took place that day. He doesn't deny that. He said there were hooligans and there were people that committed vandalism and violence. He hasn't ignored it. What he's doing is presenting other videos that the January 6th committee didn't let anybody see showing peaceful strolling through taking selfies, smiling, the shaman, the QAnon shaman getting a guided tour by this is the weird, this is the weirdest thing. For me, it's the weirdest part of the video other than officer Brian sicknick, returning from the dead to direct people around the interior of the capitol.

Robyn Pfaffman: New J6 Videos Is a Reminder How Corrupt Media Is

"Robin Hoffman joins us and Robin, we're going to get to what's happening in Atlanta in just a moment. I want to get your take on these videos that came out last night, Tucker Carlson deserves a Pulitzer. You know, it's interesting, Todd. It really reminds me and good afternoon to you and all your listeners. It reminds me how corrupt the mainstream media is because it's that process of selective editing to show a narrative of what you want to show the audience or what you want them to see or hear, just like in the movies, right? People go out and shoot a movie, they shoot what, 40,000 hours of tape and then they edit the movie and then you get the movie that you see in the movie theater that's what, an hour and hour and a half long, they've been shooting the movie for two months. And this reminds me of the same thing where there's 40,000 hours of footage and then we saw a little snippet from the J 6 committee. And it's interesting to me to watch who everybody calls the shaman, you know, the guy who was all dressed up is he was such a threat walking around the capitol with the police with the capitol police, why wasn't he arrested? Now, people who broke windows, people who did damage, people who are actually committing crimes. Yeah. Cost them off the jail you go. But if you're just milling around and he wasn't posing a threat, screaming it, I didn't see anything of him screaming any foul language. He was crazy. Right. So what crime did he commit? And then what about the officers, right? So if they felt threatened at this guy, clearly he was dressed up. Everybody calls him the QAnon charm and whatever. But he was sentenced to what? Four years, Todd. So I think that there's dueling narratives here. I think people are seeing what they want to see.

"Tucker Carlson has begun to process of releasing new never before seen footage of January 6th. Kevin McCarthy gave him access to the video, perhaps the full video, so they've been reviewing it. And I think that this week, the whole week, they're going to be putting out new stuff, but the stuff that they put out yesterday is already great stuff. And I'm glad that they're focusing on key episodes and blowing the leftist narrative out of the water. Three examples stick out in my mind. The first one, of course, involves the shaman guy, the QAnon guy, so called. Again, anyone who watched even the footage that was previously available could see this is a pretty harmless fellow. But what Tucker shows is two police officers literally escorting him through the capital. They go from corridor to room in one case, the officer is even given that open the door so that the guy can go in, they ultimately lead him into the chamber. Where we then saw the footage of him kind of prancing around. Now, at one point, these two officers walk by 7 other officers and the other officers are not even bothered. They'd hardly even look up. So the capital police is official explanation, which is that, hey, the capital police are outnumbered. They're kind of playing it low key because they fear that the crowd will overwhelm them. The footage dispels this as preposterous. The capitol police were in every position simply to tell this guy, listen, you have to leave now, not at any point they tell him to leave, so you're in the peculiar situation, you're a guy you don't know about the capital you're in the capital. You're obviously in the case of this guy, something of an eccentric or maybe even a kook. And the police are themselves sort of showing you around. It's almost like you're a tourist.

Tucker Carlson: The Real Story of Jacob Chansley on Jan. 6

"Here listen to Tucker Carlson narrate Some of the new video that's emerged about what happened with the QAnon shaman Check this out And at the center of it the single most famous person arrested that day was a navy veteran from Arizona called Jacob chansley often referred to as the QAnon shaman The so called QAnon shaman QAnon shaman someone named Q shaman Jacob chansley became the face of January 6th a dangerous conspiracy theorist dressed in outlandish costume who led the violent insurrection to overthrow American democracy For these crimes chansley was sentenced to nearly four years in prison far more time than many violent criminals now receive What did Jacob chansley do to receive this punishment To this day there was dispute over how chansley got into the capitol building But according to our review of the internal surveillance video it is very clear what happened once he got inside Virtually every moment of his time inside the capitol was caught on tape The tape show that capitol police never stopped Jacob chansley They helped him They acted as his tour guides Here's video of chansley in the Senate chamber Capitol police officers take him to multiple entrances and even try to open locked doors for him We counted at least 9 officers who were within touching distance of unarmed Jacob chansley Not one of them even tried to slow him down Chancellor understood that capitol police were his allies video shows him giving thanks for them in a prayer on the floor of the Senate Watch Needed to be police officers to allow That's so strange man It's so weird You fire bomb a city in the name of BLM and wind up getting out of jail in ten minutes and having a victory parade thrown for you in Times Square You bomb a pro life center Nobody can find you because you did it at night you know the FBI according to Garland doesn't solve crimes at night And now we don't do night We have 9 to 5

What Are the Characteristics of a Police State?

"I thought what are the characteristics of a police state I'm just going to name a few and through the course of this show after the January 6th videos came out last night I think I'm going to make a strong case to you that ladies and gentlemen it's already here So here are the characteristics Number one can we both agree that in a police state That law enforcement and the government they don't target the investigation of crimes in search of people right That's in a normal functioning constitutional republic they do that There's an allegation of a bank robbery You report the bank robbery the police go out and try to find out who did it right Everybody gets out nothing complicated about that That's not how it works in a police state folks See in a police state you got to get rid of your political opponents So what you do is you investigate people and then you find the crime later It's even been said but was it very the Soviet Union you show me the man I'll show you the crime See in a police state you just walk into a political operation and say we need to take out Donald Trump Don't worry we'll find a crime Kind of sounds like something that happened in those release videos last night with the QAnon shaman guy right Now that we got a hold of the videos kind of sounds like what they've been doing with Trump box checked What's another characteristic of the police state Well of course you have to abuse the surveillance infrastructure to spy on and surveil citizens Well it's not happening Of course Geofencing warrants around the capitol the spying operation on Donald Trump corporate cronies working to spy on your purchases the new digital dollar This stuff is all here It's all here now or being talked about right now This isn't some otherworldly esoteric idea This is stuff is here now What's another characteristic of police states Well state control of the media come on guys coach Stan used to say of course State control the meat I want speaks for

"Chansley known as the QAnon shaman is appealing his sentence of more than three years for his role in the January 6th capitol riot Joining me is Bloomberg legal reporter David yaffe bellany Tell us about the charges against him and what happened The charges against Jacob chansley are similar to the charges that have been filed against many of the rioters He entered the building in an unauthorized way he obstructed an official proceeding He pleaded guilty to that The big difference between him and some of the other rioters is just been this sort of notoriety that he managed to establish in the hours after the riot partly because he showed up shirtless tattooed with his horned headdress as he walked into the Senate chamber So in some ways he's not a particularly notable January 6th ascendant but he has this kind of symbolic importance that was established very early on So he was sentenced to 41 months The sentencing earlier month he got 41 months which is the joint longest sentence that a writer has gotten so far I mean not many of them have been sentenced but that's currently the sort of top tier of sentence that we've seen so far He gave a very long rambling and unusual address to the judge in that case in which he expressed remorse and talked about his admiration for Mahatma Gandhi and other historical figures It was very much in keeping with the sort of strange public persona that he's cultivated over the past year And that seems like it was going to be the end of it The judge said what you did here was horrific And also the prosecutor characterized that note that he left for vice president Pence as a threat So it wasn't just him running through the capitol Yeah I mean he hasn't been accused of violence which is a major difference between the charges that he's facing and what some of the more serious riot cases involved But yes he left a note on the dais that Mike Pence just deserted that read It's only a matter of time justice is coming His lawyer argued that that wasn't actually a threat the prosecutors argued that it was a violent threat to ten that was clear because of the context of what was going on So there's been a lot of arguments back and forth about that But yeah that was one of the kind of key accusations against him So is he now trying to take back the guilty plea So it's not entirely clear what's happening right now He's been represented since the early days post riot by a guy named Albert walk in the defense attorney He's been very kind of outspoken in his endorsement of Jacob chansley and then arguing that he's not actually a bad person that he's a peace lover that sort of thing But walk into essentially fired his chance with lawyer and replaced by a guy named John pierce who's representing a lot of other capital rioters in this kind of sprawling investigation And earlier today pierce filed a notice of appeal saying that champley is going to challenge the sentence at the appeals court level in Washington We haven't seen the kind of full text yet of what translates saying what his argument is going to be one potential option would be to argue that he was inadequately counseled by Watkins as original lawyer So that's something that we're anticipating kind of looking out for is more filing with the doctor in this case That 41 months that was less than the 51 months that the prosecutors had requested even though it was one of the stiffest handed out so far That's right And that's partly because I think translate gave a very kind of authentic address to the court You know he showed that he was remorseful and I think that resonated with the judge as he handed down the sentence It seems like it's a long stretch to think that he's going to be able to challenge his sentence when the sentence was in the guidelines was in the framework was less than what the prosecutors wanted and he was fully represented by a lawyer So it just seems like an uphill battle and kind of strange It is kind of strange to enormous mon.

"There's a there's a place where when you're in service that you have to ask whether it's a a self serving yes or no to and i think you'll know what i mean like whereas like if somebody came to me because like a friend of mine from high school came to me because she was afraid of dying. Now i have an agreement was spirit that if close people come to me who are who are dying that it's my word to to be there and that doesn't mean i have to be you know the that i have parameters about that but sometimes we just have to look about whether were were being selfish self serving or service because sometimes healing other people's a very selfish act. That felt really good. Even though you have not enough energy to get out of bed the next day you know so we have to learn the difference between these these ideas and being of service. I know the difference of being of services. When i'm of service. There's never a refill. There's never a resentment afterwards. It usually we charges me in some way that i was able to be there in a an giving way and sometimes it's a little bit deceiving when i'm doing it to be self serving because you know the high might be there but it doesn't last right. Yeah it's it's a real time on the plan where we really have to look at Boundaries and If you look at you know what are the popular summits that are out there right now. for helping people on Emotional levels you know. There's all these summits on the vegas are on the nervous system but but There are also off these summit sunsetting boundaries. Because the reason people are so stressed out right now is that we are a culture of really poor boundaries. You know i saw i. Did you see the movie with glenn. Close about four good days. It's on amazon prime. But there's a whole part about about boundary setting being service and it was really incredible movie on a mother daughter relationship with with drug addiction. Because you know mothers and and the whole thing with addiction. It's a really. I work in the field of addiction. I don't know people know that or not. But there's a real. It's like one a good friend of mine Who has hasn't been able to get the sobriety part of their life. And i used to judge. You know that the well. I must be better than you but but then one time i realized that sometimes we deny people..

And what is it that i'm asking for you know and I had recent Conversations with friends where we went back and saw how we made mistakes by just making a little comment to spirits or to the universe in the universe said. Make it so and you didn't wanna make that so luckily when i was learning and i was emotionally crippled. And i think this is where this this cleaning in this refining of ourselves. And you know i find a lot of times people to be able to manifest on a dime. Anyone probably could learn to do but to make it grow corn in as that was the term i learned in peru was about having it be valuable for the community like there. There's a win story about american that finnish inventor and he could put anything into his smith the in pull it out. Whatever he wanted he knew how to mathis and when his beloved died. He created this Puppet of her bike in gold any told it out from the smith because he could create anything and he found that you know what what's other worldly might not be in his best interest. Like what you were just talking about. Yes we can manifest anything but is it always in our highest and best good or for the good of the community. And i think that's more of the standard that i use now is is good for me is good for you in a good for the people that i serve absolutely and My husband all the woods it. He's he's into shamanism any journeys than he likes to journey but his main path when we met He was a meditation teacher and he was Yoga teacher he lived with chris. Nerdy for years in england. Yeah yeah that's exactly what's a gateway it's that you walk up exactly think of as as a phase right so we'll just seizing and between That's the vision that you would see those flashing that those colors so if you were dreaming or if you're even a deep meditative state and you're seeing that safin you're blasting off that might have been your your Body of astral projection. You're actually you actually did fucking take off and actually did see. Those things actually were experiencing those. That's actually have an addiction. You want to go do it again. very easy to do is the same thing as saying everything else. You gotta start I'd always recommend doing your shockers getting control of your actual body points to energy in your body Do flame meditation. Training your mind flirtation. Those are all things key starting points because those are things. You can actually feel inexperienced. Those are things that are real that you're actually doing especially shocker. Spins the when. I actually started to feel my shockers spin and i was like totally. Fuck men. that's that's everything else clicked k. This is real this. I'm actually doing this. I can have energy. How do i reopen a shocker. After i closed it. Like i personally close to on purpose. I don't even know if you've closed your own chocolate. You can definitely reopened. That's those year shockers. I used the pentagram. I am yeah. I'm i'm very proud of pentagram symbol would stands for whereas the pentacle is the complete opposite of it. So i'm like yeah. Well as they're trying to show that was like the evil not the love trying to show that hate of it the the passion that people would eat because a lot of people will have this miss it miss interpretation of satanism that anybody that's sadness that worships the devils evil or they weren't going to go out cast problems or not lot. Which isn't the case to put satanism simply it's not be addicted other people. Well there's different sexy to there are freaks out there that are like you know that are brought up as are those are those are the ones that are under religious cultures anyone's that are brought up under religious background are fucked up. They're the ones that you believe that it's pure evil and that's all fucking let's drink blood and sacrifice and all that shit that's not what satanism is about anyway. You know the crazy thing is dude. Christianity is far more evil than satanism or any other religion. That's wrong sacrifice. Couple from through the i know it's fucking ridiculous like they give the gives it and like all this stuff a bad name when in reality we have proof in history that catholics are the absolute worst when it comes to being evil towards other human dates. "You're seeing yourself through. Your other is or something like that. Like i was visiting other dimensions or other worlds where i was and i could see what that self was doing and it was the weirdest thing like we just sat there. He said that we both like just vanished. And then i woke up now. I totally say that was someone that was probably one of your other selves for us from what i believe are fully would tell you that i've experienced men the seven different dimensions. Each one is represented by just break down the different colored from your top to your bottom each one. You can attuned to. This is how you would actually jump into it You can check this shit out. There's actually footage is of people that would actually look like they're jumping through time or fucking into portal's that's my suspicion that those people that are actually activated that stuff that actually achieved that ability actually jumped in between dimensions. Now in each other dimensions is a counter youth now in each dimension. Don't you can attuned to one above you in one below you. This is where you always get that of above and below in different cultures The above and below is the one that you can attuned to so naturally on earth like our frequency that we're a tuned to leave as green. This is why we're known as the green planet green whatever we're actually blue or whatnot or blue planet or vice versa. But anyways wearing the green where the center of he looks sarim less where the color green is So we're sender so the only cousins that we can interact attuned to between us would be the yellow one blow us and the blue one above us Does raw shit comes through Culturally wise if you go through shockers in energies into two minute frequencies tesla even wrote about this too when you talked about The three main frequencies existences energy frequency vibration vibration is how ancient chance would go through and how these guys actually teleport through dimensions through chanting stuff.

I'd say probably grade four grade three grade five around there especially with dreams dreams a thing that helps you grow tremendously especially with your mind especially when you wanted to develop anything you say yes dreams. So what does it mean. When i have crazy dreams every night every single night i remember every single one that no. That's actually that's a bonus. Mammals people forget their james. If you can actually remember your dreams keep going back into it before you go to sleep. Think about the dream. You had the night before. Go back into it if you keep doing. I literally dream every single night. Like i can remember the entire thing. Every single night gotta stood drape journal ronald out like mountains. I don't what what does it mean. If you don't dream at all i don't ever dream. I haven't i haven't had a dream in years. They come in here and there. But i don't i don't on a regular basis. I don't dream. I'm not surprised most people that smoke a lot of weed. will not dream. It is a major dream suppressant. That's one of the main reasons. I smoke a lot. It's just because it's the main block it blocks out that part of your mind will shuts a lot of stuff out. That's where they said that. Because i just started smoking again after a smoke a lot. I remember my dreams fairly well to in. I'd never used to have dreams like this but like after not smoking for a year like my dreams are just fucking nuts. Trying to come out. I just running. And then just i just fucking take off flying just so vivid. How like balance so good. I know that feeling very well. I'm saying was wondering for flying experiences. I taught myself how to fly in a dream and it was just like superman or any of those. Those childhood movies you had to run. I jumped and i've flat. And i started flip. I remember the school yard. "Than you ever knew you wanted to know about shamans, ghettos and chance. All right. Thank you. Shaman. The Q Viking shaman biking the guy who, um Invaded the capital. He's an Arizona guy. He where's this ridiculous gear with this face paint and his horns and he carried a spear in there. We want a loser by the way. Just throwing that out there. What is zero? Um, I'm a loser, baby, So, but, yeah, he's gonna We're going to what? You're gonna hear us speak to his lawyer. So al walk ins joined us a little bit earlier. Um, you know, you're gonna hear some of that we got into it. And to be honest with you. I mean, this guy was just praising this shaman. Acutely. I think he was trying to do what you do for your client. Your client is paying you probably decent money. Mom probably had to mortgage the house or whatever you know, like it was a boy scout tired. I Yeah, I get that. But the reality is I understand why he's doing that. You know that. I know that, but On. He's got to go through this. I've heard a bunch of different, you know, interviews? He's gotta battle awaited battle harder with us than anybody else. Especially you. Because, you know, he called you name? It was funny. It was heated. Let's just say that Okay, that's coming up at 5. 30? Yes. Okay. That'll be fun, All right? Let's get to vaccines. Let's get some vaccines now. I've got we've got the vaccine news, okay, It's not good. You know, all week we've been trying to. We've been trying to give you some positive stories of the vaccines, and there are positive stories. A lot of teachers got vaccinated this week. A lot of cops, that's all good. That's all good news. But today there is bad news. We're gonna bring the bad news because I'm gonna tell you what's going on out there. First of all in Arizona. We should have gotten about 800,000 vaccines. We didn't get that We got 606 100. Okay, So you work with what you got. All right. The 600,000 vaccines 232,000 have been used. Okay, So we've gone through that we've got about 368,000 vaccines left. When are we gonna get more from the government? I have no idea because the government that they have any more Repeat that the government has no more vaccines. I don't know how this happened. But a B C's Dave Packer explains The Washington Post reporting that the federal government does not in fact have more doses of the vaccine. Its stock New York governor Andrew Cuomo, not only did we not get more supply We actually got less. This week. Stock of second doses were reportedly already shipped out at the end of December. So wherever they're holding all these vaccines, imagine going in there and saying You know what? We've got to start distributing more to Arizona to Mississippi to this and that Colorado you walk in and the cupboard is empty. How did this happen? It's poor planning. It was a disaster from the beginning is just the way this thing's been handled. The one thing we got was the vaccine, but the plants around the vet were great it doing lots of stuff. We're also bad at doing sometimes the ending of stuff were great. It's starting wars and and getting into them. And and when we're in there fighting like hell like you've seen with world too, and everything else, But we're also bad at getting out of stuff. And we're great at doing what we did, which was coming up of the vaccine. All nine yards, But the plan. I think it fell on deaf ears because the people who were going Hey, we need to do this, Mr President. He was too busy instead of looking for vaccines looking for votes. Oh, my goodness. And no one's been running the show there. I mean, I think Pence probably been running the show. But they have always wanted to have meetings. They haven't wanted to do press conferences because they were looking For votes. They were, they were walking down the conspiracy theory Road. And now we've got A certain amount of vaccine here in Arizona, and we don't know when we're going to get any more. Just a colossal failure. What did it competent, incompetent government We have. So what does this mean for Arizona? What does it mean? For those of you who are 65 older? Because we just open that up. And we did it in a way that was extremely confusing. But are we going to change that? Because it was seven. It was at 75 older 77 older 75 in some areas, 65 other areas, depending on the state, the city a lot of confusion already, but now it doesn't seem like they have any idea when they're getting their next batch is in for the feds to get it out to everybody else. I don't know how you're going there. Still people in one eh? That have not gotten their vaccine for one reason or another. Look at this point in time the planes left you had your chance. I agree. If you don't know if you were available and eligible in one day, and you don't want it. You can still go and get it. But what do you waiting for? If they call, like first class passengers and you show up late, But they're still boarding. You got to get on the plane. I mean, if you wanna wait, that's up to you, but you might not be able to get it now. So we're in the middle of kind of one B and I wonder what happens. I don't know. It's bad news. Yeah, it is. It's really bad news. Guess the only good news is well, at least for now. I mean, I think we're going to run out of vaccine in a week. You two aren't together. Yeah. 132 attention in 10 days. So in 10 days or we're going to see State Farm Stadium totally empty. The parking lot empty, hard sitting empty that there will be some shipments coming in. But just because those coming in doesn't mean because think about this to the delay in the way that this is going between the feds in the states. Even if they got a man in 567 days or next week. God knows with all the things that are going on, And, as Dave Packard said, like the military at some point, it's going to feel like they have to take. They have tol what you'd be better with men should be more. I'd be more comfortable the military doing that. I wonder if Joe Biden becoming the president on Wednesday will change anything. Is he gonna is gonna cut some red tape? I don't know. He said he is. He wants to open up. I think he wants to get to the point. Where? Look, if you're if you can take it get you've got the opportunity. Just go get it right. It's disappointing because I would rather have 60 million people. 70 Million people have had this shot and then us trying to get into specific people things and we're only at 15 or 20 or 30 million people, because it just seems like at this point in time. Let's just get it done. It just doesn't seem like anyone else is having this problem. Israel's doing great. The U. K seems to be doing well. I mean, why can't we get our act together here? I don't know. All right, coming up Next, you know the loser Q and on shaman Viking dude who was in his horns. He's from Arizona, and he went to invade the capital. He's in jail. We spoke to his lawyer earlier. Today's lawyer thinks he's a terrific guy. We kind of disagree with that. You can hear that next. The aftermath of the U. S Capitol Razor wire is now being installed around the capital more than a week after the riotous mob stormed the building. A new FBI assessment obtained by ABC.

"Year you two just Google American shaman and find the closest location to you. That makes three of us because I used the products as well, Frank for you. You mentioned it earlier, but I want to kind of re focus on this. What is it about American shaman? That makes it a brand that you trust in an industry that's got a lot of competitors. Well, American shaman wasn't my first exposure to the CBD industry. And I kind of really was not impressed. You know, I've read and heard so much about it. I really was enthusiastic about giving it another opportunity to try CBT. And in the past, the other products I've tried just did not come up to anything. What I was told to do it. Do It wasn't until I was exposed. The American shaman CBD that I actually felt market difference and started to see one was just how Smalling wasn't in certain parts of my body, my joints and whatnot, and that's why I was telling anybody like If there's any doubt whether or not you want to give it a shot. That's why American shaman even go in, get a sample at any of the stores and try it out. Because once you get first hand experience, you know, no real risk to yourself. Besides the gas, it took you to get there. Um, that makes no sense The world not to give it a shot. I tell people that the minute you try the product you'll see for yourself and then mount, actually, you know, Taking a tour the factories and seeing how it's made. It makes sense why it works so much better with the matter technology. How is broken down and becomes water? Sybil much more than any other city product before which were had men of that ability or all extremely oil based, I just didn't absorb nor in their ability that That the American shaman has for him. That's so true. American Shaman definitely is a superior performing product. I know that you had the longest tenure in New York City history, the fountain, Bela, Tor, and the day after that, I know you considering coaching basically, what's next for you, Frank in your career. I mean, it's been an exciting one. So far. We know there's some stand up comedy going on. But what else do you have planned for your future? And most importantly, how can American Chabon CBD help you? Don't you want to do You know? Honestly, I think that if you have asked about 15 years ago if I'd still be fighting for the one I would have said no. But now it's It's more less. I I kind of just want to see how far the human body can really go. I think a lot of guys we have these preconceived notions of what OK at this age, man should you know be doing this? I mean, hell when I was a kid, you know, 41. You're you know, you've got a big belly. You're grilling burgers in the backyard and you might be telling glory days. Stories of high school. Not actually still competing with other 20 something year old athletes and then and then waiting on. So now you know, the first guy that ever did. It was Randy Couture that damn Henderson thought into their forties and still winning titles. So now I'm just curious how far I could go and push and it doesn't help it. One of my main wagering partners and coaches make best if 51 years old, and he's still out. Lift everybody in the jet, perhaps down, not even a competition. And so I'm sure they're going. Wow. Yeah, I gotta stop making, you know jokes about getting older. You know, I can't because, well, here's somebody who's 10 years my senior who's kicking my butt in the gym on a regular basis and everybody else on the way out. Guys that haven't met twice. They can't hold candle to him. And so now that's basically what I want to do is just push as far as I can to see what really is the limitations of what an athlete can do. And not just be motivated by financial games. Because that makes sense to me Why semantics hanging up? You don't make much money. As you get older, You can transfer another field to do other things. And But that's not even really y sort of thing to begin with. It was always a test myself, and now I'm testing myself against you all the you know, Father time. Frank Mirrors are guests on the American Shaman show before I let you go. It's a thrill of a lifetime to be able to talk to you on the program today, But I gotta ask you I mean, when I grew up, but I'm 61 years old boxing was the thing and slowly, slowly, slowly you have see mixed martial arts has replaced that. What is it about the appeal? And the excitement about the UFC and mixed martial arts that you think captured America and the world's imagination. Well, you know, I think boxing before used to have a fear of guys losing A guy could be 32 1 and I sucks, And I think that they saw it was in the May because we don't protect people in the UFC. And then the top shows they, you know the best fight the best. Well, that means people lose. I mean, that's like finding an Olympic wrestler who's undefeated. It's difficult because of a certain level when everybody is that good. People end up taking shots and and and and lose, But it still doesn't take away with how great they are. So we get to actually see really great fights were you know in the past with boxing because the different promoters Will protect their guys all the way to the titles. You have a guy who's fighting and I go. Hey, man, this guy's you know, he's two fights away. Maybe a fight away from title Contingency. We're gonna feel fight tonight and then all the sudden you see the guy who's fighting like what they do get. The local bartender is that that guy is really gonna step in the ring with that guy. And that's what you would see. In boxing. We're now whatever may your guys that are, you know, they're years from a title shot. They're fighting other killers, and we get to watch that his fans He really got tested and push. That element has made it to where it's made it more entertaining and not just one sided battle that we see in boxing. I love it. Frank Mir two time UFC heavyweight champion thrill for me and I'm sure matters Well, they have you on the show, The American Shaman CBD show heard every Sunday and Wtmj Thank you so much, Frank. Welcome, guys. Thanks the questions and that's we'll do it again. Next Sunday..

"Welcome back to American shaman Show her every Sunday, right here, Wtmj and joined by Matt Walsh, store owner for American Shaman and a special guest Today, two times you have seen every way champion and I found out a stand up comedian as well. Frank Mir Frank before we get to American shaman stuff real quick. What kind of a guy in an audience He's gonna heckle a stand up comedian who is also a two time UFC heavyweight champion. I don't get that. You know, you surprised. You know, in our society. There's definitely a buffer that allows people to get away with a lot of verbal. Uh, garbage before there are there but has to pay the consequences for it. So you know, alcohol gives the baby while people get say may or get out, Get out. Get a brave But then I would make that joke. You know, like, hey, if you're really gets to be famous, I'll make you famous. Just not gonna enjoy it. I love it. Let's get to the American shaman part. How are you, Frank First introduced American shaman CBD. That happened. I was actually doing commentary at a show called Excess in I Work Out regularly is one of the broadcast guys and a store owner and actually walked up behind me and spoke to me and it was like, Hey, I see that you're in a lot of pain in my back and you know and bending over it. And at first I was kind of over. You know, smart aleck back on. Do you not know who I am? Course pain in my middle name. I live in pain constantly, and so he pulled out a bottle of the the picture. And he put a couple drops of bottled water was here trying to sound and then maybe in crazy enough to go and just pick, you know candy from a stranger? Sure. If you say it's gonna help us give it a shot, so I took a drink of it. In about 30 minutes into the show. I want to stand up to interview somebody and I asked, stood up without paying Was drastically diminished in our shock. Is that why I can't believe like what was that? That that can't be CBD because I have been taken too many products previously and just was really no. I kept taking it. You telling me all this is gonna work for you and Other guys. I'm taking like a 30 day supply every week and I can't tell the difference. And then when the American products on the product came along, and I got introduced to it, I was shocked at how a single dose of them 30 minutes I felt so I ran back out into the crowd found the other Stoerner know what is that? You know, and Basically that started by introductions, American shaman. I got a whole defense from you know the owner and started talking from there like, hey, like this is incredible stuff and I'd like to get more people because everybody talks so highly. He believes such on the huge, you know, topic Now we'll have a great supplement, and but I feel like there's a lot of products out there that don't really deliver. And so I feel bad that I would have been one of those guys. Goes into a store buys it with all these promises of what's supposed to happen. I go home and I take it and I don't see any kind of results. You get to half the bottle. You just throw the rest away. You're like that's a waste of my time. A waste of my money. And really, that's a shame because the sea but he does work. It just has to be. You know, So far, American trauma is the only product I've found that I've really noticed. I market difference when I take it and don't take it. I used the water. Sybil Carter, too, And I think it's when the best ones that we have. What are some other products that he used that American shaman makes Frank take me again. The water saw the DVD. I take twice a day I take the extra strength. That's probably what I'd make sure that I mean, I never miss that. And now I'll take C B g first thing in the morning with my coffee, and then I take CvN and night home go to sleep. And then at night once I'm done with my you know, showering. It's time to get bed and she drives my wife nuts. But I basically covered by every anything that slightly bothers me. I cover with the ointment to be in my soul with the CBD in it. That really helps make a difference how I sleep at night and I'm top of that. The only other one that I'm really religious about that is the Omega. I think that twice a day also, just because again, I got to go to the manufacturer it with his hands and took the tour the factory and seeing how they make the product and realizing that The Omega being broken down the same way they break down the CBD into that battle technology of the car. Well, this is just a better product that when I'm getting, you know, currently we're talking to Frank Mir, two time UFC heavyweight champion on brand Ambassador for American Shaman products. I love the stories for somebody who's done this as long as you have. I know that you have expertise that we don't have. So talk to the athletes out there who are struggling with their performance and the recovery. How can they use CBD to kind of get them on the path to success that you've seen? Well, I would just challenge anybody. If you really want to know what's holding you back. All these people we constant want to do things to improve and I tell you what you'll have so much time in the day. You know, you have so much time to go to the gym so much time to eat problems so much time to sleep. And people really underestimate off therapy. Take care of yourself. You know that's gonna do three workout today, but they don't want to go see the therapist to get a massage or do stretching and do things that, But honestly, we're going to probably add much more to the percentage of their performance. I'm like, If you miss a way work, I would have to lose 0.2%, you know, But you're not stretching. Be a super You might be losing 10%. And so the one area I told you, but you look at it. Look at inflammation. You know, it doesn't take a long time to Google information and all the negative impacts that has on your body. Not only does it Hurt. You know, the immediate area where the injuries that internal inflammation is horrible for your body. It actually is an indicator of cardiovascular disease on and also to I tell people like I've been doing a lot of stuff with the military and a lot of PTSD type recovery and one thing that they even 10.2 is that ah lot of the stuff that happens mentally, the brain fog, a lot of the stress anxiety. They're noticing that a huge cut and reducing inflammation in the brain. And so when I say this to people I'm like, look, you know, obviously, you know, eating healthier and drinkable water. There's different things you could do. But the one area that really I noticed has a huge impact on my inflammation of my body. Makes 19 days I can tell whether when I wake up in the morning if I can close my hands or not, If I'm on CBD and and having a regular regiment of CBD in your body, it does reduce inflammation and again. Don't take my word for it. Everybody has a smartphone in the pocket Google information, see all the negative effects that it can do, and I tell everybody and if you could get a product that will help alleviate that it's not Dangerous chemical That's not going to harm your kidneys with long term use such a 90 proof that doesn't come with consequences, but nothing but benefits. But why? Why wouldn't you take that chance? Talking to Frank Mir, two time UFC heavyweight champion in a brand ambassador for American shaman CD products. After the break, we're gonna ask Frank what's next? What's next? Professionally? How will American shaman CBD products help him and others get to where they need to be, and we'll go through the locations of the American shaman stores in our part of Wisconsin with Matt Walsh, American Shawn, the store owner and my co host of the American Shaman Show.
