"Let's start out with delays we're seeing in the district Ph. D. C to 95 from Burrows past East Capitol Street that is reportedly due to a work zone. Dortmund slows passing Pennsylvania Avenue. We also had a report of a stop to box truck North bound before Benning Road in the left lane. So keep an eye out for that, but not releasing much of a delay North about 1995. So this past Malcolm X Avenue state To the left to get by the work zone. But we did have the debris reported as bricks and rocks spilled on the ramp from southbound to 95 southbound to 10.
