But while Kathy's father felt trapped in frustrated, he loved his kids. So he tried his best to stick around for them. One day during the summer of Nineteen, fifty-nine Bruce and Patricia to children out for a picnic eight-year-old Kathy, an adventurous type slipped off with one of her brothers to catch salamanders. As they caught critters in jars to black boys, approached her and her brother although she didn't know Roger and see Venice Junior by name Kathy recognized them. The holder family had been the talk of the town after a racially charged attack on one of the youngest sons as Venice junior watched the to unsupervised Kirk Oh kids. He saw an opportunity for retaliation he wanted. To beat them up like the other kids had done to his own brother but Roger wouldn't have it instead ten year old roger approached the girl with glasses and asked what she was doing with the Tadpoles. Kathy corrected him. She was catching salamanders. Roger enjoyed the girls spunk but his brother pulled him away he and Cathy waved goodbye hoping to see each other again. Ultimately however, the budding friendship was cut short when just four days later, the holder suddenly moved to California but Kathy wouldn't forget Roger Holder and their argument over Amphibians. In. The latter years of her childhood Kathy, watched her parents relationship completely deteriorate by the time she turned ten her father's musical ambitions had finally gotten the better of him. He ran off to Seattle in hopes of making it in the big city. This forced Cathy's mother Patricia to take over as the family breadwinner. Meanwhile, Kathy had no choice but to keep the household running and look after her three younger siblings before we continue with Kathy, psychology please note that I'm not a licenced psychiatrist or psychologist, but I have done a lot of research for the show. According to sociologist Monica Kirkpatrick Johnson when kids are forced to take on serious responsibility, they view themselves as older than they are. This is called subjective age and can lead adolescence to believe their maturity levels exceed those of their peers as Kathy's mom took on a full time secretarial job kathy nature her brothers were fed clothed and always ready to go to school on time in many ways, she became the second parent in the home. If, the child chooses to take on additional burdens that will likely manifest into positive characteristics down the line but negative effects may emerge when a child is forced into roles that demand them to perform as though they're older than they are Kathy may have appeared wise beyond her years but really she was merely mimicking adult behaviors. This type of pseudo maturity May. Increase. Unable to escape her resentment she rebelled she quit the track team dropped out of choir and stopped volunteering. Kathy dumped her boyfriend for a twenty something beach bomb every attempt her mom may discipline Cathy was met with verbal sparring. When eighteen year old Kathy graduated high school in June of Nineteen sixty-nine, her prospects looked bleak while others left with career goals and college plans Kathy kept dating and partying. So for the next two years, Kathy bounced from one random gig to another unable to hold anything down at first it was just laziness. Eventually, her indiscretions escalated while working at a drugstore she stole amphetamines for her friends when she was caught and subsequently fired it didn't seem to bother her in the slightest to make ends meet. Cathy resorted once more to theft.

He's a young kid with tremendous promise. A right, tremendous upside, he. He junkie blocked shots. He rebounds. He runs the floor. He's incredibly athletic. What if you found out the Knicks could get Anthony Davis, but they said no? Because we want to hold on the Mitchell Robbins. The Golden State in the next day. Exactly. So let's stop mentioning this talent. I don't care whether it's with junior. I don't care whether it's Kevin Knox. I don't care who the hell you bring up to me on the New York Knicks roster. I'm not saying they can't play. I'm not saying they don't have promise. I'm not saying it's upside. What I'm saying is, they don't belong in the same stratosphere as the more key free agents that are out there to be had. And if I'm the Knicks, and I've got to empty the chamber in order to get him. That's what I'm doing. The only individual where it would be a debate is if they had had the number one overall pick. Do you keep signing on to your trade him? Why? He's out in the his tail. He's going to miss the rest of the season. That's a devastating loss for things because he's a run stuffer. And when you got girly coming at you and C J Anderson now, that's a problem. If there's a reason to pick the Rams in this game that could very well. Be in. But Cooper Cup being out with is torn ACL in the left. Knee is a problem. So I can't summarily dismissed that. And what I would tell you right here right now. Beyond the shadow over doubt. Is simply this. Is going to be a nail biter. I don't think there's any question about that is going to be a nail biter. And as I look at these boys, and I mean, yeah, I remember the acquisition of Dante Fowler from the Jacksonville Jaguars early in the season. Oba Campbell should have had an inception of Dak Prescott Saturday in Branca's and Donald and sue. And now you got to leave back with Peter's so pitas zone out. Now, he's not great a man to man coverage. But he's great zones. He's not great as an all bowl defender. He's not great man and up, but it does buy does treat, and when he does those things he's very very effective, particularly when he's on a field to save Tom Akif, delete biz. To go get very very interested. To see what's going to happen in this game. And I gotta tell you. I cannot wait at eight say ESPN it's edited seven to nine three seven seven six years to even Smith show, ESPN radio ESPN news..

"Eighty toll free long distance. It's one eight hundred eighty. All right. But that's the mindset of many federal workers. And of course. When when you walk through the logic with me. See how this how does this make sense? And this is why there's not a huge wellspring of sympathy for those individuals who are laid off who are not working again again, again, let me state again again, again, if you're a federal worker, and if you're working you should be paid period. You have to defray payment until the. The government gets back to work. Well, okay. That happens. And with any luck at all you've been prudent and set aside some money so that you get through this period. Or since virtually every Bank in the world. Now that this is a problem for some folks, they're all reaching out. Doing their very best to make sure that those federal employees. I actually have recourse. Audrey is important New Jersey, Audrey good morning. Thanks for hanging on. Hi, how you doing? Got a couple of things to say and knocking sixty four. I worked for seventy five cents an hour in Florida their wages were much lower at feel. Are they they don't know how to save their money? A lot of now there's a lot of good federal employees. I'm sure and the women are gonna making the pie. God bless you. Congratulations and happy new year, and they have good luck live forever. But what they're doing. They got a seventy million dollar bonus. I heard two years ago. Eight years maybe seven six years ago or something and they had already had spent on women and wine and everything else. They should.

"Seven six years after that in two thousand fifteen was named crown prince. Yeah. It was since replaced in two thousand seventeen he was replaced by the current crown prince who was the guy that killed fucking. You did it with the crown to. Yeah. Yeah. They mutilated that journalists. Boy. Yeah. No one's good in this story about Trump after that story. They were like well like the CIA is saying it happened. And even they're saying, they probably did it. And he's just like it is what it is. It is. Man that is what an answer. Yeah. I guess the buck stops here was taken. Yeah. Can't say that he's rolling through all of his possible. Okay. Should I say stuck my did? DX on his crowd. He says global warming is real. Yemen. So that poor guy. In a way, I would. Poor guy kind of wish he'd killed that crown prince sure, I mean, if you're already they're already there. I mean, you're there you might as well do that. Yeah. It's funny because it's like, you know, before he then saw the dark Knight. You know? It's like they put that explosive in the guy's stomach, and yeah, it's like, yeah. Why don't you just take like a crazy person? Like get them a little bit through the system. I don't know if you just trying to cause like mass panic, right? And I think there's a there's definitely a lot more going on with say like, and these these are very like political attacks like trying to kill that that that guy. Right. I think the one thing that we talk about that. Maybe we have some. Insight or thoughts on is that like like, obviously, I don't know how it feels. To feel oppressed by a superpower, I don't know at all out of feels. But one thing that does happen. These people is that there are like they are manipulated. You. Are you are angry, you agree with the general thing that I'll Qaeda's saying, and then you Scientology and a lot of ways, right? Initial things start to more into like ocean. I'm in so deep now there's one thing to it's wanting to be angry. It's nothing to be so angry that you will you put your life doesn't matter to you anymore. You know, what I mean you want to die in order to help your own cause. And so I think the one thing that we can talk about is like you do like if you're a softer person not even to say that they are. But if you like our person who like is empathetic, and here's people when they talk to you, and is like Brown to being pushed in a direction, which I. Fucking em. I'm like that I found myself in a lot of situations, especially my younger life where I was with people who didn't like me that I didn't like doing things they wanted to do that. I didn't want to do. And like that's the thing to watch out for for. Sure. Yeah. I mean, it's definitely know like like shock that. It's always basically, young males. Who are don't have a direction your emotional back. Then you have nothing going on in the. Yeah. It's like it kind of gets funneled into this whole thing where it's like not only like say, can you eventually be conditioned that you'll kill yourself. It's it's given a cause. And you're believing that you're you're going to be like a hero. And you're you're making this. 'cause that you now so believe in go forward. And that's when we talked on nine eleven Christmas. The counter terrorism expert was like we just could not have for seen people being radicalized for such an extended period of time. You know, it's like you're mad usually like. Oh, my cousin got killed. I'm going to go kill someone right now or blow something up like, no. We gotta like take down the western power land for years. It's like no one could really seen. Right. I I think it's like a cult, basically. It's like a death. Yes. It's it's like Scientology, you get alienated from all the positive people in your life. Every time they call their family, and they almost never know that they're in these these terrorist cells, right? Like, it's not like. Camp. What you're saying? With like last week. Oh, what do you mean? I mean, Hamburg, of course. Yeah..
