"Just to leave open just in case it doesn't work I mean I do think they're going to try and give us a solo run because I have to say wrestling has been getting better. Watching is as clumsy as at times. Exchange. Maybe. I'll be good for ability to go back to Ed exte- maybe maybe it'll be good for them to try some stuff alone by just think everyone knows how close they are it just felt efusing credibly forced you know I don't know I just. As I say I know people might find him unbearable by those eighty one would want to see the iconic sexually split up. See whether do maybe just manage each other because they just can't team. Maybe yeah. Maybe Billy's about mouthpiece and I do think it's Rally. Maybe who knows but we'll have to say but as of now, the iconic can no longer team and riot squad are the number one contenders to Jackson Baseline, which is a scary thought for Ryan Morgan I'm not GonNa lie that's just frightening. then. Moving onto the mysterious. Before the match Seth and Murphy you obviously came out seth newsradio angry and he's Blaming Murphy for screwing, up toes into get out. Slap Him in the head tells me to shut his mouth kind of stuff. Seth really played this. He'll roll really really well, I have to say Murphy's played like his party really well. He's got the door coordinator set file just got the seth order they has. Literally literally like that Dominic clothesline Murphy from behind nosy going the ramp and looking back at rollins and ran down and got the match underway. He's very impressive for being really new to this. Yes. Yes and I I really do think seth rollins has been one of the best people to put him up against like on a rotation. He sells for him kind of got. You can see guiding dome from one moment into another. Something I feel I still feel dumb obey slack on like the storytelling in the ring like he's clearly talented. I WANNA see. Now, what next I wanNA see dominant go against someone else now sets kind of carried him in here Yeah the. Stuff afterwards like the mysterious firmly backstage and the mom looking like she's going to cry and I want them to start treat him like a wrestler, not a child you know. That that has to stop quick because they've told that story now we get it. We've seen it great for what next I WANNA I wanNA start to see something next I mean set saw the family packaging stumped more to be fair but as I say I think seth has done wonders for dominate is just what can dominate do now to build on it I think the me Are they going around that rates hurt. Yeah. I. Wonder Like I wonder. Yeah. Because I'm I'm assuming it was getting dragged on the tag matches and stuff like that..

"Daniel Holdsclaw case I want to get into that and give you my take and you can give me your take on the way to do that is a four oh one thousand Lee Mathews it Katie okay dot com what it really says what it really means also we had a story that ice is here to stay at least in the Oklahoma county sheriff's office there was conversation about why they were there and if they should stay the sheriff's department says they will and I'll tell you why the FCC is handed down a ruling you're gonna love and I'll get into that coming out who if anyone was the winner in last night's democratic debate will also get into that and we still are talking about the sixty five year old woman from Guthrie who was pulled over in Kashan for having a tail light out she gave the officer some lip and the officer was going to write a retake it she resisted arrests gave change Sam was raised she was arrested and is on ten thousand dollars bond and there's been a lot of conversation about that whether it was police brutality or the policeman exceeded what he should have been doing our his failure to neutralize the situation I think the woman got what she deserved because she was being belligerent from the start and committed a crime when she did not take the summons the citation she committed a crime by insulting and cussing at the officer she committed a crime by eve veining arrest and she committed a crime when she struck the officer so I think she will be found guilty on all those counts maybe be able to plead down that deal and not doing a jail time but I'm on the side of the pool a police officer in this particular case Mike is an admin on newsradio one thousand Katie okay what do you think anyway I completely agree with you with the exception of whenever you do sign a ticket from a place saucer that officer normally will tell you this is not an admission of guilt that you are going to sign this ticket for promise to appear it's an acknowledgement that you receive the citation yeah when I think maybe everyone about it and I understand that she was completely from the very get go rant she was yeah yeah and you could tell her obviously there's probably something in the past with this police officer but I think this police department I mean you know I I could get aggravated if I were driving forty six miles an hour in a forty five zone through Arcadian they pulled me over and I said something to the effect of I guess you need a little extra money to go out this weekend huh but he wouldn't put up with that either yeah the police officer but it took a few extra seconds and just that okay you don't want to sign this ticket that's fine here's the other option I only have two options here you either side the ticket will be on your way or you go to jail for refusing to sign the check yeah now refusing to take the citation yeah yeah but everything else I completely agree with that she should not have she really in all reality sugar sugar just taking the ticket yeah it out now you know really good the officer has after that just give me the damn check yet yeah okay you got now sign a check in you can be on your way in things may not of escalated but it went down the way there each year about getting what she deserves yeah it she probably will be found guilty in my idea maybe sell Mike thank you for calling from admin on newsradio one thousand Katie okay Daniel holes clause conviction was upheld by an appellate court today you remember the case thirty two year old Daniel Holdsclaw appealing is eighteen convictions and two hundred sixty three year prison sentence the court ruled that holds clause appeal was denied the case grabbed national headlines after thirteen Oklahoma City women accused Holdsclaw of sexual attacks while he was on duty and August twenty fourteen the state charge told claw Holdsclaw with thirty six felony counts of rape thirty six indecent exposure forcible all I'm not gonna get into the to the to the nuts and bolts of it but thirteen women came forward and he ended up getting eighteen of those counts convicted the others were thrown out you know why because they didn't have the evidence to convict that's why the eighteen stock and there was DNA evidence now was that the evidence DNA evidence fate was it I don't know but eighteen counts are you telling me thirteen women were making this up just to try to stick it to this cop now the whole thing was the initial trial was a carnival atmosphere and so the defense team was appealing saying that he didn't get a fair trial because of that but the appellate court today said now he did get a fair trial now there will be another appealing process but that'll take time and that will also take money but I wanted to know what you thought of it DNA is pretty convincing and eighteen of thirty six counts to me is pretty convincing as well beyond a reasonable doubt eight four one thousand Lee Mathews it Katie okay that concept right on social media lied to I recall you interviewing Michelle Malkin regarding the dental Holdsclaw case yes Seth I have interviewed Michelle Malkin a number of times on this program in fact if you like a quick list here it is when Michelle Malkin wrote a book about inventors she reached out to me to talk about it on the air I said sure in fact we have a couple of great inventors right here in Oklahoma City the inventor of the parking meter and the inventor of the shopping cart later when Michelle Malkin wrote a book about the dental Holdsclaw case I had a run to talk about that later when Michelle Malkin wrote about produced a documentary about the Daniel Holdsclaw case Ike patter on about that when part two of that documentary came out I had a wrong about that and when another media company here in town had Michelle Malkin on an ambush her to refute everything she was saying and all of her documentaries with a state's attorney I have Michelle Malkin on to read but everything that was said about running here so if the implication is I'm not having Michelle Malkin on about Daniel holes call because of the appealing case no she's she's I've been very very very generous to and I'll just leave it at that Seth newsradio one thousand Katie okay Denise's in el Reno high hello there Sir think about the whole deal I know what a man yeah they did one of the women only PM and her name was and he said that she just laughter head off about all the money that she got and how she made that up and how she got a white car they are wait a minute yeah it's bad but my husband my ex husband used to be it was a call to police officer on the north side and he said it was quite common the lady when they talk to proposition the police officers they proposition but please stop the third officer how can we get how can we work out here all they that it happened to him on the line so I'm not sure about all right story I'm really not well and and Denise it's it's entirely probable hi entirely probable that that that that that there is that that goes on and that there are cases of about eighteen were they able to motivate that many witnesses and pay them that much money to do this okay that's possible I don't think it's probable but it's possible and then the other thing is the DNA evidence there is very damning DNA evidence I'm not going to get him to where it was found and how it was found because it's gross and I want to share that on this program but it's pretty damning and it's pretty convincing enough to convince a jury and evidently this appellate court thought so too we do have problems sometimes other justice but I don't I just don't there's too many there are too many variables here that that are that the dead are answered for Kathy is on newsradio one thousand thousand Katie okay thank you bring it on good evening how are you Hey I'm pretty good guns for everybody as usual there you go Hey just wanted to say I agree with everyone hi said taking the side of the police officer we would respect the place up there's a little bit more but I I really am shocked as an older woman myself I can't believe the ladies that age what has so much disrespect replace doctors just take the ticket even if you disagree take it go fight it in court whatever but you don't act like that put yourself in jeopardy like that yeah that's that's the whole thing I said this on an online post I put out earlier Kathy it doesn't matter if you're being pulled over for Jay walking or convicted for white collar crime or being or or being charged with the death penalty you have the right to remain silent for a reason and this is that reason if you start now that off it'll be used against you what about her care kids her family all this she's she's a barrister family yeah I think yeah I think she has but I don't know some people takes a lot to embarrass them thanks yeah absolutely newsradio one thousand Katie okay David and Oklahoma City high LA I lived in California and they used to have what we're called fix it ticket I would ask that all people would send the email to the legislature or you know the reps and senators at them to put some said you some sort of law into effect like that so you would get thirty days and if you fix it then you can go to any police officer stopped by the police station Stacy with six they ride at all they entered into the computer and you know you just keep a copy in your in your car in case you get pulled over again and then boom that stopped that problem there and they were not a problems with being nice like that because I've seen people have a brake light out and I would just you know like if I was convenient for me I say Hey your brake lights out and no one knows that you know right yeah and and that's understandable having a brake light out is understandable you don't know in till you you know I happen to see an enemy or or whatever David I think we do have some what of that system you just described I think police do have a chance to pull you over give you a written warning and that will that and she probably could have had a written warning if she hadn't mouth off when he said yeah yeah the tail light out yeah it's been out for six nods as though you have it took six months to figure it out I mean this and that's what that's what got a mad and so then he started right there he he needs well you need to remain on emotional because these are doing well she should have said that she should have said that you should all yeah I know I I it was working this morning I don't I had an accident and it's been off and on again I I'm sorry she could have said that he's okay well here's a written warning go get it fixed and when you should but I don't have you seen the picture of the of the vehicle it's pretty banged up it looks like either she rear ended somebody or somebody rear ended her or backed into something because the whole tail gate is pushed forward so it's not the type of repair that she could just go down and get a new light bulb for the light it wasn't something that simple the whole limbs would need to be changed and these days those lenses run three four hundred dollars I understand all that but you could still go get it fixed and if you've been nice to the officer he probably would've said okay here's a written warning you go get it fixed and there won't be any charge and and and off they go but now she was she was peeled about something and I don't know if it was about that policeman the police department being pulled over in general she was in a hurry I don't know any of that but again I go back to you have a Fifth Amendment for this reason everybody saying this is the state coming down on this poor old sixty five year old woman which she had a right to remain silent and the state would not have come back down on newsradio.
