"Up close and personal. There are many cops and sergeant Dan Hill said, and firefighters M s That do not want to get vaccinated. Because they're already immune because they've been exposed. They don't want to do it. Now, Joe Biden is going to make them do it Make cops are like in my mind like soldiers defending America. They must do it. Then he exempts the Postal service because they contributed to his campaign. Let's continue. Got me all pissed off. Let's go to Mark and Lebanon, the home of the Golden Lamb and Marco Hedge on the Bill Cunningham, Sir Mark, Go ahead. Well, I I have a question. You know, they removed all the liability from right all the drug companies, right? And I think you know, I don't know what I think, if people that we're concerned about what happens two or three years from now. They put their money where their mouth is and say, Okay, let's if it's so good. Well, we'll take care of you. Mm. I mean, uh, my son's 30 years old and they just had their first child and I'm sure they're going to have more. But He's they're both concerned and they're educated people. Mark what I'm concerned about. Is the status of our nation that we have a wide open southern border unattended. We have an invasion going on of largely millions of individuals who don't fit into our society that don't have skills that we need. They're going to flood the public schools and public health care. We have a currency. The dollar that we borrow $5 billion every day because of the spending in Washington that cannot be paid back. We have the American soldier and generals incapable of winning a war. We're about 76 years into it. No victories. We have Afghan Taliban and terrorist released by Obama in order to get Bergdahl out. We have five of the best terrorists in the world now running the Afghan government on 9 11, they're going to have a gigantic celebration of 9, 11 and Kabul, Afghanistan, talking about the victory over the Great Satan. We have large urban public schools incapable of educating Children about to blow up into more riots on a regular basis, middle class jobs and manufacturing jobs are almost non existent. And for a young person facing that, mark, I'm a grandfather now and a father. I'm greatly concerned about the future of this great country greatly concerned. And now The federal government is going to cause millions of employees to leave their jobs because the benefits of not working exceed those of working. So let's continue. We have Larry Bryan, Cathy and Chris. We have, of course, full lines of one ever becomes available. 749 7000, Plus, I have a text Another good friend of mine. The hunter. Biden owns 10% of a Chinese company. And the stock has gone up 62% since his dad became the president, You might recall that stuff a few years ago with Hunter Biden Joe Biden going to Beijing when Joe was the vice president about six years ago, taking ownership of Chinese companies. So the communist Chinese government that originated through Wuhan virus are now directly paying off the sun. Of the president. Must continue with more. Bill Cunningham. "Friday of next week with the Los Angeles Dodgers in town. But until then, so much going on, we've not heard from the mayor of Cincinnati, John Cranley in quite a while. Many issues are percolating Number one with the mayor Andrew Ginther did in Columbus yesterday. We then have the indictments of his main competitor to become the Democratic nominee for governor, whenever a headline says Unsealed warrants show FBI suspected Dayton contractor of bribing Mayor Nan Whaley. That's always a bad headline. Plus, we have the comments of Sergeant Dan Hills of yesterday. So the man with the answers is the mayor of our city. John Cranley and John Cranley. Welcome again. And the Bill Cunningham showing Mayor how are you? Well, I'm very good. Good to be back with you two or three issues of percolating number one I had on your friend and mine's Sergeant Dan Hills who is not vaccinated, and I think the city Is going to implement a policy requiring employees to get vaccinated or to be tested once a week. He wants neither he along with most of the coppers, firefighters, EMS personnel. Have been exposed to the virus to have the antibodies. So what do you say to the Sergeant Dan Hills and the firefighters? Etcetera who do not want to get vaccinated for whatever reason when they've already been infected with Covid 19. Why would you require them to do that? Well, first of all, um It is my understanding that the city manager is working some issues out with The police and firefighters and asks me are big three big collective bargaining unit, and they had asked for some help on Testing and You know on how and where to do it. Um, but fundamentally, we believe that Thanks. Either testing or vaccination is a condition of employment. However, we are slowing the process down to work out some kinks to make it easier for folks to either test or vaccinate well, and Sergeant Dan Hills his case. He claims that to have the The Popsicle stick stuck upside a nostril and bringing out some of your brain is bad for him because he's on blood thinners and they will call some some blood to be expelled. He doesn't want that. Plus, like many Americans in L. A. It's uncomfortable to have that happen on a week. They can't speak for him. I'm sure you spot you speak to him, and he said, it's almost punitive and painful. Either You do what we tell you to do, or else we're going to hurt you every week. Is that the message? No, no, the messages that or I believe in freedom of organizations. You know if a cruise line in Florida wants to require vaccinations that's free market and and their competitor cannot require it. But the city believes that people should test or be vaccinated, and I think everyone will be. I personally hope that everyone Gets vaccinated and then ultimately the booster to end this pandemic sooner rather than later. But I don't think it's unreasonable to ask for one or the other, because if if you're not vaccinated and you have it, you may spread it to others, and so it it just seems like it. It's fair. To require. What are the other now? Having said that? The way in which we're requiring it. We slow down to accommodate some of their concerns. What about the fact that Sergeant Dan Hills and he claims most of the coppers firefighters AMs They've all been exposed to it? They all have antigens or antibodies, and he can demonstrate he did recently that he has sufficient antibodies in his system from age 78 months ago when he was infected to ward off infection. The vaccines. Purpose is to provide antibodies is would you consider it acceptable if city employees presented evidence every week or every two weeks that they were indeed filled with antibodies and didn't need the vaccine? Would that be a factor? I know that That issue has been raised, and that's one of the things that we're looking into. I don't know how it will be resolved, but I know that he has raised that issue, and I know the managers taking it seriously and trying to figure out what the options are. Page two. Columbus Mayor Andrew Ginther announced on Wednesday yesterday he would sign an executive order that would require everyone regardless of vaccination status to wear masks inside publicly accessible buildings. The order becomes effective tomorrow on Friday, the places where it applies Involves courthouses, grocery stores, restaurants, barber shops, movie theaters, any other publicly accessible indoor area. Is Ginther, right or wrong. I believe in local government making the best decisions for their people, but we do not intend to pursue that here. I don't believe that people who have been vaccinated should be required to wear mask and it's impossible to know. Whether someone isn't reason, so I don't think it's a practical way forward. So as the mayor of Cincinnati, you will not follow the lead of Andrew get through to require mask mandates in the city of Cincinnati. I respect his right to do what he thinks is best for the people of Columbus. I think it's too impractical to do here and I know our police would not what we really do not want to enforce it. It's impossible to know by looking at somebody whether or not vaccinated or not, and the CDC. Is only recommending that people who are not vaccinated wear masks. Are you vaccinated? Absolutely yes, and I encourage everyone listening to get vaccinated. Would you get the booster? The extra booster when you get three? Whatever it takes, would you continue to do that? Absolutely. I know many, many people who have who have gotten the Delta area after being vaccinated. They tend to have milder cases, although not all of them, But clearly the vaccination helps in the booster helps. And this may be like the flu shot, something we have to do once a year for the rest of our lives. Now I'm told by the infectious disease experts around the tri state the nation in the world that this Particular virus will be with us at least through the end of this century. Now, I'm not sure you and I will be here and 79 years, but nonetheless, it's going to be here a long time. And I think that's uh truthful statement. You just said now Page three. It's always a bad deal when you're running for the next high political office and the headline says Unsealed warrants show FBI suspect that Dayton contractor of Bribing Mayor Nan Whaley It goes on to say, among other things, that there's wiretaps that they had, and, uh, and one part of this story. It says that Blackshear who is one of the one of her Bobos Uh, that was on the tape, he said. You know, the city of Dayton Commission doesn't have to come out here. So Blackshear does all the running black shirt comes out here and collects all the money. Quote unquote quote. Even Nan Whaley is in on the deal. And one of her one of the co conspirator said, Oh, yes, very much. So it goes on to say that. In another unsealed search warrant requested for a city commissioner Joey Williams, home, an informant said he had heard Rouse quote had donated thousands of dollars to the mayor's campaign. I current city of Dayton Mayor Nan Whaley. Williams indicated the date and businessman had donated $50,000 their campaign. And 25,000 never made it to the campaign. And then the Columbus Dispatch went over and looked at the Montgomery County Board of elections. And there's no donation whatsoever from Rouch. So it appears from the FBI that she pocketed around $50,000 in cash that did not hit the campaign, nor did that But it did hit her pocket, and I would assume she did not declare that on her taxes. But that's me speaking, she ran in 2017 is the Democratic primary opponent dropping out supporting Richard Cordray..

"Billy Cunningham. I'm not an expert on the subject matters. Although I sit here for the last year and a half. In fact, I'm now celebrating my 38th year on the radio with you now. But nonetheless, uh I've gotten so many texts and emails and phone calls, including her first name is Katie. I won't give out her last name. Who is Lee? What are his credentials? He's got me so fired up. Dan Hill was not refuting the vaccine. He was refuting the vaccine for himself totally different. Had covid 19 in February of 2020. That would have been Well more than a year and a half ago. 24 hours of body eggs and fatigue traveling to Las Vegas for work. I'm still testing positive random bodies. He didn't know what he's talking about. So February 2022 now is what 19 months. Got another text from another caller. Who must go nameless, of course. Who says, among other things, the following here are my test results and he sends me I didn't know and necessarily need to see this, but he sends me the test results. It demonstrates he has antibodies. He's the same age as I am. Your color doesn't know what he's talking about, he said. There's no anybody's after 90 days. I was sick with Covid in October. I still have antibodies. So your caller is a clown. He says Lee from Harrison is a clown. And he sent me the antibody test that reset results. Uh, current result in flag 93.6 well protected. So October denial would be what almost a year. A year later. You're still have antibodies. So, uh, I think it's fairly certain that maybe there's some individuals who, after 60 to 90 days lose their protection, But I know Sergeant Dan Hills And Covid 19 8 to 9 months ago, and he's still testing positive for antibodies 8 to 9 months later, the purpose of the vaccine Is to give your immune system antibodies if you get them naturally from having charge yourself in the infection or get them from a messenger RNA vaccine. It reaches the same part, but Lee said, Well, it doesn't apply, and I Think there's available evidence to the contrary. Shall we say Go to Donny and Love one, and if you have similar experiences You may change your first names or protect the guilty 749 7000 because the it's important to note That How long are they antibodies with you? That's a terribly important factor in deciding whether to get the vaccine or not, And, uh, About this. This is another one first name is Terry. I'm very I'm verifying. Also still have I G, uh, antibodies after a yearly is wrong. Absolutely. I get that all the time. And maybe you can be reinfected. But then it appears each time you re infected unless you have underlying conditions in her elderly. It has the symptoms of like a code. Or maybe not even that much. So we do I think having sat here, I'll make this statement. I think the majority viewpoint is the antibodies exist for a long time now whether it's a year For a year and a half or 100 years. We don't know. Some of these coronavirus antibodies last for a century. Some others last for a couple of months, like a common cold. But the state that 60 to 90 days and you're done that is not accurate and to say that masks as worn by Children in school. Assist greatly in the non transmission. That's not true, I guess we we play the cuts of the experts of the world, saying that these cloth masks worn by students provide little or no protection. What would protect as an n 95 respirator mask. Now try to get a six year old to properly wear an N 95 respirator mask. Let's continue. Thousands are on hold. Let's go to Donny and then David and Jennifer and many others. Donny and Love in the home of the Tigers. Welcome to the Bill Cunningham Show and Dani, Go ahead. Hi, Willie. This is Dani. First time caller man. Longtime listener. I've got to bring some light to the day while we deal with this lee fella, But I got to tell you, my son is 10 years old. I have you to thank for this situation. He goes to school. Teachers ask him. What's he going to be when he grows up? Bring some to paper? Read it. It says I'm going to be an attorney says Why so I can sue everybody. Where did he get that from? Got it from me from his mom says Well, Mom, let me tell you when we were going to Florida. About three years ago, we met Mr Willie Cunningham on the airplane. My three little Children were following behind. I said hi to you. You said Hey, bring him over. Bring them up, they said. I said Hi, guys. This is really I listen to him on the radio, You said And he said guys What are you going to be when you grow up? And you told him And I'll tell you what that stuck with him to this day. You said stay in school. Be an attorney, and you can sue everybody. Oh, really? I loved it. Well, it's a good profession. It forms your life. Even if you don't practice law later on, as many do not. It gives you an idea how the system works. It's been there, right. You know, at one point if somebody would say to me now, what are you? I'd say I'm a talk show host about 20 years ago, I would have said I'm an attorney. But now having done this, I'm completing this week. My 38th year and so I'm thinking at this point. I'm a talk shows for good or ill and I start practice a little bit..

"And I would say if you're a cop of firefighter, if you're a CEO, correction officer of your deputy sheriff Highway patrolman, it would be impossible not to have been exposed to Covid 19 with the numbers Impossible. That means all you guys are immune against it anyway. And so if you make lousy PPE, they could not give us enough. No, no, they gave us crap. I don't think say that they gave us it gets crappy mask. And and they did not give us enough and 95. If we all had one. They're only good for a day or two at most, and then you've got to throw them away and you got to wear them the right way. We did not have enough P and we weren't We weren't trained adequately. They tried to do some training, but it just none of it. Comment. It didn't pass the common sense smell test. It's like this ain't really gonna work at all. And it didn't work. Like I said, we had dozens of officers got sick. Some of them get secret and others. But right now with this Delta virus and everybody's going nuts going nuts except for except for at the I'm not going nuts. I'm saying, I am saying I'm not going nuts. Well, sometimes I feel like going nuts, but the policemen are not as concerned and we don't have a whole lot of active infections anymore. Why? Because we're we're going around and most of us either have been vaccinated or you're a man of natural unity or both, And we don't need we don't need our employer. Using a heavy hand and saying You must think like we think, but back to my back to what I tell you before the be tyrannical. He needs somebody else. That's gonna be little tin soldiers on your side. Either the army and the Marine Corps and the Navy and all them who are being forced in the vaccination by order or by police departments who are being forced vaccinations by orders all across this country, and I think it's the police unions that have the best opportunity to stand up to this Dan Hills. They cannot get along without coppers at ST Anne's that you see at Christ. They can't get along without 20% of their workforce that refuses to get vaccinated. We live in difficult times because they haven't had a government is everywhere And we can't live our lives as free liberty loving Americans anymore. Because the heavy hand of the Borg the board is upon us. We got to run Sergeant Dan Hills. You're a great American. Stay strong. Don't collapse. "Billy Cunningham, the great American this Labor Day weekend and story caught my eye to Newsmax. And that is that many times those on the front lines of law enforcement and I consider police officers to be similar to American soldiers who daily put their life at risk. At any one point, a police officer could be killed. The story caught my eye this morning. I was watching some of the Sunday morning talk shows his story. South Florida police stress vaccination, too slow number one killer cops and I read the story. Story here says, according to the national F o P 622 Covid 19 related deaths in the U. S. A police officer since the start of the pandemic, which is the number one cause of death for cops, according to the National Fraternal Order of Police. They have statistics out of the great State of Florida, Florida Florida has lost 56 officers to Covid 19, the same total as the largest state in the country, which is California. Texas has lost 143. Was a couple quotes here from the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Department and also from Dade County, in which there, uh, arguing that their staff police officers under their command should be vaccinated as soon as possible. Some jurisdictions require it like California, like New York, Connecticut tend to be blue states have more government crackdowns. Some of the red states just the opposite, but the some of the bluest counties in America Like Palm Beach County in Dade County. They a trend blue. They voted, uh, I think maybe it was different with the Trumpster. But there's certainly blue counties. So let's talk now tonight with a police officer has been on the force for about 32 years, and he's a friend of mine. From Cincinnati, and he's also the president of the F O P in Cincinnati. And the certainly is cognizant of the national issues that affect law enforcement. And sergeant Dan Hills. Welcome again to the Bill Cunningham shown. Sergeant, How are you? It's gonna him on. Fine, sir. How about yourself doing well this Sunday night and a little chilly in Cincinnati compared to other places, But, uh, let's talk about police officers and you've been in the union. You've been a sergeant. In a relatively large police division now for about 31 32 years, and there's a crackdown happening for those who want to have the freedom either to get vaccinated or not. And I know off the air. You don't mind sharing your status and that is that you're not vaccinated and don't want to get vaccinated. And what's the reason? Sergeant? Well, The reason is this kind of amas. I believe that natural immunity works as well. I've read a lot about it. I think it works as well as the vaccine may be better and without the risk of the vaccine, So I went and got tested and found out that I have both of natural immunities that they were testing for the at the time at the Kroger Pharmacy, So the goal of Mader to Jane J Advisor would be to cause certain T cells and B cells, which are the so called fighters. Covid 19, And so since you already have them because you had covid 19 at some point, and your body naturally responded to it, and you may be referencing the story out of Israel. In which Israel found that you have 5 to 6 times more protection. And if you got the vaccine That's one of the ones I've read. I've read others that even push it even higher than that. So, um again, I You know, I'm just making a personal choice for myself. I believe in medical freedom. And I do not like when employers Are pushing on their employees. What their medical advice is, I like I like fall on my own instincts, my own doctor's advice and my own research ahead of theirs and all over the country. If you're in Texas, Nevada, If you're New York and Minnesota or Missouri, I'd have to think that every day every week every month If you're a corrections officer in a jail or if you're a deputy sheriff, pulling people over many times in traffic violations, or if you're a big city police officer in Philadelphia, New Yorker Atlanta You come in contact every day, week and month, literally hundreds of individuals. The great majority of those individuals probably have covid 19. The great majority are affected. And if you're a monk, or if you're a radio talk show host. You're capable of going from your home into the studio, not make a lot of public appearances. Go back home and go to the golf course. But if you're a cop And you're our correction officer. Your deputy sheriff. If you're a constable or a bailiff, transporting prisoners back and forth the court, I can't imagine the typical big city cop. How many individuals if you're a typical big city cops say you're 5 10 15 years on the force. How many typical individuals would you come in contact with on a regular basis? All thousands. I mean, some of them you're going to thousands and thousands. I should say some of them. You're going to wrestle a lot, You know, it's really a typical dealing for a police officer is to be dispatched into a home and a lot of times the homes that were dispatched into in the inner city. Have very narrow hallways. Um, have very small room. So you're In very intimate settings with people and since I believe again, reading on my own and stuff that this is an airborne disease. I think that's where a lot of our officers one we're coming in contact and coming down with Covid and then for myself who's not out there doing that type of work anymore, but I was in contact with hundreds of officers. Many of them who were carrying covid or head covid not even knowing it yet because they were giving it out there on the streets, But you know we were in the union. We're feeding a bunch of cops and everything through the George Floyd writes. So I had a pretty strong suspicion that I might have had..

"Labor Day weekend and story caught my eye to Newsmax. And that is that many times those on the front lines of law enforcement and I consider police officers to be similar to American soldiers who daily put their life at risk at any one point. A police officer could be killed. The story caught my eye this morning. I was watching some of the Sunday morning talk shows his story. South Florida police stress vaccination, too slow number one killer cops and I read the story. Store here says, according to National F O P. 622 Covid 19 related deaths in the US and police officer since the start of the pandemic, which is the number one cause of death for cops, according to the National Fraternal Order of Police. They have statistics out of the great State of Florida, Florida, Florida has lost 56 officers to Covid 19. The same total is the largest state in the country, which is California. Texas has lost 143. There's a couple quotes here from the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Department and also from Dade County. And once they're arguing that their staff police officers under their command should be vaccinated as soon as possible. Some jurisdictions require it like California, like New York, Connecticut tend to be blue states have more government crackdowns. Some of the red states just the opposite. But the some of the bluest counties in America are like Palm Beach County in Dade County. They trend blue. They voted. I think maybe it was different with the Trumpster. But there's certainly blue counties. So let's talk now tonight with a police officer has been on the force for about 32 years. He's a friend of mine. Fine, sir. How about yourself doing well this Sunday night and a little chilly in Cincinnati compared to other places, But let's talk about police officers. And you've been in the union. Sergeant? Well, the reason is this kind of him as I believe that natural immunity works as well. I've read a lot about it. Um, I think it works as well as the vaccine may be better and without the risk of the vaccine, so I went and got tested and found out that I have Of the natural immunities that they were testing for that at the time at the Kroger Pharmacy, So the goal of Mader to change a or Pfizer would be to cause certain T cells and B cells, which are the so called fighters of Covid 19. And so since you already have them Because you had covid 19 at some point, and your body naturally responded to it. And you may be referencing the story out of Israel in which Israel found that, uh, you have 5 to 6 times more protection than if you got the vaccine. That's one of the ones I've read. I've read others that even push it even higher than that. So again, I You know, I'm just making a personal choice for myself. I believe in medical freedom. And I do not like when employers are pushing on their employees. What their medical advice is, I like, Uh, I like to call on my own instincts, my own doctor's advice and and my own research ahead of theirs. And all over the country. If you're in Texas, Nevada, if you're New York in Minnesota or Missouri, I'd have to think that every day every week every month if you're a corrections officer in a jail or if you're a deputy sheriff, pulling people over many times in traffic violations, or if you're a big city police officer in Philadelphia, New Yorker Atlanta You come in contact every day, week and month, literally hundreds of individuals. The great majority of those individuals probably have covid 19. The great majority are affected. And if you're a monk, or if you're a radio talk show hosts are capable of going from your home into the studio. Not make a lot of public appearances. Go back home and go to the golf course. But if you're a cop And you're our correction officer. Your deputy sheriff. If you're constable or a bailiff transporting prisoners back and forth the court, I can't imagine at the typical big city cop. How many individuals if you're a typical big city cops say you're 5 10 15 years on the force, How many typical individuals where you come in contact with on a regular basis? All thousands. I mean, some of them you're going to thousands and thousands. I should say some of them. You're going to wrestle a lot. You know what's really a typical dealing for a police officer is to be dispatched into a home and a lot of times the homes that were dispatched into in the inner city. Have very narrow hallways. "And one other things. How many times that we've been told. If you get the shot and shot you get the jab. Any of those three. You're good to go don't have to wear a mask anymore. Hold that repeatedly, right? So I'm not wearing a mask. If I have to go into a business with a mask on guess what? I'm not going into that business. I'm done with the mask. We know it doesn't matter. Everyone. The cloth masks do not work, according to Dr Fauci, and everyone has looked at it because the holes in the cloth masters so large, the virus goes right through. If you want to have an n 95 respirator mask, Maybe that would work. But these master completely worthless their virtue, signaling with no real impact on your health. And lastly, before I go back to the calls the national media being what they are illegitimate. Going after the governors of Florida and Texas Abbott and dishonest because they perceive them as representatives of Donald Trump. You would think, therefore that Florida and Texas have a large number of deaths per one million of their population. That's also the place is the number one number two location where Joe Biden is sending. Illegal aliens 40 to 60% infected with Covid 19 without their other shots, probably with underlying comorbidities one diaper another. It's not a real healthy lifestyle to live in Guatemala. Not real healthy, so when when those individuals come to America, they come. They bring with them a a menu of different and difficult health difficulties because they have not been addressed over the years. From dental to more serious things. And I get that if I live in Guatemala and saw on CNN, the welcoming arms of Joe Biden and all the money waiting for me, I do my damnedest to get here to. I don't blame those those God fearing persons whatsoever. I would do it exactly what they're doing. The worst country that the worst state in America for Covid 19 is New Jersey Governor Murphy Not even close 3034 deaths per one million and think about that The worst state is New Jersey. The second worst state is New York. So the Democratic strongholds of New York and New Jersey where the media is located, does not cover The fact that New York and New Jersey are number one and two, when it comes to deaths per one million, and even at that the deaths are 3000 and 34 deaths per one million. That's almost a lottery number. Okay? By the way, Florida is number 18th. In Texas, his number 25. In the states. The higher the worst you are, you would think from the media coverage. What a lousy job to stand as an amateur doing Greg Abbott and to stand as you would think they're doing a lousy job in Texas and Florida. In reality, they're doing a pretty damn good job. But the media because that doesn't fit the media diatribe since they represent the Democratic Party. They're not going to give me the facts. If you have time, go to real clear politics dot com and scroll down Coronas Covid 19 U. S deaths that that's per one million confirmed cases has test administered. Have confirmed cases per one million deaths, etcetera, and any death is one too many, but really Florida and Texas, Ohio. Doing a pretty damn good job. The bad states are New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut. Those are the bad states. Guess what they're all Democrats, but they're not covered by the mainstream media. It doesn't fit their bias and the prejudice Can you imagine if Trump was in the White House, and this disaster caused by him happened in Afghanistan? Look what they did to him on a telephone call with Zelinsky. Basically not indict impeached him had a trial for a telephone call. Well, a worst telephone call happened between Biden and President President Gianni of Afghanistan, Ghani and guess what? It was released, and it wasn't covered at all by the mainstream media, and Biden in that call is telling President Ghani to lie. About the condition of the country to lie. He didn't What? Zelinsky? All the trumpster did was. Look, you got some criminal activity going on with Joe Biden Hunter buying you might want to look into it. Of course, there is criminal activity and is the chief law enforcement officer in America. You should be investigating criminal activity. He did what he should have done and he got impeached for it. Biden did what he shouldn't have done. And now the media is moved onto idea. By the way. Can you imagine if Trump was in the White House and the suffering of all those black folks are happening in New Orleans? What do they do? What did they do to Bush in 2005? The media magnifies and weaponize natural events in any event to use as a club against the Democrats, Abortion and the Great State of Texas. Do you believe at the moment of conception of human life exists? Yes or no? Do you believe that when a heartbeat is detected? Is that a child or what is not an art bark? What is it? Some combination of human cells that hasn't formed yet A beating heart of a baby is torn apart, dismembered. During an abortion and you don't find that objectionable. I would hope so. It's unbelievable. But the media doesn't report on because it doesn't fit their buys. Let's go to the telephone calls, by the way in about 30 minutes. It's a big story in news MCA Newsmax about all these cops about 660 or so have died of Covid 1920 30%, at least will not get Will not get the jab. I have on a union leader, Sergeant Dan Hills to describe why he is not going to get the vaccination. Most hospitals in in the country. 20 to 30% of nurses will not be vaccinated and nursing homes. The workers there, 30 to 40% will not get vaccinated. And what do you do? Let an American decide for themselves my body. My choice. I guess that applies only to abortion. Well, it isn't your body. It's another person's body that is the baby's body being dismembered in your room. That's what it is dismembering of a baby, the murder of a child, a murder of an innocent baby in your body. That's what it is. Call it what it is. Let's continue. Go to David, Missouri. David, Missouri. The show me state and Welcome to the Bill Cunningham show. Dave, You got me all pissed off. Go ahead. You're on the Bill Cunningham Show Dave going. I'm sorry, Dave. Go ahead, Dave. Welcome. How you doing? Wrong. I hit that again. I'm sorry. David. David, Missouri, I got you finally. Go ahead. Here I am, Brother. Hey, Countdown, my friend. How are you doing? I'm all pissed off about the border. I'm pissed off about Afghanistan about those 13 troops. I'm pissed off with the fact this, uh This hurricane has not been weaponized against Biden the way they weaponized Katrina against Bush. I'm watching this going on and it's all driving me nuts. Plus, I'm worried about the national debt in this country is north of $30. Trillion that will never be paid back. And so I see crisis upon crisis upon crisis, and Joe Biden is checked out mentally because he didn never brain to begin with. Well, he's been checked out a long time. It really cannot and and and We've lost two young brave heroes. Uh, Lance Corporal Jared Schmidt and hospitals. Corman that, uh, Bailey Cocker. Um, she was killed in the California and know the Marine was killed over near of murdered by Biden. Um, you know tragedy to the ST Louis area. My understanding from a friend of mine is going to do an escort..

About the idea of continually delivers. If our life is constantly in jeopardy when it is not 375,000 Americans die every year of tobacco used, but many people I know still smoke. There's about 80,000 Americans die every year for alcohol abuse. But Budweiser has advertise everywhere in Crown Royal. So there's all these things that we do. I have ahead of a big city Police union coming up Sergeant Dan Hills who does not want to get vaccinated. He's going to relate. "When the Reds baseball is hotter than a firecracker right now, they can't lose. At one point they couldn't win. Now they can't lose. Two games out of first place and for the bullet got a game starting about 1 10 this afternoon, then, of course out to San Diego, then to Minnesota, them back home against Atlanta. But More important matters are attended here in Cincinnati. About a month ago as sergeant Dan Hills nose ahead on Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters, And there was a case in front of Judge Jennifer Branch who practiced law with Alfonseca Hartstein, one of the favorite lawyers of Dan Hills. And she got on the bench. And among the first thing she did was on a domestic violence case. A guy beating up his girlfriend badly on a felony, and I released him on an O R bon while out on bond. He the defendant caught a d U I a new one and also beat up some other girlfriend. Comes back in front of the judge gives him another. Our bond sends him back out. Then there's a bench trial. She convicts him of felony domestic violence and awaiting sentencing sends him back out on bond with an ankle bracelet. He cuts it off. And right now the girlfriends are waiting for bad things to happen to him. This comes on the heels of what happened just a few days ago involving two shooters in Westwood. And six year old Sean Elliott was shot in the leg repeatedly thank God he lived in his home with his mom. But sadly, Marcellus Whitehead eight year old boy, who was by every indication of precocious lad who was playing flag football, and so much more, is fighting for his life at Children's Hospital. And it comes out, according to Sergeant Dan Hills that the shooter was Darius Harris Jr 19 years old, released on bond, buy another brand new judge. Judge Christian Wagner took the bench in January. One of his first acts was to release There is Harris Jr 19 years old on bond on a weapons charge. A 19 year old with a gun running around the streets of Cincinnati and a brand new judge Christian Wagner. Let him out on an or bond, which means you sign your name and you go. And, oddly enough, Judge Christian Wagner defeated Judge Patrick Dinka locker in November who had been on the bench for about 30 years. Joining us Now. Is that same sergeant Dan Hills, the head of the F O P and Sergeant Dan, Welcome again to the Bill Cunningham shown. Sergeant, How are you? Really? I'm doing well, but like you, I'm uh said quite a bit and because of what we're dealing with, and that That young man That's never gonna I'm afraid be able to enjoy the The things like baseball winning streak and all the good things in life because of Where he is and his grave condition that their Children's hospital can you give us some of the facts because there were two shooters an 18 year old? I don't think as we sit here this afternoon has been identified. But the 19 year old Darius Harris Jr has been identified as the shooter, and he's now in a hospital. I assume with the leg and handcuffs on him as he recovers from the wounds, can you kind of set the fact pattern a little bit to tell? Tell the American people? What happened in Westwood a few few days ago between Darius Harris Jr and this other 18 year old Louis. I'd like to actually go back before that. I'd like to go back and talk about what it is. We're trying to do And like I say, we I'm talking about since I have police department and its response to the A huge increase in violence that we saw last year in 2020 after pandemic and the demonstrations with George Floyd people being released from the prison being people being released from the local jails. As you know, we had 94 homicide. Pleasure. Willi 94 homicide. Those our lives. Those are lives that mattered, and the CPD had a plan and a big part of their plane was the gun crime stand force. And what they did is they used. They use maps and data and everything and they identified violent areas where there's a lot of drug dealing going on, but they could they could actually show with with maps. Concentration of shootings flown as assaults, robberies And where the, uh the the gun activation shown that there was shots fired the shot spotter. Thank you. I finally thought of it. Shot spotter was what was going off so In one of those areas where the gun crimes task force it's saturated, they use probable cause they use they use constitutionally allow probable cause. To make contact with people and that usually is by a some sort of traffic violation. Whether somebody blows a stop sign doesn't use a similar letter and I'll stop somebody and then if they can keep climbing that constitutional ladder The the person happens. They have warrants if they have visual, some sort of drug of abuse. And then that person if they're found to have a gun and carrying the gun and and in violation of the rule of law, there's nothing wrong with guns. I like guns. I think that guns are have a good place. Enhance the people that believe in the rule of law, but people that don't believe in the rule of law get locked up. Harris Harris did not believe in the rule of law, and he got locked up in April. For carrying concealed and improperly transporting firearms. These are serious offenses and again, if, uh if Judge Christian Wagner was aware of what's insane, Police was up to him. Why? Since a police was up to it He might have said. Heck, this is what this is what they're doing to try to trying to battle and try to save these lives trying to get people off the streets who do not believe in the rule of law instead. Judge Judge Christian Wagner. Uh, maybe with the help of Judge Pack in municipal court. It's kind of confusing as I'm looking at the the clerk of Courts websites. Apparently, he appeared before Municipal Court Judge And then, ultimately, Christian Wagner decided his bond, which was LR, which means nothing. Which means which means zero, which means not a dime. He gets to walk right back out and again start acting in a manner that does not believe in rural law. I do not have the details. I don't think homicide is releasing the details right now. About what was the nature of this shootout. But in the middle of the shootout, they had actually no concern or care for the safety of others. Because Children. Children were struck and one of those Children were struck so severely. It was a head wound. I talked to one of the officers that was on the scene. Willie, the officer I talked to is a combat war veteran, and he was so affected by what he saw. It must have been horrendous sink. So that's where we have this. This young flat up in Children's hospital. I can't even imagine the grief his mother must be feeling the the prayers that she is trying to make a change. But, you know, I Understand that the condition of the of this child is not well. So we have an absolute tragedy could have been prevented that we're trying to prevent on RN, since a policeman are out there doing it narrow ones that are taking on big risk. Yeah, dealing with dealing with Not only they deal with the risk of they might get shot by one of these. Of folks that don't believe in the rule of law..

"Many times how many people were killed from police? Intervention last year, 00. And do you know what the Ccta uh statement fatalities in their report? They claim there were three fatalities. Two were, um They were truly innocent people hit by a car that was being chased by police. A person wanted on weapons charges. The other one was the guy that killed himself. He was surrounded by Swat. After he shot somebody else. They killed himself. And they're counting that as the police fatality. Well, what is the real reality of how many people were killed by police intervention later? Zero, no matter what the Sika falsifies in her reports. Police intervention. We were involved in those shootings. No uses of force that resulted in a death. The 2021 0 2019 was zero and so far in 2021. 000, but they're they're They're like you said the shiny object every year. It's all about police. It's not about the 94 victims of homicide. That happened last year. It's more important than zero. All right, Sergeant. We've got to go get back to that retirement. Give that officer our best, but they have to. Well you guys have to put up with is really incredible. But as long as there's massive lawlessness in the inner city, you have to come up with an excuse to cover something other than the fact there's massive lawlessness cover the occasional misconduct of a police officer, which does transpire. I think about well, about a minute. Remain anything about that cop who thought he was thought he was firing a beanbag round out of a shotgun. It was flying a real shell barely missed the homeless guy who was trying to kill himself or kill somebody else. And but for a split second, we would have another crisis on her hand. The leftist progressives on the ledges of life watch life go by, and when they can take one event to exploded into define the entire group. They'll do it. "No commitment, no problem. Mhm. Michael Cunningham to Great America. This rather rainy Friday afternoon in the tri state. First of all Red Baseball kicks off about 6 10 fireworks tonight. Keep hope alive to rocks are in town, and they stink. The red at the residents sweep the rocks. There'll be a one game about 500 away. You go on a long road trip, but until then, police are under assault again by the liberal progressives who seemed to indicate that citizens can place themselves on the main streets of Cincinnati. And by the way, one little factoid is that Cincinnati As a higher homicide rate in the city of Chicago. Cincinnati has a higher homicide rate than El Salvador. I know facts will set you free at some point. But if you take the number about 92 last year, and that breaks down to something like 30 31 per 100,000. That is higher than the city of Chicago, which, by the way is nine times our size. But until then, Sergeant Dan Hills welcome again to the Bill Cunningham Show and, Sergeant, How are you? Well, I'm doing well, We're doing well. Just step outside a retirement luncheon for Frank McGraw went to retirement thing for Joe Stevens. Paul grind. All the cops are leaving, Officer. I know. For years, Michelle Richmond. So many retirees right now, And the reason is we want to talk about the C C. And about all the settlements. The inquiry is the story by the city paying out $2.5 million over 10 years. We'll talk about that, but all across America. On Sunday night here from cops in South Carolina in Texas and Oregon, their joint you're getting out of the profession, they saying it's not the job at once was and something you said to me about six months ago, sticks with me that if you had a son age appropriate or a daughter age appropriate You would tell them not to become a cop today. Why I do have a Senate take appropriate He's going to become a businessman. If you're going to be a cop today, I would not recommend a lot of the big city environment because it seems that they are setting up systems that are of anti cop. They're very anti. Proactive policing and You know they're ready to throw you under the bus in a heartbeat of something controversial happens. And you know, we get thrown into chaos each and every day. That's what the brave men and women in law enforcement to. They stepped right into chaos. Each and every day. People are trying to hurt each other. People are trying to kill each other. The only thing that stands in between Lot more death and mayhem out on the streets is a is a brave man or woman that wears a badge and they're not getting much thanks for it. And in today's society really well, what did George Floyd's death a little over a year ago due to law enforcement because that's the poster child. For every cop and every encounter in every circumstance, and that's played by the media and nauseum continues to be played forever. In fact, there were some who said Memorial Day should be renamed George Floyd Memorial Day. It is used by the radical left to promote a false agenda. What did George Floyd's death due to law enforcement? Really? And it's such a strange thing, as you know. Well, I was, uh I might have been the first union leader across the country to say what I saw, Uh, in that incident was was was was horrible. That's not the way since a policeman are trained. That's not the way since I policemen act I don't know what the purpose of the actions by the officers or were in that case, But But regardless, that's not who but not only since a police Nomar that's not who the American policeman is. That was one act by largely one individual. And it's it's caused. It's been used. As you said, by by the left here in America to tear apart the name the good name of policing and police work in the United States and three quarters of a million men and women are police officers about 750,000 and the whole country. And every every year, there's about eight million physical arrest in the country. Eight million It comes down to something like 14 deaths of unarmed black men out of eight million arrest. Now, every time that has said it doesn't justify whatsoever what officer Derek Chauvin did. It doesn't justified. In my view. It was the second degree manslaughter. I watched most of the trial but if the jury came back with 2nd and 3rd degree murder, I'm okay with that, too, because he committed a serious crime. And he killed that man. And he shouldn't have done what he did. And I've not heard one cup from California domain from Florida to Alaska, who say you know what the actions were justified? No one everyone agrees with that, but it's played by the media, as if a defined sergeant Dan Hills, it describes Chief Eliot Isaac and before we get to the issues, let me ask you another question since you brought it up. I'm watching C span yesterday and I'm one of those guys who watch C Span and the secretary of defense is a black guy named Secretary Defense Lloyd Austin and he spent 32 years in the military rose up to our four star. He then retired, took a job with the defense contractor for three years. Then he comes back his defense secretary. One of the U. S. Senators yesterday morning. Asked him the question is the U. S military, a racist organization. So I'm looking at this. I'm waiting for the response, he said. That's a hard question to answer. It's not something I give you. Yes or no answer to. So I'll put this to you, Sergeant Dan Hills and since tonight police a racist organization. No, no, no all day long. Absolutely not. They're actually just the opposite. You know, we we risk our lives Stay at night. Not so much me anymore in my position, but the brave men and women are out there on the streets. Risk their lives day in at night, day and night, every day and night for people that they don't even know when the responding a good percentage of time whether or not the vote. Their skin color is And a good percentage of time they're responding for and stepping in the middle of folks that don't look like them. It's the antithesis of racism. It is it is a giving caring act. Of risking one's life for another, and so no, And you know, this is the other thing that bothered me over the years as they there's this thing, although there was some good stuff that happened after The rise to 2000 and one with you know, the collaborative and more communication and more transparency. These are good things, but there's this belief that somehow before 2000 and one that since I policed was a racist organization. And it wasn't then either. I came on in 1987 and and largely, it was very good people very good people of service back then, just as it is today, we just got a little bit better communications and a little bit better at transparency. So when defense Secretary Of the United States. Military 1.5 million active duty. Eight million retired and on a reserve can't answer the question. No, the the U. S military is not a racist organization. That is a problem. Because there's a huge problem, Willie I was in the army. May I speak on the army to you know what? I saw the the best race relations imaginable. When I served in the U. S Army there was there was only one color and that was the color of green our uniforms that we wore. As servicemen in the United States army and you know the the majority of time that I was in the army, although of short period of time majority of time, I had African American supervisors and when drill sergeant Holder told me to jump. My answer was how high Real sergeant, You know, there was no racism There was there was obedience of our leaders and it didn't matter their skin color or anything else. This is disrespecting. What is that, and I would assume every year there's literally millions of contacts between Cincinnati police and civilian populations. Whether it's a traffic ticket, whether it's a call for service, whether it's investigation, it happens all the time and the last two or three years how many persons how many unarmed black persons or white persons have been shot by Cincinnati police? Um Zero. Zero. Now how many were 000.

"Off the air from a funeral director. He says. One will morticians get their vaccines and the dead. Give off respiratory droplets. I don't know. When will radio talk show host and producers get ours? I mean, the fact that matters everybody wants. The same thing is kind of like everybody wants to go to heaven, but nobody wants to die. At this point. We have a very limited number of vaccines. Unlimited number of people. So this issue with Dan Hills and Law enforcement began when they looked at their brothers and sisters in the fire department's getting it and they were not prioritized. In fact, they didn't they want even thought about. In fact, when I called Sergeant Dan Hills of a couple hours ago to say, Can you come on and talk about it said Well, what's going on? I said, we have the covert 19 situation happening. And how about cops getting and he said, Well, we're not getting it. Said, are the cops knocking down your door saying, Why aren't we And honestly is that not really And so it looks to me like the picking, and choosing has got to be based upon scientific fact is supposed to opinion. God knows we all have belly buttons will have opinions. And at this point if you're the officeholder, you're the guy in charge. It is up to you to make that decision. Critics and the pundits on left and the right can say, Well, you should have given it to cops. Then they'll be large numbers of those who work in nursing homes among the frail and elderly that would not get it. We have approximately now about 2.5 million Ohioans fitting categories. 2.5 million to get the vaccine, according to the one A and one B category, and the one see starts on Monday. At this point, we're gonna have 2.5 million Ohioans and wind reports He's getting about 100,000 vaccines per week and the need is well over two million and that does not include All the cops. Corrections officers. Deputy sheriffs doesn't include those who work in grocery stores. So those who come in contact with the public The fact of the matter is all of us who wanted out to get it. But then, secondly, you and I've dealt with this About half the American people what refused to get the vaccine and if required to do so. Many was still would not get it. And so if if that's true, and anecdotally I believe it is true. Governor, DeWine said that 60% of workers in nursing homes will not get it. And that half of the police department the fire fighters offered it will not get it. So to get to like, quote, herd immunity getting to 65 75%. We may never get to that point because too many of us refused to take the vaccine. I would take it as soon as it's available. I think most of my callers would say yes but by thin margin I had a call on the other day. From Adam's County. Forget the guy's name appeared bright and loose it, he said The great majority of people and Adams County in rural America would not take the vaccine if it's offered, anyway. And so well, it'll be months and months and a year or two. If that's true before we come out of this pandemic because you can't have half the population inoculated against it. And the other half. Refusing to take in, in which case is able to be spread. And I would anticipate Webvan 1918 1919 situation more than 100 years ago with the Spanish flu in which it really ravaged American society. Resulting in today's numbers about 600,000 deaths. At this point we're about 430,000 aren't away to 500,000 deaths, so we have to get to 600,000 to get the same number 100 years ago. And by today's numbers You do the do the math. It would equate to 2.2 million dead Americans today If the same number of 600,000 is acceptable and around the world. It was 50 million deaths coming out Award War one, and it went on and on for like a year or two. Because they weren't vaccines, of course, and the treatment did not include monoclonal antibodies and didn't include room desert here. They didn't have any sense they were masked, and that's about it. And it was not a political issue whatsoever when political Woodrow Wilson was not held to account for it. And the next president, who I think was Calvin Coolidge. Uh, it wasn't a campaign issue was simply a flu, and so we have a limited number. And then we have unlimited to man and we have large numbers of teachers and schools that want to get back. Melanie Bates is coming up later, and I spoke with her off the air about what's happening in CPS. And she told me off the air that they have clinics in each of the schools, health clinics, and they also have AH large restaurant operations where Children are being fed. Etcetera, and they're not in school, So the school in Cincinnati is a hospital. It's a restaurant and it's a school. What terrible awful results. Traditionally, school was not perceived as a place you go eat in a restaurant, and it went perceived as being Ah hospital or health care clinic. It was where you went to get educated. And parents used to send a brown bag to school with their child. And sometimes they would offer shall I say, hot meals most of time. They did not you simply it was up to each parent, too. To give a brown bagged your kid. You had some time to sit down and eat. That was lunch and the idea of of a health clinic being in a school that didn't happen. So now the schools because of the breakdown in the American family, we do have the worst generation of parents in American history Now living right now, the worst generation is today. That they take on the roles of families to care for Children that in the past would not have occurred. And so another reason to get the kids back in school, which they should have been since September is the fact that not getting properly fed more being abused? Educational achievement is not existent, and they're not getting their shots appropriately. So when Dwyane looked around and said the urban school districts in Ohio are largely shut down. In fact, most urban districts in America are shut down while suburban districts are wide open and Catholic schools and procure all schools are wide open. How is that possible? How can you be our lady of victory in the West Side? How can you be a cub Calf or Covington, Latin or LaSalle? And you're functioning. Because you have parents and kids that desire to be there and will fight through to make it happen. In urban areas education, which ought to be a prime responsibility of a parent. Get the kid out of the hole. The ditch in which the child finds him or herself is not in a sense, prioritized. And when I watch Laura Mitchell is the superintendent of Cincinnati and watch some of the school board meetings, which I do. You're gonna line them up out the door of pissed off parents who don't think they're kids should be in school. And they're paying almost confiscatory real estate taxes, and still, the kids are not in school. So It's a terrible situation and everywhere I look as the great American I can't recall a time. Uh, certainly since the 19 sixties, when America was more angry at itself. People are just pissed off about everything. For example, the right wingers or pissed off at the election that their guy Trump lost, and they firmly believe the election was stolen. It was rigged. That's what those on the far right believe. So they thought it was somehow justified because they're angry at the outcome of an election. The storm the United States Capitol, the hold it for several hours, resulting in five deaths, including at least one murder. And then you'd feel justified that what they did was OK, That's OK to take the U. S. Capitol, the United States Capitol and hold it for a period of time on the far right. That was okay. Look on the far left and it's justified in acceptable. The burn, loot trash and vandalized 100 American cities. If someone gets pissed off about an individual cops behavior, it's okay to break out Windows vandalized doors to loot to kill. And 100 American cities that somehow okay waiting for the next event to transpire, which will cause the left wing mobs toe once again March and destroyed downtown areas, whether it's Seattle or Los Angeles, Chicago, Cincinnati, whatever it might be, New York Just last week about 28 cops or injured in a fight with right wing Antifa activist..

"No question about that. But 92 murders 500 people shot Ah, there aren't a lot of traffic tickets being written. When I talked to my friends in the courthouse, There's no trials being conducted. Everything stopped until sometime in March. Witnesses aren't showing up. The grand jury is proceeding just barely. The federal court system is largely shut down. So even if you arrest somebody, they're going to get out immediately. And if they get out time is waived because of covert 19, which means it can't be a trial. It just looks to me like all hell's breaking loose. Well, really, That's probably good for your business. When hell is breaking loose people turn into the big point. No question. I will. Good luck to you, Sergeant Dan Hills. We'll see what happens. But with your permission, I'm gonna quiz the mayor. And then he's got to get ahold of Health Department is the white cops or ignored when it comes to shots, because whether it's Butler County or Kenton County or Harmony County or Switzerland, County cops aren't getting the shots and there's no there's no anger and the cops themselves aren't saying, Hey, wait a minute, Sergeant Dan, you got to give me the shot. And they just accept the inevitable, But we got really. I think there's a phenomenon there counselor kind of getting a little used to be indeed, non by the public, So maybe that's one of the things that's happened yet. But please quiz They're currently he's an elected official. And that Z job is the answer to us the public Well, I will tell him the cops are very can I tell him on your behalf? The cops demand action. Man action. Yes, sir. It sounds like a good way to go. Sergeant Dan Hills. Thank you very much. You see that? Let's continue with more later on with scheduled the mayor. Let's see what occurs. I'm gonna ask him that question. I was when I When I heard Sheriff Jones the other day talk about the hiss CEOs and deputy sheriff dealing with individuals. And then I asked the mayor, I asked the governor of the question. How come Cops or not prioritized was about 65,000 cops of one type or another and the state of Ohio. And the answer is well. There's not much of a death rate among those officers and therefore I have a very limited supply unlimited demand. I have to target it. But he said, he's essentially we give the shots to the counties or to the health department and they can do what they want. The only way a cop gets a shot is that at the end of the day, someone says, Hey, we got two doses left us look around anybody else and then you call the police department. They come in. Is that the way things should be I don't know, but it's the way things are. So let's continue with more of a line becomes available. 513749 £7000.700 new 18 T also lay down his Melanie Bates from the school board to talk about what's happening. The city of Cincinnati. Things getting better things getting worse. Why don't teachers go back to work? I want to go back to work in the city, one of the suburbs and in Catholic schools. It's been that way since September and in March when all hell broke loose about Almost a year ago, most of the Catholic parochial school stayed in business and found a way to get through it. And the public schools in Cincinnati did not. And why is that? And Cincinnati look a little bit too. You like the city of Chicago, which is a disaster. Those continue with more of the great American. Your comments of any 513749 7000. "In the tri state enter to snow on the ground. Many people are unhappy about the lack of coverage our city streets by the Mayor John Cranley, but he's coming up later to talk about that and so much more. One of the issues happening now in the Tri state. The nation in the world is everyone's unhappy with everyone else. Everyone's all pissed off When I look on my right, I got the Antifa Tom on my left. I looked at the anti fur types trashing American cities on the right or the fanatical trump supporters taken over the Capitol occupying it, resulting in five deaths. And cops are mad. Firefighters are mad Teachers are mad. School boards are mad. One man, that's quite happy, though it sergeant Dan Hills, talking about vaccines and Maurin Sergeant Dan Hills, the head of the F O P in Cincinnati. Welcome again to the Bill Cunningham Show and Sergeant Dan, How are you? Really? I'm not mad at all. Yeah, e Yeah, They're saying that there's things I'm mad about, But I'm not. I'm not that way hit on yesterday. Your good friend Mike DeWine and others. And there was a missive of posting by Sheriff Richard K. Jones and Butler County about the lack of shots given two cops. And there's something the range of 32 35,000 police officers in the state of Ohio and they've not been prioritized by the governor, because We got to share. You got this shot. We got the shaft and and that that doesn't include E. M s and fire fighters. So can you tell the American people this afternoon? What is the status of vaccinations for Cincinnati Cops that represent many other cops in the Tri state. Well, last I heard we got pushed back by the governor, Teachers and some others got put ahead of us. And kind of put us in a group one B or to be or something of that nature and that kind of put us in with everybody else. You know, elderly and folks that you said it before. We're just not a priority group. Uh, some some police officers have been getting shot. When the firefighters have room to give us extra. So if they break out a batch, and it has to be used because of the tempter that it stored at and they run out of firefighters, that one the shot. We're going to get the shot that day, then no, no call for the police department and we've had some police and get shots. But we're We have. We got left over Fireman shots. And so when Tim Dickie and others said the far unit says, Well, we got a few Schlepps. We have to take care of. We've used all of our guys. Let's call the police and get them over here and see if they want to get a few shots. The host the whole police department it since, and I just kind of an afterthought. Yeah, pretty much. Victor thought I That was the way itwas in the early days of covert, too, when it came to the The gear, the special face mask and all those things do. We just never seem to get much stuff, But nobody seems like the police much nowadays. Really? It's just one of those things that Z It's been a long, hard year 2021 for police officers, and we're open things. Turn around a little bit. 2021 force do you sense Ah, Are you aware since you represent 2000 men and women who wear the blue and the city Cincinnati? Is it a problem? Do you hear from your rank and file that Hey, how come we're not getting shots and everyone else but not US teachers beginning today or getting shots at CPS. There were shots administer two custodians and God bless the custodians. I love custodians. I used to be one in college I used to. I used to clean toilets, and I used to do things and savior to help pay my tuition. I did those things. However, there's custodians in Middletown public schools getting shots. But to men and women in blue are not getting him. Why it's a mixed bag. You know, because you have some concert film plan to get the shot or want to get the shot. I think there was more anger. Heard more anger. When we were failing to get the gear we needed to clean stuff we needed in the beginning of the The coded pandemic and you know the thing is is that we just can't. We don't have the time. Sometimes the don the gear and hand the gear. That's a fire does and and we have tol We have to be, You know, in a different state of readiness, the police officers, you know, are much still more worried about getting shot than they are with, like a bullet. Not not not O'Neill. They're more worried about getting shot than they are. Getting the virus now. That doesn't mean they're not worried about getting a virus because we've had dozens of our officers stricken with the virus and some of them very, very hill. Some of them are in very long recovery because Um you know, lung damage and everything else so it's the virus has been very, very hard on the police department. But, you know, police officers are kind of used to risk their kind of They need a look out there every day, and they have to worry about certain things happening to him. And so they had. They had to also take this on as well. It's very brave group of people and sergeant. And isn't it true that cops come in close contact with May I say some of the worst elements in our society at least on a regular basis as firefighters do right? I mean, I imagine a firefighter is also coming contact with individuals, but generally it's not the duty your requirement of a firefighter to arrest somebody and maybe wrestle him to the ground. Cops do that all the time. You would think cops would be equal to firefighters when it comes to the vaccine. So how come firefighters got presidents over the cops? People like firefighters. You know, firefighters come and they help you in your sick and they're just generally seen as great people and we like firefighters. I like firefighters. But, you know cops like I said, for whatever reason. Society is kind of really Hit us with the ugly stick end and who we're not quite priority and your 100% right. We're face to face with people that often even more face to face with people than firefighters. And firefighters have the full respirator mask and everything they could take that extra second. T o don that type of equipment, and they're not as worried about the tactical issues. They don't have to walk down. Always, you know, wondering whether or not they're gonna be facing a gunman or whatever. So that's why Uh, police Officers don't even like some of that equipment again. We're more worried about getting shot in the end, then they are. Um then they are getting The virus. Despite the fact again the virus has killed hundreds of police officers across the country and and like I said, has made dozens upon dozens of Cincinnati after sick and some of them very, very sick, But I think they recognize that no matter what they do, they're gonna be exposed to the virus in some form or fashion. But they don't want to be exposed Tolo flying lead because that tend to be deadly at a much greater extent than thunder viruses. Insurance Sergeant Dan Hills.
