"Brave starter Kyle right became a 20 game winner in Atlanta's 6 three win over the Phillies Right allows us two runs on two hits He struck out 6 of the franchise's first 20 game winner since 2003 This is cool but we have much bigger things that we want to do and want to accomplish So I think for us it was just more about getting back out there getting back in the one column and trying to keep pushing The braves brought the game open scrolling four runs in the top of the fourth key by a two run home run by Michael Harris the second to move within a game of the half of the first place mets in the national league east Michael luongo Philadelphia
The Horror: Bryce Dallas Howard Was Asked to Lose Weight
"Everybody right now stop what you're doing. Because I just heard something that is so disrespectful and gross and demeaning that I have to talk about it. I have to get this off my chest. Poor little rich girl and famous actress Bryce, Dallas Howard. Ron Howard's daughter. She's now opened up. About the expectations of weight Hollywood has for women. Body weight. She said that right before the filming of Jurassic World Dominion, which is the third installment of the Jurassic World franchise, is anybody still watching this shit? She said she was actually asked to lose weight. I know. I can't believe it either. She said, what being in this third film allow? How do I say this? How do I say this? How do I say this? I've been asked to not use my natural body in cinema. On the third movie, it was actually because there were so many women cast, it was something that the director Colin trevorrow felt very strongly about in terms of protecting me because that conversation came up again. We need to ask Bryce to lose weight. Oh my God. Poor thing. Come on, let me hug you. I'm a hugger. You'll feel better. What's the problem with this? Cinema as she just called it is an art form. The person making the art has an eye for what he or she wants. It's their vision. If they ask you to adopt a French accent for a film, you do it. If you were cast in a film playing a disabled person, you learn how to use an electric wheelchair. You know, you change your hair for movies. You wear prosthetics for movies, you walk differently, talk differently, maybe you might even be asked to perform an uncomfortable love scene. I remember watching her in the first Jurassic World movie where she had to run away and in heels. And I thought, wow, that's really talented. That's hard to do. She still did it. So what is so goddamn bad about being asked to lose some weight?
Ryan Shazier Believes a Positive Mindset Is the Key to Success
"Just want you all picture this. You're one of the top athletes in the world, playing for one of the most storied franchises in the world. And in one second, you are now a couple of weeks later going your 80% chance you're not going to walk clotting, throwing up, hitting your head, I mean, imagine what that does to your mindset, yet brother. You end up coming back and walking across the stage, not that long after this, to announce the draft pick for the freaking steelers. Take me from the moments when you were your lowest then to walking again. First you were using a walker or the crutches thing all the way up to walking up for the draft pick, but what was it? Was it your mindset? I think a lot of times people watch pro athletes say, all right, and even I do this, and a lot of them would become friends of mine. I'm like, well, he's physically just gifted. Not everybody is 6 three two 40 and runs a four 5 40, right? So they got a lot of blessing. But I think what is discounted is mental toughness. Is overcome an adversity, right? How did you get from there, throwing up, hitting your head, clots, you're not going to walk 80% to now in your life, you're got an agency, you've got other businesses. You've got all this stuff. What was the mental process like for you during those really hard weeks? So I love how you said that. So I like to use two people and these two people are good friends and moss. And then obviously everybody gonna say this about that, but they're not the most athletic guys. They're not the most gifted guys, but they're the two best in the world right now. Okay. Right. And Aaron Donald and TJ watt. So both of them are tremendously blessed. I'm not going to lie. They're both tremendously blessed. But air is not the strongest guy. He's not the fastest guy. He's not the biggest guy. You know what I'm saying? Definitely not the tallest guy. He's definitely got a tallest guy. But he out wheels everybody. Literally out wheels everybody. And then TJ is the same way. If you really look at TJ and his brother, his brother is the one that's the really big one. The bigger one. Of two super physically gifted dudes, but he's the mut of the two of them for sure. Right, right. And you know, TJ, he's super athletic, but he, you know, he had two ACL tears when he was in college, you know, and he just literally just out hustles everybody. And so like when I think of about me and how I made it to the NFL is just like literally my whole life, people told me I couldn't do something. So it was just like, my whole life, I was like, I don't care what you say, I'm going to do this. Like, I'm going to do this. And then I'm really positive with everything I do. I tell people all the time, I don't know anybody that's successful. And then believe in themselves.
2024 Chevrolet Equinox EV aims for affordability with $30,000 base price
"Rising car companies are rolling out more affordable electric vehicles The average price of an electric vehicle according to Edmunds dot com is about $65,000 Chevrolet has announced a price for its equinox electric small SUV around $30,000 It's a price point for this vehicle in this segment that's unheard of as of right now That is just a bit higher than the price of a top selling gas SUV Chevy Steve majora says the equinox may turn out to be sort of an icebreaker It's going to not only bring new people into the franchise especially early on but it gives people another destination point for those that have said hey maybe now the time is right for me to try an electric vehicle GMA find it difficult to keep the Equinox price around $30,000 because prices for key components of batteries have been rising fast and some dealers have been marking up EVs beyond

AJ Might Have to Change His Opinion on Chris Pratt
"I'm just not gung Ho on Chris Pratt. I think he's a bore. But now I found something out that might make him inch up my list of, you know, good men, good actors and maybe just maybe I might have to take them off my shit list. So here's what's up. Bryce Dallas Howard, his costar in Jurassic World. She just recently revealed that she was paid a ton less money than Chris Pratt. This has been going on in Hollywood for, you know, dare I say a century. But it's been going on for a long time. If you've read about certain actresses who have campaigned to get more money, scholar Johansson comes to mind and they broke down the bigwigs in Hollywood and cut those big checks. But by and large, women get considerably less than their male costars. So initially, it was reported that she got paid so much less. Back in 2018, variety said that Bryce Dallas, Howard was making $2 million less than Pratt for Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, she made 8 million Pratt made ten. I know there's a $2 million shortage there, but I don't know anybody that can complain to make 8 million bucks for 40 days work. But they're in this field and they're allowed to complain. But now Bryce Dallas Howard has opened up about the gender pay gap in an interview and she wanted to clarify that this disparity in how much money how much less money she made was really inaccurate. She said the reports were interesting because I was paid so much less than what the reports even said. So much less. She said, what you started negotiating for Jurassic, it was 2014. It was a different world back then. You never heard big talk about women getting equal pay as bad as that sounds. fortunately, when you make a Jurassic Park movie, sign up for three movies. So your deals are kind of set. They're set in stone. And she wouldn't say how much to pay gap was, but she did share the fact that she discussed this situation with Chris Pratt. He didn't like the way it sounded. And he decided, I'm going to help you get equal pay on other franchise properties that don't have contracts set in stone, like video games, and theme park rides. That's a big thing.

How NFL Player Tony Dungy Came to Faith
"On the program before, but for people who don't know your stories about coming to faith or when did the penny drop for each of you? It took me a little while. My parents, especially my mother, tried to teach me that. But as a 12 year old, 14 year old, your honor I was listening or it doesn't make sense. And my mom would tell me those things, you know, what would a profit a man to gain the whole world and forfeit his soul? Make sure you're in tune with God. Just what you're saying. The creation is great. All these things are wonderful, but don't fall in love with the creation, fall in love with the creator. But it didn't hit me until I was 21. And I got to the National Football League and my coach chuck noll, who was a tremendous coach Hall of Fame coach. First thing he said to us is don't make football your whole life. It's your profession now because you're getting paid for it. But if you make it your whole life, you're going to be disappointed. And then I see all these guys and they had two Super Bowl rings when I got there, but they're saying the same thing. And hey, you got to come to Bible study. You got to come to chapel tonight. And what franchise was this? The Pittsburgh Steelers. So the Pittsburgh city, I love hearing stories like this. So here you go, you're practically a kid 21 years old. Going to the Pittsburgh Steelers. And there's a culture of some players in the Pittsburgh Steelers. They get God. And they're willing to share this with the younger players. That is pretty amazing.
The Real Housewives Brain Conundrum
"Watched one episode of Real Housewives. Oh, you did. Oh, I try everything. I even did, what is it called? Naked and alone, making. Oh, I don't know that one. Naked and afraid. Dennis, which at which franchise, which I know. I think it was Orange County. Oh my gosh. It's what popped up. The only time I watch TV and it's very rare then is in a hotel room. I find television. I've always said that. I don't really watch TV. The exception. I'm not condemning people who do. I think it's great to have some silly time consumer. We need that. But the problem for me, at least naked and scared, is that right, Sean, make it make it in the freight. Make it an afraid is interesting. How do people put up with being unclothed in the Guatemalan jungle? I mean, it's at least interesting. But the dialog on Real Housewives. I think I rather, I know, no, I don't think. I'd rather just be in a silent room and let my brain entertain me. Right.
James Gunn With Hit the Lottery Despite Disgusting Tweets
"Done is about to hit the fucking lottery. Part of the problem is you can't avoid grunge last two films where goddamn money makers. The first two Guardians of the Galaxy films grossed just under $2 billion. That means this guy could almost put shit on toilet paper and it would get a green light. He could still work again if he handed that in to a top fucking studio head. But even though he won't direct the third film, Disney is still using the script he wrote for the third film. And that means he'll be paid a lot of dough for that. On top of that, he was on the contract for the third movie using his script, but the offensive tweets occurred years ago. So technically he didn't breach the contract he signed with Disney's Marvel Studios to direct the third film in the franchise. That means if you follow this, he's in a very unique payer play situation with the studio. And that means there are people who estimate that due to this unique situation, this fuck face could receive a payout of 7 to $10 million, if not more. And I know that makes him very happy. I could see him listening to this show and laughing and smiling like he fucking beat the band. Now, here's a twist. And an example of how Hollywood rewards bad behavior. There's a possibility that gun might return to maybe develop and direct another marvel movie. So I ask you, what was his punishment? Really? What happened, you know, what did they do to him? But what exactly happened so bad to
Hollywood Hypocrisy Strikes Again With James Gunn
"What do you know? Hollywood hypocrisy strikes again. This time the story is about what insiders are saying about James Gunn. The director recently dropped from directing the finale of the Guardians of the Galaxy franchise because of unthinkable and unfunny tweets he made over the years which reflect his penchant for being sexual with little boys. And since there's no real victim here, I'll stop short of calling him a pedophile. But I think his jokes allow me to call him pedophile ish. And really, is there any difference it's like pregnant and sort of pregnant? But anyhow, here's the bullshit. I'm going to talk about something. Just because this guy was fired from the film. It turns out he's actually in demand now. This is what Hollywood's like, this guy is fucking in demand. Or so it's being said. Okay, once his agent's free him from his Disney contract, it turns out a lot of people want to work with this guy. The Hollywood Reporter reports it's been written that several top producers and executives at major studios are dangling big film projects. Remember what I just said because later, I'm going to take apart that sentence of bullshit and let you in on a secret of what some lazy writers do to put out a story and go home early sometimes. And listen, if there are people who want to work with him again, then I wish those people luck. And by people, I mean assholes. And by luck, I mean bad things.

Sylvester Stallone Sees Red Film About Rocky Villain Ivan Drago
"This weekend, more bad news came for sly, Irwin Winkler seems to be happy just sticking the knife in Stallone's back. And he's now decided to twist it and plunge it deeper. Because it was announced that Irwin Winkler has green lit of film based on the Ivan Drago character from rocky four. The evil Russian fans, the evil Russian fans, remember who famously killed Apollo creed in the ring, right? Obviously, as with creed, this film's gonna be about Drago's son, fighting Adonis creed, I imagine, and Stallone's not happy about it at all. And I can't blame him. These characters are his creations. What a fuck Irwin Winkler is. Last year, Michael B. Jordan. That doesn't help. When a guy like Michael B. Jordan talks shit about Sylvester Stallone. It bothers me, 'cause he'd be nothing without sly. But this is what Michael B. Jordan said about sly participating or not participating in the creed movies last year. Oh, I want to punch him when I hit us. He says, yeah, I think that sly, let it be known that he wasn't coming back for this one. That's creed too. But I think, you know, his essence and his spirit. There's always gonna be a little bit of rocky within the donnas, but this is a creed franchise. And we really want to build this story and this world around him moving forward. So it's always respect and always a shit ton of love for what he's built. But we really want to push and navigate Adonis forward and the family that he created. So hopefully you guys will love what I'm thinking. What we're cooking up, I think it's gonna be something special. That was a piece of shit. I mean, it made money, but it was a piece of shit movie. And I said this on the Patreon show. Naturally, Sylvester Stallone went off on Instagram when he heard the news about this Ivan Drago spin off movie. I can't believe he didn't know, but I can't believe he didn't hear this.
The Newest Installment of Sylvester Stallone's Rocky Battle
"So now, here's what we're at. In the latest development of this Sylvester Stallone's ongoing battle over the rise to rock. He should have called to the current franchise rights holder. Irvin winkle, to return to him and this is quote at least a little of what's left of his respective stakes in this iconic franchise here. So the other day, Stallone posted on his Instagram and artist rendition of Irwin Winkler as a snake with a dagger coming out of his mouth, and he wrote a very flattering portrait of the great rocky slash creed producer Irwin Winkler, also after Irwin controlling rocky for over 47 years. And now creed, I really would like to have at least a little of what's left of my rights back before passing it on to only my children. I believe that would be a fair gesture from this 93 year old gentleman. Mister Stallone said this is a very painful subject that eats it my soul because I wanted to leave something of rocky from my kids. But it's always great hearing from the loyal fans he concluded before signing off as he always does. And like I said, despite having created the character, starred in the first 8 films in the franchise, wrote 7 of them, directed four, I mentioned a few times because after rocky two came out, he made a ton of money and then rocky three hit, and that made more than all of them. And rocky at that. And slide at that point said, I like to have some ownership since I invented it. And that never happened. So he's got zero ownership of rocky. And as he mentioned in the post after recalling how his attorney at the time, the legendary Jake Blum shut down any of his requests for ownership under the auspices of, look, it's like, that just doesn't happen. The studio is the power of the agency relies upon them and the attorneys go betweens. And he said, when I finally confronted them, just before rocky four in 1985, I said, there's bother you guys that I've written every word. I've choreographed it. I've been loyal to you. I promoted it directed it. And I don't have 1% that I could leave for my kids. And the quote he got back was, you've got paid.
Sylvester Stallone Doesn't Own Even 1% of Rocky
"I can go on and on when it comes to actors who are known worldwide for specific characters, but none of them created those characters. None of them sat down and wrote those characters stories out and then made a multi-billion dollar franchise out of both those characters. There were 5 rambos and 6 rockies. And of course, creed was spawned from rocky and I think there are two of those and one more is coming. They don't count. I don't like them anywhere near as much as rocky. I don't see what people see in Michael B. Jordan and Stallone didn't create them, so we'll take those out of the equation. But think about this. The Rambo franchise is inching close to having grossed over a $1 billion worldwide. Probably by now it has. Rocky has grossed a billion and a half worldwide. And every time another creed movie comes out a bunch of nickels drop into the rocky bucket, if you will. And even with all that, all the money he's lined into the pockets of the studio and one producer in particular, Sylvester Stallone doesn't own not even 1% of rocky. Could you ever think about that? Has it ever dawned on you? I never even dreamed that. Who could ever do that? What kind of business is it that robs a man blind right in front of everyone? For nearly half a century after the character he created, wrote, built up, crafted, promoted, choreographed, sometimes directed. It's not fair. Well, what kind of business is that? That's the business we call show.

"Texans joined and became the thirty second franchise in the nba. We haven't seen a new expansion team since the charlotte bob cat who then became the hornets through an incredibly convoluted process with the pelicans. We don't have to talk about that. But the point is is that that team in in reality they were an expansion team for the two thousand five season. Even if their franchise lists are a little bit convoluted because of that whole city franchise swapping situation and then in major league baseball. We haven't had an expansion team joined the ranks since one thousand nine hundred eight when we when we got the tampa bay devil rays and the arizona diamondbacks so it is rare to see expansions. Happen at all and certainly rarer than it was in earlier eras pro sports because we saw a lot of expansions happened in previous eras of sports particularly from the one thousand nine hundred sixties through the nineteen nineties. It was happening all the time. And so expansion drafts in the current environment especially post cova that kind of Changes a lot of teams financial calculations around it but even in the era of salary caps being added in new rules being added and and player development strategies changing. I think it's fascinating that a we've gone so long without a new expansion Happening there have been relocations in those seem to be maybe picking up steam more in recent years and we might even see the oakland a.'s pending a vote. That happened today chain cities as well but not so much of the adding new teams to the to the club so I'm curious what you guys think about. Just the idea of expansion drafts is the way that the nhl is doing it. Is that a good way to conduct it. Are there certain loopholes that maybe they should think about closing up. Or what's the best way. Essentially if you're in charge of a league and you need to add a new team to it and somehow those the team needs to get players from the existing team somehow. What's what's the what's a good way to conduct an expansion draft. This is important too. Because i'm pretty sure. The wnba is going to expand within the next couple of years. So this we can we decide the blueprint right now. For how. how leagues do this going. Forward what would you do. I think they need these teams to be successful right away. I think they need every team to be successful. Kind of a precarious financial situation They're not the nfl or the nba in the nfl. I think you can have maybe till the rules expansion draft the different way and just have team be horrible and let david car get sacked. Sixty times in the first season wasn't.

I think we did a shy and a fast seven and an eight. I think i think we did. Seven eight hubs and shar. I think we actually. I think we did haase and show eight and then in episode earlier on where we just talk about family. Much right yes. We didn't episode. That was for the whole franchise right but it was sort of. Just us crying. About the idea of this franchise john gabor's ladies and gentlemen finally gets to come return the favor and talk fast furious on our show so thrilling. I don't even know it was a singleton series. I thought it was a fast and furious series. I thought it was like an aw. This is so exciting. I'm pissed that. I'm here for too fast. Furious and not abduction though really. Hey look at the would not believe the fight for people who wanted to guess on the a taylor. Lautner headman jacob the werewolf man. I've loved him since day. One and day four but yes day four also the final day for the final day on our patriot. We're doing the twilight movies right. Now is a franchise simultaneous with doing singleton on main feed. Oh and and it's interesting that those two things coalesce with the taylor. Lautner is the linchpin at the end of the twilight franchise. Taylor lautner finally gets his action movie which ends up being john singleton's last movie and then singleton dies in taylor lautner kind of disappears from the face. A beer weird right. Join not expected these two things to overlap and that not only did they collide but they sort of like it was a fatal collision was a fatal collision. Jesus i'm looking at the cast for abduction. And i'm sorry. I know we're going to talk about that. But like sigourney weaver alphabet. Lena jad is thing is overflowing crazy that it's not good like saying that it's not except the only problem is i. Don't know what it's about at all at all. The premise was like what if a fat guy ended up having crazy as bad stuff and they were like oh and i was like i've got just the fat guy and they're like you know nick frost. Nope okay so you don't even see me. Okay see you later. I gotta say abduction sounds good. So i that premise. That's fine yeah. The kind of fun. That's one of those movies that you watch and then eight years later find out. John singleton directed. Yeah you know what. I mean where you're like. I saw that dumb shit. And it's like oh did that always happens with like some of your favorite directors. You like they have this one kind of movie that you saw was shitty. Didn't realize it was a bomb a movie and now you're like now you retroactively like wait one of my favorite directors shit movie what we've been talking about this. I mean leading up to this point in in all episodes so far. But i feel like every movie up until this point singleton's career was at least like half sold on. Its john singleton. Movie like his name was as big as ever. The star of the film was very often. He was trying to mint a new star and even like boys in the hood is the debut none of those actors really known as much the narrative of like this kid. He's like twenty two. can you believe it. And this felt like the first time we're singleton was just kind of hired to make a move and that's true for the rest of them. And and this is his second franchise he's taken on shaft but that was like. Can you believe fucking john. Singleton's doing shaft as opposed to wait. John singleton directed two fast. Two furious like it was hidden. I will say putting it. I haven't watched too fast in a long long time. And i remember being like it's kinda wack. I watched fast one and two fast and prep for this same i. It's one of those cases. Now we're talking about a bunch of shit at the same time here but abduction as well. I definitely want to rewatch because we talked about this a lot on action boys but fast one and fast too fast are. We didn't know how good we had it with like blockbuster movies yeah and i remember being like this is whack and corny and then watching it now being like i just love how many insane choices that everyone in this movie is making and now it just doesn't feel like they make movies and i'll even go and i didn't realize singled in movie until i sat down to watch it or maybe we were about john singleton one and i was like oh fuck and they're watching it i was like and maybe i'm just you know as a child of the eighties and nineties conflicting john singleton with black actors and black content. But i thought that this one felt like a little bit like a john singleton move. I mean i think somehow heathrow's his flair on top of a franchise that has fifty percent of the franchise that was built in the first movie. And it's definitely because he puts baby boy in as like this definitely helps it. Send it in the singleton direction. Right casts tyree but this is the wildest thing i read so i always thought it was that right. The he gets hired on to do a fasten. Pharisee brings therese with him. But it's the other way around right. It was a what stacey snider who was the head of universal at the time really liked baby boy. He was like of all the executives and studio heads in hollywood. None of them even watched baby boy. And i remember the site or was the one who like asked for a private screening and then she called me afterwards and was like tyree. This guy's amazing and was like i wanna make him a movie star so then she calls him whatever it is because baby boy comes out the same like within a month of the first fast and furious movie is a thing we realized in the box game which is just wild to consider that it's only shit. He's getting creamed at the box office by. I think it was the second week of fast and furious is the first week baby boy is out. I believe that's what it is. Oh and it's it's like he can just see his career leaving right like. Oh that's the last time they're going to let you make a personal character. Driven twenty million dollar studio drama. That comes out in the middle of the summer because he just sees like fuck in. Vin diesel to doughnuts around him at the boxoffice right. And it's like that's your future. That's what you're doing from here on out. They will dig into this more. But they stacey snider call john singleton and was like vin. Diesels not doing the fast and furious equal. We need the new person to be the buddy with paul..

"Well the biggest issue is that deontay wasn't in our region now one of the ways that we determine whether your available or not is You're contracting for another title and we're all well aware that the had the return match Causing his contract so technically we couldn't rank him because he was contract with the fight for another title the only other way that he could be unavailable injured. So would that would have been really tough to do well. Not we couldn't do it. He's gonna bail. He was contractor. Thank you think these are all beautiful. Answer believe me. We've we've sat here and this is a call in talk show daily so people have sat here and just ask questions like you know. Why isn't this fighter ranked in this sanctioning body. Why can't he just be the mandatory champion. You know so These are definitely needed answers. I wanted i x. Your thoughts on the evolution of what i consider the second franchise title Because i believe the super champion is no different than the wbz franchise champion. And by the super champion. I mean the wba super champion. And now the wbz franchise champion. What are what are your thoughts on these secondary super champions or not super champions for unification's we do not recognize the super champion Because the way. I understand it isn't isn't a title. It's a designation that can't be won or lost in the rain so they i don't yeah. It's a designation it's not a it's not a world title There are certain fighters at certain levels. I suppose that would benefit off of that It certainly given the people who have those designations could make some really good fights but as far as the the purpose of unifying We don't do it And and i only know briefly or you know i'm not too intimate with the rule But that's our position that's a that's a designation by another sanctioning organization that we don't recognize the last champions. Why have i mean 'cause i it just seems like you guys are like morally. Taking certain stances on things is does it. Just come down to that like you're trying to do woods right or am i painting win this because i want you to be a superhero of sanctioning bodies. Well you know what it is. I mean shoot like baby virtue. But the simple answer we weird where where we'll sticklers We re evaluate our rules It's not a cop out that we try to stay away from discretionary rules Because that leads to consistent know what you're gonna get when you're dealing with the ideas and it's a fair playing field as we can make and and we're we're still working on it and teaching all can make we followed and it and it works out all right all right so i got a few questions here from The people first one is from new orleans rule who says compared to other sanctioning bodies. So let's talk about before we our main man sonny eclipse. let's talk about cosmic rays starlight cafe. Just a brief story before then and then honestly most of the attention is on sunny himself because raise is an intergalactic chain restaurant that is chosen earth as its next franchise expansion. This makes me think about something interesting in. It's almost the same idea behind these of injuries. Campuses so the vendors campus and disneyland is the west coast campus and the avengers campus and disneyland. Paris is the europe campus for years. You know that's that's an interesting take on it and again this. This leads us down a path to talking about baotou but will save that discussion for another day as well. But do you think you know. Could they expand on this idea and say hey because cosmic ray starlight. Cafes went so well in orlando florida location. Where now opening up one in shanghai you know and it's different and we're going to get another performer. There to to be there. This is the second franchise that we're bringing to earth. I feel like they could definitely play it up. I mean it's a cute enough idea. And i do like the back story. I feel like that's the most important part. Obviously in a storytelling series. That it has to have a good story and i do feel like in some of those international parts where they would probably do it even better than it's done here in walt disneyworld. I think people just eat it up you have like a mascot basically you have your performer sonny eclipse. I'm sure it would be some sort of relative or friend. Maybe maybe even a whole band or that might giving cheese vibes. But i think it could be really cool chuckie. Cheese lives yes. They had a they have a band they do. So cosmic are like fa does beat your three different bays in bay one their chicken and bay to they serve burgers and bay three. They serve soup salad and sandwiches. This is during normal operation right now. They're just like a mobile order way of serving food and it's all the same things. Correct the building itself is boomerang.

I talk Tomo Mike McCartney, who was the agent for Kirk Cousins, who was the only quarterback in the NFL to play on the tack twice, which is what Dak Prescott is looking at, and I think he felt like he had incredible leverage against Washington, and he converted that into $84 million total guaranteed deals that remains the biggest in the NFL when he moved into Washington after the second franchise, But I don't think he ever felt like he had the kind of leverage Dak Prescott Todd France have in the current negotiation between the Cowboys and Dak Prescott because Jackson a far better, more accomplished quarterback, then Kirk cousins was at the time that he was tagged with second.

"What why are they doing this. Why are they doing this. When i don't know a year to go little tiny film called into the spider verse came out the rallies. Now they're going to do the peter pirker version of it. Yes so there was a there was a comic book storyline. That did have the multi. Verse of peter parker's Some some time ago and so there. There is that even the list sony and and not marvel studios prop. Well i guess you know marvel studios in partnership with sony Obviously they always take such as from the comics and and and make it to their own. So a fake this spider man. Three multi-diverse Storyline which you know which was teased in in in far from home so with mysterious. So i think they're just bringing afford especially given that we we do have doctor strange in in this installment i gave me. He's becoming the mentor for for peter. So at least at least Tom holland speeder. So you know. I think this is just opening up again. That door way to the multi-diverse and it even if it's just five minutes with some of these characters i think that's what they're gonna do. Yeah i hear you. I just for whatever reason if this movie was being put together before into the spider verse and was released four. I would be lot more hyped. I would a lot more like. Oh my god. I can't believe they did are doing this rob but the it's my excitement and i will be shocked. I will be shocked if If they pull it off in a way that doesn't duplicate into the spider verse but still almost parallels it where where you get. All of those emotional feels all of those call backs in everything makes makes sense so just spiderman is is one of those characters we all love and such a like an important role in this genre and yet they they they. "Those two franchises will always have juice Now you go up against with this young Celtics team that has some veteran leadership, too. Against LeBron and a day it could be fun. It would be fun. The Lakers would win that serious because ultimately, even though we would all talked about LeBron LeBron LeBron and defending LeBron is obviously always a challenge. Who on the Celtics is going to be able to stop Anthony Davis Tyson a nice player. I don't think and his Cantor is going to be able, even though he's a good friend of the show, and we'd love Venice. I don't think he's going to be able to shut down Anthony Davis. So that is where the Lakers would have a big time advantage. Here's the story line, though. That I'm surprised with the possibility of it. It's not getting talked about enough. And that's heat and Lakers. You would have LeBron James going up against his former team. I know that the roster is completely different. This isn't the heat still with Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosch and the rosters fully different, But the two big storylines here would be LeBron James going up against Erik Spoelstra, who remember when LeBron was in Miami when he won two championships in four years. LeBron didn't want Spoelstra's the coach. LeBron tried to get Pat Riley to get out of the suit and the front office and get a suit on the sideline. And come back and already obviously runs out organization but be a part of the heat as a coach once again. And Pat Riley said. That's not happening. Spoelstra's the coach, I believe in him. So that's one thing And then the other thing is the relationship between LeBron James and Pat Riley. Does that relationship just to refresh your memory? I've read articles Pat and LeBron ever since LeBron left Miami to go back to Cleveland. And win that championship, which is LeBron's career defining moment. It's his best moment, even if he wins the championship of the Lakers this year that championship with the Lakers, and I don't think any championship LeBron wins for the rest of his career will be able to top coming back from down 31 against a team that broke records in the Warriors was an all time great team coming back down 31 and delivering that championship to Cleveland, especially with Kyrie Irving, three, and then the LeBron block on Andre Iguodala. I don't think anything will ever taught that for LeBron James his career when LeBron let though Pat Riley. And LeBron. They had an ugly fallen out. According to some things I've read. They have not talked. Since LeBron elected to go back To Cleveland. Not only that, if you remember when LeBron won that championship he did tell. Tell ESPN is Dave McMenamin. When I decided to leave Miami this was the quote. I'm not going to name any names. I can't do that. But there were some people that I trusted and built relationships with in those four years who told me I was making the biggest mistake of my career, and that bleep hurt me and I know it was an emotional time that they told me because I was leaving. That's what they told me that because I was leaving. They just told me it was the biggest mistake. I was making my career. And and that right? There was my motivation. I remember that LeBron, he said. You know, I have some motivation that if we win, I'll tell you what the motivation was now Pat Riley, he claims That he never said that to LeBron. But who else would have said it to LeBron? Hey, you think Erik Spoelstra saying that to LeBron James? No. What was Dwyane Wade is Best friends with LeBron saying that to LeBron no. Was it Chris Bosch? No, it had to have been Pat Riley. So right there. And just what the competitive nature Jimmy Butler, too. But if we do get to see Lakers and heat, the biggest storylines from there is not LeBron up against any other players on Miami. It's LeBron up against Pat Riley and Erik Spoelstra. So I probably go. That I want to see Lakers and And And the Celticsfirst. Then number two, though I would not mind seen the Lakers up against the heat. And then when you get to the other two options, but I rather see Celtics nuggets Or would I rather see heat Nuggets? Personally, I'd rather see Celtics nuggets cause I wouldn't mind seeing Jason Tatum in the finals and then heat Nuggets would probably be the fourth option. So that's our poll question. Today on Twitter at Zach Gill, Butch MBA Finals match up, but you want to see the most heat Lakers heat now get Celtics Lakers or Celtics Nuggets. Celtics nuggets is at 5.4%. I'm surprised by this heat nuggets at 25.8%. That's a big This. Paris E no discrepancy between heat nuggets and Celtics Nuggets. Then at 32.3% Celtics Lakers. And a 36.6% heat. Lakers. Make sure you get on that.

Taco Bell apparently also had a spicy chicken burrito. No longer on the menu. Sonic don't know. I think there's one Sonic in the Chicago immediate Chicago Land area. You know, it was a crazy night, but You know a giants when I was growing up, Wass only spring training because I grew up, you know, in the in the seventies eighties nineties in the Bay Area. Um and I was a little different I was and I don't know how it is in the air right now. I haven't lived. My family's all there now, but it feels a little more polarized, polarized now where you're a fan of one team and not the other. I was a fan of both teams because back then I was I played baseball and You know, all all the way through college, so I love baseball. And I would get to many games on either side of the bay. I was easier than East Bay, Kid. Get Oakland because of Bart. You know you My mom would drop my buddies and I off at the park station in wallet. And and, Yeah, it wasn't easy to get there if you're 12 or 13 years old, so that the only time I got to Candlestick was with my dad or with another parent of Ah, another kid, so Andi, you know the other thing It dawned on me with with today's on the Giants. The impact it had on the seventies and the eighties. Probably too. When I was there as a player and in, you know, Pony League and little leak and high school in summer ball College summer College ball was what What color shoes did you wear? Because you know, in the seventies mid late seventies, everybody was wearing the white shoes because the air you know, it's one of the things with the A's. Really brought into baseball and sports that but for me once I got the late later in high school, I started to follow. A giant whom I really like the Darrell Evans of Jeffrey Leonard's Jack Clark team was a middle infielder. So I followed guys like hyper and and LeMaster and Robby Thompson was a terrific second baseman. And likewise on the Oakland side. You know big fans of the middle infielders for the days as well. But I was a white guy because of the age until late high school and then summer ball and then got into the Giants a warrant and quickly turned to black shoes. On board those through college and summer ball in college. So that was something that was. Ah, I remember it. If you were in a fan, you were wearing the light shoes If you were in a player if you wear the Giants fan and you were playing youth, baseball or high school, whatever. You're usually we're in the black shoes. Well, I'll tell you, you look a baseball today and the extra inning game we had last night. What do you think? A strategy for these extra innings? Nobody bunts. Everybody just tries to knock him around and then score the run and you gotta get a crooked number. One run is is not that comfortable. No. I first ran into this doing the World Baseball Classic because you know that the WDC has played before the season starts, so they have to conserve pitching. And so they have had that extra inning rule and I've had a few of those games. And then early this season. It was a really good article, and I don't know where it is online that documented in the minor leagues that have been using that rule. What strategy has worked in what strategy has not, and you would think. That. Hey, you're Bunning right away. If you're if a guy gets the third looks intentionally walk eyes, But you learn pretty quickly when you when you manage these games and call these games Ah, phew! Things that Ah ah, aren't what they seem and that is in the top of the enemy. You don't want to intentionally walk anybody And if you're on defense, and you really don't want to fund anybody. If you're on offense, the numbers just don't pay out and you know, to be honest with you. Players these days with the modern swing and a modern approach the offense, situational hitting is not a strength for a lot of hitters wanting is not a strength. Um, and then you don't like you said the crooked numbers Big and if you're playing defense in the top of the inning If you really are fixated on preventing that one run, and you're you know you're going to intentionally walk guys to set up a double play to get out of the inning without giving up that run. There's a lot of times where the is going to tip over on you and you're going to give up multiple runs two runs of three runs, and I've seen that happen not only in the big leagues but also in the W. B. C. Um and then you know you get in. You can walk guys in the bottom of the inning. But funny, not good. I'll tell you good contrast because of last night's game, the A's in the top of the inning. All of a sudden, there's situational Hitting was good. Olson hit a ground ball right side can't hit sacrifice life. They've got the running without a hit. Contract that to the Houston Oakland game of last week. I think it was where it went. I want to say triple overtime, but that's not the 1st 2 innings were just futile. I mean, nobody was trying to put the ball in play. It was that everybody was launch angle, trying to end it with one swing, and nobody got anywhere..

"Boyd's death did not contain the words black lives matter but a day after the video was published commissioner Roger Goodell responded on the NFL's official social media page with an unexpected admission with the National Football League admit we were wrong for not listening to NFL players earlier and encourage all to speak out and peacefully protest the del called for reform pleading to be a part of the change he believes the country needs what a statement raises important questions for players fans and league executives what changes the NFL willing to make and will they improve the quality throughout the league first porch leading which close to three quarters of its players are black there's a lack of representation in leadership roles the NFL's taking initiatives to hire more minority candidates to those positions one of its policies called the Rooney rule adopted in two thousand three originally required teams to interview one minority candidate for every head coaching vacancy it's expanded since its implementation owners even voting on new proposals just last month the results are what they are as far as minority representations sessions and it's it's not there the way it needs to be Louis Riddick is a former player and current NFL analyst with our partners at ESPN and the NFL owners I mean really what is there an incentive to change the only way that you can really ultimately change their way of thinking and decisions that they arrive right is to get us the candidates exposed to them outside of just one more interview settings so they are more comfortable more apt to hire people like myself having served in a lead front office role as director of pro personnel with two franchises Riddick is interviewed for general manager positions with the San Francisco forty Niners in New York Giants I think I am worthy of being a general manager in the NFL I was deserving of that job but yeah at the same time I don't feel as though John Merrow or Steve Tisch slighted me because I was there American or monarch.

"Joy quarterback is the only position. There's just one right like you can have to defensive end to great linebackers, two great corners, four great receivers. That's understood.
