Presto Sparkling Rose

"Day from cheap wine fighter dot com again. This one's kind of appropriate to the season. It's a Chris Light refreshing. Sparkling wine it's the presto sparkling rose zeh than non vintage extra-dry. Nine, ninety, nine at whole foods. I. Think it's exclusive whole foods they sell elsewhere in the world but in the United States, it's whole foods. and. It's if you like. You'RE GONNA. Like this wine. It's made in the same way that tank from Tation Shar map. Large pressurized bats the pressure when the CO two was released the second fermentation. The pressure foots the bubbles right back into the one. The DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THIS For Sakho says the glaring rape which the white grape. used. The grain grape and the rebozo. Gra to local Grapes of the region Veneto. and. Trentino Trentino up all toil Dj. Gratiot and Benito is Sakho. Northern Italy way, up there. the red grapes are two popular grapes in Italy about you don't see him that often in the U. S.. Ever, really good at Italian wine shop L. The you might find them there because they make good one. But you know most people aren't familiar and in a sparkling wine doesn't really matter because that's been fermented twice. Like. I said if you like for sexual like this, it's got a different. Flavor profile, but it's got some rounded red fruit in it. Now, not lot still basically a Chris sparkling wine. NOTICED SIP in two minutes? Taken two steps in two minutes basically tells you that it's got good acidity. Yeah. So. That's all you need to know really the light refreshing ten buckle foods sparkling wine from. Italy. And you know what they are thinking about, which may or may not make much difference at all. Why is it a sparkling wine? In Italy, the word for sparkling wine is full monty. You know this is a smart I mean for Seco- Samante Champagnes? Format. It just means sparkling wine doesn't mean anything. But I think one of the problems is that. In most Americans when they think about sparkling wine, they think about. Those sweet inexpensive ones from the Asti region which sold like crazy for a long long time. I think they still do. Okay. But the cattle got. You know the kind of Societas with an expensive nat maybe that grape wine, there's been a few scandals there won't get into. This cheap wine fighter. We don't really care about this but for kind of Blue Osteo Ahmadis, water because they were drier. More detail. You know they weren't these sweet things not the sweet wine is terrible. Not a huge fan, but people are so tweets their own. So this is a sparkling wine should wear should be Presto Spur Monte Rosa. And that's pretty good little line and the reason is not called. For Sakho rose as because. They're very very. they've they've they've they've value their brand their brand is the glare grape. Grown of region main the Sharm, method and they actually a few years ago changed the name it used to be the for Sakho, grape? Grown in the region made the cycle wine. Anybody who could grow the? In Spain California Argentina could call their wine for sex change the grape to Glenora you can grow the grape anywhere, but you gotTa Call Glare on that percents they protected their brand. And that's the reason. This isn't for Cycle Rosa because it camping has to be made from the lyric grape. That's a white one. And this is what this is a light refreshing ten bucks. What else do you want what ton Buck Rosa bubbly from from Italy? I can't think of anything else tasted to me. Third SIP and four minutes. and. I. Don't have much more to say about against the job done. You know. Yeah. I mean. Is it my favorite wine? The whole real? No but. I require wine to be the favourite wine every time out this gets the job done. It does what it was meant to do and a dozen well. So. That's it for me. On the next one key cheap.

I wouldn't hesitate anyway to bought it. But Not Anymore healers two major ways to make sparkling wines right the process go Cycle style, which is the from at the wine launch and they put into huge. Pressurized tanks and then they had Houston sugar and went out. One again. Here comes. Okay and then they add. Measured! Amount of sugar and yeast. and. As the carbon dioxide gets released from From the fermentation, the pressure is put back into the tank. Into the wind. and that's the nineteenth century technology to get bubbles into wine. and. It works for Seco-. They sell like crazy I like. I like winds. It's pretty damn, cool? Traditional method. Which is Sixteenth Century is where they fermented wine port in the battle. Every bottle gets a little bit of A. Little bit of sugar. And the cap it off and then for the next. On champagne a year and a half. The turn the bottle every two days a quarter turn so the dead use of the stick to the wine. And then neo this you know. One more. Yeah I think they're saying no way. And You, know they still like care. It's probably nine months, and no one says was making this. How how it's made, but that's how the traditional nothing words. And you turn it per. Quarter turn every couple days for months. And then when you have done, you've gotta breeze. The topic is All that uses now basically. And you gotta freeze that you can pull that out, and then you had to add. Some does size which is. Pre made. Pretty much the same. The same bubbly premade bubble you add to fill up and you can change the sweetness. Screener bubbly or he'll dryer just to just to. Go One more time. And then you go another few months, maybe even longer just to aged agenda. Get everything. If everything to settle down. It's a huge commitment. To make traditional method sparkling wine. And when you see it for six ninety nine. Like wow, because no one really cares if they're six. Ninety nine sparkling wine is made in the process. Or Champagne Metro other than me. Because you know when on seven bucks got bubbles in it, it tastes nasty. It doesn't matter if it's sixteenth century, technology or Nineteenth Century Technology. It's all good. And this one is surprisingly. I, don't know. Are. But it's got nice flavor. The the acidity is on the. One year ago. Late and On the. On the cantaloupe, the edge of being a latched, but still faust, but not three we noticed. That has any right to complain because it's a six ninety ninety bubbly. What kind of crazy person complains about that so? I just took a SIP. It tastes great. It's six ninety nine traditional method. That all the all these blinds. Leeson all the neighborhood is just a mess. You can't tell what's what's. The. There's three of launders forty seven of another. You you might be sick, chardonnays and nothing else. But if you look and you try to find out what skin there. There's some pretty good stuff in there. I mean I'm shocked to their. "seco" Discussed on Gaming Ride Home

"GonNa try something a little different here new for gaming ride home, but I had a chance to get some hands on time with mortal shell recently in upcoming game from developer cold symmetry, it's a game heavily inspired by dark souls and. Frankly doesn't pretend otherwise while also impressively managed to be somehow creepy year than dark souls. The preview build. I played opened with a bleach white creature, creaking awake from some kind of slumber in shallow water. It's the kind of faceless creature. You might see an early tool, music, video, or something that h R. Giger dreamed up and it's it's very unsettling pretty quickly. I learned about at least one mechanic that separates mortal shell from dark souls, and it's the way you block attacks instead of holding up a weapon. You have an ability on a cool down. That makes your body temporarily harden and turn to stone. It looks cool, and it's rewarding to watch an enemy. Try and hit you only to see their sort. Bounce off your stone body. You can also counter enemies with a carefully timed button press, which, if done, correctly opens up a window for an instant kill. It's not quite as satisfying here as it is in say Seco- but I was always proud of myself. When I pulled it off the way you inhabit your character in the video game RPG sense also works a little differently you find shells, the soulless husks of presumably expired soldiers that you literally enter and control the first one I found was your standard night character that seemed pretty balanced later. However, I found a shell more focused on endurance. Who Instead? Instead of rolling turned into a cloud of dust to get out of the way, that show was definitely way more my speed as I'm a big fan of running in for a hit and getting out of there, especially when it comes to games, inspired by dark souls, every shell, or at least the two I found has a collection of these that can be purchased essentially leveling them up. I wasn't able to make my health or attack power number's bigger, but I was able to increase the likelihood that a successful counter would do poison damage and stuff like that. I believe. Believe they're going to be four shells in the game. Each essentially acting as a class, it also seems like your best bet will be to pick a shell and stick with it. As switching requires you to go to specific locations around the world, you won't be traveling around with a collection of skin suits in your backpack and change them at will depending on your situation I imagine you will find all four pretty early. Stick with one you like, but maybe change every now and then for a boss fight or something if the fight calls for it one thing I think. Think Mortal Shell improves upon compared to dark souls and I I know everything gets compared to dark souls all the time often unfairly, but I promise the comparison is pertinent here, but often in dark souls. You have all these items, and even when you read the description, it's not totally clear what they do, and sometimes using the item reveals even less the end up relying on the hive mind of the Internet to help you out which I don't love. I don't like leaving a game and going to the Internet to learn how to play it. Mortal Shell has similarly opaque. But the more you use them, the more you learn about them, their descriptions stand, and you can even get better at using them I picked up a lute guitar from a fallen enemy for example and played it, but I sounded awful, but I I played it a few more times in it started sounding better and I learned that I could use the loot to attract enemies that same kind of knowledge expansion extends to things like mushrooms that you can pick up the environment. The more you use them, the more you learn about them. It made me excited to try out items and experiment as opposed to. To just hoarding everything and hoping I. Don't use something in a way. I probably wasn't supposed to in my hour or so of playtime I was surprised I never found the equivalent of a bonfire or an estes flask I reached out to cold symmetry to make sure I hadn't missed something, but my assumption was correct. The character you speak to to improve your shells resets the world and your health when you chat, but in terms of health regeneration, you're fully reliant on just items that you find in the environment, which is a big change compared to other dark souls inspired games overall, the game left. Of first impression, there's no denying the dark souls inspiration, but it has some unique mechanics, and it is very very creepy. especially in its opening moments mortal Shell is coming to xbox one playstation, four and epic Games store later this year, and it should be releasing on steam sometime in two thousand twenty one. Here's what released today. bipeds co-op puzzle platformer that looks like it could almost be a sequel to astro about rescue. Mission is out today on switch after.

Falcon 9 Launches Canada's RADARSAT Constellation Mission

"Write us at constellation has been successfully launched into orbit aboard a SpaceX falcon nine rocket the falcon nine launched in thick fog from space launch complex for e at the Vandenberg Air Force base in California. Can I ask if you're ten nine eight seven six five four three two one mission? Our telemetry. How can nine had an on time, liftoff through the fog from Seville from Vandenberg Air Force base approaching max q supersonic close passing through maximum dynamic pressure. We now have three events coming up in rapid. Succession main engine cutoff stage, separation and second, engine start one or SAS one main engine cutoff, this is where all nine engines of F nine will shut down trajectory is looking good staves stage. Main engine cutoff stage, separation and second, engine start one so who's back has begun faring deployment. We have about ten seconds left in the boost back burn confirmation of boost back shutdown. So in order for. Little to make its way back to Vandenberg Air Force base. It has to execute a series of three burns. The first is what we call the boost back burn. And that helps to slow the rocket down and oriented for entry shortly after this, the Griffin's articulating, as they help steer the rocket back to Vandenberg. Those are deployed to help guide the rocket during its descent following that talking nine executes its entry burn and that slows itself down before hitting the dense part of the atmosphere. The entry burn actually cuts the first stage speed almost in half. So that's what we'll be coming up next out about the tea, plus six minute, Mark the third and final burn that stage. One will execute today is the landing burn happens to be everybody's favorite burn and that takes place just before touchdown as the booster touchdown softly, on the ground. So if you happen to be in the greater Vandenberg Air Force base area. I recommend that you head outside because you are very. Likely in range to experience the sonic boom, that comes with re entry. We have confirmation that power is good dejected. Looking good. Started confirmation that stage one entry burns has started. Shutdown stage, one TSA stage, one trans sonic. Claiming burn has begun. South nine hundred handed back at Vandenberg Air Force base. So without good news we turn back into second-stage, our primary missions, as it continues to carry three Radarsat constellation satellites to some synchronous orbit there. We head confirmation a second engine cutoff or Seco now. We're just going to wait for confirmation of second-stage. Good orbit, GNC confirms. Good. First of all. All right. San Francisco's E-Cigarette Ban Aims to Goose the FDA

"Tuesday. San Francisco became the first major city in the nation to approve a blanket ban on the sale and manufacture of e cigarettes, the city supervisors passed the ban unanimously like many cities across the country. San Francisco says it's trying to stem vaping epidemic among school aged kids and teens. Join us to talk about the ban in San Francisco and what it could mean for the rest of California is attorney Andrew tournament Seco with the public health Law Center, which monitors tobacco laws across the country. Thanks for being with us. Thank you for having me. We'll supporters of the band say that it can help rein in vaping, kids and teens. But some who oppose it Sates going to remove viable smoking, turn it, that can help people quit supervisors at all weigh in on vaping as a path toward quitting. That's valid point on, I think manufacturing, especially to have been making this Wayne. And this claim is not actually founded in science. Oh. In fact. And we know that those pass wait for them to gain that status to if the approval to, to be a cessation product from combustible products. The report says that e cigarettes where the most commonly used products high school students in two thousand seventeen the surgeon general has mentioned how the use of cigarettes has explicitly increase in middle and high school students of the rate of nine hundred percent between two thousand two thousand fifteen and the pattern of use of cigarettes, higher within teenagers and young adults spending adult so idea that they products or e cigarettes are a cessation tool. He's. Listen. Do BS those numbers those numbers about growth in, in student populations of there staggering, but did San Francisco at all ever? Consider a sort of a more tailored approach in terms of banning them in schools, and or exploring options like vape monitors that, I know some schools across the nation have those restrooms and other parts of schools. The best way to stay me that we're facing right now. We do this is an pedantic but synthesis believes it's facing and the best way to do. It took the approach that they felt appropriate to spend that they make San Francisco really just the first city sort of actively take on FDA, that's maybe dragging its heels on weighing in on vaping. San Francisco as I just the forefront. And, and like you mentioned, you know, the FDA has this pathway through, which is cigarettes can be on the market, and they're not doing that. They've been pushing back to dead line products. I've been on the market for many, many years. Now. And dictate adults has the numbers show, and this is presenting a public health catastrophe and, yeah, San Francisco's want as on the forefront of doing this having difficulty reconciling, the fact that jewel, one of the largest makers of, of e cigarette products is headquartered there and is a large player in the market, and a resident of the city, that's actually great point. And they'll initiatives now in San Francisco to try to change that, so that the CD sense right message, when he'd enacts laws that protect the public health about having the industry that is responsible for this being housed in its own property. I mean there's, there's things making their way through the California legislature. Right now about vaping and prohibiting it in some places the beauty about. Public health initiatives, that developing the local level. It's that incremental in a sense that Justice Brandeis said you know, there's a laboratories of democracy. This is this is a politics being tested on the on the local level. And if it gains public public health goals, we hope to see it working its way to localities. Also, diffusing ports to the state, and another high level, so that, you know, we as a society, take steps to address on pedantic and midst. What would you tell somebody? That is an adult choosing to, to use an EC Greg product in the bay area. And now knowing they are going to be banned from using it is that is that, right? Is that fair? Do they have the right to smoke? What they want. Well, I hate to recognize you, but there's no right to smoke or those right to access this product. Finance live for eight hours of live market coverage. They're ready. Are you when a product is successful? Usually it's because people really like it. Right. But some farmers say they are buying a popular new kind of soybean seed, partly out of fear that if they don't they won't have a crop next year, the soybean is resistant to herbicides dyke Cambe and farmers say that the soybeans are driving other seeds out of the market. Now farmers are taking Monsanto to court claiming this is an antitrust violation and pears, Dan, Charles has the story the biggest new technology on midwestern farms. These days is a new family of soybean seeds the seeds go by the trade name extend their worth an estimated billion dollars a year to the company that sells them Monsanto now owned by. Bayer and Dennis Wentworth in central Illinois is. Totally on board. One hundred percent of the soybeans that we plant are extend soybeans these news. Soybeans have been genetically tweaked. So they don't die when you spray them with a herbicide called die Cambe now when worth can spray this weedkiller right over his fields of Cambe, tolerant plants it controls the week. It kills a week. That's bottom line. Doesn't doesn't affect the crop in just three years? These new varieties of taken over sixty to seventy five percent of the American soybean market. Farmers say they've made the switch because die cameras better at killing the weeds, some farmers also. Bayer say the new seeds produce a bigger harvest. But a lot of farmers say there's also a third reason for Randy Brazzale in southeastern Missouri. It was the only reason I just hit go along with the Cam. But program whether I like it or not Brazzale already had his seeds ordered for next year. Not the new die tolerance. Soybeans. He was going to use other weedkillers, but then in mid December. He got a phone call. I had a neighbor a friend. And who calls me, and he says I am going to have to go dot Gamba. And that changed Brazil's plans completely because the has this well problem, it's sometimes blows away after you spray it across property lines into neighboring fields. Lots of people have tried to stop this chemical companies have reformulated the product government regulators of restricted how and where farmers can spray it. They put these rules on the product label and still die. Cam bef- Hume's have curled up the leaves of sycamore trees and millions of acres of traditional Siberians across the midwest and the mid south so brattle said can't risk it happening to me. He cancelled his entire seed order bought the new Di Cambio, tolerant soybeans instead, then I have to get on the phone and call every other neighbor and say, listen, I did not want to do this. But I am gonna be forced grow dot Cambe. Will then that forces all those neighbor to grow deck in by will then they have to call older neighbors. And eventually what you have is a monopoly. Among the losers in this situation are seed companies that are selling competing products like rob Seco in elk horn, Nebraska. Rob Robinson is the CEO. We don't believe in extent. We think is too complicated is very difficult to meet the requirements on the label, and it causes too many issues with neighbors like fights over damaged crops. Robinson says he's lost customers over this. Most of them. He says wanna buy extend soybeans at least partly to protect their crops from harm because their neighbors are spraying die Cambe. He says it's part of the sales pitch for these new seeds at least on a local basis or being sold with this idea. So it's actively part of the sales processes prevent wait. What what do you mean? Exactly. You mean people selling extend are actually using this as a selling. Absolutely, yes. Seed companies will remind farmers if you plant extent soybeans you won't see any damage from Canada. You won't have that conflict with your neighbor. Now, how far that goes up the management chain it within Monsanto and now bear. I can't tell you. But I know locally that it that's the message several law firms now have filed a lawsuit on behalf of farmers arguing that Monsanto violated antitrust law by selling Cambe, tolerant seeds, the lawsuit claims that the company understood that the risk of drifting dot com, but could drive competitors out of the market Baier has asked the court to dismiss that lawsuit decision as pending. Bayer declined NPR's request for an interview about this issue in its public statements. The company insists that if cameras used properly according to all the rules. It won't cause any harm to neighbors. It says farmers are buying extend seeds solely because they offer better week control and higher yields. It also points out that reports of Di Cambe damage were down sharply last year after the company and other groups held hundreds of training sessions for farmers. The company's critics though say fewer crops are getting damaged in part. Because so many farmers have decided to buy Bayer's product crops that Cambe can't harm, Dan. Charles NPR news. "Do other things, but I'm what what sometimes people, call departmental, est. It's a sort of view that goes back to Jefferson that says, you know, the constitution is an independent set of words, first of all and second of all set of values. I think that are independent of anyone institution. And if that's right. The constitution says stands as an independent thing. It means that any branch can interpret it really any person any citizen you, and I can do it just as well. I think in many ways better than the current supreme court. And so, yeah, I don't think it's just the role of courts to do. This thing of interpretation. And I think that's sort of, you know, part of the problem that we've gotten away from that, you know, it would be a real travesty, and and a especially given this supreme court if we said, you know, what the courts failed to enforce the travel ban. And that's the end of the story. I mean to me that was a real failing not just a moral failing. But a failing of of constitutional interpretation, and the fact. That they failed the court failed to stop a president from doing. So doesn't mean that. There wasn't an independent obligation of a president to not and basically Seco Aban based on religion, the most obvious violation of the first amendment guarantee of free exercise of religion that there could be and the ban on establishment of religion the ban on specifically, not favoring one religion over another and even in that travel ban decision, which I was so disappointed in Justice. Kennedy comes right out in this sort of wishy washy opinion, you know, he fails to do the right thing. But he does say something like look just because we failed to stop a president. It doesn't mean that he has in violated the constitution or were his sort of independent role. So so, yeah, I wanna get away from the idea that this is just a document for lawyers and just the documentary, especially for the supreme court. It's for all of the branches. And even more fundamentally for me, the constitution is a document for citizens that we all need to start to pay attention to because you. There are no there is no constitution..

We are man it was a blessing to come down here again and let this whole radio row, Joe Hawke themselves. Every time I loved it. Everyone's filling the vibes man. And I think without further ado, it is time to get into our interviews in part to starting with two former Juku teammates, Steve Smith senior in Ocho Seco himself. Now, joining us into Twitter blue room here on the Tomahawk show is the legend himself, and we always say the best XYZ in NFL history, for my opinion. This is the best receiver in NFL history. And I mean that with no tongue and cheese. So that's why I'm kind of surprised I somebody else, you know, what it's worthy for people that don't know. Steve is the guy that I looked up to from the start. He was a teammate of my brother, and my brother would tell me these stories about how he was the toughest as obe- he'd ever met in his life. So joining us now, the legend himself, Steve Smith senior how you doing man doing good, man. I've been all hog longtime on his brother going to get his brother when he was with the Bengals and then and going against him. And I take you came with Carolina met you are in college. And then I remember watching them on the on on that show that you was owning and getting ripped off. And just just ripped off. You know, just how it was what it was a great opportunity because it was it gave you an opportunity to show that you could play. Right. That should we already like as a wide receiver? You could see why receivers get whether you go by why should you can look at another wide receiver and go he hasn't or he doesn't right, right? And so that. That's one of the things that always always loved about you and loved it. And when you when you play a opportunity, you just ran with it man shows cool. Can't can't thank you enough. Now you hear down Atlanta for Super Bowl Brady playing in his thirty seconds Super Bowl game. Here you played against Brady understanding that what do you think the Rams need to do to try to throw him off his game? I mean really is going to really start up front with those guys get him corralled in there making him uncuffed uncomfortable. Getting you know, there's Joe when you you had a former teammate of my Jake Jake was always getting long in his five or seven step drought. Whitney put pressure on the tackle to maybe keep his hands out there. And so Brady doesn't get deep into the pocket. His five or steps is not his five step or sevens to have dropped is not like a nonstop drop. That is really a problem for tackles. His is more. His five step is really like three and a half four because he wants to keep everything in front of them getting a ball out less than three. Seconds being efficient understanding way needs to do. And one of the myths that people don't really understand radio has gotten older, but he's gotten sharper, he understands his deficiencies, and he just works around the things that he does well out is four thousand yards throwing seventy really only seven hundred and fourteen yards of that four thousand is twenty yards or more. So the big place. Yes. Watch all the big plays are really coming underneath. You know, seventy one percent of his four thousand are eleven yards and below. So he's officiant. That means he sees the defense he Di sex it formulates a plan. Does this not count readjusts? The the slot slide protection. Oh, yeah. It's down. Like that. And so that's what you have to do is get him to slow down that machine that processor up there..
