Another Monolith Has Appeared in Romania
"We have another update on these damn monoliths. This morning. We told you yesterday, the one in the Utah desert just disappeared Inexplicably. Over the weekend, almost the same exact time. One was being found in Romania. This one is 13 ft. Tall. It is also three sided. It's also buried in the ground at all this one no different than the Utah wanted. Has some kind of like swirling symbol scratching etchings all over it. It is near some kind of ancient ruin and Romania so you'd think it would have been seen before last week. It's also on private property, which would have required permits to build it correctly. And properly but no one seems to know how this one got to this part of Romania. Now there's Sean and capital have been saying that there's all sorts of rumors and reports that that there's there's account like a prank or some kind of artist. Installation. I don't know anything about that. I just know that we've got now in a completely different part of the world. They second out of nowhere. 10, plus foot steel beam. Buried in the ground. So before you automatically jump to the conclusion that it must be connected, must be the same people. According to the story that bogus reciting Google Earth imagery, which takes satellite photos of the entire Earth, show that this Romanian structure Appeared between August 2015 and October 2016. It's at least been there for four plus years. And, you know, I think they're the Utah one D. I believe that's the you saw one. The Utah one that has been there since August of 2015. Okay, so either way, one of these is not just a recent development. It has been there for a while. So the idea This was somehow like the last couple of weeks. So there's an artist playing jokes on everybody. This has been, as we said all along a long con a long plait their free years. And the one in Romania is on protected land that there's no way that people could have actually gotten on this land unless they knew the land owner apparently because it's on protected land. So I'm just I'm gonna call I'm gonna call B s a neighbor that thinks that these air just automatically the same person because you're gonna have place something in the desert of Utah four years ago. And then take it out this week, the moment that it got discovered and then suddenly appeared in Romania. How you getting Romania to drop another one of these things in the middle of pandemic when you can't travel, so maybe this is all done well before this. But maybe it's not extraterrestrial. But I don't think that these air was like, Oh, they found the monolith in Utah. Let's go drop one this week and Romania to keep people on their toes. Mm. I don't know about that. Remember, this could be the art like Banksy when he was rolling around New York and Chicago and even have different things pop up. You have no idea how nobody saw these artists parts pop up and nobody could find him. Nobody knew what he was. That's what this reminds me of. Maybe the Utah one was a long game and you wait for it to be found. And you have other one of these ready and connections throughout the world. And you say, Okay, we need to move this here, move that there and it creates some kind of buzz. Art is often stupid, and I think this is a better explanation than aliens. Was your was your art stupid that your mom ripped up in the know that Fender Bender wasn't to me, but clearly it was the my own mother. So now I'm reminding everybody that art stinks and art is awful. And dropping A monolith isn't art artists think it's art because they can't just paint between the lines? Well, I think that this is awesome Art. If it is art because it has the entire world, talking about art over the last week and a half, including a sports radio show that's consumed by the store, right. But again, I don't necessary think that's art. I just think it's like a cool Hunted like an egg hunt. Where's the next model? It's gonna pop up. There's no way monoliths. We never heard the word model it before 10 days ago. Now we see two and you tell me that I connected. Yeah, it's been a thing. It's just that you haven't been pretty well. We never talk about model is now suddenly the pop it up. They're not connected. There's no way they got to be. I don't think it's the same guy. I think you mean team of people. Do you think this guy has a Base in Utah base in Romania. He's got our base in America base in Romania. He's like Jason Bourne, right. It could be people in Europe. Who knows? When we come

"Do you played like that against kansas city. They got blown out of the building considering all the restless stuff right. Yeah i mean. The other quarterback was a good quarterback and a good team. The jacksonville is not a good team. And to sean t threw for two hundred eighty eight and he was. He was solid. But i've seen him play far better and he missed some throws it. Well did he shouldn't miss and that's okay but imagine the windows that are open if you the effective not only in the run but if he becomes a run through most of the showers runs if not it seems to me ninety percent of them happen out of him stepping out of trouble now if romeo speaking of that will you don't want it to run like half to run like that no sweat there a. Yeah you want protection to be sewn up. But i don't know why we discourage a guy from breaking defenses heart. I really don't i. I've never understood it. Well we don't want to get hurt a say again. The most vicious hits quarterbacks take unless lesser dumb running the football meaning don't know how to protect themselves and decide they wanna take on the best strong safety in the league doubt that's that's dumb right less third and five and you gotta get me. You know six yards in. It's the fourth quarter. Don't take the guy on but there's also smart running and getting to the point where you get out. Put pressure on him when he makes those runs but designed runs to put pressure on the defense. I would love to see more than non forced runs and more design runs. Now i'm not talking about lamar jackson style. But everytime sean breaks the pocket runs he gets me eight. Ten twelve yards. Don't you agree. Look what it's doing for. Josh allen when winces at his best. He's doing both right he's struggled. I mean it's just. I don't understand why the discouragement of that makes any sense. They have no run game. So i i'm not going to your best running back your quarterback. Yes yes you hands in that way right. That's exactly right so i to me. I think the discouragement of will. We don't want to run since the wrong message is the encouragement should be. We want him to run. Because guess what happens when your best football player has a football in his hands. Plays or made do yes sir. Good thanks good. Thanks actually have a chance to happen. See what we don't want. Mc is like when when altuve as having on rolling we don't want him with the bat in his hands when he said they're rolling. He's hitting everything. Hey writing lay down a bunt right here right right or take every pitch that comes right down to you know. Take the tissue. Just don't go swing at it. No we want you to swing at him and we want you to do your thing. I don't wanna take the ball out of my best players hands the hell the more i could put it in hands the happier i am. That's just me. Maybe i'm selfish. But it gives me the best chance to win and limits. My defense happened to be on the field and we have breaking news real quick by the way the in nba the nfl. Ben rothlisberger has been put placed on the covid list. Well benjamin so now that means that he will. We'll see but more than likely are they buy week this week. pittsburgh off or they play. I think they might be all or no. They were already off weren't they. I thought well. I thought i thought the nine and on our they eight now maybe eight now nine see now. You're now i'm thinking of the bengals this week into okay. Okay there you go. So they are eight no i think. I don't think i think there weren't they part of a covert with another team to ten aside and they have tightened so all right so big ban. We'll see we'll. "I've always said that the person who is the most emotional is a person who has the least amount of power. You are in such a vulnerable state when you're overly emotional when you're overly reactive because what you're saying is that things are outside of your control are controlling you. Which virtually renders you powerless. There's no value in worrying so if you're listening to this a couple of days before the election who knows how this is going to go. We might find out weeks from now hours from now days from now months from now. Who knows who knows and really who cares. And i know that's gonna offend some of you but the fact of the matter is you still need to go about your business. You still need to be a good person and you still need to pray for the prosperity of everyone. You may think you know my political views based on something you know about me or the color of my skin or the fact that i'm a christian but you don't. You don't know my decisions. You don't know i feel about and it's really irrelevant because this is not a show about politics because politics have gone off the rails. I don't even know what it is anymore. This is a show about being a better person. This is a show about having a happier healthier fuller life. And in order to do that i have to remind you how important is for you to take control of the things that you are feeding your mind to remember that you drive the car you get to decide what's going into your head you get to decide what you're watching on. Tv with social media. You're consuming what family members you're talking to. What group chats. You're a part of and if any of it is upsetting gets you emotional. Makes you want to say things. You're going to regret if any of it jeopardizes the way that you love and feel about your family members and friends for that matter and and maybe even strangers. My suggestion is to turn inward and ask yourself. Will this change anyone's mind. Will this change the outcome. If i'm outraged or if i'm happy or sad or angry or if i'm delighted no matter what the outcome is. My emotions don't change the outcome and this is important to remember not just about the current situation but all situations when we're outraged when we're upset when we're feeling hurt or frustrated we have to ask ourselves if those feelings which were entitled to feel but expressing them is going to do any good or if by chance it might be causing greater harm. Think back on time recently. Maybe even when you've had a family member do something that was completely out of your control and it was against everything that you advise them to do was upsetting. You thought they were making a really really bad decision. But yet this is an adult. Maybe it's a brother or sister. An aunt a grown child at someone who don't have control over their lives as much as you would love to have control over their lives. You don't so getting upset and voicing these frustrations over something. That's already happened. Something that you have no control over will likely only make matters. Worse will likely deepen the divide between the two of you. It's important that in these moments we have to ask ourselves okay. I want ultimately long-term. What do i want in when it's something that we can't control we have to remind ourselves of the only thing that we do have control over. Is the way that we respond to what's happening. And that is where our power lies. We can't change other people. We can't change the way people treat us or what they say to us or how they think the only thing that we have the ability to change the only thing we have the ability to control is the way that we respond the way they're react and if we truly want to change other people and the way other people think the way that we should go about that is by working to understand them and by showing them love and by listening in being truly empathetic like being curious to understand what someone else's experience might be instead of trying to force your views on others or to force people to see your views as the right buzek views instead. Just try to live your life in a way that when other people see you instead just live your life with all the traits that you wish you could see another people. I promise that's going to generate for you much more. Happiness a lot less anger and a lot less drama. It's when people feel threatened that they do things that are often hurtful. We say things we don't mean we do things to get a reaction and the only thing that we can do in response to that because it's inevitable is to remember that we are in charge of our own attitudes. It is our responsibility to put more love out into the world. You can't change people you can't save people you can certainly pray for them as i mentioned at the top of the show. I've brought a few friends on that. I think you're gonna really benefit from hearing from the first is my good friend. Sean t and again you might think that you know shawn's political views on things but i'm here to tell you that's not what this show is about. This episode is really about staying. Calm removing drama and controlling those things that we can control. If you're not following sean. On instagram you need to. Carter, page who we talked to yesterday and and he was there in the bunker as. It was happening. Do you look back now and say to yourself? You know it was a lot tougher during those first six months because now I feel like the president really has his legs under him. He really has his his footing and it's a lot harder for them to land punches on him because now he's figured out who were his friends and how to move the needle in what he needs to do and not do, and it just feels like it's a little easier for It does I think you're right though he's found his forty he found what works for him but also and equally important for the staff they've seen what works for him and what doesn't right. So when when I was there at the beginning, we were kind of running through a traditional malt while the president always does this. This is how it always happens. This is how it's usually worked and we needed time for the president to break some of those molds and say I don't really care. This is what I WANNA do. This is how I want to do it. I'm not going to do it just 'cause they. Took a little while for us to to you know for him to find his grew and for us to adjust to that and So I think you're right though he found his footing people who are around him know how he operates they can adjust accordingly and he knows who's with him, who's against them and how to operate in a much more effective and decisive way. It is interesting to watch his growth in the role as president. I was a Ted Cruz. Guy Was not a donald trump guy I didn't believe he would do this. Well, I didn't think he would govern as a conservative, but he has but I have to say. You know for a guy that you had not seen in a political role we knew George Bush could do this. He'd been governor of Texas right. But for a guy.

"What was your proudest moment as press secretary and communications director under President Trump That's you know I have been out for two and a half year almost three years. And No. One's asking me I some great personal moments where I got to bring my family to the White House and share the experience awesome But we'll tell you the one the the two things that I thought were great. Who's when we got neal gorsuch over the finish line and the way that we got tax reform moving the gorsuch thing I love just because it was like having a front row seat to history in a way that very thing people do just there's not that make trump's gonna have three picks already but most presidents don't have that many most people don't have a role to play. So that was pretty cool. The second was I. I was at the infancy of getting everything ready for tax reform. Summer that year and it and it happened. But the thing that was fascinating I worked on the hill I worked the RNC I'd worked in the Bush White House. I knew kind of how to pull together in terms of and I'd watch we had done not well on healthcare. And to watch that happen and people kept saying, it's not going to get done. There's no way you can do that and that sort of a times fan and watch it happen and think, okay, I wasn't there for the for the end of it but I was there at the beginning. Was a really cool thing. Well you know I I remember Nancy Pelosi Saint was peanuts wasn't peanuts to me it. When peanuts to the people I know peanuts to work in custody. It accelerated the economy's growth in an explosive manner and it's it's it is it is truly historic wasn't covered that way but is truly historic. What happened in December of that year which I know you've been working on the whole year. I mean, look I I it again, it keeps going back to this point, but we're we're dancing on the head of the same pin here that people have to look at where the economy was, what the direction of country and you have to admit to yourself regardless of your political positions that this president actually got things done in the country was moving in the right direction. You may not like a lot of the policies, but you can't do the thing that they were so beautiful about trump to. Was I remember during my tenure. People would say you know he's moving the embassy to Jerusalem he's getting out of their Iran agreement. And I'm like so you guys are basically flabbergasted someone came to Washington and kept their word, right? Yeah. Nothing more Sean Spicer is our guest book is leading America President. Trump's commitment to people patriotism and capitalism will continue this conversation.

"You know him from dancing with the stars. You may have even known that he had a brief political career I kid we love Sean Spicer and honored to have him. He has a new book coming out which we're GONNA talk about and he was president trump's first press secretary was White House communications director. He'd been at the RNC before that, and now he's on Newsmax and we are delighted he's with us. Now Sean Yearbook says leading America President, Trump's commitment to people patriotism and capitalism sounds to me like you left the white. House but your heart is in a trump presidency for four more years. Absolutely yes. when he's not just in in a trump presidency I think that you know I've been in politics. You mentioned that just a second ago for a long time and I truly believe that like what we're seeing in terms of the choices that we have this election is like nothing I've seen in my lifetime there is a radical difference in the Jenas and the policies and the direction that our country's going to go in depending on who we elect a real act, this November, and and so I kind of the whole idea of the book is to lay out all the different areas and what's at stake and why we need to fight frankly, and I think it's funny because. I don't know about you. But I the conservative sometimes I feel like we're winding like I'll say I can't believe the way we've got treated. I had this thing my show yesterday I showed the pay the front page of The Washington Post with when justice in Glade is versus what they had on the front page of The Washington Post when Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg passed away and it was just a start contract and I know. That people sometimes fully appreciate the full scope of in terms of what happens in the educational system to indoctrinate children. What happens in corporate Hollywood excuse me in corporate in the corporate world what happens in Hollywood, what happens and big media and entertainment and tech in terms of the decisions get made that influence our society. So I finally started putting it all down on paper because I thought. This is what's at stake right now and I don't think there are people who say, Oh, it really doesn't who wins or you know I don't like trump's tweets or whatever it is. I'm trying to say folks understand the totality of what's at stake in what's on the ballot this agenda this this year. Where you're absolutely right. Let's take a good example. Last week we had the UAE deal. We had the Bahrain dill and the media just sort of pretended it didn't happen. Those are historic deals, not just for those countries, but for the region and the world that that presidents before him were unable to do. But if you don't tell people about it and they don't know it's almost as if it didn't happen and it's infuriating. Well, the other thing my it's not just what what what I think. It's fascinating to me is it's you know I I was talking with this new show the other day we had a bunch of folks that were analyzing that Jewish vote and we're doing this all week. So we the Catholic, but we're GONNA talk about L. D. s. this evening we're GONNA look at the Evangelical Book and and they were going over all these accomplishments the president has done for. People who care about Israel, and I was like why he's not translating like it's amazing. We talk about the black community and his is the record amount of money these court towards historically black colleges and universities..

We we actually went in you know on our scout trips a couple of times and watched as they put a couple of SUV's behind his following us. I. Think Jeff's was still on the run at that time there there there it's a very interesting community you know and you see the scientology also in in the sense of the brokering of religious rights and so on in kind of debunked fraud. Yeah it's really some. Yeah. My wife and I read that at the same time as the last time we read a book together and we put it down and I was like. You want to go to Colorado City right now and she's like, yeah, let's go and we drove straight there got followed like you said for an hour went to the little cafe. They had had a piece of Pyo certainly poisoned us with because everyone was on high alert that we were there. They were not on high alert because they knew who either of. US were they certainly had no clue wasn't that it was very surreal like children of the corn fucking yeah and you know it's almost like inherent parameters because within one hundred miles of Colorado city, almost everything that's built is built by their construction contracts. So rise sitting in a diner chatting about Oh we're on our way to Colorado city somebody's here in the. Do It's wild. It's wild. Okay I have a thousand more questions but I'm Gonna I'm GonNa let you go such a pleasure talking to you I'm so glad this happened. Talked to both of you, you've our love to Layla and congrats I will. Help to meet in person soon. Yeah. Let's get as soon as we get this beast disarmed right get on a helicopter. All right. And now my favorite part of the show the fact check with my soul mate Monica Pacman. Wow. Wow. Wow. Wow. Wow, we're being tested right now there's no lights in the attic. It's it's a above one, hundred degrees in here. It's nine PM. So dark it's dark it's hot as Haiti's YEP but here we are how could we not come in here and chat about? Sean Penn we had to it's a must but do tell people what happened or do not want to tell people? Well, let me tell you I'm a little conflicted about it. I will I will, but I gotta say. I do not want to get in the habit of getting attention for being injured. You know what I'm saying they're not I love attention I'm an attention who were yeah in approval junkie. So I just I hesitate and getting attention for being hurt because I think it's a bad pattern to being I. Don't think you're at risk of exploiting injuries. Okay. I've never experienced that from you. So I think you can tell people what happened if you want okay I was passing six guys at Sonoma raceway. Hotter cycle on a motorcycle and I was breaking very, very hard hard enough that the back wheel was off the ground for a good guess hundred yards and then someone turned in as they had the right to I was totally at blame I thought I would be able to slide between but someone turned in and I was already under full breaking I couldn't go anywhere I clipped their bumper and then I went over the handlebars. And landed pretty hard and I have been on the track. It was a little demoralizing. It was a bummer..

Because you know he was trying to make it as a fitness person and we danced together on many jobs and we were like he was a the black. Sean I was the White Sean and we booked a lot of jobs wherever together but at the time he moved to the place. Because I couldn't support myself I need help but I tend to take out a loan and then I was like what the hell. I'm going to do my attorneys like I owed one point. One point three million to to the record company. That's what they put into me and five years because I had a contract and once once the FBI and the feds took over. I have to pay that money back. Pretty null and void. If someone's a scam artist wasn't a a lot of the other artists on people know back. She always had to pay a lot in seeing how to play a lot. You know so because I put one clause in my contract when I signed and I put in there you know. I negotiated a contract. Bloomberg's I couldn't afford an attorney so my parents should about the business so I put in there if I had more than twelve songs and if they were completely finished and and mastered and they weren't released within a year then if my contracts goes down it's Nolan void right basically. So that's what saved me my attorneys say but all music. You don't own it. You can't really shit you like. You can't release music for at least three years or else they're going to come after you and try to collect from you so it's like Fox. He just stopped so I went back to being a dancer again. And it killed me because you know here. I am performing ten thousand people show in Germany and seventy thousand and China and now I'm back up again and never another record contract that nobody would sign me. I met with many people because it was attached to loop Roman. They wouldn't sign. So what do you mean like you go in there and be like? Oh you would like lead with that. You wouldn't lead with a job. He got fired from. So what did you really? Oh I have a loop Romandie tells your background and we've done this down like a loophole in this. I mean it was everywhere that could have looked it up. I mean it was like why. Go on something like change. Hi Sean. They wouldn't have known. I mean the literally whatever I released because assigned to him because I got I got Scott free off from everything right any money so because of that might turn is like. Unia take a break for a few years after interesting so okay so now your answer for three years. It's an hour gone to two thousand ten so my first dance job back. I don't know we'll see after but also an impact the same punches other people did in terms of defending my brother so any defense I gave I knew the people people would say well yeah year his brother so you have to say that so I knew that what I said had to be smart enough that people really took it at least a little bit separate from the fact that I was his brother so it was really like this time and I'm like. Oh my God i Wanna I wanNA fire. I never felt so much pressure to say exactly the the right thing as I did. In those days following his getting fired and I was hopeful that it would like I don't know blowing over is exactly the right term for what happened but I think that what has happened. Since in terms of getting rehired has been appropriate and from this point on it's like I'm happy to talk about it. If People WanNA talk about it but I love not having to talk to you know we won't talk about you know. It's like I'm. I'm an actor. I don't want my name in the paper for anything other than than giving a great acting performed. How many times did you look at what you had written because you did write something. How long before or you actually sent it because with us? I think we're we're fiery. If I see something you know what fuck take a deep breath. You're not sending anything into really really you think about this. and that's hard to do especially when you're coming from a a place of just it's like getting your heart. It's in your stomach. It's in your it's everywhere and it's just just like you want to defend my brother. You know whatever how long did it take before you say okay this is how long did you how many times did you look at it and and presented it was. I I remember that it was he was fired on a Friday and it was right when my then fiance and and now wife and I had had started to take a road trip to Saint Louis to see my parents and we got in super late at night and I could barely sleep and I woke up and I wrote my statement at like six in the morning. It took me about an hour or so to actually write it and then about five or six hours of reading and rereading an Tasha was incredibly helpful in not only helping me edit it and say I think you should take this out and I think just say this but also sort of steering me in the right direction and and saying you know just keep in mind as you're writing this statement to come from a place of like love and generosity of spirit. I know that you're angry angry but having your anger come out in this statement is not going to be helpful for James. Is that can be helpful for you personally so like keep your eye on. What's important fortin. is you write this in like she was really helpful but yeah. I just read it over and over and over and over again sure and I give it to my brother Brian. You know because they're like. Is there anything in here that because at that that time there's this fear that like I'm GonNa put out a statement and I'll say one wrong thing in there and then all of a sudden out of people on me all of a sudden marvels like we'll now his brother yeah right. Oh yeah you know his brother Brothers right so let me ask you this wind this down. I went to the wedding was beautiful and I noticed you had your parents. Were there live like facetime or something and they were kind of watching this because your dad's been sick and he's your Saint Louis and I know that was hard on you know it's hard on the entire family and and then we've had conversations about this and you know it's it it. Obviously it makes me sad. I can't imagine you guys feel but you know it had to be tough. Making decision like Hacia. We cancel the wedding. Should we should we you know what is there to wait for and I liked. It's like your dad's sick. You could stop everything everything you know. He doesn't want that but it was like. When are you going to prepare for what you can't prepare for. Yes we couldn't anticipate what was going to happen and so there were times and we were trying to to schedule. The wedding around when my dad might be able to be there what we thought of his health situation at at the time and then you get to a point where it's just like you just have to continue and now that he supports us and I actually think in some ways that my dad was really really my dad loves. My wife is so happy that we met each other and and I think that he the fact that we were getting married was always more important to him than the flick obviously would love to be there but the event itself to him. I think was probably even more important than his his involvement with it. I I also thank you know the way I look at it as he did see you and he knows that his son was married to this woman who he loved and he knows how. I'm happy you are and how he knows. How proud of you he is and it's hard because I know what a close relationship you have and you know it's weird because my father there and I are finally there's sort of an understanding you know. He knows I went to this facility. You know what I just said. Hey I'm I'm going to this place and you know there's been a certain turning over new leaf with my father where he's just you know. He's been saying things that are more. Wow I'm talking to someone. WHO's a human being talking day. I'm feeling you know empathy. I'm getting empathy. I'm getting more of an understanding than I ever did. As a child and you know I went through a lot to realize that hey they did the best they could and you know I. I forgive my parents and I love them and I. It's just nice to think that you know we're we're in a different place. 'cause I always I'd say I envy you and especially over the years you and Jimmy and the rest of your family and a lot of my friends families. Oh always always sort of envied. I was always the they always had surrogate parents in a way I felt like you know your dad text me. He's like Rosie and I just like Gosh us you know and I want that. I want and I feel sad. I can tell you that I feel like my father and I have an understanding of one another. I was always of all my siblings. The one who was kind of the least invested in approval will and a needing my mom dad like approve of the life that I was living are think that I was doing the right things. That was never super important to me. I was always like I'm going to do my own thing. I and I just sort of know that but I also know that. My Dad really respects that about me and to me there was there was something really important in not not not searching for anything specific from my dad that gave me the most amount possible that I could actually get from him. Is that a weird thing to say like I would I would I only just wanted him to kind of understand me and he's done that and I think I understand him better. I think you're articulating it better than I am because that's what I'm trying to say. I'm the opposite I'm like in a way I I've been trying you know success and this and that like to make him sort of understand me to love made to you know I I've heard it from a lot of people and so what you're saying is sort of the opposite where you don't need that. You know that and I think that's ultimately what I was trying to say. What you're trying trying to say is that there's something really cool about knowing that you both get each other and you both love each other and you appreciate each other respect teach other and I think that's what I'm striving to hopefully get to a place and I certainly look at effort in a different way now. I think that effort is you know when someone says you know my dad said something to me. We're driving up to the mountains like two weeks ago. He's just said is after I talked about a little bit about you know when I went through but I didn't get to deep with my dad I don't you know I just still very there's a wall there and he said you know I'll never forget I was working for this company and he was so stressed out and he was like you know he was so depressed and he's just like like I thought you know being dead would probably be better and it was the first time like he just opened up a little to me like he was like any staring at the road as he's driving. Kevin I go. I get it dad. I get it and there was that just that moment where I felt like this is kind of like cool. This is just this is. There is a connection for just a moment and so it's cool yeah. Once you kind of put yourself in the mindset of like yeah. There are things things I need from this person but not really yes. There's nothing really actually need other than to be able to sit in experience. It's the pleasure of their company and trike in and the effort to try to understand one. Another is the understanding well work. We find find you on the after such an intense compensate lie yeah listen I. I want to say a thank you for coming and this you know you're so open and you know it was like you know I should talk to him about the guard is talked about. I Know Your Dad Sick but you you were pretty forthcoming and and it just it made for just a really good understanding conversation and just just like respect and I think that you being open and not you know you tell me about your you know you had to sell your house and you were down and out I mean I think that's what people sort of like. It makes you just more human. It makes you like relatable when people listen whether you're an actor not it's people hit certain places in their embarrassed by things that happened on the way failures as we all know failures values make you stronger. They just do it. Just do you unless you let them one hundred percent and I meant it when I said to you. That's what I like about. This podcast is that I I think that I've heard a Lotta people come in here and they they sort of lose. The artifice of whatever it is that they're you know I I've heard people talk about real shit and so like it's more interesting that way anyway Agree Sean Gunn Gardens three and end up doing that again. Yeah I guess yeah and I got something pretty cool. I'm doing soon that I can't talk about us us but I got something pretty cool but I'm unemployed after that so if you're looking for you know if you need somebody to pretend to be reckon no no. I and I'm let's see I'm Sean Gunn on twitter although I don't use it very often and I'm the judge gone on instincts. Show Love Yeah you use that a lot adventures together yeah. It's nice look. His grip slipping as rain started to come down. He wouldn't let this stop him. It was just another obstacle sent by his father behind him yet. Another family member attempted to hinder his progress his son his first born anti Kuma was also so clamoring up the tree trunk. The impudent boy thought he was cleverer than a Nancy. A Nancy was sure of it. Everyone wanted what a non-c he had wisdom. He held all of it in a pot on his back. They wouldn't touch it. They couldn't have it. Another bolt of lightning illuminated his limbs in front of him. They were long and spindly and there were eight of them in truth. He was not climbing but crawling up the tree not an hour ago he had become a non see the spider but what he shook this thought from his head and continued to ascend from behind him. His son called out father. You must stop. This will lead to nothing good. You want to take everything from me and I have so little left like God who had gone my body transformed to that of spider. You still have your family and I am worse for it. This last insult was more than nt Kuma could bear gripping the tree trunk with his powerful hands. He began to shake the tree up above a non-c slipped and plummeted back back down to earth.

Whatever if they have a film like it's feels like the right thing in the history of the industry tree in that their break yeah like and it's and it's good for you to be a student film but the next spielberg yeah but i mean whatever for the moment is that that kids trying to come up with if you can honor that moment right and you and you create something special you've done something just as real in that moment as you would do in lord brings you honor that moment so i it's harder now. I think my time seems to somehow failing so fast and there's always so much stuff to do but but on and and there's no standing on ceremony i remember my dad i would do all these little short films super eight films and so we did a thing called the enchanted dreamer dreamer and it was basically kind of a crib from line the witch and the wardrobe my little brother was the star of it and he goes into the end of the cupboard earned the closet in his room. There's like light light emanating from it and dry ice and he goes in there and then he falls through a stitch in time and he's in the <hes>. He's in the woods so i go to my dad. I created this character called the alpha and the omega mega the beginning in the end and i was like dad. I want you to come and play this kind of wizard. Ben kenobi guy and my dad looks at me and he goes well. You know sean. I am a professional actor and it was so funny. I think he was being serious. I think he was like you know like i need to call his agent. I don't i don't know what dan i'm your son. She just do it and i've worn needed to do to help me and sure enough. He put on this robe. We went into u._c._l._a. Woods around u._c._l._a. and we filmed this scene and he was wonderful at it. Got my mom to play the queen so i did have access to talent as akin like s. You had a lot of talent this. There's been too great. I really don't wanna let you go because i know you have no time i explained. My kids came here this morning why they're getting ready for school. Would you explain well. I said you guys guys no because they just leave by dad and i don't have they have our new no idea then they know if it's you know stranger things uh-huh and then you do other stuff like that. Why are you doing that. So i met this guy michael. We go to conventions together and we had a kind of sacred experience. It's going to the rock and roll hall of fame in cleveland and i said like it was closed. They opened it up just for me and him and we went through there and it was and so he's he's got this podcast while i'm going to go to his house and talk to him on his podcast and i just wanted them to like. It's like with my parents. You just wanna try somehow to impart your value system that like we we made friends. You and i were friends now. Yeah you're doing a podcast my podcast he wants me to do with a friend. I wanted them to please understand that that it's not just money the animates data because they know like oh you're going to on that means money for a semester mr private school at the high school or whatever <hes> and they know it work is but i just wanted to get my value system like you and they already know with their friends but but i want them to know that that's important to me well. That means a lot to me that you came here. You took your time. I think you're an unbelievable human being and i love hearing your stories. Even even rob was intrigued. I was sleeping. I thought it was just start snoring. No i can tell you that when he likes like for instance he was like you know taking pictures and videos and like in that he really enjoyed the stories. Didn't you out what was the biggest thing you'll take away today from the kuni stories say it's funny because i thought i steer away from like stories stories about working on certain things and i'm a fan like everybody else. You know you've told these stories but you know i wanted to get inside and then i did and then all of a sudden then these stories were like they just took on. I don't know they're really interesting is why i like them. It wasn't like i felt like i was there. I could picture the room to the posters at amblin. I picture spielberg's works. Face is like i could see him walking out of the room. I could see donner going okay. Hey let's do it again. I could see looking pays. Spill your heart beating in that scene. It'll all those things in like your good storyteller and i think that's why a big part. Why you're successively did was what i i don't know who your audience is is probably mostly crazy people the like like me but they're all right probably like two of them right like how do you know how many people isn't about six no no. There's a lot of we we get about one hundred fifty thousand downloads a week so what i love about the way that we that this little interview took shape is you could see that a life that had drama and pain in it also had exquisite joy and i think that's a good thing for people to be able to have reinforced for them more. Thank you for allowing me to be inside of you today on. It's been driving inside inside. I love that we're gonna take a little video and pictures and then we're good to go one hundred and fifty k. your great build that audience. Thanks for listening guys uh-huh <music>..

"In the alexa app now let's get back to jordan and sean t but you know it's interesting i don't first of all i don't rank or judge or necessarily count my friends i don't have i mean i don't i you know i'm not one of those people who only has gay friends or only straight friends i mean if i need you and we do and we click then i'm like where we can do it so i think that was the other thing my my best friends in high school i mean maybe i don't know it because they weren't allowed to be up my friends who were in high school even now they were straight and i'm not saying that you know being an athlete constitution has not being gay but i was a play sports i did the whole thing you know what i'm saying like i did the whole quote jock thing so it didn't necessarily line up with what i think my my family i'm sure other people out there was i sean i'm like i was you would've told me earlier 'cause i've been like you know what i mean i would have been so free but you know it is what it is you held it back and you say in the book if you're holding something back it's holding you back in tell us what you mean by that because it seems like you held something back for a really long time and in turn i'm assuming that it held you back like you said you would have felt so free if you'd known you could have just come out earlier yeah i think if you're holding something back is holding you back so have you ever been have you ever been sleeping and you've been in a dream and you wanna wake up or you wanna yell and your dream and you can't say anything like that's the feeling when i say if you're holding something back it's holding you back you feel so stifled and if the some people don't understand that if you don't free yourself from the thing that you're trying to hide you literally feel imprisoned and if you wake up and you just accept who you are and you say this is me or this is my struggle in this is what i'm going through and you work toward making that better as tough as it is to get over that i hurdle of self acceptance when you get to the other side it is literally the most freeing moment but if you don't accept your pass you're gonna be stuck in your pass and the reason why things are holding people back is because they literally let it hold them back because of fear which is obviously false evidence appearing real because we can't predict the future in so you know a lot of times when something's holding you back you literally are keeping yourself stuck in a passage relation i'm actually speaking an event one saturday about victims of rape and they told me they really want you to speak to the audience because you you know in our impasse years it was everyone was like really sad and every you know we cried the whole time that you know a keynote speaker spoke doc and so because for me i say the uncomfortable already happened unlike listen for me my sexual abuse happened i had to come out already happened i'm not gonna continue to.

"What your round and i mean really at least back in a day on tv the gay stereotype was like way flamboyant you know what i'm saying turned up to eleven yeah it was like way way way on another level of whatever so i think that i wasn't prancing what you know what i mean like i just don't and there's nothing wrong with that because trust and believe you know the kids but we like to call the other gate the gate cleans kids are late in their family you know this so many levels of gay there's like really flamboyant really feminine and then there's super masculine like guys that you wouldn't even know or think about so i think it depends on what your perception of gay is you know yeah i guess if you pay attention and you have exposure to a lot of folks you kind of see things that that will open up your eyes a little bit but if you do come from that religious background and it's your own kid and you're not necessarily looking for maybe you kind of right off a few things here and they're like oh well here's a lot of female friends so he likes the same things that they do sometimes or you know he's just you know i mean you know how to if i he's the man he's a mac like he got off like no yes trying to kind of you're listening to the jordan harbinger show with our guest sean t stick around and we'll be right back after these important messages this episode is sponsored in part by hostgator the world.

"Pendergast's at sean t pendergast here's sean pendergast you can also call me at eight five five two one two four cbs all works in phone calls in between now and the top of the hour of you wanna chop it up now you may be listening right here a game of thrones fan first of all of your game of thrones fan and we were in season for game of thrones right now you wouldn't be listening because it normally runs at this time in this hour that's one of the hardest parts of my job during game of thrones seasons is avoiding spoilers on twitter while i'm doing this show now fortunately or maybe unfortunately for all of us fortunately for me this season this year there is no game of thrones still twenty nineteen however there will be game of thrones again and it will be the final season of the show it'll be season eight of the show and i love the show in when it is in season and i'm doing this show the first thing i do when i get home is put mound of food on a plate sit down and dial in and i watch game of thrones i don't let monday come before i've watched it so season eight is going to be really interesting because this is a show that is just right with bloodshed and death and if you're a character that was part of the first season and you're still around now you're doing something right you're a pretty compelling character but here's the thing it's the final season so they're gonna take no prisoners there is going to be blood and guts and gore and if i try to forecast not just who's going to be on the iron throne at the end of it but who still going to be alive that's a tough thing to do and this is one of those times where i'm a guy who likes things quantified for me i'm a guy that if you could just express it in numbers i need to understand what you're saying i'm somebody who espouses did i think we all need our own personal ratings that we walk around with as a person.
