"When it does come to Sean Jackson himself. This is moving in a better conversation, right? Like the Eagles put out a statement. They've now find the Sean Jackson conduct detrimental to the team. So he's dealing with that He is meeting with community leaders, and he's going to be speaking with them, And that's a good thing. The Eagles helped set that up now Julian Edelman, who had reached out because the other thing was like I want to say yesterday Edelmann reached out and said, Listen to Shawn, if you want. Let's meet up in D. C. We'll go to the Holocaust Museum, and I'll talk to you about it and we could go to Ah, an African American museum, and we could talk about that, like I'll do all of that stuff. And apparently did Sean did take him up on that offer. They are having conversations now and going to work that all out. So that's all well and good, and ultimately, I think that's what everybody wants, right. You want some level of punishment for the actions he needs to be held accountable for what he did and said is, regardless of what element of ignorance you think he had in the issue. He needs me. Held accountable for it. And now the Eagles have done that, And they've done it publicly. And also you want the guy because you you hate the mindset. You hate the behavior. You hate the things that it preaches the messages it sends. So obviously You don't think that way right? Like it's okay. How do you get him to realize that posting anti Semitic messages is not going to help anybody and it doesn't get anything anywhere, And it's just it's hate speech, and it's wrong to do in a fundamental level anyway. Right. Well, now these conversations, get him in that direction and off the path that he's on. So I'm looking at all this and I don't. I'm not telling you. I feel like a 1,000,000 bucks about this and I have doubts about this. About to Sean, his willingness to learn his ability alert. I do I I wonder, but There are enough things positive things constructive things that are in place here, and if he's going to take thes meetings and talk to these people, that's all a good start, and you just hope it works, and he's actually willing to listen. Because going through this through the motions here Just to do it and get the media storm over. That isn't going to solve anything, and you just hope he's really buying in so Anyway. 21559 to 94 94. That's how you joined the show and let's go to Robin. Overbrook! Rob, you're on. Good afternoon, man. It's going on. You know his thing? Um, I am really discipline in the eagle. Just like I was disappointed with with them with the Riley Cooper thing when a person about hatred hate racial hatred like that. You know, 65 years old. I remember When Martin the king, and that movement was happening. And doing that movement. I'm gonna tell you something. I hope this injection you could get some information elections. It is, but Going that movement. The only people that were out there marching with us. We're Jewish people. Because allowed them had just articulated to the United States allowed them with fresh from the holocron. And they knew what what? Racial, um Depression wise And a lot of them suffered with with with with Martin Luther King in those markets, So we have Jewish people. You know, Sean Jackson and Martin will be making that kind of money if they were not dated March. 1965 66 67 You know, so they need, you know, learn their history. That's number one number two. That's what we're out there fighting for now. Racial hatred. I don't care whether it's against whites against blacks against and my Semitism. You know that's what it has to end and you can't Tano people that do those types of things and you can't say he's going to learn because for Mike Oh, my perspective dealing with racism in a person's in his thirties, and they have racial hatred like that with your weight so black that there's no changing that. There's no talking about that. That's that's ingrained in him. That's part of who they are All there are people. I guess Here's the argument that's been made for to Shawn so far, and this is what I've tended to believe so far. At this point, Robin's You look at it, and it seems like he was trying to promote Black equality and I get that, but he just went about it and the influences he's got that are pushing those messages is while the core of it is understandable, the message that it's buried him with all this Hitler stuff is a disaster. And I don't know if he knew the severity and it's it's. It sounds crazy because he should clearly know who Hitler was and what the what the messages are there and why it's a problem. The fact doesn't is alarming, but I don't know how evil like I don't know how evil his wrong tent was. If he's an actual anti Semite, I have no idea. It seems like he's not because the Eagles know him have talked of the Jewish people in the building. I don't know. I don't know what's in a person's heart. You know, we can say all that nonsense on the radio. I think that he noticed, you know, Know what's in that person's. You never know until they tell you or show you then you know if that we need to start making assumptions about people Well, I don't think that he's this. I don't think you don't know what that guy is. I don't know what he is. But if he shows me that's what he is, and that's what he is. It's just another thing is that Oh, God. Well, Rob. I mean, look, I hear you and thanks for the call, but like for the Eagles, and here's the thing If you believe hated Satan, he's got those hateful things and he's not going to change from it. And that's who he is. If you believe if you whoever you are listening right now, if you honestly believe that the Sean Jackson is an anti Semite, and that's just who he is, and he won't change and he could do all these meetings and it doesn't mean anything. And he's not gonna behave any differently, or think any differently, because that's who he is. Then you can feel that way..

"So obviously you know what's been going on with Sean in the post and how mind numbing all of this is its It's so hard to figure out. It's so frustrating to think about. And what makes it worse Is de Sean Jackson just the other day and I want to get to the right date on this, But the article that I'm saying is is from this morning and I would figure it happened yesterday. Did Sean Jackson like to post on Instagram, which is where he had the whole initial post anyway, But he liked a post on Instagram. That is a picture of him, and it says we stand with Sean Jackson at the top of this this post. And it suggests that he really shouldn't have to apologize for what he said. And for him to like that, just a day or two after he becomes a national topic for sending out hate speech. That's a terrible sign for two Sean Jackson. I mean, if you want to go down the road of forgiveness and education, all those things I get that and I'm supportive of that. There's something to be said for people that are misinformed that have bad role models and and especially if they're nuer on those past to get those people and redirect them and give them good influences and and put them on the right state of mind. But if the Sean Jackson is going to a day after having these conversations with Jeffrey Laurie having them with Howie Roseman for him to suddenly get a post like that, and like and go Yeah, you know, I shouldn't be apologizing for anything here then. That's a massive red flag. I don't think it's going to get him cut, but If he's not going to have a willingness to understand what he did wrong. You can try to tell him all you want, but if he's not willing to accept it, then it gets to a point where he will have to be cut where you do have to move on because you can only do so much to turn somebody around. So this is for somebody who wants him to be on that rehabilitation education kind of path. For him to go and like a message that says he shouldn't have to apologize is incredibly concerning and thinking about the Sean Jackson in the path that he's on. I'm worried. I'm incredibly worried about this, and it's far more Likely now today with him liking that posted, he gets cut. Then he makes the team. It's just this is not a good message and of all times to do it right, like Antonio Brown and all the all the problems that he did not to say those two were the same, but they're not. But there's something, he said. For the idea of a guy that is in the national spotlight. He gets kicked off. One team goes to another team has more incidents gets kicked off. That team has more incidents like Antonio Brown didn't learn anything and clearly doesn't deserve to be back in the league. And when you look at the Sean Jackson you see him doing this as much offense is a little thing you just like to post on Instagram well. The whole thing started with a post on instagram and for himto, like opposed the day after that says, we stand with Sean Jackson, and eventually he really shouldn't have to apologize. That is a word that is a concern and thinking about the Sean Jackson sods here. It just looks Infinitely worse when you see something like that, So I'm worried about this guy and he's he doesn't seem to be getting the message. So to 1559 to 94 94. That's how you do on the show to 1559 to 94 94. And on top of that. We've been talking about Disney characters. There's no smooth transition there. We've been talking about Disney characters. And if you could put one of them on the Sixers is they just arrived in Disney. Who would it be? 21559 to 94 94 for that, as well and coming up in just a minute here, we're gonna have Bob Wankel of Crossing broad covers. The Phillies has been at the practice is live scrimmage is all that stuff. You're gonna talk to Bob about the Phillies. That's all coming up on Vince Quinn in for Joe Giulio.

"It is the Vegas take sharpened. Shapiro. Glad you could join us on a Thursday. Oh, yeah. As you know a lot of lot of issues facing this country now, besides a pandemic, racial injustice, and you could agree, disagree, But ah lot of people out there that have been outspoken, including a lot of athletes. Some some of them I agree with. Some might disagree with. They all have a right to speak right. Unless you're Laura Ingraham And you tell people like LeBron James to shut up in dribble. And then you want to hear Ted Nugent, the draft Dodger, but, uh, you know, one of those that came out Steven Jackson. You don't know who Steven Jackson is. He's a former MBA player. He was actually part of the Malay or as I like to call it the malice at the palace he was playing with Ragnar test Reggie Miller on the Indiana Pacers. Remember, they went out in the crowd started punching fans. That was a messy situation. But Stephen Jackson great MBA player, but before I get to Steven Jackson, let's talk about the Sean Jackson. Let me give you a little bit of background. If you don't know who to Sean Jackson is Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver is 33 years old, Certainly not in his prime anymore. But he posted an Adolf Hitler quote on his Instagram. And this is a guy who talks about Farrakhan. Hoo hoo! Retweet stuff about Farrakhan to Sean Jackson said. Some really, really horrible things and sets bad things on social media. About Jewish people. And it's It's disgusting. So what it is that the Sean Jackson quote you're talking about was actually falsely attributed to Hitler. But ah But anyway, it was anti Semitic nonetheless. Yeah, I mean, he's he said some really anti suspect things on social media, and by the way since that day, Sean Jackson has apologized. He's also said that he's meeting with a rabbi to understand what anti Semitism is. When somebody makes a horrible mistake. You don't have to immediately accept the apology but understand that he has taken action. That's what's important. He has taken action. Right, Stein. Well, yeah, he's he's apologized and he's meeting like Would you say with a rabbi or something? And then Julian Edelman Thie, New England Patriots star who happens to be Jewish actually just put out a video. Out on social media, saying that he wants to get together with Sean and have some burgers and go actually go to the Holocaust Museum and and have a nice conversation as well. But here's the quote. That Sean sent out. It stated that the white shoes no, that the quote Negroes are the real Children of Israel, and they will quote Extort America. Their plan for world domination won't work if the Negroes know who they were. Completely idiotic, anywhere that's like I said, been attributed to Hitler. But Hitler apparently didn't actually see it. Either way. It's anti Semitism at its finest and completely idiotic And I think to Sean Jackson is not a very intelligent person, because I think if he was, he wouldn't have done that. This comes at a time when we're talking about racial injustice, and many of the good people in this country are on your side about the kneeling about police brutality being wanted to be treated as equals This this couldn't come at a worse time for two Sean Jackson. I hope he means what he says. I hope he since sincere in his apology, and I hope he does take action. Donate some money to a Jewish community center. Do something. To say, Listen, I eft up big time I screwed up. I want to learn and I'm sorry He's taking the right step immediately by apologizing. I hope it's sincere. But I gotta tell you, somebody that I think is such a dope. I can't even begin former MBA player Steven Jackson. Remember Steven Jackson Ah, friend of George Floyd. He's been one of those outspoken people about police brutality, and I had no problem with that. No problem at all. He's a lot of people feel like he's done a lot of good in this situation with racial injustice, fine, But Steven Jackson goes on a podcast, and he made some horrible comments on Instagram talking about Jews and banking. It's terrible. So Steven Jackson went on CNN yesterday with Don Lemon. He says he used the wrong words when defending dish on Jackson have a listen to this. Amitay, just like I told him. Nice try. I've been hard to find a justice for equality. And I was speaking on equality. What? It wasn't having Cooper and Sean Jackson any other way. Like I said, they can twist the heart. They want to You didn't you Didn't hear word of my mom stand. I hate Jews. You didn't hear word of my mom stand. I've supported him in bacon twisted. How do you want? I don't hate nobody. I've been standing for everybody to continue to And and that's just the end of it, okay? No, it's not the end of it. Nobody's twisting your words, Mr Jackson. You made a comment about Jews owning banks throughout the world. OK, that is anti Semitism. That is a hurtful stereotype. That is just a cz bad is if I want the radio, and I said All black people do are steel that all they do is steal things. That would be a horrible thing to say. And it would be wrong and it would be a stereotype and it would hurt African Americans. You saying that Jewish people Oh, in all the banks, and the money is a stereotype. And Steven Jackson is so stupid. He doesn't even understand what he said was wrong now John Lemon to his credit. Remember, this is Don lemon interviewing an African American. That is his friend. Say what you want about Don lemon. I'm not a big fan of don lemon, But he did a good job of this interview, and he lit up Steven Jackson in a respectful way. Don Lemon continued to press him on this issue and played an instagram video that I'm talking about where Steven Jackson talked about Jews and banking. Have a listen to this. Okay? I don't listen. I don't want to get into an argument with you about this, but I don't know what you mean. Nice try. I'm just All I'm doing is is using your words and your post and I'm asking you about it. You can feel the way that you feel, but I'm not trying anything. No one is trying anything. We're just reporting the story, and nobody's trying to twist anything. You actually had an instagram live conversation earlier, and you referenced the Rothschild banking family. Watch this. Just said that Jules on the riches, you know the wrong child. That's a specific example idea, but the but they think the troll on the banks they on all the banks. Do you understand that that is an anti Semitic trope about Jews and money and it's very offensive. Say, Can you? Can you go back and watch the whole conversation? Why we brought it up. We was talking about money. And when I said that he didn't take it the wrong way. He said that there were people with money wasn't associated with Jules. And I just asked him that it wasn't and so and he didn't take it as an so our conversation went on, and we had a good conversation. So the person I'm talking to understood what I was saying, and he didn't take it as an insult. I don't think nobody else you know. Okay. Do you realize what an idiot Steven Jackson is? First of all, just because the guy interviewing you didn't take it as an insult doesn't mean what you said wasn't wrong. You help. By the way, I know so many. I shouldn't say so money. I know several college basketball coaches. That we're considering. I have been around for a long time, by the way that we're considering recruiting this kid Steven Jackson when he was younger, because he was a hell of a basketball player and a great athlete..

That's definitely without a doubt. You gotta be careful. The things you post where they came from, and obviously intent and meaning behind it all that stuff absolutely, and did apologize, and we'll see what the what the feeling is in Philadelphia elsewhere going forward. Yeah, And you know, there's a response from Steven Jackson, saying that to Sean Jackson was speaking The truth, which is bigger, ignorant statement as well like none of it is good right, and the Eagles have released a statement saying they don't approve of the statements. It's I I viewed as this Jesse win. Each time someone says something stupid. We should point out that is stupid, and I feel like I'm not saying there's right and wrong. But Drew Brees and and what he was saying was right in the heart of a moment where Everyone in the world was talking about specific issue, and I know if you go to ESPN dot com to Steven Jackson, responsive to Sean Jackson is the first story on ESPN dot com So I.

"I don't know if you could see which one foxy this one. I don't If you could read that. It just says Do Sean Jackson dot dot dot That's no thoughts? No, nothing like that, Just like they have to cover. This didn't talk about it yesterday, and I don't even know what to say. Here. He was quoting Hitler s O. That's kind of a tough situation. We address it in the first hour going into a commercial break. Then we got into an incredible conversation. The reason why we didn't talk about that yesterday because I literally thought it was fake. I thought he got hacked like I thought somebody went into his account and said, How do you ruin somebody's life? This is how you do it. This is a creative, different way to do it. Then everybody else has done it. So whenever I saw it all happen, I was like there's no way that's actually Sean Jackson, like, Let's Let the facts kind of play out here a little bit. And then wham! He has the facts did roll out. It was, in fact, him in another, some people sticking up for it. It's like Oh, well, well, well, This is not okay. This is the I understand. We're in a time where people are Making big statements and we're trying to change the world for the better, though, and we're trying to come to you. That is not a guy that should be brought into any conversations at all Your talk about ruining mustache. That guy Haircut. CIA mustache CIA. First name CIA last name. Don't mention it because One of the most despicable human probably ever exist. Just something to think about. So that's why we didn't dress yesterday because I thought it was fake. And you know, the one that you're gonna get got sometimes, and I have gotten got before. I've retweeted it sweet because Diggs told me too. That was allegedly. Really. I've done that a few times in this particular case. I thought it wasn't real. And then it turned out It was almost like you have got to be kidding me. This is unbelievable. The tolerant but a 2020 And I expect more and more stuff come out. Hopefully everybody can educate themselves and become a smarter person, and hopefully the world can come together in a beautiful fashion, and that's all I owe Zito. Zito's lower third. He told us he was excited for it. If we die, you talk about the Sean Jackson and I got a good lower 30 a day. Sean Jackson not have a big Hitler quote guy. I never thought you'd say that. But I never thought about any human in the history of existence. That's how bad it is. But, hey, he'll. Hopefully you'll read this have no. Hopefully he'll like I read. Hopefully, all right. Hopefully he gets educated on time. You know, that's a while. It's a wild time. Be alive. Long time be alive. We have to get to a break. 26 minutes after the hour, Matt Hasselbeck just talked about all the pressures potentially an old Patrick Mahomes as a human because you don't think about that is human. Just got the biggest contract in the history of North American sports. I mean, that's awesome. First thing you say is that's awesome in the next to go like Okay, now I got to make sure that people know why I got this deal. I'm going to see if you can pull it off. And if we have sports, we'll talk about that. Take some calls and more on the other side. This is 27 minutes after the hour..

"For me. You know, I just Hopefully everybody respect my plaque on my pants and tried to just lighten up my people, and I just let everybody know that I was the Sean Jackson's first attempt at an apology Tuesday, he posted an additional apology after meeting with team owners Jeffrey Laurie that says, in part, quote my intention was to uplift, unite and encourage our culture with positivity and light. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I unintentionally hurt the Jewish community. And in the process in the process, And for that, I am sorry. Now, more than ever, we must work together to end discrimination of all types and against all people and communities. No surprise. His post from this week have not been sitting well earlier on ESPN radio, our aerial Lalwani because I am Jewish and because the Holocaust is is something that Ah triggers me. That makes me feel very uneasy. I am even more upset about this because I I saw the quote. I saw what he posted and I saw with Sean Jackson said afterwards. And I'm just baffled by the way he has handled this. First of all in his In his apology, which I know we have the sound, but I'll just come out and say, he says, I probably shouldn't have posted anything on my story that Hitler did. I probably shouldn't have posted first of all like you said. Anything that starts with Hitler said should not be posted by anyone write anything that says that Hitler was right about whatever, at the end of that statement should not be post by anyone. So the fact that you did that tells me that you feel a sort of sort of way about Jewish people. And obviously the content of the quote is is very negative towards Jewish people, and I've seen people Say that Hitler never said that quote this down together. Honestly, I don't care. I don't care. The Hitler didn't say that Quote Shawn Jackson put that out there and is expressing the way he feels about the Jewish community. So afterwards, he has a chance to rectify the situation Afterwards. He has a chance to apologise, and he says, I probably should have to put that out. No to Sean. You shouldn't have put that out. You should feel really, really bad. About what you did. You should feel horrible about what you did, and I don't under. I don't believe that the Sean Jackson understands what he did. I don't believe that he understands how offensive that wasn't 2020 to be touting anything that Hitler said as as being just 2020 and literally any year. Any time. I mean, we've come so far, but we have it. Ariel how Wani earlier here on ESPN Radio SportsCenter all night. Did Sean Jackson coming under fire in the NFL and in the W. N B A. It's a team owner. Atlanta Dream Co owner Kelly Leffler, U S Senator Kelly Leffler. Making it clear to the WNBA's. She is not in favor of the association's social justice plan, objecting to the initiative to honor the Black lives matter Movement, the WN BA announcing this week, the players will wear special uniforms during the opening weekend with Briana Tailor's name on the back of them. Senator Leffler saying, quote. The truth is, we need less not more politics in sports. W. N. B a commissioner Cathy Engelbert issuing a statement in response, reading, in part quote. W N B A is based on the principle of equal and fair treatment of all people, and we, along with the teams and players will continue to use our platforms to vigorously it Advocate for Social justice. Senator Kelly Leffler has not served as governor of the Atlanta dream since October 2019 and is no longer involved in the day to day business off the team. Earlier on ESPN radio are Sarah Spain. It's an interesting batch of language to say that the black lives matter movement is a message of exclusion when in fact, all it asks, is for them to be included in the idea. Of their lives having worth and being worthy to say that it is a unifying antidote would be to play sports and ignore the many issues around the country is tone deaf at the very best and insulting and at the worst. And they had to release a statement about how she does not operate the day to day and she you know, is not super involved. But I think the push for her to sell her steak and from many to no longer have her around is pretty strong, including Glacier Clarendon, friend of the show, who wrote that had she known about her views when she played for that team and went to dinner at her house. She would have been disgusted. And so if this were the N BA would be massive front page news. And as for the notion of ownership changed the W. N B, a player's union putting out a tweet Tuesday, saying So all in all caps enough o U T. Exclamation point in response. As for the double for the MBA, several teams traveling to Florida on Tuesday, commissioner Adam Silver is keeping his fingers crossed, is expressing some concern that potential Positive Kuroda virus cases following quarantine inside the Orlando campus would reveal in his words. In essence, a hole in our bubble. He says The MBA expects more positive cases to pop up as teams arrive, but that any significant amount of positive cases inside the bubble could result. In a second shutdown of the embassies in Silver in a virtual interview with Fortune Brainstorm health And so we won't be surprised when they first come down to Orlando. If we have some additional players to test positive, what would be most concerning is once players entered this campus and then go through our quarantine period. Then if they were to test positive where we would have any positive test, we'll know we would have an issue so it wouldn't be concerning if once they sit through our quarantine period and then were to test positive We would know that there's an essence. Ah, hole in our bubble whore than our campus is not working in somewhere, so that would be very concerned. I think we do have the ability to trace, of course, to try to understand where that positive case came from. We can actually analyze the virus itself and try to track whether if there's more than one case, it is, in essence, the same virus. That's the same genetic variation of the virus that has passed from one player to another or to people in the campus have gotten it independently to those are all things that we're looking at. Certainly. If we had any sort of significant spread are all within our campus, we would be shut down again. One thing that is apparently encouraging for Adam Silver being on the campus. A Disney world is theoretically safer than not being in that bubble, so on paper and dealing with our experts, it should work, but we shall see. I'm confident based on positive cases. We're seeing from our players in the general public around the country that it will be safer on this campus than off this campus, in part because we're going to be doing daily testing, and, incidentally when our players are not playing, which is the fastest Shorten the time they're there. It will be observing physical, distancing and wearing masks, so it's a very protected environment. But again, this virus has humbled many and so I'm not going to express any higher level. Confidence then were found in the protocols and we hope it works as we designed it. There have been several teams, including the Nets, The Nuggets Clippers Miami Heat Milwaukee Bucks, Sacramento. Have closed their practice facilities in the past week due to positive cases among their respective travel groups. Adam Silver, reiterating the MBA will likely not be forced to shut down again because of one potential positive test inside the campus..

"Or not from Hitler. You shared sentiments. From Louis Farrakhan. Just anti Semitic comments that he thought were uplifting African Americans that he thought were uplifting black folks Quote unquote White Jews will blackmail America. They will extort America. Their plan for world domination won't work if the Negroes know who they were did. Sean Jackson has apologized for these comments. The Philadelphia Eagles, the NFL every organization, anti defamation, just take the whole anti alphabet, mix up the letters and take three letters. Every single one of those organizations have basically denounced the comments by two Sean Jackson. And the eagle say that they will take appropriate action to Sean Jackson is apologized a couple of times already he has already reached out to the Jewish community in Philadelphia to try to educate himself and try to become more involved in the community. And I think that's what it's a matter ofthe And I can tell you OK, I can read this and say OK? What he said was extremely ignorant. What he shared was ignorant, he copped and plead so that he may not still have a full understanding of what he said. But I still think it's done. I still think that, Yeah, I think he deserves some type of fine. In my opinion. It's real simple. You've you go back and look at what Riley Cooper said when he said the n word almost seven years ago for the Eagles coming off of a career year where he hauled in more than 800 yards, you know Riley Cooper, you know you got a slap on the wrist. You didn't miss any time. I don't think the Sean Jackson should lose this job. I don't think you should be kicked out of the NFL. I mean, the NFL has had some really evil human beings that have participated in the league. I don't think that's too Sean Jackson. I've met him. Nice guy. I met his mom last year, actually, at a tailgate here in Atlanta had a chance to talk and hang out. Meet her for a little while. I don't think this is a hateful guy. I think he's uneducated on on an issue and he shared something ridiculous..

"Weekend to Sean Jackson tweeted his support for nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan, whose long spewed hatred against Jews, white people, the LGBT community. Then the Eagles receiver went on to make more controversial posts this time. On Instagram, and now he's finding himself doing some damage control. But I will use that bank in reports on Monday opposed appeared on the show on Jackson's Instagram, attributing a quote from Adolf Hitler containing anti Semitic remarks. Jackson apologize on his instagram Tuesday morning. My post was therefore not intended. For any anybody of any race to feel any other way, especially Jewish community. The Jewish Federation of Philadelphia called Jackson's pose deeply offensive and disturbing. While the Eagles issued a statement after talking to the receiver, the team called remarks offensive, harmful and appalling. And while Jackson is trying to move forward, just let you guys know that I'm very apologetic. And I just want you guys to understand that it never was intended to be, you know, to put any race down or any religion for the A. T. L of Philadelphia, an anti hate organization says it hopes Jackson will use this moment is a chance to work with the Jewish community and that it appreciated the receivers apology. I met Bank in K Y W news radio. 3 36 Happy primary Election Day in New Jersey. Although most of the voting has already been done by mail, some people are still doing it the old fashioned way in person. They were able to use Mike DiNardo reports. There are fewer physical polling places because of the pandemic. But that didn't stop Sofia Reyes of Cherry Hill from finding hers and casting her ballot in person. That's what I'm used to doing. The location was changed, though due to Cove it I believe, because the other space Isa Clinic and inside this polling place at ST Thomas Greek Orthodox Church. Everyone's were math. We're not using machines. They're all paper ballots. One election workers said some people were bringing their mail in ballots to the polling place. They were directed to take them to a county Dropbox. As for Sofia, she got something mail in voters didn't it just feels better to come in vote. Get my stickers.

From Brady to Carr, ranking Bears' quarterback options in NFL free agency, draft

"Free agency. Starting soon as we mentioned earlier in the show March eighteenth four. Pm teams can actually out signings the signings and the wide receiver classes fascinating Jj. Because I think mostly because it sort of matches up with the draft class. This is a loaded wide receiver draft class studs and studs and studs. Nobody that's like necessary. I I like I tend to think see lamb and Jerry. Judy can be. I don't want to call them like Julio Jones. Aj Green types. Because that I think does a disservice to really any young player coming to the League to to compare them too borderline hall. Julio definitely the hall of fame. Aj Borderline Hall of fame to compare them to that type of player. But there's a great group of guys who look like they can be viable starters in the NFL out of the gate however they will have to compete with teams who resigned teams will have to decide. Do they want to ask somebody like that or do they want to size like? Aj Green should he make free agency? let's go through your top five wide receivers. Who's at number five number? Five number five. I have Randall COBB. Yes sorry I remember number five. I Have Randall. Cobb. Randall COBB. Of course coming off that season with the cowboys really difficult to see how they're going to be able to pay him And so as I was going through this and I thought to myself well thought. Where could he ended up? In fact I didn't think that's about self depot. Ask me where he could end up. I would have to tell you on your and some wanted to tell you that. I'm looking at an Indianapolis Colts a team. That was really struggling to throw the ball down the field last year. Now lot of that adds do of course which cover said. I understand that but I've never really been impressed with the wide receiving group that the colts have of course. They thought that they were going to have a few more options That did not work out with Devon punches. Who dealt with injury for most of the season. So Randall COBB. He's GONNA turn thirty before next season. He's at nine. Nfl seasons he had a eight hundred plus yards last year. I like him. What the colts and whoever their quarterback could be yes so it's interesting the question is would you rather have a guy like rental car bounced back nicely. Who Fits with the perfect slot style of of the modern? Nfl You've got three wide receiver sets etc etc. You can win outside and in some cases might be too old that now he's going to be thirty before the season starts or would you rather dabble in the shod. Perrin and sweepstakes and I might be inclined to agree with you. I like the PERSAD. Payment freaks me out like what? You're really like this Guy Ozzie. Newsome couldn't get this guy right and you're telling me that now like Jameis. Winston fixed him. I don't know if I'm buying it entirely woods. I would run away from shop Perriman. eighty might be fantastic human being but in terms of on the field play. I think that it was a flash in the pan how he sort of came on there in November and December for the bucks Certainly James with the five thousand passing yards sort of inflated his six hundred forty five receiving yards Paran- I just had issues for most of his career and I'm not willing to take a few weeks from last season. He's turned the corner. I kind of tend to agree with you. I wouldn't be opposed to like a one year not too pricey deal with precise payment but I would not want to make some big splash on that guy Given what's out there. It is interesting to this class offers. A lot of slot options like Geronimo. Alison is their Nelson Aguilar. Philip door set You can uh Devin funchess. Maybe didn't make the cut for. Jj surprise there. He's more of a tight end. Not a slot guy But then also demarcus Robinson who was very effective in Kansas City system. I think there's a lot of speed slack is out there so if I were if I were General Manager would probably at the top of the market. Do their own thing. Because I don't want to overpay for top of the market I would then sign a slack. If I got a young quarterback here I would sign a guy for agency at a lower cost and then go out and get by number one in theory in the in the draft. So that's probably why those guys didn't make the top five and I would tend to agree with you. Who's your number four on this list number four Robbie Anderson Levin love and coming off that season with the New York jets My best fit for him is the New York jets Because Gosh they really if they lose him. I don't know what they're gonNA do at the receiver position. They absolutely have to upgrade even by keeping him. They need to upgrade to upgrade that offensive line as well but seven hundred seventy nine receiving yards last season. He'll be twenty seven this upcoming year if enough teams and and if the jets WANNA mess around with this Joe. Douglas wants to mess around with us. He has been In conversations with with Robbie Anderson's representation if some teens get involved here and this is taken care of at the very started illegal tampering window or before. The price could go up on Robbie Anderson because of his age because of his speed because of what he did last season and then you can start approaching. Fourteen fifteen million dollars per year. I think the jets absolutely have to knock this out early and if they mess this up in some way if they decide not to bring him back. I'm looking at a place that he could go to looking at the Philadelphia Eagles who obviously could always use a upgrade. Their I the interesting seeing there may be some overlap there but the eagles need help it wide receiver. But I hope probably Anderson's faculty jets. I kinda liked that idea and I do think. There's a little bit of like say the Shaw Jackson to his game. That's an insult to the Sean Jackson as fast as to Sean Jackson Robbie interesting could be more of a position. He's he's more of a like he's a bigger body type of guy but who also possesses that deep speed. That might be complementary for the other pieces that eagles have so. I don't hate that idea. If I don't know how Roseman takes a deep dive a free. Hd but he's got cast a bird so maybe it happens a May I ask your number three is and then I started to say Emmanuel Sanders is your third wideout. He is my third wide out. And it's really just because age. He's GONNA turn thirty three. Where do I have him? The obviously he's not going to be in San Francisco. I initially till depot the Carolina Panthers and I said the Carolina Panthers because I'm not entirely sure the panthers are convinced. Honesty Smith is not convinced that they have a number one wide receiver they have DJ more. They have Curtis Sam. You hope that. Dj More is going to be that but what they seem to be lacking. Is that fantastic veteran presence in there and after I spent a lot of time will in the month of January with the San Francisco. Forty niners covering their postseason games. What I learned from a depot Samuel from kindred born was just how much manual sanders mentor. Those guys those young group of players coming up and how they were able to really improve their game early in their career after the trade for manual. Sanderson San Francisco did so I look at a team like the Carolina Panthers and I say. Oh those young guys could really benefit from a guy like Emmanuel Sanders however Emmanuel Sanders is kind of like Andrei Dala in in that like he elite should and probably only wants to play for a championship. Contender right. He's been with. The broncos just went to another super bowl and so we're talking about contenders we're talking about teams that need wide receivers. The New England Patriots is. They are trying to retain Tom Brady. That would be fantastic. Get sound radio. Robert Kraft and Bill Belichick said. Hey We got you Emmanuel Sanders and we got you this two or three year contract to finally finish your career in New England. What you say Tommy. Now that's great call. I think if you're the Patriots and this was the delicate line that they have to sort of walk with Tom Brady is. Can you go out into the mark like once we get to that noon at noon? It it's eleven fifty. Nine fifty nine on Monday can the Patriots manage in the span of about Let's see twelve thirty six hours. Thirty brought to us as a forty eight hours. Fifty two hours is probably right in fifty two hours. Can they manage to tamper their way into landing? Somebody like Mandal Sanders. Somebody like Hunter Henry and successfully like a- convinced Tom Brady to return if that's what they ultimately want their plan to be and if it is. I think that could be you know like. That's that's certainly a blueprint to having Tom. Brady back in New England. But I think you're going to have to get guys. Just beef up the receiving core for him if you want him to come back in my opinion all right the last two guys in this list that they're going to be the same for everybody. You could flip them if you want to Depending on your opinion of home and away splits for one guy in age for the other guy number two guy. Aj greed number. One Guy. Maury Cooper I beast I mean these are the first of all. There's a chance either. Guide makes it the free agency or Cooper could get transitioned franchise tag the transition tag depending on the CBA depending on what happens attack. Prescott's contract AJ Green. It does sound like the bengals franchise tag him but he throws a fit and says he's going to refuse to play for him then. Maybe that doesn't happen. What led you to stack these guys in this particular way. Jj Yes so I have AJ green at number two. Only because of agent injury concerns that He has missed something. Like twenty four the past twenty five games that the bengals have played due to injury So that is my issue with him. Amari Cooper last. We saw him was not getting the ball thrown as much his way as should have certainly against the Philadelphia Eagles. I felt that he still has it. Obviously he's young much younger than Aj. Green who I believe is turning thirty two this year. Amari Cooper is currently twenty five. He will be twenty six before the start of the season so If a Jake Reed were healthy he would be my number one with a bullet. No doubt about it on about his health and then So in terms of fits right We believe that. Aj agrees with the bengals eight. We'll extend the franchise tag if they do not then. I think that we can reignite the does job want to go to Cincinnati rumors and so just for the sake of argument. I through the raiders in there as a landing spot for A. J. Green. But of course I'm not putting too much effort into A. J. Green out to one of the thirty one other teams. He's going to Cincinnati. As far as Mark Cooper. I had no idea how the San Francisco Forty niners would do it in terms of contract and money but I have cooper going to the forty niners if he does not end up with the cowboys but again. They're the cowboys to do. Everything they can. To Keep Amari Cooper traded a first round pick for. It made a lot of sense. Not Not immediately when they made the trade form right.

Analysis: New England Patriots vs. Philadelphia Eagles

"New England Beats Philadelphia. Seven hundred ten tight game. Your boy Ataman throws a touchdown pass What do we make of these teams right now? Well I mean I think the entire takeaway for Philly fans is predicated on what you think of New England if you think think. New England is the Super Bowl. Contending team which I think there are a super bowl. Contending Tamed Sound Down on now. Though it sounds like your your little awesome while you worry about the offense and she do I mean like how could you not and you worry about stopping the red eye. Eagles went away from a little bit. They were down Jordan. Howard I think if you look at it that outweigh it's not the worst? Lost Eagles had all season. But of course it's the biggest loss because it's the latest and now they're five hundred nece was like they put themselves in a position where losses to Atlanta and in Detroit and teams like that amounted up and made this a must win and of course in the NFC. Nothing's truly a must win but we mentioned the eagles struggles with Dallas earlier. Everybody has to over simplify things and make it a win thing and I just got actually got a tweet from A guy earlier one of the listeners owners definitely from Boston like Oh crooked. Cancel the pod Ryan at Ryan at Chris. Because he doesn't want to you know. Take the eagles offense to task. The offense was bad. Dude Carson didn't play take that twelve but like Carson Carson didn't play Great Lake but guess what you've been touting this patriots it's defense all year is the best of all time or in that in that and we have come down to earth bit but you gotTa pick one because Carson not having a perfect game against these guys with down the starting running back down to Sean Jackson down. Alshon Jeffery down both tackles at one point in the game by by the way when Lane Johnson leaves early early. That's a big deal. Carson was pressure twenty. Two out of forty eight snaps again. He holds the ball long too long sometimes so that stat his snapped releases relevant the longer longer you hold it the more. You're going to get pressured. But he had four incompletion role in that final drive. I didn't think he had agreed. Asli bag game but it was funny to me that in a game where the goat who still a really good player was all over the place. The first avenue set a record for incompletions and a half. It's the first game. He played an entire game. You didn't leave bleed. The Patriots and touchdown passes shutout Jules. I just think like are we going to be mad at Brady to a I. I know whence isn't the goat and he doesn't get that kind of slack but that's a team who offensively has to hurry up and figure some things out for the for the level of expectation in New England to be met and of course Romo Romo who I love every time Brady missed the throw is the wind. Every time went Smith stores like he missed another one there. And if this is the game you're GONNA TO GIVE UP ON WHENCE OVER I. You're giving up on Wednesday like as a franchise quarterback score on trees. I think you're you're you're shortsighted. Second this is not the game like he didn't didn't play that well but bro. That's the best defense in the league. Most people think right. That's what people think at this point Yeah they are San Francisco. You know San Francisco the team gave up fifty points to I mean Devi. Oh man done sound like rail exact science so I'm looking at it now. 'cause Devia was telling me these guys were both both the two thousand Ravens. Yeah now they are and I mean going into the week they still were way ahead of everybody else. I mean I was looking at the numbers this morning. They don't get updated Until until the Monday night or so we'll know more about inter you're right. I mean that San Francisco who in what last couple of weeks we're going. Oh wait a minute what what happened to these guys on Defense Pencil Not GonNa sit there and say then all of a sudden I still. I've always liked personnel better than New England's but New England's one holding a team down to ten after they gave up a bunch of yards to Lamar and those guys so I think the Brady thing it continues to be this thing. That's real his first half second half stuff it just felt like yesterday was just a grind. You know what I mean to grind for everybody. You know what I mean but you know how like if you have a buddy and you seem like walking somewhere and you're like what's wrong like just having a bad day. Yeah just arduous and soon as they got out of the house everything was a challenge and it just felt like the Brady and his movements. And maybe I'm doing too much here and maybe but I don't think I am. I think I'm right here. I really the the more I watch him this year. The more I think things just feel more challenging and I don't know if it's just because the offensive line I don't know it's because no gronk you know it could be all of these things collectively but I think even the biggest patriots fan has to admit and some private moment that you know. Maybe this is what it looks like for the end of Tom and then as soon as I say that out loud goes probably was so who knows. I'm not willing to do that because I'm not going to be the guy what I'm saying is though that poses the question to you. I mean you're forty two forty three years old. You'RE GONNA have I bad days where the ball is not just zip off your arm You know outside the Hashes Brady Brady is still going to have them in a position to compete for the whole thing at the end of the year even with the lack of Gronk with the lack of Devlin with the line problems with some of the drops he had yesterday. But I would ask you this. The Eagles secondary has been much maligned. The Patriots Defense has been called one of the best ever right. So why are we sitting here talking about and Tom didn't have a great game. You know who had about the same game as Tom Carson. They both they both had bad throws. But we're sitting here and I know that the go gets a lot more leash 'cause he's the goat and he's going to have his team where they need to be and I'm a huge fan. So don't don't mistake. This is a Tom Critique but people have not gray days Tom will tell you that Carson had not great day against one of the best defense of all time and if you look at these two these two offenses they both fallen awful lot. Since that's your boy. I think the Eagles Miss Frank Reich. I think they may they miss de Filippo. I think they had a lot of injuries but the pats have a lot of injuries and they've fallen on off a lot since that super bowl. Our defense in seventeen was much better than the not much better. It's better than the eagles defense right now. We have more pieces. They put up six hundred plus yards yards. Offensively on US yesterday was like you said a struggle and so I think there's concerns for both offenses here. One obviously has a much better cushion and a defense defense. That's GONNA keep me in every game.

Philadelphia Eagles pick off Rodgers' late pass to beat Green Bay Packers

"Jenkins and Craig Craig James just into the ballgame combined and knock it up into the air and gets the interception to an essence in this night doc. You never know who's GonNa make the game winning. Play that was Eagles Defensive Back Craig James Elevated off the practice squad he tips the ball to Nigel Brad them and they somehow stopped locomotive that was Aaron Rodgers on Thursday night. Football thirty four order twenty seven the eagles get a circle the wagons wind to right the ship at two and two thousand jeffries hopping around it. Sean Jackson's out of this game. They lose a couple of defensive backs and they find a way to get it done. Despite trail and ten nothing early early won a massive victory for the eagles and what a disappointment for how it ended with the packers. I thought this was the full football experience in America. You had big plays. You had one quarterback transcending injuries and lack of talent around him. You had a defense overcoming their own injuries stories and staying in the game. We're losing our minds over stupid rules and penalties. You're losing your mind. I was fine. We'll get into that later. Guys carted off the field the old tension release throughout the game and then a big play to end it and seal it for the Eagles

NFL Week 3 Rundown: Green Bay Packers

"Wanted gotta get your take paint on the Green Bay packers. It feels for the second time in as many weeks the offense started like a house on fire Aaron Rodgers with the aggressive play call to lamarcus Valdez Gatling gets them off to a seven nothing lead but yet again the Green Bay offense after the initial script wears off and whether you WanNa call fifteen or thirty plays however mouth the floor structures it it seemed the tail off and there's some real concerns at least for me when I watch the packers that this team either can't make adjustments or there's something going on you look at an offense over the second third and fourth headquarters right now ranking thirty National Football League you know a lot of smoke and mirrors so far but you are three and with a a new head coach a new system a new scheme so you're in a great spot right. It's it's winning while you're learning hopefully and come the middle of the season. You've got not got enough wins and you start to progress a little bit. The opening touchdown there was just Aaron Rodgers being heroic right being smart seeing the guy jump jump-off sides like he does so many times and just air it out and while the scaling just beats his man first quarter green bay average nine yards per play it did tick kick down throughout the rest of the three quarters but in saying that the average one point eight yards per play the Denver did passing wise Green Bay average eight point one yards per pass for the game. Denver just four point six so it was certainly a game they deserve to win. It was a game where they cover the number. Despite some some sharp money on Denver so to me they they obviously exceeded Vegas expectation and I think my expectations -tations while knowing who was on the broncos well the reason I mentioned the packers because we'll have an in-depth free of the packers next game short week when they host to the much-maligned minded banged up Philadelphia Eagles and pain when you look at some of the look ahead numbers here those numbers at the packers listed as a two and a half point favorite Lo and behold you wake up this morning and I know that at number didn't include a cluster injuries Philadelphia dealing with the packers all the way out to a five point favorite moved a little more than this morning yeah yeah it ticked up a shade from four and a half out of the dead zone five okay so you know obviously massive game for the Eagles one in three would would certainly be a surprise half the monitor the situation obviously on that that cluster injury to the receiver core so both alshon Sean Jackson. You're GONNA just have to keep a close eye on that. Whence it's clear he's missed those two guys right. He missed him again this past Sunday the metrics look okay completion percentage not good title right thirteen percent below expectation only better than Josh Rosen for week three but again green bay three now despite having a ton of issues if you can negate that opening script from leflore and Rogers. It seems like you're going to have a pretty good chance here but we'll see what we get from Philadelphia's office defense two lines beaten and battered a little bit. We know about some of the injuries upfront. Cox is also playing through some injuries so interesting the line. Let's see where it goes one that we'll obviously talk about in in really really large detailed because it's Thursday night

Eagles' DeSean Jackson reportedly to miss two weeks with an abdominal strain

"Eagles wide receivers DeSean Jackson is reportedly expected to miss a couple of more games and a wide W. stave you ram has more on that in a minute with Meryl day hi guys good morning yeah I got the voice of the eagles Meryl Reese with me he sponsored by Duncan good morning Meryl yesterday ESPN reported the Shawn Jackson is expected to miss two weeks with an abdominal strain we'll take it for what it is it's a report nothing official from the team but the birds are without Jackson over the next couple of games how did they handle that it's a difficult thing to handle because he is such an important part of the offense let's face it he turned the Washington game around with a book the big plays that he makes and there's nobody on that roster who can replace to Sean Jackson do the things that he can do now it's not that they're without a speed receiver they do have speed but the Shawn Jackson is almost in a class by himself but fortunately they do have depth in that area certainly Nelson AG lore has great speed they also have the depth but have hopefully Alshon Jeffery will be back we'll see about that and of course they are always strong at that position and they have they have J. J. R. thank a white so we saw a little bit of him but he's a different kind of receiver he's more of a possession type of receiver and we saw mac Collins play an increased role the other night so they have some depth the wide receiver but nobody who can really do what the Shawn Jackson does he have always been

"Bachelor Sean Jackson I got you one at you right back better than anything that last year all we got them drop in a line in my team that is going to be legal because I see them running away with the division and taking a deep into the playoffs I'll tell you what I'm I'm viven what you're putting down engine thank you I'm a big Carson Wentz fan he would be a guy that I would put on a short list of it players because if he's healthy knees upright I think he is capable of forty touchdowns in the neighborhood of ten to fifteen interceptions which should be a very good touch down the interception ratio I think you're right I think the eagles have the elements of a successful football team number one they got to stay healthy number two once his got a state all bright thank god to protect him well and I think if they do the eagles can end up having a big big bounce back season and being a championship contender I'm Bob I'm I'm a huge Carson Wentz fan so you know maybe I'm just honking it up here because I like to the kid coming out of North Dakota state I mean you know thank god for Baker Mayfield in Cleveland because otherwise Carson Wentz might have been the white whale the one that got away for Cleveland Browns fans Gordon is in south bend Indiana Gordon you're next on the grass show on CBS sports radio hi thanks for taking the call you said a little while ago about you know the biggest gap between coaches in history with Belichick and everybody else John wooden out at you because you know something in the championship the one story all in a row he couldn't lose a game Geno's playoffs in the NC double a tournament so I think what he did pretty much did it might it team is Jacksonville because I still I still think that they're going to be the London Jaguars one of these years and never really given too much thought to the player yeah I I look on the John wooden piece of business there and Gordon thank you arm when I worked for Mad Dog grew so its satellite away in the two thousand nine there's a book out there that exposed the other side of John warden and they he was really no different than a lot of these college coaches today relative to the rules that were in place of the time in terms of how he was getting players white the reason I said there's no bigger coaching gap in the history of any sport ever between built it with bill Belichick and everybody else is because when he gets into certain situations and I'm not saying he is infallible she always has the coaching advantage and he was playing chess wash Sean McVay was playing checkers and almost everybody on the damn staff for the rams got a head coaching job last year when he wink because they were associated with Sean McVay and he was he was pants from a coaching standpoint by Bella check part of the reason the one one on the run that he did was because in college if you get the best players you got a pretty damn good chance to go when the whole thing especially back then in the seventies which is the reason why I didn't say read our back had a big gap in the NBA because back then there weren't as many teams he was finding great players you know I could argue the read our back was a better personnel ma'am then he was a coach bill Belichick is proving that he is our great personnel guy and he's a hell of a coach on top of it and I need to get into the whole how Bella check has sort of read the book let's say on how to build a football team and remain consistently good also a lot of it is not having to pay your quarterback thirty million dollars a year but I would dare ask you this if Tom Brady had to have a thirty million dollar salary do you think bill Belichick would still find a way to be able to put together a roster that they would be competitive for World Championship not having to pay the quarterback and they make tougher decisions on other players you know really want to let go I think we I I think the majority of people who don't look at it what spite malice would trusted the bell check could figure it out but in college again it's all like they weren't they were winning championships because of exes and ohs of UCLA they're winning championships because they constantly had a string of great players that other institutions were never able to get their hands on in my opinion eight five five two one two for CBS your employer your IT team in the NFL for twenty nineteen they were going to switch it up a little bit I'm gonna talk to you about if you feel trapped as an NFL fan we'll get to that but first let's get updated everything going on in the world of sports Chris Christie pressed sports flat the Antonio brown situation is turned into an early side show over the raiders they.

"Until they got Sean Jackson and I know that Carson Wentz and Nick foles Mike Handle things as well as they could. They worked well. It worked for this team but there does seem to be maybe just a renewed sense of okay. This is my team. I'm healthy now. Nick got his team Carson. wentz stressed seems to be a very good place with this team right and he should be because they have excellent weapons my concern with Carson Wentz as you go back to a senior in college mister number of games. It hasn't been able to complete a season last couple of years with the eagles so he has to be able to answer that question you'll can he stay healthy and the fact that it's happened. Both College at at the pro level is a concern. I will say a titan. They've done an excellent job bootzack in Dallas Kotor their second round pick from a year ago are both excellent tight ends and I think as this offense evolves we've touched about Desha Jackson terms of him being a threat. I think these titans will really be the go to you guys for once and hopefully that'll keep them healthy as well so both coach you and Mike we both agree. We all agree there. The pieces are in place so what's the potential Achilles heel of this offense besides I guess it's Carson Wentz staying healthy head coach in the national football right now is is fear of injuries and no different than Carson Wentz. I mean in two thousand seventeen. He was having an M._v._p.. Season he was having a really good season last year up until he got his back injury so really the Achilles heel him staying healthy when he's healthy. He's as good a quarterback this out there and unfortunately I lived at two years ago. We were coming off of a playoff season. Miami were <hes> practice and Ryan Tannehill in Training Camp non-contact a._C._l.. Done for the year we go sign Jay Cutler who was at the time retired so they're one hit away from playing felt so that as coach Fox said be Howie Roseman Doug Peterson that organization knows they are one hit away and the such a remarkably good job of having somebody like fulls there. He's not there anymore. That's what's going to be concerned CERF. He's just GonNa add that underscores. Why Nick foles was so very very important to this eagle steam but also why he got an opportunity to move on and do something somewhere else but we don't need the Internet? Don't think shefty to remember where you were when you sort of became aware of the N._F._l.. And what it meant what's. What's your first memory when the Super Bowl ten nine thousand nine hundred seventy five Lynn Swann coming off concussion and the A._F._C. Championship game you're three hundred some people thought he might not have played today? He wouldn't play but he did play in that game.

DeSean Jackson might reportedly be on move, wants Philly

"Take what an unhappy disgruntled wide receiver that never happens in the NFL the Sean Jackson, according to sources told Tampa Bay that he wants out and he wants to go back to the Philadelphia Eagles. That's his preferred destination. I don't know how deeply he's digging in. But I would caution the Sean Jackson. You don't quite have the leverage that Antonio Brown has because you're not nearly as good. Yep. But he can't stretch defense. If he's got the right quarterback in the third level. He's still a hell of an athlete. He is. He's thirty two though. That's the problem. This'll this is year thirty two season as they like to like to say, but he hasn't had great success over the last couple of years only seven hundred seventy yards last year six hundred the year before that he missing some games not being overly productive as a touchdown a generator. So there's candy be good.

"What are you got? Hey, happy Thursday guys, though, I have not the Stafford going obviously against Carolina. No Big Ben toward up against them. Last week. I got Philip rivers against that Denver Broncos defense. I don't know which one to rivers rivers is having rivers is having a really good year this year. And so even though it's Denver. They're not the Denver defensive old Stafford he should he should throw the should be high Cornyn deigned here, but Stafford it's it's been so inconsistent. And even when you think it's a good match up. I think there's I think that why is broken. So I just I would go with rivers even tougher matchup. All right. Let's go to Alex in south central Alex. You're on with Matthew berry high. Hey PBR league. Who would you go for in a flex Amari Cooper or Sean Jackson? And would you trae Shusen AJ grant straight up? Thanks, guys. I didn't hear the second one bed. Matthew Amari Cooper to Sean Jackson in a? At the Mari Mari Cooper, by the way, who's getting like a twenty five percent target chair since he came over to the Cowboys. So just a ton of volume, and it's a really good match against the falcons team that is really struggled defensively here. The Sean Jackson a little bit more hit or miss because they've got so many weapons in Tampa Bay. And I think the question was what I trade do dismiss Schuster for aged green. And I wouldn't don't know if you saw the report from Adam Schefter, but expecting to now is that AJ rain's gonna mitt until December. So at least a couple more weeks ragent green and the way the Bengals season. It's going. They lose this week at Cincinnati. I'm sorry. I had Baltimore you could see scenario where a couple of weeks. They lose a game here too. And they're just like, you know, it's not our year and the just going to shut Jake green down for the year. He's over thirty franchise player. So no, thank you. Okay. Last few on Twitter, Dominica's Thomas or Torri Cohen. Three Cohen in. What should be a it's a low scoring game. It's not a great matchup obviously against the the Vikings there the Sunday night game. But Damaris Thomas, we just don't know enough. You know, he's he's only been there one week. They're playing the Redskins. It should be fairly low scoring going to good defenses there that was a close one to meet, but I'm gonna go with Cohen, Jamie w Stoudamire wants to know Alison, I'll show Jeffrey Alan Robinson out Sean, Jeffrey, Mike attention is Al Robinson is shattered by Xavier road, Kevin Angeles to know, robber woods or Marcus Valda. Scaling. At Robert woods did not close. Robin. Woods has been sneaky been fantastic. Greg devel- Jamison Greg Olsen or Jimmy Graham. Greg Olsen for me. Chris Ryan Fitzpatrick or Russell Wilson. That was a close. What I think I literally have bits Patrick. I think at seven and Russell Wilson at eight. So it's really a coin flip. I do think Wilson has a nice game tonight. He's been running more the last couple of weeks, which is great. That's patrick. You know, look the yardage is there. I think last week was a fluke at the good matchup with the giants. So I think I'll say package, but it's super close that if he wanted something to watch night would not look weird. If you started Russell Wilson. That's right. He's playing tonight. All right, Matthew. We always like dance math you promoting something. And and you always have a full slate come football season where can people see you? What do you want people to see? Well, the fantasy show on ESPN. Plus, of course, be sure to check that out Anisi football. Now Sunday mornings at eleven ten AM eastern seven AM Pacific, obviously that's on ESPN two. And guys if.

"So let me ask you about Jamie's I brought it up with Dave on the Friday show. So the Browns defense that had done very well against some great quarterbacks. These kept them off the board and fantasy Winston through fifty fifty two times ends up with nineteen fantasy points. Does that make you think that the Browns are one of the toughest match-ups for quarterbacks? They have Rothlisberger and then Mahomes event, Ryan next three games. If the Sean Jackson has that ball touchdown, where he was literally in the end, I think for eight steps and couldn't hold onto it. I think you would say James would probably scored two touchdowns in this game. However, ended up the rushing touchdown pass. I was that he was scored twice. I would've been fine with his day. And this is another guy in four point. Passing touchdown leaks, finish much, much higher. I think if you're for the most York's today, right. Oh, that's possibly at three hundred sixty five of them. I just think this offense, it's now we have. We have enough of a sample size. They've played six games. The quarterbacks have thrown for three sixty five or more in five of them. What how? Yes he is. He's currently leading. Wow. All right. So yeah, it makes sense. Look, he's turnover prone and that's always gonna hurt. He fumbled twice lost one of them. He threw two picks, but if he's throwing this much and he's throwing for three hundred sixty five and he was on pace to lead the NFL in passing yards in his healthy games last year. So. I think you're gonna see depending on any dawn, comes out of this game tonight. That's going to be one of the highest over unders next week. It's Tampa Bay Cincinnati. So Dalton could have a huge day given the match up, and I think James can also I'm gonna have James ring truly high again next week, what you guys think about Ronald Jones and paid Barbara. Training. Are you gonna pick up Ronald Jones after his one yard touchdown, scamper. No. Cool. Baker Mayfield. You trust them at Pittsburgh next week at twenty four fantasy points in this game wasn't wasn't easy though. I think Pittsburgh's defense is going to start to look a lot better because they started look better toward the brighter by week last couple of games. So I think Baker is going to be about the same going in for me in the teens, but he's not gonna play as well as. I won't. He's not gonna be a. I don't think he'll be one of my top three streamers, probably enough quarterbacks under sixty percent owns that. I won't let her and he he may be over-sixties he's way over sixty five right now. But I thought he was in seventy. I double check. I'm at sixty five and I don't want to, you know, to our own hor too much, but I feel good that we recommended both Jarvis Landry and Josh Gordon as Bilo 's that we said. David joke who I think we said two weeks ago. He was set up for for really good stretch and it's going to continue and he had four catches fifty two yards in a touchdown, even if Baker and those guys played poorly at Pittsburgh coming off their bye week. It's Kansas City Atlanta, the next two games after that, right. And yet sixty five percent owned for Mayfield. He was twenty seven percent started coats, thirty seven and bills. Five. So we touched on Andrew, lock touched. Some are the MAC. We talked about Kris ivory. How about Kelvin Benjamin, you think maybe he and Derek Anderson could have some type of. Connection here and Kelvin. Benjamin nineteen percent could be worth and add. Is Anderson starting next week. Why wouldn't he? Well, because he was terrible..

Ryan Fitzpatrick powers Tampa Bay Buccaneers to victory

"Where this goes. Meanwhile, the Steelers as we all know are back in the saddle tonight plane, Monday night football. Down in Tampa Bay against the buccaneers one of the hottest quarterbacks in the league. Ryan Fitzpatrick who by the way is averaging four hundred eighty two yards on offense. And they're averaging over the first two weeks averaging putting up thirty seven and a half points per game. Against the defense that has been a sieve. And I mean, a big sip. Just you wonder whether or not they can take advantage of that defensive coordinator Keith Butler. Pittsburgh says communication. It's been an issue. We've tried to do some things guys aren't on the same page. We're going to simplify everything. So everybody knows where to line up. Everybody knows what's going on and picking. Okay, fine. What are you gonna do with the Sean Jackson? He's played fourteen games on Monday night football. He ranks second among all active players. He's got fifty four catches for nearly twelve hundred yards. Six touchdowns. Oh, by the way. He also leads the NFL two hundred seventy seventy five yards in two games as well. And then there's the other side story with all this as to Jameis Winston who. By the way, comes back off of his suspension tomorrow, he can roll into the basilica there, and you think okay? Does he get his job back is Ryan Fitzpatrick playing for his job, for instance, tonight? I mean, if he has par for performance. Does taste like the gentleman that there and the coaching staff with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers make the decision James is our guy. I don't know by the way, he just hired a new agent. I think it was still seagull. Matter of fact. But we'll see we'll see to me. It's going to be really interesting game. And I just can't see the Pittsburgh Steelers getting out three weeks in the NFL season without a win. Despite how how good Tampa Bay has been.
