Is Tutu Atwell Too Small to Succeed in the NFL? - burst 10
"Okay. This next receiver is a guy that you and i are. differ a lot on and with twenty fifth pick of the second round. The la rams selected to at well from louisville. Receive our end. I get their concerns. Ideal disguise five nine hundred fifty five hundred sixty pounds. People are questioning whether he's gonna be physical enough in the nfl. however this is a player. The i compare to markey's brown. I think that in order to be successful. He's going to have to gain a little bit more weight. But i think that to out will be able to develop especially with the la rams who don't need in the -sarily to be great outta the gecko. But i think that the upside for two atwal is especially there especially if he's going to have the matthew stafford throwing the ball and so it was back to murky brown when he was in college him and he had similar stats. Which is why. I'm bringing up the comparison the first place in his junior. He had seventy five receptions for one thousand three hundred eighteen yards in ten touchdowns. Now let me bring up to two atwal stats from his sophomore season. And they were very similar which end so to atwell in his sophomore year he had sixty nine sevens for one thousand two hundred seventy two yards and eleven receiving touchdowns and so these two guys. Besides the fact marquees brown ways a little bit more to travel or comparable. And if you're an you're seeing now to to out while falling to the fourth maybe even fifth out of your dynasty da and for me. I think that's a little bit ridiculous. Because for a guy that had a similar career to marquees brat and his cod season and similar upset that he should be considered a third round prospect for you and your dynasty rookie draft. And i'd say right now. Marcus brand is probably a second round. Pick but i think he could be worth a second or the round pick and this guy. Who's extremely fast as well. I think he's going to create separations and he's not just the speedster. He's not just the speedster he he gets receptionist as well on anyone who puts up almost thirteen hundred receiving yards in college. Season is a guy that is a good all amount of receiver as well. So don't just think of him as a speedster guy gonna occasionally break open deep here and there so yeah. I'm a big fan of to at wall of the i know Oh and one one last thing. He was picked in the second round so clearly. The rams do have a plan for two while. They're not just investing a second round pick in a receiver that they don't see being a great receiver in the long term and this by the way was the rams first pick all draft. If i'm correct so they might have even viewed him as a late first round pick. We don't know. But the fact that they spent their first round pick onto to By having good receivers shows you how much demands believe into Anyways kyle the floor is yours as to why you don't believe in to atwell. Well it says so much that i don't believe in two two at well. It's the fact. That so i am from louisville in. I watched a lot of this kid. He is a very good receiver. I agree with you. He's not just a burner. he is a good polish receiver and a lot of facets of football but my biggest problem is literally is just. This is and the fact that he's completely buried on the depth chart. I don't see any Any possibility of him getting in and becoming a number one receiver on that team like anytime. Soon robert woods. Anne cooper kupp. Both resigned extensions For last year So you already got those positions locked up now. You lose josh rhinos. But they already spent high draft capital on jefferson. Dan jefferson last year. So that position was already and then they spent another was a third or early fourth round. Pick onto harris harris could be used as a tight end. I think a lot of people saying he's going to be a tight end he he. They say he's listed as a tight end but he also weighs about twenty so if anything he's going to be like a a move titan. I don't see him being like inland blocker. But you already have tyler higby as well. You know it's just it's just a really crowded And you also have to sean jackson that they stopped they brought in you know so i. I'm just not sold that there's any opportunity for at least in the first year to now you like you said maybe a if you invest in this guy at the late third fourth round Me personally i'd rather just take dark throws on running backs. At this point you know even a third. The guys are projected to be thirds shrink or shrink. You know a rash of injuries and all of a sudden guys are going to get plight. Be starters and they're going to be valuable. You can train them. You know it would take a stream lee amount of circumstances for for you to for him to get on the plainfield him to productive enough for another team to to trade for him. It's just wide receivers just a position that you know if you don't put up stats people don't really wanna trade for him at all. I mean it's as simple as that you know and i know he has draft capital That's about the only thing. I think he has known. Form at one hundred fifty five pounds. I just don't know if it's worth the headache you know. But then again it only takes one person to trade and if you're only drafting him with the mindset of trading him than you're probably not gonna draft to tell to till In the first place. And if i don't know if it necessarily applies to atwells value the fact that the community hates him. Because there's going to be at least one guy and if you put up the stats. People are going to be willing to trade for him. So i i get that point but at the same time. I don't know if that necessarily applies to At wellness fair. Knock about the onto to at atwill. Because it's not actually something that to two at walt dead. It's more of the perception that people have about two. But it's it's what he didn't do. He didn't gain the weight which i think he will in the way he's still what in nineteen twenty years old. I think he's still
Cowboys vs. Eagles score: Michael Gallup leads aerial assault against Philadelphia, keeps Dallas alive in NFC East
"Dallas cowboys ended the philadelphia eagles season on sunday afternoon at. At and t. stadium. That's right the eagles now with only four wins with only one game left even though the cowboys will need some help from them. The philadelphia eagles are officially done. And we'll have to look forward to two thousand and twenty one when their quarterback will be jalen hurts full-time or carson wentz. Who knows there's a lot to get into as it as it relates to this game again so many things happen. Let's start the first highlight to show you here. If you're watching on youtube sean. Jackson did indeed have an eighty one yard touchdown. Jalen hurts finds him about six minutes left in the first quarter. Just absolutely rose. We had absolutely chance. This is the type of thing that we've grown accustomed to seeing. Unfortunately from sean jackson he has gotten the better end of the cowboys for a long time over a decade. Schon jackson has been shown the cowboys now with multiple quarterbacks in multiple home stadiums schon jackson has had success. I'll give it to him that. At least this time. He remembered to score the touchdown and not fumbled the ball right in front of the goal line. Let's keep on. Let's get to some more happy. Highlights and michael gallup who was in contention for our star of the game. His first touchdown was a beauty as the second quarter. Began getting the cowboys. Back in the mix narrowing the margin. Fourteen to ten michael gallup like i said look at that elite camera work from fox. We'll talk about that in a second. Michael gallup quickly got to work. He had a big gain a little bit after a few minutes later. Look at this starting his own thirty five running down the sideline a bunch of eagles chasing him. Michael gallup doing all the work doing all the work doing all the work and then speaking of work you know the cowboys as we all know they like to feed ezekiel elliott. This was later on that possession the cowboys trailing fourteen. Ten and ezekiel elliott. There's no video of this so apologies. If you're watching on youtube you can see our freeze frame image. A looked like ezekiel elliott. Who had a really great game really looked like he scored on. This place is a bad angles from the tv copy but to me to my naked eye it looks like zeke. Elliott is over the line. I think that that's a touchdown. Zeke mike mccarthy did not challenge this. The cowboys wound up settling for fuel narrowing the margin fourteen to thirteen. They would ultimately start their climb back and they're ferocious. Climb back in fact. Let's get to that. Climb another michael gallup touched down here at the end of the first half andy dalton not even messing around just looking right for him and michael gallup again just a superstar a true wide receiver. One cowbys have three of them. Dalton schultz you can see very happy for his teammate. This was a phenomenal performance by michael gap

"Here? According to The New York Times. Pulitzer Prize winning journalist Nicole Hannah Jones in The New York Times have chosen global constant leader Lions Gate to be the home for wide ranging partnership to develop Ms Hanen Jones's landmark issue of The New York Times Magazine, a 16 19 project and hit New York Times Podcast 16 19 into an expansive portfolio of feature films, TV series and other content for a global audience. Well, this is it. I mean, what a racist hellscape. America is what a terrible, terrible place for people of color simply cannot get ahead like Nicole Hannah Jones, who's made a living An incredible living an incredible profile out of suggesting that America is from root to branch, the worst place ever. Really amazing stuff. So again, The left arguments is really effective against liberals. They say, Listen, we don't need any of those rights that used to talk about in world enough to remember when you used to say things like we'll defend your right to say anything even if we disagree with that, but we don't It is really what you're doing is you're enabling evil guys, you're truly enabling evil. And this is why you see people on the hard left who feel no shame at defending. Openly defending just terrible behavior, so long as the person who's engaging in the terrible behavior is a member of victimized minority group. It truly is amazing what people are willing to go along with. For example, there's this football player named Sean Jackson. Shawn Jackson is a is a wide receiver for the Philadelphia Eagles. Very talented guy. He also happens to be apparently a rabid anti Semite always find importing Hitler on his on his instagram page, which is always a delight. OK, he quoted Hitler, he quoted was Farrakhan. We all wear, you know that Icecube does. That's right. There was all this blowback for about 24 hours about Ice Cube. Does anyone actually think Ice Cube won't be hired to play a part anytime in the next year or two? Imagine somebody White in Hollywood, quoting Hitler about the Jews and think whether that person would would be hired anytime in the near future. Did you lose a decade? Right? Mel Gibson lost a decade of his career because he did this sort of stuff, right? But if you are, if you are on the left, and you're on the hard left and you're a person of color, you can basically say what you want about the Jews. So Sean Jackson Is quoting openly quoting Hitler and Shannon Sharpe, the former tight end for the Denver Broncos and believe Green Bay Packers at one point, she Shannon Sharpe He comes out and defends did Sean Jackson and Louis Farrakhan on national television? Because this is the the radical Left does not have to have have to abide by their own rules. The only rule is domination of power don't have to abide by their anti bigotry rules. After all, they're moving in pursuit of the destruction of the system. If that means ally in with people like Sean Jackson, you'll do it here. Shannon Sharpe defending to Sean Jackson, where the calls to to boycott first T boycott undisputed Really if this happened on Fox News, right, not on Fox Sports If this happened on Fox News, and it was right winger is talking about excusing pro Hitler commentary from a white guy. How fast with boycotts mobilize weird sleeping Giants Be here Shannon Sharpe, defending Louis Farrakhan and defending to Sean Jackson. By the way, My favorite isn't Chan and sharp tweeted out. Where Jews defending people when they used when they say stuff like this. Wait, What do you want? The Jews to defend. A guy was quoting Hitler and kind of confusion here. Shannon Sharpe defending Sean Jackson, no matter what you think of Louis Farrakhan, Nation of Islam. He has made it pretty clear over the years. He does not like Jewish people. Is that fair to say well, not from the conversation that I've had with the minister, he said. This this abundantly has made it clear to anybody to sitting down, sat down with him. He says he doesn't house representative Omar, right, chief. It was all about the Benjamins. They jumped all over her president Trump it exactly. You guys won't vote for me because you care about your money and you can't control me, He said the exact same thing. Nobody said a word. Yeah, I loved the one about his mom behalf of Louis Farrakhan really solid stuff there from Channing's. Our bottom line is if you're on the proper side of left, all defenses are available to you. If you're not on the proper side of left, no defenses are available to you. And again. The cultural commanding height have been captured by the radical left to the point where bloviating idiots like Chelsea Handler are fully compliant with line right. The new line is it's time to dismantle the entire system Here is Chelsea handler. Talking about this. Coming to the realization that my success has a lot to do with my skin color. I wanted to really do something that set an example about howto. You know, contribute because at this point, it's not enough. To just say you're not racist. You know, you have to weigh have to be working to dismantle the system because we are reaping the benefits in exchange for people losing benefits we have to we have to dismantle the system. Okay, well, when you've got the entire culture at going the messages time to not just work within the system, the old liberal line and not to change the system to dismantle the system fundamentally transform the system. Right, then you got a problem Now, Here's this is why in the line that is being used by Joe Biden right now is pretty damn dishonest. Joe Biden is gonna be a bulwark against these votes. Bernie Sanders was gonna be the guy. You go over that February, Bernie Sanders was sort of the apotheosis of all of this. He was the pinnacle of it. I mean, he was having rallies where he literally had indigenous people get onstage and talk about how the rally was taking place on stolen Unstow, the Native American land. He was going up there and apologizing for America's history. He was going up there and suggesting that America's entire system was thoroughly corrupt and evil and had to be torn down and built a new and his stuff that Bernie Sanders talked about all the kind of most radical stuff that you're hearing right now about Rushmore and tearing down statues. Bernie was ahead of that stuff. Bernie had already made his peace with the radical racial left and had made the alliance and then Joe Biden wants to the nomination because it turns out most Americans are still not up for this to the great lie of this what the Liberals really should be resisting along, lines up his That the old promises still kind of through, which is you can't win, except that the the radical left things they can win. That they're going to use. Joe Biden is their vehicle for winning. So Joe is Joe Biden. A captured vehicle is really the question of the moment for the 2020 election. Because Joe Biden basically won the primary by saying, I'm not burning. And most Democrats were like You know what we could use A not Bernie in order to win..

"It is the Vegas take sharpened. Shapiro. Glad you could join us on a Thursday. Oh, yeah. As you know a lot of lot of issues facing this country now, besides a pandemic, racial injustice, and you could agree, disagree, But ah lot of people out there that have been outspoken, including a lot of athletes. Some some of them I agree with. Some might disagree with. They all have a right to speak right. Unless you're Laura Ingraham And you tell people like LeBron James to shut up in dribble. And then you want to hear Ted Nugent, the draft Dodger, but, uh, you know, one of those that came out Steven Jackson. You don't know who Steven Jackson is. He's a former MBA player. He was actually part of the Malay or as I like to call it the malice at the palace he was playing with Ragnar test Reggie Miller on the Indiana Pacers. Remember, they went out in the crowd started punching fans. That was a messy situation. But Stephen Jackson great MBA player, but before I get to Steven Jackson, let's talk about the Sean Jackson. Let me give you a little bit of background. If you don't know who to Sean Jackson is Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver is 33 years old, Certainly not in his prime anymore. But he posted an Adolf Hitler quote on his Instagram. And this is a guy who talks about Farrakhan. Hoo hoo! Retweet stuff about Farrakhan to Sean Jackson said. Some really, really horrible things and sets bad things on social media. About Jewish people. And it's It's disgusting. So what it is that the Sean Jackson quote you're talking about was actually falsely attributed to Hitler. But ah But anyway, it was anti Semitic nonetheless. Yeah, I mean, he's he said some really anti suspect things on social media, and by the way since that day, Sean Jackson has apologized. He's also said that he's meeting with a rabbi to understand what anti Semitism is. When somebody makes a horrible mistake. You don't have to immediately accept the apology but understand that he has taken action. That's what's important. He has taken action. Right, Stein. Well, yeah, he's he's apologized and he's meeting like Would you say with a rabbi or something? And then Julian Edelman Thie, New England Patriots star who happens to be Jewish actually just put out a video. Out on social media, saying that he wants to get together with Sean and have some burgers and go actually go to the Holocaust Museum and and have a nice conversation as well. But here's the quote. That Sean sent out. It stated that the white shoes no, that the quote Negroes are the real Children of Israel, and they will quote Extort America. Their plan for world domination won't work if the Negroes know who they were. Completely idiotic, anywhere that's like I said, been attributed to Hitler. But Hitler apparently didn't actually see it. Either way. It's anti Semitism at its finest and completely idiotic And I think to Sean Jackson is not a very intelligent person, because I think if he was, he wouldn't have done that. This comes at a time when we're talking about racial injustice, and many of the good people in this country are on your side about the kneeling about police brutality being wanted to be treated as equals This this couldn't come at a worse time for two Sean Jackson. I hope he means what he says. I hope he since sincere in his apology, and I hope he does take action. Donate some money to a Jewish community center. Do something. To say, Listen, I eft up big time I screwed up. I want to learn and I'm sorry He's taking the right step immediately by apologizing. I hope it's sincere. But I gotta tell you, somebody that I think is such a dope. I can't even begin former MBA player Steven Jackson. Remember Steven Jackson Ah, friend of George Floyd. He's been one of those outspoken people about police brutality, and I had no problem with that. No problem at all. He's a lot of people feel like he's done a lot of good in this situation with racial injustice, fine, But Steven Jackson goes on a podcast, and he made some horrible comments on Instagram talking about Jews and banking. It's terrible. So Steven Jackson went on CNN yesterday with Don Lemon. He says he used the wrong words when defending dish on Jackson have a listen to this. Amitay, just like I told him. Nice try. I've been hard to find a justice for equality. And I was speaking on equality. What? It wasn't having Cooper and Sean Jackson any other way. Like I said, they can twist the heart. They want to You didn't you Didn't hear word of my mom stand. I hate Jews. You didn't hear word of my mom stand. I've supported him in bacon twisted. How do you want? I don't hate nobody. I've been standing for everybody to continue to And and that's just the end of it, okay? No, it's not the end of it. Nobody's twisting your words, Mr Jackson. You made a comment about Jews owning banks throughout the world. OK, that is anti Semitism. That is a hurtful stereotype. That is just a cz bad is if I want the radio, and I said All black people do are steel that all they do is steal things. That would be a horrible thing to say. And it would be wrong and it would be a stereotype and it would hurt African Americans. You saying that Jewish people Oh, in all the banks, and the money is a stereotype. And Steven Jackson is so stupid. He doesn't even understand what he said was wrong now John Lemon to his credit. Remember, this is Don lemon interviewing an African American. That is his friend. Say what you want about Don lemon. I'm not a big fan of don lemon, But he did a good job of this interview, and he lit up Steven Jackson in a respectful way. Don Lemon continued to press him on this issue and played an instagram video that I'm talking about where Steven Jackson talked about Jews and banking. Have a listen to this. Okay? I don't listen. I don't want to get into an argument with you about this, but I don't know what you mean. Nice try. I'm just All I'm doing is is using your words and your post and I'm asking you about it. You can feel the way that you feel, but I'm not trying anything. No one is trying anything. We're just reporting the story, and nobody's trying to twist anything. You actually had an instagram live conversation earlier, and you referenced the Rothschild banking family. Watch this. Just said that Jules on the riches, you know the wrong child. That's a specific example idea, but the but they think the troll on the banks they on all the banks. Do you understand that that is an anti Semitic trope about Jews and money and it's very offensive. Say, Can you? Can you go back and watch the whole conversation? Why we brought it up. We was talking about money. And when I said that he didn't take it the wrong way. He said that there were people with money wasn't associated with Jules. And I just asked him that it wasn't and so and he didn't take it as an so our conversation went on, and we had a good conversation. So the person I'm talking to understood what I was saying, and he didn't take it as an insult. I don't think nobody else you know. Okay. Do you realize what an idiot Steven Jackson is? First of all, just because the guy interviewing you didn't take it as an insult doesn't mean what you said wasn't wrong. You help. By the way, I know so many. I shouldn't say so money. I know several college basketball coaches. That we're considering. I have been around for a long time, by the way that we're considering recruiting this kid Steven Jackson when he was younger, because he was a hell of a basketball player and a great athlete..

"Heard the crowd like that? I mean, you could hear the ground making all that noise, although the Yankees and the metropolitans do plan on holding cardboard fan appreciation night. For their last hung. And I always wondered why. At Boel barks fans would sing Take me out to the ballpark when they're already there. All right. Back to the phones. We shall go 18773376666 is the number to call. And, uh, let's go to fair lawn and and take one of the former Isaac is calling from Fair lawn and Isaac, You're on the fan in New York City. What is happening with you and yourself? How's it go? And, um I think what Shaun Jackson did obviously was stupid, but you know, no intent to No, be hurtful to the Jewish community. I think he's just stupid about it. Um, but I think what Steven Jackson's words was like doubling down, basically saying, Like, You know what Sean Jackson did was fine and you shouldn't have to apologize, and I think that's more hurtful. And what did Sean Jackson did? Yeah, both. There's really think ignorance was a part of the show on Jackson. Now I know I was talking to Michael Phlegm and he would cut him. And I understand that And you heard of Lily a little while ago from Manhattan. I'd be a little bit more understand Well, it's hard to understand. I mean, it's so awful, but You're right about Steven Jackson. What I heard wasn't very solid, and I think hey, just basically tried to talk himself out of it didn't do a very good job. And since eight minutes and 46 seconds with a George, Florida he referred to George Floyd as his brother. They wore friends. There's no question about that. And what he had to say. After the death of George Floyd, what he's been saying all along has been eloquent and right and with a quality in mind, and with Justice for all in mind, but what he had to say and what I heard about quarter to 11 from a Stephen Jackson just made it worse and so I do agree with you with that, and I would as a Jewish person. You know, if if he was suspended, the has to know that there are consequences. For what? He did both of them. But again, you know, they don't practice height, and certainly there was a great deal of hate and murder and genocide. That comes to mind something that just turns the stomach when, when Sean Jackson basically said what he was saying, and Steven Jackson condoning what he had to say, and then sounding awful in the interview that I saw about quarter to 11 Isaac Thank you very, very much. For calling very much appreciated comments on the record and certainly respected and again I don't think with their Sean Jackson that I'm you know, First of all, he's 33 34 years old. He is no longer the player. That he was still a young man and really life, but certainly it's a football player has been there and done that. And I don't think Philadelphia would do with the two Jewish people running the team. I mean, everyone knows from Lourie. And Rosemond, who is the general manager. I mean, they they right away, put out the kind of statement that you would expect, but they didn't punish him in any way, But I do think they're going to make available to destroy Jackson. You know his opportunity to turn ignorance and education to turn ignorance into information so that he could understand. What his words meant to the Jewish community. And as an African American. I mean, he certainly knows better. You would like to think that Steven Jackson as a mentor as a voice of protest, you know, since George Floyd with his murder Now that Steven Jackson might have started the education and information process, But all he did was basically condone. And then in trying to backpedal in the interview, I saw 1/4 to 11 on the TV just made it worse. So the bottom line is that we'll see if the NFL does anything. The Philadelphia Eagles haven't done anything and you know they've been through this kind of thing well before. And so the bottom line is there was a were a shade of hypocrisy here not only with the with the Eagles to some degree, but certainly with the NFL to some degree. A lot of people are outraged. That is understandable if it was going to be fired. I would understand that if he was going to be suspended of by the leg, even if he did, even if he was let go by the Eagles and signed by somebody else. The league if they were to suspend him for another a number of games. I think I would understand that I would not complain about that. But between you, me and the lamppost if he is willing to educate and inform himself I think I would basically give him a has he doesn't practise eight. But what he had to say was hateful, and he has to know why it was hateful, and I hope that process starts. Sooner than later. 18773376666 is the number to call. Abe is calling from Brooklyn, New York, Abe Hi, Steve. Hey, You know I love your show, but I tell you one thing. Yeah, I don't agree with you there things that to Sean Jackson. He's 10 years old when Drew B's head. That he will stand for the national anthem. That's right. They blew a gasket on him. They screamed at him. Everyone came down on him. I didn't hear one football player, not one football player. Say something to the show on Jackson. Just talking from, uh, from nothing And just saying, you know, Okay, danceable. He's not 10 years old, right? He has systematically. It's pretty where it is dramatic. I know there's no question, but I don't think He understands why that is anti somatic. Now, maybe. I mean, no able, you know, Listen, you know your words are respected and there's no right or wrong between you and me on this. That's how you feel, and that's understood. And your words mean something You should know that. I think he doesn't understand that. What he had to say was anti Semitic. I just think ignorance and stupidity and being uneducated and being totally unaware. Of what he had to say was anti Semetic. I don't think he understands that now. Maybe a when you couldn't know you, Khun. Get on me because you may say, Oh, no, Wait a minute. He's 33 34 years old. He understands what they should understand and know of Hitler and genocide and murder and concentration camps. And you would, but I'm not so sure he's aware Of all of that Now, maybe I'm way off here and you can get on me for that, and I'm Jewish and I would be first of all if he is willing to educate and inform himself Then I would feel a lot better beat us in practice a destroyer in Jackson and even with the stupidity coming from Steven Jackson, little while ago which made the whole thing wars And I think don lemon who understands right from wrong and common sense. I think it was embarrassed because I think he thought that Steven Jackson was going to speak better for himself. As well as a Xhaferi end of the show on Jackson. But Steven Jackson just came off awful for Andrew and he basically condone with Sean Jackson had to say, I just think it was less hate. Less. What he said was what course anti Semitic, but I think I had to do. I don't think Sean Jackson has a clue with what he was saying, and how hurtful it was saying what he said to a whole group of Jewish people. But But look in the 19 sixties who will of the people who watch together with the Blacks? Who There are a lot of no, that's a lot of Jewish people. Hand in hand with them. You know what he knows Line. But here's the thing, Abe. I don't think he understands that. I don't think he's aware of that. He wasn't around in the 19 sixties. Of course, Jewish people and African Americans have a lot. Unfortunately in common. With persecution genocide with hate with murder, of course, but I You understand, I understand, but I don't think he understands He's just clueless. And again if he were practicing hate if he was, you know, hanging out with Louis Farrakhan if it was quoting Edler all the time and death to Jewish people, it's Edward said, then That's one thing. I just think. That here was a random thought that he posted in cyber space. And this is that the worst thing about social media with a somebody getting some kind of thought they got too much time on their hands. Whatever it is The bottom line is, I don't think he is a hateful now this I may be totally wrong, but there's no no frame or reference that there's no background of him practising hate. I just that why would be quote Barican? Why would he croaked again at the same time just now said that the Jews should die into the world. American, he quoted Sarah can not only its lady called Barican. Well, Sanders person around. Well, here's You don't think he just throws it out. I don't well and, well, Hitler too. I mean in the rain and the and the in the different Jackson posed. You've got both a reference said to Hitler and a Farrakhan. That's fun, You know, But I think it has to do with ignorance. Mohr than practice..

"Gotten to Sean Jackson comments. We're trying to educate himself educated people speaking the truth. Right? He's speaking the truth. You know, you don't hate nobody, but he's speaking the truth of what of the fax That he knows and trying to educate others. Year. Steven Jackson. You don't know what the hell you're talking about. It wasn't speaking any truth. He lied on his ass. Because he didn't know what he was saying. He didn't know. If he did know. Well, then he really is a bigot. This is why I don't want anybody fired. Now this happened recently. Turns out the guy actually was able to talk to the officer, and I think he got away with warning just because he thought that this big, venomous brown snake had bit him in the foot. I mean, listen to what he said was completely inappropriate and wrong. He should apologize. Sean Jackson, Shawn, that Jackson Yeah. Watson, Sean Jackson. I mean, don't you agree, Jesse? That's definitely without a doubt. You gotta be careful. The things you post where they came from, and obviously intent and meaning behind it all that stuff absolutely, and did apologize, and we'll see what the what the feeling is in Philadelphia elsewhere going forward. Yeah, And you know, there's a response from Steven Jackson, saying that to Sean Jackson was speaking The truth, which is bigger, ignorant statement as well like none of it is good right, and the Eagles have released a statement saying they don't approve of the statements. It's I I viewed as this Jesse win. Each time someone says something stupid. We should point out that is stupid, and I feel like I'm not saying there's right and wrong. Just anti Semitic comments that he thought were uplifting African Americans that he thought were uplifting black folks Quote unquote White Jews will blackmail America. They will extort America. Their plan for world domination won't work if the Negroes know who they were did. Sean Jackson has apologized for these comments. The Philadelphia Eagles, the NFL every organization, anti defamation, just take the whole anti alphabet, mix up the letters and take three letters. Every single one of those organizations have basically denounced the comments by two Sean Jackson. And the eagle say that they will take appropriate action to Sean Jackson is apologized a couple of times already he has already reached out to the Jewish community in Philadelphia to try to educate himself and try to become more involved in the community. And I think that's what it's a matter ofthe And I can tell you OK, I can read this and say OK? What he said was extremely ignorant. What he shared was ignorant, he copped and plead so that he may not still have a full understanding of what he said. But I still think it's done. I still think that, Yeah, I think he deserves some type of fine. In my opinion. It's real simple. You've you go back and look at what Riley Cooper said when he said the n word almost seven years ago for the Eagles coming off of a career year where he hauled in more than 800 yards, you know Riley Cooper, you know you got a slap on the wrist. You didn't miss any time. I don't think the Sean Jackson should lose this job. I don't think you should be kicked out of the NFL. I mean, the NFL has had some really evil human beings that have participated in the league. I don't think that's too Sean Jackson. I've met him. Nice guy. I met his mom last year, actually, at a tailgate here in Atlanta had a chance to talk and hang out. Meet her for a little while. I don't think this is a hateful guy. "Sean Jackson. Former pro Bowler was a standout at Cal. Remember watching the tennis evolves play him for a couple of years in a home and home contest, phenomenal athlete. And he loves him. Some Louis Farrakhan. Rob loves loves Loves Louis Farrakhan. I like to point out that Louis Farrakhan is a pretty notorious anti Semite. Use pretty high profile there, and there's no way if you follow Louis Farrakhan. You don't know that. Right? Well, Sean Jackson of the Eagles posted a page from a book that he thought was quoting Adolf Hitler and claim that Jewish people are deceiving America and finding out that black people are the rial Children of Israel. What this is all stuff that he put out on his instagram feed over the weekend. He also posted on Instagram again. The Sean Jackson of the Eagles. Ah, page from the book, The Hidden Treasure that lies in plain sight for the day of the Lord and the end of America and it States quote. Hitler said, because the White Jews know that the African Americans I'm cleaning that up are the really Children of Israel to keep America secret? The Jews will blackmail America that sounds kind of anti Semitic sounds incredibly anti Semitic. Now, that was a fake quote from Hitler. Hitler never said that. But to Sean Jackson didn't know that And he posted it thinking that it wass so the Eagles have now been forced to put out a statement in regards to these ridiculous Comments from their wide receiver quote. We have spoken with the Sean Jackson about his social media posts, regardless of his intentions, the messages he shared or offensive harmful and absolutely appalling. It goes on and on and on. We will have many full conversations with the Sean as well as all of our players and staff in order to educate, learn And grow. So long story short here. Sean Jackson gets a stern talking to for promoting Louis Farrakhan quotes that he thought were from Hitler. You've got an NFL player promoting Farrakhan and Hitler, and it's a blip on the radar. You appear to be implying that there may not be equal implementation of treating everyone with dignity. That would be the mild way to put this Yes, absolutely. And if you think about this, think about the off season the NFL's had. If you put your ear really closely up to the radio, you can hear the stream coming from the unit of the NFL as they just pee away all their revenue as they pee away all those dollars because go back a couple of years ago. Analysis: New England Patriots vs. Philadelphia Eagles
"New England Beats Philadelphia. Seven hundred ten tight game. Your boy Ataman throws a touchdown pass What do we make of these teams right now? Well I mean I think the entire takeaway for Philly fans is predicated on what you think of New England if you think think. New England is the Super Bowl. Contending team which I think there are a super bowl. Contending Tamed Sound Down on now. Though it sounds like your your little awesome while you worry about the offense and she do I mean like how could you not and you worry about stopping the red eye. Eagles went away from a little bit. They were down Jordan. Howard I think if you look at it that outweigh it's not the worst? Lost Eagles had all season. But of course it's the biggest loss because it's the latest and now they're five hundred nece was like they put themselves in a position where losses to Atlanta and in Detroit and teams like that amounted up and made this a must win and of course in the NFC. Nothing's truly a must win but we mentioned the eagles struggles with Dallas earlier. Everybody has to over simplify things and make it a win thing and I just got actually got a tweet from A guy earlier one of the listeners owners definitely from Boston like Oh crooked. Cancel the pod Ryan at Ryan at Chris. Because he doesn't want to you know. Take the eagles offense to task. The offense was bad. Dude Carson didn't play take that twelve but like Carson Carson didn't play Great Lake but guess what you've been touting this patriots it's defense all year is the best of all time or in that in that and we have come down to earth bit but you gotTa pick one because Carson not having a perfect game against these guys with down the starting running back down to Sean Jackson down. Alshon Jeffery down both tackles at one point in the game by by the way when Lane Johnson leaves early early. That's a big deal. Carson was pressure twenty. Two out of forty eight snaps again. He holds the ball long too long sometimes so that stat his snapped releases relevant the longer longer you hold it the more. You're going to get pressured. But he had four incompletion role in that final drive. I didn't think he had agreed. Asli bag game but it was funny to me that in a game where the goat who still a really good player was all over the place. The first avenue set a record for incompletions and a half. It's the first game. He played an entire game. You didn't leave bleed. The Patriots and touchdown passes shutout Jules. I just think like are we going to be mad at Brady to a I. I know whence isn't the goat and he doesn't get that kind of slack but that's a team who offensively has to hurry up and figure some things out for the for the level of expectation in New England to be met and of course Romo Romo who I love every time Brady missed the throw is the wind. Every time went Smith stores like he missed another one there. And if this is the game you're GONNA TO GIVE UP ON WHENCE OVER I. You're giving up on Wednesday like as a franchise quarterback score on trees. I think you're you're you're shortsighted. Second this is not the game like he didn't didn't play that well but bro. That's the best defense in the league. Most people think right. That's what people think at this point Yeah they are San Francisco. You know San Francisco the team gave up fifty points to I mean Devi. Oh man done sound like rail exact science so I'm looking at it now. 'cause Devia was telling me these guys were both both the two thousand Ravens. Yeah now they are and I mean going into the week they still were way ahead of everybody else. I mean I was looking at the numbers this morning. They don't get updated Until until the Monday night or so we'll know more about inter you're right. I mean that San Francisco who in what last couple of weeks we're going. Oh wait a minute what what happened to these guys on Defense Pencil Not GonNa sit there and say then all of a sudden I still. I've always liked personnel better than New England's but New England's one holding a team down to ten after they gave up a bunch of yards to Lamar and those guys so I think the Brady thing it continues to be this thing. That's real his first half second half stuff it just felt like yesterday was just a grind. You know what I mean to grind for everybody. You know what I mean but you know how like if you have a buddy and you seem like walking somewhere and you're like what's wrong like just having a bad day. Yeah just arduous and soon as they got out of the house everything was a challenge and it just felt like the Brady and his movements. And maybe I'm doing too much here and maybe but I don't think I am. I think I'm right here. I really the the more I watch him this year. The more I think things just feel more challenging and I don't know if it's just because the offensive line I don't know it's because no gronk you know it could be all of these things collectively but I think even the biggest patriots fan has to admit and some private moment that you know. Maybe this is what it looks like for the end of Tom and then as soon as I say that out loud goes probably was so who knows. I'm not willing to do that because I'm not going to be the guy what I'm saying is though that poses the question to you. I mean you're forty two forty three years old. You'RE GONNA have I bad days where the ball is not just zip off your arm You know outside the Hashes Brady Brady is still going to have them in a position to compete for the whole thing at the end of the year even with the lack of Gronk with the lack of Devlin with the line problems with some of the drops he had yesterday. But I would ask you this. The Eagles secondary has been much maligned. The Patriots Defense has been called one of the best ever right. So why are we sitting here talking about and Tom didn't have a great game. You know who had about the same game as Tom Carson. They both they both had bad throws. But we're sitting here and I know that the go gets a lot more leash 'cause he's the goat and he's going to have his team where they need to be and I'm a huge fan. So don't don't mistake. This is a Tom Critique but people have not gray days Tom will tell you that Carson had not great day against one of the best defense of all time and if you look at these two these two offenses they both fallen awful lot. Since that's your boy. I think the Eagles Miss Frank Reich. I think they may they miss de Filippo. I think they had a lot of injuries but the pats have a lot of injuries and they've fallen on off a lot since that super bowl. Our defense in seventeen was much better than the not much better. It's better than the eagles defense right now. We have more pieces. They put up six hundred plus yards yards. Offensively on US yesterday was like you said a struggle and so I think there's concerns for both offenses here. One obviously has a much better cushion and a defense defense. That's GONNA keep me in every game.
Philadelphia Eagles pick off Rodgers' late pass to beat Green Bay Packers
"Jenkins and Craig Craig James just into the ballgame combined and knock it up into the air and gets the interception to an essence in this night doc. You never know who's GonNa make the game winning. Play that was Eagles Defensive Back Craig James Elevated off the practice squad he tips the ball to Nigel Brad them and they somehow stopped locomotive that was Aaron Rodgers on Thursday night. Football thirty four order twenty seven the eagles get a circle the wagons wind to right the ship at two and two thousand jeffries hopping around it. Sean Jackson's out of this game. They lose a couple of defensive backs and they find a way to get it done. Despite trail and ten nothing early early won a massive victory for the eagles and what a disappointment for how it ended with the packers. I thought this was the full football experience in America. You had big plays. You had one quarterback transcending injuries and lack of talent around him. You had a defense overcoming their own injuries stories and staying in the game. We're losing our minds over stupid rules and penalties. You're losing your mind. I was fine. We'll get into that later. Guys carted off the field the old tension release throughout the game and then a big play to end it and seal it for the Eagles
NFL Week 3 Rundown: Green Bay Packers
"Wanted gotta get your take paint on the Green Bay packers. It feels for the second time in as many weeks the offense started like a house on fire Aaron Rodgers with the aggressive play call to lamarcus Valdez Gatling gets them off to a seven nothing lead but yet again the Green Bay offense after the initial script wears off and whether you WanNa call fifteen or thirty plays however mouth the floor structures it it seemed the tail off and there's some real concerns at least for me when I watch the packers that this team either can't make adjustments or there's something going on you look at an offense over the second third and fourth headquarters right now ranking thirty National Football League you know a lot of smoke and mirrors so far but you are three and with a a new head coach a new system a new scheme so you're in a great spot right. It's it's winning while you're learning hopefully and come the middle of the season. You've got not got enough wins and you start to progress a little bit. The opening touchdown there was just Aaron Rodgers being heroic right being smart seeing the guy jump jump-off sides like he does so many times and just air it out and while the scaling just beats his man first quarter green bay average nine yards per play it did tick kick down throughout the rest of the three quarters but in saying that the average one point eight yards per play the Denver did passing wise Green Bay average eight point one yards per pass for the game. Denver just four point six so it was certainly a game they deserve to win. It was a game where they cover the number. Despite some some sharp money on Denver so to me they they obviously exceeded Vegas expectation and I think my expectations -tations while knowing who was on the broncos well the reason I mentioned the packers because we'll have an in-depth free of the packers next game short week when they host to the much-maligned minded banged up Philadelphia Eagles and pain when you look at some of the look ahead numbers here those numbers at the packers listed as a two and a half point favorite Lo and behold you wake up this morning and I know that at number didn't include a cluster injuries Philadelphia dealing with the packers all the way out to a five point favorite moved a little more than this morning yeah yeah it ticked up a shade from four and a half out of the dead zone five okay so you know obviously massive game for the Eagles one in three would would certainly be a surprise half the monitor the situation obviously on that that cluster injury to the receiver core so both alshon Sean Jackson. You're GONNA just have to keep a close eye on that. Whence it's clear he's missed those two guys right. He missed him again this past Sunday the metrics look okay completion percentage not good title right thirteen percent below expectation only better than Josh Rosen for week three but again green bay three now despite having a ton of issues if you can negate that opening script from leflore and Rogers. It seems like you're going to have a pretty good chance here but we'll see what we get from Philadelphia's office defense two lines beaten and battered a little bit. We know about some of the injuries upfront. Cox is also playing through some injuries so interesting the line. Let's see where it goes one that we'll obviously talk about in in really really large detailed because it's Thursday night

I sent him videos asking what the heck is going on here and every time I talked to him I feel dumber but I'm also smarter at the same time so oh I love what you're doing. Over there mixture establish the run dot com and let's let's set up the framework for this show we're going to be talking about fool's gold and hidden gems and by that I mean we're looking at the vegas biggest win totals right now and we're trying to identify some teams that we may think are too high and some sneaky teams that we think could surprise people so you're already touched touched on the eagles. The line is at ten for the over under on the winds. Dare you slot this eagles team in the under as fool's gold and had the whole Philadelphia descend upon on you or are you a believer that this team is poised for for plus ten wins. No I absolutely all over the over on this so they got fed up. They opened Sunday nine and a half wins which was the fifth highest total in the N._F._l.. You know they only beat net win projection one time in the last four years that I mean that's <music> sort of concerning but you know I think but <hes> we have them slaughtered with the third softest schedule in the N._F._l.. Based on opponent win totals that helps in we talked about how they can develop depth last season in Howie Roseman just crushed it again. This all season does does every offseason really you so good at finding finding like exploiting market inefficiencies the talent that they added to Sean Jackson Jackson Mile Sanders Vinny Curry Jordan Howard Zac Brown Andre Dillard. I mean they they're just really really good at collecting talent kind of on the cheap really and so I just think that they're too well run a team and they're too talented for me to bet anything other than the over even after they got up from nine and a half to ten yeah. I'm definitely not going to disagree with you on my N.. Evan Evan as far as outside the eagles goes the first one that stood out for me for fool's gold was the rams at ten point. Five wins in the case for regression is pretty simple and it's not about the super bowl hangover I I think they're four factors here number. One injury luck..

"Until they got Sean Jackson and I know that Carson Wentz and Nick foles Mike Handle things as well as they could. They worked well. It worked for this team but there does seem to be maybe just a renewed sense of okay. This is my team. I'm healthy now. Nick got his team Carson. wentz stressed seems to be a very good place with this team right and he should be because they have excellent weapons my concern with Carson Wentz as you go back to a senior in college mister number of games. It hasn't been able to complete a season last couple of years with the eagles so he has to be able to answer that question you'll can he stay healthy and the fact that it's happened. Both College at at the pro level is a concern. I will say a titan. They've done an excellent job bootzack in Dallas Kotor their second round pick from a year ago are both excellent tight ends and I think as this offense evolves we've touched about Desha Jackson terms of him being a threat. I think these titans will really be the go to you guys for once and hopefully that'll keep them healthy as well so both coach you and Mike we both agree. We all agree there. The pieces are in place so what's the potential Achilles heel of this offense besides I guess it's Carson Wentz staying healthy head coach in the national football right now is is fear of injuries and no different than Carson Wentz. I mean in two thousand seventeen. He was having an M._v._p.. Season he was having a really good season last year up until he got his back injury so really the Achilles heel him staying healthy when he's healthy. He's as good a quarterback this out there and unfortunately I lived at two years ago. We were coming off of a playoff season. Miami were <hes> practice and Ryan Tannehill in Training Camp non-contact a._C._l.. Done for the year we go sign Jay Cutler who was at the time retired so they're one hit away from playing felt so that as coach Fox said be Howie Roseman Doug Peterson that organization knows they are one hit away and the such a remarkably good job of having somebody like fulls there. He's not there anymore. That's what's going to be concerned CERF. He's just GonNa add that underscores. Why Nick foles was so very very important to this eagle steam but also why he got an opportunity to move on and do something somewhere else but we don't need the Internet? Don't think shefty to remember where you were when you sort of became aware of the N._F._l.. And what it meant what's. What's your first memory when the Super Bowl ten nine thousand nine hundred seventy five Lynn Swann coming off concussion and the A._F._C. Championship game you're three hundred some people thought he might not have played today? He wouldn't play but he did play in that game.
DeSean Jackson might reportedly be on move, wants Philly
"Take what an unhappy disgruntled wide receiver that never happens in the NFL the Sean Jackson, according to sources told Tampa Bay that he wants out and he wants to go back to the Philadelphia Eagles. That's his preferred destination. I don't know how deeply he's digging in. But I would caution the Sean Jackson. You don't quite have the leverage that Antonio Brown has because you're not nearly as good. Yep. But he can't stretch defense. If he's got the right quarterback in the third level. He's still a hell of an athlete. He is. He's thirty two though. That's the problem. This'll this is year thirty two season as they like to like to say, but he hasn't had great success over the last couple of years only seven hundred seventy yards last year six hundred the year before that he missing some games not being overly productive as a touchdown a generator. So there's candy be good.

"Thanks for all the tweets j t the brick if you want to go follow the Facebook page, I put up a lot of videos and content there on Facebook at j t the brick we were talking earlier tonight about what other Deavere wide receivers are gonna want new fresh money. It didn't take long according to ESPN and pro football talk the Tampa Bay Buccaneers our shopping Sean Jackson who wants to play for the eagles again. So ESPN reporting that the box are actively shopping Jackson who would prefer return to Philadelphia. There's mutual interest. Now, tell me if this sounds familiar we did a whole show on Antonio Brown. Right. Does Sean Jackson has one year left? So he's under contract this year on a three year thirty three point five million dollar deal. He's set to earn ten million this season. But he has no guaranteed money left. So the box could free up ten million in cap space by cutting him or trading him bucks. Only have three point five million in cap space. Bruce Arians said last month, they met it couldn't have gone better. Now, listen to this and six seasons in Philadelphia. Sean Jackson averaged fifty nine catches for one thousand twenty yards and five touchdowns. Those numbers are good. They're a joke compared to Antonio Brown. Antonio Brown's numbers to Warf one of the fastest receivers to ever play. The Sean Jackson who's had some big moments. He's also interested possibly in the Rams because he'd like to play for a contender before he retires. He's thirty two Antonio Brown's thirty. I just gave you the best example of the difference between a great super elite wide receiver and another one who's pretty good pretty good. But not great to Sean Jackson SoKo into the hall of fame as you know. So let's see what happens here is this this plays out as more and more receivers who don't have guaranteed contracts coming anymore as I painted a picture earlier when they signed their three year deals, they get their signing. Bonuses, they buy champagne. They rent private jets. They buy new cars, they spend their signing bonus. And then while they're still under contract with one year left. They want new guaranteed money. I'd love to be the guy sitting next to him in the nightclub going. Hey, why don't you put away that signing bonus? And don't buy champagne and don't go to the strip club and put it in a 4._0._1._K or put it somewhere where you won't spend it, and then they all whine about needing new guaranteed money when the thirty one and thirty two because they spend their guaranteed money when they get their guaranteed money when they sign their new contracts. I got Philip rivers against that Denver Broncos defense. I don't know which one to rivers rivers is having rivers is having a really good year this year. And so even though it's Denver. They're not the Denver defensive old Stafford he should he should throw the should be high Cornyn deigned here, but Stafford it's it's been so inconsistent. And even when you think it's a good match up. I think there's I think that why is broken. So I just I would go with rivers even tougher matchup. All right. Let's go to Alex in south central Alex. You're on with Matthew berry high. Hey PBR league. Who would you go for in a flex Amari Cooper or Sean Jackson? And would you trae Shusen AJ grant straight up? Thanks, guys. I didn't hear the second one bed. Matthew Amari Cooper to Sean Jackson in a? At the Mari Mari Cooper, by the way, who's getting like a twenty five percent target chair since he came over to the Cowboys. So just a ton of volume, and it's a really good match against the falcons team that is really struggled defensively here. The Sean Jackson a little bit more hit or miss because they've got so many weapons in Tampa Bay. And I think the question was what I trade do dismiss Schuster for aged green. And I wouldn't don't know if you saw the report from Adam Schefter, but expecting to now is that AJ rain's gonna mitt until December. So at least a couple more weeks ragent green and the way the Bengals season. It's going. They lose this week at Cincinnati. I'm sorry. I had Baltimore you could see scenario where a couple of weeks. They lose a game here too. And they're just like, you know, it's not our year and the just going to shut Jake green down for the year. He's over thirty franchise player. So no, thank you. Okay. Last few on Twitter, Dominica's Thomas or Torri Cohen. Three Cohen in. What should be a it's a low scoring game. It's not a great matchup obviously against the the Vikings there the Sunday night game. But Damaris Thomas, we just don't know enough. You know, he's he's only been there one week. They're playing the Redskins. It should be fairly low scoring going to good defenses there that was a close one to meet, but I'm gonna go with Cohen, Jamie w Stoudamire wants to know Alison, I'll show Jeffrey Alan Robinson out Sean, Jeffrey, Mike attention is Al Robinson is shattered by Xavier road, Kevin Angeles to know, robber woods or Marcus Valda. Scaling. At Robert woods did not close. Robin. Woods has been sneaky been fantastic. Greg devel- Jamison Greg Olsen or Jimmy Graham. Greg Olsen for me. Chris Ryan Fitzpatrick or Russell Wilson. That was a close. What I think I literally have bits Patrick. I think at seven and Russell Wilson at eight. So it's really a coin flip. I do think Wilson has a nice game tonight. He's been running more the last couple of weeks, which is great. That's patrick. You know, look the yardage is there. I think last week was a fluke at the good matchup with the giants. So I think I'll say package, but it's super close that if he wanted something to watch night would not look weird. If you started Russell Wilson. That's right. He's playing tonight. All right, Matthew. We always like dance math you promoting something. And and you always have a full slate come football season where can people see you? What do you want people to see?
