Every Symbol of American Patriotism Is Under Attack
"Was reading an article this morning online from The New York Times entitled redesigning America's flag. What if we redesigned the American flag? Why not? And so a lot of woke people came up with different designs for the American flag 6 different takes. On old glory. They want to redesign the American flag. It suggests this article suggests, and I need to apologize to you because the other day there was a conversation about the the him lift every voice and sing. As an appropriate pregame anthem if you will, it's often referred to as the black national anthem. It's a beautiful Sean. And I told you that I didn't have that big a deal with it. And a lot of people were offended and I was ready for that. I figured you might be. I just felt like it wasn't that big a deal because it wasn't replacing the national anthem. It was going to be played or it is being played before the national anthem. But there is only one national anthem. And when I read about idiocy like redesigning the American flag I'm reminded that every symbol of patriotism every act of expressing our love of country. Everything that we believe in America as Americans is under attack. Then there should be no wiggle room. At sporting events, either. There should only be one Nash anthem.

"News quiz I'm Bill Curtis and here's your host The man who admits that yes despite his promises he did serve eel again but this is a whole new preparation hardly tastes slimy at all Peter sake Thank you Bill Our Thanksgiving cornucopia of delicious tidbits is coming to a close So I hope you saved room for dessert Our first dessert course is Jen Psaki Press secretary for the Biden White House Peter asks her about her technique for dealing with the more unruly White House reporters I have a little secret thing I do maybe not secret because I'm telling all of you But when reporters are getting really loud or they're starting to ask crazy questions I just slow down my pace And I talk very quietly I treat them like I'm an orderly sometimes an insane asylum Not that they're not that they're people in the data silent but sometimes that's all you have to do to cool yourself down inside Is it your goal You're very good at what you do and it's very calming and nice to see But is it your set goal is just to try not to get on Dancing with the Stars Whatever you do that's not that not that Don't end up there And whenever I'm having a load day I kind of I have some time to try and hold up that picture of Sean Spicer's the video of him shimmying in that shirt Personal don't wish him well but that shirt was pretty amazing Not to get on Dancing with the Stars I promise you that it's true It wasn't the dancing It wasn't the stars It was the puffy sleeves Really I mean I was your wife see that shirt You wear that shirt knowing what the shirt was like but I just wanted to give him advice Now there's been a lot of turmoil with what I'm about to mention but we're ready We're ready Which instructor does Biden ride with the most for peloton That is a great question Peloton head This is so you tell me you're also gonna have to give me his screen name I'm just letting you know I mean I am not afraid to ask him all sorts of random questions I have not asked him this I really wanted to be Ali love Sundays with love come on Sundays with love This is really going to work out get a little spiritual moment and it's everything I definitely need to know the answer to this I've wondered the same thing We may need to follow up with all of your lists We should get to ride with him So we notice you've been doing this for a while and you're pretty good at dodging questions you don't want to answer Yes That is true We wanted to see how you did it So I'll ask you this Hey Jen we're having this great time Saturday night We're all going to hang out We're going to be playing some foosball in my basement drinking some white claw Why don't you come over Can you come over and join us for that on Saturday night You know that's a great offer I really appreciate it I'm just gonna have to get back to you after the briefing on it I promise I'll do that I do say that's it Twitter's had a little fun with me because I say I'm gonna circle back I'm gonna circle back Now I will say in my very hardworking team can confirm I'm obsessed with circling back with reporters And not just saying it but after the briefing getting back to them that is sort of a tick I have that I've got to work on but often what I'll say and everybody's are different things is I will say I just don't have anything more for you on it I just don't have anything more for you which is true And sometimes that's the truth That's what you're gonna say That's like a great way to get out of a relationship too just like I don't have anything more for you.
Sean Duffy Explains How the Jury Analyzed Video Evidence in Kyle Rittenhouse Trial
"Folks there's no one no one better than Sean to kind of use the prosecutor in Wisconsin As Shaun is a lawyer himself shaam as a congressman in Wisconsin nobody knows the environment Shawn my first question this was clearly correcting an injustice You are a very good lawyer The elements of the crime were never met I argued to Jenna Ellis before who agreed with me that there wasn't even reasonable suspicion of a crime here in that hierarchy of evidentiary standards Forget about probable cause or beyond the reasonable doubt This is a correcting and injustice this young man should have never been in court in the first place No he shouldn't have been charged but to be fair did he shoot and kill three individuals or shoot to kill to injure another Yes they had him on that And Colin admitted that But then he came around to the second portion which was was this self defense And this was the key of the whole trial Dan that we had so much video of what happened that you get these variant stories in a shady set of prosecutors who are pushing one narrative but the jury was able to go back to the video and say well let's look at what happened was Kyle rittenhouse and aggressor Was he was he a guy that was going through and chasing protesters with the old placards up and razzing protesters No he was there to help people And when he was confronted can I rittenhouse ran away In the video showed all that Dan And that's why I think this journey came back With the not guilty verdict and thank God for the video or I think there could have been a different result here and in justice would have
GOP Senator Tim Scott Seeks to Block Controversial Proposed Bank Account Monitoring
"I saw senator Tim Scott make a little speech about this woman that the Biden administration once confirmed as a top ranking Treasury Department official. And he just seems like he's in a state of shock. The left is trying to defend this doomed nominee and she better be doomed. You can not have somebody in charge of the purse strings who wants to blow up the banking industry. And wants to nationalize wants to federalize banking. Yeah, that's just what I want. The government calling all the shots with my checking account. They're nuts. They're purposefully picking people who are who are so radical and bizarre. I mean, Sean wants you to hear a little bit. We have senator Tim Scott queued up, right? I want you, this is four minutes. Like, it's like four and a half minutes. I want you to hear the whole thing. Because she was also convicted of shoplifting 25 years ago. Now, you could make the case 25 years ago is a long time. Incidentally, that's funny how the left and the woke crowd and all the crazed activists on social media don't seem to mind if it's 25 years ago if it's something they don't approve of. Then you better cancel somebody over what they did 25 years ago. But when it's a Biden nominee to do something like, oh, I don't know. Control the purse strings of America's monetary system well, that was a long time ago she should be forgiven. In fact, they say, those are personal attacks. You're attacking her. I mean, I don't even know what she's Asian, right? I don't even know what her ethnicity is. She appears to be Asian. I'm sure there's the left is ramping up all their bigotry defenses for her, right? All these mean Republicans don't like her because she's Asian. They're bigots. They're just they're just racists and bigots. No, she's a radical kook who has no business, no business whatsoever in a responsible position of authority at the Treasury Department. So keep all that in mind. Bear in mind that she shoplifted a couple decades ago, so people are mocking her for that. There's the racist thing. There's the same, you're getting personal with her. These are personal attacks. Don't do personal texts. So listen to this reasoned, eloquent, short of every man approach that U.S. senator Tim Scott from South Carolina takes in addressing Biden's nominee. I want to be fair, and I will be fair. I won't be hyperbolic, but I will be Frank and honest. I can not think of a nominee more poorly suited to be the control of the currency based solely on your public positions, statements, and the weight of your writings. Than you are. Let me just quote you versus anybody else. On the Green New Deal champion, you propose taking economic and climate policy making from Congress and creating an unaccountable bureaucracy called the national investment authority. In a round table this year, this year, you push to make the NIA the dedicated institutional platform at the federal level for really being the kind of fighting muscle of the Green New Deal and fighting muscle of you know all of these other movements that pursuing environmental justice, social equality and so on. You're disdain for the financial services industry. In 2019 in the documentary, titled, I'll be kind, buttholes, a theory. You said the financial services industry in my view and I don't think I'm alone here is the quintessential butthole
Alan Dershowitz: Kyle Rittenhouse 'Should Be Acquitted'
"If Kyle rittenhouse is convicted, it'll be one of the biggest disgraces in a courtroom that we'll have seen since O. J. Simpson was acquitted. Right now, 12 jurors and 6 alternates being chosen by lottery. There's a jury pool of 18. They're going to have 12 juries who get to hear the case. I mean, what a doozy it was. To watch this, Katie pavlich had great analysis Katie from town hall dot com. She was on the 5 yesterday. Here's how she said that the prosecutors blew up their own case. So the defense has been able to go back to the evidence with the jury to show them to let them see what happened. Whereas the prosecution has repeatedly changed their story based on their own witnesses blowing their case. Gage gross gross for example, admitting that he was fired upon by Kyle rittenhouse after he pointed his Glock 19 in his face. And so therefore proved the self defense case for the jury. Legal scholar Alan Dershowitz, who frankly, I think emerged as a shining light during the Trump era, he was on with Sean Hannity last night and he said the correct verdict in this case, the Kyle rittenhouse case would be acquittal. I never predict, because I've been in this business too long and Jerry's surprise and we don't know what the jury deliberations are about. We don't know what who the jurors are. I do think that there can't be a possible conviction of attempted murder on the victim alleged victim who admitted that he had pointed a gun at him seconds before he was shot. As to the two who were killed, I don't think you can make a prediction. I do think that the evidence does not show beyond a reasonable doubt that he committed a crime and that even if he were to be convicted, there would be very, very, very serious issues on appeal. So I'm not going to predict, but I'm going to tell you that the right verdict in this case would be an acquit. That doesn't mean that this young man should be praised for coming with an AR-15. That doesn't mean he's a hero. It just means the government failed to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he did not act in self defense. That's a high burden. I don't believe the government met
Nikole Hannah-Jones Says U.S. Dropped Bombs on Japan for Financial Reasons
"Nicole Hannah Jones tweets over at the federalist they picked it up Sean Fleetwood New York magazine writer and founder of the 1619 Project the call Hannah Jones took to Twitter this week to offer historically illiterate take on why the United States bond Hiroshima during World War II In a course she was promoted by The New York Times or 1619 project cronut but a New York Times Historical scholars from every walk of life came out and said she doesn't know what the hell she's talking about but it doesn't matter You see And now deleted November 6th tweet Jones attempted to argue that the only reason the United States dropped an atomic bomb on the Japanese city was due to financial reasons All you World War II vets listen to this She said they dropped the bomb They I guess meaning her country America When they knew surrender was coming because they'd spent all this money developing it and to prove it was worth it She wrote propaganda's not history my friend Now that is unbelievable She is a complete idiot She is a complete idiot Their first bomb was dropped and then the second bomb was dropped because Japan refused to accept unconditional surrender And that's what Harry Truman insisted on She is a historical illiterate but she can push her Pablo her hate for this country and there's not a single corrupt media platform that wouldn't love to
Gregg Jarrett on Adam Schiff's Disgraceful Legacy
"Greg Gerry, you sent me a piece on Friday entitled Adam Schiff's disgraceful legacy. Right there, we heard him say the following. Anyone who lied to Christopher Steele. Or the FBI should be prosecuted. What about chairman of the intelligence committee of the House of Representatives who lied to America for four years about their having seen the quote incontrovertible evidence of Russian collusion between the Trump campaign and Moscow? There are a lot of liars associated with the great Russia hoax and the ensuing witch hunt. Hillary Clinton, Christopher Steele, Igor steel source, I'd add James Comey to the list. But in my book, I wrote in the column, the most remorseless liar of all the flagrant huckster of hysteria over the Russia hoax is none other than Adam Schiff. Which Sean Hannity loves to call shifty shift. I mean, he is the most mendacious of them all. I mean, he is the top of the party not in terms of who lied the most and most often for four years. That's right. You know, he'd walk a mile for a camera shift did hundreds and hundreds of interviews with the stock up media. They didn't know a damn thing because they didn't bother to actually investigate any of the allegations or try to corroborate any of the dossier they simply took it as gospel as if it were scripture from Moses. You know, and so they are winning accessories the media. But they were played for fools. They were winning dupes. And at the hands of people, like Adam Schiff, who kept insisting over and over again, week after week year after year for years that he had in convertible evidence that Trump was a Russian asset who plotted with Putin in the bowels of the Kremlin to steal the 2016 election he said he had concrete evidence, absolute evidence, he'd seen it with his own eyes. We're just on the verge of the big reveal and he promised again and again, he was going to reveal it, but oh, you know, it's classified information right
The Media Are the Most Powerful, Unaccountable Political Actors in U.S.
"We're talking to Molly Hemingway a terrific writer also the author of one of the hottest books out there right now rigged How the media big tech and the Democrats seized our elections Molly you know listen there are two people out there who I think are the biggest narrative busters on the right So I'll throw Sean Davis in there too You and Tucker You go throw a hit with an S in front of a grenade and the tent and a heartbeat if you think you think something's up No matter the media penalty and you're frequently attacked for it like Tucker and Sean are as well But the weird thing is you usually turn out to be right I mean you would debunk the hoax Russia hoax immediately You had shown the spygate story to not be a hoax But doesn't it speak to the power of the media over our collective Borg like psyche in this country on the left right now that people like you me Sean Tucker Greg Jarrod John Solomon We're all considered by the mainstream code Misinformation specialists and yet we've been right about everything Like there's nothing in your book you don't pack up with footnotes The Zucker box thing happened the Russian thing was old It's like again this did not speak to the power of the media that we're considered the outsiders and yet we were actually factually correct the entire time Oh it's amazing But I also think that it's important that people celebrate the marginalizing of our corporate media They have so much power They set narratives They do horrible things with their power And they are in my view the most powerful unaccountable political actors in the country But on the other hand nobody is believing there BS anymore and that's good And Democrats are and that's bad But their credibility is at an all time low I think the latest Gallup poll had 9% of Republicans believing corporate media and only a third of independence If not for Democrats they would just be totally in the

Sean Spicer Writes First Book Taking on Biden-Harris Admin Called 'Radical Nation'
"And you've broken that you've broken it down into 1920 parts You've really looked at this carefully You really analyze this and it's also extremely readable It is the first book that's really taking on this administration So let me ask you a question You're probably sitting at home you're probably fuming over what's going on here Is that what drove you to write this book Yeah I mean in part because I think the biggest part mark is I think what is happening it's right beneath our noses And we have to understand if we don't wake up like slowly but surely we will fall into this what I call a radical nation And I just don't think part of there's a two chapters in the media If you wake up and you don't listen to Mark Levin you don't watch the blaze or newsmax You are not being told what's happening in this country and the motives All the stuff that the Democrats do build back better I mean it's all these things that are catch phrases but the reality is is that they are creeping us towards socialism They're creeping us towards more government that we can't get back And we're being run by people who in large part are incompetent in the government And the media is not talking about these issues about the lack of qualification for the people And I felt like I need to do this because I've been there I've done it and I've been like these people the motives are there Joe Biden has talked about transforming the country talking about changing the structure and nature of our economy I'm sorry I don't think anybody knew that that was part of the campaign last year but he's telling you what he's doing and then all of these policies lead us towards that but taken in bite sizes with the cover of the mainstream media You're not able to see it And part of it was to pull back that veil and say here it is this is what's happening pay attention and hear the sort of the decoder ring to the Biden Harris administration
Lieutenant Governor Elect Winsome Sears Becomes a Superstar Overnight
"And how about this extraordinary lieutenant governor elect of Virginia, winsome Sears, she has become a superstar overnight. I watch her on Sean Hannity last night. She was so good. She has talk about guts. She has the guts to say things that people have been afraid to say. You know, I dared point out as a part time resident of New York. That Asians were being attacked by young black men. And people were like, oh, my goodness. Oh, my goodness. How do you say that? You can't say that. It's like, well, no, but it's true. The Asian community knew it. And evidently win some Sears knew it, listen to what she said last night to Sean on Fox News. What I want to say to black people, Asian people, whatever, minorities, Latinos, whatever, don't allow political parties to divide us. Don't allow political parties to use whatever grievances that have been historically against you to force you to look at them as the savior so that they can swoop in and think they're saving you when all they're doing is pitting one race against the other. One race against the other. You'll notice, for example, that what was happening with Asians, it was young black men, and they were attacking Asians, but nobody wanted to say anything about it. If you can't identify the problem, then how can you come up with a solution? How strong is that? How strong
Sean Spicer Refuses to Admit Biden Won Election on Real Time With Bill Maher
"You know, I saw the other day, Sean Spicer was on with Bill Maher on his HBO program. I don't watch HBO. I was in a hotel and I saw it. And I was really amazed at how impressive Spicer was when he was he didn't bring it up, but Bill Maher in his just superlatively sneering way. He's really, you know, if a sneer could be perfected. He is asymptotically approaching the telos of sneering. And I have to say or the platonic form of sneering. He was pushing Sean Spicer trying to get him to say, of course, Biden was elected. And Spicer in a feisty way with facts was simply to sound reasonable. He wasn't even making any big claims. But what fascinated me was how the sneer carries the day. In other words, if you can get the audience to just go with you, looking at the facts is scary. Looking at the fact is scary. I mean, God forbid somebody like Bill Maher concluded like, hey, you know what? They have some kind of a point. There's something to talk about here. He would lose his career. I mean, it's just like any aristotelians who dared to look through Galileo's telescope like oops. You shouldn't have done that. You're gonna lose your job at the university of Padua. It's kind of amazing that we're living in times like that where prosecutors judges they are all rather than doing their job and saying let the chips fall where they will, they are caving to the

Soler Hits First True World Series Leadoff HR
"Hey, ladies and gentlemen, it is rare that I note something in the sports world as an opener. But I thought you would find this of interest even if you don't follow baseball. Or any other sport for that matter. So the World Series is taking place right now. Between the Houston Astros and the Atlanta Braves. The Atlanta Braves representing the national league Houston Astros who can not make up their mind which league they would like to play in are in the American League. Something happened last night. That never happened before in the history of baseball. I'm serious. I love that stuff. As one of the players said, there aren't many firsts left. That the batter in the in a World Series game be opening batter, hit a home run. It's happened at the bottom of the first, but not at the top of the first. There you go. I am sure. That at least 4% of you found that fascinating. Welcome to the show. Where we indeed do talk about everything in life. For whatever reason, I'm finding interesting, perhaps because I very close friend on the Atlanta Braves. Very special, very special human being, as it turns out. All right, everybody Dennis prieger here. There was a group called the anti. By the way, Sean, did you happen to hear what I announced? You missed it. He went out to get some papers for the show. So he's excused. First time in World Series history, a batter opened up the World Series with a home run. That's, say, see, he's moved. He is one of the 4%. And the guy who did it was at last series with COVID. So ah, so it's another first. He is the first guy to be out with COVID to hit a home run at the opening of a World Series.
Donald Trump Jr. Says Truth Social Will 'Cancel Cancel Culture'
"So Don Trump Junior I said went on Sean Hannity's program last night at Fox and made an enormous announcement I've had a lot of people didn't see this one coming You know that Trump team has been fighting for a long time for free speech and against the big tech communist totalitarians and their empires And you know people talk about it and some people do stuff Well they decided to do something Listen to Don last night on the Sean Hannity show This is really some exciting stuff Check this out Well showing it's a big deal You know for so long big tech has suppressed conservative voices If you're pro Second Amendment if you're a pro life if you're a religious if you're just a conservative you have been in Facebook jail you have been deplatformed You have been demonetized What we're trying to do is create a big tent in open and free network for people to be able to communicate to exercise your First Amendment rights And so tonight my father signed a definitive merger agreement to form what will ultimately be the Trump media and technology group and truth social a platform for everyone to express their feelings Big tech and all of those on the left for so long Sean have been saying well if you don't like the rules that we really enforce only one way on our platforms go create your own And so we did just that So that's going to launch very soon We're going to be in beta testing in the next few weeks Full launch first quarter of 22 It's going to be exciting and we're looking to give a voice back to the American people You saw what they did to the president of the United States We want to make sure that Americans have a voice No political discrimination We're gonna cancel cancel culture We're gonna stand up and push back against the tyranny of big tech I think America has been waiting for this We've been working on it for a while We've kept it under wraps But now we are in process to get that going to return our voice back to those who need it and who want
The Country Is Pushing Back Against Radicalized Kooks and Screwballs
"We are in upside down world and there's a chance there's a chance for people in Virginia to. Dispense some real real hope for America. If they elect Glenn young next week. Because it feels like the whole country is starting to wake up. Here was Newt Gingrich, last night on Sean Hannity's show on Fox News. But right now, I would say the young kids on offense and that the governor is on defense and while this probably still is a purple state because I think that it was drifting blue, but this administration is going to turn most of America red. And I think Virginia is caught up in the same wave as most of the country outside of the really heavily unionized states, like New York or California, and even in New Jersey, the last poll shows the Republicans now within four points of the democratic governor. And that's a very heavily unionized traditionally very blue state. It feels like the country is pushing back against these radicalized kooks and

"sean" Discussed on SmartLess
"And i'll blank on a we just saw kate. Winslet was just so great in this thing. Yes exactly yes i will. I try not to get hooked by these things because I in you know as susceptible to that addiction. Probably as anybody but never never got. Put it off. I didn't see a streaming show until cova My wife turned me onto something. What do you think what do you think about it as a medium. How do you like it. I don't like what it's doing to film I think that there's something you know anything. That creates more contat democratize. The ability to make film a gives us a more diversity being able to see film from all over the world. That's got a great part of town square if it gets too crowded than nothing special and and it gets a lot of sharp elbows and and and so i'm very torn about it. I be less torn about it. If we and in in in an acting filmmaking stood up to our financial Lords and said you know there you have to preserve a exclusive theatrical releases of films. If we are to do this other stuff. I would like to see that movement but there is something as a as a filmmaker. I think i just fell in love with the girl that was the cinema. The big dark room. So i don't know that i would want to work as a director. Chew that in. But i certainly can get caught up as as an audience and there's some miraculous work that's being done on television. There's no question about it. Baby new ruined. You ruined film bateman. And then sean penn just confirmed it. And i'm with him and by the way it should be noted. Whatever sean penn's opinion is is also my opinion. It should be noted. I i think that What about the listener. There's a guitar over his right shoulder. Where where does music sit for you. in this world is it. A hobby is it a passion. Is it a. is it your next career. We're what's it do for you. It's the passion that i can't do. That's my one of my sons guitars. I i am terrible guitar player if i sang. You'd all be dead and it is. It is the thing that's the best medicine for me is listening to music I'm a very music dependent director in film. I again going back to that era that i grew up in you know there were the whether it was the graduate or or herald mater those films. They used songs as part of the story telling her as characters in the story. I have great affection for that kind of cinema. And i love working with musicians. I've had some really great collaborations that have been super enriching. Yeah tell me about working with better on on on the last film on such a huge fan of his. And i know you guys are close. What was what was that like well. Ed and i had worked on. We'd worked on a couple of films But together in the past but then significantly into the wild and you know he really became the hitter that put the ball over the fence and In the last inning and and and we had such a great experience and so when i started flag day. One of my go-to things as i. Send ed the script and say what do you think it had been from a from the early stages my sense that leading voice of it of the songs that would play would be female because it's a female driven story but that there was a balance between the father and the daughter where i felt that i could insert male voices at times and ed brought glen hansard in has a great. Did the sauce for one of the Brilliant songwriter and and then And then it was my daughter who is because i was listening to so many great female singers singer songwriters and all the usual suspects and there are a lot of people turned on onto others. But i couldn't find a voice that just seemed harmonious with my daughter's emotional spirit. And and then i asked her and she suggested cat power and so ed had had known her and i. It became kind of as well as a singer songwriter. On the on the movie he became kind of the curator of this song Bank on that thing and and worked with all of them and And they've got a record coming out of it which i'm looking forward to hearing because it's not only the songs that are in the movie songs. I suppose inspired by the story. Did he score it as well as he. Also the composer though the composer is my long time collaborator and friend. Joseph veteran so it's a he did the instrumentals but we at times borrowed from each other's themes and and took some pieces of instrumental from the songs and layered it in so that it was it you know. It was kind of a quilt. We put together. I can't wait to see no shit. God that sounds so cool. I've never been able to describe anything that i've done that and it's such an eloquent way. Two hours ago. That i trust her keady more than i would rizzi or garcia today as a four th guy in the rotation and i. It's not even a question mark for me now. I don't mean at front of the rotation i mean as a playoff postseason guy. There's something about her keady. That i like more than the other two. Talk seven hundred sports doc. Seven ninety shot sows ratio. Great to be with you here on a monday and posing the question about simone biles. I don't get into people's mental health because anybody that's been through it. It's a struggle. It's real in this country and people deserve because we don't know what goes on in their head or in their lives. And i i am very very cognisant but also sympathetic. And what's the gist. Just understanding of what they go through and all that that part of it i get. I do believe that if you've qualified for an event you deserve the right to compete. I also know this that if you say. Mental health is an issue of the reason why you didn't finish the team event and you begged out of the individual events. At least originally simone biles will compete in the balance beam. The you do leave it open for question to blame mental health. One week handful days later did you're okay to go compete so there are gonna be questions and quite frankly i understand a month simone biles side but i do get the questions and she doesn't need it for my viewing pleasure because i'm normally. I set my appointment in my clock by the olympics. I haven't watched two events the entire time. The only way. I've been able to keep up on metal count following the caleb drexel's in the us women's now. I haven't watched a minute a soccer. I've watched any of it. I haven't watched a minute of the of of the. Us women's national team compete in the olympics. I've seen some highlights and normally i'm all in but with all its gone on. No fans in the stands. They don't compete for my viewing pleasure because you know it doesn't matter they're there and they've earned the right to be there and it's some will never be able to make it back the olympics and there's been some phenomenal performances from what i've read and seen on highlights but this is the least i've ever watched an olympic games. It is so. I don't really know who's won a lot of different other metals other than looking at the metal count. I know simone biles phenomenal. But if you're going to use mental health as a and understandably that use it as a crutch i didn't mean that that's not the point but if mental health is an issue and you're still going to compete and you said mental health was an issue. People are going to question it. I'm on simone biles side. She does none of us an explanation but people are going to try to get one. I hope she wins the gold medal. She's been the greatest female gymnasts. I've ever seen and i know this can't be easy on her because mental health is an issue but are going to be questions and there probably should be because mental health is an issue and others that are going it would probably ask the same thing but we can never judge a person's mental health by your mental health as well john. Welcome in man. What's up my call sean..

You're a great teacher. You re you do a lot of repetition which helped me to take my notes. I get criticized sometimes for that but there's a method to my madness. I say something once. What's that yet. I wanna tell you. Something i wanna tell you to do. More repetition on fans singing nationally anthem do that all the time. Find a place in your radio station. You got three hours every day somewhere somewhere in there. 'cause no talking is as much as what that meant to me when i heard it. I wet how he just saying to the top your lungs and week at the same time when you're singing the national anthem and i know everyone of cry. There is out when they were seeing that. Oh i want to ask you sean. If you would consider playing not just any national anthem but our national anthem with the fans doing the seining from beginning to the end even if you have to take out your country song in the very beginning and put that in its place you know. Look i tell you what i do want to do. And i'm thinking through this as you are. And i appreciate your input. I really do because i love. It gave every time. I would watch i. It was the islanders. Then it was the tampa bay lightning. I'd love this to happen in every sport. I'd love the crowd to take over the singing. You get somebody to start it and then somebody to see you know to finish it but it just as you know what the social justice warriors and sports they want to hide in the locker room they wanna take their nicole head let the people now have their say because they're ruining professional sports by adding politics to it and and i i know for me. It's alienating me it's making me tune out. I'm not boycotting i'm just saying i it makes me less interested. I just get disgusted. And i turn it off. Amazon dot com hannity dot com. You also go into an in depth explanation of cancel culture without even really meaning to do so for example. You go deep when you talk about marxism and its history and how. It doesn't tolerate competition of ideas or political parties and the democratic party and these other institutions as i described them. You know having a they're locked step together indoctrination propaganda etc and then anybody with any opposing voice. You know the efforts the money. I mean over the many many years we live with cancel culture radio. I've lived with a thirty three years. Anybody and talk radio's live with it. Their entire career every anybody of foxes live with it. You know twenty five years and they don't tolerate they can't even stand the idea that there are alternative voices and there are all of these pressure points to silence opposition voices because they're fanatics the revolutionaries they think they are histories to be destroyed. That's what mark said. that's why they're pulling down monuments. That's why they're changing names. That's why they're changing movies and cartoons. That is why they put out a thousand different names for thousand different things. And you better adhere to it or you're going to be canceled. This is marks and interested in competition of ideas. He's not interested in free speech. And neither as the american marxists they are self righteous. They demand conformity and uniformity. They impose their will. And so if you disagree with them you must be destroyed. So while we're operating in one sphere which is the first amendment free speech and it's over there operating in another forget about history. They say cares about the first amendment unless we're expressing it who cares about protests unless we're protesting. Everybody else has to be crushed and as a matter of fact if the crush the opposition party that's what hr one and s ones about you have to control the courts. That's what the packing of the courts and right now the intimidating and threatening and the courts is all about. You have to change the population to adhere to your demands. The media the liars the propagandists. The you know those that peddle in conspiracy theories and hoaxes and slandered and besmirchment and that have been wrong for over three years. They know Russia Russia Russia Ukraine and Ukraine Ukraine impeach impeach impeach. And they missed. What is the biggest abuse of power corruption scandal in history? Now we've learned an awful lot about well what they've been up to and what this whole thing is all about and none of it is any good. We learned a lot this week for example as it relates to. Let's see Rick Grenell declassifying list of Obama officials. You know we got forty eight. Unmasking requests thirty nine individuals including Biden Samantha Power. Seven James Clapper got Oh what's his name John Brennan all of these. Wh WHY would they be unmasking in these numbers and the dates that matchup Dennis McDonough v Joe Biden on January twelfth? Both important dates in this timeline Now how is this all going to impact twenty twenty center in Senator Lindsey Graham Starting hearings on the third of June Grassley Johnson. They are going to continue their investigation The mob and the media they just say. Oh it's about masking is fine. Forty-eight separate unmasking 's from Election Day through January of two thousand Seventeen Election Day twenty sixteen. That's a lot of it anyway. let's play James Clapper. I then we're GONNA play Joe Biden lying and then let's play John Brennan attacking ricker now for telling the truth and letting see it for ourselves so you did not know that it would be general. Flynn when you asked to unmask these conversations Well no I did not now. It's possible I mean this is three and a half years ago so I I don't remember the specific of reports in question. It's a routine thing it's appropriate and legitimate when you have a valid foreign intelligence target engaging with the US person is it for an insider someone in the government engaging with that foreign adversary when you were director of National Intelligence. Did you see any direct evidence of collusion between General Flynn or any trump campaign official with the Russians? No I did not present. What was your involvement in the investigation? of Michael Flynn and the FBI. Investigation of Michael Flynn. I was never a part or had any knowledge of any criminal investigation into Flynn while I was in office period. Not One single time by nature when you ask for more information about a transcript. That's been transcribed from an inner set. Do you have any idea who the other person is? I guess I'm trying to get it. Did the people that asked who Kislyak was talking to have any idea what name would be revealed when they saw that information generally not unless within the context of the conversation it seems to be apparent that an individual may be affiliated with a certain group organization. But generally that the reason why you ask for it to be a mass. Because you don't know the name that individual.

"V Wade into legislation. Twenty four now 'til the top of the hour. I've been telling you there's not a dimes worth of between Bernie the Bolshevik and quid pro quo. Joe Well except maybe one has more energy than the other and more alert. I might be the biggest difference right now. Now we played last week. We played you the tape of Twenty sixteen and that was Biden. Basically Enough Party would just get rid of his his socialist label. It's it's all all agree on and and he's passionate believes in all of this and we do too is Democrats. What did I say? Nobody else picked up on the Super Tuesday and we'll learn a lot more tomorrow. We have what seven states tomorrow Super Tuesday it was the lead up to this was Bernie defending the murdering dictatorships and. We're not talking about a few people we're talking about. Millions of people slaughtered in Russia the worst economic decline and collapse ever in the history of mankind can't make guns and butter had people online for basic fundamental necessities like toilet paper and bread waiting hours regularly to get those items But he praises that even honeymoon in the former Soviet Union then it's praising the Castro brothers but they got a good healthcare system a good educational system. Yeah okay well they murdered and plundered and stole everybody's land and confiscated pretty much everything and then Danielle nor Ortega and then Venezuela even. But if you look at the principles that was Democrat same. Wow we're gonNA have a hard time defending this guy defending murdering dictatorships they both support meaning Biden and Bernie deportations of illegal immigrants. They they don't want any deportations. They want open borders. They want a path to citizenship for everybody that did not respect our laws. Our sovereignties on our borders. They don't care. They agree on that. Well Biden and Bolshevik Bernie. You know they both support raising taxes on middle class. American families workers they both want to implement what will destroy the American economy and frankly it will have an impact around the world. We see that would Saudi Arabia and Russia from earlier today. And that is Yup. They'd like to destroy America's fossil-fuel jobs that's the oil and gas industry the lifeblood of our economy Both of them you know they both want us all to pay for the health care for illegal immigrants in this country okay that gets expensive whereas all that money coming from all the talk about viruses. Oh would we have fewer? Would our risk be lower for communicable diseases of any kind? If in fact we close the borders or just simply check people out not to be mean just to protect the American people. I mean it was smart. The president put a travel ban in effect. I think we ought to check people's backgrounds. Do they have any radical associations in their life. They have the means to take care of themselves. Are they in good health? Those are all questions not to be mean. It's just we have such a long list of people that would love to come into this country You Got Bolshevik Bernie and quid pro. Quo Joe the. They both support taxpayer funding of abortion even late term abortion. They want to eliminate the fossil fuel. Jobs support taxpayer-funded Free College. Who's GonNa pay for that? We Are you know. They both support the destruction of the private healthcare insurance. You know Joe wants to double down on Obamacare the disaster that's a disaster good sanders And Joe both Support abolishing the death penalty. And I'm I just watch and I listened and I don't really see a dimes worth the difference between these two. These two candidates Bolshevik Bernie's continuing to pull his punches on the campaign trail as it relates to quid pro quo Joe and zero experience hunter but his supporters by the way. They're not showing that much reluctance. Some of them now fueling rumors that forty to politics. Usa that Joe Biden has dementia is reported says a former employee of Bernie Sanders was using the Biden campaigns virtual phone banking tool to call voters and spread the claim that Biden has dementia politics. Usa goes on to say the Biden campaign posted about the former employees a former Bernie employees using our virtual foam bank tool to haul voters and tell them Joe Biden has dementia and it is vibe streaming. It will cut them off in a little bit. But I figured it's worth everyone seeing this stuff in action now. The Biden campaign is blaming the scorched earth tactic. Of course that's Donald Trump's fault now Bernie's trying to get the nomination I anyway in politics. Usa concludes it's very trump like Bernie Sanders supporters to falsely claimed. That Joe Biden has this etc. This is all coming from them. They're all. This is a internal civil conflict in the Democratic Party. Now if you listen to Joe Biden. He's well we have. The African American vote also nup not so fast Jesse Jackson well. He endorsed Bernie Sanders with a pledge that he will be campaigning with sanders and key primary states. Okay maybe Joe doesn't have it sewn up you gotTA top Sanders Advisor. Having to apologize for sexist comments made about Michelle Obama. This was a Newsweek anyway. Senior Adviser Sanders campaign at apologize for tweets. He sent more than a decade ago and which he called the former first lady. Ugly Good Grief Civil Rights Activists Philip. Agnew nounce tears joining the twenty twenty presidential hopefuls campaign on March seven. I am not my tweets from two thousand nine. Okay One tweet. Random thought while standing at a gas station. Michelle Obama is an odd looking woman. I call her ugly. But I don't want the backlash want that kind of person working on your campaign Bernie. Maybe you should fire them. Just the thought Michael Goodwin is was on with our buddy mark Simone earlier today and you know Hillary bundlers. He's reporting telling Democratic donors. Don't commit to Biden so that I've been hearing from Democratic Bundlers who say that they're telling donors don't commit. Don't raise money for Biden yet on Sunday. Goodwin is contending in his New York. Post column that Hillary is waiting in the wings preparing to rescue the Democratic Party of Biden stumbles badly enough on the campaign trail. Okay looked with that. I hear a lot of people saying these things this is not okay is not my fault you go. Hannity picking on my little Pumpkin again. Not Fair Candy Bar Creep. Get Away from me Nice. What's up candidates in Florida? Candice Get? I'm doing great. I'm calling because I am African. American Republican Jewish Republican and I have been campaigning for trump's. Two Thousand Sixteen and I've been a Republican for a very long time. What I WANNA get is that to the voters that are really all of a sudden ended up now for bopping trump has done a tremendous job with blacks and when he did the first step act program in about ninety one percent of African Americans so far and we've family that he has led out. That's a series of bill. I call it a for Lincoln slave contract that he signed a canvas by get. You're breaking up on us there. Hang on one second. We want to get your call in here and get you a good answer to that Moses in New Jersey Moses. How're you you're on the Sean Hannity show what's going on doing great good to talk to you again my friend? It's good to talk to you what's happening all right. You know the one thing that I'm thinking about right now is going to be the the big picture you know. Basically the second term of trump. Because I'm very confident that he's going to win. But my fear is that these attacks that are coming from the left. You know the only reason why they happen. Sean IS BECAUSE REPUBLICANS. Never respond in kind. You know why isn't the people that test that lied about? Kevin why have not gotten the Roger Stone treatment after they admitted to lying? You know under penalty of perjury you know. Why haven't they got responded to in kind by our DOJ or not people like Andy McCabe? You know they're going out to president trump. Because I don't have for you because we we know that McCabe an call me both been referred of a criminal investigation. They were found to have lacked. Candor lied McCabe Case for example three times under oath and they made a decision for whatever reason not to prosecute. I don't know if it's going to be an all encompassing thing. That is sort of funneled. Into what is the Durham and the bar report or action? I do know the inspector. General had a limited purview. But we got a lot of information everything we had told you about premeditated fraud on a FIS. A quart denying an American civil rights and civil liberties and constitutional rights happened. We know that it was done for the purpose to spy. On a presidential candidate transition team and later president we know the Hillary's dirty dossier was the bulk of that information in the FIS. Application that says verified it's on verifiable and it's even been debunked and they were warned ahead of time so All I know is you wouldn't get away with it. I wouldn't get away with it and if we ever had subpoenaed emails that we destroyed. We wouldn't get away with that either. Really Awful back to Florida by the way Florida candidates and two hundred and thirty nine days. You're going to be very important to this country. What's going on. See we have a better high. I the black voters to know what trump has done because when I tell them and mentioned him about the first step back bill he met out ninety one percent of harsh sentences. Some federal inmates every black family the ninety one percent that he signed that bill that no other president would have done they were still being. Kossovo for life in federal sent in federal prison. Every black person be proud of what he's done that's like a slave contract that's like a slave contract. There should be not no black person behind Biden or nothing because trump president trump dealer Abraham Lincoln that that's a slave contract. Well let me put it this way. There is there has been disparaged sentencing. It's proven again and again the numbers do not lie. I would say the biggest to leaps towards a fairer justice system. One is Berry Shack the innocence project but thank God. Dna technology. They've been able to free. Many people convicted of crimes never committed. I was a proponent of the death penalty most of my career until I started seeing these cases one after another where people convicted and it turns out They didn't do it. Evidence showed DNA evidence. So for me unless you're on videotape. I I have very stringent rules that I would follow on that but yeah criminal. Justice reform the president support of opportunities zones. The President Support of historically black colleges Criminal Justice Reform with you know record after record. Low Unemployment for African Americans and Hispanic Americans and African American youth unemployment women in the workplace. It's is all good for our country and our American family and I would argue candice. The reason it's happening is predictable. And that is conservatism. Works Limited government less bureaucracy burdensome bureaucracy lower taxes it works every time we try and it works. Yes they it really does. "That goes a long way toward protecting you from Corona virus because it enters your body through the mucous membranes. In your mouth your nose in your eyes and so that's why touch is so important and the other thing we really have to keep in mind. is the importance of routine rigorous infection control in hospitals. Because you're going to see all over the country what you've tragically seen in Kirkland Washington which is healthcare workers nursing home workers and nursing home at hospital patients. Those are the people who are getting this disease. It's changing from a travel disease to way healthcare infection and it's not the first time when SARS do you remember SARS Sean I do. I have a whole sheet about SARS a me and a bowl of by the way of learning more about this than I ever really wanted to. Sars is a corona bias and it hit Ontario Canada. Two Thousand and three when a man whose mother had just returned from China. A man unknowingly carrying this virus went to way hospital. Emergency Room in Toronto. He just felt that you didn't know what he had well. They made them sit in that. Emergency Room for sixteen hours. Demand was left. Got SARS DEMAND. Three beds to his right. Got SARS and before this epidemic was over seventy seven percent of the people who got SARS An -Tario God is in the hospital. They were visitors to the hospital workers in the hospital or other patients so the most important thing is to make sure that our hospital workers now how to control the spread of infection. I think that's all true by the way worldwide would SARS. You had eight thousand ninety. Six cases eight confirmed And worldwide deaths at seven hundred seventy four now h one N. One was very different. We had nearly what thirteen thousand fourteen thousand deaths from. H One n one and that ten that would that particular virus was impacting kids. More and I look at the way. This president has reacted versus the lack of action by Biden Obama and then I am the lack of hysteria in the media. And I'm just sitting back and I'm thinking this is all politics for these people. You would think that the one thing we might all want to get along on is fighting and combating virus. That could make our fellow Americans sick because I don't think I don't think the viruses discriminate In terms of what your political orientation as Betsy McCoy's with US former Lieutenant Governor New York Chair Woman of the Committee to reduce infectious deaths. Taxpayer-funded their weaponising. This polls are now showing it. What else can the president be doing? Short of what? They're doing every day and acting faster than any administration in history. Well that's right. I was appalled when Chuck. Schumer said the president doesn't have a plan. I've got the fifty two page plan right here. They have a plan and they're going right through it now I. It was closing the borders. Then it was identifying those were infected tracing their contacts isolating their context. Now that we know there's community spread. They're moving into the next phase which doesn't clued in some places canceling events. What they call social distancing because we know that in the much worse nineteen eighteen floor last question commonsense question would it be better to use? L? Better not to shake hands. Do you think people should be wearing a mask? No math but using the pure L. is very good and I write to the president and suggested that in the airports he put those pure stands at the end of every jet way and then every check in area because when you touch those screens to that stuff works against everything you know. "In two hundred and thirty nine days to go till you the ultimate jury you get to decide the fate of future of this country. There's a lot at stake. Will you shocked the world again? You do lot to get to today. I've I have now pretty much. Had It on this corona virus hype hysteria wise. It's the same thing now. Should we be concerned about the virus? Absolutely should we be informed about the virus absolutely? Should we take all necessary steps absolutely but you would think by the coverage that you see in the mob and the media that Donald Trump. This is probably where it's headed and it's going to be Donald. Trump was a laboratory with Russians and Ukraine's Ukrainians and they were there. They manufacture the virus on purpose to kill people It is there's never been a president that has acted faster that put into place quicker a travel ban given people time to to see where this is going. It was only identified. Didn't even have a name till January seventh of this year I identify December thirtieth by the World Health Organization and they noticed in the Wuhan province of China and the virus that gave pneumonia like symptoms that ultimately identified as corona by the way SARS was a kind of coronal like virus. It's a Rona virus that started in a wet market and SARS was first reported in Asian February. Two Thousand and three pandemics. These flus they happen. It's unfortunate of course we won't people safe and secure and we're all watching as this cruise ship now pulls up and hopefully we get the people to medical attention that we WANNA give them. I want a cure for every disease. I don't want anybody sick. Being six is awful. It's miserable pandemic decks. The that make their way around anyway. We're GONNA get into that today. It's sad that Russia didn't work. Ukraine didn't work impeachment didn't work. Let's try and Bludgeon Donald Trump with a virus. And say he didn't do enough. It is it is so but this is who they are. What do they have to run on? Otherwise they can't run on trump Russia collusion because the only Koluder was hillary. They can't run on Ukraine. 'cause the only one that was quid pro and quoting was Joel and zero experience hunter. By the way we have a lot of updates about the biden mob family today as relates to the brother of Joe Biden cashing in on the family. Name and chose position. we'll get to all of this and of course the program take. Newt Gingrich also give some perspective look? There's one thing that we got to be able to have a discussion about things that are really important. And now over the weekend we had yet more missteps misstating gaffes whatever you WANNA call it of quid. Pro Quo Joe. You know and telling people I not remembering his own name. Oh Biden. Bama Democrat of Biden Bama Democrat. And then he can only re-elect trump we twee. We cannot win this reelection. We can only re elect trump and then the president tweets. I I agree with you. Quit and I did the same. Pretty Funny But this is the problem with all of this. There is something. I don't know that seems to be accelerating you know when I first noticed Biden getting into this whole thing and I looked at my said. Wow he he looked like he had aged to me and again. I'm not playing doctor here on radio. I don't know Joe Biden can only go by what he says and watch him and give you general impressions and as I've been saying from the beginning. If he ever had fastball. It's gone. Have you ever had a slow pitch? It's gone to and he's seventy seven years old now? By comparison to be fair you got a seventy eight year old Bolshevik Bernie. That's full of energy. I know he had a heart attack. But I'm not really all that worried with all the advance spent we have in taking care of people's hearts even people that have had heart attacks. I would not be afraid to elect a president that had had a heart attack. But he's got he's an energizer bunny he's got a lot of energy and a lot of passion and he seems very focused and he seems like you know this everything that he's saying matters to him. You know we have to recognize and be able to discuss just kind of like the Democrats did with Ronald Reagan. They brought up the issue of senility. Which I will go back and tell you about a minute. You know whether or not of president it is the hardest job in the world. There is no harder job. You've got literally the cause of freedom on your shoulders. Every day. You have the responsibility of keeping the world safe and protected from evil at the end of the day. Anything big bad really happens. It's going to be our job to clean it up. Worldwide whether we want to admit that or not and there might be instances we can avoid getting involved but usually we'll get them all keeping America safe and being the commander in Chief. It is the hardest job with the most stress and pressure probably than any other job out there now. Whether a candidate has such physical strength has the stamina has the focus the mental toughness and frankly even awareness? If you will. That is needed to do this. Critical job is I would argue just part of a normal vetting process and if you somebody forgets what day it is Super Thursday. Oh No sorry Tuesday you know you forget what state you're in. I O no not an Iowa Ohio wherever I happened to be and doesn't quite often and seems to be regularly confused and it just keeps getting worse as the campaign goes on meeting it seems to be accelerating because the pace of the campaign is accelerating and demanding more physical and mental and emotional processes than earlier in the campaign is only. GonNa get worse now. They're hiding JOE now. Even Burns people like oh he did a whole seven minute appearance at an event campaign event. That's not really good. That tells me that his own campaign is scared to death. They don't know what's going to come flying out of his mouth Those are all legitimate issues in the idea that you can't bring that up is ridiculous. We cannot get reelected. We can't get excuse me. We can't get reelected. Only trump attorney can only really try Mary from a campaign. That's about negative attacks into one about what we're four because we cannot get reelect cannot win this reelection excuse me we can only re elect Donald Trump so folks long nominated Democrat a lifelong Democrat a proud Democrat Biden vomit democrat. I don't even think. Coup crowd pig not the Obama. Abidin Democrat okay. They hold these truths to be self evident that all men and women are created. You know by the thing you know at least seven all WanNa created by. God knows you know the thing that I just forgot thing now thing that I forgot. Now I'm just telling you right now and this is something you've gotta understand here the mob in the media. They're going to act like there's not something going on here. They're going to ignore this. Ain't going to ignore all of this. There dared just gonNA pretend it's not happening and then maybe it'll go away and if we don't bring attention to it because we're state run media we so hate donald trump if we ignore it maybe the public will public. Not Ignoring it everywhere. I meet people now. It gets brought up to me unsolicited so they might want it to go away. Wishes to go away not discuss it in any way. But it's GonNa get discussed you know and I hate to tell you this parise issue is not going away either. You're not getting the billion unless you fire the prosecutor that's pay my zero experience son. Millions and millions of dollars in the issue with China. Now we have an issue his brother and sister and everybody in the in the Biden mob families is ing it on Joe and he had no idea whatsoever. I don't believe that either. So they can ignore these things all they want. But they're coming to fruition Ron Johnson's an investigation Ukraine's doing an investigation. And I tell you it's probably going to expand out into China and other areas before it's all done the mob and the media is not going to that. Biden's foreign policy disaster. Which is the Iranian deal. That's only one of disaster. Even Democrats pointed out has been on the wrong side of history of every major foreign policy issue. We've ever faced throughout his career and unmitigated disaster for the country. They're failed economic policies. We'll compare the trump record. Yes even of the stock market has an adjustment. Because of fear and paranoia over conflict with oil over oil with Soviet Union and well with Putin's Russia more accurately and with the Saudis Driving. Down the cost of a barrel oil that that's all going to work itself out coronas going to work itself out. They want you to ignore their team. More Americans on food stamps. Eight million more in poverty lowest labor participation rates since the seventies. I'm not GonNa let them do that. That's my job they're gonNA they're not going to vet Biden and how many millions of Americans lost their doctors lost their health plans and how everyone is paying on average Nearly two hundred percent more because obamacare was a disaster or that thirty seven percent of the population of this country has only one Abidin Bama Exchange possibility. Yes on purpose. The mob is going to ignore Obama and boubons handling of h one n one twelve thirteen. Fourteen thousand Americans died and they never put a travel ban in effect. They never quarantine anybody and people died. You remember the hype. No because it wasn't there because this is state run media. This is what they do. They protect those people that they like and in this case they hate donald trump above all else and so they're going to circle the wagons because they are nothing but state run TV. I will say this the sanders campaign or get to this later. They're now questioning Biden Stamina. Why does Joe Biden not want to stand toe to toe? Apparently they're reporting numerous places. I have not confirmed at myself but I am telling you what's being reported by others but anyway sanders team raised an alarm and a call. The took place Friday with fake news. Cnn about a debate that they're going to have with the Democratic National Committee Political reported this weekend and Joe. Biden's team apparently wants to sit down not stand toe to toe with Bernie Sanders. I guess they think there's some advantage in that for him to do that. Sort of thing. I don't know why but anyway so there was a another story that I saw law and crime where at Saint Louis Rally Joe Biden shocked observers by speaking for a sparse. Seven minutes seven minutes. That's about all the time they feel. Come to okay. That's enough all right. Let's get out of here. What did he say a lying dog? Phase Pony Fabio. Where does he get this stuff? You might say well Hannity. You're being particularly harsh. Well we've identified now a hundred and sixty four specific gaffes. Here's when we get back or at the bottom of the half hour after the news I'll play just the last two weeks.

"Well that's where about thirty percent of the deaths came from. That was the single dumbest idea I've ever heard. Now you have your coney measures like you can't cut the lawn. You can't walk on the Beach. You know all around the country. It's getting nuts. I was a little skeptical of governor camp And his idea that Tattoo Parlors could open up and I thought that was a little risky and nail salons but then I saw the images of people. Let's see bill plexiglass. They distance everybody by six feet. Everybody had masks. Everybody wore gloves. And I said Okay I think you put your hands on like a teller thing in where you're getting cash said. Oh I think this might be able to work. Dr. Oz talked about ventilation systems changing like they did at the Javid. Senator can help Restaurants that can help nail salons. I can help other places open up. Now what state did the best? Well I would say. That would be the state of Florida and I don't think Rhonda Santa's got enough credit because while they were foreseeing covid nineteen positive patients into nursing homes with the most vulnerable population while the governor of Florida quietly sent a swat team of basically everybody under all of his jurisdiction into the villages. If you don't know it's America's. Friendliest hometown it's around. Orlando. I've been down there. It's the coolest place on earth. They got a million golf courses in tennis courts and Pickle Ball Courts and movie theaters and concerts and bars and restaurants. They got it all well. One of the first things he did was meet with the people of the villages. How do we protect you? And then every single long term care facility for the elderly and nursing homes. They were flooded with help support and mandates from the governor. Well if you compare the the COVID. Nineteen contraction rate of the people in Florida with happens to have a large percentage of their population being the elderly people. Retiring down there because it's better weather and cheaper And you compare it to. All these other states negligible especially compared to states like New York and New Jersey and Connecticut. But even states like Michigan because that a idiot governor whitmer blew everything. They're still you can't cut your lawn. Why not and governor. Santa's allows people to walk on the beach can't laying around on the beach. You gotTA little social distancing urging people if you're going to be in closer contact wearing masks we're learning from these things now we've reopened the country. The states that did well. What can we learn from them governor? This is with us. How are you sir? I'm doing good Sean. How are you doing well first of all? Thank you for protecting the most vulnerable and that would be our loved ones are grandmothers and grandfathers mothers and fathers that down in your state happily retired. Tell us what you did. Well you mentioned With the villages which yeah that's not a nursing communities are very active seniors but Very young the elderly population. You know all the populist very clear we message very early to the elderly that this that they were increase risk and there were certain things they need to do to reduce contact and so like villages for example. They stopped doing the indoor van. Say Usually or Party and they do a lot of fun things. But they stopped doing the indoor events but they still golf which social distancing everyone in an individual car and they were doing things that were safe but allowed people to have an outlet and I just checked the numbers this morning at the main villages hospital. There is zero. Villagers fights for COVID. Nineteen right now. And this is one hundred twenty five thousand people and not many contracted than many contracted at even at the worst points right now. Yeah no extremely low Positively Ray when we would do testing and so but that's just by doing it. The right way wasn't saying that they could not garden or do anything like some of these other states. It was understanding where the risk was and then minimizing. That are long term. Care for so mentioned on your show. We are launching our mobile Rv That does the forty five minute. Rapid tests deployed that. We were down in Miami yesterday. So that's going around and it'll be a central location. Then they'll have teams go out to various long term care facilities all the samples back. Run THEM THROUGH THE LAB. People get the results that day if you do have some staff member that's infected you get the results of that day. Then you can isolate that staff member. No one else is infected. Then you know it's okay if there's more To work explained every part of Florida. Government that you utilize to target and in a positive way protect would probably be a better word. The older population of Florida. We have The Florida Department of Health. So they would do a lot of infection. Control would go proactively at the beginning of this to the areas that we have almost four thousand long term care facilities not all of them have plus record on infection control so they went. The ones that we thought would be problematic. identified some needs. Were able to make corrections. I have a healthcare administration office that was doing Things like Making sure the hospitals wooden send back Covert positive patients to some of these places. Because obviously that would spark an outbreak. We issued rules about you. Need to screen the staff members every day. You can't have visitors you have to wear. Pp My emergency management department. We've now sent Sean. Ten million mass just to our long term care facilities over a million gloves and half a million face shield. Then I have the Florida National Guard. I have fifty strike teams for manned strike teams. They go into the long term care facilities and they test the staff and then the residents Sometimes they'll test everyone. It's it's people don't WanNa be tested. The residents they'll test enough to know whether it has permeated The facility yet and so it's really been all of our assets focused on where the most vulnerabilities are. So I spend. I spend less time trying to suppress you know people under fifty from doing their jobs. Because I didn't think the risk was significant there and we've had that is the one thing that there was one point where we thought that younger people might be more vulnerable than we originally thought but then that went away but in the end it was what we originally thought it tended to go after older people. Those with underlying health issues compromised immune systems. And that's where you focus like a laser beam. Okay based on what you've learned and shift show if you will in New York which was old. Let's force Cova. Nineteen patients onto nursing homes. That are screaming. They can't they're not prepared to handle it How do we learn these lessons and reopened states successfully? Because again the guy's never stops talking the shells the manufacturers if if they stop making the medical equipment that New York desperately needed New York would have been screwed so they kept working they never shutdown farmers. Never shut down truckers. Never shut down packers. Never shut down and stop. Those stocking shows never shut down so you know the has to be some lessons here that we can use an opening everything up safe low. I think do I think one lesson is is If you're doing what you need to do to protect the seniors particularly long term care facilities opening up. Your economy isn't going to affect that. If you're doing what you need to do it open up the economy just like if you keep the economy close but you don't do what you need to do for the long term care facilities as seen see these other states. Guess what. You're going to have big problems. So you can open up the economy and still focus their resources on the most vulnerable but they're not mutually exclusive at all and in fact. I think by having a healthier economy getting society back up that allows us to have the resources. We need to continue this fight. 'cause this is we don't know what direction the virus is GonNa take. We're and assume that it's going to be with us for a while. And so we're going to continue to need to verd- resources to our most vulnerable. And so I think that that makes the most sense. I think that's what we've learned in Florida That you can't keep the economy going now. We had obviously tourism and some things stop and I had construction going. We were accelerating big road projects in central Florida and South Florida. We've made huge progress on that all the while protecting By the way. How long are you going to keep the likes? I can't go down to Florida until you lift fourteen day ban of self quarantining. I can't go down and visit my friendliest hometown or anybody. I'm not saw but I mean even the New York Times at an article today saying New York City the most of the country on the east coast. And so that's what I was guarding against because Florida's that was spot. I told you at the time it was a smart decision. I said it on the air. Yeah he's smart to keep us out of there. I was smart and the thing is is obviously I think. New York's on the other side of the curve too. But I mean we're still situation where we WANNA WE WANNA keep that but I do think that We do have a good path forward. It's not it's not necessarily easy but we know a lot more about this than we did two three months ago. I think we know where the risks are and And well let me ask you this important question. I WanNa see baseball opened and I WANNA see. And I've been talking to Randy Levine. And Dr Oz. A lot about it. They have these turnstiles. That'll take people's temperature. I think we should probably say to the vulnerable population guys. You're going to have to take the season off not to be mean because we love you want to protect you but for those that do go in a stadium. My suggestion is if anyone has a temperature. They be pulled aside. You don't ask their name. They're entitled to Mega Medical Privacy. So you have a temperature just for the sake. Everyone else in the stadium. We'll give you tickets to another game Here this is what you do. If there's where you can get tested in case you might have. This is what you do with your family members at home this is what contract contact tracing means and say sorry will give you tickets. We'll take your name if you want Or give you a refund right there on the spot and then even if even if it means wearing masks in with that would you? Do you think you can do it down in Florida? Oh I think we've got a we've got. We've got to be innovative. I think those are interesting ideas. I know others have had others but We don't just in the FETAL POSITION AS AMERICANS. We figure out ways to to to live life and do this in ways that are going to be safe I think you need baseball back. I think you need the sports back. I also want our kids to be playing sports again. I think that this has been a big big problem. That they've been on the sideline so yeah we've got to do it and you're right. I think there are certain folks who are going to be much more high risk and I think that those are probably advised to to not go to events like that once they get underway But I think for most folks are GonNa be fine and look. I mean fl down to like the Miami. Marlins as much as I hate to say it. You know they're not selling out SCHON. So you go there. And it's probably it's Kinda social distancing anyways because the stadiums usually only about a quarter full And I don't know if that'll change With that is that open now for people if they want to go. No no well. No I'm saying the Miami Marlins when when the regular season game so but I think the I think you could definitely do it. And we also know that This thing is more trends. Want to lead the way and show everybody how to do it safely like you have been because they screwed it up at Michigan New York. I listen I'll throw a ball. I'll you know Gavin newsom. Did okay out in California. I think he's gone a little nuts. You know the idea that you can't cut your lawn or walk on the beach in some of these places stupid But listening to did a great job. Oh by the way. Did you tell me your mom likes me or lakes our show? Oh yeah definitely. This is what I'm going to do so I have a sped. You know I'm doing this new book and by the way I'm updating it tonight on the flint issue It's called live free or die. And I was unhappy with some of the things that he had said and and Cetera et Cetera but We still have two hundred and twenty two thousand two hundred eighty four covid nineteen positive tests in the state of New York. We've already lost twelve thousand one hundred ninety two people The governor is with us on our newsmaker line now every metric that we are looking at in the state of New York. If you look closely. What's happening here is what we thought and hope would happen. In terms of there would be a leveling off and then a dramatic decline With that said you we've been told by every medical expert we put on this program. It's not if it's when there's going to be rebounds. And how do you open up a city like we had for example Governor Christie nome South Dakota shutdown her state? She appealed every day to the people. South Dakota now. It's obviously less densely populated than New York City New York City smallest geographical area. You Got Eleven. Twelve million people in that city on any given day it depends opening up. New York City is going to be a massive undertaking and a challenge And I'm glad that the governor and I have put aside some differences that we had for a while and now we're focused. I think we're on the same page governor Personal may ask a know. Chris still had a temperature the last I had heard that he reported himself. They are long days and nights but So far so good Let me get one political question out of the way if I don't ask it. I'm you know I'm just GonNa get hammered and I know that you've been on Chris Show A number of times you know. The Sherman esque statement that everyone quotes so often. And I guess you and your you guys have fought a lot as kids am my right about that. We still do we still do. Your brother's got your brothers positive for covid. Nineteen his wife now test pilot. But you're still fighting with them and often misunderstood by. I think a lot of people. And you've been asked repeatedly. Are you running for president in other words? Where's the Sherman ask? If drafted I will not run of nominated. I will not accept elected. I will not serve you. Make that statement today. Yes here's this Sherman esque I have zero interest in president. Vice President going to Washington Been there done that. I was a cabinet secretary under bill. Clinton I was there for eight years. I'm going to be governor of New York Sean. It's very important to me that people understand that because frankly this is such an intense partisan environment. I can't do my job at this moment in time if there's any political agenda whatsoever. I'm not going anywhere period if your statement. Does this statement hold for you? If nominated. I will not accept if drafted I will not run if elected I will not serve. Is that your statement? Yes outweigh done. I don't want to talk about it anymore. Here's what I wanNA talk about Sean. I WANNA be crystal clear because look I am. I'm governor of New York at a time of historic need. We have people dying six hundred yesterday then. Democrats not Republicans their New Yorkers. I represent all of them. You represent me. You're stuck with me for but you get all my money. Which really annoys me but I. Let's stay on a serious note though here. The Kristi nome doesn't have the same challenges as as New York New York City is the biggest reopening challenge. I would argue a place like Vegas. I feel sorry for Vegas. I mean how do these hotels and casinos open up again? I mean it's it's hurting all those workers. Here's the challenge and you and I. You've been very generous with your time. We've shared text messages that I'll never make private but some ideas that I thought of. If we'RE GONNA Open New York City what I have been looking at and telling my audiences I would say okay. Non Essential Workers Fifty percent of the workers have to stay home and work from home. Temperatures have to be taken upon entrance into any building in New York moving forward. You use the term yourself today. New Normal Masks and gloves even indoors in the workplace that would have to be mandatory or else. You can't go to work after work from home eating protocols. If you're if you're eating when other people around I know it sounds nuts on you. Put out a mandatory mask. If you're not socially distant in New York I totally agree with. It's not bothering my life to wear a stupid mask and gloves. It doesn't bother me and and I don't want if I got sick I'm probably GONNA be fine but older people if I have it and pass it on to them. They're not going to be fine. Yeah sure and I. I agree one hundred percent. There's GonNa be a phasing in and it is going to be different. I don't know different worse. Might even be different better. But it's GONNA be different. Look this is going to do what nine eleven did right. If I ever told you before nine eleven you would have to take off your shoes when you go to an airport and walk through a metal detector on a line and have them go through your bags. People would say No how no way but nine eleven changed our orientation this is going to change our orientation and people are going to want to change it. You know people want to be safe first of all so you like the idea of every big building in New York City in particular. It's New York City. Half the workforce must be home unless they are essential temperatures taken before we enter any building. You have a temperature. You're handed a piece of paper and you said coach to this location. That location t go to your doctor and get your test. And here's what happens. If you are covid nineteen positive. This is what as a good citizen you need to do to contact. I how to protect your family from contracting the virus at home and go back and remember everybody you can remember. You're in touch with the last fourteen days. I don't think a mandate that I think it has to be voluntary and I bet you. The ninety eight percent will do the right thing. Ninety eight percent will do the right thing because they want to protect themselves. And you're right about New York City. The the problem in New York City is the density. It's look at another city take La for example. New York City's more than twice the size of La and about half the geographic footprint in New York City people on top of each other. Look at the subways. Buses look at the sidewalks. That's why it spreads the way it does. And that's why it's an extraordinary challenge and we're going to have to take extraordinary measures. Phase it in over time get testing to a a level that makes a real difference and I think people already. I really believe they already. I agree now. We've tested almost four million Americans. Now you know the amazing thing about testing two weeks ago. Abbott didn't have an antibody test. Do you know they've already produced a million tests for antibodies? Now they also have their six hour test six and a half hours then they have the five to fifteen minute test but the it's everybody says all we need tens of millions of those you and I both know it's a lot more complicated because you've talked to the people at Abbott and so of I Some of the agents that they need or not available because for some insane reason we rely on China for those agents so there are a lot. It's a lot more complicated than people to say. I need four hundred thousand testing kits tomorrow. They've made amazing progress. But it's hard it's more than hard it's Im- it's impossible to get the testing numbers that we would ideally need. It is impossible I understand why everyone's intimidated by the task. And nobody wants to go near it. Because in our society Sean. Everybody blames everything Everyone this is about a finger pointing competition So government says well. If it's a no no win. Why get involved I think the states worked with the federal government. We do the best we can to get testing up to scale. It is very complicated You're right I've been talking to companies Again it comes back to China. This is the talk about a lesson masks gowns everything comes back to China. Unbelievable testing comes back to China so that we have to fix after with that set. America's companies have been amazing. I think they've been unreal. I mean they all stepped up the ninety percent of people step up in the ten percent. I have no use for the just awful Nancy. Pelosi's letter was awful Absa. She was telling people February twenty four to Chinatown which she just choose impeaching the president when he put his travel ban in effect. And you even said that travel ban saved. It's incalculable. Numbers of Americans thousands of Americans contracting the disease and exponentially mathematically dying. You agree with that. Look I of Said When they when they look back and they write the history book on this and we should do a retrospective see what we can learn The travel ban was right It was right. There's no doubt that China was Either not doing as good a job as they said they were doing or they weren't giving us the full story But the travel ban was right. There's also no doubt Sean that talk about Americans doing the right thing every projection from the CDC to the White House Corona Taskforce Peter Navarro's Memo Mackenzie Cornell Columbia. Every projection was five ten times worse than the current numbers because the America because American stepped up and did the right thing and quote unquote flatten. The curve. Americans did that. We did it faster in New York. The numbers we were looking at three weeks ago. Scared the hell out me and I don't like the numbers today. Don't misunderstand me you know I. I have a friend now. Fighting for her life is a friend of my sisters right now in a hospital in Long Island fight. She's intimated it's not good Let me go back to New York City though you like. The idea of fifty percent of the workforce has to work from home if possible..

Artists are always stopping by to hang out and share their lives and music too so wake up with a bunch of my friends on ninety eight point seven W M Z Q in Washington DC or wherever the rotates you on the iheartradio APP. Many might be asking Monica. Crowley used to be on your show all the time of you mad at Monica Crowley among no Monica Crowley is a friend of yours. She's been at Fox from the beginning. Right yes where is she? Well she's been working with Steve Mnuchin G as the Treasury Department spokesperson and yes friend of the program How're you doing? Unknown spend hectic somewhat busy and I guess you've been spending a lot of time on things like Oh stimulus packages and loan guarantees and everything in between and people that don't deserve taking it. How you been and where we stand. What's going on? Hi Sean I miss you so much. It's so good to be back on the show with you and yeah I I joined the trump administration almost a year ago The Treasury Department is Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs at Treasury. As you can imagine we are in the center of the hurricane Since this virus too cold and the government mandated the complete shutdown of the economy. So Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin has been in the center of all of the negotiations standing up these unprecedented programs and getting massive amounts of money out the door to protect hard working Americans in small businesses. Well let's talk about that look like a lot of us. I'm standing back and looking at these numbers and it is freaking me out. We've never spent this kind of money. Now we've never had a situation like this we are you know we had the the first quarter. Gdp WHAT DOWN. Four point eight percent. The second quarter is going to be an unmitigated disaster unemployment record lows depression numbers for the short term. That's why opening the country safely is top of mind for me and by the way instinctively most Americans they've had it and I think what we see. And all these rebellions and people showing up at the beaches in California at Cetera. Is that people have decided what they determined in their head to be an acceptable or unacceptable. Risk you see. The the great pains go through manicures plexiglas barriers distanced hands through little cutout in the in the Salon And then restaurants I see plexiglass social distancing. Things I mean. People are very smart actually in creative So how do we? Where's this money going? Do we get it right. Did the workers that are out of work. Get it small businesses. Get it those that took it and didn't deserve it. Are they giving a back? So I've not had a haircut sean since January nor have I had a manicure. So are you going to get killed for this? By the way you know Donna. Crowley's talking about are here but you know something. It's about getting back to normal life. Yes I want to go to a Yankee game. Even if I have to wear a mask it's about going back to a sense of normalcy so America can be America once again. You know. I think two months into this situation one point has gotten lost. Which is it is. This is a completely unprecedented situation. So the president the Treasury Secretary. Anybody who is on the front lines of this challenge cannot pick up the phone and call one of his predecessors and say hey what did you do in the last pandemic because there is no predecessor? Who has had this kind of experience in the modern era? So I'm extremely proud of president. Trump's secretary mnuchin everybody in this administration. Who's taken on great responsibilities in in this kind of unique situation? The on the economic side of this which has directly followed the medical side of this. There was a realization early on Sean. That because this is a government mandated shutdown of the entire use economy that the government then needed to step in and fill the void to protect our great American workers. Small businesses and great American companies and industries. Because we're forcing them to to not engage in economic activity. The other top line realization was small businesses in America. Account for about seventy percent of all economic activity and about half of all private sector payroll comes from small businesses. So that's why the paycheck protection program was created. The P we are now in the second round of this and so far we have protected tens of millions of American jobs and we've protected millions of small businesses. You're right to say that. At the beginning some companies some businesses jumped in and took advantage of the situation so it was really disappointing. To See Secretary. Mnuchin was incredibly outraged when this came to him and while the guidelines were always clear the Treasury Department then stepped up and made them even more clear as you even greater clarity on these guidelines so that these resources will go to the small businesses. Who need them all across America? How about the workers? I I like I know people in the restaurant business They're dying and they're doing okay. I'm trying to promote all my friends. And say hey. Don't forget. Your local restaurants. Sydney and people are responding. They're being very generous but it is. How do we open that? Open that safely but is the money getting to the workers. Is it an and now look as I point out every day and I keep going back to one anecdotal issue? That New York had all of the medical equipment ended up with all the ventilators and the mass and the gloves and the gowns and the respirators because the manufacturers they never shut down if they did New York was done the same with the guys that deliver the food and the farmers in the packers and I kept going to my local grocery store and it was except for toilet paper. Monica everything's available and I see the same guy stocking the shelves with masks and gloves. And they're all working every week meaning not sick We should learn. They never shut. They're not reopening than ever shutdown. No store shutdown no grocery store shutdown and no drugstore shutdown and these guys worked hard every day. Yes yes I know. Two things about your question about is this money. Getting to average American workers and the answer is yes in two ways. One the paycheck protection program which is a small business program and it's again paycheck protection. So it's meant to protect those workers who are employed by small businesses the SBA by the way Sean is processing a years worth of loans every single day. It is astonishing what SBA and treasury are doing there and then of course. There are the economic impact payments. This is direct money. The twelve hundred dollar checks or twelve hundred dollar amounts going directly to every eligible American and Sean do you know that. Treasury and irs pushed out a hundred and twenty million payments in just the last two to three weeks. That is an astonishing achievement for government. Look this is one of the reasons. Why president trump was elected in the first place because he came out of the private sector was a successful businessman and was going to bring that private sector mentality to government. And that's exactly what he's done. The idea that the federal government could move so fast in standing up these these programs and getting this magnitude of money out the door to small businesses industries and American workers in this rapid amount of time is unbelievable. I think and I just went over this with Dr Oz. I think the medical mobilization. We've never seen anything like it It was all the rules have changed as it relates to travel bans quarantines New York government. You know the next time I guess they get a recommendation by ventilators in the city or the state maybe they should buy them But Donald Trump provided them and we saw the great work down in the governor of the Santa's he did an amazing job targeted. The elderly population protected them first. And that was the single best calling the country. Although I gotTa give a lot of credit to Kristi nome short of one outbreak in a meet facility they did pretty well and they never shut down in South Dakota But DONALD TRUMP BUILD OUT NEW YORK save them and everybody that supplied New York. Save New York and I would say that's the future. Telemedicine is the future. I think we are now aware of our capabilities for medical mobilization. They're spectacular but preparation will help Breaking down the sequence of viruses. We never did faster getting us to a chance at a vaccine sooner than later off. Label use of medicines hydroxy chloroquine or ram disappear all now on the table in the future. This is transformative. These are new times. And it's all been rewritten and save the economy. And you know what Sean I think. That's a really important point. Is that this pandemic and it's ripple effects in every direction I think it's resetting everything in ways that nobody really has a handle on yet. Nobody does whether it's economically politically culturally. They're massive see changes going on and nobody quite knows how it's going to shake out. I have to give all praise to this president treasury secretary everybody in the trump administration for moving fast moving directly and moving efficiently to make sure the American people were protected economically. And medically this is going to be the standard for a. God forbid any future pandemic going forward. I totally agree all right now that I have you on the phone. Here's the tough question. Now I hear of stimulus spending on top of what are we at two point two trillion dollars more than that. Now Right. What's the total figure? Yeah so in. Terms of this spending were two point five trillion and then remember that the Federal Reserve has stood up a bunch of facilities to provide liquidity across the board and that additional yes liquidity for about four trillion. So we're in the six trillion dollar range okay. Now we've never spent money like that ever now. I think most of the country understands why people we bailed out Europe after World War Two. We rebuilt Europe. We can. We're going to help out Americans in need. These are extraordinary circumstances. That's why reopening the country safely is key when I hear talk about infrastructure my head I wanNA bust blood vessels everywhere because I want this money to sink into the economy. I and as Mitch McConnell was saying and I don't think I agree with him all the time that We can't afford it right now. We got covid nineteen issues to deal with so when these programs that we've pushed out again in record time of the last two months they're all they're all associated with end dates right so enhanced unemployment insurance. There's an end date. These are all temporary programs to get Americans through this temporary but very challenging time. We put an dates on all of these programs so that they wouldn't go on forever and and drive already astronomical spending levels even more through the ceiling so we will see what the next conversation is for face for. Sean President Trump is on the record talking about infrastructure. Talking about how interest rates are so extremely low. That now is the time to do it so I know that that conversation that debate. I know that's happening. I'm I am looking at it as a conservative. And I'm saying okay we. I'm not so quick. Member Part of infrastructure was about shovel ready jobs in the Obama Administration. And eventually even he conceded shovel ready. Isn't that shovel ready? Yes and and you and I have spent. Our entire careers is fiscal conservatives. So when we look at some of these numbers they are indeed eye-popping but again this is about getting the country and it's not just the United States I mean look at the rest of the World Western Europe China. All of the major economies are in this predicament. So the president took immediate and very necessary action to get us through this time and then the next challenge will be unwinding these things and getting America back on a solid economic footing and that means unleashing the private sector and doing exactly what the president has done from the beginning which is pro growth economic policies economic freedom. That's what he's all about. That's what delivered the first boom under- president trump. And if anybody can deliver a second boom in record time it's donald trump all right Monica Crowley always great to talk to you. Always great catching up with you We appreciate it. Congratulations on your new job. Let's get America open and open safely and and I'm going to just reiterate what I had said before and it's real simple and that is as it relates to the country cove. Nineteen only these states. Don't get the balance corrupt deficit spending and their books using covert nineteen as an excuse. Covid.

"Sean Hannity show eight hundred nine four one Sean looked at we got a lot of good news it includes is no good news when you're in the middle of a pandemic so let me just set that record straight what they were predicting in New York in terms of hospital beds needed it's about sixty percent lower than they predicted the number of deaths have now been reduced yet again I I don't even want to go through these numbers here I mean at one point they said we didn't have mitigation efforts of we didn't have social distancing of we didn't have the travel bans in the quarantines and and basically shutting down most of the country for that period of time it could have been you know anyway over two and a half million people and America dying then you know we got the scary chart all of this has been going on and still could have been as high as two hundred fifty thousand now they keep modeling it down than what we were at ninety four thousand deaths now their project and then it was eighty one thousand deaths now it's sixty thousand deaths I I just don't think that they know at this particular point in time but one of the leading corona virus models the one that they have been using I was predicting you know dire things now we're seeing in New York there's no shortage of ventilators no shortage of medical equipment no shortage of masks as everybody was concerned about okay that's that's good news when you put it in perspective on what we thought it was going to be what it could have been we want to save as many lives as possible now the question is how do we re open the economy is going to be fifteen months at least to we have a vaccine even though we broke records in terms of sequencing the virus okay it's not going to be hard in geographical areas we don't have high concentrations of people but most of us will probably have to accept that the new norm is going to be include partly teleworking arm in cities it's going to be accepting the fact that masks and gloves will be a part of life in the near future social distancing of but there are ways to do it including temperature taking privately at indemnity and much more will explain antibody testing for example your Houston's news weather or traffic plus breaking news twenty four seven news radio seven forty KTRE radio station from the gallery furniture made in America steel stocks higher on some optimistic virus news some scar crater it's two thirty on the three of seven forty KTRE traffic weather together here's Katie London workers are cleaning up a spill forty five north freeway northbound a beard said well let's lock in three of the frontage road lanes the clear the identities freeway westbound accident at federal yeah we got a stall it's on the right shoulder right now sixteen south of loop out west on a forty five I get to London in the Gulf because windows dot com twenty four hour traffic center record high today ninety degrees set back in nineteen eighty six and we're forecasting ninety one this afternoon it's a hot one today seventy two tonight now storms to come in tomorrow is a Pacific weather system some of that energy comes and some one inch rainfall totals tomorrow eighty nine at a much cooler tone for Good Friday and Easter weekend I'm meteorologist.
