Pavelski Ties Game in 3rd, Stars fall in Game 4 in OT

"The net. And what point I think everyone was surprised The puck came to appoint a Lord Duck behind that point was wide open in front. And he put that it's too too. You know, this was a gutsy when in a lot of ways, the adversity this team faced during this game, he figure Look, Dallas goes up to nothing. Klingberg and Pavelski and you're thinking, all right. This isn't going away. Tampa Bay anticipate then Brayden point. It's a goal late. In that first period, then he gets another one in the second early on too tight. It's too on the power play. Corey Perry made it three to Gord tied it up 33. Killorn in the third period throws one at the Net. Beautiful shot at 6 41 layer up 43 You're feeling all right? This is it. Here we go. But then Pavelski gets that golden 11 35. Fortuitous bounce makes it for four. But then you get into this situation where you had braid and points get called for an embellishment along with Perry. You go for on four and then 37 seconds into the overtime. Dallas goes on the power play. It's four on three and they had some dangerous looks. But you know, Jamie Benn Does have some bad timing when it comes to penalties throughout his career and lighting made him pay for that it's Kevin Shattenkirk getting the goal from headmen marooned at 6 34. To get the power play goal there and the lightning or three for four on the power play. We're gonna get some players some, but can I want to get your thoughts and just how this game transpire if I thought, you know a lot of highs and lows and With lightning with their star power and they're scoring ability. You never felt like they were completely out of this game and I just I really impressed with their win tonight. I am to it. I'm impressed. I really think braiding points goal when the lightning fell down early was huge, and you could just see it the confidence that he's playing with the emotion. After some of those goals. I mean, they realized you could see they're so close to the ultimate goal and they're stopping at nothing to get there, and that's evident in their play on the ice, and I thought Dallas put forth a really good performance tonight and it really could have been anyone's game in the end. But once again, it's the special teams battle. And although I thought Dallas certainly cut back on some of the undisciplined penalties, they were not able to get their penalty kill, crush them. The Lightning went three for four on the power play, and you know they had every opportunity in the overtime. With the man advantage to get it done, and it's the lightning who keeps finding ways to come from behind and win. So it's not always gonna be pretty. But I think each player even looking at Janni gored again. You're just seeing different guy. Step up and, you know, play those tough minutes and I thought the lightning you know Michigan and Phil Esposito had said. I thought they did carry playfor more stretches. And although Dallas had their moments on, they surged at times, Vasilevskiy came in the end with a couple big pad saves. And unfortunately huge open couldn't quite make the timely wants to keep his team there. And you know when they when they had the chance to help him out and get a power play goal, they didn't do it either. Now again, let's go to

Did Trump say he would disown son? Details Back Up Atlantic Story

"Reiterating on the heels of this Atlantic piece, where again, I say put up or shut up Whoever's making the claims and even the Washington Post on DH, the other sources that are claiming and confirming and adding Let's dispense with the anonymous sources here. Let's Let's go. Come on. Anonymous sources revealed yourself. Show your faces. Could trump have said these things. Maybe Didi. I don't know. Again here on the kids. 1993 pre nuptial agreement was obtained by Vanity Fair. This is last year in 2019. And it was a pre nup between Donald Trump and Marlo Maples. And in that particular pre nup. It established that Donald Trump would stop $100,000. In child support payments for Tiffany Trump when she turned 21 years old or if she joined the military, the Peace Corps or land in a full time job. Is I mean, was was president trump averse tow any of the kids joining the military and then then the other piece here, and this is in the ants book or aren't And this is Of course, the aunt of the kids and the niece of Donald Trump. Trump said that he would disown Donald Trump Jr if he joined the Army, and there were reports that Donald Trump Jr was considering joining the Army, but he would disown him if he did. Is that true or false again? That's in the nieces book, which took a lot of slams. This is from Trump's brother. Uh, his daughter trumps brother's daughter, the niece who wrote the really nasty book. And remember, that's the same needs that also recorded Trump sister making disparaging comments, Withy surreptitiously recorded tapes. Which got a little bit of play recently.

Trump and his physician deny he had "mini-strokes"

"Into the mini stroke. Situation. And as I was recounting before we took the top of the hour break, I was prompting you to remember last fall. When the president had this little Walter Reed excursion. It was unannounced and remember. That Trump's White House physician, Dr Sean Conley, He hustled the president into a limo and rode with him to the hospital. Remember that? The one house said at the time that the weekend visit was to begin his routine annual exam. But there was another break from protocol because nobody at Walter Reed was advised that the president was coming and it wasn't on. Trump's schedule, typically any type of visit. It's on the schedule. The press is alerted, sometimes even a day in advance. And then nobody. Walter Reed knew the president was coming. So that added to the intrigue added to the mystery. White House pool reporters said that they were told that Trump's movements that Saturday was strictly One reportable. Quickly on reportable. Until he arrived at the hospital, so they weren't supposed to report anything until he got to the hospital. That was a 2 47 PM now despite the irregularities in the White House press office, they released a statement afterward. Saying that Trump was merely taking advantage of a free weekend here in Washington to start his physical because he's anticipating a very busy 2020. Right. That's what the White House said fast forward. And we have a new book coming out. By Michael Schmidt. Of the New York types, not not Schmidt. But Schmidt. And that's a C H m i d t. And of course I'm s C h and I t t. And in this book, this Schmidt Dude reports that Vice President Mike Pence. Was told to be on standby to assume. Presidential powers during Trump's Rather abrupt visit toe. Walter Reed and Schmidt writes, quote this from the book. In the hours leading up to Trump's trip to the hospital. Word went out in the West Wing for the vice president to be ready to be on standby to take over the powers of the presidency temporarily if Trump had to undergo a procedure. That would have required him to be anesthetized. Now, clearly if you just want to take advantage of getting a jump on your Physical. I don't see a need that the V P would have to be notified that he could be assuming powers. And why the hell would you have to be a anesthetized if you just pop it so things that didn't add up And now you have this passage from the book? And is this true or is this false? Based on what we know of the book at this point. Schmidt doesn't speculate. What procedure could have been under consideration. So if this is accurate, what the hell could have been going on? What could trump have been? So potentially under the need for anesthesia in what would potentially put Mike Pence. In the in the chair. A Zach Ting president while the president was under, for instance. What, So we don't know? We also don't know what his sourcing for the information about the hospital visit is But here's where it gets a little bit weird. That mortar the story your folks It's a little strange here. The response for President Trump. This morning. He denied suffering a Siri's of many strokes. And it's strange. Strange here. It's It's odd because Steve Schmidt or Ah, sorry, Michael Schmidt, rather Michael Schmidt in the book. Hey. Never stated that Trump had suffered any small or many Schroecksnadel. So here's the president denying that he suffered a Siri's of many strokes. Based on the details of this book coming out and the trip to Walter Reed, but No. Where did this Michael Schmidt bring up? Many strokes. Or TIA, or whatever. So Schmitz book doesn't get specific. But Trump did get specific. And this is what the president tweeted out this morning. It never ends. Now They're trying to say that your favorite president me went toe Walter Reed Medical Center, having suffered a Siri's of many strokes. Never happened to this candidate. Fake news. Perhaps they're referring to another candidate from another party exclamation point. I just thought why did President Trump bring up? Many stroke when the reporter and the author of the book doesn't make any mention Of a stroke or even suggesting anything close. So that's where the story gets a little odd that an hour later, Schmidt responded to the president in a tweet of his own and he wrote Book says nothing about many strokes.

Brushing scam targets victims with unordered items

"It's called brushing and and basically, here's what they're doing what they're not necessarily defrauding use. So if you get seeds, and you're like I didn't order anything there and Chinese packaging people were rightfully freaking out. Right? Because who the hell knows? You know some of the stuff that looks at rice in? I don't know. But, um So with brushing. What they're doing is because so many e commerce places Give either greater weight or all that they'll wait are completed Transactions. And one of the ways is the verification of the shipping to your house. They will then go back on the website and on your behalf because a transaction of some sort. Something was shipped to you took place. They will write a glowing review pretending to be you. And the more successful positive experience they have, depending on which the market place it is. That will give them they will give him better. Better positioning when people search for something right? So if they're searching for Whatever it maybe, then they can go ahead and they will. They will. Get a be more likely to get the sale. So with that in mind, That's why they sent out something that's really, really, really, really, really cheap, easy. Whatever it may be likely they're not looking to sell seeds. This actually happened my producer by the way. He know the difference was he and his wife tried to order chairs. Okay? His his wife want order some chairs. He likes his chairs, but he was told that they're getting new chairs, so they actually ended up getting face Mass in the mail, a single face mask in the male Chinese packaging the whole deal. They Didn't pay. They didn't end up having to pay for the for the chairs, but They did get that. Well. Now people are getting face masks in the mail from Chinese packaging. So people are freaking out again. And, frankly, I find that slightly more disconcerting, actually. You know, because who's opening that going all the way out? That's on. Sure, There's nothing up here. But all that Chinese writing and it's a face mask. No, thank you. So I don't know if that makes you feel any better. You know what the scam is? But they're probably not trying to poison you, okay? They're just scamming. They're just scamming the system. They're working the system. Teo, Get a leg up on the competition there.

"Hundred two one nine nine nine eight hundred eight one eight nine nine nine oh. Forget, everything you hear goes right on Schnitt list at Schnitt show dot com. Coming up in just a little bit. We are going to talk to you about a woman who was raped by uncool as a teenager. Now, the out of prison. He was incarcerated for something else. Anyone acts. He wants access to the kids, he wants visitation with the kids and the court said, yeah. Sure of, why would anybody have a problem with? Yeah, absolutely. The guy who raped the girl can't have access to the kids they created without question. Is that wrong could not do that? That's I swear sometimes decisions are. But we'll get into that. That's coming up in just a little bit. How about this? I. I'm not a technophobe. I like technology when it comes out, but I'm very much someone who likes to be in control of my situation. I, especially when I'm driving. I like to be the one that's driving. I don't like sit in the back seat. I hate Uber not because I have a problem with being sexually assaulted goes with the business. But I, I like to be driving the actual vehicle when I'm going for control sake. Maybe I'm a control freak but I can't imagine being in a completely autonomous driverless vehicle like I'm on a ride at Disney scared. The, the idea makes me incredibly uncomfortable right now. But governor the Santa some Florida signed into law yesterday. One of the country's most progressive autonomous vehicle bills, paving the way for the self driving vehicles to operate on Florida roads without a human inside. That'd be driving around all over the place. With nobody around you. Oh, I don't like that, because there have been accidents, by the way. There was a time when I popped up, there were no accidents and L touted that a lover of accidentally accidents, the humans fault. Get rid of all humans. But now we've got situations where there have been accidents involving the autonomous vehicles and I don't want my life in the hands of computer completely. I don't want my don't be sitting in the back seat of a car, and suddenly have all hell breaks loose. Computers. Fail technology fails bad things happen. And they could be driving. Everything normally and almost start zipping all over the place. There will never be completely autonomous vehicle people like cars too much. We're never going to have live in a world that doesn't have cars that people drive no matter what they say, but the I did those scare me almost as much of elderly drivers do. And I don't have to deal with.

"Is this Schnitt show? Here. We are. It's our number two. Welcome back to Schnitt. If you're with us for the last part. Last hour. I was just sharing the two tweets from the president which have to do with. And clearly a response to the latest jet crash and all of this chatter about the Boeing seven three seven and the latest version the max eight so the president if you're just joining us welcome to the program our to Schnitt, the president addressed this via Twitter earlier this morning about five hours ago. The president put out to different tweets. The first starts out airplanes are becoming far too complex, the fly pilots are no longer needed. But rather computer, scientists from MIT I see it all the time and many products always seeking to go one unnecessary step further when often old and simpler is far better. Split split-second decisions are needed and the complexity creates danger all of this for great cost yet very little game. I don't know about you. But I don't want Albert Einstein to be my pilot. I want great flying professionals that are allowed to easily and quickly take control of a plane. I there's a lot to address here. And in fact, I loved to talk to pilots, I I've tried to reach. I've got three buddies that fly the seven three seven, and they are all rated on the max eight and in fact, the respective airlines that they work for have the max eight or the max nine, and of course, the max nine same as the Maxine now the two planes that were involved in these two crashes five months or so apart the lion air crash at the end of October. And now the the airlines crash just over the weekend. Both of those were max eights now in the United States, the airlines that fly the max eight now keep in mind, it's just a fraction of their fleet. Because it's a a new airplane. They just have. Been introduced I think about three hundred or so flying worldwide and in the US that I see they were what fifty or so flying and the airlines that have the max eight you've got American Airlines has Samak's h you've got Southwest Airlines that has max aids. Now, south west is an all seven three seven airline. But the bulk of southwest airplanes are not the max eight they're flying. The they've got a ton of the seven three seven seven hundred series of the eight hundred I think they fly some of the nines, and they have, you know, some of the the max aids spot, it's a small percentage of their fleet Americans got a handful or so of the I think they might be the largest operator now in the country. And what are they have twenty-something or whatever the number was I saw it. I can't remember. So it's American and south west the fly the max, eight United Airlines, they have the max nine it's the same aircraft. Same avionics? It's just it's an ex same computers. It's just an extended fuselage for a higher passenger load with United and none of the US airlines are taking the plane out of service like foreign airlines are nor has the FAA here in the United States. There is no. Directive from the FAA, and the FAA is not forcing a ground. Stop on these airplanes like some of the of foreign airlines are doing as well as the foreign aviation agency. So I want to get into that in a minute. But first, and I've tried tried to get my pals on that confli this airplane, and you know, just working the schedules on there are the middle. They're they're flying right now. They did they can't talk right now. It's it's I'm trying to figure this out how to get some of my friends on. But I I have received a few text messages and the friends that I have said they have no issue flying the plane. And these are no pilots that are rated on this airplane. Anna other seven three sevens. And my friends that I've heard back from have we're talking captains on these seven three seven's that they have no issue flying these airplanes, and that they're fully trained if there was any eroneous feedback and the autopilot system was taking control the aircraft. They know how to shut it off. And again in the in the lion, aircrash, the pilots all they had to do was flipped to switches. And they could've disconnected the computer trying to force the airplane down as they were trying to pull the airplane up to little switches. And the the area on the center console on the seven three seven it's marked stab trim stabiliser trim. And there were a couple of toggles there. Boom. You push them to shut it off. And they could have gained control that aircraft and all those souls, and that aircraft would have been saved on the the opium plane. It's still far too early. To say what happened here now before I get into some of the latest details, I want to address the president's tweets here. And let's I'd love to hear from a pilot. If you're a commercial pilot. You don't have to fly the seven three seven. But if you are a commercial airline pilot. You do not have to mention your airline. You don't even have to use your real name. If you don't want to use your name, but don't be asked me because I'll know within about one point five seconds. Whether you really a pilot or not. And I'd like to know what you think about the president's tweets that the airplanes are becoming far too complex of let me let me tackle this one by one. So the president says air and the number by the way, if you are a pilot.

"Is the Schnitt show? The news broke in the last half an hour. So that. There is a second accuser claiming sexual assault. At the hands of the Virginia Lieutenant governor, Justin Fairfax. So the message Virginia gets even more unbelievable. Reports are that the governor the governor north is saying that he's not going to resign. We have Lieutenant governor now with a second sexual assault allegation. I'll get into that here in a second. Of course, the attorney general. He he had to admit that he did black-faced back in nineteen eighty. And we have the Republican House. The who's the Republican? The the guy who will be the guy that would be the third in line. So after the governor governor after Lieutenant governor attorney general every the attorney general, Cory Virginia. Procedure would be the house speaker who we've pointed out he's a Republican. And then it comes out that he was the managing editor of his yearbook. Was that was that it via my wherever was and that they were black face photos in that. So I mean, it's just unbelievable. "Is this Schnitt show. Hour number two. As I look around the great pieces of Schnitt Lewis material from the course of the week that I still haven't gotten to on top of just a full slate today. Let's go we were spending some time in the last half hour. We took a bunch of phone calls about this chatter. Of taking money. Your Mark for disaster relief. You know, those hit by some of the recent hurricanes in Florida, of course, most recently, the Florida panhandle and using some of that money. Army corps of engineers money to build the wall and take it away from disaster relief and we've had two calls now from the Florida panhandle. And they want the wall. I want the wall. I I don't want a national emergency the cleared of the callers did, but we were all in agreement. No, don't take the money from disaster relief, but that's being bandied about. So again, how can you just completely jettison from your mind? The fact that President Trump said that Mexico is going to pay for the wall, and I would be irresponsible. Delta. Bravo. If I didn't point out that wait a minute. We now have a a more fear. I thought Mexico is gonna pay for the wall. And listen, if you want real honest analysis and interpretation, hey, you got me, you got the Schnitt show, if you want propaganda, and, you know, renting space up, President Trump, President Trump's but twenty four seven I can give you a list of other radio shows and hosts, and and TV personalities that suddenly will forget that for months and months and months Mexico's gonna pay for the wall. Yeah. Trump's campaign, even had, you know, the requests for five or ten billion dollar one time payment from Mexico for the wall. Let's trumpet talked about. So the whole Mexico's gonna pay for it. Well that that's now that's now being morphed. In fact, you know, maybe have a new rally, and, you know, President Trump can ask listen, I voted for the guy. I want the wall, I support President Trump's wall. And in fact, I don't even like calling at Trump's wall. It's the American people's wall. I want the wall, but I'm thinking with a new rally. Maybe you're the president. Could you ask the question we're going to build a beautiful wall and who's gonna pay for it? And the crowd can say people.

"All free everything we do on the show ends up on the Schnitt list every day. So as the show goes on, and I peel off my various sources and all my prep, we build the Schnitt list with links, and if I mentioned video or audio we always put the links up Schnitt, show dot com my website. Also, you can contact me is a contact areas. You want to fire off an Email to me, I read everything I try to respond to everything. But sometimes the volume gets just a little too much and again on social media. I'm on Twitter. I do have an Instagram account. But I don't think I've done anything on that quite a while. And Facebook is totally inactive for me. I haven't the posted there in a long time. Again, I don't get me started on Mark Zuckerberg and Facebook if I have time I'll get into the situa- he didn't it was a no show overseas. Sees as British investigation continues. We'll get into that. If I have time eight hundred eight zero and my Twitter feed follow my personal Twitter feed at Todd Schnitt at t o d D S C H N ITT before you get back into Manafort, my Twitter feed is very very very, I'm I'm just looking at my last couple of tweets, I mentioned that the Justice the White House presser began earlier today. I sent a message to press sec, Sarah Sanders, double dog dare to call on Jim Acosta. I he was called on ninth. But he was called on. And he'd be how about that? I also tweeted out about this rebar in the bud story. Very pertinent because it happened on the border a Guatemalan woman trying to break into the US illegally ended up with rebar through her buttocks because she fell out. So I tweeted about that I had a little commentary there. You know, what give it a little preview? Reborn. The but sounds lovely US border patrol swiftly procured medical treatment for Guatemalan woman impaled while trying to illegally enter our country humane treatment, and the actual stories I'll get to that a little later on. But I just wanted to point out that our border patrol folks attended to immediately got medical treatment. She was taken to a hospital her kids watched. So I'll get into the story a little later. I'm just give me a little very the little rundown on my Twitter feed here. Great story on bluefin tuna. I'm a sushi nut. Love good bluefin tuna chew Toro Toro. I've been to the ski g some say ski g some say even Japanese some say ski G and some say too key g. About half and half, the Japanese that I know and I've been to key g twice. And in fact, I was just there in June just months ahead of the closing because they closed the original. But uh seeing the tuna auction at five o'clock in the morning. It's it's unbelievable. And then. I aside the mother of the year award on my Twitter feed yesterday mother of the year bringing a barefooted kid to a border clash and both way too old to be wearing diapers. Oh and senior Rita what? More thing. Love your frozen shirts. Yes. Channeling just a little bit of doctor lector there. Oh, and one more thing. Senator love your shoes, the lady delay the woman with her kids the tear gas going off she's wearing a frozen shirt. And what kid is barefoot. They're both diapers. They look like they're five years old six years old wearing diapers. We'll we'll get into that later on. And then of course, those suggesting that was a staged photo. Yeah. I I don't think it was staged so follow me on Twitter. All and then last night. To shoot images of my two new Jack Russell terriers. We've got a Jack Russell are female is five months old. And then our mail is six months old two different breeders. And I tweeted out last night. It's Gatsby and scout they had gobble Google for dinner. The Gaba goal up killing they had their from dog food which they love, but I call it the Gaba goal. I was a Tony soprano kind of Gaba a goal mood last night all kidding aside. But follow me on Twitter at Todd Schnitt at t o d D S C H N ITT Esu. They do get along. Let me listen the female. Where's the pencil? I'll tell you that and oh, yeah. Oh, as it should be is what sue my executive producer said. But they're great dogs. They get along. Sometimes they'll fight over a tennis ball, or you know, one of the chew toys, or whatever I back over to Manafort here. Let me. Finish up too. Big Manafort stories today, if you're just joining us, I laid out just a little bit here. The question is and again last night, the news broke that Manafort was in breach of his agreements is plea agreement with the department of Justice regarding the deal that he made and the accusations are that he's being accused lying to the FBI. And the Manafort is also accused of lying to the special counsel, Robert Muller and his team. And this is what two months or so after they made a deal and Manafort started cooperating in the Russian investigation. Now, listen, I'm not gonna I'm just gonna give you what we know. So far here, you know, my opinion, as you know, is that the scope of this investigation the breadth the scope of this investigation has become way too wide. It has gone way the the original scope and again my concern here. Is does anything that Manafort has lied about this any of that slime does any of that land on President Trump? I'm hoping that it does not and as far as lying the question that many raising today, how could Manafort be that stupid unless he just doesn't give a flying you-know-what because he thinks or maybe he knows that ultimately he's going to receive a pardon from President Trump, otherwise the guy's gonna spend potentially the rest of his life in federal prison. So we've got this new court filing. It was made yesterday. It was signed by both the prosecution and the defense team the details again at are kinda scant. We don't have a lot of details on this, very sketchy. We really non existent if you wanna know the truth, the special counsel's office says that it will provide more detail. And later date. So what does that mean? I'm I'm guessing, and I'm not a lawyer, my wife is a model, but I'm guessing that Muller doesn't want to. Let go of everything they have the Muller doesn't want to unveil. Reveal unveil the whole case by providing more information in this filing the necessary. So just the bare minimum was provided in the filing. It's three pages. Looking at some of the. Oh, I'm looking here at just run down. Here we have three page filing. And the only claims that are made is that Manafort lied quote on a variety of subject matters violating his plea agreement. So both sides here are now asking the judge. To put things in high gear. Let's move to manafort's sentencing phase. So both sides are asking a federal judge. Let's go let's sentenced Paul Manafort. I mean that's stunning. It's like, wow. Let's go right. The sentencing is there a cockiness here. Is there a confidence here on both sides? But what I'm more interested in it? Well, actually, I'm interested in both sides. But is it because Manafort knows that they can throw the library atom. They could send them up the river in federal prison for the rest of his life. But that. Like a last long because Trump is going to issue a pardon. I mean, how many times is President Trump called this a witch hunt? How many times has President Trump said that Manafort is being treated unfairly? I mean, the the tea leaves the the writing on the wall seems to be that the president would pardon Paul Manafort was what only a week ago that both sides asked the court to hold off on sentencing. I mean, it just makes the whole time line here even more stunning. And then, you know, we concluded that the only reason would be the fact that they had asked to hold off on sentencing. And the the just conclusion was is that means that Manafort must still be cooperating that Manafort must still the singing like a bird and then. I mean, we get this. This new twist all of a sudden today, I mean, it's just or last night and then in today with the Assange situation and WikiLeaks, it's like double wearing a double whammy. Wow. Just what do you think you have this figured out? The twist and turns and again, I'll caution everybody that I don't approve of the entire Mueller investigation. It should have been just the scope of any Russian collusion. I don't think there was Russian collusion at least on the part of Trump and the Trump team of some bad mistakes or some bad judgment was made especially by Don jR, for instance. But I don't think collusion, and that's where the scope of this investigation should have stopped. But of course, it kept widening and widening and widening in the arena is the problem is we have no idea where this thing is gone. We have no idea what are the doors. One other tentacles where this thing is. So anyone thinks they've got a grasp or no, we don't know and the old silly adage, you don't know what you don't know. And that's one hundred percent accurate. In this matter here. So we thought that Manafort was still singing like a bird. And apparently, that's not the case. The speculation was that Manafort was providing new material new dirt that would then mitigate. His sentencing and provide him with a lower degree of incarceration. But I gotta believe there's going to be several hearings ahead of any sentencing because manafort's get a fight Muller's assertion that he lied. You assume that unless again, he's just totally banking on a pardon. Now. Let me read verbatim here from the filing. The filing says, quote, he believes he has provided truthful information that does not agree with the government's characterization or that he is breached the agreement and remember historically was back on September fourteenth that Manafort pleaded guilty to conspiracy and witness tampering and that was to avoid that second trial. You have the northern Virginia trial guilty on eight counts. And then you have the DC trial a whole different jurisdiction. And it was believed that because it was going to be a DC jury pool that. That it was going to be much less friendly potentially to Manafort. So he avoided that and again that was after the eight convictions in the prior case, and that was what the eight the Bank fraud tax fraud charges. So if if Manafort doesn't convince the judge that in violate the plea bargain where we agreed to cooperate with Muller. Essentially this gets compounded. So he could face eight guilty verdicts charges on that from the the case that he was convicted in the council been convicted, and then all the charges from the second trial. Because he pleaded guilty. So I mean, we're looking at a stacked amount of time. That's just unbelievable talking about a life sentence here without a doubt. And is is Manafort can we get the deal with Mahler back on track? It doesn't seem like it. And again to me, it just seems like that he's banking on a pardon. And that's you know, the get out of jail free card. We'll see. But again, if there are any state charges, they get attached to pardons that work pardons of four federal crimes. So we'll we'll see. I mean, listen you've got numerous theories you've got different areas of speculation on Manafort one that he lied to protect Trump banking on the pardon, which I've laid out for you number two that ally that he lied to avoid being assassinated by his Ukrainian Powell's then tied to land, Putin and the Kremlin. I mean, that's kind of James Bondy. That's..

"Is this Schnitt show? Absolutely crazy week. No week in review. Just that my head is still spinning and it takes a lot to get my head. This spin welcome stead here on Friday as were wrap it up the broadcast week here with no shortage. I see the death toll on the Florida panhandle in Georgia. Now up to thirteen thirteen now confirmed dead, and it's just absolutely heartbreaking. You know, the big question is with the two hundred fifty to two hundred eighty five th those are the numbers. That are being floated around between two hundred fifty and two eighty five. Those were residents that according to the mayor of Mexico Beach, Florida ground zero the hardest hit that's the number of people that they understood were staying they were hunkering down the big term used and they were staying, and I just have not heard or seen any credible. Reporting on the fate of those between two hundred and fifty and two hundred eighty five people in other have been reports that Mexico beach of six rescues that I saw there was at least one extrication, but that leaves a whole lot of people hundreds of people where are they? And there are many many many people are unaccounted for. So, you know, we we even have sues the latest death Virginia's that what you're saying. Right. So what we're getting four deaths from Virginia because of the flooding because of the rain that rolled through so four deaths Virginia, so Florida, Georgia Virginia. I mean, it's just it's it's incredible. So my thoughts are really with those that decided to stay I hope that they can be accounted for. But. You know, our cadaver dogs. To find bodies at some point, Dr people involved in cleanup gonna find bodies underneath the rubble or. A half mile inland up in trees because of the storm surge. You know, it's just a tough to grasp. Then we welcome Schnitt here on a Friday, the number to get in on the show is eight hundred eight zero one eighty nine ninety nine eight hundred eight zero one eighty nine ninety nine we've got to deal with the situation we've been dealing with this. Saudi journalist who is a US or was because it looks like he's he's gone. This US permanent residents who last rode for the Washington Post who it looks like he was that we've been telling you this scattered through the course of the week. All we've been so busy. But I brought this up numerous times it looks like this US permanent resident not a citizen, but a permanent resident his kids are American citizens. Looks like he was murdered looks like he was a political assassination. Target of the Saudi Crown prince. So a whole we'll get into all that coming up the con-. Yay recap. Wow. And then just the response. And I imagine we're gonna probably take the bulk of the phone calls this hour when I go to phones on the Kanye west matter as my head's still spinning from that. And I'm sorry, folks. I cannot sit here and pretend. I cannot I will not sit here and pretend that that Konya west situation spectacle, whatever at the White House yesterday in the Oval Office. I cannot pretend that that was okay that it was all fantastic. Mega. I can't that was looney tunes. That was even if you look at the president he was like. Numerous times, look at Trump Trump was caught off guard. Trump was like even if the is like, wow that was that was something. I so I got some some words on that. And I'm sure it's going to generate a good truck of phone calls. Speaking of the president quickly here he has announced that he is headed to some of the storm ravaged areas, which is the right thing to do. It was also the right thing to do to not get on the ground too soon because he your logistics of bringing a president, insecurity. You don't want to hamper search and recovery rescue the triage, you just don't wanna do it. So the president waiting is the right thing to do know some will say, you know, he should have done a fly over President, George W Bush, you know, during Katrina there was that flyover where he didn't interrupt Brown ground operations, if I'm not mistaken, but he did a fly over, you know, should Trump has done a fly over. I don't know. I overall it appears that the the response right now from the governor of Florida Rick Scott to Florida national guard to all of the the fire departments police, agencies and aid power companies around the country. It looks like the response in getting in is pretty darn good. At this point. Georgia affected, the Carolinas affected Virginia affected, obviously here. But so far it seems that the the the machine is working properly. So the president has just tweeted in the last hour. And the president tweeted this people have no idea how hard hurricane Michael has hit the great state of Georgia. I will be visiting both Florida and Georgia early next week. We're working very hard on every area in every state. That was hit. We are with you. So a good tweet from the president and look for early next week Monday Tuesday at some point he's going to hit the ground in Florida and Georgia. Folks, it's panhandle strong. And the panhandle will come back. I'm starting to hear from listeners for my affiliate in the panhandle in Panama City and some folks saying, hey, we're okay we survived. I'm getting videos from people that are driving, right? In fact, I've retweeted one video I've got a couple more. I'm going to re tweet again my personal Twitter feed. Meaning nobody touches my Twitter feed, but me is at Todd Schnitt. So you can check out my feed if you wanna give me a follow you can do. So at Todd Schnitt at t o d D S C H N, I T T. It's an end. It's not an M as in Mary N as in November Schnitt S, C H. So it's at Todd Schnitt on Twitter, give me a follow speaking of my Twitter. And sometimes you get a preview of one I'm going to do on the radio show from my Twitter feed and. I was fairly active on Twitter. Earlier today as before the show after the show weekends holidays vacations. Follow me on Twitter. You can see what the hell's going on here. So a couple of my tweets from earlier, and you know, I took some some blowback from folks that were listening to the radio show watching on Newsmax yesterday who were not happy that I wasn't raw raw all the way go go con gay, and I'm sorry. I can't pretend that that look normal and everything was great. I got a big problem with Kanye west using that profanity in the Oval Office. And folks trying to hit me back with the moral equivalence. What about LBJ what about Nixon folks, I brought that up yesterday? I talked about that. I even talked about the salty language of LBJ, and Richard Nixon and. Others in the White House. I've talked about it. But to draw a moral equivalence of a president versus an invited guest in Kenya. Who kept pounding on the resolute desk. I was just off in every direction. I mean, he just he doesn't look or seem. Well, I'm telling you the guy's missing marbles when he talked about he was misdiagnosed with bipolar disorder. And he really sleep deprivation. I'm sorry. No. There is something that is wrong with Konya west. And I'm not a Johnny come lately on this. I've said this for a long time for you after the Taylor swift incident at the MTV awards and he grabbed the microphone. I'ma let you finish. But for me. There's something that's not right with Kanye west. And what is what is this belief that just because President Trump invites Kanye west kinda was goes off on this this crazy rambling meander fest with profanity that just because the president invited to the White House. It technically was really Jared Kushner based on prison reform, but there was not much prison reform talk yesterday. Why is it that if I support the president in most of his policies, and I give him plenty of praise in what he's accomplished so far? Why is it that if I criticize one thing or if I'm like, whoa, Konya was just out of his mind that suddenly on part of the liberal media? How dare you folks? This is insane. I mean, we're living in a crazy world. We're living in this this this universe. This time. Now where things just seemed topsy turvy and the all out Trump supporters who if you don't agree with everything that I get attacked. So if I call it kind. Yeah. And I criticized county that is seen as an attack on Trump. Shut up. Schmidt. You're just a liberal. What are you talking about the world has gone bonkers? It's gone crazy. What dealing with absolute upside down insanity. So a couple of my and I had a couple of tweets that I think set some people off as well. So I tweeted out the Kanye west this last night. The Kanye west Oval Office profanity laced meander fest was an embarrassment totally disrespectful to our country to honor bowl bleep and mother bleeper at the White House, and people are attaching all those great because what Trump invited him that all he could do that. No. It's not okay. In fact, you know, here's the the mother bleeper audio, and yes, I have bleeped the audio. I think that I believe, but let's let's find out Konya from yesterday. Trump.

Ounces a day apparently is the magic number for increased longevity so. Three servings of whole fat dairy as well as, red meat but chicken and Turkey also fit the Bill Are good for you, and increase Heure life according to new Canadian medical school or university from McMaster research so even before I found this story I think it was early this morning or, late last, night, we had planned on, cheeseburgers for dinner tonight so I- Todd Schnitt. "Schmidt Schnitt show? Special breaking news update. From the Paul Manafort trial incidentally, have you noticed that It looks like this Paul Manafort trials going to run like a like. A Paul Manafort night About two weeks or, so the jury. Wants to go home by five o'clock today, so this is the, breaking news the jury hands the judge a note and the note says Everyone thought on this is another question is this. Going to indicate which way the, jury could be. Sway to the prosecution, towards the defense Manafort Could this be a note we're hopelessly. Deadlocked no the breaking news is a juror has it event tonight and wants to leave by five o'clock So Laura's we'll tell you about Friday juries that a lot of times, they they worked feverishly to try to wrap things up to to get things done and just clearly ended on a. Friday, and but in this case it appears that the jury is not trying to rush. This they're trying to get the verdict right to get the, verdict. Correct which obviously is. Paramount, I I'd hate to be on, well depending on what side and then what the circumstances. Are I hate to be the victim of a rush, jury so it looks like they are doing their due diligence and it means that they probably won't wrap up. Today so, no Paul Manafort verdict today in northern Virginia in the first of two federal cases because there's another one. Coming so after this one is, done regardless of what the outcome. Is there is another federal case which the Muller team is Bringing and that's going, to be in federal court in the district in Washington DC in in a across across the Potomac so and. And the, word there is the rumblings have been that Bob Muller has three times the evidence against Manafort in the. Next trial so who the who, the heck knows but again oh. We hang on folks breaking news.

"Hey before you get into these airline stories center I had like. A trifecta or maybe more airline stories here there is a new. Video this this orb Whatever this unexplained interesting flash of. Light or whatever the hell it is in a friend's house of mine in Saint Petersburg Florida we told, you about this the. Other, day. The video we put up on the website, at Schnitt show dot com and now there's a second video. So the night before last. It happened again It is. A black and white video inside the kitchen Of this home it's, actually like a dining room into this, open style, kitchen and, it's one of these. Motion activated interior cameras security cameras and friends of. Ours they get alerted when the motion detector goes off so they went and checked the video, from this this time. At three o'clock in the morning middle of the night. And there's this white orb. That comes across the kitchen and then just poof disappears And I'm like what the heck is that I mean listen I I tend. To err on the side of a plausible explanation that it, was a moth and this motion sensor, camera caught, this moth, in the house and. It just got amplified the way the infrared technology. Hit it so I'm guessing it's a bug but other people are saying that's a spirit someone, died in that house. So it's it's a confederate soldier in the doorway throwing. Some type of spirit, ball I've seen all kinds of responses I still no. It's not a particularly old house, but now seriously in the, first video people. Saying oh look at the. Doorway there's some someone's there's an apparition is a ghost through the doorway throwing it Okay I think it's a bug promise, you, gotta this thing has. Thousands and thousands, of thousands of us already but there's now a new video Roughly the same time. Of night this is where. It gets really interesting, so video one is up on my website at Schnitt show dot. Com on today's Schnitt lists so is the second. Video so the second video same camera and there's another white or a white, light a spherical it comes from a different part of the kitchen it comes, to the to the left of where the original one came from. But. What's freaky and creepy as it. Happened around. The same time of night very close to the same minute, at three o'clock in the morning So. Now we have two videos all. Whole new little orb this second video. Was also on my website at show dot com so if you wanna see this so both. Places on my Twitter feed. Or my website so, if you're not on Twitter you can go to Schnitt show dot. Com and we have on the website we have. The the two videos so you can see both the first one and now, the second video with a different event with this white light or that flies, across the kitchen this kind of comes across zip straight up weird Same time of night that's a little freaky I'm still going with it's. A bug there's a plausible explanation here but. Nevertheless I. Thought I bring a little, art bell to the. Show and these videos are undocumented the real I can attest to, that so on, my Twitter feed I've got both videos the latest one will be up. On top and then scroll down like I dunno thirteen, fourteen videos down or tweets down and you'll get the. First one so just look for. The video on my Twitter feed you'll see the two black and white little video boxes any can you can watch both so on Twitter at Todd Schnitt and make sure, you give me, a follow while you're there at t. O d d. s. c. h. n. ITT and then of course on my website. We have the links to the videos Schnitt show dot. Com s. c. h.. T. t. s. h. o. w. dot. Com the world of aviation, space force I'm telling you folks don't make up. Mockery out of space force with this new report of the Russians potentially with a militarized killer satellite that's acting bizarrely and we're concerned about this I mean this just solidifies that we. Need to get even more serious about, defense and offense and outer space there's. No doubt about it I long to these airline stories I have a you know..
