"Have missed the night before. You can watch quick pitch. That's an hour and you can see Heidi Watney or whoever and do all the highlights run them down. But you don't get a lot of in depth on each and every game, so I I do both, so I'll watch quick pitch. And then I'll sit down by the T V. Grab a bowl of cereal and watch what kind of cereal Lately. It's been, um so some heart healthy, obviously. Um yeah. Once in a while, it's peanut butter. Cheerios at times, peanut butter. Cheerios is good. Uh, yeah. Charlie Butter, Captain Crunch, Which I that that rips up your mouth. Got something inside of my mother. Okay, So can I look like a day? What would you do is you sit down and you sit and watch. Sometimes they do yogurt with granola in it, So I'm just I'm lions, So that's not that's age. Appropriate. Yeah, it is. It's appropriate. You need those probiotics, but I'll sit down and I'll watch MLB central where you get three hours, sometimes sometimes 2.5 sometimes, too, If there's an 11 o'clock game, and you get to see a breakdown of baseball and they break it down. And dear Oh, does it And Lawrence Jihadi, does it and our guy Robert Flores, does it, Robert, How are you today, Robert? Hey, guys, how you guys doing? We're doing great, Absolutely wonderful. Saxon Coast Ball lost yesterday, but they always make it interesting. And and the white tax are getting a guy back. I always like talking to you because I shouldn't watch during the week and you guys have a great time Monday through Friday, doing all your stuff all your different jukebox, things and everything else. And you guys have fun. What? Talking baseball but D roll I love when dear Oh goes off and grabs a bat and start showing what he likes and doesn't like. That makes the whole show and it's so much fun. But when you look at the white sacks, I mean, a lot of people are looking at this team and sometimes were a little bit too close. How does how does the rest of the country see this White sacks team with Tony LaRussa as her skipper? Because you guys have touched down just about each and every one of his little missteps. Well, I think that look going into the seat into the season. The White Sox were my pick to win the American League pennant. Um I think that, uh, generally, now that we're what in early June I don't think it's C, uh I think the White Sox are the best team in that division. Um, I think they're the most complete team in the division, and they're still able to do it without Missing some key pieces. So, um, I love their pitching staff. Lucas Giolito was my preseason pick to win the L. Cy Young. He had kind of some. Some bumpy starts early, but I think he's rounding into form. Lance Lynn is I mean, as good as he is, and he is talked about a lot. I still don't think he's talked about enough. Um, just the fact of how he competes and how he pitches. It's everyone knows what he's throwing, and they still can't hit it. It's remarkable what he does, um, so I I think that they are. I think that there are real threat to come out of the American League when it's all said and done. You look at it, and we know Tony's had some things. What were your original opinion of Tony LaRussa taken over this team? Because, you know you got Tim Anderson. You got Giolito. You gotta break you and guy and then you bring in a guy like Tony LaRussa to be there, Skipper. Yeah, I was like, Hey, I'm 13 again. It's 1983. Let's go. Um, No, it was Look. It was Strange and it was a little weird. Uh, but that's to be expected. I mean, Tony LaRussa. First of all, uh, you know, he's a Hall of fame manager and he decides to come back. But when you dig deeper, and you think to yourself Jerry Rice Warsaw obviously loves Tony LaRussa has a great affinity for him, and it has been documented. He's talked about The first time. The first go around that LaRussa with the manager of the White Sox and letting him go was one of his big regrets. So I get it. Um, you know, I remember having a conversation with Lucas Giolito about it before this before spring training. It happened to be. He and I were Playing video games against one another, sharing it on my Facebook page, but that's another story, and I asked him and he said, Look, Tony is going to be fine. He? We're going to be great. He's great. We're good. Um, there's not going to be any of the issues that have been brought up about the age gap in the generation gap. Um You know? Yes, There's been a couple of instances. You know that. What happened in Cincinnati was something that has that certainly created quite a bit of news. But I think overall generally so far the experiment If that's what you want to call, it has been a good one. Robert, I am older than you. I'm just turned 64 a couple weeks ago, and I have no problem telling people that I play MLB the show and, um, but I love that, but I write, but I do play it by myself because I'm not good enough to go online and play other play other get exposed. No. Well, I'll get exposed to be in a bad player. That's what I mean. Right? Yeah, I played by myself. I'll play against the computer and I do that. So It took me forever to figure out how to get your mean Mercedes because he wasn't in the original, and I had to wait. I had to wait till one of the upgrades. And finally he was there as well. To start my season over and you're mean. Hitting with me is not nearly as good as your main hitting by himself this year. Yeah, Yeah, I mean, uh, that that's just one of the stories that has been You know, I know he kind of cooled off recently and then he had the whole thing with put the 30 pitch and and things like that, which was, you know, kind of. For me. It's it's an exhausting conversation that only happens seemingly happens. When it comes to baseball as a sport and major league baseball as an industry. So, uh, I I love his story. Um, you know, he he has become an important part of what they want to ultimately do And has the league started to Adjust. Yeah, So now it's his turn to, uh, make the adjustment to the adjustment, but make no mistake. Look, it's a cute story and starting eight for eight and the whole thing, But look, the guy has hit no matter where he's been, no matter what level so that shows you that he has a unique skill set, But it also shows just how difficult it is..

"Martin tell me something about the culture of the area where they scored was found in medieval scotland. So galloway is a region of southwest scotland. That has a long coast that connects it to the irish. Saying but in the ninth century a it would be part of the anglo saxon kingdom of northumbria and so it was referred to in contemporary irish. Sauces added the saxon coast. It has linguistic background. That is very complicated. Because the result of returning ca is because modern welsh linguistic background than you've got an sort of anglo-saxon political control and at the period that the holidays buried you're just beginning to get another linguistic lab as people who are of scandinavian origin. But have been living in this irish. He region for at least a century beginning to settle an occupying particular areas within galloway. and so it's. It's quite a complicated part of the country. And the whole it seems to be buried precisely this time of linguistic and social change and that is a very interesting background and it's also reflected within the material but in old
