A historic impeachment trial in Texas to determine whether Republican attorney general Ken Paxton should be permanently removed from office will begin no later than August in the state Senate. The Texas Senate has unanimously adopted a measure that calls for the trial to begin not later than August 28th. Paxton was suspended from office Saturday when the GOP controlled Texas House of Representatives overwhelmingly voted to impeach the three term attorney general. Paxton has been dogged by ethical and criminal accusations since taking office in 2015. He has called the House investigation that led to his impeachment corrupt and denies wrongdoing. I Lisa dwyer

Terrified passengers on the carnival sunshine took to social media to post video of water pouring through a flooded hallway on a cabin level, passenger Daniel Taylor told W CIB TV. Can Bitcoin Avoid the Partisan Curse?

"Today on Long Reads Sunday slash Saturday, where I want to start is with some further analysis around Ron DeSantis's announcement that he was a running for president and B in so doing was hoping to protect Bitcoin. Because this isn't a political show, I didn't get into the politics of DeSantis in America, although they are, of course, very complex. Plenty of people have pointed out that his focus on the freedom that Bitcoin creates is perhaps inconsistent with some of his other positions. But holding aside specific policies, there's also questions of what his embrace of Bitcoin suggests about how it fits into the larger partisan framework. CoinDesk's Daniel Kuhn wrote a piece this week called DeSantis and the Growing Culture War Around Bitcoin. Daniel writes, This week, CoinDesk published one of the most thought provoking and balanced articles on Bitcoin mining I've ever read. The report is focused around the Greenwich Bitcoin Mining Company in upstate New York, which was at the center of a protracted media cycle last year after environmental activists claimed the facility was boiling the waterways and poisoning delicate ecosystems. Those claims went on to influence an actual policy decision by Governor Kathy Hochul restricting Bitcoin mining in the state. The thing is, most of the worst claims about Greenwich were straight up wrong. CoinDesk's Nick D, Doreen Wang, and Cheyenne Ligon took a trip to Dresden in upstate New York to take the temperature of the lake and speak to locals, finding that not a single lawmaker visited the Rust Belt town or spoke to its mayor before drafting what is essentially a freeze on new Bitcoin miners. Most of the Bitcoin mining debate today has centered around the Bitcoin network's environmental impact. Greenwich became a lightning rod because before the company moved equipment into the plant that now uses natural gas, it was deactivated, meaning that when the miners were turned on, they weren't just drawing on electricity that would have been produced anyway, but actively releasing quote unquote fresh carbon into the atmosphere. The Bitcoin network uses as much energy as a country like Norway, and trying to wrap your head around whether that is or isn't worth it often comes down to your point of view on how you value permissionless money. Individuals can certainly make up their minds on the matter, but how a state should treat Bitcoin, for instance, whether mining should be encouraged or banned, is a societal level conversation involving politicians, stakeholders, and those affected.

Ledger's Shocking Move: Has Our Trust Been Betrayed?

"Every Saturday, I ask what the week before will be remembered for when it comes to crypto and the larger economy. And to me, there are two big things that stand out this week. The first is, of course, ledger. For those of you who haven't listened to the ledger episode from earlier this week, the TLDR is that on Tuesday they announced a feature called ledger recover. Now ledger recover was a way for people who were maybe new to the space or who are just generally insecure about keeping their own seed phrase on a piece of paper, which is how ledger normally does things. This new feature ledger recover would allow them to effectively have a backup. And the way that it would work is that the ledger device would send out a copy of the seed phrase split into three parts. It would go to ledger and two other companies, and the person would have to use ID verification services to request to have it come back. Now you might already have spotted some of the issues here. All of a sudden, a hardware wallet which is supposed to be a self sovereign device and totally outside of the realm of tamper ability, has introduced a whole slew of new weaknesses. There's a KYC and identity verification process, there's these three companies that are involved, but the biggest thing that had people upset was that in the past, ledger had made it seem like there was no way for the device to ever send out a seed phrase, however that seemed to be changing. Because of the device could copy that seed phrase and then encrypt it to send it out in these three parts, didn't that break the relationship that people thought they had with their ledgers? Now, over the next couple of days, ledger really dug itself into a deeper and deeper hole. At one point, it's team tweeted technically speaking it is and has always been possible to write firmware that facilitates key extraction. You've always trusted ledger not to deploy such firmware, whether you knew it or not. It's important to understand that at the end of the day, any hardware wallet solution to user chooses to go with will always require that person to trust the developer to build and maintain a secure device to store your assets. This was exactly the wrong thing to say. And just further outrage the community.

The veto came Saturday during a public rally as hundreds of abortion rights activists and voters watched as governor Roy Cooper affixed his veto stamp to the bill, which also places additional restrictions on physicians, abortion clinics, and the women seeking the procedure. "These story in sports, much less here at Augusta national, is Tiger Woods resurgent march to tournament play. He has fortitude to overcome, his indomitable will. Woods had a very difficult day Saturday, but Scottie scheffler, winner of three of the past 5 PGA tournaments entering the masters, continuing his charge toward potentially etching his name in the annals of golf's most prestigious history book. Scheffler seemed completely unfazed by the colossal stage on which he stood. Shooting three under on the first 9 before stumbling with a two over on the second 9 to card a one under 71. That included, if there is such a thing, a remarkable bogey on the 18th. I called up with scheffler one on one after his round. You had a phenomenal bogey on 18. There is such a thing. A phenomenal bogey on 18. Walk me through the experience of the 18th. Yeah, I mean, obviously, you know, pretty poor tee shot, but after that, I was a little bit worried when they couldn't immediately find the ball, and so I knew it was going to be in some trouble, but you know, I was able to take it on playable and get it out of there and then hit a great shot up by the green and had a nice up and down and the 5 definitely felt like a four. I mean, it was tremendous. You seem to us completely unflappable. I know you know how huge the stage is, but you certainly don't act like it. What is it about your personality, makeup, preparation, whatever those aspects are. That allow you to conduct yourself that way on this kind of stage. Yeah, I think at the end of the day, tomorrow, you know, if I win this golf tournament, it'll change my life on the golf course, but it won't change my personal life at home. And so winning the golf room in tomorrow isn't going to satisfy my soul or my heart and I know that going in. And so I'm able to play freely knowing that you know the rest isn't really up to me. I'm just going to go out there tomorrow and do my best. It's impressive. I have fun on Sunday, Scotty, thank you. All right, thanks, buddy. I also had the opportunity to chat with bubba Watson after his third round effort to glean insight from a two time master's champion. What scheffler must be feeling Saturday night. And what he might experience, Sunday morning. Watson's former caddy, Ted Scott, is now scheffler's caddy. So he's read this book before. Bubba you've been in the same position that Scottie scheffler is in right now. You have gone into Saturday night as the leader of the masters for the first time. What's that like? Yeah, I mean, he's just got to do what he's doing. Again, having a great team around him, he has a great team around him. Not only is his manager not only is swing coach, he has teddy on the bag. His wife is a solid mind. She's going to be right there for him. His whole team is going to be there for him so family. And really what it is, it's just about taking if everybody's doing the right thing, they're going to take his mind off a golf. They're going to talk about other things, talk about other sports. Maybe NASCAR. How to do that Tiger did it so I figured I should do it. And so, you know, it's going to take its mind off other things. I mean, I don't know what he's talked about, but a strong Christian man. He's going to be reading things. He's going to be just focused on life and not focused on the golf tournament. And again, doesn't mean he's going to win. It doesn't mean he's not going to win. It just means, you know, even if he plays bad, he's still going to have a great team around him and a beautiful wife to go home to and just enjoy life and wait for the fight to do it again. And if he wins, he'll wait for the fight a year and do it again. Scheffler on Sunday at the masters will be paired with the only competitor on tour, who's as hot as he is. Cameron Smith. Smith carted a day's best four under par 68 to move into Seoul's second place and just like scheffler, he's riding quite a wave of momentum because just like scheffler, Smith won the last tournament, he played. Here are his thoughts about heading into Sunday with a shot to win the masters. I think I'll just try and keep it as simple as I can, try and keep it the same. Go home, have dinner have a good rest and just really focus on getting a good rest and being prepared for tomorrow morning. Keeping my hands warm. Yeah, how to handle this all day, but I don't think they help to be honest. Now it was brutal I think of the tea with this west wind. There's not many holes you get straight down when they're straight into the wind you get lots of crosswinds and can get quite tricky into the greens. Hitting different shapes and trying to judge a wind dried as well. Now I think preparation, I think it's not going to be as windy tomorrow, so typically here on Sunday, especially the back 9. You can use plenty of greens to your advantage and have plenty of birdie opportunity. So again, to stay aggressive into the greens and just keep it in quality shots. I think the front 9 out here can you can get away from you pretty quick, I think you have to stay really patient through the front. There is a couple of birdie opportunities, but I think the back 9 tomorrow is where, you know, obviously where the tournament will be decided, but typically there's plenty of pins in bowls and yeah, you can give yourself plenty of looks if you hit in a sheffler and Smith tea off at two 40 p.m. Sunday. As I previously stated, despite scheffler's tremendous performance through 54 holes, Tiger Woods has been the story of the 86th masters. On Saturday he shot a 6 over 78, the worst round he's ever carded here. Afterward, he spent some time with the media, and I asked him what he hopes he showing the millions and millions of golf fans watching the masters. About perseverance about determination about never giving up. Exactly what you just said. Never give up. Always chase after your dreams. And I fight each and every day. Each and every day is a challenge. It presents each and everyday presents its own different challenges for all of us. And I wake up and let's try to start to fight all over again. Today was a challenge with the conditions, the conditions were tough today. And there were tough yesterday starting out, but at least we got a little bit of a lull at the end. Today has just been bluster all day and yet in the temperature difference. It was coal starting out. The ball wasn't going very far. It was, I thought it was tough. I mean, some of the other guys might often may not say that, but for me, I had a tough time and I felt like I didn't really hit it that bad. But I had four three positive four putt. I mean, that's just like I hit a thousand pots on the greens out there today. And so that obviously affected the score. You take those away and I have a normal two putts. I might even par for the day. I did what I needed to do ball striking wise, but I did absolutely the exact opposite on the greens. No, I just couldn't get a feel. I mean, I just could not get a feel for getting comfortable over the ball. Posture feel my right hand, my release, I could just couldn't, I just couldn't find it. Trying different things, trying to find it, trying to get something to take in practice strokes and just trying to feel the swing and the putter head, trying to get anything. And nothing seemed to work. Even as many parts as I had, you.

"Movies will forever change and how they use guns and criminal suits, civil suits, and lawsuits will be filed for the next 5 to 6 years. It's not funny, but it is kind of calming. It's not funny at all. But when you stop and think and go, wait a minute, Alec Baldwin is responsible for putting people on this movie who were scabs and in doing so, he put someone in charge who wasn't ready for the job of ultimately loading a gun that he was gonna fire. So yes, you have to blame him in a large sense. I'm not calling him a murderer. You wanna say it's manslaughter? Yeah, I totally understand that. There was no criminal or evil intent. But the blame has to fall somewhere and I think Hannah Gutierrez read and this guy hauled the first AD or fucked their careers are ruined and Baldwin's career is gonna suffer for a long, long time. You know, Hollywood liberals, they love Alec Baldwin, we know this, and if anybody can come back from this, he can because of all the backing he has. But Hollywood liberals, they rail against guns, yet they make movies with guns. They hate cops yet they use security gods on private details. They hire inexperienced armorers and assistant directors and they neglect safety trainings and protocols. They overwork their crews, they generally have little respect for proper gun handling on their sets. And what's happened at that New Mexico ranch is going to be known as a very harsh and cruel lesson for all of Hollywood to have to go through. But tough shit. It had to happen and it's happened. Let's see if they change their ways. But boy, these people weren't paid for three weeks. They couldn't get the right lodging. The COVID-19 protocols were all messy, so they walked off the set. Ultimately, that's on Alec Baldwin's shoulders. Even before the gun was fired, he was fucking up. You know why? He was in a hurry. Low budget movie on to the next thing on to the next thing. I'm a tough guy. I'm an alpha male. I'm combustible. I know

"Never aim at anyone and always treat the gun as if it's loaded. But we don't know what the shot was yet. What was he asked to do in the script? Was it one of those shots which I've heard it may be with a camera is shooting right down the barrel of the gun in which case there is typically a sheet of almost bulletproof glass. I forget the name of right now, but they placed that in front of the camera lens. And if he was supposed to pull the trigger in that type of shot, well, that would explain how that live round went right through the cinematographer's chest and entered the shoulder of the director behind her. But we don't really know yet because the media, if they have asked that question, they haven't gotten an answer yet. What we do know is that there was a live round in the gun. And remember, there is no such thing as prop guns, old guns are guns. I've handled guns three times in the 9 movies I've worked in. It's pretty much a lot. That's the third of my anyhow. I fired them twice. Once I used the shotgun to fire into the trunk, we were doing a short film, which was really funny called script fellas, which opens up in the same way Goodfellas did with Ray Liotta driving the car, De Niro in the passenger seat, and Joe Pesci in the back with the great Frank Vincent dying in the trunk. And when he starts banging around the trunk, they pull the car over. And it was me and Al sapiens. I forget who played Joe Pesci sounded just like him. And we basically did imitations of that scene. Seeing word for word line for line, the same car, the same lock, the same shot, the director stole it and did it exactly the same. And I'm the guy who fired the shotgun into that body in the back in the trunk. Along meeting took place before that. I was gun safety. I remember it was cold. We did it in apple Orchard. I wasn't even in LA, maybe a year. I hadn't known the land yet, where we were, but man, that meeting was so goddamn important. I'm thinking, all right, it's blanks. What the fuck's gonna happen? I didn't know all these things could happen. I mean, I know about John Aaron pets and Brandon Lee. And I'm like, I'm gonna do a show on John Ericsson tomorrow. I knew about that, but still, it wasn't gonna happen to me. I'm not even aiming at him. I didn't even tell the left. I'm not gonna kill the guy, but whatever. It's a long meeting. And I remember the last time I had a gun, that was wielding an unloaded shotgun that some hostages I took in a diner and a film you'll never see, I can't find it.

"It's why there's no wonder a guy like chuck zito, the vice president of the hells angels and a man with more than a couple of horseshoes up his ass, knocked us both out in the back room at the same strip club on different nights. Now that night had I hit my head right after his right hand smashed me on the button by my chin, if I hit my head and died, then that horseshoes luck would have run out on old chuck. But his tough associate Johnny C, caught me and let me down easy on the cement floor. Now, Alex Baldwin and I never had a fight. But we had words as far back as 1983. I'm studying with my acting coach and New York City, wonderful old Russian woman Mira stover taught Monte cliff, you know, talk Brando a bit, but mainly Monte cliff and Baldwin was one of the actors who'd come to Mira's class to stay sharp to work on a particular part or a scene. And then, you know, he'd mix in with us newcomers, the up and comers, the nobody's. The nobody who believed just as he had that they too could be a somebody. Because at the root of all this anger and combustion is what really is with Marlon Brando delivered in the backseat to Rod Steiger and on the waterfront. Remember Charlie milloy Rod Steiger doesn't look. Can I know how much your way? Slick, okay? When you wait, one in 68 pounds, you were beautiful. You could have beaten Billy Kahn. And that skunk we got for a manager for you. He brought you along too fast and Terry malloy, the beautiful brand on the back seat. It wasn't him, Charlie was you. That night in the garden you came down to my dressing room and told me kid this singular night we're going for a price on Wilson. You remember that? This ain't your night. I could have taken Wilson apart. So what happens? He gets a Tyler shout out doors and a ballpark with a leg. One way tickets to palooza though. He was my brother, Charlie. You should have looked out for me a little bit. You should have taken care of me just a little bit so I wouldn't have to take them drive to the store then money. I have some bets down for you. You saw some money. You'll understand. This is everything guys. I could have had class. I could have been a contender. I could have been somebody instead of a bum, which is what I am. Let's face it. It was you, Charlie. A lot of us in that class felt that way and acting was a way up and out from whatever weight we felt we were under. I know I'm getting off the point and listen. So Alex sat in one day in the class, the class was fucking $10 a day. We $10 for three hours of acting with an amazing coach. Three hours, ten bucks. Just your

"And his mother and father literally had no say. If Jerry said, open house at my house, Saturday night, bring your own beer, it was open house. His parents had absolutely no say. They were a little Italian immigrants and Jerry just lorded over them. And every time Jerry threw a party, he'd have these two big cans that we had to put our beer caps in. He insisted on it. It is crazy he was. There was no beer capsule out on the lawn in the backyard. Not on the patio. You put the beer cap in one of the barrels. And when I tell you these barrels, these big drums were a filled up of caps. I ain't lying. Every two or three weeks has gotten a little bit house. And his thing was, Jerry had this big old oak tree in his backyard. Jerry lived in the north side of the tracks. North of Utah, north of util drive. It was a different type of west Iceland. I live south in the traps like Mike. We lived south of montauk, south of sunrise highway. As you win more south, there was more money because the canal and the bay, the great south bay in the hospital and the library. Everything was there. Not that we had any money, but you know, I might grow up with some money. His father did very well, but we didn't. But we just barely survived in this bucolic neighborhood. You go north north of sunrise highway, now you're talking about the kids, you know, leather jackets, dung to be jackets, they smoke and play handball, they smoke weed. Jerry is one of those kids. Jerry would at the beginning or middle of his party when he thought it was right. He would climb this giant oak tree. I'm talking 30, 40 feet in the air. Easy, easy guys. Easy. I got 50 year old tree. First, he would put on shirt after shirt after sharp until he had about 8 layers of shards, including a coat. It didn't matter if it was July or December. He'd climb this tree, he'd like, he'd like nailed some planks of wood so he could step up it in the beginning, and then he just went up the limbs like a monkey.

Are ones that have hops. That give more of those kind of tropical aromas. So they've still. They've got a good mix hops where you get a bit the tropical illness but you still have a solid bitterness to them and they are more opaque the west. I've enjoyed recently All i gotta say. But since this thing excels at like forty degrees it'll just turn ripped through from a tation and be generally clean with at the lower end of like like of its temperature. Which is you know mid twenties but at the higher thirties and even in the forties like even the forty five. I heard It's just a little bit of fruit. I've heard i had heard someone trying to try to describe it as kind of being mushroom me so it may be able you pick up mushroom me because this guy's the mushin' connoisseur but that's the thing i feel like there's a lot of things that like the sensory experiences very Is very unique to every individual right like everyone has kind of certain things that are more or less sensitive to right. Like i know people who are dicillo blind or even one of the other Flavor actives like one. My my old head. Brewer was like really able to get that kinda i think. It's the cheerios flavor. Out of. certain sours right so it was helpful because then like all right well you you're able to detect it but i we no other people detected we can then let that beer mature that little longer needs a super interesting. Yeah that's pretty cool. Because you're like combining group talent to create a mega beer. Pretty much ray. That's pretty neat to think about your taking everybody's kind of subjective flavors in what they take away from a beer and you're trusting that of the person that they're tasting what they're tasting and you can bring all of your individual tastes into creating a pretty bomb product probably should pop out Now i know we just came to say hello and thank you for being the phone. Here and Answering our beer questions so you guys got it happen and well good man thanks. I feel like we don't have a lot of like recurring segments on this podcast. I mean we have one segment that's recurring. Everybody loves but we haven't gotten to that yet we will get to that and it is definitely the the best segment of the show. But i felt like. I wanted to introduce a new segment of the show. That may or may not be recurring. We'll see what you know. The people in japan think about think about this when the two people listening. They're here it Way more than two. Okay now. i'm getting nervous. It must have. You got be a farm. Things are more people listening in japan than that. We can fit into our ten in the gazebo. So i'm just saying okay. Okay i like this. I like this okay So the segment I'm cleaning this or that. Basically i'm going to give each of you kind of two options there the related to each other. "To i was so we got to set this up a little bit more. Like you say like two liter like the thing is you grew up in cornell so is this like your dad's leg cider that he made or like neighbors. No okay well. What do you eat my dad's hey how's it cordell thing now cornell cider you gotta be brunette and your basement subways leaders. Where are you getting to leaders aside from. Oh he's talking the the two leaders to grow a two liter sciatica. Yeah so you would get like in high school. You know because it's cheap and broke high school kids. It's like okay. I'll use a little extra foods. money to Purchase ten dollar to leader of of growers cider which is like seven and half percent or something and it is just straight. Sugar like is horrible for you but you know it A high school dance which is probably normally very awkward. Makes fun i mean mine was cheap. Vodka and jeep ram amine admiral nelson. That will do you literally admiral nelson spiced rum. It sounds so suspect at her room. You have it's like it's trying to convince you it's so much better than it. Is liter bottle five bucks. What how is that is super says. It was totally trying to rip off. Captain morgan gave was like Yeah i need to find the label this entity you guys but yeah like it was totally the knockoff. Captain morgan which is like the knock office sailor jerry's right so like how many knockoffs down do you get your kid. I wonder if there's a knockoff of admiral as well. that's the one that's maiden something. That's lieutenant dan after that lieutenant. Dan's bathtub room. Yeah my grandma. In europe she had a farm or like a garden but pretty big like a cottage on it and everything do very different things farm. No she plants a couple tomatoes card between farm and garden. Okay there's such a big arranged between those two things to me. It's just one size in between there. There's a farm actually urban farm then like probably everyone in vancouver would know. You're saying yeah so this is probably like i don't know two acres of land so we're talking about a plot. Then no you go farm. You go lot plot backyard garden. I don. I don't know if we need to get caught up in his terminology but probably like a two acre piece of land where she's got all sorts of she had a big vineyard there with grapes and then some fruit trees and stuff but she would always harvest all plums especially for a drink that people make in slovakia called evita and she would then give these two. I think one of the local the neighbors there was in the business of turning people's plums into slivovitza for them. So she would get a whole whack of this booze back. And it was kind of more or less homemade. I would imagine by this person but in slovakia we have these mineral waters to they come in these two liter bottles and they're just so something about it. The flavor is so unique and you can only get it from these mineral water. So i always have a soft spot for these and i remember once. My dad went back to slovakia for a visit and he came back and he started unloading his suitcase. And i noticed two bottles of this mineral water. And i was like oh sweet i wanna take a drink so i like pick one of these up crack the lid right open and they're just clear liquid inside rate so it's gotta be mineral water. That's what it says on the label..

"Clean again. Just like in panic. Meanwhile hits a waxing gibbs moon outside if if you're not getting this reference while we're trying to paint you this weird picture on the podcast definitely look this label on the dagger at website or go out and get the beer for yourself. I would suggest that does dagblad sell much canada wide. Do we know or they stay at your local cans make tell burner but it's still very local. Yeah i feel like they probably sell us stuff pretty quick here. yeah man. it's like would have been last summer. I was in that tasting room just ages ago. I was there not long ago but we sat on the they had a little patio outside out front. Nice little heaters going. I eventually want to go to one of their anniversary parties. Where they just have like look. Have you been one of those where they have just outside with our air. Remember you when we went on yet. Best anniversary parties ever. Yeah what do they do. I haven't been to one of the Since they're in that like industrial complex with the large parking lot They fence off their back area. Because they're in the kind of the back area that parking lot and so it's like an extended patio out there so they get a license for the day and Yeah you're basically out there and block party with bands and stuff and you're hanging out in the back Like in the actual like brew house and then of course it can go into the tasting room as well but it's funny because like nobody wants to hang out in regular tasting room parties outside. I remember when baghdad was just the little space next door like like five stools. Yeah and it was a you walk in and you. You're open the door. And you're guaranteed to hit somebody in the back with the door because already four people in there. And that's all it can especially in winter to like everybody's in there and they're finally all nice and warm than you're the guy that come in philip your growler standing there at the door open and then they had the kind of spillover sort of in the space right next door as the entrance to their little where they do. The actual brewing animus to picnic tables. That were kind of wobble yet and then you can also put your beer down on like a stainless steel gurney table there. I'm sure that they use for pushing stuff around the burri. Yeah that was cool. But they've they've come a long way in their their new space is pretty beautiful and their beers are still great. So they're doing good. There's something so cool about that though we're like you go in there and you're like it so small. There's only a couple stools here. There's something so cool about that. Yeah felt like Like you've stumbled upon a jam a yeah and you definitely have and i think they're doing a good job of still keeping it that way like they're they're still quite small and like you said the cans maybe make it out. Tell bird of at. That's pretty much it. It's pretty exclusive product and like That was back in the day to before they had the sidewalks from the skytrain to they're like you had to walk through the muddy grass when.

"In our k. Bar get well. No there's another bells and whistles. Yeah there's a second location that's Opened up a it up. But i mean while i'm looking at up. Shall we opened a beer. Which should we start with the solo house party or they i i think we should do dagblad cider and than category good idea look is this our first Like weekend recording now infamous sunday night right but Like not a school night. Yeah this is our man. Yeah no school tomorrow. Because our previous episodes. Mary rose taped on a thursday. Yep that was a fairly tame episode. I would say in terms of alcohol consumption I mean there is a big beer aroma. Going on this today. So i don't know what this smell is and i quite like it and i get it from quite a few different beers but it's almost like bill is by the way out cheers. It's almost like this. Dry sort of dryness that. I equate to like a new book smell. Yeah i would say that's definitely malt heavy on the nose. They're like little new book on the nose as loot. This one's a page turner. Would you say i would. That's what we should say when we're having a couple of beers just hey we're turning a few pages tonight. Boys turn pay after if this is seven and a half percent. Yeah this is one of the sneaker solo solo house parties for sure like yeah this does not taste like it's i mean i feel like this is something we say. People say this doesn't taste like this percent but so many beers now like are good at hiding. The alcohol percentage as. They're just good beers. So i don't know i feel like i say that but then like why don't even know what seven and a half percent taste like. It's not really a flavor but you think you should just know when you're drinking something that is of a higher percentage that like you know it's like a little warning you know take easy but a lot of beers nowadays. They don't have that. No and i mean You know to be honest. If i wasn't paying that close attention. I was just running into get a few beers. Was like oh yeah. I had that beer last year. That was good. And i grabbed like a four pack of this and just cracked into it. I don't think i would have noticed the The uptick in the they're done well until later..
