"It's probably GonNa be easier for me to share recipes on a blog so that's when I created a blog instead of putting the recipes on there and that's also union need a little bit of an income from this so I created I e book and then that will just kept snowballing onto in Kabul. Can I think to really interesting and really helpful things that you said in a lot of people listening make a side hustle. They WANNA have like a separate business or they want to create something from the Hubby and you said there was two things. You're working on fitness and food economy. You picked the one that you'll national about. I think that's so important is is to pick one thing and really dominate at it. Their nation correctly. Totally the second thing is that this came from a really humble and passionate place. It wasn't you saying I want to become the biggest three D.. Create it and I want to make this much money and it was like I love food. Styling and people want is from me so I'm going to create a different medium when a blog post. That's easier all came from a really authentic place. It was a natural progression natural progression. Yeah it was never plan just following. What people wanted an okay? Let's progress onto recipes and blogs and sharing books. And yet even that little hiccup along the way with you losing that account. I'm sure you speak about it. So lightly Nabet. I'm sure at the time you would have been absolutely devastated. Like ten thousand back back when he started would have been crazy. Numbers have an accountant. That takes time to take so long to to build up so lose. I'm sure Oh that would've liked to send you backwards so far. I quit right there but also I sent. I like doing this. I'm just GONNA try John. Change my name as well. That's what I'm you too else's house in life and created what was that Elsa Fitchburg instagram two thousand housing. When I think of the United because like I'm going to rebrand I don't know how I got to Ellison's wholesome live but I was just like throwing a words together and Stew stew with Elsa thing because again? I didn't think it was going to be a business. I thought it was just going to be a little while studying still so I just kept with that and then and then you look back to Mike. Should I have done it as Elliot will. No I think I think flies will not say we're just talking about this before we started recording and I think it's a nice ring to it. Yeah Yeah I think it's pretty. So how did you because I have done to fitness apex and I've always toyed with the idea of you know doing like a physical book kind of thing but it seems names really scary to me in like intimidating. How did you go from doing your book and then making the decision to not? I'm going to publish book because your books like I was giggling. You lost your in K.. Mart your target be w like you'll bookies everywhere and also saw aesthetic you and I say today by the way Russia she gave us a one being the new. Oh that's GONNA go. That's going to be like a coffee table book because the colors go with uh so did you get an email from us. Actually I had published my own book and that was all going well as a nice little side hustle but I was like thinking about graduating time and it would be so cool to publish a balk. Doc maybe someone would want to publish my able. So I started sending out to publishes my book to say like you know have a look at it maybe published me and there was one publishing house which was was really specific. You had to submit your work on line on the first Monday of every month and it's the only day they'll accept them so I was sitting there. I'd Pu- I'd sent off to a few other ones in and heard nothing back and I'll sitting there waiting for these first Monday of the month to send to this Publishing Coal Penny Millan Plum books which who I'm with and I think a wake before that dight. I received an email from the publishers. Saying hey we found your blog. We'd like to make a cookie and I was like how many rain then then I think I had about one hundred thousand. Wow yeah that's that's cool for them to like. I'm saying this in the most humble way as possible but like Instagram as insane saying these days people have like ten million follows. Five million Louis. That's so cool for them to see potential in a one hundred K.. Platform like I was there. Yup well they actually found. The blog wasn't instagram. They'd just found my blog and seeing the recipes on the blog and going. This is cool. cool that. This is so crazy because I've actually I was waiting at Brittany and my die waiting to submit to you guys and then you found me. I was like it's like exactly and I was obviously like it was. Yeah I think when I published my blog my it was my dream one days to publish a cookbook. So everyone's kitchens so when that happened. I seen that as like a five ten year plan when I got that still the union was like okay. Wow by the way guys going to finish my degree and then we're on but actually wrote it in my last year. Uni that's so good so one thing I'm really interested about about as well is kind of segue but we'll get back to the book. Okay with I know. You don't really like to label yourself but I'm super interested the fact that you ate A vegan plant based Diet correct younger. And you have studied nutrition. I love hearing about these because a lot of my friends eight vacant diet and I have dabbled with in the past. But I'm certainly interested in the fact that you have studied this and you've made the decision for yourself to eight Vegan plant based Diet Sir. Can you tell me why and like you meet some tips and tricks because we just watched the game changes documentary which again. I'm excited to hear your thoughts on but we. We did it for a week and I just I want to hear from your clinical perspective and personal yes active Wadi Eighth way eight while I progressed during uni so when I started doing everything was doing. I was eating a mostly plant-based diet but I still had a bit of everything when you started union leaders aiding like what your family ate like sausages and stuff. Oh Yeah it was your family family Kinda plant based no everything and I started. It was actually my time in the army where I was faced with aiding very different that I was used to cook my own food food and it was very heavy mate and like heavy kabul-based and that's when I was like water feel-good like eating these foods. I want to eight the foods that unused I used to eating. So that's when actually went vegetarian during the purely because all just like the tree matey for me just for personal taste preference not a health thing just a taste reference missiles at Lisa's too much progress to vegetarian. And then the next year I think still chicken and fish eggs seaford but on a pesky Terry he kind of just didn't like red red meat really and then it was in unique that I started to cut back on things really slowly so like a lot of people jumping into a Vegan Pie by style overnight. And they're all excited and passionate about it and then they find it hard because of jumped into it and they don't have the skills and they don't really know what they're doing they struggle and run out too quickly and then they just pull back and go. It's it was too hot for me whereas my progression of years made it easy because I'll slowly just like you know removing the chicken and just ate fish and then I'd remove the fish and then have a flak you know the fake meets like the taste like chicken. Do you have stuff like that. Will you occasionally. We're we try them occasionally because they convenient and they pretty tasty but then not something I would recommend. Yeah not food crude I and not a whole foods. They're not so. Would you say a lot of your eating style is because of the way it makes you feel any clinical is because at union I learnt at this happens to my buddy and like or is it just because you feel good bit of Barth. I mean what I was learning at union was that Australians really do not eat enough for in Veg- I think think wanting twenty adults gets the recommended serves like five hundred zero Veg to says effort wanting twenty. That's nothing now problems with obesity and all the lifestyle diseases was like. Wow we're obviously doing stuff wrong. And obviously what I was learning wasn't completely it's not focused plant based and that's what else can varies. The Standard did USTRALIAN guidelines and is that toughest. Well because I when I went out of school I wanted to do nutrition but I didn't because I thought it would make me angry because I I didn't agree with the food. Pyramid like it needs to be updated bulk of it is like your bread pasta rice and then take serves of. I think six of grains the sixth breath today yeah and that's honestly was the deterrent to me. I cannot study this one. I don't believe in the exams that I'll be doing. Did you find that really hot. I like when I was like tossing out what to study. I went for the dietetic degree because I knew working like the medical industry because I initially obviously wanted to hospital system and stereotypical path for Dietitian. And I thought I can't really guy through the courses just nutritionist. That term isn't protected. Anyone can do an online course for two or three weeks on nutrition and call themselves and nutritionist protected. It's just a it's a word you can just use it I I didn't I separate degree dietetic. When you're Dietitian you'll also nutritionist? But you're also all sorts of teaching. You can work in the hospitals. And you can get Medicare rebates so I just thought you heat one course like you did nutrition dietetic it has aspect respect of trading disease with Diet right whereas nutritionists more just broadly nutrition right and it's an extra year university but this is is coming to me. It was like coming to make me more legit on the market. Because there's a lot of people out there who blogs nutritionists and who knows where they got the you know. I'm rethinking everyone. Now who calls himself. I have trust issues now. With everyone impressionist he's more trendy so I do tend to use it like like health coach a health coach that you say okay. Okay Sir one thing we love to ask everyone on the podcast is what is your morning. broody require Specifics like you can tell me like the products you use that time you wake up like Gimme the juicy before you answer that. "Knowing what motivates you enshrouded implement their strategies and that also sometimes giving yourself tough love but I try both strategies. Yeah that's good am nothing that really works for me is to be super organized in terms of having all the clothes out Out into shoes an action. Not Looking for socks or anything like that. Do you really do that. I do that on Youtube. And I'm like I just yeah I have an because my job is active where I have like an active wet cupboard so I love every morning like open up my type store and my crop drawer my sock drawer like I. I have them all situated. That's like I love that. Yeah so yeah so you are. Yup I don't wear no clothes no dark because like I I put on normal chlorides. It means I'm not training that day. No joke like I wakeup. I Fade Fox getting active wear and then normally I go straight to the gym. But if I already know who I'm superfly. I'm definitely not going to the gym. That's only days. I wear normal quotes. I'm always inactive always. It's sad that nothing. I think it's very unbranded but accidentally yeah and nothing is perfect. So and how comfortable edible so rather be in your. I'm not IOS looks very I was saying before you look up lounge locks. It's like Kinda pajamas style but like Bucci. I like it. Thank you thank you. I think rather manuals. I'm about to talks. Getting tides on in the first place is a workout. So let's move on to food for these modern world where it's easy to do a berates or fast food and and somewhere in the world. I saw that it was the national whatever it was I think in. US National Fast Food Day an hour. "Don't go as planned the power surrounding yourself with inspiring empowering positive city. People that if you find your passion you'll purpose will follow and so much more. Sarah is such inspiration. So let's get right into it. Hi Sarah to hey so much for joining me on their dream left podcast. Thank you for having me. I am super excited and before we jump into into all the amazing things that you are doing our love to know. Did you have any dreams as a child. Did you become something obey something. When I saw saw many ceremony like it started from? Oh my God I am literally the worst thing I ever like. I'm turned off but when I was younger I feel like everyone thinks they're during amazing singer so I would walk around the store singing hoping that. That would be someone to poach me out. I'm going to be the next Britney Spears and then I was like no no. I'm going to be an actress so I would walk around a clothing store. Like target being really dramatic and saying. Oh Mom I call on up that skirt thinking someone was going to perch me in say she needs to be an actress and then I wanted to be tate job because my mom was a preschool teacher. I just I had so many different dreams and the older I got I kind of adapted them into what I thought was really steak and I guess that's where my dreams started to become more plans rather than dreams so when I was really young. Yeah I guess it was more acting and singing. But I'm just the worst thing. So it really has no relevance at old allow that so how do you do then getting to. What are you doing today? So another dream I guess I had. I always loved making movies so when I was little I would like sneak into our land. German steel family came quota. Occur Doc in here and my dad would get so mad because I can't tell you how many times I accidentally overrode Olek tight. Our family videos with my stupid movies my heart movie so what I would do is I would do a a stop motion movie with Bob Dole. So you know how you click a Bob Dole and then you pause and you play and you move them and it looks like they moving moving. I will do that over and over again and I said I'm going to be a direct a one day. I'm going to direct a movie and then when I got older I thought no I'm going to behind the scenes and I'm going to work for like Fox News or Fox sports and I'm going to film the Sport and someone who I knew industry basically said because you're female is not going to happen really yep and and I was like. I didn't even get offended. This was when I was in high school. I was like all K- like thanks for being real with me. Thanks and I just gave up on that dream so in the background. I always loved editing and I loved filming and I loved everything to do with creating story on film and watching things but how my youtube channel I guess came about was Sup- authentic had nothing to do with editing. It was more. I was suffering with hormonal acne. My skin ruled my life every day. I I would wake up out feel my skin onto the bumps on my skin and it would dictate my day would determine how I felt it would dictate who I talked to what I did in the day. Sometimes I would just not even go oh to work because I was so self conscious. Yeah so I started trying to treat my acne whole my acne naturally through food and lifestyle factors and I was documenting committing it on instagram and people commenting optime really specific questions on instagram. And to be honest I got over applying so I was like. Oh my gosh so much to type like how do I even tell them everything. I'm doing in a comment back. So I said you know what I'm going to curate. I'm GONNA find all of the most questions and I'm just going to film a video Atlanta film video. I'm I'M GONNA find a platform to put it on so I sat down in my bedroom with like even even been my Mac my Mac video recording and I said Hey guys my name Sarah I have hormonal acne acne. This is what I'm doing to trade. It and I had recently found out about youtube. It wasn't even a thing that I didn't know there was youtubers per se I uploaded. How did this video about my hormone acne trading naturally and before? I knew it. All of these people started watching the video. I wouldn't say when viral but it was so much more popular then I had anticipated so I kind of thought okay. This is cool like maybe I could do more with this channel. But I've just randomly made to answer a comment and long story. Short short people just started asking. What's your fitness routine? What is your day to day life? Like give us a skin. Update and it just kind of snowballed from there are a love that so tell for anyone who is listening and might not know by because we have a lot of Lee so slow but eat. What kind of things doing now I hate that would also thanks? No not not at all because I feel like a lot of people use it just like now this so many negative connotations with the word influence. Like I feel like you think of it. MARV like a Bimbo instagram girl. I also also you as an entrepreneurship thinking for people. It's a really amazing platform platform in terms of getting a global business or a global message. Argh lectures you have done so. That's why I've quantity because you are influencing so many substantial so I see that as a very positive thing but for anyone listening who might want to have a message must have a problem like yours or something that really passionate about something that's breaking their heart and and then changing for anyone who is out there in terms of one to do similar things to you. What are your tips so maybe I will start with the question that I had actually? Hey how are you actually doing. Because you're doing so many more things than uncovered so for anyone who doesn't know who I am. Essentially I would tidal myself as a youtube. Because that's predominantly what I spend most of my time on and that is where a lot of my success has come from yet so my top priority is youtube. I create blogs. I do videos. I do skincare tips. I tried it. I do video every single week before I had a baby. I did video every three days but just right now with my schedule every week and then I also have my instagram program. I have like an email platforms. Have all of those kinds of things but on top of that. I have built Sarah's Day into brand so Sarah's Day was just the name of my instagram which have been turned into the name of my youtube and now it's an actual company so Sarah's day we have I have to actively collections. I Have Pajama Collection. I have your sunglasses collection. I have more collections coming out at the end of this year and the start of next year which watch this space I also have body bloom. which is my in a health beauty powder that came from my past with hormonal acne? So I take that every single morning I have got to books. That's really where a lot of my success came from my to fitness Abelson Sir eight-week lifestyle challenges and they the first able he can do all at harm. It's no equipment and the second one you just need some dumbbells and bench. I have a big cooking projects that I'm working working on for launching which will launch a much next year. Oh this exciting superb. Really nerve wracking. But I'm sorry passionate about food and health. That's it's real. I love fitness or get me wrong but my passion is health and cooking and being in the kitchen like earlier we talked about. What's your ideal day to day for me in the kitchen? I'm such a grandma. I JUST WANNA be recipe development. That's what I love to do all I come on a cookbook lava like that's what I do on Sundays days. I also have a new skin care. Line it's bodycare lines. We've got a natural jeter putty because I'm I really believe in natural products natural skincare. So we've got natural deodorant putty we have natural body butter and exfoliating and a massage bothell post workout recovery. I think that's everything. Oh my goodness if I forget something that you feel so bad but I think that's everything I have. I love that you know. So we're GONNA come back to how people can get into it. But when I met You I met on a Kiki K.. Sleep richer and you had so much energy in some way. I saw myself a little bit younger than me. And you had all the energy and I kind of forgot how it is to have much origin and Sahadi actually do all these new mom as well but Maybe we'll pause mama mom but how do you actually do food because we can come back to that a little aspects of my job and that's the hard thing because a lot of people will just watch my channel and a lot of the days that I've logged. It's a day that I've planned planned to have off per se. I will just do something. That's interesting for the blow you know. Have a day off where I'm like I might go to Chug at grocery shopping cleaned my room. Id Clutter a little bit so people watch that and being like you. Don't even know busy. Is Michael early. Listing of that stuff goes into the development and the critic strategy in the marketing and the customer service in creating attainment having maintenance we take so I am very busy but I am a huge plan. I I love being organized and I love this like we previously talked about this. I'm a huge list makeup and recently I've got into batching so learning I need to say no is something that I find really difficult but has helped me so much and it's not a bad way to say no but just batching my time so if someone says hey ah I need to have a meeting about the active recollection white folks might call me and say hey we need a meeting I say totally fine. I understand early do meetings on Monday. And that's it's just how I have two babies days so I tried to organize my time. I sit down on a Sunday and I think okay. Monday is mating week. Tuesday is podcast day. Wednesday is filming Diet Thursdays Editing Day and Friday. I have a meeting with my team and we organized arrested the week. So being organized is the key to success in my opinion union and in my experience. And it's hard because Kerr an I cut my pot and he's also a content creator and we separate companies and essentially I will contract talked him to work on my projects so we work very very differently but we often have meetings and I tried to schedule Him and make him organized because we we need work like clockwork but yellowed of my life is done by our say. It's twelve o'clock sorry. GotTa hang out with a bigger edit. So it's Kinda have to be cut throat throat. Yeah be flexible but also selfish in a way that I might. Hey I have a meeting today because it's my day. Yeah and I think that's really kept like I do something where I call the generic week where I have exactly that so you actually really focusing on the important things because otherwise you can just be consumed especially when you're dealing with customers because that could take a lot of time but actually focusing on absolutely also being a creative when people just want to pick your brain they like. Hey can I take you to copy and pick your brain Mike Beard. But I don't have time for that. I'm working on my art marketing strategy my new collection. So it's hot Kaden something. I'm going through right. Now is just finding the balance between a social life being a mom being present in my of logs enjoying my blogs and running owning a business because at the end of the day. This so much going on. I need to be so much more organized than I ever have been. Yeah I think saying no and being really clear on out your priorities Vacate yes fish. Today's even when I was younger even like loss. Gee I would feel so bad saying no and I would makeup excuses outside all I would love to but I've got this. Blog drew law. I would really over complicate the reason why and the other day this really Nice Lady invited me to essentially it was like a club We'd love you to come and I said to be completely honest. I'm probably not gonNA come because at seven p. m. i. dismayed snead alone time and she said to me she goes. You don't know how refreshing that is to..

"We have so much that would be nice to use this thing to help us. And then you're like, it doesn't deal with concatenation or server side state or third party Java script or API's, or then there's Nali confict for this thing. I don't know. It just seems like a lot of technical just toss it at the end of a privately. I think that would be very painful. For sure. Because like you said, you just have no way. First of all, you have no way of knowing if it removed on used classes until you go to that obscure corner of your site that you're visitors don't actually go and see that it's totally broken because one class that was generated by concatenation column from database with something else stripped out of your CSS. Right? There's no tests suite that you probably have. That's gonna fail because as much as there are tools out there for taking snapshots and making sure that like the visual output didn't change when you deploy site or whatever. I literally have never met a single person who actually has that in their CI process or whatever. Like I know the tools exist, but I don't know anyone who actually uses it. So. Yeah, no, you're totally right that throwing it into project later that wasn't like authored with that in mind. Would scare me and would be a risky proposition. There's good article about this which is on from Sarah day. And yeah, you certainly about about it. That was like. It took it took in consideration these educators which I liked, you know, it was like, why use purge? And it made some choices. But I know there's x. y. z. that it's going to get wrong. So I fixed XYZ which is cool. And I'm glad that I was just good to read an article like that that like kind of admits that there's stuff that this thing can't do that you have to then can configure, and I think that's great. But it also means that whatever whatever you did there, that new configuration has become like something that eyeballs gotta beyon- forever. Yes project. Yeah. So, yeah, it's a, it's a tricky. It's a tricky thing, and that is probably my biggest. The thing that that doesn't like bug me the most, but because we have a solution for greenfield stuff at least, but that is definitely like an annoying part of this approach to to styling things is there's not a great way to to prevent the Stasi don't want to us from being generated in the first place. You have to strip it out after the fact. And that's when things start to get Harry like you're talking about, right? So that's why things like CSS j. ASA, interesting to me and a lot of ways because that does tackle tackle that problem a little bit in terms of not generating assess that you don't need while still giving you like an API where I could see a world where one day I make a tailwind j. s project that is like an abstraction on top of a motion or something, and just gives you all these little helper functions to generate padding, whatever. Following, like your your.

"My photography i take i take beautiful photos how do i start my how do i become a photographer how to become a photographer okay obviously on the physical side i'd be like yeah he should probably let get an instagram and we live in a social decade we live in a social environment so it's like you the best way to market yourself in my opinion is yes what mouth but social media is insane but like you said bring it back to the y and you need to be passionate so it's like you need to have something a little bit special about new ob a little bit more enthusiastic more passionate there's like it's like home westall's there are so many homeless stores what makes one better than other a what makes one coconut coconut water for instance all coconut water tastes the same but why do you lane to warn grand meal yeah it's like maybe the advertisements a more enticing because they have a y behind it because as gills laughing while they drink it makes you feel like you get coconut what are your order with photography i would say with your instagram what's what's the photography style you love and yours is lifestyle and like back lighting and everything you want to try to connect a emotion to everything you do and if it's making people happy everything you upload everything to do with your new business it should make people happy i don't know if that makes sense but i think you need to have a y a raisin behind every business though hundred percent we both live by that and like have surrounded everything that we do with the why because we love that that whole even my made up some things like that like the raisin i do my made up is to mate you guys and give back and like safe face to face it's like there's no other reason it's i don't make money off made ups it's like it's not to promote myself it's not the publicity the why is to meet you guys and give back so every decision you make foil company oil business channel the has to be a data y to it not just because i think a lot of because on the the what what it is and how i'm going to do it and not focus on the y.

"Yeah oh i thought this was a new character georgina brat georgina how two things number one is have a purpose have a goal have like a mission statement so i know that some people just start a channel because they want to be a youtube on what's mission statement so i before you just go on tangent what's the mission statement it's like you're athos your goal of your channel so mine is to encourage girls to listen to their bodies and ada healthy diet and live in a way that maintainable enjoyable and healthy and makes you happy and you wanna make kills happy at the start it was hormonal acne so i think it's fine if your mission statement and your athos evolves but when you start your channel you think okay what's the goal with this channel if it's a fashion channel it's to help goes put up together if it's a comedy channel it's to make goes loft make boys love if it serve relationship channel it's to like help people find love it's totally fine so have a goal have a clear catholic recall the y the y turtles combined why why have you started this channel and that also be consistent so have like i love that we say be consistent and we haven't like uploaded into but with your youtube channel i found one thing that actually grew by followers a lot which i didn't really mean to it's just like i just had more time was being consistent so i applaud every three days on my youtube channel but yeah it's like upload once a week upload every fortnight upload every tuesday and every thursday i know that's like gentle models used to do that gentle models is like youtube princess she's like amazing and should be like okay guys like should wrap it up by saying i put every tuesdays and thursdays and everyone knew that everyone knew that say if you'd log onto youtube you get a gentle models if is the festival lucky you tape shows and television they they're going up every night is on so you'd book time out in your washer then you become a pot of people's retain no that's i like that too the reason why i said let's call you'll why because only expanding sat into career so now let's just talk let's talk for example all want to stop.

"A like that that note about being confident i think that works across anything anything if you're if you're going for job interview if your like picking up a client for i have a client meeting just be confident get into that burn it's like what i said to tell my little sister lucky guys nice she's an artist and she was like all i'm not as good as this person i'm not as what is this i know you're in your own lane own lane and be confident in your work it's like picasso picasso was doing this really out they weed out whip that wasn't even considered off at the time but if you just remain confident and you stand by your work people stop believing in your vision you know what i mean and it slept drive people like evans he has gotten so much hate for paleo but now finally some people are coming around and saying oh my gosh like you're onto something he's like yeah i'm sticking confident only because the hate is coming off to me i'm not going to be shaded by this you know you'll confident in your urn field in your own lane stick to your lane have tunnel vision no yo goal and go full zone ian suzy asti enthusiastic not cookie that's it i like it you know like people actually people tell me all your overly enthusiastic you overly no sign is such a thing i'm like you'll passion you do like an i've been told that once before by somebody about my photography like youtube enthusiast to passionate is no such thing doesn't make sense why why can't you be passionate about what you're doing whether that be fitness routine or whether that be a korean thing or just a little hobby that you have just be passionate about everything and i think it's like some people just don't vibe off overly extroverted people like i totally understand that blackout work with all kinds of people because i am really loud really bubbly like i like to be mobile with my ideas and i use my hands and i'm just and his skill and i totally know that but that's just how the best sorry i feel i can go into this is great this is great because it's even.

"Part of the story however and you keep talking and it's not awkward but if you get all quit and you like and then in world war two everyone audience pills awkward so i was like i'm going to be confident and even the people around me in the stole will fill it as because i'm confident and i know what i'm doing and i'm deaf for a purpose and i still try to say that to myself and it still sometimes hard but if i'm confident and i don't make eye contact with the person who's staring at me from behind my camera judging me in like the asian food i'll it's fine so with your tunnel vision tunnel vision in plenty tunnel tumble into no yeah okay i do okay so i guess a lotta these questions are relevant because i have done some youtube being myself and i totally agree with you it is awkward as soon as you said that camera up in front of you it's because it's not a human connection with the camera it's just such an awkward thing to do it's not natural to me it's not true but at the start it's like and i found this with you at the start i loved having you i've logs but maybe in the first couple you would change a little bit and so our told off my camera and say you are the most amazing human i've ever met when i click record just totally be yourself because that is so much better than the camera version of you and now uso authentically kurt that like what you say on camera is the exact same when the camera's not rolling and i feel like that's was the hottest thing to kind of get my head around is like dart change at all and if you're in a bad mood and you'll blogging you can stay in a bad mood it's okay you don't have to always be that same character all the time.

"On the shopping supermarket loss not we've got awesome guys youtube is because you have camera back in two thousand twelve in a stroller it wasn't a thing so people would just thought i was like sophie yourself and sorta get loft that if you're doing it in public yeah yeah so that was that was oh how did you how did you overcome that what what was the mental who purchase went through your mind like obviously you've got you give slogan confident 'nonquestion you one of them how did that come about in like how did you overcome that mental barrier in public i would i would think about it in two ways number one i would say what is my goal a my goal is to create content that is helpful for everyone and a pot of that is showing my workout so i i would say that in my head say this is going to be helpful when you sit down you'll going to love this footage you're going to hate yourself if you sit down you're about to do an ab workouts i'm almost positive new bail you dope all right like i was like what for your editing do for the editing and then also i created this mantra all this like saying cold tunnel vision like okay i didn't make it up but in my area of work this is what i always live by and i still do it so tunnel vision so it's kind of like you just focused on that goal in a physical sense i would honestly turn off my peripheral vision and i would just like focus on what ahead to focus on my mental state was like dad very focused so i would just try to block out all of the negative thoughts or the embarrassed thoughts that i was having so for instance walking down the aisles of woolworths which is like al grocery store i would think okay sarah tunnel vision just do it it's going to get easier so i'd hold out my camera really confidently and i would say it just be comforted because the more the more confident you.

"Going to film it i put my camera in my room and it was just a sit down chat i put it there i pressed record i was using my cerny five thousand which is the camera i was still using up until a couple of weeks ago when i dropped it so i love that camera and i press record and i i like i was so quid is such an ochre thing and like i always say to kurt and i still kind of have this if you stare down the barrel of a camera for too long i feel like i'm going crazy lives tunnel vision i get like really dizzy and so i pressed record and in my head i was going to be like hey guys look into channel name sarah and i was just like dead if you watch the video purposely not taking it down because like how should i know shame but like i'm a hi guys i suffer with home acme i'm why what time blogging i didn't find it as hot as that video and i'm still kind of like that because i am quite like a bubbly confident person so i really enjoyed flogging and at that time i was with my ex and i liked blogging with someone next to me better i couldn't work by myself you still do actually live it went on round and saying in public i wanted him to be that in my room i didn't really care in my house the only thing i was really embarrassed about was blogging in the gym and i only liked it if he was filming me i like i couldn't set out my camera on a tripod and fill myself like that was just like cringe cringeworthy to me because even then like flogging estrella wasn't really thing nowadays people go like a you will logo it's like people just not yet.

"On your fridge i was like what are you doing siri back to business it kind of depends like if i'm blogging that day it's completely different to a day that i'm editing so usually editing takes up so much more time than blogging because it's kind of like older to editing days and then one blogging day so like an editing day for instance is i get up at six o'clock i'm usually walk you to the station luck yuma we'll grab a coffee and then i usually do emails and like the things i really don't want to do in the morning because i'm like a morning person i'd rather just get it out of the way and then i usually train around like ten am and then the rest of the day i'm in the apartment in the study editing all day and i don't move i don't stand up and that's like also why it's really important that i get intense sessions in because i do not move like i'll sit at my desk all day so i usually do that like two days in a row and then the next day of logo like my usual life like my usual date if i don't have to sit at my computer all day which is like kind of the same it's like i get up i go get kofi nine not hang out i'll play with abby go to the gym i go grocery shopping i just kinda run errands and then usually like make food like recipes and things like that so i can film it and then at the end of the night i edit i'm just always i'm i'm of always editing let's be on know.
