First match since we're on the subject. Of the chamber edge Beth Phoenix versus the Judgment Day Finn Balor Ripley. I'll get my prediction then Cole, you can give yours. Again, simple the match doesn't have to be too long. I think ria has to look strong throughout, shout out to the dudes at what culture, who have a really off the wall, but cool prediction, where it's like, you know what? Rhea has to look the strongest after this, figure out Finn and edge after. But reassured riptide edge advantage. And I was like, but that kind of sucks for edge going into mania. So I don't think you can really do that. But I don't need any cheating or anything else. So now it's kind of like this was supposed to be a really big personal feud and now we're kind of doing it here before ria has to take care of like bigger business. So it kind of puts this match in a weird spot. I'm of the mind that Judgment Day has to get some W's here. So yeah, I think that ending could very well come true where it's edge kind of taking more of the brunt whereas Beth kind of took the brunt of it at extreme rules. So really, I just want to see Finn come out to virtual insanity. That's really all I want. So how do we make that work? Wow. Have you made it? Sorry. Make this match messy. And what I mean by that is, I need some dominate Mysterio interference, and I need ready to come back in this match. I think the best thing you can do is make this as messy as possible without giving us too much of edge and fin, if that's what we're going to do at mania. So if we get a ray run in and the Dominic run in and everybody's just doing crazy shit and then the end of the match is messy, you can go back to edge and fin and be like, they didn't really finish their business. You kind of clearly protect Rhea, I mean, I don't know if Beth's still east to pin, but make this shit messy. I don't want this to be like your typical intergender tag match was like, tag the girl and the girls I'm going to fight each other. I just want this to be messy as hell. That's what I want. But it should lose again and then I don't know it has to be some kind of stipulation. There has to be him and Finn just can't have a match. No. It has to be something else. It's weird because I don't know because Damian priest clearly wouldn't eliminate chamber. What does that leave him? I don't know. We're gonna have their final match. Ever they announced on the show. They're gonna have their final match ever in the third hour at one point eight million viewers and they lost all. These women show is up from last week but is compared to last year's night after the royal rumble. Not exactly a year because that would be unfair but year to year night after the royal rumble. Raw down twenty one percent in viewers twenty four percent in the eighteen to forty nine demo and thirty nine percent in eighteen to thirty four coming off the royal rumble. They raised a whopping four percent over last week. And those are the number so yeah not great but this is the numbers now. This is where we're going to be so it appears that heading forward. It looks like we're just gonna be down twenty four percent year over year going forward. I would not celebrate that. But that's just me and of course i'm biased. Paid by w so you can believe whatever you want but those are the numbers. I'm not paid by anybody. And i can tell you that those aren't the best numbers in the world Well this is it between now and wrestlemainia this is usually where the ratings come back footballer. Not there's interest in the bill to the royal rumble or interest in the bill towards wrestlemainia. Seoul after just see what happens here. There's usually a bump and then there's usually a large drop off no matter what bed post wrestlemainia malays that they usually go through kind of stumble throughout summer so they own start building it up now and they don't start pushing over two million now. Same way he was about 50 50. He did like the first questions in character. And then he did the second half as as the person so sometimes don't go flip. It's all about asking the right questions. So she's the wrong woman champion. She won't be in the rubble batch because the people who are competing in the rubble match Are going to be fighting for opportunity to take on her. So in theory, we could get Oscar for Charlotte, who are the women tag team champions fighting over the wrong women's Championship of WrestleMania. We have Ah, 30 Woman Royal rumble in the 39 Royal rumble two superstars going to start that match up off and every 90 seconds. A new superstar is going to come down to the ring. And then the only way that you're eliminated. There's no pen falls. There's no submission. You have to be tossed over the top rope. And land with both feet on the ground. That's the important caveat is both of your feet have to hit the ground We've seen that ruled the manipulated in the past make you think. Oh, God, Somebody's been eliminated when they really haven't On Ben. Whoever's left standing, they get a world title shot at WrestleMania, and it's a very unique match when it was created like said over three decades ago now and It's the best thing that W W he does every year. This is the big event that I look forward to more than WrestleMania is. Who's gonna win the Royal Rumble? Who's gonna be in the royal Rumble? Are we going to get any legends that appear? Somebody was a big draw years ago his Goldberg but that's the W W E championship match a little bit later. Yeah. Okay, So I have a thing about Goldberg. Right? Like he's a legend. He's the Hall of Fame. She's like 54 years old to 54. He is now going up against Drew McIntyre for the W W a championship and all I could sit here and say, is why Why why he doesn't need it like I'm not saying there isn't a place for Goldberg and W W we anymore, but it's not in the title picture and sterling. They've done this to other times. Already. They brought back Goldberg. I think it was in 2017. And right before WrestleMania. He beats Kevin Owens for the Universal Championship, which Kevin Owens was on the hot run. He was like the top hell in the company. They were getting ready to do him and Chris Jericho in the main event of WrestleMania. And instead they gave it to Goldberg. And then we got Goldberg Brock Lesner again and the main event at WrestleMania. Then fast forward to 2020 last year. Same thing with the scene Bray Wyatt. He's the hottest thing in the company, and they feed him. 2 53 year old Goldberg take the title up of him because they wanted to do Goldberg and Roman reigns at WrestleMania and then because of it concerns Roman reigns dropped out, and they didn't even put the title on him like they wanted to in the first place. So this is the third time now that they're taking the hottest guy in the company who has the W W E champion. They're putting him in a match with Goldberg before WrestleMania Sterling. I don't have a good feeling about tonight. I really, really don't because they can't help themselves. McIntyre's give it up is what you're trying to say to Goldberg and then push that to WrestleMania is the idea. I mean, Goldberg still a big draw, especially for like the older demos and so forth, and that's why he's there. And that's why I'm saying there is a place for Goldberg. It shouldn't be in the title picture. It just shouldn't be. He is well past his prime. His matches are all the same. Now it's a couple of spears if the jackhammer there usually three minutes long. He is a draw and I get that and I get why they want him on the card. But they shouldn't be feeding today's stars to him because you know what if you keep doing that, if you keep doing that built doing that philosophy and putting the undertakers and the Brock listeners and the Goldbergs of the world over and over every year, all of a sudden in 10 years from now, when you don't have those guys to call upon, and the undertakers already have retired now. You don't have those guys anymore. Sterling. You're gonna be looking at a roster full of talented people that aren't over with the crowd and you're going to sit there. You're gonna wonder why on No, that with a course Roman reigns. Who's I mean? He's a pretty big deal at this point in the course. Is that universal champion? What do you think of that? Those two are going to destroy each other tonight, and I'm going to enjoy every second of it. These two guys, these two guys are embroiled in the hottest feud right now in W W way it has been carrying Friday night Smackdown, which is Typically a pretty good show, but a lot of it has to do with Roman reigns and Kevin Owens there, the two top pro Mose in the company right now, the intensity the personal story line that they're telling with these two guys right now is fantastic. They've already had two matches already, and Roman reigns has come out on top in both of those matches. I expect the same tonight. I don't think they're going to take that title off of Roman reigns anytime soon. He's just too dominant. He's too white hot right now and typically You know, your heels tend to have the longer title run anyway. He just won that at paid back back in September. I think it was so I think he's better not taking that title off of him any time soon. WrestleMania, maybe at the earliest. But just because something is predictable, Sterling doesn't mean it's not going to be good. And tonight, Kevin Owens and Roman reigns is going to be really, really good. And who knows? Maybe they pull a shock and they put the strap on criminal in tonight. Regular, you know, does more than news escape wrestling also Does some stuff covering wrestling for them aside from getting in the ring and bumping a little bit, which is pretty awesome, a little bit jealous, to be honest with you about this before we get any further, but in some other big names, a part of it, you have some conversations Peyton Royce Santos Escobar as well. How did that go in and how do you navigate those waters in those conversations when you're talking about the show and how much of that sort of like backstage show stuff like when I worked at the arena and was geeked out about the wrestling? They were still real serious about the case. They've been keeping stuff separate. Now it's a little bit more open. There's good and bad to that, I guess. Yeah, and everybody's different and that's the thing. It's like I have to prepare questions. Both kinds of interviews because I don't know what I'm going to get a case in point Last year, I had a chance to talk to Sonia The bill. That was somebody I was really high on last year, and I still am. Um, you know, she was one of the rising stars last year and was just on a real hot streak with what they were doing with her, and I got a chance to talk to her, and I was so excited to do it. And then she was in character for like. 75% of the conversation, and it just kind of disappoints me when that happens, isn't it? Everybody's choice and that's fine. And I will gladly talk to the character of the person. I don't care which one but I like to get to know the person behind the character. And yeah, and talk about, you know, life behind the scenes and, you know The whether or not they trust you with a microphone or talk about past rivalries and favorite moments and things like that. I love getting to have those conversations with people because they are more open about it today, but You know, it's just like, if you're doing something with me, I would hope that you know you're promoting the product..
