But in any case, David Tech Talk again is the very lucky recipient of our sixth and seventh awards from the Association of Women in Communications, which is over a century old. It is considered probably a grandma of most associations that promulgate women in communications, and they again awarded us to wards one for women's issues at once for quality of our podcasting, so you do. Do not there's this time in between I. Guess we're doing a pretty good job so that was really exciting that happened in you you. Mike were kind enough to publish the press release that went out on July fourteenth in today's July twenty seventh, but for us. That's really big news. Right so really excited about that, and then since I last saw you guys. I guess we published Sandra East Dock. WHO has worked? She comes out of South America. But is a former US citizen now for many years has a very robust and and. Honor career as a an IT leader among many many retailers, and that has gone to do some entrepreneurial thing so I would suggest that anybody who wants to know what it takes. To rise from poverty. she spends the first part of podcasts talking about her childhood, and it is fascinating and some of the things, the challenges she overcame as both a person, and a I would call it a soul. To pursue technology under the most negative circumstances you can imagine and then continued to pursue it now. She's in her late forties early fifties, and has finally started her own company, but she's worked for some of the biggest foes better. She just got another promotion in the fourth quarter of last year. She's doing amazing things as director strategy there but. She voted chapter in a book along with a fairly famous author Jack Canfield. And then on top of that she has launched a smaller version of David Tech Talk Little Ten minute podcasts, and that is called diva tech success with those are sort of size. interviews sort of different from what we do because what we do is close to forty minutes for any given podcast, and is always accompanied with a five or six paragraphs story in in the case of what she is doing right now on the smaller set of podcast. They're very fast. And, they ranch out beyond just what I would call tech leaders, so it's kind of a little branch would detect. Talk has done but it also is is part of her entire, second or third career as a speaker and author. so we take a bit of a hiatus. Also something I WanNa talk about if you guys are kind enough to let me back on August is, I'm in the middle of fight for First Amendment Rights, which I am under muzzle about at the moment, but by the time are August podcast rolls around, and I'm fairly certain. All three of you will agree with what I'm doing. I will be out of muscle and be able to talk about that, so we took a hiatus for those two reasons. It was the third most successful one of these by the way because some of our sponsors while they didn't come went to the Lincoln donated anyway, so the revenue was the third largest we've ever had. We've raised over one hundred eighty seven thousand dollars during companies came in sponsored the event a some SFANTU virtually. And we had all the precautions in place I mean. But how long have you been vegan and how has it affected your your your eating habits. In general i've been vegan for are two and a half years now coming up on three vegetarian before that i was vegetarian for three years before that and i went vegetarian for more for <hes> environmental slash animal cruelty reasons but i was still was eating like shit like all the time like eating a lot of garbage and then i went vegan for more health reasons. I still eat a lot of trash but cutting dairy out. I think the biggest difference <hes> dietary wise mitch's. Just dishwasher is running with what you may have just turned the light. I push a button water. It's me in the head. Now i got a different question as far as the tentacles you use in slender man form. What do those do exactly. I think just scare people they scandal. A lot of barbecue cute chips a lot of carbs recently. I've been gaining weight so i've been going to a like a personal trainer. <hes> like saw nutritionist who didn't know anything really about veganism which made it pretty difficult. A lot of wishes didn't know anything about veganism. It was a nutritionist to be fair alex romario. I did mama mia more spaghetti some pills for your germs. This won't help nope. It was at l. a. fitness and it was just the <hes> fitness instructor. Oh actually know a lot about nutrition and then when it came name tax really giving advice he was like so like you probably wanna try more proteins. Yeah okay thank right wh- wh- proteins are is it tofu tofu's a big one when you're when you're begin right yeah a lot of different nuts in vegetables and protein shakes you go p._b. Right being a butter. I live on peanut butter. I love it so much but it has a lot of sugar though so you have to be careful yeah you gotta be careful..
