"Revenge which sucks. It's not bad. I assume it's not boring right. Boards there's a shark bite. People I think most people making a movie they realize like this this there should be some reason to watch it like it might be bad but it is not boring. I mean some of these are boring for different reasons. But maybe they're just like kinda heavy and slow and that's their intent but this was boring by accident which is very rare. Yeah here's the question that POPs to my head is. I'm sure that cats was very expensive. Yes I wonder in adjusted dollars. which movie cost more jaws the revenge or cats definitely cats cats costs? A lot of question. Question Taylor Swift's payment alone. I Bet I bet other events was pretty cheap to make honestly. It's not like the I already had the shark. Yeah the and the and also oh those those sequels were. I think kind of cash grabs. They didn't weren't like China. Lucky twenty million. Twenty million four Joss Joss for what. What year was that Jesuit eighty-seven wait? Jaws cost twenty million and one hundred million For for Johnson. Low for cats. Yeah by your by Your theory if you might be on something here Elliott. What's the how do you judge? I didn't have never known how to do. You have to figure out. Inflation is going to look it up. I'll figure out all right By the way New Year's Eve my wife and I and my son. We went over to a friend of show John Ritchie's house yeah John has his birthday And so he's got a AH birthday slash new years eve thing at his house where he and his Group of friends they And his mom was there Danielle was the alone female. They play Wait a minute. His mom was there other than other than family. we played the family feud John who used to do the and playing games. Would we pardo. He does the graphics for that. You'll see I believe on Friday at the San San Francisco sketch best plan off and so he he's got all these puts on the big screen and he where he john runs the show. He's got a guy gets up hosts and you play five on five family feud and and Buzzers the whole shots connected and it's great and then we played Password Password Pyramid Play Pyramid. My favorite it was was it was a ball and then Albert was the only kid there so I was like probably should get out of here and let the adults you know. Throw their keys in a bowl taste and get to bed at once Barbara. That goes to his mom Joyce they're very nice woman. Great Fun a nice time awesome On that yes so so. Nineteen eighty-seven in twenty. Two thousand dollars is about two and a quarter times so that twenty million dollar movie is forty five million million dollars so it's less than half of all right good good to know. I'm still surprised I don't know. Why but twenty million no more about two hundred million on cats like it's not that's astronomical amount of money but it seems like every movie cost one hundred million dollars now almost thought it would have been more because there's so much? CG Yeah. I was shocked when I saw it was it was less than hundred ninety nine or something like that. I mean I guess in some ways because the entire set it's more like an animated movie because Green. Everything is green screen. Yeah so you're saving money on location and things like that is probably the cast I would I would. I would that jaws the revenge I think out of that twenty million in eighteen million went to Michael Caine. Dammit of Michael Caine wasn't in the film declared that was his honeymoon video or was and video because Michael got damaged. That made me laugh so hard because the timing like he delivers that joke they that stand up comedy that is is just Perfection and he sees it really continued with Guarantee there's everything are you gotta sloppy citing. You said Yeah. Go on raking in the midst of the song like delivery They don't get shocked. Seems Weird that the host would get up and wait for this to come to the door. Just come up. I think he's making a statement. Perhaps he just could not stand to be in this room for another minute with us. Oh He's right here Jimmy Somehow. Thanks.

Noah and we talked about playing to a crowd. That's largely white and very privileged alleged. I have an easier time talking about race in front of southern white people that anybody else is on the south is the only place that has had to be reprimanded and reconcile with racism awesome because of jim crow because of segregation because it was on the books now mind you jim crow segregation were nationwide but south is the only place to put signs up about it. Some of those racist has ever happened to me happened to me in l._a. I think the south is one of the few places that will openly talk about race. Relations is interesting because people always act like the south is the only place of racism existed which is very confusing. You've said about your comedy that social and not political. How would you define the difference between the two. I'm only talking about me and my experiences in the world but every time i get on stage can be seen as a political act. I did have a trump joke like when he first got elected elected but it was relation to my friend reacted to it. My straight white guy friend called me crying. Trump got elected and i'm like why are you on my phone on your fine two lesbians hallway you need it was so funny that like all of these white women in their brain just clicked and and it was like i'm oppressed and then now you all are marching on washington but i'm like where are y'all being and i was telling you put these little hats on. Y'all wanna marceca sadie but if you have been working the whole time maybe he wouldn't even that elected you do a show. People are laughing. They're having a good time. <hes> is it as important to you even if you can't measure it that they've been challenged. They've thought about something a new way. They're people in san san francisco who say i voted for obama. I'm not racist where you are actually challenging people and their beliefs. Can you measure that and you try to do it now. My whole point is for you to come in here laugh because some crowds. It's it's some nights is how i feel because i know when i go that route i also have to bring them back out of it because some crowds just like a jahlil drunk for message. Let me talk about it like i can't yeah like i can't go there with certain in crowd certain times. I'm not one of those comics. Racer joked to prove a point. I write.

If i were to say you have one challenged. It's pitching this idea that hey having a bridge. Between two wings of the party isn't a bad thing. I do you make that pitch. Agenda which is about really dealing with the things that wake people up in the middle of the night and <hes> you know. I intend to be a problem solving president. I think that's what people want. They want that. We are focused focused on the things that wake them up in the middle of the night the things that are weighing on them that they're trying to figure out because there are a lot of issues that we need to address through that lens and you know l. What are you going to do for me. When i wake up at three o'clock in the morning running and i'm worried about how many get through the end of the month which is why i have a proposal which the economist economist said we'll be the most significant tax cut for middle class families and generations which is focused on giving families families that make under one hundred thousand dollars tax credit of up to six thousand dollars. They can collect that five hundred dollars a month. What am i focused on teacher. Pay why because i am meeting more teachers interest working two and three jobs ninety four percent of our teachers come out of their own pocket to pay for school supplies. "Say. I think Pittsburgh is going to win and Cleveland's GONNA finish. Check it but I'll lay the schedule out. I'm GONNA go through Pittsburgh schedule and I'll tell you why I think they're going to win the division. I'll go to every game. Here's their schedule. I think they they lose at New England to start New England not great in September but the opening game at night in Foxborough. This is where ballot check off rest asked off buys. Open season was great. They lose then many think they beat Seattle in Pittsburgh because they have better personnel. I think they go west to San San Francisco and gets nipped a little. I think San Francisco with Garoppolo and their weapons beats them. I then think they beat the Bengals Baltimore and they go to L._A. And beat the chargers because the stadium will be fifty percents dealer fans then I think they come on and beat Miami. They played the rams and the colts back to back at home. I think they split. Let say they beat. Both I think they lose to indy and beat the rams although I could flip it. I think Cleveland Beats Them. It's an eight twenty late Sunday night game biggest game for the Browns in the last twenty years and Cleveland Beats Pittsburgh on Sunday night football then I think they beat a bunch of teams. They had the best offensive line arguably in the League and they lean on Cincinnati. They beat Cleveland at home. They beat Arizona. They beat Buffalo. They beat the jets then I think they rest starters arturs against Baltimore on the road physical team. They rest some starters. They've won the division. They get into the play offs and there are eleven and five. That's what I think the steelers are. I've given you every game I have. I'm losing it. New England loose-knit San Francisco losing one of the two culture rams at home losing Cleveland and then mailing ailing in week seventeen getting healthy for the play offs. Let's look at Cleveland schedule. Remember new head coach youngest roster in the N._F._L. I have them losing to Tennessee in the opener. I've said this now for a month. I don't understand the line on this Tennessee's getting five. They've got a proven head coach nine and seven nine seven nine and seven lasts three years second or third best offensive line will neutralize Cleveland's excellent pass rush. I think Tennessee wins the game yell at me. I've already bet it I think they beat the jets who are talented but uneven I think they lose to the rams at home because I think the rams have better personnel. I think they have a much better coach in Sean mcvay. I think they have a more experienced quarterback and I think the rams are better than Cleveland. I do think Cleveland than goes to Baltimore and crushes and humiliates mealy eight the Ravens and are the talk of the League and week four but they get really high on themselves because they are the youngest team in the League go to San Francisco and lose. I think they beat Seattle and then lose back to back at New England at Denver by the way yell if you want about Denver. It's the one place no league brady struggled old young team high altitude have them losing then. I think they get hot. They beat Buffalo beat. Pittsburgh badly at home beat Miami. I don't think they sweep sweep the steelers so they lose it. Pittsburgh close they beat Cincinnati. They beat Arizona and remember. I have them losing it home to Baltimore. I I believe they're going to humiliate Baltimore early in the year at Baltimore. It's going to be Cleveland's greatest game of the year. They're going to destroy Baltimore in the Mark Jackson and Baltimore's not GonNa Forget about it very well coached on harbaugh come back and beat Cleveland Up Sediment Cleveland then they beat Cincinnati. Daddy and they're nine and seven now. I know what you're saying no way we'll lose to Tennessee. Bet Your 4. Tennessee's the game big talker occur. Yep Yep Yep. Yep Go bet that five grand three Grand Tennessee five points better coach significantly better offensive line a proven running team gene by the way Tennessee last year crush New England crushed Dallas beat four playoff teams so that's that's the game remember remember new coach young roster big expectations..

"Than treating those issues and emergency room on the issue of education, straight, straight up investment. In our country and in our future. So speaking of investments, I think there's actually has a lot to do with what you're saying. So an Iowa we have a pretty recent history of being pretty tough on our immigrant brothers and sisters from you probably know about this from the nation's largest raid in post postal Iwa back in two thousand eight unfortunately to most recently when the legislative session decided to pass an file four eighty one which became law in basically what that does is. Allows local entities specific specifically police to work more closely with ice, immigration and customs enforcement. And it's been reported by CNN recently that when you were district attorney of San San Francisco you supported your cities policy of turning over some of the undocumented teenagers, even before they had been convicted of a crime. So I was just wondering I know that I've been watching you since you started running, and it seems like your position of Unimak gracious. Good. So could you give us some insight on how from that time? When it was the right for whatever reason, you were supporting this policy that was essentially handing over undocumented people to ice before they had been convicted to now and kind of what's changed on that? And how you came to those changes. And then I was wondering if you could also talk a little bit about how compared to like right now, the hot topic is the wall. But what do we actually need to do about immigration? I know you have some good things this year on that. So sure. In the first instance, the policy that you're referring to San Francisco that ended up being an unintended consequence of the policy, and I did not support that consequence of that policy, and in that policy has since changed because it was not the intended purpose of that policy. I'll say this, and I feel very strongly about it. And I always have which is this. I'm my background is has a prosecutor. And I wanna know that be a person victim of rape or Thomas station or a vicious violent crime. I wanna know that that victim will be able to run in the middle of the street and wave down a police officer and received protection and security without having to worry about if they do that they'll be deported. And that's part of the problem with those. That's part of the problem, which is why don't support policies that would have local police officers perform the function of immigration enforcement. We have purposely designed our government in a way that local government has certain responsibilities. State government has certain responsibilities federal government has certain responsibilities. And if you meet with any police department in America, most will tell you they are barely keeping up with the domestic violence cases that come through the door the robbery cases that come through the door much less having to do the federal government's job of enforcing immigration policy. It's a bad approach, and it does not achieve public safety because I'm gonna tell you again having handled these cases personally. One of the strongest tools in the tool belt of the predator. Who's committing a crime against an undocumented immigrant is to tell that victim. If you report the crime against to it is you who will be treated as the criminal. So we have to check ourselves and look in the mirror, if we say that we are about public safety and making sure that our laws aren't forced well, that's a flawed policy, and it has no place in a civil society. Local police should not be doing the job. Federal. Senator I kind of want to return to the topic of their stork nature of your candidacy just a little bit..

"Rated almost every day at tweets and the way that he handled situations I make that very clear on the show. But that being said, I still come in everyday hoping for success for this country. Do I want the shutdown to end? Yes, I want people to get paid. Pretty again, I want our men and women that are serving to get the treatment. That is one thing. I do think he's done. Well, is giving them a lot of respect. How about the lie? The other day that they were going to get a ten percent raise. But it's really two point nine is that respectful to the true. I'm just saying I try and find the go to. Also will clean out the times when I disagree with type detonates, you joy do that. All the time. Go really disrespectful to the generals. He said horrible things about Mattis. He said horrible things about Kelly's the horrible things crystals respect he would come. I would come out and say all of that as well that game of thrones. Poster though, that doesn't anyone that go to for Trump. That's not going to be the reason they decide not to vote for Trump. He was the same guy when he ran for office city is now, and maybe that is the problem, maybe he never became presidential. And a lot of people were hoping that he would he's been terrible. But nothing really. That's interesting. You bring that up if his Romney was being interviewed yesterday by Jake tapper and yesterday, we took Romney on and said that you know, he was groveling to him for a job, even though he said bad things about him. I and so Jake tapper said, well, how come you know, what what what about how are we going to believe you now? And he said, well, I was waiting for him to become presidential. Just what as well. He he he proved that he wasn't presidential in that access Hollywood tape. He proved that he wasn't presidential when he tacked on. He was on presidental many many times over and so people who believe is going to become presidential delusional, Maya Angelou with somebody tells you who they are you believed them time. So I believe. Him when he went after the central park. I think what obvious trying to say too. Is that the sins of Trump are not on all conservatives and Republicans and especially for military families. Right. Both of us have brothers who are currently deployed. It is a different feeling when you have someone who serving overseas and their life is in danger than I think it may be as for someone else. Maybe it doesn't. I don't know. But I will say that don't underestimate how popular he is in parts of this country. The Democrats don't get there. What together he's definitely going to get reelected and right now, I'm sorry. But some of the options that you have coming up here. If it's going to be a socialist person in the vein of okay, Zeo Portas. You're just not going to win over the rust belt voters, and there's always this complaint about the electoral process, and how it works. Republicans are better at winning over the states that matter in the electoral college, and if I were a democrat would be looking hard at how to win over the rust belt going forward. Lows take by opportunity Nancy Pelosi now in the leadership position. And if anything I would if I were her I would learn somebody. Rustbelt voter like Nancy Pelosi from San San Francisco. We'll Biden knows how to do it. He does accept that. I want to say, you know. People from from San Francisco and California in places a lot of them came from the rust belt. Lon them started their lot of them started their moved to places where they felt they could sort of spread out. So I wouldn't discount the fact that some of these folks that we may have heard things about they might have something going for him. I kinda liked what Nancy's daughter said about her Alexandra Alexander. It's very interesting filmmaker, by the way, got really interesting, political documentaries, basically said, listen, my mother will cut your head off and you'll bleed to death before, you know, your head is gone. And the reason is that she got five kids she raised her kids. So she knows how to deal with someone who's kind of like a father. NFL or getting their worst sixteen..

Well, I'll tell you Mary, and we're not going to see a whole lot of autonomous cars. I mean, you know cars were you don't have to drive yourself. There will be some. But it's going to be in certain cities like Phoenix. And San Francisco having said that there is a lot of safety technology coming onto cars on almost everything being built right now is coming with the call automatic emergency breaking. So if you don't hit the brakes, if there's going to be an accident, your car will automatically break for you that even includes breaking for pedestrians. So that's going to be pretty significant technology coming forward with more carmakers getting into this. What are some of the big names that are starting to dabble into it? Well, if you look at a ton of cars where you know, you don't have to drive, in fact, where these cars may not even have a steering wheel or pedals. All the major automakers are involved in it. John voters Ford. Bre Sadie, Volkswagen Toyota your name it. They're all getting involved with that. There are some automakers who cannot afford to participate in it. They rely on suppliers to get the technology, especially Waymo, which is one of the Google spin offs. John is this something where we're going to see this implemented first and most in terms of alternate delivery services, say delivering groceries delivering Amazon packages, maybe even in some cases, helping to ease. The the shortage of over the road drivers. I think that's going to happen. Jim the ladder over the road. Drivers. You know, if you're just going coast to coast on the major interstates being able to have a vehicle that is a is a whole lot easier than trying to send it through traffic. And it's so there is opportunities for that to start happening. In fact, diner truck has already conducted some autonomous tests. On the road, and it's all very promising. So it's going to be the easier targets where we see this first. And that you know, I mentioned cenex San San Francisco these will be geo fence to areas where these economists cars will only be able to operate within those geo fence posts, and then those posts will start.

"So just had the last one. You know? And God, you know, it's actually not not half bad. I just talked my parents early and there's some ashram fires install smoky air. And when people are MIR's there, though, are they they're not near not like super close. But it travels. I mean, it's it's there they hit San San Francisco. You'll be dry phone the other day like yesterday, it said straight up. Yeah. San Francisco, and you look at the bottom where it says air quality, just straight up unhealth as Beijing Santa Cruz. It's this guy. There was all kind of great out in the sun was all orange Lucan. It was one that for the beach on this weekend was crazy. I mean, they'll on fires in Malibu. I mean, you, you know, you live Venice where I live to sky was read like campfire. Yeah. Really badly, and I could see from my from my roof. I went up on my roof, and with Benach yours, I could see Malibu like I could see the flames like one hundred feet. Oh, it was Harley so so wild I put some pictures, and I'll put him back up on my answer. Mm story. I mean from like the fires in Malibu and everything you went up in there. I went up in there on Friday morning to do though we were getting some cars and some animals and stuff out. I've have friends out there. And I had a friend up in up in point Dume and had some cars and whatnot. And we needed help him get stuff out. So we all kind of went up there took like trucks and trailers, I drove some stuff out helped out get to it on PCH like how in Friday morning. Yeah. You still could they shut down around. I think it was around probably like ten thirty eleven AM. Okay. And so I mean, we went in there and got it out. And we couldn't come back west on stage or back south on PCH. So we had went we went over the hill. Which was Jesus seemed like counterintuitive buyers right in the middle. But we went like all the way up to the we went like way way to one eighteen and then around right, basically. Yeah. So for those not from LA, which is most of you that is like. It's like driving the the raw. It's like if you wanna go from New York to LA and driving the wrong way around the world. You know what? I mean. It's literally it's that level of income. Oh, X got a map for so pull that map of for for the rest of the world. So that point Dume is that little point node further the one that the bottom there where the where the mouse is..

"It'd be a threat on the outside and Dak looks more comfortable and for the most part Jerry's happy so yelling woo out to the world. And and the Dallas fans were they all enjoyed their thanksgiving. America's team had a nice thanksgiving Lombardi. So that's good. No doubt. I mean, look at the last three week stay Frazier. They had had no turn the three and in the last few weeks. They've had no turnovers. Twenty one for forty-three on third down the last three weeks. They've gained over eleven hundred yards six hundred eighty eight passing four hundred and fifty run. They've averaged seven seven five and yards per attempt. They got four plays over twenty yards. And here's the key. They're playing back to the same way. They did this back to two thousand sixteen Cowboys. They've had the ball thirty almost thirty three minutes of offense. And the defense is just play twenty seven minutes. And the defense has been really good on third down there fourteen for thirty three on third down and they forced five turnovers. So this is exactly the form. Yeah. That the Cowboys used in sixteen to win the win the east the utilize the last few weeks Kenneth continue remains to be seen. But that's the formula. And that's how they've been able to win games. And that's what they're going to have to keep doing it. When these games, I'm clapping right now as soon as you said that final game on Turkey and who's going to get an extension tape Frazier. He get an extension who would have thought four weeks ago. The Clapper would continue this. This'll be great. This is great for the program. Once he gets this extension. I'm going to trademark the Clapper. I'm going to have it. We're going to sell. I mean, everybody should by two things for Christmas that Clapper and gridiron genius. That's to me should be every everybody's Christmas. Tree, please. Yes. Let's get him. I Jason Garrett was underneath my tree. I'd be pretty scared. But you know, for the most part I'd be excited about getting the Clapper. All right. And it is that time one of our favorite times and one of our favorite segments that is the week twelve awards, and as we do, and we're prone to do we go through all these different teams and try to figure out first off who needs to go on the Lam, and it's time to go in the lamb Lombardi looking around the league who needs to go on the Lam I'm gonna put in Huey headlines in. The Bengals is that. Right. Or is there another team that needs to go? Now, I'm going San Francisco, look, I've had enough of San San Francisco's horrible. I mean, this whole Reuben foster thing is is bad. I mean, I like Karl, Shannon. I think call Shannon's a really talented offensive coach. But I think right now the jobs too big for him. I think he needs some help in his organization. You know, I'm not sure what John Lynch can provide have never done this job before. But they're not a very talented team. The there you go to Tampa. And you get your ass. What by the bucks? You did not only go on the Lam you need to move to west Cape. Cape. May I mean, I think this is bad. I know he's got a six year contract. I know Garoppolo got hurt. But the talent level on that team. And the drafting of that team in the last two seasons has been horrible. And if they're not honest with themselves in San Francisco, they're kidding themselves. And I think they need to go on the lamp. Yeah. And it's not as simple as Jimmy G comes back all things are good at hunky Dory there. I mean, there are a lot of problems on that defense, especially so we'll see what happens to San Francisco next up. We have the Fred Palermo award for best game plan this week who you got Lombardi. I now I'm going to give to the Browns. I think the Browns I think you gotta give it to Freddie kitchens. He's done a great job. He's coming there. They did a great job of game planet against the Bengals. I know it wasn't hard to do. But look goes on the first road win a long time. I think them, and I think Seattle they deserve it. I mean, Seattle did a great job of winning that game. And I think also buffalo buffalo beat Jacksonville at home with Josh Allen..

The Federal Reserve was created at the same time don't forget the income to nine hundred thirteen income taxes basically to cover. Up for the inflation caused by the Federal Reserve Yeah that's probably true And one of the things that that happened and this is why I'm I'm a little skeptical. About, some of the You know various plans for how to deal with this Currency speculators helped create World War One How that happened yeah it's it's basically that if, you know how today on Wall Street their algorithms that take advantage of, highs and lows on the stock market and people will do a buy in the cell church romance and just you know, that? Brief interlude of highs and lows, right so if you think about that. We currency speculators back you to win everything was done on on a whisper. As opposed to on the on On the internet there were only a few different people that did it every nation Exchange rate so hungry right had one exchange rate with Italy? But. They might have. A different exchange rate with Germany were with France with England Yep It's so, these currency, speculators would praise a country curse a, country Fraser country curse and they did it for you know for months and basically. Created The popular myth is that Because. There's Archduke Ferdinand got shot there were treaties between nations that they were so intertwined that. It, forced war to happen well when you realize that the Archduke was really rat and nobody liked him and he, was always a. Bad drunk a bad gambler he cheated on everybody in and it wasn't a single person in the world that gave. A rat's patootie about him there was no, reason for war to happen, but secretly in the background there were currency speculators that were causing these treaties, to be raised. In slandered praised in slandered. And so it. Took weeks it took once but eventually all of these treaties were But it was because we're freezing I have never heard that and I'm. Gonna take, a look at it I'm very Very interesting. And, I wouldn't. Doubt it at all they're, basically it's basically a pump.
