"Looking out at the horizon right now. Right below the horizon is a huge blue. See here in kabul. It's the pacific ocean now. The unknown is below that water. I've no idea what's in that ocean of. I do know this. There's over one million species that have been said to be in the ocean one million species. But we don't know what's in the ocean. We don't know what's in there. Have you ever been to the see the ocean and you're afraid to jump in literally are afraid to jump in. It's dark it's murky. It's stormy the tides are up like. I dunno jumping. I don't know what's in there. Well truth be told. Yes our wells. Yes there are dolphins and sharks and we'll here in kabul. There's a lot of mahi mahi and marlin tuna and a lot more but you think about the metaphor of life jumping into the unknown. I've got my eyes on the horizon. But all around the i can see the unknown. The see of beautiful blue crystal blue looks like. We're in the caribbean jumping into the unknown. It is scary. Yes should we do it. Heck yeah heck yeah jumping into your known because let me tell you what. How exhilarating is that when you take a jump into the ocean and it's so refreshing at school and it feels amazing. Think about that jumping into the unknown. It's scary but boy. oh boy. is there something special to it. The fourth lesson of my five lessons for today is something. You could probably here right now. The power of the waves. what's a wave. what is a wave. Have you'll ever gone boogie boarding or body surfing or surfing and you catch your ride. That wave i remember as a kid back in new jersey. My four best friends. That i would have louis luau world championship bodysurfing competition now. It was only five of us but we deemed it the world championship of course and it was all about. How long and far could you take that way. Then did you catch the right wave and who had taken. The furthest waves are energy. Waves are energy created by energy passing through the water and it causes it to have a circular action. that's waves are created. That's how the crest of a wave is formed. it's energy wade's our energy. So think about that. you're a wave. we're all energy. That's what we are. We are energy. Were positive or negative were upward down but we are energy. Can we create big waves in our life. Could we create big waves like we see in hawaii or every now and then there's a tidal wave over overpowers everything. Think about it right now. I'm staring at the sea. I see the horizon. I see the unknown. I see waves right in front of me. Probably two or three foot waves just gently crashing onto the sand where my toes are and i think about the tides of life the tide's coming in and the tide's coming out tiger coming in the tides are coming out matter of fact. When you're done with your work out today. I want you to take three minutes and have some tidal breathing titled t i d a l tidal breathing is just being aware of your breath as we inspire and we tell out. We inhale and exhale. Inhale we tail in and out with your breath pig about that in life as it pertains to waves. Are we all looking to catch a good way to ride. That good wave as long as we can. Let me tell you it feels good. When you're in the louis lou world championship or you're on a body board or you're on a surfboard and you catch a great wave. Perhaps right now in this season of your life you're looking to catch a great wave into riot which you gotta go into the unknown. You gotta paddle out there. You gotta get through three or four big waves sometimes the catch the real good wave. You gotta. you don't know what's underneath case you sit on your board. What's that don't worry. That was just a sea of Of kelp catch a good wave. And then when you do you make sure you ride depth thing as long as possible and the fifth and final lesson here from kalo san lucas as you take a really big deep breath in and out is this the power and beauty of the son of the weather you have you ever been on the sun or been in the sun and the beach like man. It just feels so why think people lay out. Now i don't lay out anymore like some people do but back when i was a kid. I did. Y'all can relate to that you know sitting out in the sun for thirty minutes or or three hours but think about the power of the sun. Have you ever been to the beach. And all of a sudden it's sunny in the flip of a switch. There's a storm brewing. The cloud start rolling in. And before you know there's a nor'easter coming your way. Well the reason. I say the power of the sun is this right now. I'm watching the sunrise. Much the sunrise and there's power in watching a sun rise and a sunset sunrise early morning maybe around six. Am the sunsetting sometime around. Seven o'clock depending on where you live. But if today you can catch the sunrise or sunset today. I promise you will be a better day because of either catching the glimpse of a miracle. A miracle at the sun is rising here and setting on the other side of the world or it setting here and rising in another part of the world. Nothing more powerful than that as dr rick. Rigsby said is when you're dealing with tragedy when you're dealing with tough times the loss of a loved one is you must realize you. You must get up every single day and realize the sun is coming up so of today. You're you're down. You're challenges stressed. You're in a bad place. He telling yourself the sun's coming up the sun's coming up and you gotta get up as well so the five things teach a lot about life. It teaches us to be present in the moment. Right now right here wherever you are doing whatever you're doing the power of being present. It teaches us to keep our eyes on the horizon. My friends today with keep horizon where they need to be not looking left and right and behind you but focused on where you're supposed to be based on your divine purpose by tapping in and meditating and breathing as these waves crash. The beach teaches us about the storms in life and when the storms come that we must ride them out like a ship in the middle of the ocean with turbulent seas. Ride the.

"In your life from anywhere you live good morning. Good morning from the shores of kabo. San lucas mexico. Yes i am in kabo. And as a matter of fact you could probably hear the waves crashing in the background. I've got my sand in the toes and it's a gorgeous gorgeous morning and the sun is just starting to peak out. We was beaten son up and it is a glorious day here in kabul and i thought what a better way to kick off the day then to record a podcast for you from kabul matter of fact i'm down here right now with family and three other families my son luke who just graduated from high school and getting ready to depart for college. We had a family trip with these families who luke has been with since kindergarten and it is an awesome time and every morning. I've come out here and just enjoyed the beach the sunrise and can hear those waves crashing. So maybe you're not in kabul right now but maybe you can just take a few minutes of mellow yellow. Break yourself or if you're working out right now perhaps we we come at it from a different state of being where you can be clear and serene and focused and relaxed. But i do wanna remind you that this summer is to put mellow yellow on the calendar. Be sure you get your time off the recovery. The recharge of juvenile man. There is something special about taking that time off. Gives you those fresh big ideas about what you wanna do with your life your relationship with your business. Whatever it may be on that but today it really wanna talk about five lessons from the power in the beauty of one of my favorite places. The beach. The beach yes. I love the mountains. I've said that many times. I love the mountains a lot but for many of you who don't know actually grew up on the beach back in new jersey and that was a lifeguard when i was in college lifeguarded. Good old brick beach shot to our jersey ice back there and my wife. Melanie loves the beach and living in san diego. You'd think i would go to the beach way more than i do. But i don't probably half a dozen times a year. Actually go to the beach and enjoy it like i am right now down here in kabul but when i was sitting here the other day and thinking i'm going to report podcast for you from my phone because the feedback is you'll love the phone. Mix up sometimes too is this. There's five aspects about the beach that are important. You think about this as you're on your elliptical right now or alfred walker a run or you're working out and think about this you can get your yellow time as well. The beach lesson number one the power of the sand between the toes. There's something tremendously therapeutic and grounding with sand between your toes now you could go for a walk literally take your shoes off. Go for a walk and put the same between toews because now all of a sudden there's thousands of sensory mechanisms on your feet on your plant or ponderosa on the fashion of the feat that are grounding to the body or you could even go for a workout like we did the other day with the boys do a beach workout with the sand acting as resistance and you talk about challenging workout doing a beach workout with your cutting in your your slashing and you're accelerating decelerating great workout matter of fact about twenty twenty five minutes you can get an incredible work out with the san between the toes but right now as i recall this. I'm just walking. I'm walking along the kabo shoreline. And i could see the jagged rocks jutting out into the sea i could see the marina in downtown area about a mile from the resort. If you've never been in kabo certainly put it on your bucket list and the sun is starting to scorch my back but there's nothing more powerful than putting the sand between your toes. If even right now you live. If there's a lake that has sand for a part that has sand in it. Take your shoes off your sand between your toes and watch how it grounds you number two. The second lesson from the power and beauty of the beach is this the power of the horizon folks. Stand here right now recording. This podcast episode. I'm literally staring straight out at the horizon as you hear the waves crashing. What's powerful about the horizon is. My eyes are straight ahead or looking forward to the very very end of where i can no longer see. And maybe that's twenty twenty five miles away or twenty twenty five years away. But i'm staring at the horizon. Not looking behind me not worrying about what to the side of me but i literally him staring can no longer see. I think about two things here number one. I think about my mentor. W who made us sit zan for one hour in training when we're doing zan body therapy which combines roughing structural integration feld in christ and energy work sitting there for an hour. I could hear his voice to this day. Imagine you're staring at the horizon. Today i am staring at the horizon and the second aspect of the horizon to me comes into faith faith. What is faith. Faith is believing. Even when you cannot see pete that faith is believing even when you cannot see. I can't look beyond the horizon. I could have big goals aspirations and dreams for the future and what that holds. I can't see beyond the horizon. Therefore i must keep my eyes fixed on the horizon of where i can see and have faith that. What's beyond that horizon is exponential. Keep your eyes fixed straight ahead on the horizon. My friends take the time the two minutes to five minutes to twenty minutes to focus on that as very very powerful. Keep looking forward. Keep looking for where you're going and what you're doing..

How Your First Time Home Buying Decision Affects Long-Term Wealth With Scott And Mindy

"Scott trag- mini jensen. Welcome back to the bigger pockets. Podcast each of you former guest house here on the show. Now your Your guest which is pretty exciting. What's up guys. How's it going. Thanks for having us. I'm super excited to be back. I haven't seen you in one hundred years so i know it actually has been a while Kobe put a delay to my regular trips to denver but didn't stop. David greene hair from travel in the world and hanging out in mexico. What's up david. What's going on guys. Yeah i'm in kabul san lucas. It's my first time here. It's pretty awesome. Yeah sometimes you gotta take a vacation from maui. I guess right. I don't like to myself on the back. It's been very hard. I think. I just realized for the first half my life that when people say they're going to kabo and kabul san lucas set the same thing. Is that true. I think i've never realized that was the same thing to different cities. But i just put that two and two together that that was the same thing. I'm going to new york versus. New york. city apparently shortened nickname. Anyway rather than talking about my intelligence or lack thereof. Let's get into the scott mindy you guys last few years so for those who do not know you. I want to start with this one. Scott obviously you know everyone knows scott tranche. Everyone knows me jensen but for those who don't who are you. What's your real estate strategy. Ben and then. I wanna move into talking about the market a little bit. But let's start with that. We'll start with mindy ladies first. Mindy who are you and What what are you doing. My name's mindy jonathan. I do a lot in real estate. I am primarily a flipper. Which means i buy a house that is very unattractive. I move into it. I live in it as my primary residence fixing it up. So i live in a construction zone for two years and then sell it and make massive tax free cash when i sell it. I'm also a real estate agent in colorado. And i am the community manager for big pockets and the co host of the bigger pockets. Money podcast with me as always is my illustrious co host scott trench. Thanks wendy for the eliminating ensure there. I'm scott trench from the ceo of bigger pockets. I'm an investor here in denver colorado. I've got Eight units about one point six one point seven million in assets within that portfolio and the last couple of years have been a little quiet for me on the acquisition front and my personal portfolio. I have been spending more of that time. Investing in syndications and last year. I really set up property. Management rehabbed and Tackled a bit of maintenance that i had been deferring guests on this show. And i've been differing on a couple of my properties and took care that this year. And so i was able to reset them. Do a big refinance take a lot of cash out nine back into acquisition mode looking for that next deal. Awesome guys well speaking of next deal. It's been a crazy last year. Obviously with the real estate market covid doing some crazy things and things that i don't think any of us really necessarily expected i shouldn't i. Was you know worry that we're going to see a crash or something happened and all of a sudden instead it's just like somebody shot him on steroids into the real estate market the last six months. Why do you think real estate has gotten so competitive. And i don't even call hot as the best word i can use for it. Real real. The real markets gotten hot almost everywhere in the country. Why is that. And then i'll ask. Where do you think it's headed but let's start with that one mindy. Why do you think it's gotten so crazy lately. I think there are a bunch of actors of course cove it. I think a lot of people who were considering selling but maybe didn't have to sell has decided that i'm not gonna have random people traipsing through my house bringing their covid into my house and then i catch it and maybe die so i think there's a shortage of sales just based on the market are the pandemic itself. I think there are ridiculously low. Interest rate why. No they're low interest rates that are fueling people. Ooh i can upgrade to a better house and we didn't have anybody building houses from two thousand eight to two thousand and twelve thirteen fourteen. I mean in my area. They're just starting to do these massive builds again and it takes time and there's people that are still moving here but there's nothing to buy so prices just keep going up. I just sold a house on friday for more money than i thought was ever possible here in the story over and over. Scott what do you think. Yeah i would agree. I think the the first biggest lever is going to be interest rates. The payment matters more than the price to most homebuyers and frankly most landlords like all that fifty percent rule your expenses are not magically changing. You know in those two in those types of things based on interest rates so if your interest rate if your your payment goes down you can afford to buy. You can pay more for the same property and get achieve the same or greater cash flow so i think that interest rates are the number one biggest lever and then the second one is going to be the stimulus and just the in injection of cash and liquid into the economy. In general. I think that last year a lot of people weren't spending as much money as they nip term typically what at least those who would be potential competitors of yours when buying homes and rental properties and so people are now in a position to buy with liquidity and low interest rates. I think fundamentally the that's what's driving it. And then i also think diminish point the other factors are all many of them are also fueling this. There's been an exodus from apartments to single family homes red single-family rents have gone up apartment. Rents have fallen over the last year. Single family housing prices have exploded by more. I think it was like single family. Rents went up by three four percent and prices went up eight nine percent over the year. I think that's that's showing a fuel in demand from apartments to single family homes as rentals but an even greater preference to buy. I think fueled by that interest rate shift so other things. Lack of housing starts continued population. Growth and then Inflation in expectation of inflation. In general are all you know fuelling real estate right now. Who knows how long that will continue but hasn't been a bad year for those who held real estate going into twenty twenty.

We've got to get together before we could do the memorial service. We'll let you know that your listen Yeah, Anything's possible. Absolutely Anything spots jump in here at 512836059. So we're still six months away or so I guess it is six months or so for Ah. So many colleges and universities are already canceling spring break because of Copan 19 concerns honesty of Michigan is the latest to revise its academic calendar, removing the traditional spring break period member it was spring breakers. It went to combo San Lucas from the University of Texas and brought back that virus. Well, Michigan joins other schools, including Ohio. Purdue, Wisconsin, Kansas State, all of the big ones, Texas Christian and canceling spring break. I had the idea behind the limiting the break midway through the second semester is discourage students and faculty from traveling to potential places where they could get this virus and bring it back. Well, it it doesn't show a lot of confidence in Ah, vaccine being ready to go by then. But I guess I guess that got to think on those terms right now. They I think going forward right now, since there is not a vaccine that's available to the public yet. I guess you just have to assume. That that's where we're going to be. And you and you got a plan accordingly. You got it. You got to kind of plan for worst case scenario right now. I think you hoped for a vaccine. Yeah. You plan for it? Not. Yeah. Yeah, yeah, that That's really vaccines not coming this quickly, and there's already talk that you may need a booster every six months. Some of these some of these out there Yeah, well, we'll see what But were you ever a spring break kind of guy? No, no, I I did one spring break probably played in a band on spring break. I did. I did one spring break to Porter ranches, and it got So crazy so fast when it got to the point where someone was literally someone literally rode a motorcycle through my room. I decided I need to get the hell out of here. That's not a good friend. I would have embraced that. You know what? It was just it was kind of I can't. I can't anymore. I can't do anymore. So it was. I wouldn't You know, I, uh, no, no, no. The answer's no. Took a long way to get to know. Sure Did sure did Theo, owner of Vince Young Steakhouses on home, Phil Brown? Good. We've only got a couple of minutes here, Phil. Good morning on the tide of Don show. Hey, Good morning, guys. Are we all today? Good. How you doing with that? That 75% capacity today their advance young steakhouse. How does that is that good? Well, you know, unfortunately, the numbers just window dressing number thie. Politicians to make it sound like they're opening us up. You know, with the guidelines of covert and social distancing that we are whole heartedly abiding by. We have to give our table 6 ft. Apart and that really we can barely even hit 50% capacity. So So that s going to 75% is meaningless because with distancing, you can only get so many people in your room. Correct. Correct. We are. We're having to turn people away on the weekends constantly because we don't. But we have plenty of tables form. We just can't see them at those tables since we're you know, following The guidelines and an operating in a safe manner responsible with her with temp checks and sanitation everywhere, and our employees are on Massa's well their guests and you know, so we have no problem abiding by the rules, but it's just frustrating to hear the politicians out there counting that 75% like it's some great thing, and they're doing some great things for Businesses. When really, it means absolutely nothing, and it's just frustrating to hear that constantly. How's how's business? Are you able to pay the bills and keep people employed? You know we're keeping people employed. It's definitely not a great time to be in the restaurant business is not a great time to be on owner of two cases right now, there's no doubt about that. "Was true a spring that identified excellent teachers who do a terrific job of distance learning who are offering classes in speciality subjects online as many students as once you can come last spring, some of them to over 2000 students and some of the offering demonstration lessons online for other teachers. You want to learn their approaches, you know Killed school started this week, 100% of students were connected in attendance by day two of classes. This district has overhauled all of its curriculum plans in the subject areas to use technology to accelerate learning that social emotional learning leading off every day. "Like you've always been a positive person and you've always been extremely uplifting and and I think you know I wanNA pivot a little bit away from what we know now. Is You know the situation ran in. And I WANNA talk a little bit about you. Know Post Dope magazine like when you sold that Which congratulations by the way that You know anybody. That exits in this space is gets a little feather in their hat or a badge. If you will of success fortunately Cannabis Cup. Tv partnered up with enlighten. So we're good to and and things are going to be here. After the fact I guess when you decided to to kind of go into the event space because I I do believe that part of the problem with some of these events is the people that are putting these things together. Have all of the ingredients except for like one or two which you happened to stockpile when you decided to kind of go into the event space? I heard a lot of people kind of shaking their heads scratching their head. Like you know they've always done good. Parties is don't magazine but we'll see how he does with this. You KINDA YOU. Kinda went into that thing just like you do everything with head down like a bull in the China closet and you were. There is while David Chan may fail. David Tran never quits and so when when you kind of pumped out and did Fairchild and like I said you came out at at 'em Jabe is and I in my opinion. Hit a Grand Slam with that party. The hot air balloon in itself was phenomenal. And so how? How did you see that need in the industry? And and why did you want to apply your resource set to that? And then now that you've actually had success. Obviously it's easy with hindsight. Say Oh I knew what I was doing but some of it. You know people were entrusting you to throw parties. That they hadn't had much success with. How did you have that confidence? And how did you understand that that? It was such a huge hole in this space to me in entrepreneurship. There's never a sure thing and there is always fear when you when you start a even when we started don't magazine. We really didn't know what we were doing. It was just still so early but you know like all of my businesses all always comes down to the people around me and the people that have built this along with me. I really take no credit for it. You know while I bring the positive liberty and while I bring that sort of mentality You know it's you know that's really what I would focus on the culture but the really the people in in that You know in in the organization the one that really builds it so I really first of all you know to everyone that's always contributed to don't magazine. You know our our success. It was a tremendous amount of hard work. I would never even say that. It was like a easy task. But you know overall it took a lot of To me a lot of great people to put all that together and you know for me. I've always been about hospitality. I've you know I find my joy in things someone happy and I think we've always applied that would dope magazine. We say you know everything that we do has to be dealt and it just has to be on that level where everyone looks at it. They're smiling. Sponsors. Are Getting what they were promised. And we build that integrity in the industry. And the reason why I'm out there shaking hands day in day out is because you know what I mean. That's really what this is all about. It's about that connection in his about putting people together because if I cur one person to get together and do something spectacular than I've really done my job so I think to me. It was a personal thing where you have to love what you do in watching people shake hands. Connect people tell me that? Wow you introduce me this partner No better feeling than that idea. You know what I mean money and anything like that to me if I just was able to live my life in that sort of weighed than it was so I think it was such an easy transition into fairchild because ultimately at the end we had a magazine we did digital and we did events and you know to me. Events was always one of those things that I could tell like. Oh it's so exciting for me and something that I can always affect and you know my partner. James has created some of the greatest events while we're at Dope magazine. You really is a genius so being able to kind of team with him and restart the business because as you build a business like built it becomes super big and there's a lot of people that are all and you know to be able to start over again. I is absolutely scary. But you know you learn so many skills you'll learn from all the mistakes that you have done and really ultimately at the end you can build a faster stronger with this greater foundation and I just don't know anything better than to me than to do exactly what I love. Which is offense networking hospitality? And I think everyone always remembers to meet the the big party that we throw but to me events reach so many different levels. You know there's educational events. There's all sorts of different offense besides just the party part but ultimately at the end connection is everything. And that's kind of how I've always lived my life Does the hardest part of living through this period. Right now is not shaking hands and hugging people in doing that and that to me is hard so you know what I mean. It's just like I think I'm just really blessed right now to think about how much sacrifice and did that and stayed you know kind of away from my family. So I'm really taking the time now to really understand and number. You know what I mean why I'm doing this. You know my family is right here over here. They supported me for so long and to me. You Know I. I'm using this time right now I just again. I'm not sitting here. I'm not using the energy or time on anything. Negative right now. I'm going to take this because I think we all need some perspective right now and You know curb everyone to take that time to really reflects the I mean every time we run into each other. It's never a handshake. It's always a hug. And while I'm not an event guy per se like I do appreciate you know kind of what I've seen Fairchild Roll out how you've handled it. It is more than event. It isn't just David Trans or fair child's not just throwing you a party so many people get that conflicted with like the actual components of the event. And I think when when I see other events that maybe don't do so well I'm it's really because they failed to plan and and on top of it. They've done what was easy. One of the things. I've really appreciated about how you've always been in. This goes back to dope magazine as well Is that you've done things the right way the best way regardless of if that makes sense or if it is actually going to work like that I think is by far and away what I take away from. My you know kind of observation of you in the industry and as a person you just have this. There's this there's a reason why you are who you are. And it's because of how you hold yourself your level of confidence the fact that you do have Your very humble and you have your very you know one of the things we talked about another podcast was the fact that you most people will not let space see their family life most people. Don't they're so busy? Caught up in the day to day working of it that work life balance. The I feel like you've always while maniac on the road. I do see you kinda slow down and spend time with the fan and I think that that if anything else if people could take this time right now to kind of recenter themselves and really understand. What's important like you kind of touched on what I call. Currency a lot of people look at currency as money. I look at currency as you and I have our relationship how we can help how we can help each other You know that currency to me like you said if you could bank on that that that would make you feel the best than having money in the bank. Because money in the bank as we're all seeing right now can go away pretty quickly. Yeah absolutely. I'm already five and I could tell Ya. All the young folks money comes and goes I. It does but what doesn't answer reputation your integrity The way that you interact with people those things are absolutely important. You know to your point you know when it comes to event you can throw an event but you know to me. It has to be an experience and we have to you know to me. We want to make sure that everything is very inclusive. You know what I mean. I don't you know the reason why events or successful is because we make sure that everybody you know. No one's standing in the corner no one's walking in and trying to figure out you know what I mean like who they're talking to create a place where people can actually interact and we're for me when I see someone that isn't involved and I can see that my my initial reaction my gut feeling go over there. Shake THEIR HAND. Introduce myself and just accidents are talking to them. I mean this is so simple and so- rudimentary just against some natural for me. Because you know what I mean. I understand what it feels like to be. You know what I mean that the not the you know an outcast is someone that comes in from the new school people that you know you pe- people felt that before and it's me. Candidates is always about connecting getting people. Together I've met so many different people from the time I smoked my my my my first hit behind seven seven eleven to two now. I would like you know shaking hands people. I didn't know they didn't look like me. They didn't come from my same background. But for some reason this plant just clip everybody together and I'm just like to me that resonates so much and what's what I think about. When we put together cannabis events how can we create that environment where everybody feels welcome? Everybody wants to be there because they feel welcome. And I don't care if you the biggest. Ceo to like a small BUD TENDER. Everyone is going to feel included. And that's to me is like to me our secret sauce in one. We're building events is is that people neglect to think about that. When they put together then you know to the point of live fairchild is being built. We WANT TO HELP PEOPLE. You know where we don't only do our own events we're doing other people's producing other people's events we understand those fundamentals and to me for damaged. They are relying on us to put this together because they don't understand that part of it. They're good at what they do but they're not good at this part and so like you know what I mean. We've had a cancel several of them. But right before we did one for Orban now and Mardi and those guys those guys were incredible and we were able to put that together and We're looking forward to putting more of those together in the future but for now you know we're just going to again. Take take take a second. Let's let's be safe. These events are going to come back when they come back. You know. We're going to beat back at full full force and we're GONNA continue to help these companies I think ultimately at the end everyone's hitting the reset button and everyone's getting more help than ever after this so I think we're in position to help different companies It's GonNa be a whole new world after that but you know that may not you know someone told me a long time ago. You know one day we're not GonNa have watches one day. We're not GONNA have cars but you know what you're always gonna be candidates always and there's GonNa be people and I think that's the thing I appreciated. I either most is that you will do an Mj Biz pretty sizable event. And then go do rebrand you know. With the guys up at Urbana and you know Marty and those guys and so really what I see Fairchild and what I want people to take away from this interview is that Fairchild is a I feel like your less of an event company in more of a production company. Meaning you'll come in. And Interpretive put together an event that will return the. Roi that the that the person that's funding the event not including your sponsors but the person that wants the event done. I feel like you guys have a little bit a actually not so little bit quite a bit of intuitive thinking when it comes to like okay. What's the outcome that we want to produce and then because let's listen rally off a couple of them? I mean you started. Mj Biz. What did you go after? That was the next event after. Mj Biz. Do you remember. We did a couple of different things we did. Yang. We did what rallies. I thought that was really Again not necessarily cannabis related but still production level..

But we're GONNA Kinda just keep the conversation Rolan and dude today as another just what I would consider an honor and a privilege to interview. We get to interview David Tran today. He's the CO founder Fairchild in the Gulf fingers group. He's also the CO founder. A DOPE magazine. He's got nightclubs. Most certainly the cowgirls one in Seattle he serves on a couple of cannabis boards most notably cincy media. And you might know the guy if you're in the cannabis space as the dope chronicles or the the. What is it the TRENTHAM CANOLA BRAND THE RANDOM? Chronicles yes my man. Dude. How are you? What's up? Danny how are you brother? Good br I saw you. You manage to score a little bit of brick. We'd here recently yes I did you know the Bellboy was very fortunate. You know I was only expecting to be down here for weeks so I brought my vape pen and I brought you finish one and the other one was a CD cart on accident there while I love CBD You know I tend move towards the so thank goodness. I got some brick. We'd I have to admit it doesn't work. I tried to smoke all of it and I don't think I really much by with symbolic win. I would say right and so let's talk a little bit about where you're at right now. We're kind of chillan. I am in Kabul San Lucas With my family right now We COME DOWN HERE. You know me and my wife got married here. Nine years ago in Kabo and every year will become down there for a week. And you know we stayed. You know. We're we're on our second week. We decided to stay here with everything going on You know we figure Kabul has been a pretty chill and safe place You know I think everyone is taking it pretty seriously down here. People are cleaning. We are absolutely you know doing everything we can to protect ourselves. And you'll stay as safe as possible. You know again. Stay up with the news in her family and friends up there. I just you know just following everyone you know making calls and You know checking up as needed. Your I mean it's your guy that the grass doesn't grow on your feet pretty quickly. You're on the move constantly like you. I think I counted close to a dozen plane selfies. Three months that you've taken tell us a little bit about that. Like and how your travel is impact how it's going to be impacted over the next thirty to sixty days? I mean you are in event guy by the way one of the best event guys in the market. If you're the candidate space dude game recognizes game one hundred percent like Fairchild is the brainchild of you and your partner and you guys. Have you guys came out of the gate swinging at Mj Biz? And I haven't seen you stop. How how does that? How does this? How is this particular component and impact you because you go Seattle Colorado California Boston? You're just all over the place. What's that GonNa do thinking about the future right now? Well to me. You know connecting is everything you know with my bars. It's always been that way. And you know with Dope magazine now with Fairchild. We're really focusing on events and so obviously right now We've been deeply impacted. You know we've had a lot of events scheduled. We've had to cancel them. Obviously you mentioned a lot of what I do is connect with people in person. I'd take the effort to go out there and shake a lot of hands and you know without doing that right now. It's absolutely affected us. But you know for me you know. I've always felt you know that you know everything I do is for the long run and you know right now is just you know just kinda bearing down and kind of my more concern is for everybody else you know. It's just like People who can't connect event producers who cannot throat You know party that for their livelihood you know for us we were trying to really support damn sell you know. My heart goes out to a lot of these big event producers. Even the small ones and you know so you know but for me. It's all about trying to contain this and I encourage everyone to think long term and you know how do we go ahead and contain this and and get this thing fixed and the only way to do that is kind of shutting down. And that's hard when you're a guy and when you're a bar guy you know the Washington governor just shut down all at the bars and restaurants in Washington Which essentially closes bars down it? It displaces all of our employees You know and it puts a real hardship on you know business. Owners like myself but You know I'm you know. I it encouraged by the fact that you know what I mean. There's some solutions While it's very difficult to admit that we all have to keep our distance from each other You know in for the first time in my life I'm going to encourage that and You know we want to just get back to normal Just you know to me. I encourage people to follow the rules and be a safe is often take every precaution. You can I think it's easy to take light of it but you know as things start developing We have to understand that. You know there's a lot at stake right now and You know I'm just really overall just taken this moment to do those things that we forget to like. Hold close to our family speech. Close to them You know And to me also from a business point of view plan and strategize use this time. You proactively You know I mean. This thing is going to end eventually. So what are you going to do when it does happen? You know what I mean I I always feel like everyone should prepare right now and and use this time pro actively You know it's easy to get sucked into the negativity and and all that but you know to me just trying to keep our head up and you know to me just overall knowing you know what's really important to me. Which is my family. My friends and to me this community which I just Gan whether it's the The nightlife and the service industry or to me event producer is end. The candidates community You know I wish I could do so much more but Just again just my thoughts are with anyone. That's affected by it Yemen. I mean we're both kind of you know out there and you especially being. I would consider you a thought leader in the space. And did you ever expect in your ev? You know we both been around the sun a few times too. I never thought we would ever see something like this in our lifetime where the NBA. Shut down You Know Hall of flowers like everybody was thinking how far is still going to happen. Shut down you know and and to your point like you know I was talking with someone this morning and and we're talking about L. A. Just put a moratorium on rents like if you can't pay your rent at school like you're fine but like how is that ever going to get made up how? I am planning and strategizing and I agree with you that the people should take this time to be aware. Be CAUTIOUS BE SMART. Don't be in denial. But at the same time you know everything has a silver lining. You can take a different approach to what you're trying to accomplish in this space. Lots of people going to be at home right now. A lot of phone calls can be made. A lot of e mails can be sent. Did you ever like when you saw this coming on? And when you made the decision to stay in Kabo like you know hindsight's twenty twenty but when you're looking at in the face like it might a little overreacting right now or am. I making the right decision because we worry about that people. Shame you for for making those decisions like Oh must be nice or or you're overreacting. It's like it's not. It's it's the real deal right now. How did that decision making process going to play? And what what are you? GonNa do on the way back. Are you maybe going to extend your trip in Kabul or when you get back what is going to do to kind of continue moving forward as a thought leader? Yeah well you know like you said at the beginning I look. I'm looking outside right now looking at the waves and you know it was calm and you know you're out there and you know the the ready you know some warning signs that you should be out there and then the waves start coming in you know what. I mean all the sun and now we've been huge way that you just had been expected so You know to me is just. It's unbelievable it's unprecedented. I still am having a hard time. Believing the magnitude and how fast these Waves came crashing down on us and to me is just like you know. I'm not a fortune teller. I couldn't predict this part of it and to me you know. I think it has a golf went on. It's as we started watching the news as we started hearing things. We really just started really just decided you know. What can we do to? What what what what what what. What are we powerless to do? What can we do? That's within our grasp and kind of making the decision to stay. Another week was really based on the fact that you know school started closing down again with. We're taking the proper precautions again. We're not taking this lightly down here. Neither in fact it's very hard to call this vacation. At this point. You know really at the end where living down here You know and it's less about you know. Let's go ahead and do what we did. The first week were here which is go out and do the fun stopped and enjoy this now. You know. My kids are home-schooling Irv United. Were sitting right here not outside right now trying to make sure that the kids have the education as a school changes on the phone right now all morning talking to my partners talking to different people in my organization making sure people are fine and also like talking to you because I think overall at the end you know I think there needs to be some solidarity right now. I think there's so much you know in social media that we look at that causes us to panic right now and to point fingers into the cell people that people are looking at this wrong. But you know who's to say that everyone is in the same position Right now and so I just you know again. I never imagined this would happen again. But I do also believe that after this is all said and done we will overcome this That will all have new sense of life and humanity is. It's definitely interesting. How the world will correct itself you know and how we were entering into March four twenty twenty this year you know. Everybody was still comped on on that particular set numbers. And you know let's face it. Let's be honest. Pull the band aid off the cannabis industry is was not on the best love legs going into this anyways especially in the California market I mean every market has its challenges. California's been struggling. People weren't able to pay their bills. You've got the likes of Madman. Who by the way? Just put out a release that they're going to be shuttering all of their dispensaries and doing delivery only in California as of today because L. A.'s. Said no no gatherings more than fifty people in you and I both know you go into some of these dispensaries. There's easily over. Fifty people in these dispensaries so you already have people not paying their bills. You already had taxation out of control you already. An Washington has its own challenges. They're very more restrictive on how they test the brands that they allow. I just talked to a friend yesterday. Who said Seattle looked like a ghost town? You know. People walking around in Hazmat suits while they're driving the safe way to go get whatever. Little Bit of food is left on the shelves. What do you see like being that? The cannabis industry was already kind of onto wheels. Going in to what we were already hanging on now. This is happening Lots of people are going to be laid off. Lots of companies are definitely not be able to pay their bills. When you say we're GONNA come out of this with a new awakening. How do you see the SP?.

"Policies this can be used to put financial pressure governments because tourism brings lots of money in through tax revenue poor freeze and more. We've seen this happen down in Mexico. Yes we did cartels. Hold all of the cruise lines out. Oh yes and now we're back in right yeah so there's been times where the cruise lines would not go to Puerto Vallarta they would not go to Mazas law they would not go to <hes> Kaba San Lucas or they would just only go to compass on Lucas but not those other places they wouldn't go to insulin Nada so but you know it changes and so <hes> we live in a world that is unstable and a lot of places for example like you can't go. You just can't decide side to North Korea right. No I don't think so exact unless you could go with that basketball player yeah exactly so I mean we have things like this that happened. I mean so many Americans so used to traveling and and <music> go in different places without any pretty much any problems right but this does happen and it is fluid fluid situation. I think it's just <hes> well you just part of light you were on. Weren't you on the cruise with me. When we went to row atten- Tan were you on the roads and remember the president was being overthrown? Yes and we still win on the island yeah so you know there are boys with toys. Oh my gosh there's many boys with toys but when you're talking about toys rose we're talking about fifteen hundred yes and big trucks and they were cruising everywhere when the restrictions come up off of Cuba. I'm going to be on that ship going down there again. I mean it's a beautiful country. I did this great great interview with Mark and I think we're going to be <hes> dropping it in right after this. Whatever this yeah we're going to drop it in? It's a great interview with them. He was on actually the last cruise ship from Norwegian before the administration rations said hey you know we're visit dances new policy yeah so he he he found these great little spots of history and it's an incredible story with them so I hope everybody enjoys it this. This is the interview with mark on the Norwegian cruise. Hey Guys Kristin Scott here. I'm with mark and he just came off the Norwegian sky. Guess where they went to Cuba. I guess he was one of the last Cuba ships ships to go in well. I'm here with him and I wanted to get his take on Cuba on the ship on everything mark. Thank you for joining us. Hey Nice Nice to be here laugher out. Thanks for having me so what how many cruises have you done and with Norwegian I cruise with no region. I cruise now. Did you plan this way in the head way ahead because it is Cuba yeah definitely booked around we went may thirteenth seventeen and we booked around January so definitely playing all right I have to ask Norwegian to me is the new fund ship because you know you do have the packages. What packages did you get? We got the three package zoo. We've got the Internet the unlimited open bar as well as specialty dying. Wait a minute. You didn't get the gratuities or the excursion will actually <hes> me and my partner with that win. We actually were able to get on boards onboard spending and through the deal I guess and we actually have to pay opportunities and we got some curtains out of it. Wow so everything was really paid for definitely we would have to say this was all inclusive now with the specialty dining. How many restaurants are on the sky? Though is that something that is something that maybe future cruiser should do on the sky own. I would say if you're one that wants to really live that like specialty dining patches dylan yet even get it but for me I was cool.

Coming back. Yeah. But I mean, the last person to have won a grant Simon. So we watching the highlights in the boss before the start where yours were went through. Obviously, the Jiro and everything that that included five stage wins an onslaught on leaving on a bit of unfortunate note, g c wise, thankfully, then the resume of two thousand eighteen finish on the podium Madrid. So definitely no reason to be confident his abilities. And. Just gotta take one day at a time really could be pissing rain two hundred kilometers small. So we got hands full already now getting back in trying to recover. So it was Chris you'll yen sin, the the Irish Dane who writes for mission skull, and yeah, he's he's become a very important month. Lim in a very strong team became the Evie brand boot Walter, and it's a really really well equipped team to support Simon as we should wrap things up for our first day at the GM tomorrow. We're going to be. We're going to check your the home of Andrea taffy. I'm gonna wear my Andrea taffy visor four plus Mark. Because I I've been running lost to gold thing. Isn't it mapei-quickstep casquette with the top cutoff and restart? Because I I've been running lost to gold thing. Isn't it mapei-quickstep casquette with the top cutoff and restart? Could do that end up with a big pink circle on the hand? You're gonna wear not for the costs. Great. We got into Tuscany who is going to win. I mean, it's a sprint stage tomorrow. No or. Embraced. Very very quickly. This is now you MBA visited dilemma, isn't it? They they have the pink jersey, but I would suspect they would not want to defend in the conventional sense of putting people on the front chasing down. But they're gonna they're gonna going to lose a. Yeah, they will because the sprinters will be so far back, but you know, time bonuses might take them a few days to catch up, you know, having the jersey and defending the jersey of two very different things. So I anticipate them just just sailing through. Being fairly open with certainly Kernan quickstep them saying, look, we're not gonna ride I could be proved wrong about the onus will be onto coning tomorrow. Yeah. Elliott Elliott, surely the favorite give earier as well. Anyway, we'll join you against Moore. And I thank you very much lying. Thank you. What we gonna eat tonight of what Soviet finals? "Thank you you to shall we here. Let's talk to him. Let's hear from him briefly. If you just look at the profile of his Jiro, I mean, it really stands out how straightforward looks in the first ten days has your preparation taken into account all you coming in on the cooked cooked. But a lot of my training has gone really specifically for the end of the rice big really big days back to back build up. It's been more about that. I think the will lend itself like I said before to being conservative. Anyway, I think some of these stages in the elevator tricky than have on you know, I wouldn't saying it's gonna be ten days greasy. But j some of them quite tricky to Guba capital tricky because obviously the risk of crashes or also because the might be climbs that people haven't really paid any attention to both just, you know, smaller roads, also really quite roads. Just think you know, maybe to win. You don't really know how much she study. Oh, I mean, how how much the United States is not only the really the rest of stages. I look just online anymore. More details. Get close to the rice. When you do that tonight. The spend an hour looking at the protocols or online, of course, was easy because I did GB Melia times. I never finished. It's too late in the season. You got that climbed five times. Tell you already ten times or whatever. So as much as I need to really we also have Gabella viewer, and all this sort of interview look at so I go for it pretty pretty well. The second coast. Judy Tyler is supported by science port. Not about it's not about you. Hall pointed he. With some point. Commie it Kombi you anyway, because. Anyway on the ball is the objection to the source being called Bala knee as or to the fact that it shouldn't be served spaghetti on both counseling certainly should never been with spaghetti and the actual bologna. As is the real one has Choon it believe, you'll know this is ridiculous. The the first one ever ever sort of made never called in. Bologna am had children it. Well, we'll get to the ball on was Richie's gonna hate this. But it was recently. Some kind of remember last year we had the World Cup recently. There was. Bolognese their most on as a World Cup. Not believe versus bologna and Napoli one. I am I gonna hate I like that. I mean, it's proper food. Last year about news. Toppy? Anyway, I've had Ragu for every day so far, and I'm gonna continue that tonight, but we need to finish the pump cost before we can go for dinner beef good. Good linked. Good segue. There's been a beef about some Yangtze's comments in the press conference yesterday. You were there Donyell and Siamese was bullish wasn't the incredibly bullish rich on well, the two questions on which he was particularly bullish and one he was who's the favorite for the jeopardy. How ya and he said me and with with no problem with that. We know that it was when elite sport person and you're trying to win an event what's wrong with saying. I think on the favorite I think it's to be applauded. But it was the the withering sort of monitoring which he was delivered. I think which was quite impressive. He's the only one who has to live up to that. He's also the only one in the field who. One the loss Grun tour on the calendar. And the other thing that came out of press comes to spin toes about a lot. Today's this comment about he made in immediately with roulette magazine, his rival shipping shitting them selves. This is getting a little bit Scott to me. Oh, wow. He stood by that history repeats itself. He stood. Well, it's funny. You should mention that London. Because I understand that these Yates his press conference on some of the comments he made in the press conference. I've been the subject of some in some webcam today amongst the riders. So I don't know whether he's intention was to sort of fire up his rivals. But I think he might have done Europe. See, right. Lionel I relish that. You know? I think we saw that kind of beef a couple years ago when I was leading the race in a lot of beef with Nibley and Chana Kintana. Yeah. And it was great. It was refreshing. It was good. That was Jerry. Yeah. Jiro, but unfortunately, not typical in the social media age where things get blown up, and I suspect the Siamese going to be immune to that morning other than he cares. I mean, he's not even on mice by city..

Daniel who was host last night wasn't that their restaurant her there? I think the drug area they Lauro's very appropriate of the the while the chemists of the of the of the rose or pink probably actually slightly inappropriate vis-a-vis the jury tire. And Jerry time said earlier, the Bologna's known as the fat one also the the red one and the learned one got these three names, isn't it for its history of this university, and this politics very much so very much rich. The we will see focusing on the food because we need to learn well, read, maybe. We we ain't very well. Then we had a few specialities stunned to arrive in bologna anew revealed the mayor of bologna is trying to outlaw correspondence with him. Have you been corresponds with him? I think speak to him tomorrow buys compaign to rid the world of spaghetti bolognese. Story this. I didn't think you won't go into it. There's a big battle between bologna and not bully Napoli says the it should be spaghetti Alabama is in bologna spaghetti of never existed in bologna. "What three hours and something waiting. These reason. To not to go. I when you think it's going to rain later. Nobody's going to tank car there and say, well, try and finish second. I mean, broke Lynch got nineteen seconds in the band. Presumably would have had the same right? If he'd gone lost today. The fastest clothing in the ball tour, the home of cycling with character watch with Rafael twenty nineteen as they funded with e f occasion, I and canyons row. Very much. Indeed to Rafeh are headline sponsor with who support. We wouldn't be here. Covering the tire from start to finish. This is the first of our nightly episodes from the Jiro bake, thanks to Rafeh. They will be falling. Of course, EFL. I throw the Jiro and producing EF gone racing films. Have a look at them at Rafeh dot C subscribe through Rafeh films on YouTube, and we say big banks to Rafeh moving on chops. Looking at the results, you said vinyl that the density of the tops our four five writers wasn't a huge surprise. But I would say nearly was a surprise second for a lot of the day third in the end. And I think that was his look at Nibley oversee a former winner, but he's a guy who often comes to the boil late in the race doesn't a an obviously start this Jiro. And really, no, no specialist time trial cider, no all your nights. The sunlit climbs any very well. He's. Pretty lie. He's in good form. It's well-documented. So I didn't think that was not much surprises. A big negative surprise me was doom line, particularly because I think he thought he'd done a pretty good ride. And he was quite surprised by how quickly he was overtaken by how many people he was taking. He hasn't done too many time trials this year. I think he's a one individual time trial and a couple of team time trials, but there's no problem. I mean, I was told today was a few people. He's been working on his new with his new time trial by this Avello since law September way before they came on board as a facial sponsors and as regards this. Well, this comment that you made which is now the subject of a lot of scrutiny that he wasn't going as well as lost year. Certainly feeling some webbie's that was taken very much out of context. He was asked about specific day specific race. And he said, well, basically, I didn't go as well as I did last year. I think that point was with regard to years on the edge Memphis else. And I think he thinks he's going. He's going pretty well. But I think there's also a sort of one the suddenly will be off to today. There's a widespread. Acknowledgement acceptance to rogue lychees just off the charts the moment, Richard say on the way down as we walk back through the stunning Toco through the crowds. Watching the the second half of the race come up and trying to slightly discombobulated by the upside down running order that we have upside down ski jump on a A lot lot of. of record low rogue, which finds though I mean a lot of funds with this kind of Lugo with wingless angels wings, almost them rogue nation the rug which Tien club up there today. Slovenians and other people supporting him, and you do feel like he's got a lot momentum by them. He's got very strong team. Lawrence loses going to be really important. I think the other big surprise. It was superman. See I was that was probably the best time trial of his career. No..

"We've seen one Italian guys seem one Italian sporting national treasure ready today. Berta by the scare the slalom scare was up here from bologna, mabley spinach. Sis time will we would tell you from the screen. Putty seemed lost the pictures. I'm where we were watching film penguins ago time, especially so already some surprises. But rogue lich cores going very quickly. Indeed. Daniel how did outback Tomba described the climb here like a black run? All we know Lionel we were to ballroom bologna, the stage over the seizures over we've just watched Siamese haven't we on the big screen third last month ago as we made our way down the hill. And we're actually Santa barn, blown you. What happened today then on sage one of the Primoz Roque Lynch won pretty convincingly? Didn't he by visa, you did a modernist in the it was an impressive performance? He was a lot quicker than everybody else. Saw him in the second nineteen seconds been her nearly at twenty three Miguel Ango Lopez Fetterman twenty seconds Thome to Mulan. Iraqi beaten. That was the top five probably not far away from what we would have thought would be the top five. Save shuffling of the order. The disappointments or surprises perhaps were Bob young goals only in thirteenth place. Forty six seconds down on rogue lich rapper mica. Impressive performance by him six places thirty three seconds and better than w formula. Who was fifty seconds down. So already a little bit of a shakeup in the general classification. We kind of get a few hints who is going to feature in this race. But of course, a lot of racing to go before we really hit any ROY. There is a lot of Italy left. So one done an old resumes again tomorrow, but the son Luca climb was really special wasn't it. We roll up at the top. And we spoke to a few ride. It has crossed the line one of whom was Britain's James Knox. The current quickstep riding his first grand tool. He was in twenty second place. Pretty impressive result for him on friends debut, and if he made the climb I think it's really difficult actually because obviously I think the bulk of the the benefits going to be going, you know, saving engine. But then it's hard not to get a little bit Hardaway and solve any time trial so alone with a Nazi to clients finish on. There was tremendous crows as well did not affect your evil to serve those from the no I really on the climb. Let you tune into a wall of people straightway shouts in. If you go and James is in amongst that was nice, but just trying really hard just to folks on my own football. The crowd. Give you something extra. On says Giulio Chikouna impressive magazine United on these some just tell me what was the atmosphere like on the incredible psyching stadium sucking arena. This time Luca climb amazing raising enriching way to start the GIO the Jews still long way to go as long term felt fine today as a motion pointing religious probably just outstanding. So what it is my not scared. I'm on vivo says he thinks he's done. This climbs on Luca more than anyone else ever in history. Possibly in races. Gentlemen, media, many many times says that it was magical to in the journal. He's Patiala premise who is probably Monteiro sunau. So. Dream coming true for me. And for the team how strongest pretty much the moment because the gap he has everyone else speak. It's incredible. He's so good is. Yeah. Just fun on another level now and hope can continue this deal. The end of the geo three weeks is a long time to come in. And this strong is a concern. Or is just a good position to be. Yeah, we had a good plan. And I think is in good shape. Now, we can do this until the end lost. What did you make the climb? And the did you have a chance to sample out misfield on your way up. Yeah. Just go FU gas. It will supervise I feel like a Gouda atmosphere here. Yeah. So happy to be Italy. The lost voice. She heard that was Lawrence. Deploy of you MBA. Visa he's going to be very important teammate for premiums. Rogue lich. You would imagine very good performance as well. But him today..

"That's funding your dream. That's not so bad. Is it think about it that way you have an idea you wanted to grow? How can you take your work and sell it to the people who already work there that you already see every day? How can you test your market with people that are already in your workplace? How can you look at your 4._0._1._K plan and see if your player matches it so that ten years from now twenty years from now, you look, and you're like, wow. I'm so glad I stay that extra six months. What can you do to make your circumstance better? It's look at it differently. How is it benefiting you? Well, it's keeping all the lights on in your place. Right. It's paying your bills. So that's not so bad because a lot. Entrepreneurs don't have that they co balls out. And you know, kinda do it by themselves and scramble and freak out. You have a job that pays you and gives you a market to test. It gives people to talk to your ideas about it's kind of amazing, right? So start to see your circumstances. Maybe something you've been blaming as a positive. In exile. Last. But not least I want to invite you to think bigger if you told me in my life when a high was twenty three years old that I would live in Kabul, San Lucas or Bangkok Thailand. I would've told you crazy. The truth is life is what you make. If you want to go on vacation save up for it. If you really wanna start that block just do it. And I mean it because the truth is you need a plan. Right. You need a plan you need action steps. But sometimes, and I know for some of you, it is just writing that blog post and getting comfortable and practicing your confidence muscle. It's opening your eyes to what could be and just giving it a little test. And once you find that you like it really going for building plan asking questions developing struck. Picture. That's what makes the most successful people successful now last, but not least where in your life. Do you want to be at the end of the year? It's a question to ask yourself. And it's a question. I asked myself my goals, and my dreams are so much bigger every single year. And sometimes the Pat that I go down is not the path that I visioned or majett. But I always know that what I want to create in my life the legacy. I wanna leave behind requires a lot and I have real estate. I have coaching have courses. I have crystals have all kinds of things that I do. And while some of the things I do are extremely successful. In some of the things aren't. I know that because I sold crystals or sold one off sessions or whatever I was selling at the time. It connected me to women that I needed to talk to so I could grow so that they could grow. So I could see the impact that I made. So for those of you who are wondering, why would you go into real estate, or why would I change my life? The truth is high need lots going on. It's my jam..
