I were big staunch defenders of impact wrestling like the for the history of the show for nine and a half ten years. You were the impact wrestling guy. Then about almost a year and a half ago when they debuted on access television And even prior to that. I my shot when they were on. I dunno destination. America pop tv and they would off television again I've been watching impact wrestling in you. And i are making the case. That impact wrestling was one of the best promotions last year. That from july onwards they were really good and here we are in april Not even a year later in albion. I've been saying this last couple of weeks. And maybe things have changed by their world title. Change but I i don't know. I'm not really feeling impact wrestling right now. I i gotta be honest. I was not. i didn't really care. I miss this pay per view and I didn't have any interest in watching outside of the rick swan kenny omega match. That i really didn't have interest in that match. I just of thought was a foregone conclusion that can he was gonna win. Like they're just really wasn't anything on this car that was like oh yeah this is this must see. This is something. I have to check out. There is really like no crazy. Match real star power to it. It was a show. Like i've gone back and caught matches and some other things but it wasn't bashar just to me wasn't one of those ones or with with all the wrestling we've had over the last month It just it just didn't seem like must see tv for me. yeah yeah. I wasn't really feeling i don't know if you watched this special called this. As rebellion it was hosted by moreover nala on access tv. Did you get a chance to watch that at all. It was about an hour long program where it covered the swan. Kenny omega match and i thought i thought he did a good job. But when you look at kenny omega taking on rick swan it's like well we already know who's going to win like there was no question mark. That rich one was going to be the guy that took down kenny omega for the first time in almost six to eight months it just didn't make sense to me but they had nobody else essentially right. I mean they had nobody else that could fill that role. And we've talked about that a couple of weeks ago you look at the roster and you're like all right you got a swan. Is there really anybody else that you can put in the ring with kenny omega in the casual fan go yet. He's on his level. Like that's a guy that i can see competing with kenny and possibly defeating kenny. And unfortunately for impact right now with. I mean they have some the. Wwe is like zack ryder. Curt hawkins aka mac. Cardona brian myers. They review those guys around. But even then like we would have met cardona kenny omega match any more compelling was they just don't have the star power through really competed. That's opt to your level right. Now yeah you know we. We basically ranked as early on. I thought moose would have been a good competitor challenger to To kenny omega eddie edwards Sammy callahan like i would put those three ahead of rick swan right now to take on kenny omega and that type of match i think physically. They would've matched up better But i think maybe there is. They're like well. Maybe more people rich. Swann is as opposed to moose. Great together And then finally. This was the main event match. Kenny omega good brothers. defeated rich swan chris sabin and moves who was filling in for alex shelley who was unable to wrestle. Kenny omega pins the impact world champion. Rich swann good match. We're seeing kenny omega. And the ring. Your thoughts here on the dream Six way match. Yeah you're losing. Alex shelley kind of threw it off for me a little bit because you know loosen or a rivalry so i didn't understand why you put mousse in that spot. I mean i mean pay y obviously for storytelling it birth. It's to me like you said it was weird.
