So there's a little bit of that too right so i think i'm just kind of out of it. It's not feeling like it was before. I felt pressure so much. I think i'm just condition. Because i haven't been doing teague is is getting better that's gone. I don't have that anymore. That lasted for a while. Almost a month after kovic were Yeah i would. Just if. "All right so sue pretty interesting. There was There was this a new study and it was in the research journal of nature and food. And what they did it was. It was mildly depressing. I suppose for people who don't eat that healthy but they figured out like which foods take a certain number of actual minutes off of your life and which foods actually me do do the opposite actually actually grant minutes of healthy life to your body every time you eat it. Yeah yeah basically. Like like for instance. They found the eating one. Hotdog costs a person. Thirty six minutes of so-called healthy life so they were there looking at health span in lifespan. They found like eating about thirty grams of nuts. Like little handful. Nonsense eads provides a gain of about twenty five minutes of healthy life They've they've found. Eat a couple handful and nuts and your hot dog at the same time you offset. And that's it. That's exactly what. I was exactly. Process was biggie. Was like zero point four or five minutes lost per gram of processed. Meat consumed in the us like they analyzed thousands of different foods including the carbon footprint. Which i'll talk about a little bit because the carbon footprint. Some of these foods is pretty interesting as well. And there's a cool little graph dental linked to the show. We don't want to read the whole study and just like show. Some of the popular foods like wild caught salmon adds about twenty minutes. An apple about looks like about fifteen minutes or so for an apple whole grain toast whole grain toast about thirty minutes in the odd it. Who who knows. How much healthy user bias you know. How much they customize this based on people's unique guts and by oems You know i. I would tend to agree that things like the soda the hotdog the process me the things that fall in the right side of the curve in terms of decreasing life are really truly are probably the most deleterious. I do think that there are some people for whom whole grain toast if you've got gluten sensitivities etcetera that might actually subtractive few years of minutes at least quality life or at least you might live shorter but you might paint the back of your toilets a little bit more frequently depending on you are but yeah. The hot dog was the most profound. The hot dog was basically the worst thing on their one. One hotdog. Thirty six minutes of your life subtracted from your life every time you have a hot dog and i'm assuming we're not talking about like a grass-fed grass finished beef dog or pastured pork. I assume we're talking about the american hotdog here. Yeah yeah i mean and what are people pairing that with when you eat a hot dog people eating like chips and fries and beer and shit. So it's like a again are they. Just singling out those foods or they like oh look. These people are eating hot dogs. Therefore they're taking this amount of time off their life not factoring in there also eating. You know the process read. That's in the hot dog around the hot dog. Then the you know the fries. That she i think i think paul salvino has called that the james bond effect where they say that meet could shorten lifespan. But a lot of people who eat meat or the same people who because has been so heavily vilified are also like drink. Beer shorten themselves on sleep. Maybe not wearing their seat belt like people who just kind of like live a risky life in general and ignore standard health. Advice so yeah. There's there's some of that going on to. I suppose because you could do a healthy hotdog and you could do an unhealthy hotdog. It depends on on how you do it and obviously if you haven't hot dog a soda to or some other process meat. I mean the ones that all right in the center of the kerber kinda interesting like an egg was kind like you hit or miss but again like who. What kind of egg are we talking about. So yeah either way. Interesting interesting index and gives me pause about process mean hot dogs at least so the other part of it though was like the the idea. They looked into sustainable foods. And even though this this was This was kind of a different article and a different take on On what is what is called the government's new national food strategy based on a year long. Independent review of which foods are most sustainable. Like count. good for you slash good for the planet and this one i believe was primarily done in the uk but we can still we can still glean some some interesting information from like Oats for example. Oats can be grown high altitudes. They're good break. Crop me they can be sown inbetween harvest to replenish the soil. And you know a good oath especially if you like do like the overnight oats where you're fermenting him. A little bit soaking him and making him super digestible if they're grown without artificial chemicals in a way that's friendly to the ecosystem. Oats are are one of the one of the more sustainable foods that you can eat. So so oats were now. Another one was locally grown vegetables preferably fresh or firm. It'd or pickled like the more you you can no surprise here. Shop at farmers markets and shop locally but in particular like locally grown fruits and vegetables seasonally consumed fruits and vegetables are pretty high up there and that that wasn't really a newsflash two meals muscles and bivalves bivalves oysters mussels glance gallops all these things that thrive on microscopic organic matter while they're cultivation transforms waste into carbon storage. And of course for anyone who enjoys oysters and clams and scallops and maybe some seafood pa some pretty delicious food as well and in farming muscles.

"This. Today i can only remember and i might be forgetting one but i to remember two instances where the lead for the next season was announced before they were technically off a season that we were currently watching nick vile was announced as the bachelor wild. We were still watching him on paradise and it was the next week. It was the week. Before the finale winds up breaking up with gen salvino and then rachel lindsay was announced as the bachelorette think a couple of weeks before. She was eliminated at final three on knicks season. So those two are as one large matt. James announced ten seasons. Yeah yeah yeah announced before he even. He was supposed to be a player in crawley season. Yeah they announce patrick before that. So it superseded even his is intro to the game. I'm just looking through his instagram right. Now is of news breaking in just from clinton gone brad womack. Yeah he does kinda. He only has thirty three posts. His first post oldest post is from two thousand. Nineteen this to me. Looks like a very curated. Instagram scrub which is usually a sign of somebody who understands that going into the game is going to be a giant social media opportunity so there's tied into photos. Well so here's the thing like with nick. Obviously we knew a ton about him with rachel. We had watched up to that point. Eight nine episodes of her on knicks season even with matt james even though he did not appear on clear season and he was announced as the bachelor of the beginning of june of twenty twenty. You at least had time to go. There were ticked videos of him. We knew that he was tyler cameras. Best friend there was at least stuff out there. We'd seen how soon you know we'd seen how he talked. How he acted on you know while while it may have been to talk and kind of silly but we actually seen the guy we had seen interviews when when they officially announce clayton as the bachelor. We will have nothing on this guy outside of those thirty three posts on instagram. I mean clearly friends and family know about them but ninety nine point nine nine nine percent of this audience has no idea. We don't know how this guy walks. We talk so he chews gum and how he interacts with a woman how he kisses how he dates. We nothing because by the time he starts filming next week. You know michelle. Season doesn't start airing until october nineteenth. He'll be three weeks into filming before we see him on. tv yet. You know weird we do how. He lifts weights though because there are revenge as instagram bench. Press squats deadlist. So you can check those out. But i do. This is a fascinating thing. Because to my knowledge there's never been a lead announced where we then get to watch them as a player throwing that they're the league so i do think at the very least if they announced this and the next week or two You know it's gonna fuel. I believe you shipped for michelle young season which looks like a better season pass anyway. Just based on the production quality of the promos. They're putting out. But i mean who's not going to tune into that season now which might have had some trouble otherwise because it's in this off period. It's on tuesday nights at but now it's like you're gonna get to see the next bachelor play. That's fascinating and i think that's probably a reason why they may be went this route. I mean we don't really know what happened with the greg negotiations and the michael negotiations and whatnot that could have been them stringing them along and they had a plan the whole time of. Hey let's drum up interest in michelle season by naming the bachelor from her season. So people you know tune in like i said and i at this point as we're recording this i don't know how far clayton even gets on michelle season I have no idea i. I don't think they're casting someone who went home night one. Certainly he has a story. We're going to see play out. He probably gets an early one on one. I'm assuming so at least get to know him but you know even if we don't i guess it doesn't matter he's our bachelor so what guarantees is probably gonna get a good at it like they're not gonna make you he certainly villain michelle season for. Sure gonna get good at it and just my intuitions. my impulses. I don't know any of this. This is just my intuition. He's probably an early front runner. And i think for my money again intuition. I would predict that something happens in the season makes them have to set. Some kind of tragedy happens at home. Something comes in from outside the game where he has to leave and it's like he was robbed of this opportunity but he was a front runner and everyone loved him and they make him the bachelor. I guess heartbreak heartbreaker instead. You think that michelle your favorite but michelle gets rid of him top sex. That's my prediction interesting. Yeah we just don't know. I mean i i certainly don't know i just think i found it interesting when this announcement came today and i tweeted it out and put it on the instagram stories. You guys did as well on the game. Roses instagram page. I just find it interesting and this is kind of. This is what. I mean when i call a certain section of the fans of the show toxic bachelor nation because the immediate response when you look at the replies is just to shit on this guy like i have no idea if he's going to be a good batch or not maybe he'll suck and then you can say you know. See we told you after the fact even though you're basing it on nothing but it's just this giant negativity which i think obviously is just a lot of social media. Most people. don't go on social media to compliment people But these are just not well formed opinions about someone they don't even know they haven't even seen on television yet but i dunno. It just happens every season. And it's just it's not going away and this is just what the show has become. It's just shit on everybody as much as you can and don't competent anybody and you know for for this guy to have his name thrown out there today. Probably gonna be the bachelor and just to read some of responses from people just. I don't get it. I don't know anything about them like. Maybe he's not your cup of tea but could god you haven't even at least in the past. You could say when they named colton or whoever you had watched seasons of colton you had formed a pretty strong opinion. You know nothing about clayton at this point. Nothing outside of his instagram page. So it seems like any negative opinion is pretty superficial at this point. Since you haven't even heard the guy speak.

So i'm glad to have you on for this episode for share thankful to be on you so sean before we get started i have to ask you. How do you feel about murder. And more specifically mutilation. What are your feelings on that all around bad not good stuff but i guess you know i'm not overly sensitive to it but in the grand scheme of things now not good stuff not a fan but you. You won't shy away if it's presented to. Yeah exactly my wife. Watches way too. Many murderer shows murder forecast for me to be a week to it. I guess interesting. May maybe you should just be always looking over your shoulders. Then because she knows everything like how to hide a body basically pretty terrifying she says a lot of like you know if if one of us dies and then goes on wait a second year. You know what i'm sharpening the knife plotting my motor. Well i hope She waits at least an hour for us to finish this episode before she does that because because in today's episode of the let's start cult. Podcast we will be covering the story of the ripper crew. A group who terrorize chicago with a series of abductions and horrific killings between nineteen eighty one and nineteen eighty-two later it would be revealed that they would eat amputated breasts of their victim as part of their sickening satanic rituals. They may have committed these horrific murders but one of the cult members has since been released from prison. Even their leader will be eligible for parole in a few years time. Despite the authorities describing him as worse than the infamous charles manson. So sean have you ever heard of the ripper crew also known as the chicago rippers. Know holy. shit. That sounds like a comic book like a batman gang villain. Yeah that's that's a very good description. It sounds awful. Definitely buckle up because this one's starts dark and gets even darker as we go so definitely trigger warning for anyone who needs that This episode does get extremely graphic. Unfortunately sean you are stuck here so you can't go anywhere me. Are you ready to jump into the ripper crew. I guess have to be now after that warning i never. I didn't tell you what it was going to be about. But this is payback for the smut. You made me read on reddit on wicky really pair. Yeah yeah all right. The recruit is widely regarded as one of the most prolific serial killers in american history. But despite this notoriety not much is actually known about the early years of the group and its four members. Robin gach edwards spitzer andrew co corales and thomas co corrales. Those are the four members what has been disclosed to the public. Though is that robin gets the group's leader had been arrested sometime in nineteen seventy nine and charged with contributing to the sexual delinquency of a fourteen year. Old girl so starting off. Oh i mean like. I said start start gets worse if that's possible but this wasn't his first brush with the sexual related events as a teenager gets had also been accused by his family members of molesting his own sister. Yes that's that's an alabama shit. I don't know what he's doing in chicago. Walk from texas. I didn't wanna say deep south shit because we don't do that suspect alabama big alabama vibes. No disrespect yeah. That's like the middle of the country stuff so in a bid to cure him of this quote unquote sickness. His parents sent him to live with his grandmother but their efforts were in vain. He continued to exhibit other disturbing behaviors throughout the years with his wife even admitting that he loved to slice her breasts whenever they had sex. Oh he had a wife. Well that is on alone fascinating like what kind of person would be with someone like that is my first question after the first light like there's a probably naga. Yeah i mean. I guess there is like the bedia semnan crew. That's part of that. But that's the extreme end of it. Maybe but this is This is a king that definitely comes back later on. And i'm not sure what is Obsession with breasts are but they definitely Play a huge part in the killings but we will get to that at some point during his life gets found employment at pd 'em contractors construction business established in one thousand nine hundred seventy one by the notorious serial killer and rapist. John wayne casey known as the cla- killer clown he to terrorize the state of illinois. From nineteen seventy two to nineteen seventy eight and was eventually found to have brutally murdered more than thirty people. If you haven't checked out terrible people doing terrible things episode on john wayne gacy. They cover all his terribleness but it is kind of crazy that This serial killer worked for another serial killer and kind of lucky for him because he was younger at this point which john wayne gracie preyed on younger boys. So i mean if we're thinking like dexter it's too bad this serial killer didn't take this serial killer you know what i mean or yeah man out of all thirty innocent children. He killed the at least the future. Serial killer. I don't know maybe he was grooming him to become a better serial killer. Who knows 'cause definitely because that it isn't known exactly how gets met edwards spitzer and the co corrales brothers andrew thomas however sometime in the early nineteen eighties. The four began to spending time together with gets becoming the de facto leader of their group. Thanks to his innate charisma and authoritative personality. So he's basically the john of our group. Sean let draw parallels between us. Yeah okay that's fair. That's the four them would all hang out together at his house waiting until his wife left for work before heading up to the addict which they referred to as the satanic chapel dark and lit only by handles the. Yeah it's par for the course so far dark and lit only by candle light the room featured in alter draped in red cloth as well as six red and black crosses that had been haphazardly painted on the wall spread through and the copa alice. Brothers co corrales. Brothers believed that gets possessed supernatural powers which you used to control others both physically and mentally. They were convinced. The sphere of influence include them however they welcomed this idea thinking that this gave meaning to their lives and a sense of purpose. Unfortunately they believe that this purpose involve them committing a series of horrific murders Sorry yeah no that's right. They believe that this purpose involve them committing a series of horrific murders. Yeah so it's kind of weird. They're kind of weird. They're like we think he's controlling us. But we're cool with it. We're cool anything else. Where do you find the these. Just clueless idiots. Yeah be rude. Because i mean mental health and whatnot but jesus christ people. Yeah that's fair that's fair. They're probably assholes for.

"Yeah have i mean oh you mean the the pumping your shoulder. Oh sorry i have. But it's taken me like literally like an entire workout session. You know it's been tough. It's never happened after one set at. And so like what mark was saying like i had to figure out what worked for me and what worked for me was literally combining three different philosophies. And it's like oh you can do that. That's amazing right. I have a friend that has some really bad digestive issues. And then on top of that i just know a lotta people. In general and a lot of family members and people. I see online They have digestion problems. They have problems with their skin. they have some auto immune disorders and this one person. I was w- that i'm working on helping I asked them. I said you know. Do you still have symptoms Because they did clean up their diet. They did A lot of work and it was great to see and they were in relief of a lot of a lot of the issues that they had previously But they still said they had symptoms. And i said well i you know i know that you take Greens products and different things. I was like. I would suggest that you knicks them and they were like why. Why would i get rid of. It seems like the most like one of the most healthy parts of my diet. Why would i get rid of. The greens said well. There's there's some compelling evidence that for some people Certain types of green stone agree with their system and she was like Basically asking for research and she wasn't being rude she was just like i wanna learn more. I would like to dig into this more. And i was like well. There's entire books written by paul salad. Dino and sean baker. And i'm not a person that's going to say That vegetables are like going to attack you. And they're going to kill you and they're going to do all these different things Which kinda paul salvino does kind of take it to that level saying that they are just basically bad for you and a lot of ways but i don't think that plants are are bad for us in that way however i'm open to the fact that plants can be detrimental to some people they can so why not. Just it's not going to hurt to eliminate it for a while and see. Is this part of my problem. And let's say you get rid of it for a couple of weeks. Turns out the problems still there. Okay screw it. The vegetable thing didn't work but what's it gonna hurt to pull them away for a bit. Just give it give it a try. Give it a shot absolutely That's the whole idea of to cycle doing things on yourself. Experimenting on yourself The the the cool thing about this podcast is that we have such a range of people that come on that. Believe so many different things that that put forward such contracting information that i can totally understand. How can be confusing when someone comes on and says full. Ron is the way to go. And someone comes on and says oh you know early. Phase loading and getting rid of compounds. I can understand how people get mad. Yeah please don't use it as a crutch to not do anything Don't use it a should be paralyzed to be stuck in the same dogmatic stuff. That you've always been stuck in or just being stuck in your. When i mentioned the thing about peanut butter you know p it was on inflammatory on purpose. Like i don't have any problem with peanut. Peanut is fucking awesome but most people have trouble Controlling the amount of peanut butter the and stone cold popped in on there. I'm thinking like man. I produced a lot of content for a long time twelve years or so. I mean i've been making putting on information for a really long time and it seems like kind of Inflammatory thing that. I kind of put out there. Just kind of fucked with everybody and You know just just for fun kinda just a strike up some some good conversation. I love it I do think. I do think that it's crap to have that in someone's diet a lot of times If it's not someone that can handle it. There are plenty of people. I'm sure that can measure it out properly me. Yeah i definitely am not one of them. So therefore i think everybody is the same as me that they can't control themselves but anyway stone cold kind of making a comment back and i know he's just kind of having fun with his to but i but what goes off in my head. I'm just thinking to myself stone. Cold is somebody that has complained about his own physique for a long time. he's gotten in tremendous shape especially when he was young and more recently. He's gotten in good shape again. But i'm just thinking like this is my exact point is that it's it's just difficult sometimes to have some of these foods in there of course you could. You could figure it out and you could have that in there but I don't have like research or science to prove this or that. But what i do know. Is that when we start to mix ingredients together and we have high amounts of fat and high amounts of salt and in the case of unnatural peanut butter. They got like stuff to sweeten it up a bit. It makes it very difficult to stop eating it and even natural peanut butter is fucking delicious so in my view in my opinion it's a great idea for people to not have those things inside their home to great idea to try to abstain from those things. The best that you can it also be a great idea of someone turned off the ac in this room and let it be sweating over here. It's all about the nips. Where more clues the.

I don't remember what we'll movie with this movie. I'm like all the movie since then. All all the moon of resets that so but you got i mean he went from you know hugh jackman to hugh jackman in. He's got a great name period for that. He's got a great name. He was listen. He was so incredible for my career. I'm living in a you became and right now we hug each other. He's fantastic but he literally he. I mean i've got a lot of thanks for if it wasn't for him. I mean i don't know. I don't know where i would've been from a training standpoint remember. I was transitioning from kind of the strength and conditioning world. And you know getting the opportunity to work with someone like that. I think was really special game changer. And then yeah. I think my business grew because of that level That word you said earlier integrity. I think they realized i was a good person in that. You know i'm. I'm texting them late at night or i'm checking in with them. And what can i do add value. You know when you've worked. You worked people individually for years. It's like you go home and you take that home with you. Know if they're not there struggle or something's going on you you wear that on your shirt so now part of it. Obviously you know that. The other side of this is the marketing aspect. I really took you to another level in the things that people are wanting unfortunately slash. Fortunately if they can get connected with you are like what is the superhero workout. What is ryan reynolds program. That's what i want. I want to look like ryan. Yeah and you've you've definitely invested in some of those things you know. They might be like videos out there done by men's health but people just get into your universe you're always again bringing people back to the basics just like this program is for this person for this purpose. Well it's all on don salvino dot com. Yeah listen i it's there's nothing fluffy about it. I think every individual. I work with every celebrity. Every big name. They're all starting at a different point You know maybe. Structurally ryan's better with a trap are dead. Lift a conventional deadliest. So we'll have him trap are because that's the position he gets into more safely and that's the movement that we can load them on. I still conventional dead left. Or i might have someone else do that. So it's really. It becomes tough sometimes because when someone calls of calls me your message and says i want that program on like well. This has been an evolution. This has been do all the programs. I just get on and just and to promote myself. That's not the idea of it. But you've gotta learn to move. You gotta establish a level of integrity in your movement and then in time intensity you know should increase and for those people out there who can increase intensity consistency trump. everything just be consistent. Is that good enough. Good enough for you. Like just stop trying. This is not about going at a level ten every workout. This is about just being consistent going in leaving there in a good mindset. It's the number. One thing. I try to one thing that i've always been able to control every client i. I get struck by lightning. I'm trying not to lie on Just like every client. And there's no way that a lot of people out there who want to point their finger and say the cops are the devil could do their job. I respect the the boys in blue more more than you than you know and our first responders and everything everybody who takes on a job like that. I'm just opening the conversation to say. What do we do so that the hatred for those same men and women who protect us does not continue to grow amongst the black community and amongst everybody for that matter. What do we do to ensure that we can hold these police officers accountable but also recognize them for the incredible things they do. We can sit here and we can pick these different stories. We can pick this case in this case in this case and say well. Why did this happen here. Why did this well. Because we live in an imperfect loot imperfect world because there will be mistakes because there are people who do not Who do not care for other people. You have evil people in this world and unfortunately there always will be but the conversation starts and stops With our ability and our willingness to learn to say this is. We've done things but maybe that's not the best way. Maybe we need to try things a different way so to wrap it up for today. I say that there are incredible. Coal cops and police officers who have saved lives black white brown green blue. It didn't doesn't matter. And yes there are some evil cops out there. But there's ways to bounce. Pope Francis proposes 21 'reflection points' for discussion at abuse summit

"You don't see LaPierre Dalyell. She says Suadi, but in Francis addressed bishops and other church leaders from around the world this week there gathered for a summit about the clergy sex abuse crisis in the Catholic church there. Two more days of meetings to go fill Salvino is at the summit in Rome. He lives in Boston and he's a survivor of clergy sex abuse. We spoke with him earlier this week. And we wanted to check in with him again about the meetings so far fill at this summit meeting. Pope Francis has provided bishops Twenty-one reflection points, I have the list right here. And one of the first points is to make a practical handbook of steps to be taken by thorns when cases of sex-abuse happened at church. What do you think about that? They feared is swimming means bishops, and yeah, that's a great idea. But it really mazes me that such a handbook doesn't already exist. It hasn't been in place for you know, twenty thirty years. Have you looked at the this list of reflection points? I have I wish I had the list in front of me. But I was I I read it through quite closely last night. What do you think of it? When you read it, you think this is a good thing or do you think some something's missing? Well, I would leave to see that it was described as just a number of topics for them to think about in a way to sorta start conversations in directions that they might head into if this was a a list of of policies and procedures that they wanted to put in place. I would have been horrified. I mean, there are a few a few good things as they call for, you know, treating survivors with cairn with respect one of them. I forget which number. It was talks about hard to deal with false allegations of abuse. Which makes me is makes me crazy because I've been hearing that phrase ever since the early nineties when I went public. That there are people that were saying all this didn't really happen. These people just looking for money, but just trying to, you know, find ways to get money off the Catholic church in for, you know, for saviour to find the courage to go forward speak of their childhood experiences in public manner. And and then be told his has to be a false allegation. What you refer to it's written in these in these set of points says the right to defence the principle of natural and canon law of presumption of innocence must also be safeguarded until the guilt of the accused is proven. I mean in some ways that is, you know. That is that is the legitimate thing. It's not completely denouncing a charge of abuse. It's simply saying we have to prove it in. That's true nitty in criminal with any criminal charges. Have to proved the question is who's going to push been doing the investigation who's going to be be present one way or another fill? The pope says he wants concrete measures to be taken you told us earlier this week that one of your main concerns is that mandated reporting needs to happen reminds us what that is. And whether you think the Catholic church is moving in that direction to require that ended a reporting essentially means that if a Bishop learns that one of the priests within his diocese has been abusing a child or an analyst since this criminal behavior that we talking about it should be reported to civil authorities. Namely, the police investigation to be done. It should be done by people who trained to do such. Investigations, namely, the police in I talked to watch bishops soclean or about that at survivors meaning on Tuesday, and I was really kind of dismayed with his answer.

Theodore Mccarrick, Phil Salvino And Francis discussed on PRI's The World

"This is a big week for the Catholic church. But Francis is gathering his bishops at the Vatican to discuss the clergy sex abuse crisis. The summit comes as Francis faces increased pressure. It also comes just days after the Vatican defrocked, the former archbishop of Washington DC cardinal Theodore McCarrick after McCarrick was found guilty of sex crimes. Tomorrow, twelve survivors will be meeting with organizers of the pope's summit in room. Phil Salvino is one of those survivors. He's an activist against clergy sex abuse in Boston with him and oil, the co director of the research group Bishop accountability, we reach them both in Rome. Let's start with you fill. You're one of twelve survivors of clergy sexual abuse who will be meeting tomorrow with organizers of pope grasses summit. What do you plan to say a great deal? Actually, I think that one of our. Make is how important is for the names of abusers names of bishops in protected abuses as well to be released by Vatican. That not only helps to set a record in terms of you know. What are the numbers that? We're talking about here into the Vatican numbers compare with the numbers that we've been tracking at Bishop accountability. But the other thing for the healing of survivors is really really important that they're able to see that the man that have sexually assaulted them are starting to get recognition for those sorts of deeds. And I really don't know what the format of the meaning as yet. I don't know how long it's gonna last. I don't know if we're going to be sitting in a circle like it's a big snap support group per what? But if there's an additional time, I may also talk a little bit of on about my personal experiences as child with this pre Stephen Hawley who assaulted me over and over when I was eleven and twelve years old, and that was when you were growing up in Douglas, Massachusetts. That's right. And sat means the survivors network of those abused by priests. I want to turn to you an- and a reminder for our listeners your co director of the research group Bishop accountability and
