"But you're not just point being promoting this thing you are right now acting like we're terrible people for not doing it. That makes you the problem even if you're not doing it is increasing people's risk. That's a different conversation. That's a right. If we're pretending we live in a free country for pretending bodily autonomy always has been just look sweden and other places that are proving to you that you're wrong. Look denmark sweden all of these places that are showing you that they do not need to do this and nothing's happening that's why no one's talking about it. Yeah but apparently this debunks everything right well. Here's the hospital self now. I wanna play a quick clip for you. Let me actually. i think. I'm pretty sure he's rattle off these last couple points. Report play this. Here's i won't play this another another person who is openly talking about how if you're unvaccinated. You don't get treatment and you shouldn't be asking why right you don't you. Don't get an injection. You're on your own. I'll to nine year old before you because you're a bad person. While we're watching the injections not work against the thing that they're telling you you need to fight against right while we're watching the data. The science backing up the fact that the injection based on the original strain against the delta variant actually increases your risk while they tell you what's happening but who cares trust zion blah right. Well here is a clip or excuse me a recording of when i called saint luke's the entire You know the area they cover and ask them a couple of quick questions now. What's interesting to me before this and unfortunately not being recorded a close family member of mine called early. I think it's just a week or more ago and asked point blank the same thing if they were overwhelmed. If the ice you bet blah. You are the icu. Beds all taken up. Are you overwhelmed. What do you attribute this increase in. Non covered patients seeking care at a rate. That's a little more than usual. Well we started to see an increase in non kevin patient usage of all the hospitals in the area before this fourth third started. It's really hard to say. Why likely part of it may be because patients have in some. Instances postponed care But i'm sure there are a number of other actresses well that are impacting. "But. All they can say is. It's just wrong. Or the the Bible says we shouldn't do that and. And that's all they have. I mean, right. So. Let's let me say two things One. I don't I don't WanNa. I want to mischaracterize the church as kind of. The source of Morality for society. There there is a sense to that when she enters into the public square, but but that's not the primary function of Christ's bride. The church after Jesus rises from the dead and he appears to his apostles he tells them he opens their minds to understand all the scriptures at the end of the Gospel according to Saint Luke and to to show them that everything is written about the Christ that he must suffer and die in the third day rise and that repentance and forgiveness of sins should be proclaimed his name to all nations so. That's That's the essence of the church. That's that's the currency with which she transacts repentance and forgiveness of sins, and even repentance has goal the forgiveness of sins. She doesn't just tell people that they're sinners so that they do the right thing she tells people that their centers so that so that they like the crowd of pentecost will be cut to the heart. That is repentant and then she can she can deliver to them what her groom Christ died on the Cross to obtain, and that is forgiveness of sins so Though there are. Sins that today are are more in Vogue in in our culture and sometimes the church is accused of kind of picking on usually sexual sins That's that's not her primary function and. The word of God is clear right? Not Not just a sexual sins gone has nine other commandments that he cares about and you know the the sex sins don't even come in until the sixth one and they're sort of delivered in hierarchy. So they're not not a top, but they do kind of demonstrate. The Insanity of our? Culture. The way in which we reject these. Basic biological distinctions between men and women that. You know in fifth. Grade Health class when they sent all the girls out of the room and the boys looked at the diagrams of what a man's body looks like and what a.

"It pro very cool so that was tennis tangents. You're like me we just talk about whatever POPs in there so you also have the storytelling aspect of what you do where you were planning for life thugs and three sixty eighty five experience that were sitting in now where it's storytelling events but you also have both sites where you want people through the stories kit get get to an event like this. There's still options for them to go see the story around the products. Because like you said it's not necessarily always A. Hey here's a new features new features straight but if there's not a use case story around it it may be useless. So how do you go through that process of telling stories about those products and fitting new products into existing stories down. I think first thing is obviously talking to our customers when we he starts to work with a great customer we really WanNa get a case study out of them. I think as we look at this booth next year I'd love to do is cut it into fours. And there's some like Saint Saint Luke's that told such a great and compelling story how they're using it actually create like a doctor's office and put them over there maybe have a one of our retail customers like Walmart build the small retail experience. Have them show the software so I think our goal is to have more and more customers. Tell their stories because they're powerful and it's their story so I think I like to to look at how our customers are using our software in unique and interesting ways how it's helped them digitally transform and then use that is how we tell the Uber Story and then use use those customers and their quotes and their experiences to release sort of move that forward and then sorry tend to look at a long week yes. John's are perfectly acceptable label on Thursday. And then take a look at new things we're doing. And how would that help a Walmart. A mayor. A city of Corona Rona. Do something even better something that they can't. And how do we weave that into the story. Always looking at it makes a product services. What I hear from people at shows I here amazing stories great comments and how we take all that and also where we see things going? I did a session on Tuesday called so you've deployed it but now can you get people. Actually I use it. Oh yes he twenty. It was packed and we talk about how there are now. Four generations of users in the workforce from baby boomers to colonials to Gen X. Gen Y.. And that we have fifty percent of dumb now that C. Chat as the number one best way to communicate with other people within the company and forty percent who still believe. It's email now that sixty percent things you send out an email when there's cupcakes in the break room. That's what emails good before so large. Another large part of our job enroll is how do we tolstoy that makes these forty percent. Go Wow if I don't start using teams and chat and face if I'm doing video when I'm doing this and these things I'm going to miss out. We're not going to retain great people if I don't let people work from the device that they want to work from. If I don't understand that we no longer secure the device. We secure the data if we don't help and guide people and especially to make that change change to retain talent are GonNa have a hard time staying in business. Yeah and that's a big part of what we're doing. Great well and I saw the fascinating presentation I saw by a guy I talked about the generational differences. Yeah in communicating and one example he gave was falls into the whole messaging things. That's what brought it out is. How many people do you know that are those? They're a little bit younger than I am. Their their life probably mid twenties thirties. You call them yourself all them. They don't answer the phone. and Go to voicemail. You'd think metaxas message. They respond ten seconds writer because they don't want to talk on the phone. They wanted to do text message. If you think about email you email somebody five hours later. They sent me back an answer. You said you're not GONNA get so. This could go on for three days to get something when I started working with engineering in one drive it was. We don't do email tax. I go heavy and teams have looking for this no problem. Let me ask this first into the conversation. Yeah just ruled that out. Great Work and I get the bits. Let me add a person enhanced. The bits no problem is he authorized. Yes give it to them. Boom here's the link does within fifteen minutes. I solve an issue that by email published or take three days and it install may not have been resolved so but how do you balance that out when you're telling these stories across generations because like you said there's still a very real part of the workforce that you will probably never maybe a B. Never get into a team because just comfortable with us. We're going to have to be and this is the thing is we say you know what start to take things that were email and bring them into teams like announcements and stuff like that. You're going to get a few more people I'm looking for all we now do that. Teams and teams and how to filter teams or the only getting what they want. Then you're gonNA that'd be left with a few people that are either GonNa leave or that are going to go fine. I have to be taught to do this but I watch my daughter in the backseat. She's able to do homework and work kind of powerpoint and upload it to share point offer full in the car. I can't do that but I've learned that fifty three if I don't evolve and start to work this way because when we first got teens and when we first got it internally needed it I'm like I do email and that's what I do but as I started seeing more and more things move over two teams. I went all right. I'M GONNA have to learn how to use this. This is for real. We're really doing this and now I really like it and our mobile experiences really help that. Okay that's now how I chat. That's where I say. Here's a fog in uploaded super-quick. I still do a lot of emails melt but it's getting less and less than I'm doing a better job of when this email work welfare that teams were and that should encourage people that someone that works at Microsoft automated teams when it first came out. And now you love it. You just like a lot of businesses Gouda enjoy the product. I realized I was going to be able to get more done faster faster more efficiently. And even when I was not in the office it was very easy. People connect with me for me to join a call for me to share a file and do things without having my laptop up open. Okay all right. This works can truly work from any device anywhere as be as productive as I am in the office and that is that's a valuable tool. Okay okay is that part of the story that you guys are bringing to behind like the bringing the Amer in two. I was talking today about that in early. You're right is bringing the conversations where people are so right. Well people may be more familiar without like. Now you're bringing some of those conversations to make them more familiar with teams things with the Mr into outlook which is an experienced. Some people are more comfortable. And what's great with that is that can be people inside and outside the company if you just WanNa Wanadoo inside. Teams is a great way to put that together so yeah it's going to be blending some of these experiences. What makes.

"In the early hours of the morning Jesus rose from the dead. it is my hope that these few minutes we spent together will both refresh your life and renew your faith in the risen Christ. hi good morning everyone welcome back to the program as always very very happy to have you listening and sharing this time with me this morning we begin as we always do by praying together and we do so by using the same words that Jesus tada. our father who art in heaven hallowed be thy name thy Kingdom Come thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespassing is as we forgive those who trespass against us. and lead us not into temptation. but deliver us from evil. Ahmed. well now that. everybody's back to school. the college or high school or grade school or. whatever. I think let's allow Jesus to be our teacher because as you know the learning process particularly our growth in holiness it just never an. Saint Luke in his gospel the fifteenth chapter the beginning of that chapter. which happens to be from where the gospel comes this weekend Saint Luke offers us three stories that Jesus told in order to teach us some very basic truths about holiness of life. Jesus is god of course he in his very person shows us guards tremendous love and mercy and who can doubt that love and mercy. so that we might not doubt. Jesus gives us three stories first is the one about the shepherd who goes and looks for his lost sheep. he looks until he finds it. and when he does find it the shepherd seems much more related than the sheep itself why the sheep is probably wondering around nibbling on the grass not even realizing the danger that it was in. and so the shepherd carries it home on his shoulders. any calls in all of his friends and neighbors to celebrate that this one she had been found and returned. next the story of the woman who lost one of her silver coins. and she sweeps the whole house so. until she finds it. and when she finds that one lost coin she two calls in her friends and neighbors for celebration. it sure must have been one extra special sober piece maybe an heirloom who knows. the third in lost. is the. well known story of the prodigal son. and the forgiving father I'm sure the returning son was happy. and no doubt others were to be. but we must remember that nobody in the story. is happier than the father. what a man was beside himself with joy he couldn't do enough to celebrate. and no doubt. he had a hard time figuring why his other son. wasn't as happy about his brother's return as he was. yes certainly god loves us. he is that shepherd who found his lost sheep. god is that one who placed the lost sheep on his shoulders and carried him back. god is represented by that woman who wouldn't rest until she found that special coin. god is the father who with open arms welcome to back his. Rana goal son. we need to remember that when we feel that no one cares about us. that god's love for us he is as intense. we need to remember that when we feel. that we are the greatest centers in the world. that we are alone and lost in life which can easily happen that we have a god who is so passionately in love with us that nothing and no one will ever be able to make god hesitate even momentarily doing everything possible to attract us back. to carry us home. and eventually to welcome us into his heavenly kingdom. yes no one and nothing. will be allowed by god to discourage him from trying to do whatever it takes. to bring us back to him. no one and no thing will be allowed by god to discourage him from trying to do his utmost for you. but there is one person who does have the power to resist god's powerful love and to cancel his planned celebration and that person is me and you. we have that power. to freely choose to reject. god's love and mercy so. we S. disciples of the lord his students. as we listen to these three stories given us in the gospel the liturgy this weekend. we realize as we listen that they're talking really about us. if that sheep enjoyed being lost. and kept hiding from the shepherd in the in the brush. if that she refused to be placed up on the shoulders of the shepherd. well they would have been a disaster wouldn there have been there would have been sadness not joy in that shepherds heart. there would have been no celebration. we are often that lost sheep and the choice lives with you and with me. corn lost by the woman who. could have really ended her search. she could have even ruin St Anthony's reputation is founder of lost things. in the same way. he would I can hide from indigo or god's love and mercy. we have the power. to disappoint god and to disrupt his plan. thank you imagine how heartbroken that father of the prodigal son was at the end of so many days god knows how much time passed. he stared down that road. waiting. hoping praying. but his son was nowhere to be seen. I can imagine how hard it must have been for that father to pretend happiness and to go on with his work and his life. no matter how rich the father was or how many friends and relatives he might have had that run away a child of his had the power to make every day seem dark and dismal. did you ever stop to think did you have that ability with regard to god your father. imagine you having the power to make god who is joy and happiness itself. disappointed. sands. but god has given us that free choice. you know what their father. he also loved his elder son we know that he didn't love his elder son the complaining one. just a little he loved him intensely as much as the one who had been lost. and I bet the return celebration for the younger son was dampened for him by that elder one because it means instead of rejoicing with his father. instead of being grateful for all that he had in. wanting to show his gratitude by just kind of getting into the festivities instead. what are you doing how did he complain. I sometimes wonder. if god is ever happy god we think of him as being. how can he be when there is always at least one of us giving him grief. how can god be perfectly happy if either one of us refuses his grace and chooses. life eternal without him if there is but one person in hell how can god be happy. when god created us he did create grief and sorrow suffering and sadness. and he knew before hand that this would happen yet he went ahead with his creation plans now that is really love. maybe if we thought about the intensity of god's creating love a bit more. well maybe we wouldn't send as much. maybe we could even reach the point when we wouldn't send it all. now as for conclusions we really don't know the rest of any of these three stories doing. did the shepherd. did the woman. did the father of the prodigal son live happily ever after. my guess that depended on the sheep it depended on the coin ends. the two sons. what Jesus is really trying to tell us is that god's happiness. hands upon our response. and of course our happiness depends on him our lives and god's life. are so intertwined with each other that what one does affects the other. well god is obviously doing his part the question that we need to ask ourselves is are we doing our part. are you the sheep on the shoulders of the shepherd. the coin in the hand of the woman the sun in the father's welcoming arms. I guarantee this. if you are ever tempted to think that any human being can be happy and well off without god well forget it. the sheep would have been eaten by wolves long ago. the calling. what a rusted..

"Gary and Larry continue on eight. The boards. Hamilton that side of the flooring, and it's cleared out. All the way down the final seconds tick off. Boston. Bruins aren't going to the Stanley Cup. The Carolina Hurricanes. In game four and sweep the series. There and take some calls here in just a moment. But hey, don't kid yourself the NHL would rather have a San Jose Boston championship series, rather than Carolina, San Jose. And there is an oddity after Boston swept bread head against so old team. Go ahead, Mike this fun. That's been a weird postseason in general. But in the Eastern Conference, specifically, not only did you have the number one team in the league get swept in the first round being Tampa Bay. But the islanders swept the penguins, and then the islanders were swept by the hurricanes who were then swept by the Bruins. So twice a team got swept or slip a team VIN got swept in the same, you know, same postseason blessings that good. They will they'll be the favourite over the shark source, Saint Luke, it matters who Boston's gonna play, I think everyone's just going to have to put up with another parade on the duck boats in Boston. Wow. I don't think the Bruins can beat with way there. Playing so wait a minute. It's their offense. They're unstoppable. Their power play seven for fifteen against Carolina. And to harass is playing out of his mind right now, which he can do when he's on his game when you say Duke, arrested that pretty much that would be to co Rask, and we got gives the breaking.

"I am an April fool. You know, where the heritage of April Fools day comes from don't you? And I know that there's a lot of people that they're going to go. What's no? This can't be. Back before the current calendar back when they used a what they call the Julian calender after Julius Caesar. They the the first of the year was usually closer to spring because spring was a time of reverse things starting over again, you've just been through a harsh winter now so spring was usually when the first of the year was celebrated as well scholars seem to think that Christ was probably born in the spring because as you recall from Saint Luke, the reason that's Mary and Joseph had to travel to Bethlehem was because they all had to return to their place of their birth for the census. Scientists and historians seem to think the as brutal as the Romans were they wouldn't have called for a census in the middle of winter. They would have waited till spring when it was much more comfortable for people to travel fast forward, and the council of nice SIA today's everything from when Easter is to win Christmas is and in order to try to bring everybody together the agreement was that Christmas would be moved to December. And the first of the year to January, but there were still those who continue to celebrate a new year. April first. They were designated by definition as non-believers fools. And unfortunately, there are those walking among you, my friends that can't help. But celebrate a new year every April first..
