"Go all those options I think are possibly on the table here just because Sean's one of the most talented football coaches we've ever seen, but he's got a lot that he's got to figure out here. I know he said he doesn't want to drag it out. The coaches got the indication yesterday would probably be by the end of this week. We'll see whether or not he's willing to ready to make a decision at that point, but this is not something we see very often here, 36 years old. At the top of his game, less than a year ago weighing the Super Bowl and now talking very openly and candidly about he might need a breather here. Do the bears have their quarterback considering they have the number one overall pick. It's a great question and it's something that they have to evaluate. There's a lot of things that they like that they've seen out of Justin Fields. And to be fair to Justin Fields, it's not like he was throwing to a top receiver group this year. You know, they did make the trade for Chase claypool. He got hurt almost immediately, and it's really hard to integrate receivers, midstream, and other than that, nothing against the other guys he's throwing to, but Darnell Mooney's a really good solid player, but is he a true one who's going to carry that team? Equini saint Brown has fought his way for everything he can run. But is he a really true number two? They've got to upgrade that. They got over a $100 million in cap space. They're going to put weapons around him. There's enough to build with there, but it does bring them to an interesting crossroads here. You know, it's kind of like what we were talking about last year when Howie roseman made the trade with New Orleans, he picked up an extra first round pick in this year's draft. At the time it was, well, if Jalen hurts isn't the guy, then he's got two first round picks. He potentially could move up. You could draft a quarterback high. Now, feeling hurts has put himself in the MVP conversation. And so it would be a big surprise if the eagles do not ultimately commit to him as their long-term quarterback. But the bears have to sort that out. a generational talent, whether it's Bryce young or will levis or somebody else. I'm sure they're going to go through all those evaluations. I've heard nothing to indicate that they're going to move on at this point from Justin Fields. And if they're not, that also puts Ryan polls in a power position here because this is not the 2022 draft where nobody was taking a quarterback number one. Nobody was taking a quarterback in the top ten. You've got multiple quarterbacks in this draft who people potentially can convince themselves or worthy of the number one pick. And so polls already has amassed draft picks from some of the trades they made. They've got all this cap space and he may be able to turn that number one pick into a lot going into the future here as well. Always great stuff, Tom. Thank you. Thanks for joining us. Thanks for having

"The bears and lions Sunday at Ford field time, you know, the bears have been saying more than once this week, no holds barred on having Justin Fields play in the last two regular season games. I have to admit at first I was skeptical given his injuries, especially that shoulder injury a few weeks ago, so what say you today? Well, you know, I think Justin should play, given the fact that he's healthy and he's a 100% confident that he can go in there and do everything that's asked of him throughout the entirety of a game and a game plan. It's Justin can do that. I mean, let him play. He's shown resiliency and toughness beyond compare so far this season. And I think the final two games of this season in an environment like Detroit and then in the home game against Minnesota, I think he can get a lot of experience from those two games. I take it, you're a believer in through adversity. You learn things and no doubt that's what's going on with Justin Fields here in 2022. Well, I think adversity affects the whole team. I still believe that if Justin had any type of injury that could linger into the off season, then I would be a little reluctant to play him. If he gives me on his advice that he's a 100% ready to go through everything that's asked of him in the course of the game and then that's when you make that decision. Now let's talk for a minute here or so about the Lions. They start the season one in 6. Now there's 7 and 8. So what's been the key to their turnaround as you see it? Buying into the personality of head coach Dan Campbell, his requirements during the week asking them to work hard and practice just have to just as the bears have been. And developing a culture and an atmosphere inside their stadium where the crowd is super supportive, they're loud, they can make the opponent's offense look a little dysfunctional because they're crowd support. So it's the big picture. Everything from your attitude when you walk into the practice facility to your attitude late in the game when you think about how they need to finish in their resiliency and some of their comebacks they've had. And lastly, here, the Lions averaging 32 points a game at Ford field this season looks like they have a pretty good run pass balance going for them on offense there. Yeah, they do. They have the experience with Jared Goff now multiple years in the system. They have a good running backs. They have a good wide receiver position there. So led by saint Brown and, you know, they have a high draft choice from this off season that's just starting to play, but the bears have to be able to counteract that with an offense of their own. That's tied consuming and profitable both in the one in the past department. So I think the best defense that the bears could have is by putting their offense on the field for scoring opportunities and time of possession. Tom will look forward to hearing you and Jeff on Sunday from Ford field. Thank you, Dave. All right, our coverage begins at 9 a.m. Sunday on your home of the bears. Stopping the run is something that's been a problem for the bears defense all season, wbms, Jeff joniak, with more. There are many reasons why the bears coaching staff has no interest whatsoever in shutting down Justin Fields for the final two games. It's a topic, however, that keeps cropping up and it did again for offensive coordinator Luke Jesse. I think that's the experiences that he's getting or invaluable. The mentioning of him not playing is not realistic unless we felt like he was in harm's way for some reason. I think when he was injured before. The missing one game with a sore left shoulder going on the road and what promises to be a hostile environment in Ford field against a suspect Lions defense trying to sneak into the playoffs, great experience for the bears offense. "For the bulls last night on United center floor beating Milwaukee one 19 one 13 and over time they trailed by 15 early in the fourth quarter down 11 with less than three minutes to play. Demar Derozan 42 points, he had a key steal and set up an IO to sumo dunk near the end of regulation that tied the game kept it alive for the bulls. Nikola vucevic hit a big three pointer near the end and Derozan sealing the game with a foul line jumper, a defensive rebound and a couple of free throws and the bulls had one that Derozan said they certainly earned to the last second. You know, we didn't, we didn't get rattled when we made some mistakes offensively. We stuck with it, you know, it was, it was hell trying to slow Yanis down, but you know, we kept sticking with it, kept sticking with it. You know, we just showed a lot of resiliency and fight throughout the whole game. To be honest, I did come home with 45 points tying a season high, you had 20 rebounds as well. Kobe white left the game in the first half with a leg injury and didn't return. Detroit is at the united center tomorrow. "Zone like Amon Ross saint brow, saint Brown, excuse me, and then Jared in this offense could also live in a play action world, where if they need a little bit of extra protection or they want to hold secondary level defenders that they can drop back and go play action and kind of hold those guys and create some of those chunks. So you're watching an offense. The only one that I can think of that kind of has the ability to do both is maybe Dallas and I think the lack of protection hurts them drop back a little bit and also Seattle, excuse me. So I just think their ability to do both of those in the past game really kind of accentuates the strength of this offense. I love that you're talking about the passing game deal because we don't tie that directly to their identity and they doing it at a high level, especially over the last two weeks. I love that they still stuck with the run game. I love the fact that they were in this game and never deviated away from what their true identity is. You see swift and Williams and even though Williams took a hit this offensive line is all predicated on physicality and then Campbell tied in where he played with the Dallas Cowboys when I came in will not get away from it. We talked about this when they played buffalo. You have your hands full for a complete four quarters against the Detroit lands and most teams ain't willing to just line up and do it throughout the duration of a game. We got time for one more thing before we go. Guys, is Patrick Mahomes part of cirque du Soleil, like is he? Because I think he should be. This is circus. Right here. This is the real man. Dan, what did you see? Well, first of all, every other quarterback in the history of the game that has done that has been screened at mother F by their coach. He peeked back, stiff arms, seized the defender coming to him, open space under him flip. It's unbelievable. That angle there we go. Wow. That's why we can't have conversations about other quarterbacks. When it comes to the best. Like, and that wasn't the only place. In that game. All right, we'll see you tomorrow at NFL live. "Would you do a little lion's minus one and a half over 50 and a half saint Brown gets a TD at any point in the game for plus three 52? What is it if it's Jamal Williams? Because Jamaal Williams any town touched anytime touchdown was printing money this year. It's been my best bet of the season. That's minus one 40. That takes us to plus three 19. See, I feel safer with Jamal just because you can set your clock to Jamal again three red zone carries every single week. It's the most consistent thing you've seen. He's minus one 40. They move to a minus one 30 last week. As of two or three weeks ago, like the bills, he was still minus one ten. It was the most hilariously mispriced line you could find. Every single week, it was just such a funny, they go to them all the time. And the thing was is back in the day, it was because everybody thought the starter was swift. So he used to be like plus one ten plus one 20. It was incredible times. Then swift got her and then swift came back and it was very clear Jamal was the starter. They're kind of more and more reintegrating swift, like switch up with the majority of the reps for them last week. So I thought maybe they'd move the Jamal line back a little bit. Nah, the books had gone wise. They know, you gotta keep it as long as you can. Smart. What do you got for a matchup number three? Miners bucks in what's like a hugely impactful game for the NFC playoffs, but also the ugliest game of the week because of what the bucks are offensively at this point. And then obviously schrager and I, we hit this. I think the bucks are awful and I think the niners defense is going to win this game by themselves. So are you in? I'm on the under for this game. On under for this game is one of the first things I took. This the bucks offensive coaching staff. Byron leftwich, and then to what degree Todd Bowles is involved fourth down decision so on and so forth. They're not interested in scoring points. They have no interest in winning games. I don't know what they're doing on Sunday. It's just kind of like vibing and having a good time. But it's evident that the decisions they made that they have no interest in scoring and moving the ball down the field and creating offense. If they did, they'd throw the ball to different players, they'd face more Rashad white in, they'd run more play action, they'd pass more on first down, but they don't do any of this. And the evidence is overwhelming. So this obstinate of an offense that does things are not good at against a defense that's so good, match up so good situationally generates so much pressure against the banged up offensive line like them forty-niners defense can do. I think it's an under spot for sure. The matchup to me that the number I say that's interesting is what we get Brock purdy versus Todd Bowles defense. Todd Bowles historically against rookie quarterbacks has been extremely good. Going back to his time since he was a defensive coordinator to a head coach. Anytime I'm calling it defense, boles is four and ten against rookie quarterbacks. He is too in ten if you get rid of the games he had to play against Washington. And what Robert Griffin the third in that season with Robert Griffin was a rookie.

"The lions in general are that bad over the course of that? I guess 7 or 14 against. Very possible. How many thanksgivings have we had where this game starts early? And the West Coast starts like 9 30. You talk yourself into a lion's bet. And it's ten nothing by 10 o'clock. We haven't even had we're still on the pastry section of Thanksgiving. And the bets already over. And I think I have a lot of scars with that. You're younger than me, so maybe you don't. If Jeffrey kudo were playing in this game, I'd be on the lines plus 9 and a half. Acuda has been their solution to wide receiver ones all year. He's been really good. Excellent young player. Out for this game. The last dude you can lose for this because I do not think the bills have a Stefon digs answer without him. AJ Parker, these are not quality enough flares to handle digs one O one. They would probably give even double team help to akuta if you're out there. They're going to have to do it with the other corners. I don't think it's going to go well. So firstly, I like digs quite a lot in this game. However, since the UCL injury, Josh Allen has been missing for us. Yes. You know, it didn't end up mattering too much against Cleveland. If you watch red zone, you still see all the rushing touchdowns. You see the deep bombs that are connected, but underneath stuff, like stuff that you have to just kind of guide it in, coax it in like the light stuff. He has been drastically missing receivers. Now, I don't know how you see els work. So there's a chance that that's just like, you know, randomness and I'm giving an explanation correlation is causation, 'cause elbows hurt. But he doesn't have the same swagger. I think that's I test wise, he seems like somebody who's hurt and a little frustrated. So I think I have to factor that in with this. Yeah, so bill's offensively, to me, are not the juggernaut we saw in the beginning of the season. And anybody's like, oh, they scored 30 points against the browns. See previous comment about anybody can run against the browns. It's not real, it doesn't count. So that plus the health of mon Ross saint Brown. "Back soon, but I would lean towards him missing week 8. Then you have a moan Ross saint Brown, now in the concussion protocol with the new concussion protocol, we're averaging a little more than 7 days for players to get cleared. And that means very slightly over 50% chance that the saint Brown misses week 8. When players do return, they don't tend to have much impact on their performance. So statistically, the most likely outcome here is a week 9 full strength performance. Then we have Alan lazard, the mechanism and him blocking a player when really pulling himself out for a shoulder injury suggests something that an injury to his labrum. They'll probably get an MRI today at Monday and then we'll know for sure. Now in most cases of shoulder injuries for wide receivers, they would be able to return within two weeks. He did return to the game didn't necessarily produce much and wasn't a long return to the game, but overall suggests that Alan lazard would be able to play next week. Then we have Mike Williams and we're lucky on the charger side that they have a week 8 by because Mike Williams looked like he had a high ankle sprain based on the video and it looked relatively severe as well. He does have a chance to play week 9, but these average two to four weeks usually for wide receivers closer to the three to four range. So most likely you're going to not see Mike Williams out there for a week or two. Then you have JC Jackson. Now, the reporting his diagnosis as a dislocated kneecap and if you may remember back a couple years, Patrick Mahomes had the same diagnosis and missed two games from this injury. The key with these is that sometimes when the kneecap dislocates and then pops back into place, you can chip off a piece of bone. And depending on how big that piece is, that can require surgery to go in and fish it out. So there's not a loose chunk of tissue floating around in the knee. Now we'll see after the MRI probably on Monday, but JC Jackson, I would guess misses two games if he doesn't have a loose piece like that. And if he does, probably closer

Nobody's talking about this game. Pretty much. How about Seattle and Detroit? How about how about how about if we had to have a power rankings? Of teams that the weirdest stuff happens to. Oh gosh. I think the Chargers are, they've won a lifetime achievement award on that. They're always number one. But outside of that, who plays weirder games in Seattle? Not this was in Seattle. You all know that was when Calvin Johnson fumbled it in the end zone and KJ Wright batted it out of the end zone and the refs are like, good play, KJ. That's legal. It's not legal. Nope. Laps was in Seattle. This is a Detroit where as you know, lions, if you have they fall down by 14. They're gonna keep trying to take hunks out of your leg, right? I think so? And then last week looked like Dan Campbell at his first road win as a coach and as an HC all locked up and then decides to go for a field goal rather than going for it on fourth down or ponting, look. These two teams just, I think this is poised to just be nuts. Please tell me Gus Johnson's calling it. I don't know if this will be one of those guys. Because this has got a Gus Johnson type nuttiness result written all over it. I can't wait for it. No, actually a bad day for football all around The Washington commanders apparently unaware Detroit is in the central time zone because lions sell the burgundian gold without a first down for the first quarter and a half, they scored the first 22 points of a 36 27 victory over the commanders. What was the problem with the first half offense Ron Rivera? They did a couple of things as far as lime stunt. That they actually executed pretty good and we were a little late picking up. Okay, coach, but that doesn't explain why the defense couldn't stop the lion's offense, missing its entire starting interior offensive line. I saw as we gave a big place exposed to place and you can't give those plays up. You allow an explosive plane that throws you off. And that's really if you look at most of their scoring drives, I believe there's at least one play over 25 yards, I think. Yeah, and plus Washington went for two on multiple touchdowns there in the second half. They got only one of them, so the chasing the points doesn't play in their favor. "Penny stool, Taylor decker. Those are all top 20 picks. Jonah Jackson was the 75th pick when he came out. The Lions then spent 45 million on big V and free agency. All 5 of those guys, graded out positively last year. All 5 of those guys are either in their growth years or prime years. Now imagine how effective those 5 can be if they're not blocking one and a half defenders each every single snap. That's going to be something that I think is on Jared Goff open it up a little bit. I think that can happen to a certain extent. It's not really in golf's DNA, but you look at some of the weapons, DJ chark should help outside and downfield when Jameson Williams returns, we know the deep threat he has finished top 5 among FBS receivers and yak per reception, yards per deep route and touchdowns on deep passes. Saint Brown in year two and swift underneath catching passes, a nice tandem as well. You'll get saint Brown. I think he's got the chance to be one of the best slot receivers in this league. He finished 11th in yards after the catch. 7th in contested catch rate did add an element to the ground game when some injuries arose there with Deandre swift. I'm hopeful things open up, not just because of the enhanced weapons, but I think you're going to see this a little bit more scheme driven as well. Ben Johnson has been promoted from tight ends coach to offensive coordinator. Nothing can be worse than Anthony Lynn. For years. Dan Campbell didn't get the message. He finally wrote some wrongs after 8 games and Lions fans pulling out their hair. Once Anthony Lynn was fired, Dan Campbell took over play calling duties. So I think Dan Campbell is going to get all the credit. But if you get Intel, the actual word out of Detroit is Ben Johnson became the passing game coordinator. Ben Johnson was the guy designing the new route concepts and coordinating the past game each week. Now calling plays is completely a different animal here. We kind of have to take this wait and see approach with Ben Johnson. But the data we do have, albeit a small sample. Does support Ben Johnson. If you look at quarters, one through three last year with Anthony Lynn calling plays the first 8 games. Detroit's 31st in passing efficiency. Jared Goff was 29th out of 33 qualifiers and EPA plus completion percentage above expectation over that same 8 game stretch to start the season. But from the time Ben Johnson became the passing game coordinator in week 9 through the end of the season Detroit was 7th in passing efficiency over that stretch and Jared Goff with 9th out of 35 qualifying quarterbacks in EPA plus completion percentage above expectation. And the schedule difficulty wasn't much different for state games lines often face a schedule of defenses that finished 17th in adjusted efficiency on average. Finally, games, 19th. And to me, the Intel I received about Ben Johnson can be somewhat confirmed in the data in that Dan Campbell didn't suddenly become more pass happy than Anthony lyn when he was calling place. Campbell actually lowered the pass rates on second and third down. Pass rates on first down state identical. The only thing that changed was Ben Johnson leading the pass game and seeing a massive uptick in passing efficiency. And so if that can continue forward, you can see the lions progress a little bit this season. Yeah, you mentioned what we saw from this team as far as a couple of the weapons in almond Ross saint Brown and just to kind of highlight your points. He finished the season with 6 straight games of at least 8 plus catches 70 yards and touchdowns in 5 of 6. Obviously a fantasy boon for a lot of folks out there that were able to snag him off the waiver wire. Ironically enough, he's a player that we identified in the preseason and he just kind of became an afterthought, but to your point, really became a key cog for everything Detroit wanted to do in the passing game and even running the football when swift was sidelined. Last year when you look at the way the ground game worked out, it was a more or less a timeshare between swift and Williams, swift finished the season with 213 touches to Jamal Williams at a buck 79. Obviously Deandre swift during a short time in the National Football League is negative has been his durability, but when you have a talented offensive line, you hope that he can manifest out there and continue to find some of those big plays as Detroit will look to pick up more chunky yardage in 2021. For this team defensively for any silver lining there was on the offensive side defensively, it was a downright dumpster fire at points. 31st pain and points per game allowed 31st in defensive red zone 31st and generating pressure, 30th and sex, 29th in total defense 29th in opponents third down percentage 28th in rush defense for the poor tortured souls that see themselves as die hard Lions fans. Is there any silver lining for what they can expect from their stop unit in 2022? Yeah, that's the tough part. And I think kind of maybe going back to one of your initial questions at the top about the lines is the best way to lead into the defense. And I think we talk about this all the time, the trajectory timeline of bad college programs and NFL organizations and we've borrowed the Bobby bowden ism that's now caught on. And then she go from losing big to losing small and then winning small to winning big. And I think there's zero doubt in my mind Detroit lines will be improved year over year, but it does feel like everyone wants to skip the phase for the lovable underdog. And I think you can certainly point and say Detroit could have beat Baltimore in Minnesota if not for the last second field goals. But the guys saying that never divulged the fact that the lines were outscored by a 110 points the first 8 games last season were 29th and net EPA per play over that same stretch. They won't mention the lines three wins came on a final play touchdown to beat Minnesota in the second go around. That they beat an Arizona team and their typical late season collapse with Kyler Murray, who was questionable leading up to that game all week. And then their Green Bay went in week 18 feature Jordan love throwing nearly half the passes. None of that gets mentioned for the better is wanting to buy the lines. Just bury the lead. You can convince

"In Michigan, 802 7 O 7 one one 7, Tennessee one 808 8 9 9 7 8 9, or West Virginia, 1800 gambit net. We're going to talk about week 18 in a second. There's a couple more fun awards. So Sal and I, when we were doing Sunday's pod, and I was, I just thought Jamar chase was going to be the offensive rookie of the year and so I was like, no, no, Mac Jones is like a heavy favorite. I'm like, really? Chase, I think had 5 monster games this season. He also had a stretch where he disappeared for like three weeks. But he had these 5 games that were just like just these crazy aberration games. I'd never seen a receiver in rookie year since Randy Moss be able when you can tell he has it going and you're watching the game and be like, oh my God, they can't cover this guy. So right now I'm fando. He's minus two 50. Mac Jones is plus 200. That swung dramatically. One day chase was like plus 500 heading into last week's game. He was. And I do a segment of good morning football where I rank the rookies each week about their performances, but also I kind of say, okay, if it was to be right now, here's who the offense. And all year, it's been Mac, even when he was losing games. So it's like because it's a quarterback. And this is the New England Patriots. Everything. And then chase goes to 66 for three tugs against the chiefs and suddenly it's like unanimous Jamar chase. But as the patriot voice here, I think Mac does deserve some consideration for this award, especially because Jalen waddle is going to likely break The Rookie reception letter record for rookies. And devonta smith's really good and Amman ra saint Brown is going to finish with like 85 catches this year and is going to finish with the fourth or 5th most ever for a rookie too. Like, I just feel like the receiver position when it comes to rookies. These guys are all having big ears, but all the other quarterbacks are dreadful this year. I think it's chase right now, but I think Mac can win it this week against Miami. If they win. She needs to he needs to win a good game. He needs to win a game against a good team.

"Your device at home or wherever you are appreciate all the support every single week we love it all right heath your number one loser is amman right not necessarily in order but first one on the list is amman research brown you know who had more catches in amman saying brown today everybody else who played on the lions dana jones. That's also had more catches then. Yeah he played six percent of snaps and just did not catch. Anything not only didn't catch anything they didn't throw him the ball and khalif raymond Maybe more on him later was was dominant. De'andre swift was his normal involves self. Tj hopkinson was heavily involved and there were just no a russ brown so keep them or drop them. Oh i you can probably drop him to have two teams on a by next week. Now what philadelphia does i said about one hundred for this morning and i think it's probably true about him as well. Their style of defense should open things up for him. The problem is on the raiders. Team hunter info plays that role. And maybe one or two other guys play that role and have guys that go deep. Also on the lions everybody basically works within four yards atlanta scrimmage in the passing game and so everyone will be open for this. Today was a monroe. Saint brown's birthday. No so me and somebody else who had more catches than saint brown. Today was jalen ramsey. Who had an interception of jared goff and today's jalen ramsey's birthday. That's pretty cool. How did you do that. I heard it somewhere. And then i double checked when i looked on the internet. Just now it's good stuff. It was a bad workday. President damian williams in reminders stevenson writer losers obviously reminder receive anson with the. You did something wrong. You don't get to play this week. Bill belichick message. He'll probably back in a couple of weeks to run for one hundred and fifty yards and two touchdowns but we're going to have to probably drop them until that happens..

"This week and bounty parker is looking like he's gonna play. Travelling with the team was left tackle. Tyron smith is having a precautionary. Mri on his back. This guy has this time. I want to say five straight years or something. I don't even feel like looking that up but it's been several years in a row. Tyron smith cannot stay healthy. Unfortunately jared goff says he wants to get a monroe saint brown more involved and you may not need him right now but my goodness we have nato next week. We've got the bills cowboys. Jaguars chargers vikings and steelers. So any warm body. You should get especially one who's getting targets so if a monroe saint brown is available and you have bide problems next week. Pick them up eight targets in each of his last two games thirteen catches ego washington off the offensive coordinator. Scott turner said that antonio gibson is not limited because of his shin. That's good and three giants wide receivers other than kenny golladay. They were all limited. So they're all trending in the right direction. So as daniel jones joe mixon missed practice but it may have been a maintenance day and josh jacobs missed practice but that was with an illness so hopefully he's okay can get ready for sunday. Beat the waiver wire. this is important. beat the waiver. wire week fellas. You just made it clear. Yeah all those on by. So if you have josh allen or dak prescott or justin herbert or kirk cousins or lawrence rothlisberger. You need a quarterback. Kelly how your voice change lawrence or you need a quarterback have okay this week by the way. Was that both them. Yeah i kinda like both those guys. Yeah i just don't know how many people in one. Qb league have just those guys so but anyway. We've got plenty of options. Got to against the falcons matt ryan. If he's available. The dolphins dana jones against carolina. Carolina's got a good defense. Sam darnold if he's dropped. He's at the giants. They don't have a good defense ryan tannehill if he's dropped he's eighty six percent. Roster against the chiefs. Taylor.

"Jamaal williams. Oh jeez okay. Were there three highest scoring fantasy players in week number. One those three bingo. So if the detroit lions are going to stink at least get the ball into the hands of the guys who we drafted. Tj hawkins is going to blow up this year the andrea swift. There was a lot of hand wringing about his role. Will anthony lynn. The former running back is running his offense actually in my opinion quite smartly because of the talent there in the backfield through the backfield the andrea swift eleven carries eleven targets. Jamal williams nine carries nine targets. Both of these guys produced fantasy. Both of them are arbutus for me with the andrea swift. Potentially after all the panic of the off season. Let's see what happens against green bay. He's got rb one upside for me with that kind of usage. Eleven targets is good for anybody. It's exceptional for running back so That kind of usage. I'm happy about it at receiver. Unfortunately tyrel williams is hurt again. He's got a concussion. I'm not terribly interested in any of these outside receivers but just keep in mind for the future the to target leaders at wide receiver for the detroit lions in that game or quintas safest and then the legendary trinity benson They had seven and six respectively. Amman raw saint brown was the predominant slot receiver though. That's probably the guide. Lean too but the guys. I wanna play this game or the two running backs in the tight end. Tj hopkinson and just keep an eye. I'm not telling you to start them in week. Two jared goff attempted fifty-seven asses in that game. If the lions are gonna play at the pace they played they ran. Eighty four plays in week. One anthony lynn's chargers were historically high paced. Jared goff's can have some fantasy value. He could end up being one of the top. Three or four passers in the nfl in terms of pass attempts. And that's good for fantasy whether you've heard of the guys he's throwing to or not. He is joe dolan at f. g. Underscore dolan i am at ross tucker. Nfl we implore you to go to fancy points dot com. Use the code..

"How vague nasha harrison dramatic chase your if you're going deeper than ted round. Ten round ten for harris. Jas go ahead. You know if you're looking for guys who may be impact players next year rondo more would probably be the first name on for me Just because i don't know how great he'll be as a rookie. But i do think you know once a green has done and christian kirk is is maybe on a different team. He could be the number two option. Maybe even number one option pending hopkins. So he's he's definitely some that you should be targeting. The running back is interesting Who would be a guy that maybe not you know. I hate to go off of what happened last night. But reminders stevenson. He was somebody that i was looking for. In all of my dynasty drafts. And i just was not able to get him. Kenneth gain walls another one too. Just because i think those two guys could have pretty decent roles i like i said i hope they. They move on sony michelle because i think stevenson could play in tandem with with damien harrison. It'd be better than here's and someone. I've been targeting late. I mean i think one not quite as late but Trace sermon eighth round in redraft leagues. I think he's definitely someone worth identifying. But lately jane hawkins he's an undrafted. Free agent for the falcons whose competing for the number two spot. Who knows if he'll actually at that by the end of the preseason. But i feel like mike davis could be like two games or he rushes for thirty seven yards. Total twenty carries away from losing that job in which case they really liked. Jv and hawkins apparently so when you're airing this atom of his adderley okay. I was gonna say the friday night. That's a great target. Oh yeah he is in my dfs lineup. As well as someone whose name i think. He's racy mcmath. Oh yeah race mcmath. Yeah titans uh-huh. I would also put for that answer that question. Ron brown apparently having a very strong training camp. He's also in my lineup racing. Mcmath amman saint brown. So josh palmer job. Yeah if you're looking for a late round rookie. They love him. Yes it was you about chairman because jonathan jones. You mentioned him earlier adam with his a a report on the chargers. He's the forty nine years he's going to be with us on. Cbs sports h. Two on friday But he was with the forty niners on thursday and so he did a hit for another show and he said that what he's hearing about trade sermon in san francisco. They're talking about him. Like alvin kamara. And ezekiel elliott. Like he's getting those type of comparisons. So i don't think it's going to be long before he's the guy for the forty niners. If that's i've seen a lot of beat reporters in san francisco talking about like the usage of him might be he's actually the starter..

Los Angeles - Nothing Preventing USC, Pac-12 Teams From Playing This Season, Gov Newsom
"A very weird day when it comes to PAC twelve football future of it got earlier this morning, the big ten announced they're coming back. They're coming back on October twenty third they they're confident that with their testing and the way that college football has kind of gone over the past couple of weeks at other schools that they can safely bring kids back now you and I both gone on record saying, we don't think it's the smartest thing in the world to play college football. So I'm not saying that I want college football to come back I don't. US He really wants to play their players. All wrote a letter to Gavin Newsom but here's why I'm bringing this up the big ten and outs were coming back Larry Scott the commissioner of the pack twelve immediately she's a statement that says because of the governor's guidelines we are not allowed to practice in the state of California which means USC Ucla Stanford and cal all would be unable to practice about an hour later Gavin newsom the governor California was doing a press conference and he was asked is that true that you won't allow those teams to practice? Here's part of what newsome hadn't his answer quote. I WanNa make this crystal clear. Nothing in the state guidelines denied the ability for the PAC twelve to resume quite to the contrary. This has been a misrepresentation of the facts and quote. What is Larry Scott and the PAC twelve referencing when they say. They can't play because of NEWSOM and NEWSOM says, it's not true who's telling the truth here newsome. Governor ain't Lion Larry Scott I. I've never been a fan of I think he could screw up a ham sandwich. But I but I do think that newsome is telling the truth and I think we're at the point John Now with the big ten resuming along with the SEC in the big twelve and the ACC, I think it is time for the PAC twelve to seriously consider resume or starting the season starting it earlier. They've got access to this rapid testing program. They're able to test players in in very short order really quick tests. I don't see any reason why the PAC twelve shouldn't be playing right now the. Monroe. Saint Brown Graham Harrell Bunch of USC. People have tweeted this letter out basically to goose to newsom saying, please let us play and newsom saying, no, you're you're allowed to play. It's it's up to your it's up to your athletic directors. It's up to your chancellor's I. Think it's time to have a vote among twelve PAC twelve schools and get a season started.
