The Amazing Benefits of Cryotherapy

"So what are the benefits of cryotherapy So i think some of the biggest benefits would bay the reduction of inflammation so it very much reduces inflammation in the body and in the joints when it comes to skin as well so it increases collagen production and because of how cold it is so when you go into the cryotherapy chamber all of your blood vessels will constrict and sorry. Blood will get rushed to the center of the body as i guess a survival mechanism so protect the bottle organs and then when he come out of the cryotherapy chamber all of that blah. That's going to the core of the body. it's freshly oxygenated. It's all the nutrients out of back into it that then shoots apt the extremities of the body and basically flushes your entire system with fricks. Fresh oxygenated blood. So okay so who would not be able to do this. I'm probably so anyone that has sivy dislike of the cold would probably not. Well when i say severe. I mean sabih anyone. We hot conditions probably wouldn't be great so we get a wide array of people coming. He aso get anything. From professional athletes to grandparent's in the eighties that will come in use it for arthritis or any can wind conditions to everyday people that will just use it as well just to maintain the general vitality and hell sorry. "Be able to figure out what's bent sure. Your point is winding read them into the transaction in the background while during the deal what the value creation drivers are and once they be critical in terms of the day one activities to ensure that smooth transition so finding the right time to begin the hand off. I think as a charter earn. Yeah melissa and i have an internal battle and i with myself all the time around the integration kickoff. Ideally i don't wanna have to run an integration kickoff because all of the individuals professionals who are going to be ryan that integration deals of the is that typically work with should've already been engaged earlier on if i have to run a separate brand. New team integration kickoff in means that we just created that castle now were transferring knowledge over. Were teaching them about system. What's the point. I have an integration kickoff Every time i do feel dirty about it means. I didn't get the guys in early enough. And now we've created that gap so solving for that in something that i hadn't gotten comfortable with because you mentioned the timing and especially the level of professional which may be working with. You may not be fully into diligence Close because you could be for one channel or amancio at risk. I'd rather have a kickoff meeting with a brand new team. That will address. And every time i do it at I can tell you know on the front. And certainly not as definitely a tough. One crack idea ensure alignment with the target company. Post both a lot of those positions in half an early on during the diligence feeds. Actually when you're negotiating. I think the purpose vermin. That's when you start to ally certain incentives to make sure that the company is going to be focusing on right thing but a go forward basis strategy session i think more so host flows by you wanna lay the groundwork for those discussion earlier on. There is a lot of conversation. A lot of back and forth happens when you're talking about the bill thesis and sometimes you can't necessarily obviously we're all duration on the front end and fired a closing depending on the type of acquisition circumstances. Every dealer is so different. Fly the more that you can do on the front end to clarify what the go to market strategy is gonna be going forward what the personal point is going to be. What's the timing of any sort of concert. His were focusing on both from an operational perspective as well as from a technological perspective and have those conversations sucre early on and diligence phase so as you approach the end as you approach the hand off to integration your practically communication documents younger not negotiating or having those difficult conversations while drafting and i thank you for employees or you wanna make sure everybody's clear. I also want say that being the buyer not situation gives you wrote it for leverage because the other day like your wireless company. It's going to be your business. Certainly planning leaderships plays. They would be all so you have a little bit leverage but it's still has the cloud process hit that at must have an. He's got the harder job. There is maybe one time. I got the job Or de That conversation as he mentioned is really inevitably should in there. Some stuff that maybe can't or out of front as early as he wants to. Otherwise so as that conversation evolves as we get to that handoff reclosed to shore. There's alignment there. That's where i'm working with sabih to really punctuate and clarify that messaging so that pre close a immediately after close. We know that everybody is at the same direction. Ovoid those tough conversations have been minimized as soon we've worked. But if they haven't been that's where we come together and really draw clear boxes around all go for transparency. Really get the thinking about what integrations actually going to entail an evolved early so that there's clarity on it sooner than later and no dramatic surprises just out of that. I think if there are certain plus in the purchase agreement that talk about some of those things retaining. She things like that. I think the hudson making sure that objectives aligned certainly gonna anything in regards go walk extravagant perks permit by exceed. There is understand the motivations and the seller. Why are they selling. This business was a lifestyle business farther importance important to them and then making sure that what are placing you have to. The business are without his vomit havoc again if the central comes as the big need to be having at the start to have a little bit early on we set the stage for them but one sticker potential up deal. I think those conversations you have post folks as opposed to for example a something like that personnel perspective if the seller is motivated or wants to make sure that all of their employees for example taking care of all the sales folks who care for. And you've got for their their technology there are developers and you plan to their platform or you're planning on phasing out and it looks like you've taken out. Competitor for instance then. Maybe you don't necessarily have that conversation. Prior to closing terms of what your plans are for offers or what. Your plans are for their platform. Those are things where would say well. We're going to post. We're gonna take a close look at both products figure out which truck makes more sense for our target markets than what our business out of years you kind of lay the groundwork before headed. Just let him know. That could be either or it could be their platform or good. The yours ends of retired by thank that if for example are really traveled on them. You don't have real meeting. Conversations around words assumption the third example the really drive as transparent as possible but at times sensitivity. Where you gotta make a tough call. Absolutely reinsure team alignment during villages. You start with opposite kickoff meeting. I liked to have indulgence kickoff.

"And what we're learning. So we're we're not looking at the hallucinogenic compounds and the chemistry of the fungi in detail. We're looking at the whole genus. So if we look at the genus silo abi. We are discovering because this is all very new research. We are discovering that. It's very old that it precedes humanity. That it originates most probably in africa over twenty five million years ago and that it has radiated across the world because of animal vectors because plants have moved as well now. The relationship of a species with a compound isn't necessarily direct. There is silo abi in species that aren't for their silla simon in species. That aren't silo sabih. There has been in general. So it's not that simple to talk just about that one genus housing the species. We know that some of these hallucinogenic compounds are related to reactions. that have nothing to do with propagation. there's no evidence of direct relationship to inhibit ingestion from an animal eat philosophy containing fireman and propagate them and it doesn't seem to be something that deters them do. They're not the bright orange sweet potato, their paler in color and flavor. Wise. I'm going to say that they're kind of like a roasted chestnut in obnoxious kind of way. But in a nice way like insists nutty sweetness these are great chips but wait met we sell. Masaaki. Potatoes in our protection when we can get them. These are delicious sweet potatoes people love them. They're great for you. You meant the sweet potatoes themselves. You mean in chip form that these should be considered some kind of health. Okay. These are potato chips, full disclosure, right So they come with all the caveats that regular chips do sweet potatoes themselves really good for you. I will stand by them. Those are probably in the store. Already I think those are coming in at the beginning of September or something like that, and they are limited because there's a limited number of these potatoes that can be made into chips. People associate trader Joe's with Pumpkins stuff in the fall. How about Pumpkin Spice Pretzel Slim's I mean this is a candy. Yes Pretzel but it's a pretzel that is swimming in really nice white chocolate with crushed pumpkin spiced pumpkin seeds and I think we're trying to figure out another way to Pumpkin on their one more time. These are just great. So if you like the peppermint. Pretzel Slim's. I think you'd be a fan of these to these are really tasty sweet with just a little salty. So you just WANNA keep coming back for more. Another thing. That is sweet. But I think not too sweet are the pumpkin spice batons that are coming in and those are kind of a very close relative to the cocoa batons that we have every day and the vanilla batons we have the villa batons. Do, and we've had coffee batons we lemon for awhile it's a wafer cookie with pumpkin spice filling inside I mean it's kind of simple and straightforward, but it's a you know kind of thing you could have with a cup of coffee or even some ice cream though should be in stores by the time. This podcast lands and folks should be able to grab those right away. They're just delicious when we're thinking about. What else to include as a Pumpkin version we often look to really popular products Brioche we sell an inordinate amount of that classic agee, Sweet french-style Bread. We have a Pumpkin Brioche coming I'm excited for this. I think French toast will never be the same. That was also super limited by the right like it's it's in and we'll have it for a little while, but it's not something that's going to be around for. You know months and months and months. That's our hope for infant works or it'll be a great. Saint. Patrick's Day breakfast and by that time it'll be green. So perfect. One of the things that was a big sort of revelation to me this year even though it's not something we invented it's not something we were the first to think of is the spicy pumpkin curry simmer sauce that's coming in. It's kind of inspired more by a Thai curry than Indian curry but it has all of those really classic curry flavors. With the addition of actual Pumpkin and it's like thick and it's creamy and it's got a really good kick to it. I'M GONNA. Say This is good. Right out of the jar actually with Yeah Yeah I can't wait to hear about how people put this to use. We are working on a recipe right now internally for a Vegetarian Spicy Pumpkin Curry potpie that we're hoping to have on our website and in the fearless flyer in late. September. Also, I think slated to be featured in an upcoming flyer many spicy Pumkin Samosas the. Sabih in the frozen section, this is not a Pumpkin pie situation at all. This is an appetizer wonderful bridge creamy spiced pumpkin filling. This does sort of flavor. Wise. Go more toward the Indian style curry Classic Somoza Spices are used this. These are delicious. They're really good with a number of different kinds of sauces has been a we've tried them with a Chutney but also with our sweet chili sauce, which takes its inspiration from Thai cuisine and the hot and sweet pepper Jelly these tastes really good dipped in any of those. I'm still focused and obsessed with Pumpkin Pumpkin Nada. Now, this is a Pumpkin pie situation. So think of a small Mexican inspired hand pie with delicious spiced kind of a classic spice, Pumpkin Pie Spice filling. So. Good. So not like spicy spice but like sweet savory spice, the spices more like our spiced apple cider or a traditional Pumpkin pie spice sat up I mean this would be great for breakfast I. Think because I like to have pie for breakfast you know pine a cup of coffee is a great way to start the day, and this is like a little pie. So it's like I'm just having a little Lil Pie wilpon. That's your new nickname. Okay.

"The avenue clearly open to them, and they just feel frustrated and. It's almost like you just set me up to to plug my boot camp. And I. Thank you Andrea. Not Need to do. That's. What happens to people get in because they're frustrated with their lives and they know they want to do something different. They don't know what it is because we're so. We're taught to be so fearful. We can't. We don't even allow ourselves a dream, or if we do allow ourselves. We'll get into high vibration and will dream big dreams, and then we start going down in vibration immediate, evidently inevitably start renegotiating the dreams. Why can't do that? A baby? I can do this. Why can't do this, but maybe I could do this other thing. Maybe that'll work. People like don't do this. Maybe I could get away with doing that. Maybe this would be a little bit better and we negotiate down down down until we're back into the same low vibration that we started out in. New People going to boot camp and start working on what is really a spiritual awakening, and in through the waken process they always come out having gifts and things that they did not come in wanting. To get, but they want ultimately, but they get so much more from it because they have this awakening process, or they're already in awakening, they want to go further with it that they get clarity and that clarity fear gives you your life direction and your purpose, and you understand that there's no predetermined purpose for our lives. We all want that because it's sort of the easy way out, but when you've got to really think for yourself, discern your own preferences. That's a scary prospect. What if I pick while? There's no wrong. We could bounce around and do different things, but when you are truly releasing fear from your life, and allowing the universe to pamper you, no matter what happens. Think about it. No matter what happens, the universes pampering you. You have a roof over your head. You have food to eat. You're taking care of your safe. The universes pampering you no matter what. You're free to do whatever you want to do without fear, then life really starts to take off, and then you really learn that money is not something to fear. That money is something that you should embrace because you're a human being at this time on planet, Earth, system currency, and it's the vibration that we're in and to be positive about that and allow that to flow, and then suddenly it's flowing in, and you have the power to do anything that you want, and it doesn't have to be helping people. People but what I found the tire practice when we came out with the the mentor program for people that graduated, everybody wanted to sign up you just about everybody and you know. It was interesting that you just can't help but give back and want to share with the world when you get this. When you have this awakening, you have that zoom out ability to see the world from a higher perspective in judge yourself in the world very differently by discerning a preference or something, and not judging it. which is just a magical thing? Oh, can I. Dislike dig a little deeper on that for second. Because you take just a couple of minutes, yeah, yes, will real quick actually. This hour went so fast for coming dead discerning preferences. Someone discerning, a preference or taking a stand on something is very different than choosing sides. It's very different than engaging with what the mainstream media wants us to pick you WANNA, pick black or white, or this or that, or what and discerning preferences understanding that the truth is this end that? Rate. It's all sites and you're going. Topics. and. People want put everything into a right or wrong box, and our world is getting more and more intolerant and more. It seems it seems like it is, and it seems like with this this cove in nineteen these I've talked about this on the show, the circle of friends and I run around with her in Palm Springs. That aren't particularly spiritual people if you will. I'm finding that if you don't believe exactly the way, they believe they don't want to have anything to do with you and I'm very open to while I can. Really I can use sort of connect with the vibration of each extreme and understand where they're coming from. It may not be my vibration. Understanding of it and when I understand it, then I can zoom out and see it without judgment and allow everyone to have their opinion. That that, everything's exactly the way it's supposed to be. And that's the perfection of our universe in our world that we are here all experiencing very different perspectives all here on our own paths in someone, else's path is not ours to judge or try to change. Right and I would challenge everybody like yourself that space zoom out. Zuma's given says. Big Big big big thing. Could work for about in fact I think changed the title of to Zoom Out, but I think the public. Interest. I love that, so we have about two minutes left. I just want to I'm very curious. From a psychic medium perspective what you got from your stream interaction, I'll go back and listen to of Irish. Want to hear you wrap that up. They gave me the word birthright that we need to talk about and I feel like I could talk about that with them for a long time, but I didn't know where that literally had written that down, and they took that into a place where I wasn't expecting about using the a birthright as An entitlement versus your birthright Sabih, here and be creative. Be Creative source energy be created that that was phenomenal of so I got to talk to them to ask, very. Pointed question why incarnations for you, or why are they not incarcerating through all of us? Remember. Absolutely absolutely so. Good scenario for them to flow. Well actually David. You have because of all the contrast you've experienced in your own life. You, you've been a great vessel for them. Yeah yeah well. I I look at everything that's happened in my life and everything that's happened over the last couple of years I realized. Wow, I've just manifest. All of these things to greet this perfect scenario to create this practice that actually puts universal ought work for us. That allows people who are ready to really change their lives, and that's my life's work now for the rest of my life is teaching that. Due to everyone. That everybody that wants to. Write a big came out of the stream to me. Was also today was just create while you're in this human bustle, so every decision you make every consciously creative decision you make your impacting the collective, and we are in fact, changing the collective consciousness, which seems overwhelming. It seems like everything that's going on the world. How can one one person have an impact we do? We, do we just create an our best way? Of being here on Earth as each individual, if you make creative decisions that are. That are suiting your highest and best good. You are absolutely affecting. The world. Perfect huge. Election forecaster Rachel Bitecofer explains "the reason Joe Biden is the nominee"

"Rachel Bitta coffer. Thank you very much for coming on the podcast on the pleasures. All mind. Jonathan. Thank you okay. So five years ago. Nobody knew who you were two years ago. Almost two years this come July. You did something that put you on them. Map what you do out. Two years ago and July I came out and on twitter where a grand total of six hundred sixty twitter followers and nice started. Trolling the big election forecasters and They were having serious conversations as to whether the Democrats could pick up the twenty three seats they needed to flip the house and I introduced my new theory and model which was Arguing no no no because her way undercutting us it's going to be about forty seats and the reason why is because the electorate is going to be reshaped by backlash to Donald Trump. Now you said in July is July twenty eighteen. You put out a forecast that said initially forty two seats and folks thought you were nuts. They did they thought I was nuts and Took real umbrage to the certainty number one that I was talking about Especially because I was pointing out a specific districts. Some of them were Obviously not controversial. They were agreed upon really competitive districts. They've released as toss ups by others. But and I was saying. No these are one hundred percent to flip but really Especially things like Virginia's seventh district which were not even on other people's radar at the time is that That's down in the Richmond area of the suburbs of Richmond. And I said not districts GONNA flip. I don't care if it has played host to one of the House Freedom Caucus most ideological members and David Brat. It is going to be a democratic seat after these elections. And and that's what happened. Is that one okay. So why were you so certain? I was so certain number one because I had already developed the theory and watched it play out and win election cycle actually in two thousand seventeen election cycle in Virginia. Where I happened to be based I Had said to my colleague as we entered that polling season. We did polling state. Polling there in Virginia You know this is my expectation. I think we're GONNA see an electorate. That's much more democratically In a democratically comprise. We're GONNA see more young voters more voters of color more women more college educated voters in these voters are going to be breaking much more strongly for. Democrats than what you've been seeing under the Obama years and we need to account in this In our likely voter modeling because otherwise our polling is going to underestimate the Democrats support or Ralph Northam support in the election. And you know My colleague was certainly In agreeance that there was going to be Advantage for Democrats but the size and the shape of it. I think you know he was a little skeptical of until we saw it manifest in that virgin the election and the election night I was coming up to DC to do some local radio on whammy with coach. Mandy and I was literally yelling in the car. Oh my gosh I should have modeled this. I should have put something out I. I knew this was going to happen. Was a nine point. Route and Democrats picked up fifteen seats in the house of delegates. And so I committed right then and there I was gonNA find a way to model my theory and I was going to do something for two thousand eighteen and that's what I did. Okay so you sort of talked to round your theory. What is the theory? The theory is for the last eight years of you know for eight years. Basically of the Obama Administration. You know we had this Obama. Coalition emerge right two thousand and six. You see the Democrats. Pick up control of the House of Representatives and Then you see them. You know flipping the presidency in two thousand eight. I mean think people forget how big of a mandate that Obama election was picking up You know states like Missouri and North Carolina in that process and then all of a sudden. It's just disappeared right. Twenty ten they go from from that huge Obama win in two thousand eight to just getting shellacked with sixty three seats in the House of Representatives. And you know the narrative that was set on the Cable News. Chagos was Oh. The Democrats have reached with Obamacare and independence turned against them. And that's the story of the and and you know sitting at home and working on my PhD. Just getting started in Grad School to get to this point where I am now and I remember looking at the election data and just being like that is not what the data says. The data says turnout collapsed. And when it did it collapsed were heavily amongst Democratic voters. People who cast ballots either as Democrats are independence but cast them for Democratic candidates. And I just couldn't understand why the media narrative missed that important component So you know when I was looking at You know the elections of twenty fourteen and twenty ten. I was thinking about who didn't show up to vote more than anything else. And you know that's really what drives my research. Is this argument that. In the polarized era where we do have such little bit of Crossover Voting Republicans Voting for Democrats and vice versa. What matters at the end of the day in a competitive race is the is the composition of the electorate demographically Because that will determine the partisan composition and if the partisan composition doesn't good for Democrats are GONNA lose the race only looks good. Apparently when Democrats are freaked out. And they're only tout when they're not in power so never crafts. All ways freaked out even when they are empowered. Sabih like an inherent trait. You would think now you you said that. Turn out collapsed in two thousand ten but also in two thousand fourteen and a lot of the media the chatter. The cable chatter then was it collapsed because of disappointment in in Obama at both in Tan and in fourteen is it as granular as that or is it that the the Democratic Party and the candidates didn't do enough to maintain the enthusiasm from Eight and twelve so glad that you asked because Anybody that follows me on twitter will know that. I put a lot of the onus on Democrats the Democratic Party The D. Trip The DNC the SEC and the way that they approach electioneering as compared to the way that the Republican Party approaches electioneering. You know in in terms of what happened Democrats do not do an effective job getting their voters excited to show up to vote They liked to have cerebral Conversations voters that overestimate no offense to voters the Basically the intelligence of the electorate think income search for exactly. I think everybody's on Morning Joe Panel and whereas the Republicans are talking to the gut always and it's always about stakes right. If you don't show up to vote everything you love will fall apart. Die Right I mean that's that's a message right and they make people care about things that are are things people don't care about people don't care about state and local politics. It's unfortunate it's not fair. It's actually rational given the amount of influence that state and local politics has over one's life but it's a fact right and so the way that Republicans deal with that is they tie. They nationalize state and local officials to national politics or to national issues like abortion and guns and that way the voters like okay. I don't care about John Smith but he supports trump and I love trumps. So I'M GONNA show up to vote right. Democrats really fail to tap into that nationalized messaging. You'll hear them all the time. Say we'll all politics is local right like it's like one thousand nine hundred eighty tip. O'neill thing and if that was ever true. It's certainly not true now. All politics is national. The Republican Party gets that they get that voters will only show up in a high stakes environment and so they make that high stakes environment for them.

Had it not been Emma. I reflected elected. I might have been a brand new widow. We've Amer is my soul charge. "Something cool in the bible about spiritualism. Yes, sir. If I ask you both how spiritualist has been on. We know it is an evil forces spiritualism, but how does the devil with those with those type of deception? Well, spirits spiritualism comes from from the word spirits, and the spirits and spiritualism as we know our angels. And we've studied before we saw that there are two classes of angels one class classes called good angels any other classes called evil angels. Now spiritualism are acts from the evil angel. And we actually do have a dictionary definition of that there will be talking about as well. Okay. Spiritualism are acts Cordell, Sabih, communication and words. Absolutely. I think that's probably a better way, the finding what you just said is more of communication, right? Can be manifested. In different way. They're all. Spirit of them who in this case. Spiritualism, but they can use people. The have been there, and they pretend to be. The evil angels. And we started this before trying to go deeper over here today. The even and you will take the form of loved ones. What people and make people believe that it is this Peter of the day, and we're gonna see that from the and we go. Yes, I let me just define spiritualism is from the standard. Dictionary is the belief that the spirits of the dead in various ways communicate with an manifest the presence to men usually through the agency of a person called a medium. And. When you talk to people being involved with this this. Yes, I I can bring you can bring you mother. I can bring your grandmother who a fast away. Many many years before. Okay. So. The devil. I can think of a way that Satan tries to get children involved in spiritualism that does not involve people at all. They actually make a game out of it. They sell it in the game stores. You all know. Yes. What is it? Well, I forget the name of the top of my head. 'cause I don't to what it's called the. Yes. And that's that's one way one way that probably children growing up. That's maybe one of their first acquaintances with my wife has actually played that game as a teenager with a friend and she actually saw the. The the object in the game moving by itself. It happens all the time in that game. I thought you were going to say there was a very famous novel novels. Another wake cartoon show. Cartoon hopefully is not a song. That former of the celebrating Halloween. Cut to do his spiritualism to. Yes. And there's another form that's very well respected. That's praying to the saints. All. Right. Ooh. Because the saints are really resting in their grades and the belief that they're in heaven is a on biblical and. And Satan and his angels take the place. Using using that in the bible also says specifically, we should not try to communicate. Okay. Well, let's let's axis course. But you know, you brought up something let's bring this up less established do both classes. Good angels any wages. Do. They communicate with mankind. Do they do it? Yes. In the bible. Yeah. Let's read in Hebrews chapter one chapter one looking at verse fourteen I fourteen says are they not all ministering spirits sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation. So the angels are good spirits. That's right. Well, let's look at the do the evil spirits communicate with them. People can they communicate? Let's look at second. Corinthians chapter eleven. Love in verse fourteen..

How are you feeling now? Away that I never had anything in the fight week before. And I never thought about a lot of the fight any fight. And I start thinking a lot on my room Ling star fighter was eleven well in never pull out a by an imagine. I I have diarrhea people going to say there, you know, him pull out of five with that. You know, you've any idea how that happened why you were sick or what happened to and think is something with for Brazil? I heard a lot of a lot of people from the U of C grew. They got it two of my coach guarded some of the fighters. Got it. My my phone. My brain Ford, Sade normal medoff opponent daughter. I think it's like a virus and grazie hours very weak. And when when when I got it I spend almost all day night. I couldn't sleep at all. And I woke up Wednesday, and I have to you have the Dacian and was very hard. But those today. Out meow out of date night going there, you know, and leave everything that had come Saturday. You're in the locker room, you're preparing are you still feeling sick? Or at that point. Did you feel like it was behind, you know? No, I was fine. "I pay I I've used that sadistic in a book before, but I was an equally fervent group of people say, no, that's not the case that. Yeah. The buyer the seller outreaching to the the the buyers really wouldn't shits. What do you think accounts for that that difference of opinion? And that's these these are very strongly held opinions. This is not just a matter of conjecture. I think that idea that be to be buyers are doing things differently than they did twenty years ago is probably not a point of contention. I think what's the point of contention is what's the result gonna be because you know, read articles that are entitled things like death of a salesman. And you know, if you're in the sales world, that's pretty that's a pretty negative thing to read. Yeah. Hopefully, not believing that if you do just I personally, I don't think it's, but it does change the way you have to engage with those buyers because the assumption is that because they've gone out and done more research before engaging with a seller that they they know they know more about what they're. About the by sometimes they do. And but many times they don't. So I think that you know, that the key thing for a seller to do or they used to start with qualification talking about customers need discovery. I think the challenge now is that now you've got to assess what misinformation that's that buyer might have prior to prior to really digging into your your capabilities. So what you're saying is that for your perspective is is the Sollers almost have to. Have to have to discover what the buyers have to unlearn. Yeah. Exactly. But isn't that always been the case? Really? I mean, I think that granted there's more information out there. But I mean, every star has has, you know, opinions impressions or something they formed about I mean, I wonder whether that's really a a recent phenomenon us just saying it's more pronounced to know. I think it's definitely more pronounced senate's. It depends on the industry to another challenge. I think in certain industries as the pace of innovation certainly in the technology space ace of innovation is far faster than the pace of those information resources ability to assimilate and strict that knowledge so think about you know, when when about the analyst community when they used to write about the next upcoming release of SAP are three. You know, that was a document that would live on for, you know, couple years until the next major release will now. You know, the writing about current capabilities of software as a solution provider and the next release is coming in three weeks. You know, so that so, you know, the the concept that that the buyers information in the buyer is gathering more information that information more readily available, but I think in certainly in some cases, the the relevance, timeliness that information's impacted by how fast the industry that they're in. They're looking at how fast it's innovating. That's definitely changed term term. I mean, in some cases in some some circles people right about that and say, well, the the outcome of that this rapid innovation is that. Buyers have more difficult time staying abreast of what's what's going on? But there's also other research that says, well, you know, that's not really the case that actually buyers are quite adept at staying abreast of what's what's going on those when their interest in field IT buyers interest as you said SAP latest release are what have you is that? Yeah. They actually won the great things about the internet is at enables them to stay current, and they can use the user sites can use the vendor sites. They can use whatever resources are out there to to stay current. What are you guys finding? Well, I find that I've found you know, if you look at three different communities, you've got partners says Sabih ambience systems integrator partner, you've got the customer and you've got the analysts community. All of those are sources, you know in the custody, case user groups all those resources good sources of information for how to purchase, and you know, who the leading providers are and maybe what some of the pitfalls might be implementing a particular solution. I think the challenge for for somebody that's evaluating software or any technology today is that the it's I think it's impossible for those sources of information to keep up today with the the pace of innovation..

"I I used to take before especially before I in the last few years, and the thing that I always loved about teaching was when you teach it requires you to defend the premise, and it requires you to reexamine the premise and question is it still relevant is it is it is it does it have impact doesn't have meaning. And I think that she is. Introducing bold ideas that that Sabih discussed, and I think it's good for the party. If I think it's good for the country. Let's look at the bold ideas. And and and I'm inker that we have those discussions, and when we are able to defend the saddest, then do it. And if there is you know, there's not married to that. Then let's explore new ideas. Okay. So she'll be running for president next time around. Sure she hasn't announced yet. She's still exploring right? Does. She hasn't officially formed camel Harris where all our Kamala came. She is not formed an exploratory committee yet. Correct. But Elizabeth Warren has we know that and so far they just say, hey, go on Instagram and drink a beer, so Cory booker's as far dicuss is still out there. Who else forget Bernie Sanders, Bernie's Harry Reid. I guess Harry Reid is ailing ever since he had what were they call? It. A treadmill accident bringing up the really bad black. Well, maybe that was payback for his Romney tax comments. I think that was somebody in Nevada said, hey, I'm gonna see you are back, and you're gonna do it our way or not at its worst case of a treadmill accident. Treadmill rose up and beat the snot atoms. What did? But anyway, there's gonna be a very crowded field. There were what seventeen Republicans last time twenty sixteen. There were a lot of Democrats. But a lot of Democrats this time and Kamala Harris Kamala committed the Senator who's been Senator for what couple years now if that chill be a couple of your she'll be bound and determined as well Gavin Newsom, I don't think avenue SAM's gonna get out of this first term without saying, I think they want me I feel pretty good about myself. My hair looks great. But by radiant smile, and my hands on my back pockets, my pants either. What the heck are you doing the painting a picture of Gavin Newsom, sixty talk at breaking news to.

"Inter listening to my podcast didn't want to didn't want to ignore your dismiss you. But going back to the Naga small about my getting it and how cheap time and effort, and it's not necessarily an easy thing which e because. It requires vulnerability, and when you reach a certain age, and I'm saying that age just beyond the age of children than hiding who you are is is part of your makeup. And I say that because when you display a lot of owner ability, we as even being tend to expect people take advantage of or we experienced that time time again. So we learned to. Cover that up. Am I operating that way? There are just by default. A lot of things go unexpressed or their unshared. In you have to cover all of that. And this is where the time spent. And as I shared earlier, the time spent in the long conversations and. Remembering those conversations, so you can get to other shorthand part of it were person doesn't necessarily have to finish centers than you understand where they're going with it that that's a beautiful thing. It's the acceptance. And then when the NFC includes the physical part, the the intercourse didn't. The. The opportunity to express the the the pleasure in the satisfaction happens in that same space. For some people. Let's say if you're noisy lover fin. He make even more noise. It's like Jurassic Park in there, and for others who may have never experienced a partner who is verbal or vocal. It's it's a whole new paradigm shift, and you may find yourself feeling freed up or encouraged to be expressive. Because you have your part there because you have that intimacy. You have that that connection? Like, you say you feel like I get you. I get it. I want you to feel this. And I like it when you feel this with me, this is why our relationship has special. I think something that happens with most people in when they discover someone news Il talk about their history their history with other people, and why this experience with you is different. Why it special, you know, it's a way to talk about the contrast. And while you're unique, and that makes us feel more connected to it when you can have those conversations in a matter, of fact way, and that's much to demonize the X because that tens of suggested you're carrying a lot of baggage that you just assumed could let go of but as a talking point as an opportunity to. A teachable moment, meaning to share some some insight or some knowledge Sabih intimacy about yourself that you're willing to share because you feel safe and discussing that that that could be helpful to know because when you are sharing things out such a deep level. In and you feel uninhibited. Feeling uninhibited just allows you take things to the next level. I've talking very expressive the wall bang sex, the kind that your neighbors wished to pick an have or if they're the he got older people down the hallway. If if you know, if you're a department complex kind of day, I remember when we used to do it like that kind of thing. Yeah. You envious? Yeah. That's as a real good stuff. But it's all about I get it. I'm gonna take a break right now. Throw a couple of commercials at you that I'm gonna come right back and talk about this more. Stay tuned. What a find out what movies.
