"Mad. I. It's it. So, I tried to leave it at Grandma's just as a cry for help. That someone with like save us. no one ever found it, and so that was the memory and eam Dr, and then I later was like so scared someone would find it that I went to my grandma's being like you that tape I left here. It was a joke trading cover up what was happening when anyone to get in trouble. My Grandma's like I have no idea what you're talking about. The beginning of that was the portal into the the trauma was that story. That's a story that we worked on and there was so much in their of like believing that your voice doesn't matter. The you are going to make any impact so you might as well be quiet. No one's GonNa save you like the. There's no help. And so like processing all of that and then just. Like you can see how that would play out. You. Know career stuff is like everything sure. You're not going you don't matter. No one's going to help. So like really processing that and like that and several other similar things was has made a huge difference. It's great and then also having friends like Maria Supportive People Oh my God Marie, the Best Margaret Show chose hoping out to the past great. Now, I just be able to call people and say like how do you do this I? Don't know what you charge for the like. How did you make this happen and Maria the best because she'll just be like you know She's like you're living around it doesn't matter you know like and so a lot of this like running the special I would just say I'm running my special tonight at six PM in my living room and people would come and watch. I would take notes. What if what resonated with you whatever you enjoying? It was really like specifically Maria profit. Exactly. It's kind of amazing how she does that has you guys have made. That it's actually a practical system that you were able use is like why not do that? Do you know. I I. Mean You know? Connecting, connecting. And if you're completely reliant on on a kind of go to the theater I got to rent this I. mean she will. She just solicits people on twitter to sit with her for now. Doesn't care. She used to hire me to listen to her new jokes, which was the best job, and I would just drive over to Eagle Rock and listened to her jokes and she would do that from the road sometimes now. Yes. She just meets people on twitter and and she really. Yeah. She'll buy a much. It should just what that does is it simplifies the process you know of like instead of spending all this time promoting an appearance, you're gonNA have to make all this money to pay back or whatever how budgets folks the material and so when he made. So that's a lot of how it came together in addition to doing like a million spots everywhere. Very exciting. Congratulations. Thank you so much. Movie Oh. So yeah, I'm doing. I'm doing a I did a movie called Love Weddings and other disasters, and that is starring Diane Keaton Jeremy, irons? It's coming out December four part I. It's one of my first lead roles in a fell. Wow. With those big hitters who are you? What are you doing with both of them? Now they had their scenes. It's it's four different story. Okay. So I'm in a completely separate storyline we filmed it in Boston for month. And it was. A wonderful shoot Boston's a great town as I'm sure you know it's a really great scrapped. It's it was a really fun part. That'll be. COVID pending I don't know what the premier will in town, but it will be everywhere released from Sabang entertainment on December Fourth Burqa I to rush accent. How'd you do that by tape e-e-e-e-no Dennis said don't do that. So is really kind of learning what had done in the audition because I was doing a very funny character like from beary type. Russian accent, and so it was sort of learning that in making her very real person who's like authentic. Got To use my Meisner. Great to have dialect coach no, they did send me to a trainer. So I worked out with a personal trainer because there were a lot of stunts and things that I had to dislike character a lot going on in this movie. I am a Russian girl. Stat Lana who is trying to escape from her dark and sorted life involving the Russian mafia and You know it's really funny but you know she's really needs to get out Hervey. Yeah. Okay and funny it's heavy and finally. Yeah. During lockdown voice stuff now, I, mean some voice stuff will come through over there with the AMAS loan with star is and I've been writing a lot I've been writing a self help book and I'm writing A. Self help book. It's really. Can. Help people now. You've taken up the mantle again. Good enough recovery. Maybe I'm not so bad at helping maybe I should be revisit that counselor position. It's really just things that have helped me about like self love and empowerment and. Through on the level, it's not funny. It's be funny as shit but like really helpful, it's kind of like A. Self help vibe though. But I'm not pretending to be an expert in anything I'm just sharing what helped me, and that's what the special is really doing to is like I'm religious trying to help pre people from their abusive stories about themselves because. They're just not true. Yeah. Yeah it's IT'S A it's a bad It's it's. We created bad self parents when we were younger. Bad parents. But when you're younger, you don't. This is what I learned that changed my life in the last five years maybe so is that When you don't get what you need from your parents. You assume it's your fault. And you put in place a fairly probably negative self parenting system. Because you think your shitty because you, you don't feel loved or you feel whatever they're doing emotional abuse physical abuse know however neglect. Overbearing whatever it is if you don't feel good in your skin when you're a kid, it can't be there folks because they're they're amazing. They're your parents. Said must be you. Exactly and that. Very, well, destructive narrative and it leads to so many things right when you're trying to prove your worth all the time I am or for me, it became workaholic. Like, if I just achieve axel more things, I'm going to be good for I'm GonNa you know and it's like not it when really it's like that radical self love is just knowing like you're enough like in you of inherent value not contingent on any exterior, and that's what probably people with nurturing parents. That's probably the message they received. The fuck themselves never be a comedian never. There's going to accept their dumb boring lives not like just tumbling through it. Notice. Me Notice me. Does. And so I it's just you know they say enlightment is on learning things. So enlightenment is really UN. UNIN learning amount learning, it's on learning all. That is a chapter in the book. Could be. Right. down. Does the special. Especially if you've got vegetables to do that. And Yeah and yeah, about big. We were just friends. And then we started dating. Okay. This fun. The right. You guys have a good time. We had a great time. And and. and. And you know. But when you're drinking the best of times the worst time I hear you man but everybody's doing good. Oh my okay I. I love her so grateful for our friendship we did I did her little comedy festival a few years ago. Yeah she's Great. She solid. She's solid. Dylan's great to. Know we're not..

beirut explosion latest news
"Good afternoon from Zurich we start in Lebanon where people are calling for justice following a huge blast in the country's capital Beirut at least one, hundred and thirty five people are known to have died in the explosion thousands more have been injured and many more have lost their homes. Komo mosaic is an entrepreneur who lives and works in Beirut, and he's very good friend of the MONOCLE team. He joins us on the line from Beirut Hello Komo. Good morning by the Hello Calico I I wanted to to start, of course with maybe you painting a little bit of a of a picture for us We are of course. Yeah. Now well, over day into this aftermath of this blast of course, we've spent a lot of time in Beirut together over the years in good times and in bad. But what is the spirit of the city today? What's the spiritual sippy can be after you know I'm not going think immature I think everybody's so this mushroom blast you know. And someone course barrel Shema. So it's the second. Sousa search biggest love ever the over so. I don't know what can be. She would emergency mode on Tuesday nights of trying I. I was I drove from the mountains to within like half an hour which takes maybe two or three times more time. I was trending on the streets just to meet by partner who was wanted at the other end of the street. So I think first, they were completely under the show yesterday we were trying to. To suck leaning. Roberson. Understand who's alive was that was one bit and today is our survey after Sabang and trying to understand what happens and it's devestation. There's nobody people's there's not once the. Organism is doing anything. People are in this three hour cleaning the streets. They are helping people took years, their houses they are moving. To you know and. It's just keeping. Others today the. which talking to understand what happened it took us two days to understand I'm I'm curious to to understand also the psyche because you of course have been through so much as all Lebanese have the decades and of course, there have been there have been car bombs There have been of course, mass protests, and of course we know that Lebanon has been. Through a particularly difficult patch of of late and of course, this this happens I want to about the resilience of of the Lebanese spirit. Are you seeing that because I think we all often always agree that the Lebanese have to be the most resilient people in the world given all that they've they've been through but what what is the spirit like right now? I don't want to hear sort at all anymore I even pronounce foods are. You know I can't hear it anymore I don't think it is what it is just sort of you know we have no choice but to survive But to be able to survive, I'm not able to to say the word was arch to be able to survive your orders need a minimum of strength or. or in your hearts, which is fine. Doesn't exist at all anymore I. think it's like treaties trump and we cannot take all anymore. It's. It's you know. It's lot of. Destruction seeing all your life what would you know over and over again? In the weight it's like bombs tighter cannot be but this. Is. Where it had suspended for dinner is. Completely. Destroyed the trees in front of our issues on how can you get down? Of A tree it is beyond that you can you imagine just like. An on bump and since too much to go over. Where we don't have the choice where we're where you know we're looking at our wounds now. and. I jumped out of meeting where we're trying to set up a kitchen was censored. was the. Central Kitchen full dress project to start cooking for emergency. So we're just trying to get out now of success of the emergency and seeing what can be done and what we can do, what must be done, but it's really very, very, very difficult to scale beyond anything you can imagine. Kamal over the last forty, eight hours. Of course, we've heard a number of countries probably France what am I talking about AIDS and and of course, emergency intervention in the country are you already seeing signs of that? Are you seeing troops or support from from elsewhere already involved with recovery? You Emmanuel Macron. And votes French president arrived city. To visit. That city and president haven't even said a word of on. Anything have been on the grounds so as or nationally and metro is now on the ground just planted and bill, and then the number I cannot. I cannot reply to France and seventy support trump over. So we're you cannot believe what it is. It is overwhelming it's warming our hearts it's giving maybe this is the only thing thousand giving us hope sore going to go on. So, yes. That's about specific receptacle trump something as to moral. That's for specific projects about play you we need everybody. To be able to grow up Camilla's in Beirut we will look forward to, of course, speaking to and Komo hopefully also. Looking forward to coming up to Beirut to join you very soon

"Grids, full of quality teams and races, and just great racing, really, really well sorted championship. All the way from Sabang, of course, as you say, all the classes, I can't remember time. Immortalize time, maybe not even back in the nineties eighties when every calls is so rammed packed solid as stepping stone eight such good jump ship to watch. Yeah, yeah. Now it's never been as good as as now rowing from the new SuperSport three hundred class or junior SuperSport I think we call it that way right from there up to the superbike boys. You know, in this niff- of works, this zoo keyboards getting new maps from the factory. That's very Italian gents from bologna, lurking in the poll bird pitch. You know, it's it's as ATS. With out question and without doubts about domestic championship in the world. By a distance, I'm we've spoke about well, suport sport. I'm gonna make this conversation soluble too, but as British superbikes a step down from Welsey points more step across now from Welsey. I'd stuff at trust. There is no comparison to the products will superbike. You know how many, how many, you know how many of anything glam or big time or world championship. You've got to be private if he's rammed with quality teams and good sponsors, and you look up sugar pen to the grid and the word factory keeps coming to mind. Yeah. Very, is very good as an as an image. That's where bridge soup by for me excels as well in terms of what in comparison soup by says, it can perform on track is well there is that the front. When I don't think certainly not. Off-track in the product will sleepers really looks anything frankly, as a bag. And we know the Grindstone's for yes, you got Johnny right here is palpably the bed, superbike rider at the world. Being chased by a couple of very, very good guys as well. Like Chaz. Eugene, but you know. Yeah. And. Yeah. Yeah. But when it comes on, track matters is far more action at the shopping be right or break superbike support glass well-supervised, which is a weird on them. Yes. Let's talk comedy. Trone ride was probably runner. Why Don times out of ten as well. Let's not lose sight of that fact, but I. Troubles, you will soon to buy case thinking the old Irish June know I wouldn't. How do I get to call him olive oil? I wouldn't start from hair, you know? And that's, that's the way we'll see like fails. And it's the fact is whoever insists on keeping the the rules. Still favoring factories where the electron IX and what have you, then they've got problems. They have. Because as we've said before, we'll watch was founded on more privateer aspect of race in it wasn't about the big factories only really catty bolted about that aspect of it back in the ninety, Liz hundreds well-made. Your talents by Motrin do Kathy? Yes. But in the early days, as usual Cava Sacchi was the first Japanese factory to come across because they're not part we discussed before Kiko. Then part of the club, as far as Japanese industry is concerned. The recorder of a shed in a giant shipbuilding company. Motorbikes then not motorcycle company and feel and don't feel in that Japanese way, but they have to conform to the unspoken rules of the club. Exactly. 'cause then really members of the club? The idea is pretty simple. We lay out a topic we discuss. Is this something that's actually newsworthy Esam fantasy relevance to it? Or is it just a blip on the radar? A lot of stuff happens during training. There's a lot of noise. There is a lot of noise. Let's in in. Green Bay Wisconsin. Well, where did they actually practice define your training camp? It's not in Green Bay to it is in Green Bay. They're rated ski field right there at side, Lambeau stadium, their usual practice facility stay at dorms. At least I do say they do say dorms. They say our college during the first couple of days when we were there, they they were right there. Now remember Stefan negotia training camps and not. It's not only then to players get it. Sometimes it happens before or after Sabang and leaves a such by the way to do. I don't know if you falls to find him Instagram because I. All right. Exactly so, so anyway, but it was such a boondoggle for her? Yeah. Look, I'm hanging out with Desmond Howard. I'll look. I'm hanging out with this person is such a boondoggle, but I guess at some point you talked to Randall Cobb when you're in between hanging out with Randall Cobb and this is news. I'll qualify for you right now. Ram Cup was spotted in an airport with a walking boot about a month ago. Everybody got nervous, but he wouldn't say what happened while he spoke about what actually happened while I was there and he underwent surgery on his ankle. It was not a big deal with nothing major, but he had a little piece of cartilage that he described as having been annoying that was bothering him during OTA's. So Dr Bob Anderson foot ankle specialist who's now associate team physician for the Packers. So right there Handley took care of it for Mando Cobb, and I have to say, even though so on day I was there for two days on the second day when he spoke to reporters and said, he'd had this issue, but everybody knew there was something go. With his ankle previously. On the first day practice he was running, I would say probably eighty five percent speed looked good making a couple moves, and you know what Aaron Rodgers. He threw the ball to a couple of times and just chatting with folks around..
