Limits On Toilet Paper And Cleaning Supplies Are Back At Costco

"Go to costco or your local big box. Perhaps you got toilet paper on your list. Maybe some water cleaning supplies as well. But when you go to load up your car you see the signs that say two per customer or whatever. The limit is not as you might think. Thanks to reprise of the apocalyptic stockpiling early on in this thing. It's a supply chain again. But as marketplace's amanda peach reminds us limits on how much consumers can buy can backfire on retailers. Trying to sell it when there was a run on certain products in pandemic early days. The explanation was simple. Basically consumers freaked out. Ken boyer studies operations management at ohio state university and people heard. There's gonna be a shortage so they went to buy more but shortages now are much more about shipping delays and other supply chain constraints boyer says take toilet paper even if it's manufactured in the us the chemicals to make it might come from china or thailand. They're sitting on a boat. Offshore that becomes a delayed the toilet paper manufacturers sometimes. The shortage is in packaging or containers like cans for soda or bottles for water in melbourne. Florida alley strands. Saw a sign at the grocery store. At limiting the number of cases of water customers could purchase to to literally. My first thought was hurting. Strands checked her phone. No hurricane warnings so she thought what's going on with bottled water. She bought two cases and had her son. Do the same. You drink the bottle of water. But he was getting his shopping part for me. Because is there going to be a run on water. And that's why stores have to be careful about signaling. Shortages with product limits on we realize goods are scarce. They become more valuable to us. Care me. Burke is a behavioral economist with the university of southern california. I might not new toy right now. But i know toilet. Paper is scarce. So i may go stock up on it as much as i can at the moment. In burke says that unnecessary purchasing can add pressure to supply chains at exactly the wrong time. I'm amanda pitcher for

New film 'Dear Even Hansen' is a misfire on just about every level

"Let's talk about youth or at least an attempt at representing youth. I'm talking about the weekend's big release. Dear evan hansen which is in theaters on friday. Who where to begin. Amanda dear oven has what is. Dear of enhancing amanda. It is an adaptation of a tony winning musical which will come back to and it is about a young man named evan hansen. Who is having a very difficult time in high school going through some mental health issues some social anxiety issues and has been encouraged to write himself letters of you know like self belief and pas positive thinking one of these letters falls into the hands of another person and i just i'm gonna say because we need to talk about what this film okay. Another troubled student at the high school who then takes his own life and the parents of the second teen find the letter. That evan hansen has written to himself. They believe their son wrote this last letter to evan hansen before he killed himself and then assume that evan hansen. This tea and with no friends actually had a beautiful friendship with their now deceased child and the main character. Evan hansen goes along with it. And it's like yeah. He was my friend and invents a whole story and friendship and ultimately like a philosophy on how to live and connect with other people that becomes like essentially a hit. Ted talk on the internet and then he become something of a mental health advocate but really just sort of friendship at a community of care for other people a wellness figurehead popular on the internet. And and then things sort of unravel but for the most part no one is held responsible for any of the choices made in in the in the musical and the movie and then people sing songs about discovering themselves and it ends. That is the one part. I want to underline you. You just described the bones of the story very accurately and it's a musical. This story is a musical and so of course. The character is break into song as the story unfolds. I thought this was very troubling movie. A movie that really did not work for a variety of reasons. I think neither you. Nor i saw the show on broadway and so we don't really have a relationship to the show. It was a big hit and of course it. Was tony winning. But it is. Of all places. Big shout out to all of our listeners in Idaho. And it's not so much about the pros or cons of these. These, um Benefits of drugs like I ever met in and hydroxychloroquine, But it's about how I remem has disappeared from pharmacies because of there's the demand for it right. There's such a high demand for it that they just can't keep the shelves stocked. In I've ever met in pharmacies. Episode 53 Part 1 Our Relationship with Planned Parenthood Ft Amanda Weber - burst 02

"Like two. You kind of have the two extreme perspectives. And so for you to be able to come together and be able to say like, okay, so this is what this is what I found through my journey and experience with this object matter. I think that's really really wonderful. Yeah, the interesting thing is, is I could absolutely argue both points. You know, I know the talking points of both sides so well. I was actually I would go speak at the capitol in Sacramento California on behalf of Planned Parenthood and speak to the news outlets and speak to the representatives and stuff there. And then later, I ended up being a kind of social media coordinator for Abby. So I was responding to people on her social media platforms and stuff. And helping her with her outreach, not because I was pro life or not because I was opposed to abortion. But I could very much respond as she would, because I knew exactly what the talking points and the important points were. And. Her stances and her things have very much changed over time. But at the time when I volunteered at Planned Parenthood, I am not gonna lie. I hated the pro life movement. I mean, vehemently hated the pro life movement, partially because Planned Parenthood kind of set that in my mind that these were the bad guys. These were the people trying to take our rights away, and they were trying to ruin my life and all this. So I had this very strong narrative in my mind of what these people were, but also because I had a personal experience. And this is something I haven't talked about publicly, but I had this personal experience where I found myself in an unplanned pregnancy shortly after my mom passed away. And I panicked and I didn't know what to do and I didn't want to have an abortion and I reached out to the pro life movement to the people that had been protesting at my clinic for all this time and saying, we love you and we care about you and will help you no matter what. And I reached out, and I said, look, this is a situation I'm in. And here I am, you know, playing Paradise court putting her tail between her legs, saying I need your help. And it seemed on the surface. It's okay, we're going to take you to the crisis pregnancy centers and we're going to help you, but it was really, we're going to give you diapers and formula and you can figure out the hell out on your own. And that was very disheartening because here I am a person that just lost her mom. I'm on my own. I have no money. I have nothing to speak up. I'm literally scraping by month month and they're going, well, we'll give you some diapers and formula. And I just had the worst taste in my mouth about the entire movement because I thought that that's what they were, you know, or these people that were love you and we're going to take you under our wing. Oh, no, you're too much trouble. You're too needy. You have too many needs. And Abby was the first person that I came across that wasn't like that that she very much when I end up getting pregnant with my son said, what

"Air they, you know, we were able to get a prescription for dramatic. And and she was able to get it and go to the pharmacy near where we live in Texas, not far from dripping springs outside of Austin, and she sat there listening to him and the pharmacist behind the counter was arguing with the other pharmacist saying, Well, we can't fill this. What is this for? And then they interrogated my wife about what's this for this for Covid? My wife, France was. Does it matter? I have a prescription from a doctor and I want to get elected. And so ultimately they filled the prescription. But this is happening all over the country. The pharmacists are blocking the doctors. "Believe in the people who who did fight for this country who gave up everything this concert all the way back to the our founding fathers matter of fact one of our founding fathers said when we mess up this whole republic that we have. He will repent from heaven that he ever sacrifice so much but in this country. It's a sad thing it's a sad day we live in and in that regard is as a christian. It's a good day because there's a lot of you out there that need to know a little something or about god and look. I'm not browbeaten about it. But i will say this if you if you enjoy. Your freedom listened areas and no freedom in the world. You will ever experience like the freedom you've kit from a personal and intimate relationship with jesus christ scriptures say. It was for freedom that he set us free. He shared his blood to set us. Free these veterans died for this country. They shed their blood to protect the freedoms that jesus gave you. And i think it's pretty cool. That goes hand in hand. But i guess my my big problem. Is you know. Not everybody agrees. Would not everybody agrees on everything that that just doesn't happen but one of the great things about this republic we live in was the fact that we could disagree and shake hands. Go drink coffee. I mean we are allowed to disagree. This is one of these. Unalienable rights i believe is part of that life liberty and the pursuit of happiness. And that's not a guarantee of happiness. It guarantees that you can pursue happiness. And if everybody agreed i mean. Don't you think it would be a boring world. I mean. I mean worse than boring. I don't think i could stand live in do a like disagreeing not so much but it's always good to hear another point of view that's how we grow. That's how you know. We bond this way. I mean this is what made our country's so strong so powerful because we could have a difference of opinion and i quite frankly value the difference of opinion and if it sounds like a. Don't that right now. Because i m upset about americans who act like. They're from china or or some other country other than america to me is the same thing as a christian just telling god get bent. I'm not doing this. You know. I don't i don't i can't comprehend it. Okay and the thing is i really. Don't i really. Don't thank god to with it either because it may same meal it may seem to you like it would be menial to god or unimportant but believe it or not god does care about us enough to care about the little things to the big things and i think this is one of them. You can't deny who you are. And if you're an american get off your knees and put your hand over your heart and think about wind. American anthem was written. Think about how it was written when it was written this these oranges songs. You hear on the radio. That bag is not just something that we look at. It's pretty oh we're red white and blue. I guess what as other countries out there that red white and blue tube but none of them stand is strong in america and i don't mean military strength a meaning christian convictions in our moral and ethical standards that people have admired for centuries simply because we were free to live a bright now. I don't know why we should take any other different. I have a. I have the idea why this is going on and you should too. All the last days at satan is very unhappy. He's going to do everything he can to make sure they not so as christians off our rails for one that number to make sure that those of you who are not christians. Y'all go to hell with him. Say part of my job in every other christian alive is not to be perfect but is to find you who are lost and introduce you to the one who saved us as we really don't want anybody going to hell anymore than god does. As a matter of fact hell was not designed for. Human beings wasn't designed for us at all so dan intention is not for you to go there and you know what the christian community is not perfect as true but If you're an

"You understand. What i'm getting at there are two people said their blood for you. One shed his blood or you could have eternal life and the veterans says his blood so he can pretaped your freedoms and you want to kneel on that. I don't even know how to say politely nicely. I don't think it should be either if it does not make sense to me. Look you don't like this country okay by get out of it. I don't care. I'm an american and i'm a patriot and i'm a god fearing christian all day long but the only place ongoing neil is at the cross before jesus christ but that national anthem issued means something to every blue blooded american in this country. I don't care who you are where you come from an care what color you are. I don't care how tall short fat skinny that does not matter. If you born in this country it you have. If you are a citizen of this nation you need to be noon at the cross. Not when the national anthem is played to me. This is gonna sound a little bit. Like what johnny cash said when he was talking about he he went to the army and he defended our constitution and he even fought for the rights of people to burn that american flag. And then you say. But i reserve the right to kick your By see you burn in mind well as somebody who wore that uniform and served this country to to protect and defend freedoms. I feel like i reserve the right to make it so that you never get on that nia if you do it in front of me because that national anthem means something to this country and sodas old glory and emma g. Oh i don't even know how to say it any more than that but listen. We need more people who will defend the values of this country. As far as i'm concerned it should be an everyday thing at the national anthem blared out over every along speaker in this country. And the thing is when you hear it you stop what you're doing right dan. You face the direction of the closest american flag. You put your hand over your heart. You salute your dress. You stand fast until the last note has been played. And i feel like anybody. That doesn't wanna would here to that. Should be. I think it should be a crime punishable like treason and it is treason. Look this is my country okay. I'll i served this country. No a lotta people who have served this country so you. You can't respect the anthem. At least respect the men and women who died port of died for your freedom d- to be so ignorant as to get on your knees during the national anthem. Play look know like america does somewhere else. I don't care. I would love to see the population decrease with all the people here who don't like america. I don't have a problem with that. But if you want to call yourself an american man you'd better act like this is ridiculous. The games that people play is too much. And i would love to be able to tell you. I've got something. I should say about this whole topic and i had a couple more i wanted to talk about. I'll save them for the next episode. Listen to me a lot of win and winning who have shared their blood your freedom to do exactly what you're doing kneeling i love. If you don't have any more respect for this concert in that your country like i said get out of it. We don't need you. We love this country way. Support this country. We believe in the

"Hey, how're you doing this morning. Good to have you back. And I hope you're ready for today. It's going to be an interesting day. Today is going to be the day that I do something that most people don't expect or don't like prisons to do because it seems so out of character for Christian but bear in mind now. There is such thing as righteous indignation but see. That doesn't come from the Christian. That actually comes from one. That Christian spends most of his time with being christ and quite frankly no Christian can really ever admit to having anything rightist in and of itself because it doesn't exist so when we do talk about things or Point things out. That isn't right away. Like I'm going to do today is basically going to run . But here's the thing is about things that are as anti-god as you can get and don't get me wrong. There's nothing in me. That is absolutely rises. Accept cries to his Emmy and who by the way is quite righteous enough to point out sayings that I'm going to talk about today and the thing is it's not about being a hypocrite. Because i will be the first one to tell you that. I have a hard time sometimes walking Christian wall because god does set the bar pretty high however he does make it possible to reach that ball whether we reach that bar at any particular time is entirely up to us and because of this war with the place that kind of complicates things a little bit but it does get better with time so I guess what I'm trying to say is once a person an one who is lost approaches the cross in total repentance and accept Jesus as the savior that does not mean that person just became one hundred percent perfect. If that person lived as chris for the next two hundred years he would be nowhere near perfection. so I'm just saying that is the beginning of moran. I'll go into it later. But the idea is to remember first of all one who is saved still has to war with the old self because you know his mind and his flesh is still pretty. Well existent okay. And as far as perfection goes no human being on the face of the planet war ever be perfect in this place in this world. So you know. I think. I'm saying that more because more than anything. Because I'm getting tired of being called a hypocrite because are not made. But I'm speaking of the Christian body of people calling Christians hypocrites because we still deal with the human element and the people that do this. Talk about our hypocrisy. I mean I'm assuming this because you know what God expects of us. And I'm just to say you now. If you know what God expects of you, then you can't take the spec out of anybody else's I when you got a beaming your wrong. So let's try to put a lid on that. But i'll be back in just a few minutes and i'm going to discuss a few things and i hate to even admit it but i saw i've been seeing things on Facebook and I say things you know walking down the street or in the grocery store i hear things all the time on. It really gave me Fired up I'm not gonna lie. Gets me fired up. But i will say this before. I decided to do anything with this show today. Operate about it so you're going to get inside of me today. I hope. But I'm still going to discuss a few of these things because I think we really need to pay attention to these things and yes I'm gonna run about it but don't worry it won't be so bad if already prayed about it. I've calmed down a little bit right now. I am going to take a brief break. Lou recess at you will. I'll be right back. They'll go away. I

"But they were supposed to drop this off and go home and they stayed until 4:00 the next morning and that was a result of them telling me what all they could provide to get this ministry off the ground and I was truly Ford Edge. Anyway, make a long story short a couple of days later. I actually ended up with a phone number to a guy that owned an office building that I was shown about a year ago may have been not really hard and looking but I've been trying to figure out who the owner of this building is for a year because the building is perfect for the you know, what I'm doing is perfect as far as location. And I wanted to talk to the owner. I want to see what he's going to do with this building because I could sure use it. So I get the number to the owner and called him up on I believe it was December 23rd, and he told me We asked me first he said, you know, this guy said no, I don't think so. He said well, he's my homeless guy in charge at the building you go talk to him know work it out. You got an office. Well, I get over there and not only just the office come pretty well in G as you're saying but the office is pretty much energy, but there are homeless people in there. I'm laughing because this is what I'm trying to do is help the homeless and I get a built-in clientele and pretty much got a good word, press store already there because I thought about a tongue a closed and we can sell for revenue and it's been amazing. All I had to do is get out of college way and off and exactly what he wanted to do and he's not done yet. It's getting a whole lot better. And to be honest. I'm going to tell you this before I go to everybody off every single person on my staff right now. is homeless Quite frankly. I should be right now because I'm behind on my rent. I just tell people the more than one rent payment away from being right back on the streets, but I'm past that but for some reason they picked out yet. when everybody on the staff of ladder industry is harmless the only people Even acknowledged this ministry had been the homeless people the ones I am trying to reach and I'm telling you these people are blessing me like you would not believe right now. I'm supposed to be helping them. Course it helping me help them and all of that but every one of the people that are on my staff we've all been same Choice. I'm not telling anybody store specifically, but I'm saying we all did on the streets. Okay, and if you know anything about the streets, you know, what comes with it. Well, let me tell you this as of last month as the report was and is according to Haven just like we're looking for and by the way, my head is secured you just happens to be A very interesting character doesn't mind sneaking somebody in the head of you know what I mean? And he's done all the things that we've done but for the last week, he's been telling people to bring that around here. Everybody ears cleaned. You're not bring it around here just office is clean. You know, I mean is I am thoroughly amazed at what God has done so far and you want to hear the real kicker. I guess I can tell this I don't know. I'm not I hope nobody takes this as bragging posting to change oil or anything but one of the guys on my staff, I've been trying to find a place just finding Physicians and giving he's good and a lot of different things and I know I'm I didn't more separated from his wife. I really want to do something better chance, but there's so much more that I'm not sure if he's good or not. So I asked him the other day. How would you feel about And president of lettering Ministries. So ladies and gentlemen, my name is C K Williams. I'm the chairman of the board and the founder of lighter in Ministry. I hope you all have a beautiful night and may God bless you and stay tuned you looking for us. We'll be back out again tomorrow night. I'm going to get him a little more of my testimony because that's what this whole show is all about. It is life in the Sun..

"Was less than admirable circumstances that I grew up in family life was young. I never know family life was lost stolen today until I got to testing and that was a whole new ball of Wax. And then of course, I had to shuffle one more coffee shop before graduating high school and that was transferring from Jackson schools to private schools enough about me. Now. Let's talk about life in the back on the light from the sun to me. It is exactly what it says life in the Sun as Christians. You live your life in Jesus Christ. That is our son and I think we have kind of missed the boat on what that means to live life in the sun cuz I personally times over the past while I don't reset pass that few years where people say, oh, well, I love going and he knows what I do, so I thought okay. Well, you know what? He knows what I did too, but it's not. Okay, because life in the sun is all about living like the sun and we somehow or another member of knesset Class LED through that lecture. I don't know but this is life in the sun. It's not easy. As a matter of fact I had in his girlfriend told me once a month being a Christian. She thought would be too boring. And I said really I'm with you. I'm a Christian. Is that boring? I mean think about it. I've been dodging bullets for six years. I didn't think that was possible until now don't anybody try this at home children. But anyway, Never about making up about life in the Sun for now. Let's talk about life in the sun being a subsidiary of lettering Ministry. And now that's an interesting story and am looking into it later on in the week. But well just leave it at this for now twenty years ago latter rain was a label. I put on a Yahoo group that had started so that I can I guess on I was posting in house. I mean open bios, excuse me, Open Bible studies that I was holding at my house and the topics in the discussions were really good and I really didn't feel like anybody needed to be deprived of those lessons. So I started another group and I posted those lessons in the group and the group actually flourished quite quickly and when I turned the group over to somebody else I found out that everybody in the grass. As missionaries and evangelists and I really almost had a heart attack because I mean I'm just a guy and not wanting to be teaching evangelist or anybody really thought I had a hard time with that for a long time and we'll get into that later on in the week. But a lot of rain Master is actually the unbrella administration for several Ministries this one being one of them life in the sergeant and we are actually working on another I guess aspects of the page you another branch of the ministry, whatever you want to call it. It's another appendage and it's called broken roads. And if you're listening in Jackson, Mississippi, and I don't want you to please listen to me off right now because broken road is really besides the podcast broken room is the first thing we're actively doing in the community and off. Everybody that is on staff right now was loitering Ministry including the people who were sitting on the board of directors every last one of them. are homeless these are the people that I've been wanting to reach for quite a while. I've got the certificate of incorporation June 25th, 2018 Ford Edge or administered and for a year-and-half. I have spent a lot of money probably do a lot of Rush that I laid down in but a lot of times that I really ought to quit because I was going through anybody to help me and I just thought that was the only one who cared about the people who were under strict mainly because I haven't been too long got an office. I know a lot of the people out there and believe me. They don't want to be out there. There's a lot of them out there that do not want to be there. Unfortunately, it's almost impossible to get officers. And if you don't hurry up, you're not going to get off the streets and if you've been on the streets for any length of time streetlife Street mentality It Takes Over You it consumes you like you would not believe off and and it becomes so difficult to even conceive the idea that you could get off the street and I've been talking to several people. I knew off homes or a couple of years now tell him what I wanted to do anyway, and you know wondering if that was something that maybe they would be interested in as far as health went off and I got positive feedback, but pretty much nothing else. I guess the positive feedback every four or five months and that was not home. And on the 21st or the 22nd of December of last year. I remember I would stay up all night working on putting the minister together even get started and the Lord spoke to me is I did not call you to do that. Is that I called you to work for me not doing for me I can do for myself. And so when my girlfriend woke up that morning, I told her boss our sorry about being such a pain in the neck and I have down for a year and half because I've been very frustrated at people because it seemed like it just don't care and home and it's been a tough road for me because I let myself get involved with trying to do God's part and not my part. So I told my girlfriend that morning that off I'm not going to do what God didn't call me to do. I'm going to do what I called me to do. And I figured God wants this ministry to work because this is kind of a directional drove me. And so that means he wants this ministry and Ed wants this nasty done. Right? So we got six months for everything to be legitimate. So God wants his Minister. He's going to make it right and believe me. We're going to have more ones that we know how to handle before we get it. Right and there will be a lot more about it than just the legal aspect and I've enough that day one of the people I had been talking to on the street for a couple of years called me and said she didn't talk to me off. So my girlfriend I went and picked her up and lo and behold she was not the same person I knew from before because she was accepting responsibility. She was small she and she was cheerful. She was joyful. And more importantly she was wanting to help and when after that conversation a couple more friends of mine came by I Believe by 8:30 and 9:00 or delivering something to me from another mutual friend. I don't know if my vehicle was pretty cool,.

"You know he is family him and his wife jefferson. There little baby like so. It's not as easy as going well. Hey thanks thanks for everything. No this guy helped be a part of changing the dynamic so every time you sit there and say man i gotta deal that i just. I don't know like can. He's almost like a son and so i don't envy up position as they gotta be in with a lot of those guys but at the same time we see the economics of the game. They're changing they change. This past cured might change again next year so he might be payroll. He might be keeping it the same. I don't know maneuvering around. But he's proven throughout his career that he's capable of making any deal. That makes this team better. I don't see that changing anytime soon. And you're still close enough to guys on that roster. Is that something that the players actually talk about. Is that something. That's kind of you know when no one's around they're sitting around. Did they talk about the possibility of guys leaving. Yeah i think this year they really talked about it. Just because as you get closer to that last year arbitration or guys getting free agency. You start to see the possibility of that happening. So i think they really did. And it was evident throughout your. They played really hard for each other. And then they just down the stretch it was. It was hard to maintain. And we're able to be you know the marlins and three injuries which you know. I'm not a huge fan. 'cause anybody can win a best of three at any point during the season going against the best pitcher so i think they really did have those conversations we you know. It's been an incredible run for those guys for john lester to not have the ability to have swan song and get the tip of the cats the fans throughout the season and say thank you to chicago you know the way he wanted to other than buying forty seven thousand dollars where the beer i just wanna say. I completely agree about not liking the three game series. I think full chicago teams got absolutely ripped off of a deep playoff run now with that being said how do you think that the pandemic is going to impact the cubs mode of operation. This offseason do think that because we've seen in the previous years of the cubs because they spent so much money on these guys and they need to save the money to lock up guys that are arbitration-eligible and that are going to be due for an extension. Do you think that the that the pandemic skin affect that even more and make them their pockets. Even do you think that we're gonna see like a completely different way of going about business. This offseason from.

"Thanks for listening to the Rhythm some Church podcast. We are the Church of Hope healing and community and we're glad to have you learn and grow with this if you're interested in able to support this ministry, please contact us at risen son off at shaw.ca for available options. God bless your day. I'm Wayne, it's good to be here. I'm going to read a passage out of First John today 1st. John 4 verses 7 to 21 when I opened my Bible heading on that passage as God is love. Beloved let us love one. Another for love is from God and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God one who does not love does not know God for God Is Love by this. The love of God was manifested in us that God has sent his only begotten son into the world that we might live through him. And and this is love not that we loved God but that he loved us and sent his son to be the propitiation of or since beloved. If God so loved us. We also ought to love one another no one has seen God at any time if we love one another God abides in us and his love is perfected in US wage this we know that we abide in him and he in us because he has given us of his Spirit. We have seen and testify not testify that the father has sent the son to be the savior of the world. Whoever confesses that Jesus is the son of God God abides in him and he in God we have come to know and I believe the love which God has for us. God is love and the one that died in love abides in God and God abides in him by this love is perfected with us so that we may have confidence in the day of judgment cuz as he is so also are wage in this world. There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear because fear involves punishment and the one who fears is not perfected in love we love because he first loved us something that says, I love God and hates his brother. He's a lawyer for the one who does not love his brother whom he has seen cannot love God whom he has not seen this commandment we have from him that the one who loves God's love is Bash are also Like I said, this section was called God is love about love. This passage John gives us five reasons why Christians love the first is that God is love everything that he is and does has love in it for seven says that we should love one another. So when we were born again, we received God's nature and part of that is love so we should be reflecting love and everything that we do in John goes on to say that one who does not love does not know God for God is love second reason why we should love is to follow God's example. God sent his son for us..
