I was thinking about that in terms of people who lived through katrina now experiencing that that must have brought up some serious post traumatic stress issues or a lot of fear and You know hopefully there i i. I'm certain they're much more prepared both in terms of resiliency but also in terms of the actual infrastructure. What's your take on like the resilience infrastructure. And how people can handle this versus katrina. Well i think. I think the city is a whole is is better able to handle it. Reinforced levees corps of engineers based on that and so he didn't have flooding. All in new orleans are good. But it's the outlying areas you waters gotta go somewhere you had that kind of storm surge so folks like in homa and plus there's a lot of devastation terrace as well so you know what i what i experienced. You know my time. Teach for america teaching in orleans big rainstorm. You see kids really freaking out. His definitely scars katrina yet. It's just you know for someone like meal who hasn't lived through a devastating event. Like that where your little. Your house gets completely swamped or ruined by mud or or you know. Burn by fire blown away in tornado. Just the recovery has got to be tortuous when when everything stripped away from you. And you've got to start over like that. I can remember. You know everybody remembers hurricane katrina on lower ninth ward. You know driving through five years after katrina and lower ninth ward was still nowhere near a level of recovery that you would expect in over five year period. It was just devastated. It screeched moore faces peered over the edge and it dawned on sid that he wasn't looking at humans but dino people up above they went into panic unsure of what to do this intruder the machines around sid drummed into life and a fresh black circle appeared behind him with nowhere to go and not wanting to be captured sit turned his triceratops around and charged back through. Sid shouted lady alice. Why did you go. We would terrify you've been eaten. The three dino knights were now stood guard next to enormous sleeping carnivores. I think i just found out where the dinosaurs coming from. Explain sid and he told them about the strange machines. And the dino people that controlled them. The dino knights listened fascinated. Why are they doing it or car. Las they clearly don't like humans if they're going to all that trouble said serarch. The basically that's the point where they they show where the band basically breaks up. Johnny doesn't want to get stuck with him. Paul and steve and up going off on their own And a lot of what they actually do at that point ends up in the video in the film. Great rock and roll swindle so that intervening point is in the great rock and roll swindle while that kinda after what what. They do will literally when they leave. That hospital is basically kind of shown in in the great rock and roll swindle kind of the next thing. They do which is what they end up doing. Some of their own music they ended up going to belsen and some other places. They basically go travel for a bit play. Music looks from from the great rock and roll. Swindle looked like they had a pretty good time. They made music videos and then they came back a few years later. And then steve jones and paul cook assisted with making the great rock and roll swindle but all of the footage in there of sid was obviously prior to said dying right by the time. They made that movie sid. Sid was at already been dead for a couple of years but anyway the band breaks up. The assistant basically tells said that he's a free agent. He can do whatever he wants. He ends up back in the hospital. He gets on a plane he starts drinking and doing some other stuff and ends up back in the hospital and then at that point is when nancy comes to visit him on christmas are you. You assume that it's around. Christmas is that this is when they move into the hotel chelsea rape not quite but But very soon that they end up going in we actually they do they. They are in their first room at the hotel chelsea and then they go visit her family and her family does everything that they can to get her and said out of the house on a why. I think they're actually in a country bar Your playing but you see him after a while he was like cutting on himself from He's like a room full of different girls. And he's he's carving nancy's name into his chest nec on stage and he's he's his face is all bloody and His chest as all tore up and and johnny does the famous. Do you feel you've been cheated or do you feel like you've been cheated speech. Now this is where i know. It won't play. He goes and he calls nancy from a phone booth right and she's actually working at at the at the bordello yup Now with the with the the hooker friend who by the way was was in in superman to ush she was Versa yup yup and the interesting thing is We actually skipped over apart when johnny goes to visit them to take them to go see the rock head The guy hanging by chains from the hooker ceiling. "Who's the guy in the hotel. We go to visit him in him. And johnny rotten They they refer to him as the rock head. But there's been debates over the years whether that was actually supposed to be a attack was his name Drawn a blank. I can't think of his name. isn't he. Supposed to be like an amalgam of two or three different people. Yeah but for the purposes of the film is they call him the rock head and is he dan in this. This really nice hotel suite in. It's surreal. he's got this brocade room. You know with the paneling. And it's gorgeous in there and he's sitting there lifting weights while johnny sitting on a settee sucking down a bottle of daniels in east tournament. Ho what is actually we. Yeah we kinda actually now. That i think about it. We skipped over the part. Where malcolm malcolm and and his assistant basically decide that. Sid had asked asked malcolm for some money in. And malcolm said we'll all of your earthly needs are met by by being in the band. Could you possibly need money for. And he responded little things around the house and they end up basically cutting them off. Money-wise third album was actually trying to get him off. Heroin is this when they had moved into. What was it. Sits parents place that department and he's walking around in those. Were actually got that. Yeah actually that was before this. He was living with his parents and they ended up getting thrown out of his out of his parents house and they end up living with the hooker and ended up sleeping in his kitchen. And then johnny goes up sleeping with a in the hookers kitchen and johnny goes to see said. Try to get set off drugs. He you know he says. Let's go visit the rocket. He stopped doing drugs and drinking. And he's all the better for it. I remember this now. And he reluctantly goes because she does. Yeah i didn't even wanna get bed now. So that so they go visit the rock head and and sure enough they show a museum. They're working on an exercise bike all of his assistants and things except for one lady. We're all working out lifting weights and so on and and johnny kinda flops down on the bed with a bottle and almost immediately insults him big surprise than then nancy kinda kinda in the by or kind of flips out and insists that well sids a rockstar. Shouldn't they be living in in a place like that. And so malcolm gets put in another in a hotel similar to that If you're watching the film when malcolm in his assistant go visit said once they're living in a hotel like that The guy that takes them to the rough where we're sitting nancy. You're playing with cap guns.

And who was the first one who really talked about the role of rhythm in health. So can you tell us why rhythm and circadian rhythms and chronology is actually so important in. What is it all about anyway all right. Well you know you're absolutely right. I i read the book That's that said. Baker wrote says chicane prescription. That's sort of where the sir lightbulb went off my head said you know this is really important stuff. And it's sort of the fourth dimension of health which is time and understanding that you know we have rhythms in nature. We have the rising of the sun in the setting of the sun and then the lunar cycles and we have the the months in the seasons in the year so it only makes sense that our body has its own cycles and own seasons and understanding that We have these internal clocks and we have jeans. They're called clock genes and they have to synchronize Just like an orchestra got a lot of different pieces You're talking earlier in a podcast. About how many different chemical reactions are going on the body. You have chemicals being made you have chemicals being broken down. You have chemicals being detoxified in you have all these rhythms going on in the body in their happening In in harmony if you will and just like when you have a an orchestra in order for an orchestra to make really good music what do you need. You need a conductor and this is understanding that the bodies conductor Is synchronizing the whole body in terms of the liver and the heart and the muscles and they gestion all of those factors so our body's ability to have a good rhythm is key towards health
