"Following Thursday in Dallas a couple of years. So again, this is coincidental because I was chirping Chris Johnson all week. You know, we do three hits, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. You know, from the meeting site and Alabama floor. He wears this trendy sort of electric blue blazer, right? Right. And I'm like, you can't wear three days in a row because it's so bold, right? If you're wearing the same jacket for 5 straight games, I'm guessing it's gonna be like a dark blue or something like that. Yeah, then you can change the shirts, you gotta pocket squares. That's the one. There you go. All right, let's go in the headlines here. And we'll talk about some of the things that we're discussed GM meetings this week in Florida. But Jordan Bennington of the St. Louis blues earned spot one on our list of headlines for blowing a gasket last night in the fashion that he did in the game versus the Minnesota wild. Now, his coach Greg berube after the game. If you haven't seen it, just Google it. You'll find it very, very quickly. Ryan Hartman and Minnesota wild scores the go ahead goal for many, make it 5 four. As he's cruising across the front of the crease, not in the crease, but above the blue paint, he clips Jordan Bennington, getting to the scrum of celebrating Minnesota wildfires. Well, we've seen this act from Bennington before. I mean, he loses it. He goes hard right after Hartman and the shenanigans just erupt in here. Here comes Mark Andre fleury, the flower from the other side. And I don't know about you, man. I'm old school, and I know that you've been close proximity to probably more than a few goalie fights over the years, dating back to the playbook. But I'm like, come on, I want to see this. I want to see this. They get separated. Bennington gets a match penalty and ejected in the second period. Darren pang was calling that game and he is absolutely vibrating in all of this. And then beru postgame says, hey, Hartman and no business cruising there. You know, he was in the crease while he wasn't in the crease. But I loved and jump in on all of this because I loved what Bennington said postgame in acknowledging that he knows how Ryan Hartman plays, but he had no problem with what he did. And he had, you know, he said, hey, I like this guy. He plays the game hard. You know what to expect. To me, I love the fact that he just wrecked, you know, you just said, hey, you know what happened? I did what I did. He did what he did. Everybody move on. There's nothing to see here. Well, of course, it gets broken down 43 different ways. Should he be suspended? Should he be this that and the other thing? The game at times gets messy and I'm not a proponent of the lawlessness of the 80s. Right. I mean, that was mayhem. Greg bear ruby's talking about it. He was one of the great perpetrators of mayhem in the history of the game. The guy had 3000 penalty minutes. Just think of that. Yeah. 3000. He sat for 50 games in the penalty box. I was just trying to work that out in my head quickly. How many games are ours? Three quarters of a season. He's in the penalty box. And that doesn't count the times when he was kicked out of the game, right? Right. For beating somebody up. Yeah. Anyway. So this year, more than any other has been like his frustrations have just bubbled over to where the blues are. He's an emotional guy to start with. Hartman didn't do anything wrong. The one thing the goalie's always have is they always have the backing of their team. Yes. They can lose a screw? And if they start getting filled in, somebody's jumping in. If a player gets filled in, he gets filled in until the other guy gets tired of punching him. You've seen that old clip of Billy Smith when he's fighting lanny McDonald. They drop the gloves at Billy Smith waves away his defenseman. To get into the fight, like you've seen that clip, haven't you Drake? I have, yeah? Could you imagine that today? A goalie telling his D man to scram and then he gets in a fight? I think the league walks a really tough line. And I think this will get into something that we're going to talk about from the Quebec league. And that's correct. The games that are the best or the games with conflict. Too many times, the game becomes a real similar game. It's fast. There's no real conflict. They play beep, stop, whistle, move on. It's the same game without head to head combat. And that doesn't necessarily mean fighting, however, and I'm no proponent for fighting. I don't care if there's fighting or not. It really doesn't. Yeah, I'm there with you. Now I am. I really, if they ban fighting, I want to know what the other side of it looks like. What the results tell us the game becomes, but I don't think it's nowhere near a factor, like it used to be. What happened last night was a lightning bolt, and it was entertaining, and I'm glad it doesn't happen all the time. And Bennington got is major on a match and it was entertaining to see maybe the nicest guy in the game lose it like blurry coming down the eyes. And by the way, out of all of that, Minnesota has got 14 game points straight going. They don't have capris off. They scored 17 goals in three games he's out. They're on a pretty good run here. Really good run. They had a good visit with Billy garen and his wife yesterday at the airport. Just solid solid people. By the way, that GM and that coach would have been right in the middle of that thing. When they were playing, both of them. The japes of mosquito comes to mind when I only bring his name up because I can't remember who said it. But they reference sea ball as being all teeth and flippers. He's skinny and he's always got that big wide smile and long figures that as I watching this unfold with flower coming down the ice for whatever reason, that came to mind that description. Here comes flower, all teeth and flippers. Okay, well you mentioned the cum jael and there's been some reporting on this. The major junior league is expected to ban fighting this June. So in 2020, they took a hard position here of the three Canadian hockey leagues. We're talking Ontario league, the western Hockey League in the QMJHL, which is Quebec and the maritimes. In 2020, the QMJHL added a ten minute misconduct to the 5 minute major. So I hear what you're saying, I'm with you. I don't know that I'm not going to miss fighting if they ban it. The struggle that I have with it though is, as we just described and talked about what happened last night between the wild and the St. Louis blues. Sometimes they're spontaneous combustion. Sometimes there is. And if that's what it is, then sure make fighting the penalties as punitive as you need to. But now if you're banning, what does that mean? You fight, you're obviously automatically ejected from the game. They haven't worked out all the rules, by the way, just to be clear in the QMJHL. But, you know, if it's a top player as an example, you're starting goaltender. Like, something in the game of hockey, which can still be physical erupts. And there's that fighting response in players now are ejected or maybe they're suspended. I mean, it feels like there could be a bit of a tipping point with this one, right? Well, first thing I thought of as you're talking there is so you've got a guy that is star player on the other team. Or one of their top players. What's to prevent your fourth line guy to run into him, punch him in the nose, enough times that the guy gets mad,

"It's a bird. It's a plane. It's a stratospheric balloon that can fly to 95,000 feet, stay up there for up to months at a time, it could happen to him. It could, well, worldview is a company that operates these so called straddle lights and just last week, Bloomberg news reported that it's agreed to go public in a $350 million spac deal. We've got with us right now worldview CEO Ryan Hartman and joining us in the Bloomberg interactive brokers studio Ryan, how are you? I'm very well. Thanks for having me on. Well it's good to have you with us. So it's really cool to look at this to look at your website and see these two businesses. You've got on the one side. Business that does monitoring of methane emissions using these stratospheric balloons. On the other side, a space tourism business that you want to launch in the next couple of years. Talk about your priorities right now. Well, right now, our priority is maturing and bringing to life our remote sensing business. It's a business that we've been working on for many years. We're well into revenue. And in a short period of time, we'll have a positive EBITDA and be cash flow positive. And so it's a business that has recurring revenue that brings value today. And so when we think about bringing the company into the public markets, that's obviously something that's very important is to create value, stabilize the business. And the way we think about it is earning the right to invest in our space tourism business. What are the markets help you stabilize the business? Because a lot of folks would say, in this environment, while at least up until the last year or so, money's been cheap and very accessible. And it also enables a lot of companies, especially companies that are trying to build out something kind of time and freedom to really do so, not under the public glare. So why is public better? Well, so let me talk about what is stabilizing the business. Because I think that's an important conversation I have. We're a company that works in government and defense, works in intelligence communities, works in large enterprise like methane detection for oil and gas. And so these are customers that it doesn't matter what the market is doing. There's always stable by their nature. They're stable, right? And so they need the kind of service that we have to offer. And so that helps us stabilize the business. And I think most importantly, what it does is it helps us grow the business and mature the technology that's going to be the same technology that we're going to use for space tourism. I'm curious, you said you're well into EBITDA and when you talk about top line growth, what kind of topic? Well into revenue. Well, so what kind of revenue growth have you been seeing? Well, I mean, we're a small company, so of course we're seeing a 100% revenue growth. But it's off a small number. So this year, we'll do more than 15 million in revenue. And that's what we really focus on is the number of flights we do a year. So we're capacity limited. What we do is very unique. And so we have to we have to prepare the business for the number of flights we do per year. And so this year we'll do more than 15 flights. We'll do more than 15 million in revenue and on that basis we'll be able to grow to something closer to 30 fights the following year. And so you start seeing this compounding effect and we're bringing a very, very unique capability to the market. And I mean, I can't even think of all of the different use cases that kind of technique. Let's talk about the technology here, because if you look at the website, if you're watching us on YouTube or on Bloomberg quick take right now, you can actually see it. The balloons are what they sound like. They're balloons. Yes. And they go to 95,000 feet. What are they filled with? What's the unique technology that you have that prevents other companies from being able to do the same thing? Yeah, so on the remote sensing side, the technology we use is a navigable balloon. And so what that means is operating in the stratosphere, there's four directional winds. And because there's four directional wins, if you can control your altitude to where those winds are going in the direction you want to go, you can freely navigate in the stratosphere. And so that enables us to either stay over an area for a very long period of time. So we talked about the methane gas detection use case. We can stay over an area for two weeks at a time, a month at a time, two months at a time, and always be ever present, looking at an area collecting data that's value added to our customers. And so to operate the stratospheric balloon, we fill them with either helium or hydrogen on the remote sensing side on the space tourism side, it'll be helium. But on the remote sensing side, it's helium or hydrogen, and then separate from the lift balloon. There's another smaller balloon below. You can see it on the website. And that smaller balloon is what we call a ballast balloon. We pressurize that with air, and by pressurizing you create mass that counteracts the lift gas. And so by counteracting the lift gas, we can descend the balloons in a sort of what a traditional burner in a balloon would do. Well, no, not exactly because what a burner in a hot air balloon does is it creates lift gas. So it's heating air and the hotter the air is the lighter it is and therefore it tries to rise. Whereas for us, what we're doing is using a lift gas that's always constant. And that's what enables us to fly for very long periods of time. But then when you couple that with pressurized air below the lift balloon, separate from the lift balloon, you're creating mass. You're creating a density of air that counteracts the lift gas. And so what we're doing is we're pressurizing the air to use it as not a lift gas, but as an anchor, if you will, to bring it down a little bit. Hey Ryan, in addition to the remote sensing business, you guys have begun selling 6 to 8 hour journeys at $50,000 a seat for your space tourism operation. I'm on the website, Kenya, in 2025, you're launching the Great Barrier Reef, looks like in 2024 Grand Canyon. I mean, this would be pretty amazing. Yes. What is going to be the bulk of the business going forward though? Well, in the near term, it's going to be remote sensing. Like I said, we're going to be focused on stabilizing the business growing the business creating value on the recurring revenues that we have. And then earning the right to continue to bring to market the space tourism business. But does it eventually become a 50 50 or is that not quite right? Yes, about that. We're going to really have to focus on what creates the most value for the business. But we're passionate about both of them. Both of them are very meaningful to us. I'm very excited about both. They're just very unique businesses. In a bull market space tourism is something that's quite exciting. When do you think you'll go up in that balloon? As soon as I can, I'll be in the first one. How many people can sorry, Carol? How many people can fit in one of these capsules? It's 8 customers and two crew. So ten total. And what do you think the cost will be? It's $50,000 per ticket. "Jacobsen's pretty high. I'd seen a rumor that it was too. And i'm i in a second but we don't know but like clinton keller has moved so mike wondering why he isn't included intrigue talks. But i guess because he's still like twenty three chickens like twenty four so i don't know any who Yeah there's not really much to say about the coyotes. I mean i'm excited for their drafting me to and see if they get shane right. Me too Do you wanna go first for number seven. Iago i remember number seven. I have The nashville predators yeah. I think that they did nothing to improve this off season. They lost rhinos. Who was one of their best defensemen right behind. Romanucci and their bank is put their baking their banking heavily on uc sorrows carrying them again. Which which he did. Last last season they have the death they have death but like not much star power Right before sorrow started carrying them on the push the playoffs. They were thinking about blowing the team. Up and selling everything We can't forget about that. They were really close to literally blowing if they if they had found good traits for like not sicom rhinos. Romeo see you'll has like they would've treated all those pieces so You know we gotta remember what we're working my thumb. You know the the predators. Gotta hope that elise told and philip sinoe. They had they have to messina now that they have a good years. It's your turn. it's tops exports. But you know you can't really bank on that we also still have the duchenne in the johansen contracts so those are pretty rough Yeah i i don't. I don't think they did anything to improve. And they were already borderline last year. So i don't think that they're going to be passed some place. Yeah so i mean. I have just tap at higher. Not the ruin anything This is maybe countries to you the wild here seven. I have the wild. They're still very young for me personally. They're super talented. A lot of future stars. I mean if you sign him Seriously pains me putting them this low considering the star power that they do possess It's just with the way that these other teams look in this division. And you know the. I don't want to say the the level of like plays so much better but it's like the what am i looking for the The knowledge the knowledge of the players. They're just i just. Don't think the wilder there to compete yet. win on a lucky win last season. And i don't know. I just i don't see them doing well and also they're very weakened net Whom i don't think that's true. Who do they have ken. Talbot cabot kotkin cam talbot. I don't really like. I mean i could be wrong. Obviously i'm not too familiar with all these like i mentioned earlier but cam talbot. I'm not really too hot. On cockatiel big cock hakkinen as he was referred to last season he's great. it's just i don't know. Is he the starter. I don't think so. So it's like i don't know i just don't think they're there yet. I think that they can easily slide up especially if they play hot especially with all the youngsters. Like i keep mentioning but it's it's not there for me so you got six buddy Six place i have on living Are the dallas stars. You know. I think they have a good decor But i believe they're getting a little bit older in the they're not getting too much better especially in this tight division I'm not sold on them. They're they're aging again. Like i said if bishop ever comes back from his injury. I don't know if you'll be seeing level that he was before his injury. You know rupa heinsohn Jason robertson promising. But after that. I don't really think they're too much. Hopefully tyler sagan is back in healthy jamie ben. Maybe but you know. I may be being pessimistic but right now could open hobie. Can't carry them far Though this is where the division gets super tight and or their lines are here. I mean shit fucked up again. Rupa heintz jason robertson. I think show except back. I don't like their bottom six really so it's better. This was their fourth on. I don't like The great got ryan cedar which is nice and again s. lyndale jon greenberg. I think they have a solid four but not. I'm not convinced about all right. I mean that's sussman. I would say a team that i was definitely hot on earlier. Originally when i was slotting everybody in. I like just plugged them in one by one and i had this team as like a bubble playoff team just making. It was even telling you not to spoilers to you. But i was like dude. I think team sick. I had him slide a lot. The blackhawks have the mess. Six now accu out of it. Well no you didn't talk you okay. Maybe you gave me a little bit of clarity. But i think them like second. Well yes so originally. I had them up there. Like i said they were the first thing. Nice lot slotted actually or second. Because that obviously i think we all we one best division so yeah originally had him at two day slit so far because like i just started like sitting. You're actually looking at all the other teams. 'cause like i was rushing before i was worried about the draft and i was like damn maybe maybe they are there. Yeah i mean. I think tastes comeback. That's huge marc. Andre fleury in net. He's gonna steal games for them again. I have him so much higher. I really think they can. I really think they can go much higher than six. I really don't feel too hot about many of these teams But i have to put them six. Unfortunately again how. I felt bad about the wild. I almost feel bad about the blackhawks. Because i just think this team superheroes i feel like flurry is like decision maker for me. That they're going to be a little bit better Just unfortunate how to put them so little pro. Daily face off makes my computer labs so fucking bad or if you have chrome it's multiple tabs fuck you up tabs chromebook so So fifth-placed team. That i have as minnesota wild. I think they went wild. Went wild for cap cap resolve last year. He's you know he's turned the team from a persistent mediocrity into teen. That's worth washing. I think they're going to decline a little bit from there. They're in a little bit from grace Especially with the top. The division top four teams that i have. I hope i'm proven wrong. But i mean you know. They have a good defensive structures similar to the stars. Either a little bit higher. Because i think that Gonna play a little bit better. Capris off is going to keep getting just tablet better. I think greenlee is gonna get better. I you know. I mean they have matthew bully coming in so i mean i don't know i also like Ryan hartman on the team. So i think they got. They got. I think they have good depth with them. You know so..

"Doing that thing with that. You were talking about that. You hated with ads in the phone. Will kevin's looking out the window. And he's like take that ginger bull by the horns think it's funny line deliberate. Yes he really does in i. I just think alike. those things. like the scene between betty about now betty Veronica and cheryl at the competitions or tryouts. I thought that was really a great moment. Between his actresses hours well acted. I thought the delivery of the lines was so good in. I'm i was totally matt. And i mean i think the Willie ryan hartman. Chrissy plays betty. She does a good job of being like the other girl. Variet- like should veronica is taking up for her and she just kinda standing there but she just does a good job of being the like. I don't know i don't know how to i. Don't know the word to describe it but just the candidate girl like that stands to this side and let the other person. She does a good job with that. I think that hosting with all three of those girls is really Really good so. I'm not seen angry and also like like what you said the ambiguity of the time period. I like that there are old cars and they say oh tiny things but they may also have cell phones and they you know they talk about millennials in all of this so you know that you it's just like that choice to just be ambiguous about it There's some great things too. Like when i think it's at the end when archie comes into the chocolate shop in his looking for betty and he asks owner if he seen her and he says no just only people here. Are these nighthawks whatever and so there are just these great illusions. She liked that. Sue a painting. And i think it's smarts habit in the air if you notice it great it gives you that little zing recognition and kind of deepens the tone. It's building but if you don't notice it it's totally fine. You don't need that to make sense of the plot. It's just there's little bonus for someone might see it. Yes and i like that with Betty they call they call her. Betty draper from madman. And i mean you you. You don't have to know that but it isn't just nice to find. There's easter eggs that allude to pop culture. Especially when you like pop culture like we do yeah. It's fine to look for those and actually have something when we do the mets. You didn't know that that will allude to pop culture again. One thing that we didn't talk a ton about was the fact that that the stars from the eighty from when we were watching television Several teen stars show up as parents. Which makes you feel me feel old. But also i'm like they're they are stone. Say that's really fun just to see those familiar face it yet like you said it does make me feel a little old that i am old enough now to have children this age which i know in my head but i don't always feel that way but yeah just to see them and the acting there. I think they do a nice job. Anchoring this show because they are all really solid actors who play their parts well and do a good job sort of sketching out these characters very very quickly so like have a sense of who they are and what roles. They're playing without having take tons of screen time he'd right. Yes well as soon as i saw luke perry and the pilot. I was all in for them. 'cause i was a huge beverly hills nine or two one fan and i loved when he played lane frost in eight seconds. I really appreciate him especially because he has done solid work like he's been working..

"And I was doing so well right up until, like pick 27. Chicago. Ryan Ryan Hartman. Very good. Yeah, I figured you get that one. Not so great. I honestly was a little nervous heading into this trap because it was. It's been a while since I've recollected on this draft, But Sanders had three picks in the second round that year. Let's see if I can remember them correctly. I was just going to tell you, Justin Bailey. That was the second of honor Hurley. Third of the three and first guy taken 30. Oh, JD Com fifth? Yeah. JT. Come. So how did that work out? Uh, comfort is not a bad player. I mean, you know good, good. 3rd 4th line center. Justin Bailey probably wish we would have seen him more in Buffalo Butt. Fortunately, just didn't work out and Connor Hurley never even signed in NHL contract He played four years at, uh, I Notre Dame was hurt and maybe went to Minnesota for fifth year of college, and that didn't work out either. Nick Baptiste in round three. I'm just gonna stop. No, Go ahead. Go ahead. Let's let's well I don't. I haven't try round. I don't have it, but it looks like they did not have a pick and round for that year. Around five they had back to back to back picks. One of them was Cal Peterson, who ends up going to the gangs. Gustav Popular. Was there. Other one? Yeah, and any for Anthony Florentino Sean Malone. Seneca native. Yeah. And Eric lock. Um yeah, so that draft draft was okay.

"Ryan Hartman. And Nikos strong. I'm just like sitting there saying if there's one thing that this team needs is Jack Eichel But they don't have the assets to give to give for John have the assets as far as I'm concerned to even you know, even come close to dealing. They have two first round picks this year, but there obviously they have Pittsburgh's in their own when they were in the playoffs, so Um They don't have. I mean, they don't have in my opinion, the assets Two. They will. Who they draft Lasher. Didn't they draft that kid last year? Uh, Rossi? Yes, And he's a He's a four cent. Erman. Um he's is a smaller Insanely crafty, very gifted, offensively player. I think he led the O H l last not last year. But the year before in scoring. He plays for the Ottawa 60 seven's He's. He's a crafty player, but he's not. He's not Jack Eichel. He's not even close to Jack Eichel. Um And in Minnesota right now, if there's one thing that they need is Jack Eichel, there's no question. So that's why they're in there. Do they have the assets to make the trade? I don't know. I don't think they do. Um, we do know that You know, the the New York Rangers would love nothing more to get their hands on a guy like Jack Eichel. He is an elite talent, and it would add to their Strong team offensively already, but they would be giving they would be giving up players like a lot friendlier or someone but Sam Reinhart garners this high of a pick to I mean You know, there are teams that people are talking about Anaheim, You couldn't see any like razor. You don't think that Sam Ryan hurt is worth a third overall pick and more. Am I like unless someone's going to say that I'm crazy that Sam Reinhart, a second overall pick who has produced points in this league? Isn't worth a third overall pick. In a draft where this We don't even know if the kids going to make it or not. Yeah, And I think, Sam, is that the situation because you're getting into the age of Sam, where you're just You're just starting to get the best of what he's probably going to have average. You know the peak of his career for the next two years that they go whoever It may be that take Sam. You've got to know that you can sign the guy. You know if you'd rather be, you know, 100% sure you're going to be able to get a deal done with them to bring him in. I think Sam would like to lean towards the West to to get back out to the West Coast. So that that makes sense in that part, but I think that, uh Key with Sammons. You could play him with anybody. You could bring them into your team playing with whatever star player you may have on your team and he's going to mess with them. And he's going to be productive and he's going to increase the productivity of of whomever that you know, Sentiment or star player that you have. Yeah, the only the only thing I have with Sam is I think Sam is the guy that you're you're actually going to be talking about with a with a top 10 pick, And when I look at the top 10 picks in in the league this year. Um I think there's a few teams that would be very interested in Sam and one of those teams is the Vancouver Canucks. They picked ninth overall, Sam's from Vancouver. There, there's the love affair with that Sam would sign with that team in a heartbeat. You have the L. A kings that picked number eighth overall, very, very interesting opportunity. I think Sam would sign a long term deal with that are reports that they want to top six forwards. Yes. Um Columbus. Blue Jackets pick number five Overall, The Anaheim Ducks pit number three. Overall, Both those teams need players. But they're in different situations. Clumsy jackets Columbus, I don't think rations. I think this guy in his mind he wants to get back at West and I think that's that's not the situation attempt looking for and his problem, saying that they promise might be interested in one of those other teams. Columbus might be interested. But in order to make this deal, the team is going to want to know if Sam wants to sign the long term contract. I don't think I am going to sign a long term contract with Columbus Blue Jackets because Sam wants to win. Sam wants to be in an opportunity where he can play in the playoffs. Yes, that's going to be important to him. I don't think that Sam would want to go to Anaheim because I don't Anaheim's in a major rebuild, and I don't think Sam wants to go out and play in Anaheim. And have to go through the tough situation that he would have to go through there. So that's going to be, uh, I think you're looking at a A Vancouver or an L. A King. Deal for for a player like Sam is Turcotte number eight Too much for Sam. I think Sam garners a lot on the market, and when you look at him, he's played six years in the league. He has scored. Over 20 goals for five of the six years and in his last couple years he's been this theory was on pace for 35 the year because it gets you Gabriel Velarde e. Gabriel Velarde, Ian, number eight. Is that too much? I think that's a lot. But if they have, that is the deal, then I would I would probably take any one of those two deals like Alex Turcotte was If I'm not mistaken, you help me out here. Petey was fifth overall in that in that draft. Uh, a year ago, Alex Turcotte. And you know, the eighth overall pick that would be a heck of a grab. There's no question Abelard is a fantastic, fantastic young, um, center men that had a really solid year in in L a this year. I think it's interesting. I think it's very interesting, but I don't know. You know, Elliot says, And I'm could be doing something big. And Sam Reinhart to Anaheim. I don't know about the Jack Eichel to anywhere just because I don't. I don't know where they're out of their neck. I mean, with his neck and it doesn't. It doesn't even appear LeBron mentioned in his article here. He says, Uh uh Where is it? Where is it? Uh, man, this stuff gets moved. Yeah, with Jack, too, though you're not A team that's going to go after him and pay a huge price for him. You don't need to have them ready for October. You know if something has to be done with this guy wants to get them. You know, as long as he's ready to go At the trade deadline and on that's that's what you need them for. It was Elliot so to make a deal to make the deal and bring him in and still allow him to give you the surgery. If that's what they decided, then fired by the end of the season, Elliott is 31 thoughts number nine, said. I did ask around to see if the Sabres gave anyone permission to talk to Jack Eichel. But don't believe that's the case. Everyone's gone into the cone of silence. From what I can tell the team and its captain are negotiating the next steps of his recovery. Multiple sources indicate that if there is any deal involving either Eichel or Sam Reinhart do not be surprised if the Sabres end up with a second high. First round selection in July's draft. We'll go to break right now. Final segment of razor When we come back, I have a fun little thing that Craig won't care about, but razor might so.

"So does our colleague. Ed greenie admirals Minnesota side of this series. Or as an i of course love apiece up in the morning as will previewing the road ahead for these two teams and of course there is a road ahead because the minnesota wild defeated knights three nothing at home in game. Six to even the series afra- games apiece. Like i said we got a game. Seven on the. It'll be at six pm friday at t mobile arena. It'll be the first game seven in t mobile arena. History as people have sure know by now days. Were up three one in this series. They lost game five home. Despite the fact they outshot minnesota forty two fourteen and they fell again tonight. I'm sure a lot of fans this history but this is the third straight year nights will go into a game seven after being up three one in a series. They lost san jose sharks in year. Two in of course somewhat infamous in controversial fashion. And they beat the vancouver connects in game seven in the second round last year We shall submission before we get going tonight that the knights were without a max patch ready. Who hasn't played all series because of the injury diener tomas no sick out there. Brayden mcnabb was not because he was placed in the nhl. Kobe nineteen protocols. Today and ryan reaves also do not play tonight for the golden knights. A coach pete. Deboer said reasons not a healthy scratch but didn't elaborate further. We are expected to get earlier. Updates on him. Tomorrow were according to a very late wednesday night pacific time. It's already thursday in days neck of the woods up there. But that's kind of the broad. Recap of how gun into this position where we are going to game seven dave from your vantage point you were there tonight at the game. How surprise argue. That thing that this series has gone all the way. I was stupid enough to pick the knights. Five in was feeling pretty good about that going home. That might nail the prediction a little bit. But i don't think anybody else early. Is i think Pete deboer said it. Actually tonight there are probably a lot bets. A going into the series. I was going to be a six or seven game series. I think a couple of people talking to today at the morning. Scape from the wild side i think even they felt like you know it's pretty evenly matched teams in. It would probably drag out into a seven game as well so probably not like a huge surprise in the sense that you know they were close during the regular season in terms of record numbers. All those sorts of things minnesota. Obviously you know plays well against the golden knights as well documented on this podcast in other things we've written so yeah probably not the biggest surprise. Maybe the surprise is that they were up three one in seemingly in control of the series in once again having been able to show that killer instinct or whatever it takes to put team way. Yeah that's something that's obviously struggled with in their history. Yelich we talk about three straight years. The ninth of basically lost a three to one lead in the series in the last year against saint hoover. It didn't matter of for those interested in history. Twenty nine teams in the nhl. History have lost after being up three one in the series. The nights for the last ones to do it against the sharks in point nineteen minnesota. Wild have rallied from a three one deficit twice in their history. There are also three nothing three now in game seven in their history. All those wins have come on the road in terms of the knights. Dave and losing these series lead. Is there anything yet. You think you know to that or are these just hard-fought series against good opponents as you just kinda got the same. The wild are certainly a good match for the knights in even more so when the nights are without all players that they are without So is that you know the explanation or something else to the fact that the nights aren't able to close these things out. Sooner than maybe they should zinc. Only they can answer that question. I don't think they're going to answer that question. To be quite honest whether d situations and you know sort of the psychological effect of having gone through the san jose series of blowing it nearly blowing against vancouver last year needing you know theodore to scored in the third period. Nothing nothing game mean. It's fresh in my memory. I don't know how it's not fresh in their memory. I mean there pro. Athletes are probably better at compartmentalizing or shoving it out. You know getting getting it out of their brain and not letting carry over a new new season or you know anything like that. But i mean i've always been the it's just one game and try not to read too much into person all by how do you not i mean how how at this point you think that there's something more to it in that win. The nights get into a situation that they can eliminate a team that they either seem to grip the stick too tightly. Don't play while can't finish. Whatever it might be. I mean look are going to be really harsher to and i'm not gonna blame. Marc andre fleury for this loss. The marjorie flurry is not good in these situations historically now fourteen and twenty one in his career with a chance you know a potential series clinching games. And he's got another one coming up here on you know on friday. If for some reason you know pizza board unless he goes wrong. Leonard which i don't know why would so there's just a lot of bad juju kind of floating around with all this and then you know if you're the nights and you can't score and you know you. Do you do everything that you did in game five and you throw a bunch of rubber talbot in doesn't really do a whole lot of goods a bunch of empty calories. Yeah i don't know how you can you know couldn't think about it or have it. You know messing with your head at this point. I wanna go back to the goalie discussion. A in a second Remember things there. That i'm interested in dive into deeper. I wanna stay on this game game six for a little bit more before we continue to look ahead to game seven what it might bring on talk specifically about kind of the clear pivot point of which came in the third period of game sex. It was a super tight checking game in the first two periods Both teams are playing pretty conservatively. Just not looking to make a mistake in the wild end up. Going up one. Nothing because saint theodore tries to make a pinch in the neutral zone that crazy banks the puck behind theater and that springs. Eight two on one with kevin seon ryan hartman because defense Had already mentioned the offense of zone. A poor cody glass. Was the one man backs defending that to on one With fiala who's one of minnesota's most dangerous players and the results ended up being predictable. Reinhard puts the net. It's one a while.
