Fresh update on "rudy giuliani" discussed on All Things Considered

"I have been thinking what if that was in place when my sister went missing 30 years ago. What would that have done? It would have alerted everybody. I'm from a rural. I remote community and you don't often know what goes on around you. In the past, family say police have been reluctant to act on these disappearances, but Lucy London says when she contacted local police about her daughter, the officer was immediately responsive. I feel that he put out a missing port right away because they know of my situation. That she is making unsafe decisions right now. And the alert worked. London's daughter was missing, and people acted with urgency to find her. But London says her daughter's unstable situation, having bipolar disorder and in a shelter, highlights the distance between being found and being truly safe. For NPR news, I'm Amy radle in Seattle. Our time now, four 44 and you're listening to all things considered on 90.1 W ABE. I'm Jim burris. After much resistance, Donald Trump's former attorney and former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani is finally on his way to Atlanta. Tomorrow, he's scheduled to testify before a special grand jury looking at whether Trump and his allies illegally trying to interfere with Georgia's 2020 election. It comes as Giuliani himself learned he could face criminal charges in that case. But Giuliani's attorneys all but certain to claim their client doesn't have to utter a PEEP, I asked WA V legal analyst page pay is his appearance here, just a big waste of time. Well, it could be a waste of time and not just because Giuliani invokes attorney client privilege. He may also decide to invoke his Fifth Amendment privilege against self incrimination. But I think his team is indicated their first step is to try the attorney client privilege and try to avoid answering questions based on that. Now, assuming it does apply, the district attorney does have an option to try to force Giuliani to answer the questions anyway. She can claim that there's no privilege here because Giuliani and Trump were engaged in either an attempt to defraud someone or criminal activity because there's an exception to the attorney client privilege. It does not protect conversations. If you and your lawyer are conspiring to commit some sort of criminal offense. And then if so, Giuliani may have to answer the question, but could then, of course, fall back on the Fifth Amendment. So it's going to be legally interesting to see how all this plays out in real time in front of a grand jury, but it's not so simple as saying, I don't want to talk about it because it's privileged. Lindsey Graham is in a similar situation, and he definitely does not want to appear before the special grand jury. He cites his privilege as an elected member of Congress. Are we talking about the same thing as we are with Rudy Giuliani? No, totally different challenge. Senator Graham raised, I think, three separate challenges to his subpoena and number one. I don't have to talk to you. I don't have to talk to the grand jury because what I say in connection with my legislative work is protected under the constitution. The speech and debate clause. Federal judge here in Atlanta deny that said no, you're wrong. Graham then said, well, it's okay because I'm protected under immunity, simply because of my position. And the judge rejected that as well. And then finally Graham said, well, if you want to know something, call my office, I'm just too important to come down there and judge may rejected that challenge. So he's got to appear, but we don't know yet if he's going to have to answer every question. Because like some of the other elected officials who have been subpoenaed, I expect senator Graham will challenge some of the questions that may be asked of him and claim specific privileges relating to those questions. And so it's going to be a question by question analysis perhaps by the judge to see if he's going to have to answer. Final question yesterday, the judge presiding over this whole special purpose grand jury signed off on a security order. The four provisions were redacted. We don't know what they say, but what does this indicate to you in terms of where the case is going? To me, that suggests we're getting pretty close to the end of the work that the special grand jury needs to do. And I say that because judge mcburney obviously has a lot on his plate at this point. And so does the district attorney. So to start dealing with logistical issues about how their final report is going to be prepared and delivered, I really think that's going to come at the end of the case. And another indication of that is the fact we're now seeing targets being required to appear in front of the grand jury. Usually that happens at the very end of the investigation. When you've got enough evidence to identify them as a target number one, and two kind of put it on them to say, okay, we now think we know what you did. Let's see if you've got a different story for us. So I think both of those facts, those circumstances indicate to me that we're getting close to the end of the work, at least for the special grandeur. WAB legal analyst page paid

John Zmirak's Take on the FBI's Next Move

"Right, John's mirac, let's continue talking about the madness. What do you think is going to happen? I mean, they rated Trump some when the FBI does something like this. Most Americans who don't talk on radio programs, they're sitting back and they're thinking, we know what's going on. This is dirty. This is disgusting. They're going to plant something in the documents I bet. I would be shocked if they don't plant some fake thing to insinuate a crime that Trump did not commit. I put nothing past these people. These people said the Hunter Biden laptops were Russian disinformation without even seeing them. These people hid the laptop. The FBI put it in a basement. And if Rudy Giuliani hadn't made a copy and given it to the heroic Jack maxi, who you had on this show, none of us would know about it, okay? The remember, these people want to kill innocent babies.

'The Return: Trump's Big 2024 Comeback' With Dick Morris

"I'm sitting here with the great dick Morris in the studio, the brand new book is called the return Trump's big 2024 comeback. I get asked this all the time and I know you get asked much more often to get asked that more often than I do. But who do you think you think Trump's going to come back? And I'm amazed that people don't understand, of course, he's going to come back. I mean, first of all, let's deal with this. It seems clear to me that the election of 2020 was stolen. Even the idea of that smoke comes out of my ears because I think what else is there to talk about, when something that despicable could happen in a great nation like this, that's the headline. And when you're told, don't talk about that, let's move on. I know you're guilty. And so I don't ever really want to let that go because I think that it is contempt for we the people, which is to say contempt for America. And don't talk about it. It's criminalizing talking about it. Trump is trying to borrow Trump from ever running again because he said the election was stolen. And that's an insurrection. And that violates the Fourteenth Amendment to try to keep Robert E. Lee out of office. Jeff Davis. And people who, like Rudy Giuliani, who prosecuted the fraud and investigated. And now accused of meddling in the election. But I mentioned to you on the radio show, I think. Shall I go into that now, the more versus Harper case, the, I believe, anything you want to talk about is a thing of the past. I do not think any fraud will happen in the 20 24 election. Why?

Fresh update on "rudy giuliani" discussed on Morning Edition

"Get podcasts. It's morning edition from NPR news. I'm leyla folded in Washington. And I'm Steve inskeep also in Washington. The FBI search of Donald Trump's home is just one of several criminal proceedings involving the former president. The court authorized search recovered boxes of documents, marked classified or top secret. The warrant included possible violations of laws, including the espionage act, a different investigation examines one of Trump's many efforts to overturn the 2020 election. A Georgia grand jury is studying his pressure on state officials to quote find extra votes so he could win by exactly one vote. Now a lawyer for Trump adviser Rudy Giuliani says he is a target of that investigation. Stephen Fowler of Georgia public broadcasting joins us once against even good morning. Good morning. Why would Giuliani be a target of the Georgia investigation? Well, it's important to remind people that Rudy Giuliani is right there in the middle of Trump's efforts to undo his loss. And why the DA's office here notified him, he's moved from a witness to a target of their investigation. He's been one of the biggest megaphones for Trump's faults claims of voter fraud post 2020, and it's being sued by voting machine vendors and poll workers alike for some of those claims. That's where Georgia comes in after the presidential election. He appeared in front of state lawmakers and made a number of far fetched claims that officials debunked, including the two black election workers were manipulating election results, like he said here in 2020. Quite obviously surreptitiously passing around USB ports as if they're vials of heroin or cocaine. I mean, it's obvious to anyone who's a criminal investigator or prosecutor. They are engaged in surreptitiously illegal activity. Again, that day. That, of course, is not what happens to you. The women testified to Congress that they had passed a Ginger mint. And these women faced death threats because of those false claims. Ginger mint, USB, difference between friends, I guess. There's news of another Trump supporter here, Steven senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina. We know that Trump made phone calls to overturn the election and Graham also phoned the Secretary of State Brad raffensperger what to investigators want to know from him. Well, so Graham is a witness and not a target. That's an important distinction. Raffensperger said his impression of those calls was that Graham wanted him to reject absentee ballots that had already been counted. Graham disagrees with that characterization and also said he should not have to testify about the call under several privileges that come with being a U.S. senator. A federal judge disagreed Monday a ruling came down that said Graham's call to the Secretary of State fell outside certain constitutional protections and that the grand jury seemed to have questions about things other than calls with elections officials. So he should answer them. Well, Trump is the one who was recorded calling raffensperger and saying he wanted to find 11,780 votes so that he could win the state by one vote to prosecutors want Trump to testify. It's unclear if and when Donald Trump will face a subpoena, but he did just hire a well-known local criminal defense attorney in Georgia to help handle what might be coming. This lawyer drew Finland is most known for representing famous rappers and other high profile clients, but this obviously might be the biggest case yet. Besides that, they're still plenty of other witnesses to come. Rudy Giuliani still slated to appear tomorrow in Atlanta. Lindsey Graham is appealing the decision ordering him to testify and several other figures inside and outside Trump's orbit have been subpoenaed to answer questions in this far reaching probe. Okay, Stephen, thanks so much for the update really appreciate it. Thank you. Stephen Fowler of Georgia public broadcasting. Some big names in the Republican Party are facing elections today. Yes, in Wyoming, congresswoman Liz Cheney is fighting to keep her seat in a primary, the leading Republican is struggling with long odds amid her effort to investigate former president Donald Trump's efforts to overturn his election defeat. And in Alaska, a Trump endorsed candidate is trying to make a comeback. Sarah Palin is running in a special election for the U.S. House. The overtaxed and overregulated, had it up to here, mama grizzlies, and everyday liberty love and Joe 6 packs. That's us. That's Alaska. Liz ruskin of Alaska public media is covering that campaign and joins us. Welcome. Thank you. Wasn't Sarah Palin out of politics for years and years? Yes, it's been 14 years since she was a vice presidential nominee and 13 years since she resigned as governor since then she's been on Fox News. She had a reality TV show, she was on a singing show, masked singer. And now we have an open seat in the U.S. House for the first time in 50 years and she's decided it's for her. And she's one of three people running. What does it mean that she has Trump's endorsement in this special election? She was trumpy before Trump entered politics. She had the idea of a grievance against elites. She was angry at the media all the time. Those are elements that Trump picked up on later, but she had those before he did. And now he's supporting her, but how does this special election in Alaska work? Oh, it's very unusual. We have a new system. It pairs an open primary that's nonpartisan, all the candidates on one ballot. The top four advance from the primary and at the general, we have ranked choice voting and this election is actually two elections in one. It's the special for U.S. House to fill the remainder of the late congressman Don young's term, and then it's also a primary for all the other races. And on that, it's pick one. So there's a potential for voters to be really confused. Well, let's try to be as clear as we can, who are the other key opponents of Sarah Palin in this vote. In the special, she's running against Nick begich the third who comes from a prominent democratic family. His grandfather and uncle served in Congress, he's running as a conservative Republican and even though Trump is supporting Palin, begich has a lot of support from pro Trump conservatives. And then we have Democrat Mary peltola, she served in the state legislature for ten years. She's Alaskan native. And she's has the support of begich's democratic family members. Thanksgiving is going to be interesting in the baggage household this fall, I suppose. Very. Okay, Liz ruskin of Alaska public media glad you're there. Thank you.

"I think Merrick Garland shows his words. Very, very carefully. And I don't think it has anything to do with the riots. I think they will criminally prosecute anyone who tried to interfere in the transition of power. And it doesn't matter whether Trump thought he won or not. If you think somebody is a bad guy and you plan a murder for them and the police department finds out about it, you're still guilty of that. All right, hold on with your mellow drama and comparing an election to plotting a murder. Just pump the brakes a little bit. Excuse me. Make the name to make that hang on. Make the case. What crime? What crime are you specifying? I voted for Trump twice. I'm going to change the subject. What crew angle? What crime? Well, I'm not sure there is a crime. That's the point. He did try. Glenn Kirschner Explains the Gravity of John Eastman's Pardon Request

"Let's do a clip number 16 here, eastman asking for a pardon. Doctor eastman emailed Rudy Giuliani and requested that he be included on a list of potential recipients of a presidential pardon. Doctor eastman's email stated quote, I've decided that I should be on the pardon list if that is still in the works. Doctor eastman did not receive his presidential pardon. Glen, you've talked a lot about pocket pardons and who may or may not have them. Just in regards to eastman, what do you think about that that consciousness? I mean, that is almost better than a confession to crime. And here's why I say that. When somebody confesses to a crime, 15 seconds on how it usually plays out, you're arrested, you're Miranda, you wave your Miranda rights, advising you that you have the right to remain silent and the right to an attorney, you waive those rights, you agree to be interrogated, and ultimately you confess to the crime. When we go into court, you know what every defense attorney and defense team will argue, that confession was coerced. It was involuntary. It was improper. It was in violation of the law in one way or another. When you request a pardon, there's no coercion coercion. Nobody forced you to request that comes from within. Based on your belief that you committed a crime and its consciousness of guilt and the only way you can get away with your crime is if the president pardons you. Joe Biden's Comments About the Stock Market Didn't Age Well

"Grandpa Joe, who's asleep at the switch, doesn't want you to go back just a few months in time, here's Joe Biden with all this news about the economy, the recession, inflation at record high, gas historic gas prices, historic highs, I went into a gas station the other day, do you know what was on the pump from the person ahead of me, a $127. It took somebody a $127 to fill up their gas tank. I couldn't believe it. In fact, I should have taken a picture of it to share it with you. But listen to what Biden said January, this is January of 20, not 2020, not 2021, here's Joe Biden in January of 2022. By the way, the stock market, the last guy's measure of everything. It's about 20% higher than it was when my predecessor was there. It has hit record after record after record on my watch. Oops, that didn't age well. Wow. January 6th. January 6th. Rudy Giuliani was drunk. Trump flushed papers down a toilet somebody said? Unreal.

"Now, Thomas needs to just, I mean, justice Thomas needs to go bye bye. I mean, tweeted out how many lawmakers does the wife of a Supreme Court Justice have to entice to take part in a coup before that justice needs to recuse himself. I agree. She pressed 29 Arizona lawmakers. I mean, and set them this insane prison video about what's supposedly happened in their state. Yeah. I'm sorry, go on. No, I was going to say, but this was the point in the post I wrote this weekend, which was that I don't think Ginny Thomas is not going to come up in these hearings. Because this is what I mean by they have that Liz Cheney is going to go after Trump and they are focusing a lot of their energy just on Trump. And some of the lawyers around him like Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani and eastman. But they are going to avoid things that undermine republicanism in general. And it's like, we didn't get here without people like Liz Cheney. We didn't get to this point without Liz Cheney without Dick Cheney without Mitch McConnell without all of them. But they are trying to cling to that non Trump republicanism and save it and one of the ways to do that is to make sure they don't do anything to weaken their hold on the Supreme Court at this point. So I don't expect Ginny Thomas to come up at all if you want Liz Cheney to still be on board with going after Trump.

"The house panel investigating the capitol riot says Donald Trump was surrounded by people dismantling his false voting fraud claims but refused to back off Trump declared victory on election night but as more votes were counted campaign chief Bill stepien knew the president's chances were not good Very very very bleak describing an increasingly unhappy Trump who then tried to overturn his loss without landish fraud theories The panel played taped testimony from several officials who said they tried to convince him otherwise like the Justice Department's Richard Donahue Much of the info you're getting is false Much of it from Rudy Giuliani son in law Jared Kushner says he tried to steer the president away from Giuliani but was turned away I've confidence in Rudy than attorney general Bill Barr said the theories were crazy in it the president believed them He was becoming detached from reality There was never an indication of interest in what the actual facts were Sagar Meghani Washington

"Where do you think this goes? In other words, you're in the fight. There are a number of people in the fight. I think Americans are slowly waking up. I know what's happening. They've destroyed, they have effectively already destroyed some of the most important principles on which I was trained as a lawyer. The attorney client privilege, they've broken into my law office. They broke into three or four other lawyers offices. Who did? The FBI? When I was an assistant U.S. attorney, he was attorney, handled some of the most sensitive cases. I remember a very distinct choice about breaking into a lawyer's office. Do we have probable cause to do it? I'll tell you why. I could have taped a commission meeting. And I didn't do it because I had enough evidence, and I didn't want to, I didn't want to jeopardize my case by doing something so horrible as breaking into a lawyer's office. Even if you have justification for it, it creates a chilling effect. On legitimate lawyers or your client, you want to say something sensitive to your lawyer. I should be able to say to you, nobody will ever hear this, except they remember that Giuliani broke into a law office and now they remember, oh, well, you could break into Giuliani's office. You can break into. This office. And by the way, what do they have in common? They all represent Trump. Right. Well, this is the unraveling of the horrible thing. Of what I like to call America. In other words, once these unprecedented things happen, and they break into your law for the FBI says it did. In other words, we're losing all of these, in a sense, the barriers that the founders deliberately set up to keep us safe and free, one by one, they're tearing them

"Trump was a president. He will actually go do what he says he was going to do. And he will not go in there and moderate it and change it. And try to become really popular with everybody. And if you elect a typical Republican that's what you get. That's what you get the party for too long had people that didn't fight back. And that's why Trump has some trouble within the Republican Party. Because he fights, he doesn't take it. He doesn't get pushed around. And then we compromise and they don't. In order to change the state of New York, you need a Teddy Roosevelt. You need somebody who basically is going to change everything. Everything, everything's up for analysis. And there's a reason for that. Right now we're spending two and a half times the amount of money in the state of Florida and Florida has 3 million more people and it's doing a lot better than us. Whatever money we are spending, there are obviously a ways in which we're wasting it. And you need, you need a, you need a guy with a whole new spirit. And a lot of goods. And Andrew's got it. And I think you're right. And a couple of times we've talked to him. I think we feel that. We absolutely as New York State residents need Andrew. And someone like him who's going to just basically upend everything and say, we're starting to over here, and we're going to actually get people to want to come to New York and not flee New York as they have. I think we're going to need to leave it right there. We know you have one point. Upstate New York and that is he has learned from his father because I did begin a race the Senate and I've always had an interest in upstate New York. That what's been done to upstate New York by our governors for the last number of years is disgraceful. I mean, fracking, and using it responsibly and well, would change the economy of upstate New York and to the economy of what happened in North Dakota. You've got a lot of people who don't know the rich people who are living on that on that vein. And they are rich people in Pennsylvania and West Virginia, but not New York? No. And it can be done now safely. And also turn us back into.

Mister Levine, who's now the president of the Yankees, Randy Levine. And John Sweeney, who eventually went to Congress. And when I asked them the morning of the election night of the election, did we stop all the cheating? They said, I think we cut it about 70%. So let's give them about 30,000 votes. And we won by 70. So we thought we actually went by a hundred. You curbed it enough. Let's turn to this now. Just to wrap up with you, we really appreciate your generosity with your time today. Andrew, your son, Andrew, running for New York State governor. We've been happy to have him on our podcast a couple times now. And we really appreciate his time. Tell us your thoughts on this. I mean, did you ever look at Andrew as a child and say, yeah, he's going to run for office someday. Jokingly, because he accompanied me on all of my campaigns. He loved campaigning. And I used to say, probably giving this kid an addiction here to politics. And he's always been a really interested. And although he was a professional golfer for a while in Europe. And but when he came back and got out of golf, he went to work for president Trump. Now, he's known president Trump almost as obviously not as long, but for the day he was born. He's played golf with him a hundred times. And I would say the president Trump was almost like an Uncle Sam in terms of counseling him and giving him advice. And they're very close. So he went to work for him and the experience made him want to do public service. I think even the frustration of the things that should have been accomplished in the states, he was in a position where he dealt with a lot of the states, particularly on the pandemic, and then before that on.

"I just maybe so happy. So shift is one of the biggest buyers I've ever seen. And I keep remembering because I was defending the president at the time. I went crazy when it happened. So did my co counsel. He's waving a piece of paper like he's Joe McCarthy if people remember Joe McCarthy was waving a piece of paper and he said, I have two witness direct witnesses to Donald Trump's direct involvement in Russian culture there were no two witnesses by then it had been investigated twice and disproven. We investigated ourselves and knew that it was untrue. And we were in the middle of spending 20 of the $40 million where Mueller couldn't find anything. And I wrote letters, we demanded target over. He never turned that over to the special prosecutor, Mueller. And nobody asked him about it today. He should be required to produce that piece of paper or get thrown out of the damn House of Representatives. Well, it's interesting. It was alleging that he had direct evidence of a president pretty much committed treason. Let me get away with it. Interesting. It's interesting though, isn't it right? They can spew out anything they want to spew out, right? But we make a comment on Twitter about our belief on the vaccine mandate and we get ripped off Twitter or flagged, right? That's amazing stuff. God forbid you should say that there were irregularities in the election. Right. Right. I mean, I have this is why they suspended my license. They contend that I'm lying about that. Well, they never looked at my evidence the phonies. If they would come into my study. I have over 500 after Davis. From American citizens that are alleging voter fraud. Not me. I only know I only have one piece of direct evidence, the observation I made in Pennsylvania. And the observations I made in Philadelphia is enough to put the entire Pennsylvania vote in doubt. But all the rest of the observations come from single individuals a woman who worked for the Detroit election commission who's willing to testify they taught her how to cheat. They eventually found a way to do that too by Jaguar. His social media. But let me at least set up this other big mouth sus most effective advocate. I mean, I had become his most effective advocate. I had 1.5 million followers on Twitter. Whenever I would go on a show that ratings would go up and Chris Cuomo used to beg me to come on his show, but the only got ratings would I went on. Right. Of course, we would have we would have a fight equivalent to extreme wrestling or extreme boxing. I know I'm thinking the kid and I'm totally disappointed in him. And a lot of people considered me that way. Many friends who were Democrats would say Juliet is a great guy. He's just stupid about politics. Well, and you could debate, at least you could debate and you maybe could get to a solution at some point. How about, how about in Virginia? We have governor elect Glenn young, along with the Republican and lieutenant governor elect when some Sears, we now know that the New York State Senate or excuse me, New Jersey state Senate, Steve Sweeney has basically conceded to truck driver Republican candidate Edward dirt. Do you think this is the beginning of a red wave, mister mayor? That one basically said, I don't want to take any anything away from the truck driver, but he basically had no name recognition spent $2000. I mean, it's really amazing. I bet he's going to be really good. He said, actually, in the long run, when you listen to him now, you realize he's a pretty smart guy. But nobody knew that when they voted for him, that nobody heard from him. They were basically saying, I think if you put down mister X, they would have voted to live to X. "I've never heard of a president in our lifetime at least in the first year there in office. The majority of their party would rather he not run for. I think they'd rather he'd go away, except for the fact that camel would look worse in some ways. The question of the evil that you want or not, in the case of Biden, do you have a guy that doesn't seem to be able to make his own decisions, you have a guy that is essentially a totally corrupt human being who can not tell the truth. He hasn't been able to tell the truth as he cheered in law school. And the man has spent his whole life lying and cheating, and I'm going to tell you steal it. It took money from a worse enemies. He sold out to them as behavior with China is close to, I don't know what you would call it. I mean, I hate to think that he sold out the country that shine over the show looks like he did. And he got millions from them. Millions. And on every decision, he can't seem to can't seem to do the simple thing that's by giving up the background air base. A lot of people thought that was stupid, you know, just giving up an air base. They also thought it was irresponsible because it gave us no way to get out of to get out of Afghanistan. They thought it was insane that he took out our troops before our civilians, and I'd say I agree with Lindsay Graham. The board of those 13 soldiers is clearly on his hands. If we had a competent president those soldiers would have died. No question. But the thing they don't know is air base is 400 miles from China. Why in Evan's name would you give up an air base 400 miles from what appears to be our biggest problem for the next 20 or 30 years? Well, out of intense, right? Intend to make us weaker. Yeah. Yeah. And therefore, you put that together with the $1.5 billion commitment to Hunter Biden's phony private equity fund where he was a partner with whitey bulges nephew and imagine that China putting money into that for hunter. "It to all of the people who they can get their hands on who support Trump. And in some ways, it's a bit of a badge of honor because the more effective you are, the more they come after you. And in my case, I'm the person who broke the whole thing. It was way back in 2019. It seems like an age ago. When these people came to me through a very well respected lawyer and investigator. And they told me, and this was all put in my lap. They told me they had this startling information from Ukraine. That the scale affidavit was totally full. That it was made up by Hillary Clinton. That a lot of it came from Ukraine, there were Ukrainians who knew that. And that Joe Biden played a role in it. And I said, really, and they said, sure, you know, it was also part of that bribe he was involved in in the Ukraine. You know about that. Right. And I said, no, I don't know about that. I don't know about that. And I doubt it. I mean, I can believe anything about a politician or Joe Biden, but before I believe bribery, obviously proof, they said, okay, let me show you. And they played, they played that video for me. In which he confesses to a bribe. He says he told the president of Ukraine, if you don't get rid of the prosecutor, you don't get you know $1 billion loan guarantee. The guy was resistant, but then after 6 hours, he agrees and he got rid of the prosecutor. Now, what he left out of it, which is very, very damning is his son. His son's company and his son's boss was one of the most crooked men in Ukraine. The case is fixed as a result of that. And it was a case that had been going on. And the minute I got that information, I knew I told my colleagues, they're going to give us a hard time with Biden because they protect that dummy forever and ever. And he wasn't running for president then. I didn't even think he would run for president when I would see him on television. He looked to me like a deteriorated man from the man I knew. Before we get going about christian healthcare ministries. Yep that was our episode. Four ninety seven we've addressed I think all the criticisms and you know standby our original reporting. It's a scam Michael chuka wrote in with some more evidence. Remember that that these health share ministries require you to arbitrate. Your claims that we talked about. How one of the largest requires you to to refer any disputes to the institute for christian conciliation which is a scam. Fake arbitration services. And by the way. I did not mention at that episode. That that abbreviated two acc That's how they referred to themselves. The realized is the international chamber of commerce. Which has reorganization services. Actually publish their rules. The institute for christian conciliation the claimed that their rules are protected intellectual property that they've trademarked so you know a place that doesn't publish the rules they will use to arbitrate. Disputes is scam. Realized has former judge working anyway. Michael hsuehpa typed in the address for the institute for christian. Conciliation google maps. The entirety of the institute for christian coalition is a mail drop next to a nail salon. So scam it's a foul arbitration. Scam really have a place that you can arbitrate at. They don't have judges. They don't publish the. This is stay away cheese. So thanks mike. Okay just because the cultural blindness of thinking like if it's a christian thing then it's fine is that they all i know. Is they have fewer resources for resolving disputes. Than i do. Wow right because i at least have an office and have access to a big conference room that i could put like fifteen people in And so unless you wanna hang out outside the ups store maybe get your nails. Done all You know saw goodman I dunno they cannot help you. They will not help you. This is not a real arbitration group. Anybody who requires you to get your claims there is taking your money and leaving you with no real recourse. Don't do it man agreed all right. Let's get to a tiny consequences. Can you did ask ukraine to look into joe biden. Of course i did. You just said you didn't so andrew guy who medical doctor who doesn't know anything about medicine and kill dozens of his patients. Has his medical license. Suspended is about how i feel. This is now. When i saw suspended i was worried. Is this like when an officer get suspended for murdering a black man and then his back two weeks later. I hope it's not like that. What happened with rudy giuliani. It is not an end. Big thank you to associate. Morgan stringer who brought this to my attention. Like literally twenty minutes. Before we were about to record this is huge. It is a thing. I have literally never seen before And again i have advised on attorney grievance case so this is an order as we are recording the show thursday june twenty-fourth that grants interim relief to the attorney grievance commission which i want you to think about as applying a similar standard as a preliminary injunction. Okay so usually what happens is so for example. We had our listeners. Referred to the florida bar the series of complaints about matt gaetz. What happens is the florida bar then. Tweeted back at us and said okay. Okay opening arguments like we. We got it We have opened an investigation into gates will let you know what what what's gonna happen. And then they decided not to move forward with a referral look great. In retrospect it does not look great. So can you have get with it. florida bar. But even in meritorious cases you still get when you were under investigation for an attorney grievance commission rate for violating the ethics codes. You're still allowed to practice. Law pending the outcome of that decision. This is being called interim relief and suspending his license. But let's put that into context what this means is the grievance commission has said while you're investigating and figuring out what to do with rudy giuliani. He must be suspended from the practice of law in order to protect the public so in other words we want injunctive relief now and five settlement. I want relief now. Yeah exactly five. Oh decision by the new york appellate courts applying those two standards right so gay kind of like when when you have when you get injunctive relief you know right. The two main issues that come up are irreparable harm to the party seeking the injunction and likelihood of success on the merits the standards for for granting interim relief. Our number one. There must be uncontroversial. Claims of attorney misconduct. That is no defense to things that are clearly violative of of the models of professional conduct. And you must posed quote an immediate threat to the public. So that's what was found in suspending giuliani's license. I am as confident of anything in the law. That in the same way that when you lose on injunctive relief it means it's not. It doesn't adjudicate at that point in time that you're gonna lose on the merits but it is the judge who will rule on your case on the merits going. I think there's a substantial likelihood the to lose on the merits right so it's a really really strong indicator. I think. Giuliani will be disbarred. Wow yeah this is talk about likelihood of success on the merits. You know like this sounds like he's so obviously a disaster that they're like we got a quarantine this guy from even doing any loss stuff. I it it so if anything. This order says it even more strongly than you to said quote for the reasons that follow. We conclude that there is uncontroversial. Evidence that respondent residual yanni communicated demonstrably false and misleading statements to courts lawmakers in the public at large in his capacity as a lawyer for former president. Donald j trump and the trump campaign in connection with trump's failed effort at re election in two thousand twenty. These false statements were made to improperly bolster responded narrative that due to widespread voter fraud victory in the twenty twenty united states. Presidential election was stolen from his client. We conclude that respondents conduct immediately threatens the public interest and warrants interim suspension from the practice of law pending further proceedings before the attorney grievance committee. So.

Was going to try and come up with a funny name making for the both of them, like make Schumer but make Schumer The love fair, known as MC Schumer they they came up with a plan to create a veto proof majority on the defense bill that Trump said he would also veto because it was filled with pork. So I guess the question Presents itself. What's going on Who's on whose side? Who's fighting for the American people. I think that one is incredibly clear. President Trump Trump is definitely fighting for the American people. However. We can't say the same for each member of Congress because it seems like they're fighting for themselves when you've got 100 some odd million dollars out of the The Overall, massively large bill. Going to the United States and the remainder of it. Going to different pork projects. But not to the people. Huge big number. Not reaching the people. So I'd like your thoughts on that 1 808 48 92 20 to 108 48 W A. B C Something else that I wanted to talk about was something that we hear a lot about. There's a lot of talk going on. With respect to what happens on January 6th. And honestly, your guess is as good as anybody's. The Constitution lays this out wonderfully. However. It's only been used. Think once before, maybe, maybe twice, but at least in most recent history once And the situation hasn't been like this one. So What happens? I looked at a piece of American thinker. That I thought was really interesting. Now it's it's an opinion piece, so it's not to be taken This fact. They even write out a short Speech of what they think vice president. Pence should say. In order to challenge the votes that are being presented from the swing states. And this stuff gets a little convoluted, So I'm going to try and kind of methodically go through it. But this piece in the thinker, I think, lays it out. Well, not going to read you the whole thing. But I'm gonna read you a couple of portions of it because I think it lays it out well, On January 6th. The joint session of Congress will open up with Vice President Pence, presiding as the president of the Senate. His power will be plenary and UN appealable. You heard that right? As president of the Senate, Every objection comes directly to him, and he can rule any objection out of order or denied. His task will be to fulfill the oath of office to protect and defend the constitution. And to ensure that the laws are faithfully executed. This is a high standard, obviously. Pence is going to be faced with two choices. A. He can roll over. On the certified electors who've already cast their votes. For Biden. Or B. He can choose to.

"And he was very candid while taking other questions from reporters about other topics. That he does believe that there was fraud and that fraud exists in every election. He was clarifying, doubling down, saying he didn't believe that it was this pervasive widespread fraud that we keep hearing about that we keep hearing regurgitated in the media. I want you to listen to what he said. Check this out. I've already commented on fraud. Let me just say that. You know there are fraud, and unfortunately in most elections, I think we're too tolerant of it, and I'm sure there was fraud in this election. I'm pretty sure there was fraud in this election to. It's something that Attorney General Bar and I agree on. It's clear that there was fraud in this election, and even the attorney general's acknowledging it. The question is, what does it raise to the challenge? That was described by Peter Navarro and so many others when they talk about how they've done this and That does remain to be seen. I would say to me, it looks evidently clear. But The jury's out, and that's why we have guys on the job like America's Mayor, Rudy Giuliani, now With respect to all of that. President Trump still says we're getting closer and closer now he joined on Sunday. I do a show on Sundays called This Is America. We're gonna bring it on January, 6th and others saying, Well, we don't know their vassal, aiding and pussyfooting around. While their constituents are going buck wild on the phone and on the email. "A really powerful guard. Here is a real Willer and a dealer on a swamp creature You see, and Mitch McConnell is to me indicative of what's wrong with Washington. It's that it's this guy that's been there for several decades on end. And has massive power and everybody wants to try and suck up to have to impress him to help him toe to ingratiate themselves with him to him. And it's this is the problem and, of course term limits would fix this. There's a lot of things that would fix it. But that's what we've got. That's where we're at. It seems that he's either playing both sides of the coin saying heard Mr President. I'm going to congratulate Barden. I'm with you, but I'm just gonna play both sides here. You know the game here in the swamp. That could be the case as well. This could be all show and father. It's Mitch we're talking about, you know, he he's got one of the best poker faces out there. But I want to get your thoughts on this. 108 48 92 20 to 140 w A B. C. Let's go to Ray in Maplewood Ray. What's up? You're on What rich about that regarding the speaker, but it's regarding the fraud. That been perpetrated? I have a question in the inner circles of the president. You have the attorney general. And you have Rudy Giuliani and you have some people that are being put on the Supreme Court by depressive. Can you always tell the awfully say there was no fraud? If he didn't look at the information, or did he look at the information that I don't know I can't speak on behalf of him, But I can't say I think that the game that they're playing here. Is there never saying that there's no fraud. What they're saying is that they can't prove why'd spread fraud that would overturn the election. Those of the keywords that they've continually pushed out because they want to make that case exceedingly clear that if 10 people are cheating in Texas and 10, people are cheating in Michigan and four over here, and another 100 over there. That's still not enough. Tomo battle the millions of votes that Biden won by this magic plurality. And this to me is what's problematic because they fed those lines right from the media. They fed them, Tol The politicians or the politicians fed him to the media. But they all recited the same chorus. There is no evidence of widespread fraud that will overturn the election. And these words. Nobody likes the word overturn. And, of course, it presumes that the election was already called, and they know exactly what they're doing when they use words like that. That's why they used them. They use overturned because they know it appeals to the good sensibilities and each and every one of us and nobody wants to overturn anything. We all believe in justice. We all believe in what's good and right and Holy So They try to appeal to that so that we will stick with them. So I get it. No problem. This is what they're doing now. This is I think what Bar was saying and again bars kept out of the loop on a lot of things says he's at the top level again. No defense of that. I think he could have been more active. I've never been an attorney general, so I don't know what it takes. But I do know that The Justice Department when it wants to spy on a president or do anything it kind of, maybe indicting retired general. Whatever they want to do. They get it done quick, fast and in a hurry. Sure so. I agree with you, right? I think that they could have done more. Perhaps they are doing more. One thing we know about the FBI and the Department of Justice is they typically don't admit to any investigation they're doing. Until it's after the fact. And I'm still trying to figure out how anybody confirmed that there was a grand jury investigation into Hunter Biden, If you know if the FBI typically doesn't say Yep, Yep, That's us. We're checking out. S o. It's one of those things when they do let you know when it is leaked it Z. It's one of those things that is a head scratcher to me. Why is it leaked? Why did they want us to know? So And why now? All interesting questions. But I agree with you. I think there was definitely some funny business going on, and a lot of people have failed to call it out. Let Z Move on to Jean. What's up, Gene? You think McConnell did the right thing? What's up? Yes, Richard. I will you. I just I don't know if you're in independent of Republican, but I got to say one thing about McConnell. He happens to be. You also used for four years being attacked and being defensive. I think you did the right thing to wrongs. Don't make a right.

And that's what got them out of communism. Socialism, the dream of becoming and those societies have prospered now. And they cannot believe that we're doing talking about doing what we're going to do with the people that we have trying to take over our government. That's completely retroactive to all of our beliefs and on Lee, our beliefs or the things that brought people out of communism. So everything you're saying is right on, man. Thank you. I appreciate that. And thanks for your service, and I agree with what you're saying that it's exactly what I was talking about How Trump said. You know what the government thing isn't working out. People are waiting forever to see of a doctor because this is a socialistic system. So what did he do? He brought in a free market approach and said, Let them see private doctors. What's the difference? And there are a lot of differences. It's our swamp doctor who's on the government payroll versus that guy who opened the business has his own practice, did it? He said. No. Let him see them. "I've returned. Uh huh. And quickly and healthy and strong, Although I must say it was it was about Quick one, but a tough one with With CCP virus. The one given to us by China. I feel like Douglas MacArthur. I have returned. The field of battle. And it is this field of battle because it's steak is our freedoms are freedom of speech. Freedom of religion. Free and fair elections. All right, so That's Rudy Giuliani, and he's talking about freedom of speech and free and fair elections, and that's what matters. That's what we've I think it's what we're fighting for. I think it's what we are. All in this game for is the America that we want to live in the America that we were used to living in the America that we've always known. I mean, call me crazy. I don't know. I want to get into a little bit about what he's talking about about free speech and about the media. But I want to get to your thoughts and some of your calls before we get to that. So let's go toe Terry in Pleasant Valley, New York, Terry you're on with Rich Valdes on the Rudy Giuliani show. Wanted to say You guys got such great speakers on and I'm glad when I listened to the show is like man. Oh, man was thank God you guys were there and it's like It's not that they speak so great, but their ideas are there. The women and the men both and my point is, it's like let's get rid of the Washington politicians altogether. Let's go down there and get rid of him. I don't see a problem with that, Do you? Yeah. Well, thank you. I appreciate your call Terry and appreciate your thoughts. I think what You know what? You're talking about His drinking the swamp, Right? This is what President Trump went to Washington to do to drain the swamp, and the only way he was able to do it, I think was by telling the media Nope. You're wrong your fake news and calling them out every step of the way, And I think that's why he's been successful. He's been able to get the message out. I did interview a couple of months ago actually was a year ago was right before Election Day, 2019. Somebody asked me. Why is it? You know you're a Latino rich, you know, And I said, Yeah. My parents were born in Puerto Rico, where Americans, of course, but Puerto Rican born on the island of Puerto Rico, I'm born in Brooklyn. And they were like, Why is it that so many Latinos lean to the left, and, you know, in and of itself. I think questions like that are interesting. I could pose the same question and say, Hey, you're white, right? Why is it that so many white people get involved in Antifa Right now? I could make that argument but because I don't think it's a racial thing. It's really an ideological thing. But anyway, I went with it. And I explained to them. I think that people have bought into a big lie and whether it's when you're a younger person and guys like Chuck Schumer, who was you know our Our government person. I remember seeing him a lot growing up in not a lot, but you know, more than once he'd walk up and down Ocean Avenue night, see him and he's always out there. He's a real man of the people. He's He's a retail politician. Not like the new politicians like you see where you know, she'll tell people where the project Veritas offices. But do you think she'll show up in her district? Every now and again may be at the office, maybe one planned event. By and large the people that are there this one woman on a video. Check it out when you can. She tells the the undercover person's I can't trying to do a story on NAOC effort. You're doing lots of great things. She's doing great things and they go. Yeah. Now we've never seen her and the guys are you from the area shows you have lived here for 42 years? I've never seen her once I thought to myself. Heard the same thing you know last year and the year before. I mean, these air, the new style politicians that air just like, you know, I'll just tell everybody in social media world that I live in this place, and then I do stuff and they don't do anything and I mean, I didn't want to make this about, you see, but she's always a great topic. Is she So emblematic of what I think is wrong with politics today. But you see In the entire freshman class of New York State congressional delegation. Everybody who's in Congress from New York, at least from the Democrats side. Her and one other congressmen. Didn't get a single piece of legislation signed into law. All the rest of them did. Every other Democrat except her and one other dude. And I think to myself my goodness, the amount of influence that she's a mast. The amount of publicity that she's gotten. And she couldn't get a single bill passed. What does that tell the people? What does that tell the voters? You're great on TV that you should have a TV show or a radio show. You're you suck as a politician, I mean, because that's what it tells me. But perhaps I'm wrong. But my point is The media. The media since sent sensationalizes certain people. And they build them up and they prop him up and they tell that big lie just like I was explaining in that interview. This big lie. They tell you things like if you're a Republican year for the rich, But if you're a Democrat, you're for the poor. And I think to myself, that's bull. And the first time I heard it, I thought to myself well, I definitely want to be rich when I grow up. So if that's how I make a lot of money, I'm going with that team. And in effect, that's you know, kind of how my thinking was a little kid. But as an adult, I thought, man, I own a business. I was a barb around Barbershop. And as a barber, you work hard. You're on your feet, hours and hours and hours of every day And then you get you know employees and they start doing the same thing. Eventually gets a point where you make some money, and then it's like, Hey, why am I paying so much in taxes? The federal government's got their hands on you. You start to pay attention to politics. So when you hear politicians talking about tax cuts and others saying, pay your fare. Sure. You know, I think I paid Plenty of para Fisher. So you start the laugh of the Democrats ago, bro. No, thank you. I'd rather buy my own health care and make my own money. Keep my money, and I think that's You know the birth of a conservative if you will, At least that's how it was for me. I looked at that. And I said, You know what? I'm really not interested in what they have to offer. So going back to what you said about How do we get rid of these people in Washington? Or we should get rid of these people in Washington? I agree, 100%. We should drain the swamp. Trump did a great job. Setting the stage for that, and this second act this second term. Would be The perfect next, you know, Act two. For a trump presidency. Where he can actually drain the swamp where we can get rid of people that are career bureaucrats. The problem. I think that we see is he has really threatened so many people. That don't know how to do anything else. By eliminating So much of the corruption that he wants to eliminate Washington..

"Rudy Giuliani show. I am rich, Valid s and considered by the order, And that's one of my nicknames. Many nicknames given to me by folks that I get the opportunity to work with, and I do appreciate that I am filling in for The amazing Mayor Rudy Giuliani. He is our colleague here. And I say that with a side because of course I I honestly would rather him be here As much as I love to be on the microphone. Let me tell you I love talking on the radio. I would love for ready to be here right now because that would mean that he's an optimal health. But he said he's strong and he's fighting. We've heard from him. He said he was feeling terrific. The symptoms are gone. He said that you know the president and others in his loved ones urged him to go to the hospital because boom boom boom You put that Regeneron you get the therapy, these therapeutics that the Trump administration really spearheaded and to push and got the private sector. Maybe I think we don't even hear enough about that. But it's not. All we hear about is the vaccine. The vaccine the vaccine because that's the people who used to But the reality is we saw this 74 year old president, The United States got coronavirus. He was better in five minutes and yes, I'm exaggerating, but we saw him get better. Why? Because He used this private sector thinking this businessman approach and he got things done. So it's no surprise to me that he urged Mayor Giuliani to do the same exact thing. And earlier today, Mayor Julie Gianni called into his own show here at three o'clock on talk Radio 77. W. B. C And I'm guessing he called in on 1 808 48 92 22 1 808 for a WBC and Here's what he had to say. Check this out. They happen in life and you have to go with them. You can't overreact to them. Otherwise, Otherwise you let the fear of illness Dr your entire life. So I've never I've never overreacted to it. You know you take you take normal precautions, you know, score around your whole life because of an illness. We face risk. I'd rather I'd rather I'd rather face risk and live in a basement all my life. Amen to that. I would also rather face the risk, then live in a basement on my life and just a quick editorial note. You know somebody before somebody called, said I was a Yes man. I don't even know what that means, because I tend to go counter culture, Almost everything right, The media says. O Biden wins, I say Biden is President select and I'm Dubious of it. You know, the media says this and I say that everybody says Obama and I went the other way I in truth. Again. I've probably never voted for a Democrat in my whole life. And it's not because my parents raised me to be some sort of partisan Republican. That's not the truth. My mother was a big fan of Chuck Schumer's, and he was actually very polite to me. As a kid growing up, I would see him walking down Ocean Avenue. I lived on the corner of Ocean Avenue on Avenue M and he would walk around making the rounds being a politician and he was very polite. And she would always say, Make sure you say hi to Mr Schumer. Be very polite. Be respectful, and I was So I have to say being a Yes man. I doubt that very much. But anyway, maybe another day, another time when we're not talking about it, and it's my show and that Rudy Giuliani show we could get it to a little bit of a debate on that. Now I want to get to your calls, because I think that you guys, of course love to chat with the mayor. And while I'm not the mayor, I'm gonna do my best to chat with you. And let's go to Debbie and Utah. What's on your mind, Debbie. Thanks for listening to the show. Hey, which, Thanks for taking my call, I created a tool for all Americans to have a role in fighting this corruption and fraud. It's a website to allow the American public to email. We appreciate that those air important things that everybody Should go ahead and do that. Everybody should create a tool or create a service or do something where they can encourage others and enable others to take a stand and move forward. Because those things ultimately are how we help one another. Whether it's the pamphleteers back in the you know the founding of our country before the Revolutionary War. This is what they did right? They printed out these small pamphlets, and they handed them out. Thomas Paine's Common Sense is one of many of those pamphlets and it's taught in our history today is that's how we did it, and, you know, sometimes I think we might even have to go back to the pamphlets because why? Well, Because you're getting shadow band and blocked by big tech and we could do a whole segment on big tech, But I want to get to the rest your calls. Thank you So much for your call Debbie. Let's go to Joe Joe in New York. You're on with rich Val death. How you doing? Rich? You know, you could see it was a fraud. This election trumps did such an excellent job in four years. Then you had the diet that stood in a cell. Any wins the election? He has nobody at the rallies. You know, and I don't understand how they don't want. The Republicans challenged the vote right there alone. You could see it was fake. They tell him to get out of the room. Make it, Julianne. He did such an excellent job exposing everything. And yet They don't take it. They don't take it. I don't. I don't get this. What's going on in America? Joe? Thank you, man. Listen, I tend to agree with you there. I think a yes, The mayor did a great job, exposing this stuff and bringing it onto the scene nationally, as did the president so many others. But Rudy's been leading the fight here and really articulating the case, especially in the statehouses across America. Because it's multiple approaches, right? There's the constitutional approach. There's the legislative approach theirs. Now the state suing state approach witches up in front of the Supreme Court, and we're going to see how that turns out. But I think what's going on and again this is just me, surmising. I really believe that there is a class of people that are like and I don't know anything about the mob. I only know what I saw on the news growing up, and I don't know how much of that I can believe. But I will say, you know the way the mob was portrayed like Cosa Nostra that our thing? It was this thing where they all had a racket. You know whether there was the waste management whether it was whatever it was right. They all had a different industry that where they made money on and they did things and they skimmed off the top, and whatever they did, they're racketeering. And I believe the government is no different. When I worked in the state government, I served in the Christie administration. And worked specifically with Family policy and things like that, and I noticed very quickly is a new guy coming from the outside coming from the private sector. That every state contract that went out for different services for the state went to a retired or former state official. Never did it go to. You never did go to the guy next door. Never did it go to anybody else but people that had already worked in the state and the minute I questioned that they looked at me and they said, Well, that's simple. The answer to that is simple. It's because they know how it works because they once worked here, and they know the standards of practice that we have, and they understand it. So in effect, it's kind of hard to find an expert that would be able to do things that way that effectively if they hadn't worked here. And they thought that made sense to me. I heard. So you're saying the system's rate If you if you didn't work here, you can't Get that contract. Wow. I mean, it's incestuous. The whole thing is incestuous. Then why even award contracts? Why not just keep it is part of the state and hire somebody for 80 or 90 grand a year or whatever it is, instead of giving out, you know three or $400,000, or a million dollars in a contract. As it's a racket. That's how they do it. You put in your 20 years 25 30 years. Whatever you cash out with a pension. You cash out with deferred compensation you can up until recently. You could cash out all of your sick days. People were cashing out, You know, six figures. Sick day cash outs. Walking away with tons of money and then saying, You know what? In my retirement? I'm gonna work as a consultant for I don't know, just X Y and Z nonprofit. I'm going to start a nonprofit and I'm going to get a county state local contract. And.

"B C. Now on 77 w A. B C. It's time for the former mayor of New York City America's Mayor, Rudy Giuliani. What's up New York? The legislators are playing with fire. I am rich Battle desk about Bess with an S sitting in for America's Mayor, Rudy Giuliani. He's doing a lot better. Let me tell you something. About an hour ago we heard from Mayor Giuliani on Twitter, and he said he was feeling strong. Amen to that. Our thoughts are with him and Jenna Ellis and the rest of the Trump legal team is the convalescing. They get better. And they continue fighting from the hospital bed fighting from their present location. Where can't even take a day off, And that's okay. I mean, you have to, you know, go with the flow. And It's better to hear it from Mayor Giuliani than to hear it from me, and we're going to get to a couple of clips from the mayor. But legislators are playing with fire, in my opinion if they don't uphold the will of the people. Today was a sad day in our republic. Because of the Case that we just saw in the Supreme Court that didn't get any traction didn't get any action. But We have to fight on. We need courageous patriotic Americans to step up and take our institutions back. Because this is a government of the people for the people and by the people, and we need to act like it. So yes, the state legislatures have a duty. And, more importantly, They have a duty to the people, which is more important than a duty to their careers. Supreme Court justices have a duty To America. They have an oath that they've taken and we expect them to uphold. What we're seeing right now is cowardice. And it's not encouraging. But there was an old saying, growing up, at least for me as a kid in Brooklyn. What I eat won't make you fat. So their cowardice doesn't mean I've got to be a coward. Doesn't mean you have to be a coward. With that. Let's go to somebody we know that is not a coward. Somebody we know that is going to take the fight. All the way. That's Mayor Giuliani. I want to give you the phone number so you can join the conversation. 1 808 48 w A. B C 1 808 48 92 22. I want you to hear just the first installment. We've got a few of these clips because Mayor Giuliani called into his own show. That's right here on talk Radio 77 w. ABC today at three o'clock from 3 to 4. And my colleagues Juliet Huddy and Radius around I We're hosting the show in his stead, just as I am right now, And here's what the mayor had to say. Check this out. Pretty much. All the symptoms are gone. Have no fever. I have Very little cost. It's just about also gone. I've been walking around and I think they're gonna let me out tomorrow morning. Well, amen to that. I'm glad that he's got no symptoms. I'm glad that he's probably getting out of the hospital tomorrow morning. We have nothing but affection for Mayor Giuliani and appreciation for all the work that he's doing him and Jenna Alice and the rest of the team that speaking of Jenna Alice Printed something out a little while ago, which is an article that's written around the statement that she made a little while ago, which was that the Supreme Court chose not Tonto provide emergency injunctive relief. Understood and that there's still an opportunity to For the case to move forward. Based on the papers for a writ of, sir she, Ari. Now listen. I'm no lawyer, nor do I pretend to be one on TV or the radio. But It seems that they are prepared to take this the whole way. And The Electoral College has not yet voted, and that's the statement from the campaign. Campaign generalist Giuliani the legal team, They've asked the Michigan Supreme Court to review a legal challenge seeking meaningful access. This is for pole challenges to observe the ballot counting in the state. Although Michigan's already certified its 2020 election results, and this is in the epic times From today. December 7th. They're asking the secretary of state jostle invention. T O make this change. Why will they believe that? Josh? Excuse me. Joshua Jocelyn Benson violated the state's constitution similar to what happened in Pennsylvania. And the state's election laws by permitting the counting of absentee ballots without meaningful access for Paul challenges to observe the counting and processing of those ballots. The Trump campaign is arguing that Benson's actions also violated voters constitutional rights. To fair and lawful elections equal protection. Quote, saying Michigan Citizen's constitutional rights are being violated by Secretary Benson's failure to prevent unlawful ballots to be processed and her failure to ensure that the statutorily authorized challengers have a meaningful opportunity to observe and challenge the process. This is a big deal. Because how can you count these things? If you're supposed to have challenges from both sides and again, this is rudimentary stuff. But when you don't follow the rudimentary rules, what's to stop you from following the even more important, bigger rules? And this is, I think part of the problem that we face overall. And Like I said, not a lawyer. I'm gonna look at this through the lens of being practical. You know. American kid born to parents from Puerto Rico grew up in Brooklyn and As a teenager came up in New Jersey. Worked in government for a little bit working the media And all I can say is Everybody has a political interest. Everybody And in a situation like this, the political interest for many people is survival. Ah, lot of people are being bullied. Into just basically Feeling like if you are the person That does something, whether it's right or wrong. They don't care. They don't care. They only care..

That's why they cut off the vote. At midnight one o'clock when President Trump was getting too far ahead, particularly in Pennsylvania. In Michigan in Wisconsin. Handle and also in Uh, Pennsylvania, so they cut off the vote. He was getting up to 800,000 in Pennsylvania, 300,000 and Michigan. He was even further ahead in Wisconsin. Cut off the vote. They turn things off. They changed everybody out, and then it's not your concern, except for the fact that you gotta look at Look at this somewhat in total. They started bringing in false balance. We have three witnesses to 100,000 of those ballots being brought into 4 30 in the morning in Detroit, with no Republicans around that they knew of Actually, we had to that stayed behind. In a Dominion employee who was willing to be honest. Not all of them are honest. We're learning so much about this Dominion software. It really is such an interesting thing. One of the Witnesses. Patrick Cole back He was a poll watcher in Detroit. And it's so interesting. I mean, these systems are not things that I work with on a regular basis, and I would suppose that you don't work with them either. But What we find is that they've been used in elections around the world with very questionable results. But what's interesting is that they can be pretty easily manipulated as I was learning from the hearing today, and I want you to hear in addition to what Mayor Giuliani said, because again, people are saying all you make all these allegations, but there's no proof. Again. The proof will be when a court actually takes this and there's some subpoena power given to from the court saying, you know we're going to subpoena this server and we can take a look at it. And I think that's what these hearings therefore, to establish those things. But of course, everybody is a genius. And if you're holding on, please hold on. I'm gonna get your calls, but I want Tol play this quick clip of audio from one of the witnesses and their testimony in today's hearing. Check this out. Key fraud is the nail in about that was the backup in case they fell too far behind. That's why they cut off the vote. At midnight one o'clock when President Trump was getting too far ahead, particularly in Pennsylvania. In Michigan in Wisconsin. Handle and also in Oh, uh, Pennsylvania, So they cut off the vote. He was getting up to 800,000 in Pennsylvania. 300 cut because we just played that when I want you to hear from the witness, and I think this witness is Statement is a really interesting statement because he talks about his experiences with the Dominion Voting system. Check it up. If you could just tell us in your simplest way possible as an expert, What is your opinion as to the validity of the numbers that were certified today? By the secretary of state. And the governor about this election. If I was an executive at a publicly traded company, I would never sign that because I risk jail time and having all my money taken from me in lawsuits,.
